Our Basset Hound, Charlie, loves Pet Lodge. He goes everyday for doggy day care and always comes home exhausted from playing all day. He is so happy when we drop him off as he runs ahead of us to get in. We also use Pet Lodge and Spa for overnight boarding when we need it. They love on him and we love the cameras where we can check on him while he is there. The staff always keeps the place so clean and it always smells so good. Love this place!!!

We have use this place before to board our dogs and have never had an issue in the past. I booked a stay for my dogs for the end of this month a few weeks ago. I was charged $40 and told that it would go toward the cost of the stay.During that phone call I was not told that it would be non refundable if I canceled. Due to the recent storms our plans had changed and I had to cancel. I gave them a two week notice… They told me that it was a booking fee and non refundable. Not ok Do better. Will not call again.

Caretakers really love the dogs. They plan special events for them. Today was Beach Party with sprinklers and pools. My shy baby is becoming more comfortable around dogs and people. Thank you Pet Lodge!

After doing much research, we've decided that the best place to leave our sweet girl Mia Grace is Pet Lodge and Spa. We read reviews after reviews on many places. We compared prices, but more than that we were looking for quality of care given, interactions given to fur friends, compassion for us fur parents that are struggling with leaving our fur child and accommodations available for fur child, service needed flexibility and convenience. Pet Lodge and Spa exceeded the expectation in each area. We scheduled a tour in November, and Stephanie was so tentative with us and our Mia Grace. She answered all questions and helped rid me of guilt that I was feeling for having to board Mia Grace. Then on playdate day, she was helpful in checking Mia Grace in and reassuring us that she would be fine. Mia did great. We have now scheduled a several day stay for Mia Grace while we travel for the holidays. As guilty as I feel for leaving Mia during the holidays and for such an extended amount of time. I know she is in great care. Also, Stephanie has gone above and beyond in reassuring me plus reminding me that Mia Grace is only a webcam away, with phone access for any concerns I may have. I can't speak highly enough of how wonderful the staff and facility is for your precious fur family members... and for your fur momma hearts! A. Parks

Pleased with the overseeing of the animals in their care & their setup. We had our dog groomed. He is a Norwegian Elk Hound...lots of fur...he looked good and smelled good when they were done with his TLC.

We have been using pet lodge for more than 5 years. They are very knowledgeable & our pets love to come & play. We have used other boarders in the past, but once we came here we were hooked.

Pet Lodge and Spa is a solid, safe place to take your pup for day or overnight care. The team is helpful, dog-loving, patient, and responsive. I will take my pup there again. What I liked was that they seemed very conscientious of placing my dog in the right play group and keeping the play groups a safe size. I watched my dog on the camera play and interact in a play room with other dogs his size and temperament. I would strongly encourage the team to ensure cameras are working, install them in all play areas, and find some outdoor space for the fur babies to play. Urine accidents in the play areas could be cleaned up a little quicker. It’s probably a good idea to have your pet bathed before pick up if you are overnighting them. My one year old playful Aussie mix needed a deep cleaning after being there 4 days when I was out of town. Thank you Pet Lodge and Spa for being here for our leesburg fur babies!

I love that they are very adamant about vaccinations because that means they really care about the well being of our pet and all the others. I also love the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure my fur baby eats. They fed her turkey dogs , steak , beef and chicken broth, pumpkin, rice , peas , and green beans to get her to eat. I love how enthusiastic the staff are when my fur baby and I show up. I will keep using this facility and most certainly recommend it

Megan and her team were absolutely amazing for us! Not only did they care so much about our pets needs but they go as far as taking in any packages we had, cleaning up any mess that was made, you name it and they did it. We cannot recommend them enough! Every visit was documented amazingly. They will be our go to for everything animal related in the future!

We are so grateful to have found Perfect Paws. We have 5 dogs and have to keep 2 separated. From the first meet and greet I felt very comfortable that our babies would be taken care of. We get pictures and a report after each visit which is great especially when traveling. Interviewed a few different people to pet sit my two cats. Knew instantly that Ana was the one I would go with because she asked good questions and took notes of everything we discussed. My cats fell in love with her instantly and one of my cats is very scared normally but Ana won her over very quickly. Will definitely be using her more in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter.

