Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!
Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.
Angie and Joe have been our go-to pet sitters for our dogs, Cooper and Kona, on multiple occasions, and they consistently deliver exceptional care. Each time we've entrusted our pups to their care, Angie and Joe have gone above and beyond to ensure their well-being. Their genuine love for animals has always left us worry-free and able to fully enjoy our time away. Cooper and Kona's excitement whenever they see Angie and Joe speaks volumes about the bond they've formed. We sincerely recommend Angie and Joe to anyone seeking reliable and caring pet sitters.
Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.
Rachel was an excellent pet sitter for my cat. She was a good communicator and also kept my place very tidy. She even left me a gift of a bar of chocolate upon her departure! Highly recommend.
Anna and Alan were absolutely brilliant. This was my first time using a sitter for our pup and from the start Anna was reassuring and put me at complete ease. They sent regular pictures while we were away and were incredibly easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend Anna and Alan for any pet sitting needs. Robyn
Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!
Deboraj took great care of the apartment and of our goofy unsociable cat. She went out of her way to bring catnip and make friends with Rowan. She communicated often and cared to be as good a house and pet sitter as could be. I can gladly recommend her highly to anyone else looking. Thank you Deborah.
Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

My doggie Zeke LOVES his days at the Pet Lodge! When I say Pet Lodge he jumps on me in excitement, and, if I don't take him within the next half hour, he barks at me as a reminder of my promise to take him to play with his friends! The staff are incredibly accommodating for special needs, plan thoughtful stimulating holiday activities, and go over and beyond to ensure our furry loved one is well cared for, while their human is at work or away for the week. We have also been very happy with their bathing and nail trim services along with boarding our two kitty cats. Here's a picture of our happy pup right after pick up from the Pet Lodge, wearing a cute bandana they donned after his spa treatment. Over the past 4 years, we have had a consistently positive experience, received excellent caring service, and highly recommend The Pet Lodge!
Bed and biscuit is definitely the move, Pet lodge lost my dogs items…as well as didn’t properly feed or take care my pup. After his 1 week stay of boarding my poor pup came home so upset i’ve never seen him like that before..just broke my heart! I also noticed a red rash under his neck as well as one of his nails seemed like it has been broken off some how ? Seems like leash damage under his neck as well. I’m just in shock, I thought I was bringing my baby somewhere safe so I could go on vacation, but turns out I was wrong. I will no longer be taking my dogs to the Pet Lodge. You guys shouldn’t either unless you want the same to happen to your poor fur baby..It’s upsetting you put your baby in what you thought was a safe environment only to know everything isn’t what it seems!! I choose to keep my dogs name as well as mine confidential as I no longer want any sort of communication or contact with the Pet Lodge..Please be careful of where you send your fur babies I feel terrible and like it’s my fault!! I also was not contacted about anything!! That is all I have to say.. 2/10 experience…if I could give negative stars to this establishment I most certainly would!
The staff were friendly and the young girls that work there are nice. But we picked up our boy yesterday and noticed his toe nail was bleeding and broken off. I called and asked what happened and no one was aware of anything. Said he probably did scratching at the door or fence. He was limping on it so I take him to the vet this morning and the doctor said it happened a couple days ago and is already showing signs of infection. I get people are busy but too busy to notice something like that is not ok. This was the longest we have ever been away from our boy and we won’t be choosing them again. I try to only write good reviews and give bad experiences the benefit of doubt but this is unacceptable.
From what I could see when I picked up my fur baby. He seemed to happy and well taken care of compared to another boarding experience some where else. I love love the set up of the "condos" that's what I call it. Not being stuck in a kennel all day made it even easier to leave him here. Not to mention, the ladies working here. Truly care and made it smooth for me to leave him in their care. It's very clean, organized, and reasonably priced. From now on I will only board him here. They also have inexpensive items for sale. Check out Gage's new coat. I'm very pleased with our experience at Pet Lodge.
Our dog Bella loves going to the Pet Lodge. In fact, all of our dogs have been there. They all loved going there for day care or to be boarded. Bella is so happy and cannot wait to go in and is so happy when she comes home. The staff is wonderful, kind, and caring. We will not entrust anyone else with our pets daycare or boarding needs!
Our pup Bailey stayed with them for a week. My husband picked him up yesturday when he got home and we took his collar off we saw he had a huge sore on his chest. No one had mentioned it. We called and they said they would investigate. No one has called to follow up. We took our pup to the vet they said he had that for a few days; they shaved his chest, cleaned his wound and is on antibiotocs. We will not be taking him her anymore. It's hard enough being a military family moving around, and trusting others with our children and pups. Be weary of this place.
Read tons of reviews on local boarding places and felt comforted when we were able to book with pet lodge. Unfortunately our experience was unpleasant and disappointing. We booked our dog for a week stay and the day we came back, we noticed one of his nails were ripped off and bleeding. We were not made aware of anything prior to pick up, and when we mentioned it they replied it must’ve happened on his way out to us just now. We took him to the vet the very next day and they said it had been like that already for several days and begun infection. This kind of neglect and haphazard efforts to care for the one we entrusted to them is completely unacceptable and baffling. Communication not the best. Unfortunately we’ll be boarding elsewhere in the future.
