We have been bringing our dogs (now on our third) to Gibson's for daycare and boarding for years. They love dogs and it shows - each of our has had different personalities and needs, and all - from young to geriatric - have been well cared for and happy there. Highly recommended!

Best doggy daycare around! The staff is great & so helpful. They even made up a birthday gift for our dod the week of his birthday!

Do you love your pet? Of course you do! Please do not trust these untrained people at Gibson's in Grafton. We dropped our two, tail-wagging, excited & happy Border Collies off on August 27 and only one came out with us upon pick up 10 days later. The other was suffering brain trauma from the staff letting her suffer for at least 45 minutes with an epileptic seizure before getting her to her Dr. at Tufts, 10 min away. My little Ruby was hospitalized for a month and has not walked since. Please use extreme caution when boarding your loved ones here...I wish I could turn back the hands of time. Oh and by the way, Bob Gibson does not feel any responsibility for his negligence in getting her medical help right away, even though we were told that this was his procedure in case of a seizure on his watch. Buyers' Beware! And if I could have given this 0 stars I would have done so.

I love this place . Ive been taking Diego to the Worcester/Grafton st. location for over 6 years. I've never had an issue . I had him Lodge at the resort once and again no issue and honestly ....the staff and service are top notch Ive since been switching up daycare between both the Grafton & Worcester locations just to mix it up and so that my little guy Diego can feel comfortable & become familiar with all the staff and the environment provided. Bob along with the ladies @ Gibson are EPIC! THANK YOU ! You guys continue to provide epic service & my pup is a happy pup!!

My dog had a great time staying here once again. She goes to daycare here and is always SO excited to arrive. This visit we kenneled her for 12 days. She came home happy, tired, clean and silky from her exit bath. I have been kenneling my dogs with Gibson's for about 15 years and they are always wonderful.

We love Gibson’s. Our dog is always happy when we drop him off for boarding or grooming. Bob is very attentive and kind. Our sheepadoodle loves Kim the groomer. She really takes the time to make the dogs comfortable and at ease. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My dog loves to play at Gibson’s. I peek in the window before I pick him up and all tails are wagging!! The staff shows him so much attention and patience. They noticed some spots on him and pointed them out to me right away. He had been at another daycare and they never said a word to me . Super friendly!

We are truly grateful that we found a place that our dog Tripper absolutely loves!! He always knows where is he is going the minute we take the turn around the bend on 140. His tail starts wagging, he starts "talking" and cannot wait to get out of the car. Every person that works there Tripper greets with incredible glee and enthusiasm. Our pets are as important to us...and we want the best care possible. Tripper definitely thinks that daycare is his second home....we know that it's definitely his 2nd family!! He has been going there for the last 10 years, and I can't imagine him going anywhere else!! The staff is awesome! So friendly and caring. If Tripper gets tired from playing outside (he is an old man now!) and needs to have down time, he lets them know by going to the door and the staff lets him inside. The owners & staff have accommodated us every single time we have called-whether it be for last minute care or an end of day call asking "can he spend the night". They have never turned us away.

2016-01-08 My dogs are not smart about traffic. If they get loose, they are almost certain to get hit by a car. I really don't want the safety of my dogs on my mind when I'm travelling. Therefore, security and safety are all I care about in a kennel. Yesterday I left my 2 dogs at Gibson for a night because I'm convinced that the kennel I saw yesterday is the most secure kennel in my area. Everything I saw persuaded me that they take security very seriously. I'm sure that they know they are under scrutiny. 2016-01-25 I boarded my 2 dogs at Gibson again, this time for 3 nights. This time I asked for a tour of the place. They showed me everything I wanted to see without hesitation and answered all my questions. Everything looked secure and hygienic. I made one observation about increasing redundant security of one of the fences and they said that it is already on their schedule. The structure appears to have been built solely as a kennel. It's not a house or barn converted for use as a kennel. I think it has a capacity of about 150 dogs. They seem to have a lot of experience. They seem to have a refined system for doing things. They answer emails promptly. The employees carry radios and seem to communicate with each other a lot. There are a lot of safety signs around. The place seems uncluttered. They seem to have have defined policies and procedures. They explained to me me about how certain employees are assigned sole accountability for certain functions. There seem to be about 5 people on duty on the times when I've been there. I feel that they are well organized and supervised. They seem to enjoy the job. Gibson has earlier drop off hours than other kennels in my area. I can leave my house in Framingham at 6 am, drop off at 7 am, be in NYC by noon and DC before close of business.