Ana and Julian have been taking care of my puppy for months now. They came by about a month and a half before I even started work, because I wanted to have someone lined up. They then went out of their way to stop by again when we finally got close to needing them daily to check in on my pup! My pup LOVES Ana. She takes such good care of him - she asks questions about my training with him so she can continue it when she is here. She always sends me photos and videos so I know he's happy - it brightens my day to see him so happy! I recommend Ana and Julian 100%!!! They will help you with whatever your pet sitting needs are! As a pet owner we always worry about leaving our 2 babies when we have to travel and cant take them but since we met Ana and Juliana we know they are in good hands and are getting lots of love. Ana and her husband are such sweet people! I felt very confident that they took wonderful care of my puppy. You can tell that they both genuinely love animals. Like Your Pet did such an incredible job with my pet. I can’t recommend them enough! They came to my home daily while I was on vacation and everything was seamless. They texted me daily with updates and pictures of how my pet was doing and when I returned home, my pet was happy and healthy. I have a special need senior dog and two cats and I gotta say, Ana took such good care of them that I had a slight feeling they didn’t like seeing us when we came back from our trip 🤣🤣. I don’t have enough words to describe how awesome Ana and her Husband are. I will recommend them to anyone that has a pet and need their services. They are very professional and incredible sweet. They answered all my questions and were always available. They sent me pictures and videos of Milo several times throughout the day while they were taking care of him. Was a great visit for our little dash hound. The owner, Laurie had a few great suggestions for Dixie eating habits,which greatly improved her digestion. She had a spring to her step again!!! I've boarded with Laurie at Beltara Kennels twice now and have been thoroughly satisfied both times. She isn't afraid of larger breeds and makes sure to place the dogs so they won't be stressed by other boarders. The runs are good sized and the inside Kennel is Temp controlled. I would board with her again.

Wonderful place to board your dog. The runs are nicely sized so your pup can enjoy the fresh air and the inside sleeping area is climate controlled for comfort on those hot sticky Florida days. The kennel is directly attached to owners home and she has a baby monitor so she can hear everything going on in kennel at all times. There is also a large fenced in yard so the dogs can run freely at times during the day. I highly recommend this kennel if you need a safe, comfortable place for your dog. Laurie is awesome!

We use this place for all our boarding needs for our Doberman. Laurie is very knowledgeable about dogs and takes excellent care of our baby!

Paws Up did a great job with my dog! She had to board for a week soon after we moved, and had a great time. The owners paid attention to specific behaviors I mentioned in the boarding info. They sent really good photos of her during her stay, much better than ones I take myself! Will definitely use again!

We feel so lucky we found Paws Up! We were able to visit the home first before committing to boarding. During our pet’s stay, communication was frequent and we even got picture updates which made us at ease. Each picture we got, I could swear our pup was smiling! She came home healthy and happy! I will recommend to my friend dad and family!

Your search for someone that will treat your furbaby like their own is OVER! We boarded our little girl with Paws Up and couldn’t be happier! We received daily updates and pictures! They even offer a meet & greet before you make any decision and I’ve got to tell you, this is an amazing place! Luna was able to get a bath, run, play and socialize with other dogs. Upon picking her up, we received a report card and a handwritten thank you note! I’ve found my new boarder and that’s a statement in and of itself because we are so discriminatory when it comes to our little girl! In you’re straddling the fence, hop on over to Paws Up Paradise and you will NOT be disappointed!

Our dogs love staying with Trish and Dan ! I am so happy I was referred to them when looking for somewhere to board my two dogs that had never been boarded before. They took time to get to know my boys and assured me that they were going to get lots of love and affection. Trish keeps us up to date on how they are doing and sends photos during their entire stay. They are reasonably priced as well!

Trish and Dan are both absolutely amazing people and took a great care of my dog Minnie. She was there for 10 days. It was our first time booking with them and they were excellent with providing pictures and videos of my dog. They made sure Minnie was comfortable with them since it was her first time being away from us for this long. We are definitely planning on booking with them again in the future and we highly recommend them.