Looked very nice and clean. Haven't boarded there yet 2/14/19 Update I boarded my 2 dogs there for 5 days while out of town. I included their food, which I keep in a plastic container for freshness, instructions for feeding and giving treats, the treats and toys. The container holds a whole bag of food which usually lasts a month, I have small dogs. The day before I returned they ran out of food and gave them something different. At drop-off we discussed their feeding and I showed them the instructions. So they ignored my written and verbal instructions and fed my dogs a months worth of food in 5 days. Then they didn't call me when they ran out and just gave them something different. Both dogs gained a lot of weight and 1 came home sick. The toys were never given to them. Said they had their own toys. This was the first time my dogs have been boarded, both are young. Something familiar would have been very comforting to them.
My boys seem to like it here. I do like that they aren't in cages or small kennels, I hate seeing animals caged. The staff is friendly, I've called numerous times and spoke to the person I leave my pets with. The facility doesn't actually smell like dogs which matters. Ive also seen the 'rooms' and was pleased. Its also easy to find on the road and also with google maps. Its not far out but also close enough to Fort Campbell. Thanks guys! Ill continue to use your services.
Awesome place. My dog loves it here
Kelley has made life a bit more simple for a few days. Opening his cabin to host not only my family but also so many others has been such a blessing. Even as a self-funded project, he is sure to keep the fridge stocked, a list of things to do and places to go, and an amazing cabin to rest when you are done exploring for the day. Opening these doors to military families 100% free of charge. I cannot put into words how thankful my family is for Kelley and his project but I can also speak for so many others when we say thank you!
Very clean environment friendly staff you can definetly tell they are true animal lovers through and through, that will treat your pets as if they were their own for the duration of your pets stay
What a great and loving place to take your pet
It's a lovely thing that Kelley does.
Very personal. Great for my Little Man.
The host, Mr. Kelley is amazing!
Thanks Morgan
Had a last minute trip just following the holidays and they were gracious to take on boarding my mom's small dog, while we took her to see her sister out of state. When he refused to eat his food we had taken for him, they were quick to try him with some they had there...which he loved! They even sent us home with a baggy of it for him, to buy us time to go buy him some of it. He seemed happy with the attendant; although he was happier to have the car ride back home! Mom rested easier knowing her sweet furbaby was in pet loving hands!
Great folks. Hate to leave the babies but too big to travel by plane. They took care and we were able to enjoy our vacay. Thank you!
I have been trusting Town and Country Pet Sitter with my girls for 7 + years, and I highly recommend them. I frequently rely on them and always know my dogs will be well care of while staying here. Not only are they trustworthy and reliable, but they are a pleasure to work with every time. They are some of the most considerate, caring people I know. Excellent boarding experience and great client relationship!
I love bringing my dogs here. You can tell when a dog is nervous to go into a place and my girls are never nervous walking into Town & Country. They walk right in and gladly prance their ways into the kennel. It's so easy to board them together too. Every time I pick them up they're obviously happy to see me but they leave happy. They are so well taken care of here and you can tell my dogs are treated as if they were their own. I highly recommend bringing your dogs here! Great price, beautiful and clean facility and a very friendly staff :)
The pet care givers here go above and beyond taking care of our canine babies. I have used them several times and they are very professional and loving to my babies. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. I have 2 Beagles and they are able to stay together their entire stay. Love them....
This place is wonderful! They have such great care to our dog Harmony, who had really bad separation anxiety and fear of everything really. This dog tore apart our house and got worse as she aged. They were very affordable, patient, loving and kind to her and us! I immediately turned again to them when we had a family friend who died and owned a dog. They even remembered me from the 2 plus years prior! They helped us find a new home for this dog that couldn’t be taken by any friends of the original dog owner. They did it out of the kindness of their hearts and their love for God. This dog had been through so much after losing his “mommy” that this boarding company wanted to help this dog find stability again. It was an emergency situation. Any dog is safe and well cared for with this company!
Both my dog and I love this place! We live in Northern KY and board our pup here when our travels take us near Nashville. Everyone is always super friendly and efficient. We have boarded her places where she seemed overly relieved to see us... not here! When we pick her up, it's a quick greeting and back to sniffing, tail wagging, and happy trotting! She seems so relaxed when we leave and is excited when we drop her off. We feel NO guilt at all about letting her stay at Town and Country while we travel!
My doggies home away from home! My two GSDs love Town & Country so much. They are always so happy to stay. It's I'm so happy to have finally found a trustworthy Petsitter for my babies. Everything is always so well kept, clean, and organized. The staff is super friendly and they know our dogs by name. I cannot say enough good things about them!
