We take our dog, Tucker, to Woofs and Wags on our busy work days! It is so nice to allow him to play with his friends and burn his energy on the days where we don’t have the time to do so ourselves. He LOVES it there! He has made so many friends and the owner, Kelsey, makes sure to send you pictures to update throughout the day. Tucker comes home tired and ready to cuddle on the couch all night. I am so happy we tried this place and I know Tucker looks forwards to it every time we get in the car.

Woofs and wags is a wonderful place to take your pup! Junie is always so excited to go and comes home so tired from daycare. Kelsey made sure to keep us updated and feel great about leaving my pup in their care.

My two dogs Huxley and Thor have had and absolute blast at Woofs and Wags with Kelsey and staff over the past 3.5 years. My dogs literally ran in to the building each day. I felt so comfortable knowing they would be well taken care of, could socialize with other dogs, be in an engaging and clean environment while meeting their exercise needs. We are sad to have moved away and changed employers so it is no longer logistically feasible to drop the dogs off in the AM before work. I wish we could take Woofs and Wags with us!!! If you’re a dog owner on the fence about taking your dog here, just do it. Your dog will love you for it. I can’t say enough positive things about the facility, Kelsey, and staff.

Woofs and Wags has literally been a saving grace for us. We have 2 young dogs that are a major handful, and all of the ladies that work here are so patient and kind with them. So thankful that our dogs have a fun, safe place to go to get energy out while we're at work. Cannot recommend Woofs and Wags enough!!

Absolutely love this place. I take my pup minimum of once a week. When we first rescued him he was so shy and was afraid them. Loved the dogs and after a few months of being there he warmed up to the owner. Now he lets other workers there love on him. I feel like they helped him be more normal and showed him people are okay. They send photos of him almost every time to show me he’s having fun and being his loving self that I know he is. I can’t recommend this place enough. I also get Lecter groomed here and they are the only ones he lets cut his nails.

Kelsey and her team made me feel so much peace of mind when my dog, Lainey, started daycare. She sent updates, pictures, and texts all day long about her. I am so glad I went with Woofs and Wags!

I moved to Ohio for a short period of time for my job. I had an awful experience at the first doggy daycare I took my dog too and was hesitant on trying a different place. Kelsey was SO incredibly kind and reassuring and my dog Pepino had a blast here! We were so sad to move back to Texas because of how much he enjoyed his time hanging out with all the pups! I really enjoyed getting all the fun pictures too and the Halloween craft he got to make had me feeling like a proud dog mom. Pepino misses y'all dearly ❤️

We love Woofs & Wags! Our dog Archie starts getting the zoomies every time I ask him, “do you wanna go to daycare?”. Kelsey & her staff are very loyal & trustworthy. I know that while we are working that Archie is living his best life with all his fur friends. Each staff member truly treats each dog as if it is their own. Plus, it’s such a bonus to get cute photos of him during work!

We've been using Woofs & Wags for over a year now and my boy absolutely loves it! Kelsey and her staff are always so patient and kind, especially with my reckless 115lb mastiff/pitty baby. Being able to drop your dog off in confidence that they're in good hands is priceless! You guys are awesome!

Board and Train with Tom at Smart Paws was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Our dog was hyper, inattentive, and did pretty much everything we didn’t want her to. After 16 days with Tom she is so well behaved it is hard to believe. We are following through as instructed to reinforce her training, but even that is super simple. Tom continues to check in with us and offers a lifetime guarantee should we encounter a problem. We are so happy to finally be able to say that Sadie is not only sweet, but also well-behaved. Smart Paws is THE place for dog training!

Tom and Abby are great. Dude seemed to like staying for a couple nights and Abby did his hair perfect. I’ve struggles to find a good groomer and Abby is by far the best since I moved from South Dakota.

Smart Paws did an amazing job training our boy. He is still our happy boy but follows his commands and so obedient. Tom went through all the commands with us with patience and grace. We highly recommend Smart Paws.

