Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!
Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.
Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.
I have nothing but great things to say about Jill! She’s a wonderful sitter and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog and cat in her capable hands while I was out of the country. She was thorough in making sure she knew exactly what each pet needed, had excellent communication, and provided me with daily updates. I came home to a house that was even tidier and more organized than when I left and two very loved pets. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for a kind, caring, consistent pet sitter. Thank you so much Jill!!!
Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! The house was left in good shape and it's clear that Angela is organized and reliable and clearly loves her pet charges. I'd recommend Angela and will definitely include her as one of our top sitter choices in the future! Thanks again, Angela!
Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)
Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.
Megan and her partner were INCREDIBLE pet & house sitters during my 5 days away last month. I received consistent communication in the form of updates & photos and I had the true sense that Megan was invested in the wellbeing of my animals and truly enjoyed being with them! My house was CLEANER than I left it (immaculate!) and she left a sweet card thanking us upon our return. Truly the best sitting experience I've had thus far, thank YOU so much!
Kuldip exceeded all the expectations we had from a Zeewoi. She took over from another sitter when we got stuck out of country due to a family emergency. A highly energetic person yet extremely organized, she easily matched the energy level of my 2-year-old Border Collie Pavo. She not only exercised him multiple times every day, but even him bought him new doggy toys and treats (much appreciated!). She got along very well with our neighbor and with their combined help Pavo got a much needed doggy bath! With her by my dogs side we were worry-free and able to focus on our family needs. Lastly, she left a pleasant surprise when we came back home. Our home looked squeaky clean and beautifully organized. Kuldip is a gem of a pet sitter and we would love to have her back for our fur baby without any hesitation. I highly recommend her!
David was a super interesting guy, we had good conversation. My place was clean, my cat was happy...he communicated with me.. David is a great house and pet sitter . He is very gentle, which my cat enjoys.

This place is so awesome. I bring my dog here for 3-4 day long stays when my husband and I go out of town and he is such a happy boy while he’s there. I love that I am able to check on him through all of the cameras, and the staff are so friendly and very responsive. They never make me feel like a crazy overprotective dog mom (even though I am) and they always give Ace the extra amenities that I add on for him, so it’s nice to know that he is really getting the snuggles and one-on-one time when I pay for it! Also this facility doesn’t use the harsh chemicals for cleaning that other boarding places do. I took Ace to another place and he got a rash from the harsh cleaning chemicals, by happy dog uses a diluted bleach mixture that’s safe for the dogs as soon as it dries and my little guy has never had a bad experience with them. Definitely bring your dogs here!!
My pup Finn has been going to Happy Dog for doggy daycare since they opened and he LOVES it! He is always so eager to get inside and play with his friends (dogs and humans alike)! He plays hard and is always exhausted when I pick him up. Happy Dog has many perks, such as live video footage of the play areas and daily report cards with photos and details about your pup's day (to name a few). It is clear that the staff truly cares about the wellbeing and safety of each animal. There is no place like Happy Dog Resort and I highly recommend!!
My dog Huncho loves it! His really enjoys the pool, that’s his favorite thing to do there!
We took Hugo to Happy Dog Resort for a year while living downtown. He received the best loving care we could hope for! He would cry with anticipation starting a few blocks away and couldn’t get out of the car and in with his friends soon enough! We had to move out of state and were sad to have to leave Happy Dog and all the loving staff!
My dog stayed for about a week and an absolutle blast. Clean facility, perfect staff that genuienly loves dogs, and lots of play mates.
The camera at their business placed at the playpen was a big plus. Not having been boarded before and having not a lot of exposure to other dogs, It was very reassuring to see our dog with other dogs- adjusting so well. Overall, we were so happy that we could just relax, not worry, and they would take care of his needs (including meds) and everything. That piece of mind came at a very reasonable price.
They are excellent, first they took grand pup in (a hurricane escapee hunkering here till its safe; Grand pup used to go to another place here when we lived here. When I tried them he wasn’t warmly welcomed. Therefore, I gave these new folks a try - (Happy Dog Resort)?and we highly recommend them!! Accommodating and they use ‘ideal’ dog handling procedures. The place is state of the art, too! Try it out - our goodest boy, Goose was treated like a king and made several new fur friend’s. ❤️🐕 ps they let you see them while you are away and they play.
My pups, Gemma & Jonas have been going since they opened & love it so much. They are so eager to get inside & play with their friends, both dogs & people. Jonas is a bit timid around new people & esp men but they have been so great working with him & I've even seen Jonas follow some of his fave handlers around & they've been men! They've stayed before for both long & short stay boarding & never had any problems. I love the report cards & the ability to watch live videos while they're there. The handlers at Happy Dog Resort are awesome & I know they're always going to have a fantastic time & come home exhausted.
