Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.
Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.
Lani is an excellent Pet Sitter and housesitter. Communication was easy, our pet Cleo appreciated her loving care. We came home to a relaxed and happy cat. I would happily ask Lani to housesit again.
Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.
Meg was a dream pet sitter for my three year old labradoodle. She gave him nice long walks and was very organized, communicative and tidy. I look forward to another opportunity to have Meg in my home!
Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.
Bryan and Dana were the perfect sitters for Cella. We were delighted that they were able to arrive a day early so that we could enjoy dinner with them and get to know one another. We would be honored to have them sit again. On top of their great care they left us a thoughtful friendship gift. zeewoi continues to be the best site ever. Not only do we have great pet sitters for Cella, we also have the opportunity to meet great new friends. Thank you!!
I enjoyed meeting Samara. Sosha arrived after I left so we only communicated in writing. Samara is a sweet, considerate pet sitter. She brought her cat, who posed no difficulties to my pets. Samara was in good communication with me during her stay. She used my car without incident. My home was left much cleaner than upon her arrival. Samara proved to be an honest and responsible pet sitter and I would open my home to her at any time in the future.
Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. As far as caring for my house - top notch.
Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. Our dog in particular seemed to miss them and their long walks around the neighborhood. Thank you Jerry and Suzanne! We wish you well in your travels!

We used pet lodge USA many years ago for daycare and occasional lodging then we moved out of state and loved them. When we moved back we lived to far to do daycare so had to find another daycare closer to home and work. We needed a pet lodging quickly because we needed to go out of town u expectedly and our daycare was full. Pet lodge was able to make accommodations quickly for us with no problems. Our senior dog (that used to attend daycare there) was on medication for her arthritis and lumping and the new pup (which attends a daycare but has never stayed away from home) adjusted quickly. When we picked them up our senior was not limping anymore, was running out like a pup and was so happy. The pup, he was exhausted from playing and got all kinds of love from the staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
They over book dogs lock them together when customers paid for private suite and also put them in small cages they been reported to ohio department of agriculture with alot more videos and pictures group text etc. Feed animals wrong food don't feed some of them I quit there it was driving me crazy the way they neglected the animals
I was nervous to board our dog because he has anxiety and has never been boarded before. I went in person to ask questions and was assured that he would be well taken care of. When it came time for drop off, I was disappointed. It was quick and impersonal. Pick up was even worse. There was absolutely no feedback or report on how he did. When I asked how he did, the only response I got was a seemingly annoyed one saying that he was going crazy in the crate. I specifically wrote in his paperwork that he has anxiety and doesn't do well in crates so in my opinion if they cared about the dog, he should not have been in a crate especially long enough to get annoyed at him for being "crazy". The person at the front desk was just unfriendly and unwelcoming. If I didn't ask that question, I think I could have left without a word spoken to me besides how much I owe them. I sent extra food and treats just in case and didn't get any of it back. He also was a different dog when I picked him up. At first I thought he was upset with us but it wasn't that. He was completely out of it for two days. So basically I have no idea what happened while he was there because there was absolutely no communication. They advertise care and compassion but that is not what I experienced. I'm sure some employees care about the animals but that is not what is put out by the front office. I feel terrible for leaving our dog there and won't be doing that again. UPDATE: The owners called me and apologized for my experience at the front desk and said that is not thier expectation of how customers get treated. They thanked me for bringing it to thier attention so they can address it and not let it go any further. They gave me more information on how Jake's week went and I feel more comfortable. They also explained their procedures a little more. Also explained that the days are active and they may not get as much rest there as they are use to so he may have just been tired and catching up on sleep which is why he seemed out of it. Since I had no other information and my only interaction was with the person at the front desk, that is all I had to base my opinion on and it didn't feel good. I am going to trust the owners that Jake was well taken care of and that they will address any issues that arose. I am adjusting my rating from 1 star on faith that my interaction with one person does not represent the integrity of a whole business. I am still deducting stars for him being in a crate when he shouldn't have been. They did apologize and will address it with employees but that was still my experience and I want to be honest. I do appreciate that they called and were willing to hear me out and work on things that shouldn't have happened.