Tom and his daughter are extremely caring and great trainers. They spend a tremendous Amount of time with the owners and truly love their students(dogs). We have returned for refreshers and Tom is very patient and helpful. Great place to board as well. Tom really makes you and your dog feel like FAMILY.

Tom and his team are fantastic! We took our 1.5 yo boxer, Peanut, to them and her listening skills and leash behavior is perfect. Highly recommend.

Tom at Smart Paws is the best! I always feel so safe leaving my pup with him, whether it’s for a day or for a week. My dog always has the best time and comes home tuckered out from lots of playing! And the training is amazing as well! Tom is so considerate and does the absolute best job. I can confidently say that Smart Paws has a customer for life in my pup and I!

Amazing! Daisy finished her Board and Train program with Tom a totally changed dog. While she knew some of her basic commands when she went in she would listen when she felt like it. After her two-week stay I can honestly say I feel confident that she will listen all the time. Tom was so easy to work with and you can tell he really loves the pups and enjoys the confidence he inspires in both the dogs and the dog parents. I highly recommend Smart Paws to anyone looking for a great training experience.

Tom is outstanding, he seems to love having my puppy and he is very flexible with scheduling for daycare. He clearly loves taking care of the dogs and provides specialized attention and playtime for them.

Our dogs, Foxy and Phineas, went to the Country Cottage Kennel for about 6 years. Ken and Diane as well as all the staff cared for my dogs like they are their own. They took great care of them when I traveled, sometimes up to a month or two. Big Phineas starts to howl as we turn down the driveway and cannot get through the door fast enough to see the crew. I recently moved to Poulsbo, WA, and the most difficult part of the move was knowing that my dogs will not be able to return. Thank you all for loving my Foxy and Phineas. I know they miss you all so much.

They did an AMAZING job grooming my Australian Sheppard! I mean, just look at how stinkin cute he is after I took him in. I would HIGHLY reccomend taking your fur babies here.

We boarded our dog here for 10 days and it was a great experience. The staff is responsive and friendly. The facility is clean and as comfortable as can be for dogs. They listened to our dog’s special needs and took extra care while we were away. We would definitely board him here again. Thanks!

First time leaving my dog, Duke, at Country Cottage Kennels and his stay was great! The staff was friendly and were easy to contact when I had a time concern. They took great care of my boy while I was away and plan to use them for future trips!

Loki loves Country Cottage Kennel! Every time I take him, he can’t wait to head back to his “room” to see and play with all his friends. Seeing how excited he is when we walk in, is proof positive he is well taken care of when he is with them!

I am new to the area and got a recommendation for country cottage kennels. I am very particular about where I board my older dog and I was extremely pleased with Country. The staff is extremely friendly and the best. If you care about your pet and want them to be safe, secure and treated like family while you are away go to Country Cottage Kennel.

We bring our dog here for both the kennels and for grooming. We have taken our dog to other kennels and this is the first place where she didn't seem scared. In the past at other places our dog was too nervous to eat while we were gone, but I can tell that she doesn't have this problem when she says here. The employees really care about animals and take great care of our pets.The grooming is wonderful as well; every time we bring her home after a grooming we have see much less fur around our house as they have gotten most of it out. The location is a little bit tricky to find but it's nice and quiet back there for the animals.

We are so happy with Country Cottage Kennel. They truly go above & beyond with the service they provide. One of our Wheaten’s is a very picky eater and takes medication which requires at least a little food before administering. We try all kinds of things like hard boiled eggs, wet dog food, cheese, etc. to get her to eat. They will also coax her to eat with whatever we bring. You just cannot ask for a more loving, caring environment for your pets when they can’t accompany you. You can be assured they are getting excellent care. THANK YOU Country Cottage Kennel.