I can’t say enough great things about Happy Dog Resort! In Pensacola. I have a very active GoldenDoodle who loves going to play with everyone there. I love the report card and pics keeping me updated on her. A day or long term, trust them with your fur baby♥️
The owner truly cares about each and every dog. I love the thought behind Happy Dog and their mission to also help foster and find homes for our furry friends. Truly a beautiful establishment for doggy daycare and boarding!
Laura is an incredible groomer and Mabel always loves to see her!! It makes me so happy to know she’s in good hands and she looks absolutely adorable every time! Definitely recommend the grooming services!!
We love coming here for grooms! They listen to exactly how I’d like my cockapoo groomed and they’ve always delivered. Also very customer centric staff! Photo taken right when picked up.
We recently boarded our pup Charlie at Pensacola Pet Resort 2 when we had to go out of town. Kyleigh and Bre were simply the best! They were incredibly professional and kind throughout the entire process, making it as easy as possible for us. They even sent me pictures of Charlie to keep us updated on how happy he was while staying there. If you need to board your dog, this is the place to go!
Cooper has only been going for day care a few times and he already gets excited when we pull into the driveway. He likes the people. This makes me happy knowing he looks forward to coming. The staff is friendly and very kind. I highly recommend!
I live on the opposite side of town and still make the drive to take my dog to stay and play at Pensacola Pet Resort, Too. That’s a testament to how well they treat my baby. I know he’s in good hands and will always have a fun time while there. Thank you for throwing an adorable birthday party for Mochi while I was out of town, plus sending all the photo updates!
April did a phenomenal job on my pups first haircut! Everyone I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable. I can tell my little buddy had a great time in their care. 😊 …
Not only did April do a great job grooming my dog, Mako, but she also took time to give me a detailed report afterwards and discussed any changes we might want to make for his next visit. I also appreciate Dr Gunn for being able to complete an exam during Mako's stay. He easily diagnosed and treated Mako for some hot spots and my boy is looking/smelling better than ever. Thanks so much, Pet Resort/East Hill Animal Hospital!
We've taken our 2 (male & female) Cavaliers here before (and are are going again in a few days) where they did a great job of washing & cutting their hair. They pay close attention to trim the head hair to match the rest of the body and even little requests like not adding perfumed after-products (due to my own sensitive allergies). We also greatly appreciate how we can drop off the dogs there in the a.m. & they ensure getting the vet appointment next door taken care of, so we don't have to switch them from one building to the other, especially helpful for our school & work schedules during the week. It's been great to line up the vet appointment & grooming appointment for this reason. The staff is friendly & the price is pretty average considering the quality & care they receive.
The first time my dogs saw Melissa for grooming they looked phenomenal. The second time they were groomed at Pensacola Pet Resort Too by a different groomer. They came back barley brushed with FLEAS. luckily my dogs are on preventatives, but after leaving a voicemail at their office about the fleas I received no reply. During the last visit my dogs saw Melissa again and the images are the results. My senior dog's quick was cut so bad half of it appears to halve been cut off and none of his other nails are cut. They did not inform me that this had happened. Today I had to see the vet as the same dog has an ear infection. I wouldn't be surprised if it was caused from moisture left in his ears from his groom.
Such a delightful staff. Dayna treated us like we are her best client..and we're fairly new!!! Very clean, efficient care.
Great place to board your dog. The owners and workers are the nicest people. Was our go-to when we lived in Pensacola for a year.
When we went to this place it said it did not open until 5:30. We sat there until the owner called us back and he told us to honk our horn and call out Leslie. Then I guess the mother of Leslie came out and had no idea that there was a drop off and several of people showed up to pick up and she wasn't prepared for that either. I will never ho back to that place again
We've always had great care for our dogs when we needed to board them. The staff is top shelf & the facilities are modern with all the amenities that you could ask for.
I have used Cameo Kennels for several years for both dog boarding and grooming services. My dogs have always been cared for with kindness and compassion. In fact, I am so confident in the care my dogs receive at Cameo Kennels that I used the boarding services for approximately 5 months while my new home was being built. This business receives my highest recommendation for clean, well organized and compassionate boarding services as well as excellent grooming services!
Great place to board your dog or cat. Don is amazing, caring, and he is a delight to talk with. Very clean, friendly experienced staff, good with our dogs. It is very reassuring to know that they live on the property. Thanks for taking such good care of our Bassett hounds.
