Was able to get a convenient time to work with my schedule. The fastest nail trim my dog has ever had. Which is good because he's an older guy that struggles with balancing for trims. Even though she was quick, she did a great job. His nails are black and she didn't cut into the quick like some other groomers have.

We board all of our dogs with Tara’s Pet Resort. They do a great job. Very friendly staff. We have boarded them on multiple occasions and our dogs are healthy, happy and tired when they return home. Highly recommend Tara’s Pet Resort to anyone in the area!

We've boarded our dog, I think, 4 times now. She is always excited to go home but is clearly well cared for while she's there. It gives me peace of mind knowing she is safe while I'm away.

Found this resort by accident and feel so glad I did. My really old dog looked and acted better upon her return home than before we dropped her off. Although a bit rustic older feel, the people are A-one and they give very personal loving care. Super clean, which I like. Definitely going to return for my boarding needs.

Great staff did really well with bernadette who can see again cause her bangs are gone!!! She's such a happy camper now thanks again and will return for next haircut!

They let the dogs out at 730 am and I'm not sure they ever go back in. All they do is bark, bark, bark all day long...some people work from home and or might work odd shifts and are trying to sleep. Please respect your neighbors.

They helped out with foster dig and her many pups! I walked through and admired the many dogs in residence.

The inside could definitely use a good deep clean but, the service and care they provide for even the difficult dogs is great.

Took our 16yr old Jack Russell Lucy there 2 times, and both times she was taken care of so well, never a problem 👍👍👍 …

Shar Jo’s always does an amazing job grooming my pups!

Shar-Jo’s has the sweetest people. My dog left his first visit fluffy, cleaned, groomed, and happy as a lark. Plus - would you look at those paws!

My Colt, an active 9 month old mini aussiedoodle, loves Shar-Jo's! He walks right in and greets the owner like they are old friends. They do a fantastic job of grooming him and, after using their services for our dogs through the years, I can leave him there and never worry about his safety. The early hours for drop off are wonderful as I start working early. Love, love, love Go Fetch! We brought our greyhound who suffered from separation anxiety here for daycare for the past two years. They consistently provided great care and affection for our dog. Our Golden, Luke, has been going to Go Fetch for years and he cannot wait to get there... almost every day through the week. Matt and the staff are awesome and they treat our pups with loving care. Luke runs around chasing tennis balls a good part of the day and sleeps and eat better after all the exercise. Go Fetch is a clean and safe environment and I highly recommend their services.

Our high energy dog always comes home so tired after doggie day care! She definitely has some fun playing with her friends in camp.

My Dog Chopper loves Go Fetch. He's been going for about 8 months 2-3 times a week and on several occasions for boarding. He gets excited the minute we get there. All of the staff are great and you can tell they really care about the dogs. The best part is he comes home all tuckered out so he's getting his exercise and he's staying out of trouble.

Go Fetch Dog Day Care and Boarding is the BEST! We have tried other boarding facilities in the past but once we tried Go Fetch we will never go anywhere else. Our three fur babies jump out of the car and run straight to the door so they can go play all day. The facility is always spotless, the staff is so helpful and know every dog by name. When our fur babies get home - they go to sleep immediately - they are worn out! Tucker, Buckeye and Remmy personally recommend Go Fetch Services!

The best. Our pups literally come to us in the morning and give us “that look” to let us know they want to go play. They are happy and best of all worn out when they get home so we are happy.

The animal industry has literally made me cry due to serious abuse of animals and techs alike. The kennel I used to work at has a serious mold problem and I believe it still does to this day. I’m glad my dog can still poop and pee outside at this kennel as crazy as that sounds. I’m also glad the techs here aren’t so overwhelmed they can take him on walks. I’ve worked at places that’s left one tech completely alone with over 100 dogs. Places like kennel resorts give me hope that not every place is bad. I don’t think I would trust any boarding place with my dog if it wasn’t for them.

My dogs love going to daycare at Kennel Resorts! They always get so excited as soon as I pull into the drive way. They have plenty of area inside and outside to run around and play with their friends. They always come home worn out from playing all day. The staff members are also super kind and friendly!