I stopped in today to get some information and possible tour as I had heard good things about the boarding. I understand that I didn’t have an appointment and clearly they were busy with morning drop offs. Not only was I not in a hurry I told the lady so when she commented that morning aren’t good for tours. She rudely asked me what I needed and was acting as though my walking in was a huge issue. There were at least 2 or 3 other dogs in there and she then looks at me and tells me to watch my dog as if she was an issue or something. I had her on a short leash with a choker collar so she wasn’t getting away from me. My dog was excited but not hurting anyone and not aggressive at all! I told her I had no I plans of letting her go so why she felt she needed to say that is a mystery! That is when I decided this was not the place for me, if this is how you treat a new customer then my dog will not go there!

My 11 month old bully mix started daycare here today and she absolutely loved it! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot she went absolutely nuts. The staff were outstanding and their communication was amazing. Their facility was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. It was only our first day and I could see how much they enjoyed, loved and cared for my furbaby! 💜 She can’t even keep her eyes open 😆 So glad we found happy paws!

We send our German Shepherd pup to Happy Paws. She absolutely loves it. She was a little hesitant the first of couple times we took her. Now, I can't get her leash off fast enough. The employees are great with her and very welcoming. I'm glad we made the decision to take her there.

This was our first time boarding our 1 year old golden retriever. Admittedly, he’s been acting pretty anxious lately when I have to take him to the vet, groomers, etc, so I was a bit nervous about how he was going to do. My vet prescribed him some anti anxiety meds just in case, which I gave to the staff. When I picked him up after a 3 night stay, I was told he was a good boy, except he kept having accidents in his kennel, which they chalked up to his nervousness. However, when I got him, he reeked of urine, and the hind side of his back legs were stained yellow from apparently sitting in it. The stench was awful. As soon as I got him home I had to bathe him. I felt so bad for him, wondering how long he was sitting in his own urine? Not a good first experience at all. I’m so disappointed. It shocked me too because the staff were so friendly and professional. Wouldn’t have expected this outcome.

My yellow lab, Blue, has such a great time here! Blue has been coming to Happy Paws at least twice a week for the past year. The staff is amazing and sweet; they care and love for my Bluey like their own. The pricing for boarding, daycare and grooming is very reasonable. I do recommend this place to all of my west-side dog-owner friends!

Our golden, Mayzie, loves Happy Paws. She has been coming here for over a year and gets so excited even if we drive past on our way somewhere else. The staff is great from the front desk to the ones that work in back with the dogs.

Love having this place only minutes from home. I take my very active French Bulldog there a couple times a week when I have busy days with conference calls and meetings working from home. She loves going and when I pick her up she's always ready for a nap after a busy day of activity. (see photo below) The staff are all friendly and it's easy to tell they are all dog lovers.

I've taken my dog here 2 sessions in a row for grooming, and my dog has developed a horrible rash all over his back from the experience both times. I even had the staff switch to oatmeal shampoo and it still did not prevent infection. Unfortunately I've had to put my dog on medication thanks to this experience. I do not recommend any pet owners go to this business for grooming or boarding due to unsanitary conditions, as the place may cause terrible infection & pain to your loved ones.

My Dog Cooper K has gone to Happy Paws for almost 6 years. To this day all I have to say is let's go to school(my grandkids have always called it school) And he is up and at the door with his tail wagging and looking at me like Let's Go. They have been very good to Cooper. The help there is amazing to just name a few Rebecca (Keeps things flowing which is a big job), Makayla ( amazing Cooper loves you) and Brittany (a Treasure) and all the people who bring Cooper to me to take home are great. I highly recommend this place. My only request would be to install camera's especially for boarding. Clients love to check in on their pets especially when they are on vacation. People are often anxious leaving their pet, the camera's would help them see their pet is okay and having a great time. More places are doing it and seems to be working out. Just a thought. When we needed a new place to board our dogs near Bridgetown, we were lucky to find Happy Paws. They took great care of Mack and Eesa. They had a great time playing in daycare while boarding, too. Only downside is they don’t have cameras to watch the dogs in daycare, or send you a photo by text while they are there. Despite that it’s a great choice.🐾

My dog loves going here and is always in a great mood when we pick her up. She needs much more time with other dogs than our previous dog, and Happy Paws is a great fit for her! Every time we pull into the parking lot she starts excitedly squeaking and tail wagging happily. The staff are really nice and helpful.