I cannot say enough good about this sweet family. They took care of my pets even at the last moment. They truly care about each and every single pet and parent they service. An absolute pleasure and the only boarding and day care I would trust with my babies. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you for helping me with my babies!
We have four dogs: two Pyrenees, one medium collie, one small terrier. I don't trust my pyrs with anyone, especially the largest one. This place is incredible with them. They really know how to handle my dogs and the dogs always come back clean, happy and healthy.
I used Lauren and her team daily for almost 10 months to look after my two dogs in the afternoons on my longer work days. It was worth the peace of mind knowing my dogs were being cared for by her team. I am a dog trainer and I do not use doggy daycare for multiple reasons, so using In Your Home Pet care was perfect for me. I even used Lauren's services for an overnight trip when I could not travel with my dogs one weekend. I'm Very happy with her services and my dogs were well cared for! Thank You to you and your team Lauren!
Look no further for your in-home pet sitting needs! I cannot put into words how amazing my experience with Lauren from In Your Home Pet Sitting was, but I will try! My girlfriend and I recently moved to the Hermitage, TN area, and were no longer in range for the Nashville Tail Blazers (who I highly recommend in the East/West Nashville areas). Lauren came highly recommended (from NTB), and responded immediately to my inquiry text, and set up an in-home consultation to meet my two cats and me that same week. After meeting Lauren, I knew we found the perfect person to look after our animals. Lauren is a registered veterinarian nurse and it is so comforting to leave our animals in her more than capable hands. We went away for three days, and while we were gone, Lauren came to our home and made sure the cats were fed and watered, cleaned their litter boxes each day, and even sent photos of her playing with them. When we got home from vacation, our cats barely acknowledged that we were home, which means they got plenty of love and attention in our absence! Pricing is extremely affordable, and you know your pets are in great hands. I cannot recommend Lauren enough. If you live in the Hermitage area and ever need someone to watch your pet(s) in your home, look no further than Lauren with In Your Home Pet Sitting! Thank you, Lauren!
Lauren is great with our dogs. We have three senior pets that require lots of extra care. Lauren recently went above and beyond to care for them so we could enjoy a week long vacation. She was very responsive and my fur kids were in very good hands. She is excellent!
I have used in your home pet sitting company for over a year. Many short trips and a few very long trips. Our English Bulldog was old and requires lots of care, meds and was quirky. Lauren never let us down in providing excelllent care and just the kind of love our dog needed. She is trustworthy, responsible, communicates quickly and efficiently. Our dog has had many complicated medicines to administer and we have really appreciated that Lauren is very capable and trained to handle that. We lost our dog this week but will definitely be using her when we get a new little furry love.
So happy to have found this service for our two cats! Lauren runs a very professional and caring business. It’s clear that she and her team love animals as much as her clients do! It’s also nice to see that she ensures her team is safely acquainted with the jobs they will be doing. Great job all around. We want to plan more vacations just to use this service more! :)
Lauren and her team took great care of my cats while my husband and I were on vacation. One of my cats is special needs that requires medication two times a day. They were so thorough in taking care of him and making sure he got what he needs. The prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend In Your Home Pet Sitting.
Nothing but good things to say about Lauren and her team at In Your Home Pet Sitting! They truly provide quality pet care and deliver on their “peace of mind” promise. As a busy fur baby parent, I’m very grateful to have found this provider who gives my pet the added care and attention he deserves.
We have been using Lauren and her team from in your home pet sitting for 8 1/2 years. They have been with us through both good amd hard times amd they have always gone above and beyond to take great care of our animals. We consider them family and our cats love them! Thank you Lauren for always being there for us!
Just used Lauren’s business to look after our 13 year old cat Annie while on vacation for a week. Wonderful experience. Jen took great care of Annie, sent us daily pics, kept the litter box clean and cleaned up a few spots where Annie had been sick. Great service. We’ll be using them again for sure.
I used this company for about 2 years to walk my elderly dog. Things were going well until the owner's "team" started expanding (note, no prior notice was ever given when new walkers would come). 20-minute walks turned into 10-minute max walks followed by 10 minutes of the walker fooling around in their phone in my living room (I have a security system that times entries and exits and a camera in my living room...its not hidden; they knew they were on camera and apparently didn't care). I tolerated this for about a year because my schedule is hectic and I was appreciative that someone could take my girl out. However, the company had a new guy come (again, no prior notice given) and I watched on my camera as my normally social dog cowerd from him under a table, and he dragged her from her hiding spot to take her out. Though I was fuming at this point, I contacted the owner and asked who this new guy was and asked to meet him. The owner never arranged the meeting (told me he was busy at the time I suggested and did nothing more). When I asked her to give me prior notice of any new walkers so I could meet them and get my dog acclimated to a new person, she responded that her other clients loved their dogs just as much as I loved mine and had not complained. That crossed the line and I terminated services and started interviewing new walkers that day. Now I have a wonderful walker who my baby LOVES and who gives her 30-minute walks (at a lower price), which has done wonders for her energy at her advanced age. Only wish I would have made that change for her sooner!