Ever since the new owner took over, this place has gone down hill. I sent my cat in for boarding and he came back reeking of pee along with the pillow I gave them for him. Also, I gave them enough cat food to last two weeks (for a one week stay) along with specific directions on how much to give him and they somehow went through the food in three days? My cat didn't gain any weight either, so it's highly suspicious. Either way, not worth what they charge as the cat room is also tiny and your cat will be trapped in a small box unless you pay extra for them to be allowed to roam. Absolutely no mental stimulation for the cats and minimal care.

Kennel Resorts has been such an amazing place for my 1 year old golden. She absolutely loves playing with all of her new friends. I can not say enough great things about my experience with kennel resorts. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Always smiling and very loving towards the dogs. Very reasonable price and super clean. I usually am not one to post but when I read all of the great reviews it brought me in to try them out. So thankful that I did. Thank you so much to all of the staff❤️

KennelResorts is an amazing place! My pups love this place. When we turn on their street they start getting very excited. (As do I, the aesthics of the drive in makes me want to stay and play outside lol) It was very hard trying to find a place that we trusted to leave our beloved 4 legged babies with. They are very welcoming and have made it very easy to book appointments for various services on their website. You will have peace of mind knowing they are being well taken care of. We used to take our Aussie to another local daycare, and it was never a good fit—so we were apprehensive to take him anywhere. Out of necessity, we tried Kennel Resorts and are so glad that we did. Kennel Resorts is great! They are so patient and kind to our Aussie, and we feel so comfortable leaving him in their care. Kennel Resorts has been a Godsend for our family.

Our dogs love to play all day at Kennel Resorts. The staff are so nice and the dogs have the option to run inside or outside. They come home pooped and can’t wait to go back! We also use their dog park who has a pond if your dog enjoys swimming.

Kennel Resorts is the best! Dogs always seem to be relaxed upon return. Kelly (Manager) keeps me informed if the dogs are having trouble and she reassures me that they are fine since I get nervous about leaving them.

My husband & I own an animal hospital (Gallardo Family Animal Hospital) in Milford and we have 3 dogs that we take to kennel resorts regularly. Until we found Kennel Resorts (by recommendation from many of our clients) we never boarded our dogs. They are WONDERFUL! Our dogs love them, they have webcam available, park playtime, and so many more great services. Kelly and Herb are phenomenal and go out of their way to accommodate clients (I call to check on my dogs all the time), plus they can make my reservation even when I wait until the last minute. We feel comfortable (for the first time ever) leaving our dogs at the kennel. We know they are well cared for, and the dogs get excited as soon as they realize that's where they are going. The piece of mind is worth every penny!

This is the best daycare and kennel in my experience. All of the staff members are friendly, efficient, and love animals! This is a family owned and run business and it is so different from our previous daycare facility which was part of a corporation.. My dog Oakley loves the people and the setup in the big dog yard. He adores going there and is quite tired out after his day at "work." He has boarded there too, and seems to enjoy it as a playcation. I am so thankful to my friend who referred me to this place. Hats off to all the wonderful people, from the owner to every single employee, who make this place a home away from home for my dog!

Office manager, Bobbi, is extremely unprofessional. Every single interaction I had with her has been negative over the last few years. I really tried to make this kennel work despite her rude interactions since my dogs love it, it is close to home, and the cost is reasonable but I have reached a point that I’m willing to pay more and drive further away than to continue dealing the nasty and unprofessional service I get every time I interact with Bobbi. Her negativity overshadows the welcoming nature of the rest of the staff and makes every trip to drop off and pick up my dogs unpleasant. Looks like there are many people who agree in the review.

