We have been using The Village Pets’ services for a couple of years now and no one else compares! Amazing communication and customer service with every interaction. Richard and his team are incredibly trustworthy and reliable.

Richard and Courtney took great care of my diabetic 15 year old dog while I was away for 2 weeks. They gave me daily updates with pictures and videos and expressed concern when she was not acting herself. I received a call with a major concern and an appointment was arranged with the vet to ensure my dog's health was properly taken care of. She requires injections and oral medication so they able to administer her meds. She even got a bath during her stay. Before my dog's boarding, I did a walkthrough, saw where Ivy will be (in a wide pin isolated from the bigger/younger dogs). Afterwards, I had a peace of mind knowing my little old lady would be in good hands. I highly recommend this pet sitter! Thanks for taking care of my fur baby!

This was my first time using the services of The Village Pets after they were highly recommended to me and I couldn't have been more pleased with their care! Taesia did a wonderful job of keeping us informed of our dog's well being throughout our time away and did not hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns. It was clear she truly cared about our dog and wanted to make her feel as happy and comfortable as possible! I did not feel any anxiety or worry throughout our trip thanks to Taesia and The Village Pets and I really appreciate that so much.

I have been using this service for 3-4 years now. I would give this establishment 10/10. My Fur babies are very excited each time we get there. The owners treat my Animals as if their own. The best … my pets sleep for days because the endless hours of play.

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Richard and Village Pets. My cat is diabetic and needs insulin shots twice a day after food. It's extremely hard to travel and find help knowing that I would have to rely on someone to feed him at 6:45am/pm, and insulin shot at 7am/pm. Village Pets allows me to travel again. I have used their services twice now and never have an issue. I receive daily updates with photos. I HIGHLY recommend using them!

I used Village Pets Pet Sitting for the first time this past week, and I was so happy with the care and attention my dog and cat received from Richard. Richard was 100% reliable throughout my 8-day trip. I received pictures, video, and communication each time he visited. My dog is a fairly nervous rescue dog, and it only took about 10 minutes for her to warm up to Richard during the meet and greet. It was obvious how well he understands and connects with animals. I will definitely use Village Pets again!

Outstanding Pet Sitting! I have a household of 3 cats and 1 big dog. I got a detailed report of each visit with photos and descriptions of my dogs walking habits. We have been customers of Petmeisters for years. This past month we found ourselves stranded in NYC after flight cancellations and had to take an unexpected trip for a funeral. One of the only things we didn't worry about was care for our dogs b/c we knew Petmeisters would have us covered and that is such a relief! Petmeisters has helped us care for our elderly dogs over the years with extra love and care and helped us to train our latest crazy rescue dog. They are also great people who have become friends. If you think of your pets as family-Petmeisters is the best choice for your petsitting needs. Also, they are fantastic photographers and send wonderful pics of your pets while you're away.

Craig, Allison, and the gang have completely changed our lives! Sounds dramatic, but bear with me. I have one very loving rescue bully boy with separation anxiety/dog aggression and another that's just a tiny, spoiled, needy, old lady (she actually came down with what they called stress induced pancreatitis last time she was kenneled at a vet). I used to feel terrible guilt every time I left town, I knew they were miserable in boarding, and so I spent half my time away worrying about them. These days, I get adorable photos of them loving life while being loved on by members of the Petmeister gang! Them being so happy and relaxed means I can also relax and enjoy! Not only do they love on my dogs, but they've also saved my garden during a dry heatwave, saved my bacon when I needed to leave town last minute for a family emergency, and stepped in for last minute walks when I've been pulled in to after work functions. They even managed to win over my very hidey cat! My dogs love them so much, they sit at the door for their walks even after we've arrived home from being away. On these walks they double leash the pups for safety and even drop off the old one back home half way through to go back out and really wear out Mr. high energy. I can't say enough about them... if you're on the fence, look no further, Petmeisters is the bees knees!

We consider them family and they treat our fur children as their own! Craig and Allison are so responsive, accommodating, hands-on, and knowledgeable...they pick a great team of sitters as well. They send text updates and photos that are blog-worthy with each visit which really is the cherry on top ...we cannot recommend the Petmeister crew enough!