My babies love it we been going for awhile
Had my pups boarded here for 7 days while we were gone for Christmas and I couldn’t be happier. Probably the happiest my pups have been at a kennel in a long time. Great pricing and staff is amazing. My pups even got a bath before they left and I didn’t even have to ask for one. Will definitely be returning for all my grooming and boarding needs.
The best kennel ever. This family owned business is very professional and I definitely trust them with my pets. When my sister comes into town she even takes hers here sometimes when we travel to go out of town.
We came into town last minute and were running about 3 hours late due to a bad wreck. They accommodated us with time being out of our hands. The price was super reasonable for what we pay in other cities at other boarding kennels! They were super nice and my dogs had a great time. We also have a dog that has some "Quirks " and they were super understanding and we will definitely be returning next time we come to Pensacola! Thank you to the staff and owners at Cameo Kennels!
I can’t rave enough about this place! This is our go to kennel in the area! My dog has never had an issue here. We did a stay over the Christmas/New Year weeks and got quoted $18/night which was way less than any other place I called. When we picked her up, she smelled amazing so I’m assuming they gave her a bath which was so nice of them! The owner is super nice and very helpful. We’ll be using them again soon before we move and I only wish we could have these kennels everywhere we move to!
Sharon is an amazing pet sitter. She took care of are two indoor/outdoor cats for 10 days & went above and beyond. She is very accommodating to our request and sent us daily updates of how our kitty's were doing. When our cat didn't show up one night to go inside, Sharon spent extra time searching & went out of her way to make sure our kitty was in safe. She definitely cares for animals & makes going out of town not so hard. Highly highly recommended!
Sharon has really been a godsend to us. We moved to Pensacola without knowing anyone, we've had to leave town a couple of times on short notice, and she has been invaluable toward our peace of mind for our furry little friend when we can't be there. She sends pictures and updates, and the cat really likes her! Best pet sitter we've ever had.
Sharon provided excellent service. She was very flexible and accommodating to our schedule, making sure we were completely satisfied. She cared for our four cats over a two week period and was able to actually make contact with them, something no one else has ever accomplished (they're very shy). We especially appreciated the written reports she provided for each day she visited. We highly recommend Sharon to anyone needing pet sitting services. Jim and Cindy Eiland.
She goes above and beyond. Have only had to use her once, but my friend who I exchanged cat care with when either of us travel has moved away, so I look forward to having Sharon take care of Elizabeth again. She actually went out in that horrible ice storm a few years ago and aside from taking care of my cats needs she went out of her way to make sure my pipes didn’t freeze. (Without me knowing how bad conditions were) she is a gem. So glad to know she’s there for me. When someone risks their own personal safety to take care of my little one, well, that tells me everything I need to know. This is a good human.
I absolutely adore All Things Furry! After the first initial visit with Sharon I felt completely comfortable leaving my children aka pups in her care for the 5 days while I was away. I loved the little daily notes left for each day and a little bag of treats. I will be using her again for sure!!!!
We can't say enough good things about Sharon. She takes such good care of Rogue while we're away.
This is SPAM and should be deleted by Google. I have not had a client with the last name of Crapps.
I’ve been going to PPR for years now. They take good care of our dogs and the staff is really nice. It’s also great that they’re connected to the nearby vet clinic. We get vet services like shots and tests while they’re boarded which is very helpful for our busy schedules.
The entire staff here and at EastHill Animal hospital are amazing. My King Charles Cavalier runs to them in joy every time he visits. Thanks for all you do for PJ!!
Luna had a great time during her boarding. They are very busy facility and I would call right away when you need boarding. They always got back to my voicemails. They even sent me pictures when they don't advertise it which was super nice since I was worried about my baby. They don't offer afternoon pick up times on the week ends because the receptionist aren't up front but in the back helping the kennel staff. The receptionist even did Luna bath and she came back smelling very nice. So she was able to let me know how she did in the bath. I appreciate the staff working hard .
My puppies spent the night as guests of the Pensacola Pet Resort for the first time this weekend and we were very happy with the care of my angels and the interaction offered by the staff. We have a very intelligent Labrador who made it a point to turn back around and say good-bye, and give a kiss to one of the members of the Pet Resort Family. Our lab Mickey is 10 years old and very spoiled; for him to enjoy a place is very reassuring to us. (Both of our boys Love the pool that is available)Our second sweet angel is a 5 year old Belgian Malinois (Tigger) with the energy level of 3 or 4 normal dogs and about an eighteenth of the attention span! We are very excited about the possibility of finding a new 'Home away from Home' for our two K9s, as we like to travel often (and for extended holidays). Knowing that there is a safe and comfortable place for our angels to stay, with an attentive staff, will make our holiday more relaxing and enjoyable.