On Point Pet Resort is a great place to bring my cat. The staff is wonderful and take a lot of time caring for my Stella. I love seeing the good morning, play time and good night post. I board my cat for 9 nights twice a year while I am on vacation. It’s comforting to know she is well cared for❤️

We had an exceptional experience here for my dog’s first boarding and daycare experience. He did so well and had so much fun and was well taken care of while I was out of town for a days. We will be back!

Absolutely love this place! Everyone on staff is extremely friendly, and it’s always clean when I come in. My Penny girl may be shy but I’m happy she can have some interaction with other dogs and people while I’m at work. Really affordable and great place for your pets!

I have used On Point Pet Resort for their boarding services, and it truly is such a pleasure knowing that my pup is in good hands! They are animal lovers and it shows. Everything is super clean, & all animals are required to be vaccinated. I appreciate that they take the initiative to post pictures of the boarded pups throughout the day, it helps put my mind at ease while I’m away. We have been using On Point Pet Resort since they opened and we wouldn't take our dog Nikita anywhere else, she loves it there. The staff are so friendly and they know her by name. They take such great care of our girl. It's easy to see how much they love the animals. I love the way they post pictures while she is staying there, gives us a great way to check on her everyday. It's so nice to know that Nikita is safe and taken care of when we are away.

We love On Point for boarding our dog when we are out of town. They truly care about the dogs and it’s nice how many times they let them outside. We enjoy seeing the pictures they post online everyday too!

These folks are the best. I use them for boarding, grooming and doggy day care. Prices are very reasonable, the staff is amazing with the dogs, and it is clean and safe environment. Love that they post pics of our Brody on Facebook while we are away! Brody loves running with the pack in doggy day care. Drax, Loki, and Chase are his usual crew he hangs with. He used to be non-aggressive dog shy, and the day care has tapped into his instincts, and he now has a pack! Love this place. Recommend to anyone for all your pet needs!

I would highly recommend On Point to any pet parent! We boarded our dogs there and they received the best care. Staff was helpful and ready to answer any question I had about the boarding process. They also post pictures of your animals so you can “check in” on them while you’re away. Affordable and you can tell they love on your babies!

Another great experience here. I hate to board my puppy because she seems to get so traumatized every time we have to. This was a last-minute situation where a friend had to cancel. What a GREAT place!! From getting registered to pick up, everyone was very friendly. Most importantly, my puppy is fine this morning. Amazing job!

I have 3 dogs that love going to on point! The first day the went they were just a little nervous but that staff was extremely friendly. The second time we took them they took off to the play room and didn’t look back! That’s when I knew we were at the right place. They also do cute holiday parties and the crafts they bring home are adorable! We love OPPR🐾

We left our baby Parker for 10 days and I knew he was in very good hands. I would get pictures of him everyday playing, napping and even getting vacuumed (he sheds a lot!) I’ve left my dog at a daycare franchise before and after 2 nights he would come back home sick and stressed from the amount of dogs they usually have; but not with Paw Pals! They always have a clean space for our pets and it seriously feels like a second home for our fur-babies. I loved how much they cared for Parker and will definitely go back on our next trip!

We had a great experience with this business! We have two small YorkiePoos that we don't trust with just anyone, and yet we don't have anyone who can care for them in our home. Dia worked out perfectly! I knew the minute I met her and she showed me around her house that she is serious about caring for pets. Her house is completely pet-proofed, and she has a gorgeous and secure backyard. She is also strict about things like vaccinations, which we appreciated. We have boarded our dogs twice in the past. One loves stimulation and playing with other dogs, but the other is overwhelmed if there are too many other dogs and would always come home utterly exhausted. Not so with Dia. When they stayed with her for 10 days, they came home completely relaxed! Her daughter is a bonus - she loved on our dogs like they were her own, and they loved her. We loved the photos and updates Dia sent and the clear communication about drop off and pick up. We've already booked with her for our next trip. Highly recommend.