We’re fairly new to You Lucky Doggy and have loved the communication through the app with scheduling, invoicing and most of all the details and photos/videos of our visit(s). Elicia has been amazing with our two senior pups and has given us complete confidence they are well cared for and safe in our absence. We’ve had all our needs met in a timely, professional and caring manner 🐾🐾

My lucky doggy loved the staff of You Lucky Doggy! Communication through the app was great and I loved receiving pictures and updates of my dog's visits. Staff not only visited with her, they practiced sit and stay and hurdles and other fun tricks. I feel lucky to have found Sarah and her crew.

We really cannot even begin to express how wonderful our experience with Sarah, Heather, and the whole You Lucky Doggy team has been. We have a very anxious senior pup and when we moved to our new home he was a mess. It gave me so much comfort and peace of mind knowing we had someone that we trusted coming to look in on him while we were gone. Since then, we have added another pup and both of then absolutely love spending time with Heather and Sarah! They have the best app where we can chat and get photo updates throughout the day. It also gives you a detailed report of their visits, potty breaks, etc. I can’t imagine having anyone else caring for our fur babies!! ❤️

I found You Lucky Dog when I had to go back to work one week a month and my kids were off at college. I can’t say how lucky (pardon the pun) to find this amazing business who loves my Trixie as much as we do! Knowing she can get out for a walk in the middle of the day with such great dog walkers makes it less stressful when I have to go into the office. I would not let just anyone have access to my dog. I trust this business to have me and my pets best interest in mind at all times.

You Lucky Doggy has been incredible with taking my dog for walks and I am so glad to have found them. Sarah, and the team are all reliable, kind, communicative, and send very cute, nice reports after every walk with photos. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with them, and confident that she has fun and is well cared for. I really can’t say enough good things about them!

They provide a report of how each visit went with photos (they are master photographers too and take the BEST photos of your fur babies). This is by far the best place, not only do they LOVE the dogs, but love the dog parents too! My parents found Woof through Jim who has groomed my parents dogs for years. I got my own little girly and she now not only sees Jim, but LOVES playcare! My 8 pound menace has come out of her shell, is getting trained, and did a better job at boarding while I got married than her mom did! Special shoutout to Jim, Maria, Valdita, & Makayla!! The whole staff is the BEST!!

I wish I read the recent reviews. They need training in customer service. The person I talked to over the phone was condescending and this should not be tolerated by any customers. That is not how you treat customers even if they get upset with certain circumstances especially rescheduling last minute. Instead of apologizing, she felt the need to be righteous and tell me all grooming places do this. This is my dog's third appointment. I told her thats incorrect and she kept talking over me. Definitely she needs to consider training in customer services. I am happy to look elsewhere. There are better grooming place than this. Run away if you want reliability and pleasant services.

Laura is AMAZING with my cat Beauty! Always does an amazing job!!! Perfect lion cut every time! Super flexible about taking her just when she needs a nail trim too! Highly recommend!!!

I have been taking my Goldendoodle Jewel here for 5 years now for her grooming, day care, and occasional boarding. I wouldn't take my dog to any other day care. The staff here are outstanding and they do a great job caring for pets. I drive to Woof from Lancaster just so my dog can go to a daycare center that truly takes the best care of pets! Thank you Woof!

If you’re looking for reliable service DONT go here for grooming. I have been taking my dog here for about a year and a half to see groomer Morgan and have struggled to obtain reliable service. Appointments are cancelled either day of or day before always for some other excuse. This year alone (2023) she and the company followed through with 1 scheduled appointment on time. I will reiterate - if you need reliable service, do NOT make an appointment here. In perspective, if I book an appointment once a month and so far this year most of them have been canceled or rescheduled, it makes you question what appointments she will show up for.

