We recently boarded our dog here (July 2019), it was our first boarding experience ever. We were super nervous, but after meeting Christy, we were sure we had found a home away from home for our boy! Everything from scheduling to pick up was fast, efficient & easy! Our 7 month old puppy came home full of excitement & well cared for. This will be our choice for future kenneling needs!

This company is all about making money. There does not seem to be an y true intent to help individuals who can not take care of they pet for some time being. Here are some examples: 1. "Pickups after 12pm will be charged an additional daycare rate ($20)." 2. "Un-neutered males are accepted but will incur extra charge and not engage in social group play." 3. "Reservation cancellation policy a minimum of 48 hours notice." I am in shock that they are still in business. It's really unfair to make everything about money, that unneutered dogs will basically have no social time with other dogs when we pay you for that. And nobody knows 48 hours in advance their schedule, make it 24 hours at least. I would rather go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Hey there! Just wanted to share our amazing experience with The Pooch House. Leaving Bailey and Sunny with someone for the first time made us a bit anxious, but Elizabeth really came through! She provided us with frequent videos and messages that helped calm our nerves. Seeing all those smiles and how patient she was with our moody little guy was so comforting. We're thrilled to have found someone who treated our boys like family. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using The Pooch House again.

Left our sweet spunky emotionally attached mutt at the pooch house for the first time and won’t be our last, that’s for sure! Got plenty of daily picture updates and by the end of the week Chester had a hard time saying goodbye to his temporary home. He was treated with love and care. Highly recommend for dog boarding, your fur baby will be loved and well taken care of!!!!

I can't recommend The Pooch House enough! Elizabeth has been absolutely amazing with my dog, Bailey. She has come to my rescue twice in less than a month when I had last-minute work trips. Elizabeth is always in contact, incredibly loving with the animals, and Bailey absolutely loves it there, especially since she gets to play with two other Golden Doodles. On one trip, Bailey went into heat while I was in Mexico, and Elizabeth went above and beyond by getting diapers and taking great care of her. I am truly grateful for the peace of mind she provides. Where do I begin?!? My dogs are very spoiled and like my other children. This was their first time staying with anyone other than family while we traveled. I could not have asked for a better ecperience. The Pooch House was not only super clean, but so loving towards my pups. They treated them like their own, spoiled them and sent me so many pictures and videos throughout the stay. They even got dressed up for Thanksgiving and had a photo shoot LOL. I am so relieved to have found a place to trust with my dogs when we travel. Our dogs can't wait to go back.

I needed a last minute dog sitter for my puppy, Poppy and Elizabeth came to the rescue! Elizabeth was very accommodating and understanding even though I texted her only a couple of hours before her services were needed. She’s very sweet and I could tell she loves dogs! Poppy enjoyed playing with the other pooches. I’m happy I found a pet sitter near me where I know my pup will be well taken care. Thank you, Pooch House!

Rosa, is great with our pets and always keeps us updated on our two Frenchies. We've been using her for the last two years, and she is very reasonably priced. There is plenty of space for your pets to run and there is enough shade where they can relax when they need to. Additionally, the space is very clean and well taken care of.

Really sweet, took care of my German shepherd really well, along with sending pictures and videos every few hours. Place is very clean, and the dogs seem to genuinely enjoy staying there, and just overall a great place for your dog to stay at while you’re away.

We had to travel last minute for a funeral and after looking at reviews I found JR dog sitting. Thank God. Rosa and her husband took such good care of our Golden Retriever. She would send me pics and videos and I saw he was happy. From the moment he got there you could tell they love dogs and I felt completely at ease leaving him there for the time needed. Will definitely book them again when we need a dog sitter.

My frenchie had a really fun time here. The backyard was spacious and had lots of shade. They were super loving with my pup and stuck to his routine. The prices are great and they are super flexible. I highly recommend them to take care of your dog.

I was extremely pleased with their care for my chocolate labrador Elliott. I had to find a last minute sitter for four days, and they were very accommodating with my situation. Overall great service, great care, I also received video updates constantly to know that Elliott was having a great time.