You might want to start clearing out those small cages you put the dogs in when you lie to people and tell them that their pet is getting it’s own suit. Pictures of your facility and tags with dogs names are blasted all over social media.also can’t say it only happened a couple times because there are time stamps!!! Lots of pictures! Don’t bring your pups or cats here! Your responses to these people who love their pets are just as disgusting as this dog prison. I hope you don’t own any animals.
I recently boarded my pup with them over a long holiday weekend. I dropped him off in the afternoon. The drop off was great, the two younger girls were friendly and asked a lot of questions. It made me feel good about leaving him there, since it was his first time being boarded. That good feeling faded quickly when I arrived to pick him up on a Monday morning. The staff was different from the drop off. I asked how he did and was looked at like that was a foreign question by the man behind the desk. He then asked another worker who said “oh he did great with the other dogs.” Great, but I specifically signed a paper that advised he should not be with other dogs due to a guarding issue and I was looking out for the best interest of other dogs staying at the location. She clearly had no idea nor did she look at any computer or paperwork to give me an answer. To add insult to injury our pup who is fully vaccinated caught kennel cough. I am giving them 2 stars for the employees at the intake. I do not recommend them.
They do excellent work on my dog nails I need to take your time to work with the animals
My dog has been getting hair cuts from this place for a while now and used to stay in the lodge but recently we've had a very bad experience with the hair groomer. She was very nasty when we picked up our dog and our dog seems traumatized and is now limping after her hair cut. We've incountered her 2 times now and the first time I caught her yelling at my dog to sit still in the tub. I have an old small dog who barely moves during baths other then her head away from the water. I will not be bringing my dog back and would not reccomend
Just had a terrible experience at pet lodge and pulled my dog from there due to them being dishonest at point of signing up. Found out almost a year later that I was basically paying for my dog to be shoved in a kennel the entire time he was there. (I don’t need daycare so when I signed up I specifically said I wanted to pay for him to just come during play time and was told 9-12 he would be playing. This was a lie and I only found out after he hurt himself in the kennel.) so out of 3 hours he’s supposed to be playing, he might have gotten 30 minutes IF the weather was good. Apparently your dog only plays with dogs their size so when other dogs are playing (small, medium, or large) they go in a kennel or crate. IT IS NOT A SUITE. Some dogs apparently don’t even get the luxury of a kennel and are put into crates of there’s no room. They have sent him home covered in feces (I thought he might have ran through a dogs poop and they accidentally thought it was mud) now realizing it was probably his own from the anxiety he gets being put in a crate. Especially since he had no comfort items with him due to us thinking he was never being put in a kennel😡. He also has developed fear aggression that he never had prior to going here. I originally thought it was my negligence of socialization (even though he’s around people very regularly with me and no bad interactions)but after hearing many other’s experience's with this daycare, I’m thinking not so much.
Confused and concerned. When we set up to board our dogs there, what we told and what we got charged were 2 entirely different things. Drop-off was ok, but they are unwilling to show you where your animals will be staying. No one answered the phone when you call to check and when we went to pick up, there was no conversation, no explanation, and no one was really working to answer questions. My husband comes home with just a debit receipt, and that's it. No papers, no invoice to show why we were charged so much, nothing but the promise that they will email us. I left a message, and I'm waiting to hear back. Will update my review after a conversation with them. Update Even though we were told drop off time between 630 am and noon and pick up time before noon, We got CHARGED an extra day. The gal on the phone says that drop off time (so as not to be charged a DAYCARE fee or an extra night) drop off is AFTER 3 pm and pick up before noon. STILL DOESN'T QUALIFY AS 1 EXTRA day. If it is all inclusive then why a daycare fee for when I am paying you to watch my dogs anyway. Liars and cheats. Unfortunately things need to get put into writing, and they are the only boarding place near us. Total for 2 dogs 1 night 88, 2 nights 176, even if you try to break down their invoice non of the pricing matches up.
Calvin got his nails done by Becky and he feels much better!