I took my cat, Donut, to Paw Pals and I will never go anywhere else!!! This is a home away from home for your pets. There is so much thought and care that goes into the space created for your cat to enjoy. For someone like me, I also appreciate the fact I get photos and updates on how my cat is doing. I highly recommend taking your animal to Paw Pals over a large boarding place if you want your animal to have the attention and care it deserves while it is away from their comfort. Very happy I have found this place.

Dia at NKY Paw Pals took the best care of our dogs Charlie and Nova when she miraculously was available at the last minute after our previous dog sitter canceled. I was worried that the pups were going to be anxious or overactive since they've never been to a sitter, but they didn't have a single issue and even made some new friends during their stay! NKY Paw Pals made our travels so much more relaxing knowing that our babies were getting the attention and love they need while we were away. I can't thank Dia enough for the care she provides, and I'm looking forward to booking future trips knowing she'll be there for our dogs!

The staff is friendly, and they are great with the dogs. It's always hard to leave our dog for a few days, but we know they'll take great care of him! The facility is kept very clean. They even post photos of the dogs on Facebook so you can see how things are going. We highly recommend!

Our pups stayed for a week over Thanksgiving. They got a special dinner in Thanksgiving. They came home groomed and exhausted. I would say it was a success. The staff was kind and helpful. They quickly respond to questions and upfront with pricing.

Very happy with this business. We needed a place for my dog to stay for a week(on short notice). Make sure your pet is up to date on shots. We found out the day we arrived that there is a special shot for "boarding" and we had to get this done. Great people and it seems like this is a family run business. We will be back.

We love Red Barn Kennels! Our little furbaby Simba enjoys staying there as well. The staff is always so kind. It's a relief to know he's well taken care of when we're unable to bring him with us on our travels.

Well, we went to visit the Red Barn Pet Resort in West Harrison, Indiana this morning. AMAZING!!! CLEAN! Clean looking, clean smelling! We were so impressed. We were feeling horrible about having to leave our buddy, Dutch, for a few days and now we just feel kinda bad. LOL. What a class act operation. The owner and staff were delightful. It is equipped with large kennels, grooming, free space, fenced runs and is layed out to accommodate winter and summer conditions for the “babies”. They have a doggie ice cream truck! What? I wonder if he drives real slow playing music watching them all run after him 😛 Thank you for the tour and a big piece of mind. Dave and Sandra G.

My grand dog is high maintenance and difficult but she really does SO well with the staff here. It's super clean and makes me feel our pets are safe.

They took amazing care of our dogs! They even emailed me right away when I sent an email to check on them which surprised me because it was kind of late! They definitely will be my go to kennel for our dogs from now on!!!

We love Dogtown and so does my pup Violet! It’s a relief knowing that my dog is being cared for by awesome staff while we’re away at work. Violet has made so many friends and enjoys her time there. I cannot say enough positive things about Dogtown and the people that work there, I feel so fortunate to have found them.

We found Dogtown West after our first doggy daycare closed and we weren't sure at first, but our little Leo loves it there now. Now that everyone knows him, he loves going there and doesn't want to leave at night. They are all so great with the dogs. So glad we have this close by and that they love our doggies like we do.

My dog, Ziggy, loves going and playing with his friends. He is always greeted by the staff by them telling us how much they love him and Everytime we pick him up or call, they recognize him or say how much they love him. We have boarded there and done daycare. Nothing but great experiences. Highly recommend.