Trish and Dan are amazing! They are incredibly knowledgeable and flexible for all the personalities that dogs have. I boarded my little girl, Shira, with them for a week while I was traveling. Communication was superb and Shira was very happy. They sent me very cute pics also! Absolutely 100% highly recommend.

However, it's not always ideal and for certain travel destinations he can not always come along. Fortunately, I found Trish & Dan who offer a wonderful in-home boarding experience at affordable rates. Takes the intense stress of typical boarding away. Trish also sent me complimentary updates to ease my overprotective mind 😊 I'm very thankful I found Paws Up Paradise! Gunner had a blast!

We just moved to Orlando with our 80 lb dog that’s nervous with new people. He doesn’t like daycare, but we had an event out of town we couldn’t miss. Thankfully we found Paws Up Paradise online. Trish and Dan took time out of their Sunday to meet us and Baloo, gave us a complimentary 4-hour day care trial on Wednesday to see how he did at their house, and Baloo stayed there for two nights over the weekend. Trish sent pictures and updates each day to let us know how well he was doing. We weren’t sure how it was going to go, but our nervous dog made friends with the other dogs and even left the cats alone (which he has not been great with in the past). We are so lucky to have found Trish and Dan and can now feel comfortable knowing Baloo has a warm welcoming home to stay in the next time we need to leave town!

Trish is such an amazing, kind, and great person with pets. She took my reservation easily when we had to book a last minute, out of state trip. Our dog Chloe was so happy and seemed to have such a wonderful time while in Trish’s care. 100% recommend and will continue to use Paws Up for any other times we need a pet sitter. I have to say Carol and her wonderful crew at Preppy Pet are absolutely top notch in too many ways to list. They are amazing with my special needs (deaf 100lb Great Dane puppy) and it's obvious that they are all TRULY dog lovers. I'm somewhat special needs myself with crazy work schedule and they have been unbelievably accommodating in that regard as well. I can't say enough good things about the great people at Preppy Pet but I couldn't be happier with them.

Very affordable compared to a lot of other boarding facilities around. Dogs get to play the whole day and go outside in their mini pool as well. Staff is also great and will send you pictures on a daily basis.

My 70 lb mix goes to Preppy Pet for some play time and a bath. I drive nearly 20 miles to take her there. She knows where we are going (when I ask if she wants to go to the doggy place), and she sits up the entire way there (instead of lying down in the back seat). She gets kind of forlorn if we don't go there for a while. I found PP when searching for a weekend boarding. It is not easy to find places for larger dogs. They are considerate and pleasant people. The prices are reasonable, and they do the whole pooch (nails and ears). Thanks, Carol and crew.

Had our 2 dogs at preppy pet for 2 weeks! They took great care of them. Came home well adjusted and fit right back into the family routine. We also thought the pricing was great!

Affordable and were accommodating to what we needed, esp. With such a last minute request. Would use for my cat and easier dogs, but wouldn't suggest for my harder dogs (e.g. my primitive breeds). I use Central FL k9 for them, as they are just overall a different ballgame then most dogs. Staff was friendly and the owners are very nice. Will use again when needed :-)

We drop off our hound dog Dickens for daycare, boarding, and grooming whenever he needs some “away” time. Preppy Pet takes great care of him! Dickens always enjoys his time with Preppy Pet. The staff are sweet with him and friendly to us. Better yet, their rates are very reasonable. If your furry friend needs some time away from home, Preppy Pet in Leesburg is an excellent option. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, last time we will bring the dogs over. Never had an issue before (at least that I was aware of) until this weekend. One of my dogs came home scared to death. Didn't want to go outside or come to us when called which it has NEVER been like him, ever. My dog is very expressive so I know in my heart something happened.

I drive from Ocala to Leesburg twice a week and bring my buddy with me because he likes going on drives, and I drop him off at Preppy Pet where he has lots of fun with his friends while I am working. What I like about this place is I can tell that the owners and people working there really do love dogs, and they will keep him safe. Also they do nice things like take holiday pictures with each dog and I like to post them to my Facebook page where they are always a big hit. I recommend this place.