Couldn’t have left my baby with anyone better! I previously did 2 separate daycare visits purposely since my Oliver is so shy to get him used to their routine. Even though he was very timid he LOVED it when we did a week board. I was completely amazed at how much fun my baby was having. My wife and I recently moved to the Miami area with our 2 1/2 year old Chocolate Lab Coco. We looked for a good dog daycare and boarding facility. After some research, we decided to go visit Milo’s Daycare. Their business is incredibly clean and I knew right away that they cared about the dogs that they take care of. My wife and I went away for a long weekend and left Coco in the excellent care of Milo’s. We received daily pics and even videos of how Coco was enjoying herself. Let’s just say, she didn’t look like she was going to want to come back home. When we arrived to pick her up, she was exhausted from playing with her new friends. I highly recommend Milo’s Daycare and Boarding. Bellkiss was very kind when I talked to her and explained Lady’s personality. I explained that my baby was a standard poodle and she’s young ( at the time 3 months ) and very scared around other dogs. Bellkiss explained that it comes with the breed but since she’s so young she would keep her with her dog Milo who is older and gentle. Now Lady has come every week and was boarded for 5 days there while I was out of the state. I can tell she was treated with love and care and she’s always excited to go back.

My two sons (Frenchies) Odin and Loki love going to Milo’s Daycare. They enjoy being with the other dogs and playing around in the yard and getting their exercise in. I love that pictures are taken of them and sent to his parents. Definitely would recommend Milo’s Daycare.

Tessa is theeee best human ever! I have so much to share and to attempt to fit it all here briefly will be difficulty. I met Tessa four years ago when I took my mother to pick up her shihpoo from grooming. It was a pleasant meet and I knew that if my mother (who'd never had a dog until in her 60s) trusted Tessa, so would I. I learned later that two sisters and a friend also had their dogs groomed (and two boarded) with Tessa. Fast forward a few months and I indeed used Tessa's services for boarding my (then) 85 pound rottweiler, Merlot while I went on a four day trip. It was an immediate connection! Merlot loved Tessa and Tessa loved my baby! Although the trip was short, she communicated with me throughout while informing about Merlot. Fast forward again to when I had to move out of the country. For what was supposed to be a couple months, turned out to be three years that my baby and I were separated. As we are all aware, 2020 was nobody’s friend! Merlot’s international travels to get to me turned out to be a near mission impossible — from no travels due to Covid restrictions for an entire year, to unable to travel because the summer months too hot for travel, to a new policy of having to purchase a special made ($850) crate for large breeds (airlines wouldn’t accept anything different), to a vet no longer in business and having to get all immunizations re-administered, to a misunderstanding that “21 days travel before” is not the same as “within 21 days of travel” to a failed heart worm exam, to a missed flight and having to wait a week longer, to sitting in customs for four hours, and to receive an international health certificate — you’d think she was two exotic tigers being shipped! I could not have gone through any of this had it not been for Tessa (and of course, my husband’s encouragement)! She let me virtually cry on her shoulders because missing my furbaby oftentimes was unbearable. In our texts we often spoke about life, the pandemic lockdown, homeschooling her boy, what adjusting to island life was like for me. She always always sent me pictures of my girl’s antics. She even gave birth to her own baby. For months, I pined at the thought of Merlot not remembering me but three years later, when she finally made that flight and only after sitting in Customs for hours, were we reunited! She did not skip a beat! It’s been three months now and Merlot is living her best life here in the Sint Maarten — a promise I made her when I had to leave her.. For Tessa, boarding and grooming dogs is much more than just a job for her. She loves what she does and she’s the best in the business. She’s the real deal! Her place is clean. She has plenty toys and treats for the dogs. Many of the dogs (those who are well socialized) get along with the others. Dogs cannot wait to return to her place. I would not hesitate in requesting her services. You will never be disappointed! My hope is that Tessa will be able to open a doggy spa/hotel in the near future! This review is late, but it's not from lack of care. Jaxson had the most amazing time here. He did not want to leave. I could tell he had been well cared for during his stay. I received pictures during his stay and was reassured he was doing well. Frenchies are interesting breeds, but she knew just how to take care of him. I am so happy to have found Tessa's care!!