I love Dogtown, and so does my dog Rosie! Rosie has a membership, and goes to daycare at least twice weekly, sometimes more. Every time I drop her off at daycare, she bolts through the door. My dog is very social, and Rosie loves to be around all the dogs and employees at Dogtown. I also exclusively board and groom Rosie at Dogtown. As long as I live in Cincinnati, Rosie will be a member at Dogtown West. I cannot recommend it enough!

Our pups love going to dog town. They get lots of attention and have so much fun when there. They are worn out from continuous playing. The friendly staff loves the pups like their own.

The most horrible experiences I ever had. We tried to give them chances so many times, but all they did just made us disappointed and upset. First time, One night my husband picked up our dog, any of employees there didn’t tell him my dog got a cut on her face. Until I got home, I figured out that. My husband called them next day, what the manager’s answer was “they forgot to tell us that night, but they actually wrote it down in the journal. This won’t happen again.” Ok, that’s fine. We tried to understand. But honestly, that’s their everyday work, how come they can forget? Not even professional about their service. Second time, we checked on the camera. Quite while I couldn’t see my dog. So we called. They said my dog was at the hallway, she didn’t want to go into the room and play with dogs. Actually it’s kinda scary if you can’t see your baby for some time. The last time, which totally ruined our trust to this team. From the camera, we saw our dog was put into a smaller cage compared to other bigger ones. She is a German shepherd, a big dog, when she was in the cage, she couldn’t even straight her back and stand up and barely turn her body around. We kept checking on her about an hour, finally we called. The manager said “from our angle maybe looks smaller, but actually it’s not.” When my husband asked the reason why they put her into the cage for so long, they said ”just give her space for nap, we only let her in like 15 mins, every dog have their turn.” You can see the pictures, the dog at the corner is my dog. Look how uncomfortable she was. And the pictures with their cages, smaller ones are on the chair, bigger ones close to the window. The sizes you can count by the floor tiles/squares. I think maybe they think I am blind or a fool, so they tried to convince me I was wrong. Well, anyway, maybe because the price is cheap, we only deserve this service quality. If you have no choice to accept this team for your daycare, don’t forget to check on camera as much as you can. My advice.

My dog peaches loves dogtown. She is always super sleepy when she comes home. The dog groomer Skylar is very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend bringing your dog here for daycare, boarding, and grooming.

Our family loves dog town and our sweet husky gets so excited when he knows we are heading there! The socializing he gets with other dogs has really helped him have the best SOCIAL SKILLS! Super important with big dogs. I love that we can check in on him throughout the day on live webcams too! He went today and is so tuckered out! Helps with his behavior at home too! Thank you DogTown for taking care of my fur babies 😊 I am recommending this place to my friends. I was totally comfortable leaving my little dogs for 5 days. The employees I had contact with are very kind individuals…loving all dogs! One of my dogs needed medication twice a day and they were more than willing to handle this. However, my chihuahua wouldn’t take her pill (in a pill pocket) from anyone other than me! I did get a phone call concerning this issue. They did manage to get her to take the pill one time! I was fine going to the facility in the AM and PM to give her the pill. They followed my feeding instructions perfectly. When I decide to go on a trip, I will definitely bring my fur babies to DogTown West!!!

I am so happy we found Professional Pet Nanny/Kyle! The best pet care we have experienced. I felt extremely comfortable leaving our two cats and not having to worry about them. We got updates on play, medicine, food, water-you name it. Amazing care and service. We are so happy to have reliable pet care we can trust now!

This is our first time having a pet nanny and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kyle from day one was accommodating and helped with every step. We were still nervous leaving our 4 kitties, but by day 2 didn’t worry at all. We were updated at every visit with email and pictures. She managed to get the big girls to play too! Kyle even cleaned, dishes, vacuumed, watered the plants, left lights on at night etc. And unless it’s my imagination the bigs and littles like each other a little more than when we left! The only problem is I think our cats now think we are boring and are waiting to play with Kyle again!! This will not be the last time we have Kyle and Tyler watch over our furry kiddos!!