I came to Preppy Pet because I needed a dremel to file down my teacup Yorkie’s declaws. I called in to inquire & the gentleman on the phone said that I could stop in and he’d take a look. And didn’t even charge me (it was only to file down 2 tiny puppy nails)! Super cool & I’ll be returning :)

We have been bringing our dog, Raydar, to the Green K9 daycare and boarding for 10 years. We moved out of the area in 2019, but still traveled from out of town to bring Raydar to them for their excellent and loving care. We now live 3.5 hours away and have not been able to find the same level of care in our new area, so we travel 3.5 hours each way to drop Raydar off for boarding while we are on vacation. We can't say enough about the love, care and concern that Paul, Marnie and their staff exude. Even when Raydar hasn't been there for a long time, they remember him and he is always excited to be in their care. We are thankful to the Green K9 and recommend them for all their services.

Very impressed and highly recommend. This place is well well staffed, organized, and clean. It is managed by a knowledgeable, disciplined team. After receiving all the necessary health records including vaccines & recent fecal test, my medium size, rambunctious pup was scheduled for boarding for a few days. At arrival, they did a once over of his condition and asked questions about my care preferences. This does take a few minutes so plan ahead. Pups have a required 2 hour trial period with a slow, methodical introduction to a dog group. Very sensible and safe!! It was explained in advance that I needed to stay in town until this step was successfully achieved. I assume this is a one time thing for new comers. During boarding, they follow an active schedule with inside and outside play with human supervision. It is amazing to watch the pups play on their webcams. Very impressed with the interactions between the dogs in a play area and their ever-present, thoughtful, gentle, watchful human leader. I am truly grateful GreenK9! Thank you.

The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. They took such great care of my pup. Their facilities are really nice and clean. Love the little shop. Honestly it’s just a great place where I know my pup will have fun, be safe and get cleaned up.

The Green K9 is a terrific facility that focuses on dog enrichment through supervised play and rest time. The dogs are always monitored, and the outdoor play areas are kept clean and poop-free. Indoor play areas are kept pristine as well, with resting beds around the rooms. In addition to daycare and overnight boarding, Green K9 offers grooming and other services. Make sure your pooch is current on all vaccines before you go. Lulu loves Green K9.

I absolutely love this place they take such good care of my puppy Freya. She has so much fun being able to socialize with the other dogs and being able to play all day and get her energy out which is much needed. We are leaving her today for our second vacation and she did great the first time so I'm sure she'll do great this time as well!

Very happy with experience. Took my dog in for bath and a daycare trial. I found the place one day and stopped in and This was the first place I felt comfortable leaving my dog. I liked that the facility has cameras. Which I watched prior to making the appointment. Maverick was happy to see me and I could tell he enjoyed himself. Will definitely return.

The green k9 was highly recommended to me by SEVERAL members of the community I live in when I inquired about a safe, comfortable place to board my precious fur baby. There's soooooo many reasons why I love this place, but I will only cover a few. First off, the boarding facilities are very clean and the dogs are NOT kept in kennels! More like doggy suites. They have daycare, which allows Bubbles to go and have playtime with her doggy friends when I have errands to run. CAMERAS!!! I love that I'm able to check in on my fur baby while she's there. I sometimes sit and just watch her with the other dogs and staff. She loves it there. The staff is very friendly and reassuring (I was very nervous to leave her as that was the first time she had been away from us). But a very special reason why I love this place is because they saved my Bubbles life. We were bringing Bubbles by for playtime with her doggy friends while I ran a few errands. When we were taking her out of the van, she broke loose from my son and headed straight for traffic. I was screaming for her to come back and truly thought I was going to witness her get hit by a car. The staff ran outside when they noticed what was happening and immediately went to work luring my Bubbles calmly and safely inside. I am in tears writing this portion because I was so shaken up by this and am so very thankful for the staff jumping in and making sure Bubbles was able to see another day. We will be clients of the green k9 and refer them to whomever inquires! As far as I'm concerned, they are the best.

100% recommend the Green K9 to anyone. The prices are VERY reasonable, they have cameras so you can watch your fur baby enjoying their day, and all of the staff are SO wonderful and amazing with dogs. They’re so knowledgeable, twice I have gotten more helpful advice from the K9 than I did at my vet. They also carry a really good variety of specialty dog food for allergies (yay!).