I recently boarded my 2 dogs the weekend of May 9th-13th. When researching for a place to have my dogs stay, Pensacola Pet Resort was top on my list. They had me fax over our dogs vaccination records and stated my 2 dogs would need a Fecal and in order to stay at the resort. Our total was around $570 which to my husband and I was very reasonable being it was last minute for booking the stay. The resort promised us we would receive updates that Included texts and pictures throughout the weekend which we never received. It took me on my vacation to constantly call throughout each day, demanding updates on the dog. Come the 13th for pickup day. My husband and I realized that our younger dog had this cough that wouldn’t go away. I am very disappointed to find that our dog has a case of Kennel Cough which was never stated or notified during the weekend. In addition, my older dog has a cut on his face which was there prior to dropping them off. I’m not sure how are dogs were treated during their stay. I wouldn’t recommend boarding your doggies at this place as they’re irresponsible in communication and care of dogs under their custody.
Our boys(great Dane and Rottweiler) LOVE THIS PLACE. Anytime we bring them, they run from the car to the door. They live their people and pet friends at Pensacola et resort!
great facility! felt so good to know my dog was in good hands, they even let you tour the entire facility before booking, which i think is awesome. will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends. got so many cute photos throughout her stay which made me feel even better cause lord knows i can’t stand being anywhere without my dog. they even let her bring a toy home with her from her stay! how sweet!! it’s a great feeling when you pick up your pet and see how happy they are around the staff
I normally do not care for leaving reviews, however, I am enraged with how they run their business. I called to ask questions to see how they run their business on a daily basis. They painted the perfect picture by stating to me that they have the dogs play outside in their pool area, take on walks, provide veterinary care if necessary, provide updates... etc. I was very convinced with everything they told me. They sent me a 'Welcome' card - which I thought it was super sweet and welcoming . However, none of what they told me was accurate. The first da I dropped off my dogs it was impossible to get a hold of them, but when I finally did, I asked how were they and how have they been with the other dogs. Savannah (who answered) explained to me that they have been great, but they don't play with other dogs when outside. Which was suspicious, but I thought it would be okay for the first day so they can get accustom to the situation. Then I had asked if they can send photos and videos of how they are doing. Savanah answered to me that they will email them to me. Everything was fine, I was a bit at ease. Second day, It was impossible to get a hold of them. No pictures or videos. In the afternoon after I called three times already, someone had answered. I asked again how my dogs were doing and they said that my pup had started to get a little more anxious. Which I could understand, it was his first night alone without me. I asked that how have they been playing with other dogs outside, the lady explained to me that they do not take the dogs outside all at once, they normally just take the dogs one at at a time from the kennels (big red flag for me). I asked for pictures and videos, they told me that their social media personnel will be in tomorrow and then they will email me whatever pictures/ videos they took (red flag). Third day, my dogs were picked up out of their five day stay. I did not receive any pictures or videos until the afternoon, and it was literally just one photo. My pup was going crazy and getting more skirmished based on the information they gave and I clearly understood that he was not enjoying his stay. So my dogs were picked up.
We recently moved back to the area and selected Pensacola Pet Resort to care for our 8-year old yellow labrador retriever while traveling out of town. Our dog stayed for 4 nights and was obviously well taken care of when we picked him up! He smelled so good from his bath, was up to date on his immunizations, and their vet even prescribed him some meds for a minor intestinal issue. Whenever we called for an update on how he was doing the tech was extremely kind, professional, and let us know exactly how he was doing - he was obsessed with the pool and enjoyed some fun playtime with the other pups during his stay! Everyone we talked to and met was so friendly and gave thorough responses to any questions we had. Pensacola Pet Resort was fantastic to work with and my husband and I highly recommend them for boarding needs.
Used to board our dog a couple of times. Wasn't told there were any issues the first time. The second time we dropped our dog off, they told us that she didn't get to play with other dogs because "the girls didn't know how to handle dogs who rough housed." Which mind you, our dog hasn't ever been aggressive to any animal The kicker was when we got home we noticed her Kong water bowl wasn't in her bag. We kept getting the run around that nobody could find it and that we didn't bring it in (which we know isn't true because we always pack her water bowl). Based on them not being able to find it, I'm assuming an associate stole it because it was at their facility. I asked if they'd compensate due to them losing it/being stolen. They said no. Called to try and speak with the owner on a possible solution but never heard back. Pretty unhappy with our experience.