Absolutely fabulous. We have used Petmeisters for about a year, starting when our dog was just a puppy. Craig and Allison were referred to us both by neighbor's and our previous homeowners from whom we purchased our home. We have had a total of two walkers who walk our dog every day, (one moved out of the city and thus we were assigned a new one) and both have been excellent. They also offer boarding at their home, which we used on a recent week-long vacation. The daily photos and videos are so reassuring and nice! Craig and Allison are incredibly reliable, their their online interface is easy to use, and they are very clear with billing and scheduling. They will hopefully be caring for our dog for years to come!

It isn't possible to write a review that can describe the excellent service that Petmeisters provides. Craig and Allison are truly exceptional pet sitters. They go above and beyond what one expects from a pet sitter. They take the time to get to know each pet, their personalities, likes and dislikes. They work hard to get make each pet comfortable while I am gone. I love their innovation. Craig has built forts from old boxes for my kitties and Allison researched and provided a new feather toy that my cats are nuts about. I often wonder if my kitties like them better than they like me.

We love Petmeisters! They have done such an amazing job with our 3 dogs, and we know they’re in great hands when we go out of town. I love that they send pictures and provide updates on our pups, and we’ve been so impressed with they attention they provide. One of our dogs has a tricky medication schedule AND the ability to pick out pills hidden in treats, but Craig always knows what to do to help! We’re so thankful to have Petmeisters in our community.

We love Petmeisters! They take excellent care of our two dogs and are extremely communicative with us while we are away from home. While many boarding facilities get booked up well in advance, Petmeisters is always available to work us into their schedule. I really appreciate being able to leave the dogs at home while we travel knowing that they will be well cared for and given plenty of attention.

Petmeisters has been caring for our rabbit and three cats for over two years now! Craig and Allison (the owners) and their crew have been 100% reliable and go above and beyond the daily duties of feeding and cleaning the litter boxes, no matter if we’re on a two day trip or two week trip! They never fail to send daily updates with detailed messages and cute pictures of our fur babies. They water our indoor AND outdoor plants, take out the trash, collect mail, and bring in doorstep packages. Last December our house was broken into while we were visiting family in California. Even with the three hour time difference, Petmeisters continue to call/text us until we responded. They secured the house, made sure all the animals were ok, talked to our neighbors, and called the police. Another time I was locked out of my house and they brought me a house key! Craig and Allison and the rest of the Petmeisters crew are more than great pet sitters, they’re great neighbors! Thanks for providing such excellent service in our Decatur community! :D

We feel extremely fortunate to have found Petmeisters. In the short time we've been using them, Craig and Allison have been amazing and have not only provided excellent care for our pets, but have cheerfully dealt with situations above and beyond including late notices and medication administration to our challenging older dog. Their love for animals is obvious. From the moment they arrive you can see it in the way they greet your pet and the professional yet affectionate way they handle them. As very anxious pet parents we really appreciate how they seem to anticipate your concerns and are able to address them empathetically and put you at ease. They are wonderful at keeping you updated about your pets when you are away. We know our 6 year old feral rescue Kiki and our 17 year old rescue shepherd mix Elsa are in good hands and it has meant the world to us to have this peace of mind. We have had Critter Sitters take care of 2 of our dogs and cat for the past 2 years. Our old sitter recently left but highly recommended Alex as someone that would be great with our paw patrol. He was absolutely wonderful! He sent us routine pictures, that were adorable of our fur kids. Even with some accidents that our kids made in the house (which I stress over anyone having to deal with) he had zero issues and always made me feel better. I would highly recommend Alex if you are on the fence about leaving your fur kids.

Teresa is an amazing person who does an excellent job. My older cat didn't like new people, but every time I had to go out of town Teresa came to my home and took great care of her. Teresa sent pictures of my cat while I was away so I could see how well she was doing. Sadly, my cat died a year ago. Recently, I got a rescued cat and one of her kittens. Teresa is the only person I will leave them with. She doesn't just care for animals. She loves them. I cannot ask for more when I have to leave them for a few days.