If you want your dog locked up in a crate all day, this is the perfect daycare/boarding place for you. I had this experience a while back and I've heard it from others and employees of Woof have confirmed it! Such a shame they pop up as the first option in the area but that's because they pay for google ads. Maybe they are good groomers, but they are terrible for day care and boarding.

I have been a faithful customer of one of the groomers at Woof for a long time. My dog came back from grooming with an injury. He was unable to walk up the stairs or jump up on the couch without yelping in pain. He couldn’t even walk up the stairs to get into the house. The amount of pain that he was in and his inability to walk up the stairs, etc. resulted in a visit to the vet, I called and asked to speak to the manager/owner and they never called me back! I received a phone call from a young woman instead , as she called to “check up on him” and the groomer stated that she didn’t notice anything wrong with him ( although a member of the woof staff carried him to the car, not their usual, practice,). They also raised their cat grooming prices by nearly 80%. When I asked the girl at the desk, why such a large increase she responded with “we are the only cat groomers in the area”. Way to price gouge your customers Woof! Just an FYI… they are not the only cat groomers in area!

lately the worst customer experience that i have had with this group. I have been getting my doodle groomed and bathed over here for the last 2 years once a month. Jim was awesome... but is no longer there and they do not know when he will be back.. they are rotating groomers. they cut my doodle all over ... it was crazy he came out looking like a mouse. their scheduling software is a mess .. they move the appointments around and all they do is send you an email. And even if you call them and say the time does not work ... well you are out of luck as the next available time would be when 6 months out. May be some of us should look elsewhere (i would) so the they get the bandwidth to accommodate their "in training" groomers... which they never disclose before.. their philosophy is if the customers did not complaint (i was asked ... why did you not complain about it... as if they would grow that hair back on my dog and trim it again) ....apparently that's of me. Good luck woof pet resort. I don't know if Jim would have a clientele once and if he is back. ————- Update to the earlier post : After an hr or so of the review .. woof pet resort refused to service my dog today.. the day off (which they have rescheduled 2 times). They chose to shut my poor dog out for his grooming appointment. They did not want to try and turn my experience around because I wrote a review .. so if you don’t like what they do your dog .. don’t post a review or they will shut you out and .. ask you to go elsewhere .. if you want to reschedule groomer they will give you dates months out .. so you silently work with them ..they also cancelled my future appointment so if you want the new groomer to work your dog .. you will have a slot every month first week for the next 4 months thank you woof!! For making my decision easier. please note :google review can be updated .. if the experience turns around .. do try it with your other customers.

Our dogs have boarded with Catherine many times over the past 7 years. They have always been very well cared for, enjoyed being with “friends “ and get plenty of exercise. Catherine really gets to know each of the pets that she looks after and treats them all as family!

Brought my 2 dogs to Catherine for overnight boarding and she is super sweet and understanding, as well as accommodating. My pups are tuckered out from getting to run around and play all day. I loved that she sent a couple videos and kept me posted on their day. Thank you!

We love Catherine as does Cooper. We looked to find someone who truly cared about dogs and could understand a unique personality (At least at first as he acclimated!). Catherine totally understands Cooper, and he is actually more social than he has ever been as a result of her thoughtful integration with other dogs like him. We can’t say enough... and our peace of mind on vacation is thanks to Catherine.

I called for a quote to have both my mini golden doodles groomed in the travel van. Pam answered the telephone and was not only condescending and rude she told me it would cost $160 each to groom my mini doods. I pay $93 each animal at my current groomer. Definitely shop around and avoid Pam. There’s a good chance she treats your animals the same way she talks to you on the phone. Rude condescending and disrespectful.

Had a great grooming session for my golden doodle. He cooperated very well n had been beautifully groomed by TLC Pet Haven. I would definitely go to the same place even though it is about 20+ miles drive for us...