We were told our dog wasn’t allowed to come back to daycare unless we paid for training. We were clients for almost 2 years before being told our dog wasn’t taking off his collar very well or going into the kennel easy enough. I expected the staff to help come up with solutions to this but no we were told “daycare isn’t meant for every dog”. I suggested that we could help take him to the back and take his collar off for them or that maybe he could have a different kennel that’s not near so many other dogs as he gets over stimulated. Apparently there is a waiver you can sign to go back to the back to get your dog settled instead of giving the receptionist the leash. We were never offered that. We offered many solutions to possibly help the staff adjust to our dog but it wasn’t really accepted. We are so disappointed as our dog went to daycare here since he was 8 weeks old. Also keep in mind when you bring your dog here 99% of the staff here are young high school volunteers and aren’t going to school for this or have little if any training. It breaks my heart that a relationship we had with this company had to come to such an abrupt end. They will never know how excited our dog was to come to daycare everyday. We know how important it is to protect the staff members from potential danger but when a child is misbehaving at school you try to come up with solutions before expelling the child.
I can't say enough good things about Pensacola Pet Resort Premier! The staff are incredibly attentive and clearly love working with animals. I brought my dog Angel here for daycare and she came home happy and well exercised, she even made a few friends. The facility is clean, safe, and filled with fun activities for the dogs. I especially appreciate the daily updates and photos they send, which give me peace of mind while I'm at work. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top notch care for their fur babies.
Highly recommend Pensacola Pet Resort Premier for your fur babies! Matt’s group training classes are phenomenal. I took my puppy for a 6 week class and could not have been happier with her results. I then chose to put her in the 2 weeks board and train one on one with Matt. I was blown away with everything he taught in two weeks. Matt is incredible! The facilities are clean, the staff is friendly and truly cares for each pet. My girl had the time of her life and she is always so happy to go back and visit.
This was my first time using this facility to board my 2 dogs, and I am so happy with how it went!! I hate leaving my babies, but I felt very safe with everyone here looking after them. I even received pictures of them and was able to see how they were doing! Everyone was very kind and answered any questions I had. I have used other facilities in the area and this has been the best. Shoutout to Haleigh for putting to rest any fears I had and doing a great job with my kids. They will be back and I can't wait to bring them more regularly.
We sent our puppy to Matt for the 2 week board and train after he showed some food aggression towards our cats. Our puppy came back changed completely for the better! We can get him to lay down and stay when we're eating so we don't have to worry about safety. He doesn't nip or jump as much. He has listened to and done every single command I've given him since we got home. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Matt and the board and train option to anyone. Even if your dog doesn't have a specific issue, Matt can ensure he will be vastly more well mannered and cooperative after training. Tens across the board for Matt!
Over a 26 day period we dropped our baby off 20 days. Own by a very friendly Veterinarian & a very friendly staff of wonderful women! We always felt Brody was in good hands…Peace of mind ❤️🐶🐾 …
Pensacola Pet Resort Premier is a great resource for dog owners in Pensacola. We have boarded our dog , she regularly goes to day care, and we have had one on one and group training there. The facility is very large and even has a pool! The staff is great with my dog and makes me feel like I am dropping her off with family. Happy to recommend to all!
My dog can get very anxious but Pensacola Pet Resort paired her with the perfect group of other dogs and she had a great day at doggy daycare. I was impressed with the friendly staff and the attention our dog Fawn received.
The Board & Train program is soooo worth it!! Matt and his techs are truly an amazing team. They were able to work with my aggressive Shar-pei who would snap and bite whoever came near him. During the program, Matt would send me updates and they even worked with me when I had to extend my dog's boarding for 2 more weeks! Matt also taught me how to work with my dog at home in a more effective way so that my dog burns mental energy and has fun trying out new tricks. I could go on and on about how great Pensacola Pet Resort Premier is, but if you have an aggressive pup this is the place to go!! :)
Love bringing our Great Dane pup (now 10 months and 120 lbs) here to play. She did her obedience training here as well.
We used Anne to baby sit 3 dogs and 1 car. They seemed happy and well cared for when l got back. She took great care of them. I'd recommend her serves to everyone. She was great
We borded our pup here and she had a blast! Ann sent pictures of her and her dog playing and enjoying the yard. I highly recommend her and she is very affordable!
I can't say enough good things about Salty Paws Pet Sitting She is professional, transparent, and dedicated - your pets come first.