I have had nothing but great service from Kyle and/or her team for my two cats Watson and Holmes on multiple occasions. I would recommend their services to any pet parent in the area!! Her level of service is way beyond what you pay for. For example, she changes the water fountain water each day, waters plants, and even tidies up my kitchen! I have SO much comfort in receiving the daily pictures and updates in the app after each visit while I'm away. It always makes me feel so much better seeing my cats thriving when I'm not home. And the level of playtime is EPIC! Every time Kyle plays with my cats, they have SO much fun, I buy new toys when I get home so they continue to like me as much as they like Kyle! 😹 I am so thankful to have someone trustworthy and knowledgeable care for and love my boys when I'm out of town!

I chose to switch my pet sitting needs to Professional Pet Nanny after being disappointed with reliability of Rover. I have been so pleased with the care Kyle provides for my kitties, especially the amount of time she spends getting to know them and their style of play. I receive pictures from each visit that show them playing and enjoying meals, putting my mind at ease. When I come back home, everything is just as it should be. I know my cats are more comfortable staying at home while I travel, and the app is super convenient for booking and staying in touch with updates during my travel. Would recommend to anyone who wants peace of mind knowing their pets are in professional hands!

Our cat has separation anxiety and doesn't like when we go out of town. So when they did the home visit, we were surprised how well our fur baby responded! She was playing and having a great time! We'll be booking again in the future!

As always, Professional Pet Nanny took excellent care of our kitties, Minnie, Cecil and Samuel, including playing with them each time they visited, which was twice a day! They also took care of the mail and our plants, which were so happy. Most of all, we have peace of mind knowing everything will be perfect when we’re back home.

I had a wonderful experience with Professional Pet Nanny. My sitter, Kyle made my cat feel comfortable and allowed for me to not worry during my trip. The one hour of play time along with feeding worked out perfect for my high energy cat. I received photos and messages of my cat during and after the play sessions that gave me peace of mind. Professional Pet nanny is the best option in town for pet sitting!

We hired Professional Pet Nanny a few years ago since all of our family was going with us on a trip - we needed a pet sitter. We had never had anyone but family do this. We had special needs and she had to visit several times per day. We loved our experience! Nanny Kyle met our pets prior to our departure and reviewed everything with us. During our trip we received daily photos and updates. We returned to find a clean home, happy pets and a detailed visit log. Kyle even brought a new toy and catnip for the babies. There was also classical music playing for them. One of my cats was a bit chubbier than I left him but that was probably stress eating on his part! I'm just glad he was comfortable enough to be eating! She also got the mail and took the trash out. We will be taking another family trip soon - we will need a sitter - and we plan on calling Nanny Kyle!!

Kyle did a wonderful job watching our 10 year old golden doodle for overnights and day walks! Kyle is very details and wants to know everything about your house and dog to make sure nothing could go wrong! Our dog has cancer and Kyle made sure to meet all of his needs! 100 percent would recommend! She does a fantastic job and even updates you every few hours!

Four dogs I have loved have been boarders at Animal Ark when I travel to visit family. The last two, Buckwheat and Millie have also been regular campers during the week. They have been well treated and loved by the staff. They were not fearful when dropped off for boarding because they knew they would be in camp during weeks they were staying at the Ark. I don’t feel guilty about leaving my pet in their care. My current dog Millie is always excited to be there! Thanks to Dakota, Mira, and Brianne and others and all those who preceded them! We love Animal Ark!

Everyone at Animal Ark is so amazing and friendly. Mazie loves going there and playing with all her friends. Especially when they have the pools filled…to say she is a water baby is an understatement. Staff is extremely interactive and creative with the activities they plan. Friends and family have all seen the photos and can’t believe they do a better job than most child day cares. But hey they are our fur babies too! We are counting down the days for her to heal from surgery and be able to come back.