Took my golden doodle. Yondu. for grooming and a boarding trial you can tell he’s well taken care of by the staff . They are passionate and caring for both cats and dogs I might even bring my cat there someday.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. The flexibility alone makes it the best! My Teddy loves loves coming here. He comes for daycare and grooming and you can tell from the minute we walk in they care so much about every animal there. I am grateful to live close to them and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Our dog has been going to TLC for daycare for about a year now. Some of the nicest people I have met who always greet our dog by name when she comes in. Very convenient, very reasonable pricing. We also use their boarding services and have them give her a bath at the end, definitely an expert tip right there. At the end of last year they gave us a hilarious yearbook of all the dogs that go to TLC, it was great. We have known TLC Pet Haven for at least twenty years! We took our Golden Retriever Beau there, our numerous cats over the years there, and our beautiful fifteen year old Othello just had his grooming this morning! They do a wonderful job! They love animals, and we are grateful for the services they provide, we wouldn't take our furbaby anywhere else!

I brought my golden doodle there yesterday for the first time. Brittany did an amazing job grooming my pup willow! Staff was incredibly friendly. Thank you! Will recommend!

Brittany comes to my home in a grooming van and is wonderful with my two small adult rescue dogs. She is very gentle even with my very nervous half Chihuahua, half Maltese. We love having her come.

I have the mobile grooming come to my place for my dog, Taylor grooms my dog and she always does a wonderful job.

I brought my large lab for his first groom ever and I was very happy! You can tell the staff really cares for the dogs in their care. When we walked in, he was greeted with the happiest faces and excited hellos from the caregivers - and the 5 other dogs that came in after us, they knew the dogs and the owners by name…really reassuring when dropping your pet off for the day. When I picked him up he was happy, tuckered out, and smelled amazing! His nails were filed down nice and short with rounded edges. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I have used PAWS for two years for my 2 year old Golden Retriever and absolutely love them. They are very responsive when I call for scheduling. Their dog sitters/walkers are trustworthy and wonderful. Millie always has a great time. I have referred them to a few friends as well and they have had a great experience.

We have been customers of Paws for over 3 years now and we couldn’t be happier! Our regular walker, Heather, is amazing with our Siberian husky and yellow lab- we get pictures and updates each walk and the dogs absolutely adore her. When Heather is unavailable, Paws always provides us with the same wonderful back-ups and the dogs don’t miss a beat. Can’t say enough about how important Paws is to our family- we highly recommend!

PAWS is awesome! I’ve used them for years - with both of my dogs. They are so caring and loving that my dog runs to the door in happiness when her walker comes! PAWS is extremely reliable and proactive as well. I highly recommend them.

Shelly has groomed my dogs for about 8 years now, and she is the best! All of my dogs are nervous, and one of them is a rescue who is extremely anxious around strangers, but Shelly does a perfect job with even that pup! She cuts my Chinese Crested Powderpuffs beautifully. Top notch, worth every penny.

Barbara, Pauline and all the sitters I've had are amazing. I am ashamed I haven't written this review earlier. We have been using them for a few years now and I always rest easy knowing my fur babies are in good hands. They make sure they have emergency plans in place for all our critters and take such detailed notes. They have watched my cats and turtle. My cats are sheltered pandemic babies who have met very few people and are skittish. I am always amazed that they get at least one of the cats to come out and play! Also, great communication and updates. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful groomer - easy to get an appointment, incredibly friendly staff, very reasonable prices. These people clearly love animals! They see very understanding with dogs who need a little extra care (anxiety, illness, etc). At other facilities you feel like you are an imposition, but not here! Definitely the best local groomer.

Today was our first visit and we were so impressed. Our little lady Gracie who is 17 and needs extra tlc and patience certainly received it there and then some. I highly recommend them. When we picked her up which was an amazing thing in itself as it was all done in an hour and she looked and smelled great but she was not stressed at all. Was actually happy and so comfortable. I also thought it was very affordable too.

I have an old man cat who complains incessantly and demands walks. Sitters from Companion Pet sitting have been so kind with him on their visits. They are very accommodating and it's a great deal when you book them for longer visits.

Very professional Rehabilitation Therapists are certified properly unlike the other in the same town Full service grooming,in your home pet care and canine rehabilitation I have used all three services. Kind, compassionate and professional I dont know what I would do without them!!!

We had our dog here numerous times for both rehab for her knee and grooming. Fantastic on both counts.