My Little Olivia has been going to "Aunt" Tessa for almost 2 years now, anytime I need help with her. The love she receives is so obvious! She gets spoiled. Tessa also provides grooming if needed. It is done with gentleness and care. Mini pigs are emotional animals. They tend to get upset with their owners if they feel neglected. Olivia ALWAYS returns super happy and is very happy to visit when we drop her off. Tessa caters to the need if your pet baby and you know this due to your pets response. I'm ecstatic I discovered her and leave my baby with her with complete trust. Thank you for all you do to make us all comfortable. FYI, this was difficult for us to do initially. Olivia is my son's emotional support animal and our time apart is due to my physical disabilities. That's why I reiterate how comfortable Tessa has made this for us.

This was also the first place she ever stayed besides home that she didn't want to leave. Pawtopia is affordable, and most importantly, you get regular updates about your pup! I'll be coming back.

I’ve used Pawtopia Boarding for several years. I started using Tessa and Pawtopia the day after I picked up my puppy. He went everyday for doggy daycare while I was at work. When I would turn down the street he would start spinning in circles in the car from excitement. He was over-the-top excited everyday. Tessa treats each dog as if her own. There is plenty of free play in the yard and plenty of water and shade. Sacha was there for daycare for more than two years until my retirement and move from Florida. Upon a recent trip overseas we considered many local boarding facilities in NC, but never found a facility that came close to Pawtopia. We chose to book our flights through Miami so that Sacha could stay at Pawtopia. Upon getting within a mile of Pawtopia, and after more than a year of not being there, he got very excited, tail wagging and barking in the car. Upon arrival,, he bolted toward the door and practically jumped in Tessa’s arms. Mind you, Sacha is a 90 pound male Belgian Malinois. As long as Tessa and Pawtopia are available, I will not take my beloved Sacha anywhere else! I am so grateful!

My two dogs (12 year old Weimaraner and 8 year old Terrier-mutt) have been boarded with Pawtopia many times over the past 5 years. They've been boarded from a few days, up to a week and I feel very confident and secure leaving my dogs knowing they'll be cared for. My dogs get excited when being dropped-off and upon seeing they'll be at Pawtopia :) Texts and updates are provided, and the pricing can't be beat!!!

They would come pick him up from my hotel and drop him off at the end of the day. The entire time I would get pictures, videos, and updates on how he’s doing. Paw Sitters is really great with keeping communication of their arrival and to any questions I have. My wife and I were vacationing in FL with our dog and we wanted to visit the National parks. As we all know, dogs are not allowed in any of the NPs. We found William's contact on the web and reached out. He could take in Rudy for the next day immediately. He understood all of Rudy's needs, his personality and could make arrangements for him to stay comfortable. William sent us many photos and videos of our dog on several walks throughout the day and our dog seemed very happy when we met him in the evening. The absolute best! hands down!! left my 4 month puppy with her and I was so nervous but could tell Yanet was great and boy was I right! My baby had the best time and made so many friends!! We had a great experience with Yanet. We have a Goldendoodle named Dixie who is extremely spoiled and doesn't like to be away from us. We are leaving for a week and wanted to test out a day with Yanet before deciding to leave her for a week. I have only positive things to say about our experience. From the beginning Yanet is extremely organized and thorough with her paperwork and procedures. Communication is outstanding! Dixie loved her stay and we booked her week the same day. Yanet did a wonderful job for our good boy. We booked her for a weekend of home visits because he is nervous, doesn’t do too well in others houses, and has back issues. She was timely, caring and gave him a good amount of time outside when she’d take him to pee. Best of all, he seemed to like her a be very comfortable around her. We will most definitely book her again!