I DO NOT recommend. Took our dog to get groomed (who is a groomer they have come once a week on the side - Sharon). This is now the second time our dog has come back with much shorter hair than asked for. Razor burn on her nose from getting too short and a “hot spot” on her elbow. 4 of her nipples looked like they were shaved off from the short cut and her nails were not grinded down. Sharon took it upon herself to give a poodle cut and thought “she left looking great”. I was also told she doesn’t grind nails unless asked which is what my husband specially asked for. My question was “how does my dog leave with a hot spot and a razor burned nose without anyone realizing it?” Response was that things can form after she leaves which I understand. She was very apologetic and much more professional but gave really no true answer. I was not happy with the small run around so I gave BOBBI a call on the phone number she specifically gave us for contact. She unfortunately was off for the day and it was her personal number. I apologized and stated I was so sorry and that I would be happy to call back on a day she was working. She stated it was fine, she was trying to watch a movie but would talk. Explained the situation and expressed I was unhappy, she asked for more detail and as I was giving more detail, she continued to cut me off and talk over me. I work in customer service and grew up not talking over anyone so I continued to stop talking to hear her excuses. Eventually she would not let me get a word in so I started to talk and got “can you please stop talking.” I kindly said, absolutely and listened quietly again. When she was done, I passively stated that now that she has finished, am I allowed to talk? She said yes so I continued to speak and was again cut off and was told “I’m not sure what you want me to do because at this point you keep bringing up her hot spot and we are going to continue to go in circles.” I told her the customer service is lacking, we have not once been told we can be refunded or get a discount or really anything.” Only thing I was finally offered was that my dog could go in the following Saturday to have her nails grinded down “because that is not something Sharon does.” I let her know Sharon does offer it, we paid for it and did not receive. She got rude with me again and before I got even more upset, I stated I need to speak with my husband and we would be in contact. I got a short “bye” and was hung up on before even getting a chance to say bye in return. We were also told that the front desk person who took the original complaint stated that our dog had a rash on her back leg elbow. Dogs do not have elbows on their back legs which Bobbi admitted so communication is not the best. So when I stated this was the second bad experience, I was told this was her first time hearing about it and was not her fault. End of story, Bobbi is extremely rude and unprofessional. I can see in other reviews that I am not the only one. I am yelled at daily by others in my line of work and never have I told a paying customer to stop talking after asking them for their feedback. I immediately called my husband and told him we would not be returning for daycare or grooming. So dog with a razor burned nose, messed up elbow to where we had to put a cone on her for 2 days so that she wouldn’t lick it, and 4 shaved off nipples later, Bobbi got to go back to her movie and lost a customer.

Updated 2024: I have three cats that I board here. Each time has been as satisfactory as the first. Highly recommend! 2022: I have been boarding my cats here for four years, and have always felt relieved to have a place that takes such good care of them! The cat room is kept apart from the dogs with a windowed closed door. Each kitty condo has room for a litter box, a cozy pillow, and tiered shelves for the cats to climb and perch within it. They have big windows to look out of and can watch the dogs play outside without fear. Rob and the staff come across as happy to provide this service, and always ask for updates on feeding, medication needs, and if my cats need anything special.

I do not recommend this place whatsoever. We brought our dog last summer while we were on vacation and he came home limping with a swollen paw. No one said anything or called. And had no explanation when we asked. We had to take him to the vet for antibiotics. Fast forward to this summer, we made last minute plans for another vacation and tried the place again. Figured the first time was a coincidence or a fluke. Wrong. We go to pick him up and they tell us he “came in with a paw pad falling off” and was kept from the doggie daycare/play area the ENTIRE week. Kept in his crate except for “private bathroom walks” with one employee. He had a full vet check up 4 days before being dropped off and a full grooming session the day before drop off and was fully healthy with normal/healthy paw pads. We have the vet records and grooming notes to prove that. We had dropped him off on a Friday and called on Tuesday to check on him. The gentleman on the phone said “oh he’s doing great, running around and playing!” Even though the woman employee at pick up says they noticed this issue the first day he was there. When I asked the woman employee why that gentleman didn’t tell us, she said “well that was probably Rob, the owner, and I can’t fire the owner unfortunately.” So basically calling to check on your dog is pointless. And the employees don’t even respect the owner, who obviously is oblivious to all that goes on. I also asked for pics while on vacation, and got zero. To top all of this off, they didn’t call me all week to tell me, and proceeded to give him some medicine, without asking, to “fix the paw pad”. The woman swore he “came in to their daycare with this issue”, which is a lie. Also, she seemed completely indifferent and not apologetic whatsoever. I have a feeling most 5 star reviews are from relatives or friends. Don’t bring personal items for your dog from home; we sent a blanket with him and they said “they lost it”. We will be finding a new place to board our dog. Edited to add, after being home, I see three of his paws have cuts on the paw pads; he’s bleeding, crying, and actually lost his voice and can’t bark, because he must’ve been going crazy there when in pain. They did eventually say sorry and offered us “three free days of doggie daycare”, but no thank you.