We recently discovered Critter Sitters and are so grateful for the wonderful impact they've made on our lives and with our pups. Teresa is a gem! She took time to get to know both of our furbabies individually including one with medical needs. She is professional and trustworthy and stays in constant contact with us. I love Critter Sitters! Its so hard to leave my baby girls during the day but I know that they are in good paws. Our primary puppy walker is Laurel. She always sends me detailed updates and photos of them on their walk and enjoying their treats. I feel like I'm right there with them. I used critter sitters this Christmas for my senior dog who is about to turn 14. She lost her hearing this summer and I was concerned about leaving her for the holiday but Alex from Critter sitters eased all my concerns. We set up a meet and greet, and went over all of Vivian’s needs. Alex took amazing care of Vivian, and sent daily photo updates to let me know how she was doing. I recently had to leave town for a night, and as the owner of a diabetic cat, finding reliable and caring pet sitters has always been a top priority. I had the pleasure of using Critter Sitters for the second time, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Last year, Carol took care of Cookie, and her dedication and care were exceptional. This year, I had Alex as our pet sitter, and I can't express how thankful I am for the wonderful job they did. Alex made sure that Cookie was well-fed, his litter box was kept clean, and most importantly, his insulin shots were administered flawlessly. What truly set Critter Sitters apart for me was the outstanding communication. Alex kept me updated after each visit, letting me know how Cookie was doing. The cherry on top was the photo updates that I received. Having an older cat with health issues used to be a source of stress for me when leaving town, but thanks to Critter Sitters, I now have peace of mind. Their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for pets are truly remarkable.

We’ve had excellent experience with Critter Sitters over several years with different sitters. Most recently we worked with Alex. He was like the pet whisperer! All our animals loved him immediately. Mary was so awesome!!! She made me feel relaxed since I've never used this type of service before. She is sweet, patient, responsive, on time, kept me posted with pictures, videos, and any other updates. She took care of my girl as if she was her own. I'm so grateful for Mary!!!

Alex looked after my two cats while I traveled for several days and I couldn’t have felt better about what good hands they were in! He sent photos every day updating me and had no problem giving meds to one of my very picky and stubborn cats. You can tell he takes his job seriously and does his best to provide everything your animal needs during his visit (in my cats’ case it was lots of cuddles and play time). Definitely recommend Alex if you need to feel good about someone looking after your critters while you’re gone!

After having some not-so-great experiences with other sitter services, working with Alex at Critter Sitters was a dream. They took great care of my crew and kept in contact with me during our trip out of town. Alex sent great photos of my babies that I gladly shared with all my friends that I was traveling. They were the highlights of our trip. I could rest easily and relax, knowing Alex had our pup and kitties taken care of. I can't wait to work with Critter Sitters and Alex again.

I will NEVER take my dog to this place again. We put our dog in boarding at this place bc we were going on a trip. When my fiancé picked him up, my dogs paws were destroyed!!! He had burn marks, skin peeling off his paws and sores. Not to mention, one of the employees said that he must have just peed on his blanket this morning. My dogs blanket was SOAKED IN PISS and there were poop stains as well. I tried to give this place a chance, even when we did the meet and greet the first time and I noticed that my dog had a gash above his eye and an employee told me that they didn’t know how he got it but that “he must have being playing rough with another dog. On top of all this they charged us $210 to board my dog only for him to come back to us hurt and scared. This was animal cruelty!

We boarded our dog here for 6 nights and had a great experience! She needed a bath when we picked her up, but that is no surprise!! The employees are all very nice.

KB&L feels like our second home when it comes to care of our dogs. We’ve been taking our dogs there for daycare, boarding and training since we moved to the neighborhood in 2008 and met Joanne at Feed & Seed. She and her staff are always kind, honest and supportive. They genuinely care for our fur babies like their own!

it’s important to note that this place was sold to a corporation called Destination Pet last year, which is a Colorado-based company that buys up local places like Bark and Lounge and runs them under their old name. You aren’t taking your pet to a local small business that cares about your pets like their own. The people who worked here for years prior to the business sale are no longer there either, which I think says a lot.