Absolutely wonderful, caring people. I have a very skittish dog and he does wonderfully at doggy daycare. It’s due to the people. I won’t take my pups anywhere else.

Christine is so fantastic! I have 5 cats and a parrot- a house full! The two boy cats are very skiddish. She was able to give the boy who needs medication to him daily. She took amazing care of my place, checking on things, and my parrot/girl cats adore her. Having pictures every day gave me such peace of mind. I live partially in Europe and without Gotta-go, I don't know what I would do! You all are a blessing!!

I was very pleased with this service. I had only had my pound pup (not a puppy though) a little over a month. She is 5 years old and very energetic, medium-sized and a little intimidating to some folks. I was skeptical how she would behave with someone she had just met. Oh yeah. She is a jumper and I currently have only a 4' fence. I have about 1/2 acre fenced and only the east half has enough obstacles (however, there is still a gate that can be easily jumped), and it is easy enough for her to get to the other side where there are no obstacles. Lots of temptation. I have been working on her boundaries. There have been 2 times where she got over the fence just because I was missing (once I was on the front yard a day after I got her and once she just stood in the front yard and barked for me, my brother had her and she knows him). I suppose she bonded with me quickly. I was relieved not to get a text. I was surprised that not only did she do well, but I was sent about 10 photos through the portal and email showing her playing in the yard. I definitely plan to use Gotta Go! in the future.

My two doggies- a golden retriever named Yamaha and a little chihuahua named Apple Pie had an absolute blast staying with Dian. She was fabulous at catering to my dogs’ needs. My golden has severe anxiety leaving me, and she took such great care of him. She massages his ears with lavender, played ball with him, played meditation music, and kept him comfortable and loved. She also gave him fresh chicken and rice for stomach aches and nervous diarrhea. For my chihuahua, she held her and even provided a thunder vest to help her calm during storms. She also showed me an alternative harness to keep my chihuahua from getting rashes under her arms. Aside from great care, food, walks, exercise, what I loved the most about K9 Paradise was that she kept both of my dogs happy, relaxed, and comfortable. She made sure each of them had their own safe places and that they wouldn’t be bombarded from other dogs. She also sent many pictures and updates to me while I was away, to make sure that I knew my dogs were safe and having fun. Even after we brought our dogs home, Dian continued to message me and make sure they were okay. She truly cares about her dogs and that is why I will never take my dogs anywhere else. I took my toy schnauzer, Zack and toy chahuahua, Toby to K9 Paradise Retreat for 6 days while we went out of town. I've boarded many dogs over the years but I've never seen such a wonderful place for my pets. I almost wanted to stay there myself!!! It was so clean and comfortable, my babys were SPOILED ROTTEN! I could tell they liked being there because Dian sent me pictures and videos of their activities. I was not worried about my fur babies while I was gone. K9 Paradise Retreat is now my dogs' home away from home when we can't take them with us!

We have been bringing our both of our dogs (snickers and coco) to the Bow Wow resort for many years now. The accommodations are great and the staff are wonderful. The owner is a super guy and everyone treats the dogs as if they are their own pets. You can’t go wrong with this place. I’ve been to some of the others and this place is the top of the line.

We have taken our French bulldog to Bow Wow for at least five years now. The staff has always been helpful and treats our pup well. He loves to stay at Bow Wow - the moment he walks through the door he continues walking back to get to the outdoor area like he owns the place. They are conscious of his breed and brings him inside during times when it gets too warm for a frenchy to be outside in the Florida heat. Most recently, the staff was helpful with administering meds he needed to take while we were away. We always ask to get him bathed before pick up. Recommend to try and book early for holiday weekends because they do get busy.

My german shepherd has been going to Bow Wow Resort for the past 5 months, mostly for daycare, and she loves it! They have several areas for dogs to play and exercise and I feel the staff does a great job of matching up doggy personalities and play styles. The mornings I drop her off, she jumps out of the car with excitement and walks right in, confident and happy. In the evening, when I pick her up I can tell she had a great day of running/playing and the staff always gives me an update on her play throughout the day. Occasionally I have boarded my pup and the staff is great with instructions for feeding and care. The most important thing for me is my dog's happiness and James and his wonderful staff have a passion and love for what they do and it shows everyday. I have complete trust in their care and highly recommend their services to anyone in the area looking for daycare and boarding.