I'm so grateful for Clark's Dog Kennel! My dog is reactive toward strangers. They let me drop her off/pick her up from the outdoor run myself, which is a huge relief. Boarding options are limited when you have a reactive dog. I'm so glad I found them!

Bad experience! We have two dogs, one a puppy. They don't accept credit only cash. So I had to give $800 up front. First warning sign. Puppy had intestinal parasites and was treated but just before leaving on our trip had tested positive. I notified them ASAP that he needed more meds but it could take 2 weeks to fix but we were leaving on vacation before he could get tested again since we had to leave. They also wanted both dogs tested again, it costs $200 for each set of tests. The adult had no parasites. So it was going to cost me another $200, and no guarantee the puppy would pass since the treatment would not be completed in time. If he failed I would have no place to kennel him before we left since it was last minute. So I had to cancel my reservation to find another kennel which didn't require testing. I requested a refund since I was following there requirements and I couldn't take a chance of not having a place to put my dogs. They refused to give a refund since it was 10 days before boarding and they wanted 14 days notice. I asked the owner to call me so we can discuss but she never called me. So I am out $1000 because the owner doesn't care about her customers, only getting the money. I was planning on boarding them there for all future trips but i will never use them again. Zero star rating!!!!!

Our puppy, Broly, just started coming here a month ago. He's a crazy boy but they knew exactly what to do to handle him. They understood his breed's needs and characteristics. They also use positive behavior reinforcement with him (which we also use at home with him). It's great to know they're carrying that over during his daycare days. We are extremely grateful that he has a great daycare that we trust with him. We know he's a handful at times so we appreciate how hard they work with him.

Jessie loves going to daycare here. He has such a great time with all his pack. And sleeps very well when he gets home. Highly recommended daycare/kennel. They also have so much land to run around on.

We are so appreciative of Clark's. When I was in the hospital recently delivering our (not fuzzy) child, Clark's took Tilly for the few days I was in the hospital. Obviously it is difficult to plan in advance, and they were so accommodating. She's been attending daycare for nearly a year now and cannot get out of the car fast enough when we arrive. We love the posted Facebook pictures so we feel connected to her throughout the day. She clearly loves everyone who works there and has become so much comfortable with other pups. She is such a sleepy, contented pup when she gets home!

Mary took away all of our anxiety about leaving our three month old puppy alone. In December we got the first puppy of our lifetimes and, being retired, we stayed at home for three months doting on her. When friends came to meet Beazie, we observed that she was timid and it took her a while to become comfortable with each new person. We dreaded the inevitable time when we would both have to be away from the house and leave her in the care of someone else. Mary volunteered to come for a meet and greet prior to our first pet sitting appointment. She requested that we run through Beazie’s entire potty routine from beginning to end to accustom Beazie to her presence. Mary instinctively knew how to approach Beazie in a way that helped her become more at ease. She brought treats and a special toy which continues to be her favorite as she approaches her first birthday. After only a few minutes, Beazie was settled in her lap without fear and Mary’s love of animals was clearly on display. Her practical knowledge of animals and their behavior has been incredibly valuable as we have never raised a dog. Mary is friendly, trustworthy, flexible and dependable. We never worry a minute when we are away from the house. We don’t know what we would do without Mary. Neither does Beazie!

I can't say enough good things about Mary Littlefield who takes care of our very timid cat when we travel, which we do often. Miss Violet usually streaks upstairs when she hears a car pull into the driveway, and there she keeps watch from the top step, expecting pillage and mayhem and the demise of us all .... unless it's Mary. Then she comes downstairs quickly and purrs loudly while directing long, meaningful glances toward her sitter. She's utterly shameless in her admiration for Mary. We try to ignore Miss Violet's outlandish behaviour, but sometimes wonder if we should spend more time at home -- put a little damper on this foolish infatuation. There was a crisis three years ago when Miss Violet swallowed a long string, and we weren't due back for another week. Mary handled the situation beautifully and kept us abreast of what was going on before and after the procedure to remove it. (Thanks, Mary!) Mary has apologized for endearing herself so to Miss Vi, and we forgive her wholeheartedly. She's become indispensable to our gadabout family.