Groomer was a half hour late because of traffic he drives in every day and then wanted to charge extra because I was waiting outside for my dogs as they’re special needs and may have seizures in kennels. So you’re late to your appointment, waste my time, I accommodate your process and sit outside for a few hours just to make sure I can pick up my dogs as soon as they’re done (which I’m fine with) and you want to charge me more money? And you didn’t have to groom them first as I offered to wait AND we called in advance to let you know about the special accommodations for our dogs medical issues. “Well I have another dog back there and his owner doesn’t like him being in a kennel because he’s deaf” then maybe fix your process. Absolutely delusional. never again. If you have a special needs dog don’t bring them here. Cannot express the insanity of being late to work and charging a customer with an appointment more money for not wanting their dog with medical issues to be in a kennel and you tell me “that’s just not how it works” when I’m sitting outside the door in my car. Wild. Then the front desk just tells me the groomer sets his own rates so be aware this guy can run up your tab and you can’t do anything about it.

Took my dog in for an 11AM appointment for the “Spaw Package” - nails, ears, teeth combo. Per the appointment confirmation it was drop off at 11AM and pick up at 11:30AM so we decided to wait outside… Finally at 2PM it was completed and we were able to leave. Also when booking the service “Spaw Package” it was listed at $25, when we checked out we were charged $75 - after they took $5 for it taking so long. Not even told why the price difference. If it’s based on each animal it should say so on the website. Satisfied with the final result for my dog, but very unsatisfied with the lack of proper communication.

If you love your dog, do not take him or her to court with Block and Louch. I had a tragedy in my family. The facility was full and they referred me to a guy that works there by the name of Wayne. I took my my dog to Wayne’s house, Wayne literally dislocated my dogs eyes when I called Kirkwood barking lounge, they told me that that was nothing they can do and they was trying to get ready for the day. We also called my phone back, telling me he’s going to throw press charges on me because I accused him of feeding my dog, which because my dog in the home with a dislocated eye please if you love your animals, do not support cartwheel barking lounge.

Day care and boarding were great, yet when you enter the space t an overwhelming stench of urine and who knows what else overcomes you. It was not pleasant, and after bringing my dog home from there, she too also smells of it! I understand that many dogs are inside, but wow!

My dogs LOVE this place! I even had them lodge with Twain because the facility was full and when I picked them up they were well and seemed to have adjusted just fine with the help of Twain!

We’ve been taking our pup to Bark and Lounge on / off over the years until he passed on last year. We have a new rescue pup and we tried a new Daycare / Boarding that opened a few blocks away only because it was so close … they were ok but not great so we came back to what worked for us before. I quickly remembered why we liked Bark & Lounge so much. Great customer service, detailed feedback and observation via our pup’s report card. It’s such a comfort knowing our pup is being taken care of by people who are paying attention to him! Thanks Kirkwood Bark & Lounge for continuing to offer great care for our fur babies!

I have been taking my mini poodle here for about 4 years and have never been unsatisfied with the services rendered, but I have noticed a positive shift over the last 6 months specifically. The staff is friendly and professional. The groomers are good at what they do and take care of my sweet baby. The communication is great. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment. Special shoutout to Ariel- thank you for your perfect groom on my pup today (which prompted this review.) Highly recommend.

Lucky and Lady has really great features like the self wash, and the day boarding options, which was a big draw for me, since my pup is intact and typically can’t participate in daycare, but during his stay there he caught kennel cough. My dog is around any other dogs he’s either home with us or there. I called to notify them, given how contagious it is, and they’re response was apathetic. There was no concern for the wellbeing of my dog or any reassurance that safety and sterilizing methods were taken. They’d even left his collar in the cubby for over four days. When I came to pick it up, it was sitting in the cubby meaning no sterilizing had been done and it was in the same space as everyone else’s thing, putting their dogs in harm’s way. Been going to Lucky & Lady for a some time now, mostly for day care and grooming. Every time I call to schedule an appointment Ashley is always so kind, professional, and patient with my concerns, questions and needs. She’s been so helpful in scheduling services for my dogs Puddles and Puddin’. I love being able to drop them off for daycare and picking them up fresh and clean after bathing and grooming.

Bambi the groomer did our 2 cavaliers and they certainly looked very “Cavalier”. She did an amazing job! We will definitely be bringing them back! Thanks Bambi!