First time there today. Very nice staff, good customer service, my dog was very happy. Place is clean and you can see the playground from the reception area glass wall. All the dogs looked happy to be there.

Very pleasant to deal with. We boarded our puppy Frenchie here for a 4 day stay.. as soon as she got there she was mingling with her buddies. I saw her having a good time.. Place look pretty good and secure, the staff have full view of outside area and there is a watchman outside while the dogs are interacting.. Thank you for taking care of our puppy hopefully we'll do business again.

Had a horrible experience here. I brought my three dogs here and my golden Did not want to enter sat down in the parking lot. He managed to slip out of his collar and got loose in the parking lot…and I managed to get the border collie in the office so I could run after the other two. One of the employees was at the store, milling me to come in, and I was signaling that I needed help, then came out berating me. I told him my dogs were loose. That’s why I had dropped one of the one dog into the office so quickly. I felt the entire incident was unfortunate and very unprofessional. I will never frequent this place again.

Great place for day care or boarding. They keep your dog in the separate playpen if you ask them. We been using them for boarding for almost a year and didn’t have any issue. Nice staff!

I absolutely love Bow Wow resort and day are. My puppy has been a regular at daycare since she was 2months and she is still excited to go everyday. The staff is soooo nice. Every time I leave I know she's in good hands.

My wife and I just adopted a rescue puppy we named Mochi earlier this year and did not expect him to be a Shepherd mix, so his energy needs are taking some adjustment on our part. Some friends of ours recommended doggy day care and specifically Bow Wow, so we took him for his first day and we all loved it! My wife and I had some time to relax at home and get chores and work done, Mochi got to socialize and play and got several hours to nap, and he came home a much more relaxed dog! The staff was great, they instantly recognized us and had nothing but wonderful things to say about Mochi, and we plan on seeing them a couple times a week for the foreseeable future!

Wow! The professionalism and cleanliness here is unrivaled. My husband and I took our dog for an interview and registration. We were amazed! There must have been 40+ dogs playing and not a single spot or odor anywhere. I will not hesitate to leave my boy when boarding is required. I fact, we were so impressed that we are considering some day care to allow our dog some social time with other dogs. The way they conducted the dog interview to see how he reacted with other dogs was great. I doubt there is another boarding facility that compares. We are excited for our boy to go play.

I did a pre-visit to this place and talked to the owner Susan. She was rude,sarcastic and very short tempered. I would not recommend anybody to leave their PET with this woman in fear that it might be abused. The best place I found is the pet village spa excellent place to leave your pet.

Susan is great! My dog loves her and that makes me so happy knowing she's comfortable. Our pup is very energetic and LakeLand has space and time for her to run some of it out, and does grooming as well!

It was nice to meet them it was pouring rain when I brought my great Pyrenees there to get groomed and she looked beautiful after groomed. We will be bringing my dogs there every month to get spoiled. I would highly recommend lake- land kennel and groom for anyone to bring their fur babies to get spoiled. The only kennel I use! The owner here has always taken amazing care of my 60lb dog who is quirky. Very reasonable pricing, even grooming is fabulous! I love to sign up for the bath and nails for my dog after using the kennel.

I bring my dog Sparky there every time he needs grooming, they do a great job and I get a lot of compliments on how well taken care of he is. The place is not fancy or spotless but the owner does a great job and price is half of what my neighbors say they pay for their dogs

Susan is amazing and we love to take our pups to her when we are going out of town.

Took my Great Pyrenees in to get groomed and the mats out of her hair. They did exactly what I asked and she came home pretty again. Thank you!

Our dogs had a great stay while we were out of town to see family. Kennels are clean and dogs come home bathed with a 7+ day stay. Definitely will use Lake land kennels again!

Suzie is great. She knows dogs (all breeds as far as I can tell), and Zeke always comes home looking like a million bucks (of course we only pay 0.0045% of that). We highly recommend!

I am so happy I found Lake Land. No more long trips to DeLand. Susan was wonderful and gave my baby, Sweet Pea, a lot of love and attention. I really appreciated that.