I boarded my baby Marlo while I went on vacation. I am a first time dog mom and I was nervous but the staff made me feel so comfortable. They sent me pictures and kept me updated on how she was doing! She looked like she was having so much fun. I now take her for doggy daycare. I would highly recommend four paws for not only boarding but doggy day care as well.

I have been boarding my Great Dane Bodhi at Four Paws for about a year and it has been a fantastic experience. Most recently while I was out of town, Bodhi required medical attention. The staff at Four Paws notified me and they took him to the vet and then picked him up and continued to care for him until I arrived home 2 days later. They kept in contact with me with frequent updates and administered his medications ( at no additional charge). Bodhi gets so excited to "go play" and drags me into the facility every time we go, sometimes even carrying his own leash in his mouth. Often his excitement is a spectacle and kind of embarrassing, haha! He has had a couple of incidents of "misbehaving" and they handled him appropriately and with Love and understanding. Big Bodhi loves all of his friends at Four Paws. We can't recommend them enough.

I think my dog loves Four Paws more than he loves me. He cries to go to daycare daily. He is greeted by name from so many staff members. He runs to the yard without looking back. When I pick him up, he is all wiggles and always gets a treat from the office staff. He is dead asleep about 90seconds into the drive home. My dog’s behaviors tell me he is treated well and loves this place. I’d absolutely recommend 100%

Reva and Fetch staff were absolutely Amazing! They took Great care of my dog Chico while I was on vacation. They journaled, took pictures, cleaned up any messes, feed him throughout each visit. Also, very personable, reliable, compassionate, loving, and caring as if he was their own. I highly recommend them! Thank you again Reva and Fetch staff!

The Fetch! staff are great. They took excellent care of my fur baby for 3 days and nights. Everybody kept to the agreed on schedule. The overnight sitter let her sleep with him as she is used to. I have used Loveland Fetch Pet Care twice now and they are wonderful! Their service is highly reliable, professional and caring. Reva, the owner, provides excellent customer service and both Elizabeth and Krystle gave great quality of care to my cat at each visit. The App is easy to use to schedule appointments and also provides a description of how my cat was doing at each visit along with pictures. It gives me peace of mind and comfort knowing my pet is well cared for in my absence. I highly recommend Loveland Fetch Pet Care!

Taking my golden on regular walks wasn’t something I was able to make happen with our schedule - enter fetch! They do such a great job with our dog, they’re always punctual, friendly, trustworthy, and our dog looks forward to seeing his regular walker every time. Fetch pet Care is a highly reliable, professional, and caring business. My dogs are walked an hour a day on weekends I work. I receive pictures and a detailed report on how they behaved, what they did, and where they went. Pictures included! Reva is caring and loving and really enjoys her job. I recommend her and my dogs love her :)

Finding Fetch Pet Care for my cat sitter needs has been a huge relief for caring for my fur kids while I am away. Reva, the owner, was able to assist me in setting up my account and provides exceptional customer service to make sure my kitties and I are well taken care of. She assigned Elizabeth to sit for my two cats and I am at ease knowing they are in such wonderful care while I am away. Cats can be aloof and picky at times and Elizabeth made sure to try different techniques to provide care for them. She sent many pictures which I greatly appreciated as it let me know they were happy and well. The journal entries are well detailed and she always posted shortly after her visit with them. I would recommend Fetch to all looking for pet care. I am so grateful to have found such a great service with wonderful care givers.

I returned to work full time and was worried about our pup and his hours alone. A friend suggested a walker and I found Fetch! It has been a life-saver! Our pup loves his walking buddy Megan and we love all the TLC she shares with him and with us in photos and detailed notes in the app. Her care has been invaluable, I'm so thankful.

They were terrific with me two dogs. They are reliable-provided information regarding my older dog with arthritis in hind legs so we knew how to advise regarding length of walks and my dogs loved them. A plus. PS loved the photos and reports.

We've used Fetch to help my elderly father keep his dog, and they've been very reliable: even when a walker has to cancel at the last minute, they will find someone to go walk Lily even on a couple hours notice. And the walkers have all been great: reliable, great with the dog, and easy to reach. Highly recommend.

Fetch is a wonderful pet sitting service! We have a walker come 2-3 times per week to walk our dog mid afternoon and our dog LOVES his walker Jonathon. They have a great online platform to easily book and cancel and pay for appointments. The owner is very sweet and so far my walker has been extremely responsible and reliable. Highly recommend!