I boarded my pet Milo with Paw Care Miami for 5 days. I would say, it was more like a vacation for my pet rather than boarding. Angela was very caring and prompt in updating everyday and I was overwhelmed with the over all experience... if anyone owns a dog, Angela and her family are the go-to place for caring them. They are reliable and trustworthy! Milo will be visiting again soon!

Angela is simply amazing, her dedication to her business and love of animals is uncanny. Our dog, Alaska, is completely in love with the location, the people and the other dogs. Alaska does not want to leave Paw Care and we don’t blame her, because we wouldn’t want to leave either. Paw Care offers the same routine we keep our dog on, while offering engaging play and socializing in a safe and stimulating environment.

It was our first time that we needed a boarding place so I was grateful when a friend recommended Angelas service. We had our 2 dogs stay here for Christmas Break. We were out of the country and missed them. So it was great to receive daily pictures and updates. Both dogs came home happy and healthy which is best proof that Angela and her team took great care of them!

I highly recommend Angela from paw Care Miami to take great care of your pets. She pet sitter our 4 month old Beagle, Leia for 6 days while we were out of town. Eventhough Leia wasn't fully potty trained, Angela welcomed her like one of her own. Angela kept us informed and updated with pictures and videos every day. Leia had a blast interacting with the other dogs, she was really happy there. Her place is spacious and is all about and for the pets. I rarely write reviews but was so delighted with Paw Care Miami’s dog boarding service, I want to praise and applaud Angela! My sister and I left our border collies with Angela when we went on a cruise out of Miami. Angela carefully listened to our instructions when we dropped our puppies off and took great care to give them the very best care while we were away. I know this of my own personal knowledge because Angela sent numerous photos and videos of their activities throughout their stay. We are confident Angela loved and cared for our dogs as if they were her own. I highly recommend her services! (If we lived closer, our dogs would enjoy doggie daycare there too!)

I highly recommend Paw care Miami for your dogs care. I went traveling to Europe and needed my young energetic dog taken care of for two weeks. Angela updated me everyday with how Mya was doing with pictures. I had peace of mind knowing that she was well cared for while I was away. When I was stuck in Europe for an extra week, Angela assured me that my dog was fine and that she would take care of her while I was away. Can’t recommend enough! We had two of our family’s dogs cared for by Angela and we had a great experience. It was our first time trying Paw Care and will definitely leave our dogs with Angela again. She has a large space for dogs to roam around, fenced so you don’t have to worry that they run away and Angela sent us pictures and updates everyday so we stayed informed all the time. Positively Pets Boarding has cared for my one-year-old Mini Australian Shepherd in the form of drop-in visits and most recently, boarding at their home. Knowing my dog was a bit reactive which is common with the breed at a young age, Cristina knew precisely how to mitigate that nervousness and within a very short time, my dog was socializing with the other dogs beautifully. My Mini Australian Shepherd was having so much fun resulting in a more relaxed demeaner as seen by the many videos that were sent to me while I was away on vacation. Also noticed a difference when she returned home as well which was amazing. I've had many dogs in my life and used other boarding facilities in the past and Positively Pets Boarding is by far the best experience for both pet and owner. From the moment I met Cristina she has been nothing short of amazing. I was a little nervous leaving my golden retriever because he does have a hard time adjusting to new environments and other dogs but Cristina made him feel so comfortable and he did perfectly! She has also done drop ins for me for both my pups. She’s so good with the dogs, trustworthy and best of all her communication is top notch!

Cristina would be the only person I would completely trust with my dogs! She treats them as they’re her own which is rare nowadays! Her love and passion for animals is out of this world! Not mention her veterinary technician background! It makes me feel safe leaving my dog in her care! 10/10 recommended. You won’t regret it!

Cristina has been AMAZING! We booked her services to drop in daily for 6 days to check on my cats. You could tell right away her love and passion for animals. I provided some instructions but i felt at ease knowing she knew exactly what to do. I got daily videos and pictures of my cats while i was away! She gave them rubs as often as she was allowed lol! I’ve known Cristina for years and fully trusted her with my puppy. As long as I’ve known her she’s always LOVED animals. She sent me updates daily and lots of pictures and videos.