Thank you so much for taking care of Sophie and Toby. After they were groomed and taken to the vet, I’m happy to say that they’re both doing so much better and seem to be happy and comfortable with me and my family. I’ll never forget your kindness. 💕 I want to add to my review. Both cats were in terrible condition after having lived with my elderly aunt for years. They were completely flee infested and their fur was so matted that they couldn’t walk or even lay down properly. The black and white cat (Toby) was 15 years old before he passed away a couple of months ago. He was so much happier and comfortable with my family before he passed. Sophie (the black cat) is now living with my dad who is taking amazing care of her. Animal Ark took very good care of them by making them so much more comfortable by shaving them (which I cant begin to imagine how difficult it must’ve been) and getting rid of the flees. They were so gentle and kind to both kitties while in their care.

It is wonderful. The dogs all have a great time. And my little guy runs to the door to go in. The staff really cares for the dogs

Animal Ark Pet Resort is great they really helped us out when we went out of town for a couple days for a wedding. My dog has NEVER been away from home and is always nervous anyway. He seemed to be at ease when we dropped him off and very happy when we picked him up also. Thanks Animal Ark for a positive experience for our doggy Rosco!!!

We have always had a positive experience with Animal Ark, whether daycare or boarding. Everyone we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to provide kind and compassionate care for our pets, we’ve been taking our pets several years. Appreciate that we are given an overview “summary” of pet’s stay upon check out and usually a daycare report. It’s great having Animal Ark as a resource to care for our pet when needed.

Our first experience there and they did an amazing job on our Goldendoodle puppy. He was a farm dog with 9 months worth of hair and extreme matting! After taking him he looked like a completely different dog. His cut looked so professional and he smelled so good! With all the work they put in with the bath, cut, nail trim, ear clean, I paid $70. I highly recommend them and they will have a lifetime customer!

I really like Animal Ark. I've been taking my pets there for years, for grooming and occasional boarding. I have always had a good experience and their staff has always treated my pets very well. I like how they consult with you each time you arrive, to be sure they know exactly what you'd like done during the grooming. My sheltie dog Kirby, goes there regularly for grooming and he always comes out tail wagging, and looking great!...his fur and nails are trimmed as requested, and he smells really good too! Not only are the groomers great, but the front office staff are always very friendly, and try to accommodate my requests for certain dates when I call, which I appreciate, because sometimes there's so much to juggle! A couple of years ago my husband became ill and unexpectedly had a long hospital stay. On a moments notice Animal ark was able to board my dog and 2 cats immediately...and I was so grateful for them. All things considered, I couldn't be happier to have such nice people at a location nearby. Brandon did a great job with our two cats! It was such a relief knowing they were well taken care of while we were away for a long weekend. They usually hide for most people, but even came out for some play time with him! We arrived home to happy kitties with clean litter boxes and plenty of food and water. Brandon was so nice to sweep up litter and even wash the food bowls, not to mention taking out trash and bringing the trash container back into the garage after pick up! We also really appreciated his updates with photos to know they were doing great! Brandon is a wonderful pet sitter who is great with animals and pays attention to the little details! We will definitely use him again whenever we need a sitter, and would recommend to anyone in the area!

Brandon is amazing with all animals. He has a heart of gold and will treat your pet (and every animal) with love and respect. Brandon loves chatting with your pets and making sure they are their happiest while you are away. I highly recommend him as a pet sitter/caregiver.

Brandon was very effective helping us train our dog. He was attentive to our priorities and established a good relationship with our dog. I noticed a change in our dog’s conduct after the first training session. He worked with all individuals in our home to help us better achieve desired outcomes in our dog’s behavior. We will certainly be using Brandon for pet sitting when we leave home for trips.

Brandon is the best! He always goes above and beyond for my senior citizen cat and I often come home to my apartment looking more tidy than it was when I left, even though it’s not expected. He’s able to inject my lil bud with sub-q fluids to treat his kidney disease. He always sends pics and status updates. Brandon clearly loves his job and is super sweet to my lil dude. He was even able to come visit on Christmas/eve. 10/5 stars!