Pet Nation Lodge has an incredible outdoor space with plenty of room for playtime!! Sprinklers when it’s warm and a tether ball pole are two fun additions to help ensure the pets have a blast!!

Our dogs really enjoy going to Pet Nation and making new friends. Our dogs have been there for boarding, grooming and daycare. They are always excited when they get to Pet Nation and happy when they come home. We have received excellent customer service. They have gone out of their way to answer questions, sent pictures when they have been boarded and have given them extra love and treats during their stay. We highly recommend Pet Nation.

Pet Nation is the only place that I have ever brought my dog for daycare and boarding. She always is excited when we arrive, and I have always received good reports about the time she spends there. Recently while I was gone on an extended trip, my dog encountered a significant issue. The staff at Pet Nation stepped up and took care of everything, making sure that she was well cared for and went above and beyond with the extra TLC.

We have been fans of Pet Nation Lodge for well over five years! They treat your pet the way you would want him to be treated - with love and care and incredible personalized attention. This review is for PNL's dock diving pool only (can't vouch for other services), which was great! Clean and very secure dock, pool and ramp—safe for dogs and humans. The ramp up to the dock is somewhat steep, so grippy, water-friendly shoes are a must. Employee interactions were very nice, from Maggie (?) at the desk, to Sage on the dock, who had the perfect vibe for our "try-it" session. ♥ Dog loved it, human loved it, it was a beautiful day… highly recommend! We'll be back.

We have taken Desi to Pet Nation for day care and boarding since they opened. Desi is a high stress dog who doesn’t easily go into new situations with new people, yet she runs into Pet Nation willingly every time. I appreciate their accommodating to each pets personal personality and know she is happy and healthy. Every time she is there! The facility is also always immaculately Klene!

Pet Nation Lodge takes such good care of its 4-legged guests. Our Franny is treated like a member of the family when she shows up! The staff is always kind, responsible and accommodating of needs. Their groomers do an amazing job with our Goldendoodle, making sure she looks her best! Highly recommend all their services, from play groups to grooming. We love PNL!

This place is amazing as we have been taking our golden retrievers here for nearly two years now and they cannot wait to go back and play when we arrive. The staff is very accommodating/helpful and we fully trust our that our girls are being taken care of when we drop them off!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place has been so amazing with our dog! Our dog had a bad experience at the vet and was marked as a level 4 aggressiveness but Suite Paws was willing to test him and he did fantastic with them- zero aggression! The prices are super reasonable and they always treat our dog great!

Suite Paws Pet Resort & Spa they're great! So clean and you can't even tell they've got any animals there it's so clean! They take you in and show you around before your pet goes to stay there. My little kitty Harlee was there for a week and they took such good care of my little Harlee. He was very happy and so was I to know that he was being taken care of and spoiled just like I would have at home. Thanks Sweet Paws Team!

Epi absolutely loves coming here. I appreciate the cleanliness of the resort, cameras, and staff. The outside has a pool which is great for cooling off the doggos in the summer heat. The staff take plenty pics on fb page so it’s always a good smile seeing how your puppers day went. You can really see that the staff are animal lovers and that’s reassuring when leaving your furrbaby. I’ve boarded Epi here a couple times. Once I boarded for 5 nights. It was comforting to have the cameras to watch him play in the day; and check on him when he’s sleeping. I also purchased the spa package and Epi came back to me clean, nails filed down the best I’ve ever seen & he was happy dog! Really appreciate the staff and all they do.

The staff is wonderful and they truly care about your pets. It's nice to be able to check in on our boys when we are away with their cameras online. I just wish they had cameras in the play area. They take good care of our dogs and I feel comfortable leaving them there when we go away.

Everyone is so friendly when I bring my doggos in for boarding. They always seem fine when returned, and their offerings for baths, nail trims, is always a welcome addition.

I absolutely recommend Suite Paws to any pet owner! My parents have brought their dog there for years any time they went out of town, and the staff always went above and beyond to make their dog comfortable and happy. Our dog had her first overnight stay this weekend and she is very shy. They checked to make sure she had everything she needed to have a good stay, and she did just fine! When booking, they responded quickly and helped us get everything set up over email. It’s an amazing facility that has several options for whatever your dog might need!