We have been boarding Ollie at Lucky & Lady for the past year and a half. With regards to boarding, the staff is always friendly and ensures all of Ollie's needs are met during his stays. We also appreciate the fact that you can opt to have your dog walked outside as well following their playtime. Every time we arrive, the staff is aware of Ollie's feeding schedule, feeding amount, and medications he is taking. They also ensure to verify that all of the information is correct prior to us leaving. With regards to grooming, we have been having Ollie groomed by Jasmine. Jasmine always sends us a text prior to working on Ollie to ensure she has the exact look you are going for. She is truly talented and takes her time to ensure a quality groom. During Ollie's last groom, we notified Jasmine that we were having our engagement shoot the following day. Jasmine took additional time in order to ensure Ollie was groomed perfectly! She even used bleaching shampoo to help get rid of saliva staining Ollie had had from his allergies. We cannot recommend this establishment enough!

Highly recommend booking a groom with Jasmine!! Her work is fantastic and very consistent. She has a lot of grooming experience. I can tell my dogs also love her! Thanks for a great groom Jasmine! I like the overall grooming experience at L&L. I like the literal transparency with the grooming station. My dogs are kept together in a suite opposed to a kennel. I can really tell they aren’t afraid to leave me when I drop them off. I also appreciate being able to call for a status update. The facility is super clean and not obnoxiously noisy like other groomers can be. Pricing was pretty average if not a little below average.

I have taken my pup to 2 other groomers & was left highly disappointed. I was referred to Lucky & Lady, I was hopeful but nervous. I was totally taken aback in a GREAT way when I came in to pick up my furbaby! Jasmin actually listened to my instructions and executed them perfectly! Needless to say I have found my new groomer!

Jasmine is THE BEST! We moved from Charleston a couple months ago, and have been struggling to find a groomer here in Atlanta that is able to make our fur baby look as handsome as we’d like… we’ve tried 3 groomers, but Lucky & Lady is by the the best in the area! For the job they do, the price of services in incredibly reasonable. It’s the same price as every other groomer we’ve tried and they did a wayyyy better job! I love how they have windows to the grooming center. You can see how much the staff cares about their clients. If you choose Lucky & Lady for your fur baby, BOOK WITH JASMINE! I don’t have enough amazing things to say about her and the job she did for my boy. Thank you Lucky & Lady!

I took my sweet pup here a few days ago and had a great experience! Ariel groomed her exactly the way I asked. There is an extra hop in my pup’s step because I think she knows how beautiful she looks! Haha

We have been taking our dog to Frogs to Dogs for about a year and have utilized their group classes, day camps, and boarding. Our dog has grown to love multiple staff members and is happy every time we take her. She has made significant progress due to their work on obedience, socialization, and reactivity. I would recommend Frogs to Dogs to anyone!

The staff at Frogs to Dogs have been working with our dog, Ruffles, since we adopted her from the shelter. After a year in the shelter and who knows what before that, Ruffles was a shy dog who needed a lot of confidence building particularly with meeting new people and having positive interactions with other dogs. Over the past two years she has improved so much! Her (and our) interactions with the staff have been consistently positive and the Frogs to Dogs team has given us many strategies to work on with Ruffles at home as well as reinforcing them at doggie day camp and group training. We also board Ruffles with F2D when we go out of town with complete confidence that she is in good hands. I highly recommend Frogs to Dogs for training, boarding, and socializing your fur-babies!

My dog Opie and I have been going to the FTD group classes for about 6 months now. I LOVE the trainers especially Bonita! Elijah and Mary are wonderful also! We try to go twice a week. Having classes at different locations has really helped my dog not only learn all the things, but adapt and desensitize to distractions in different environments. Saturday intermediate class walks in downtown Decatur are so good! It’s also beneficial to meet people and their dogs in all stages of their learning. We love Frogs 🐸 to 🐶 Dogs!

Frogs to Dogs to the rescue again! We have loved working with F2D since its early years and have always been thrilled with the team. A few weeks ago, we decided to do a trial adoption of sweet, one year old, Rosie. During the trial, we had to travel unexpectedly and Frogs helped us out in so many ways. Although it was a busy holiday week, Frogs was able to help us with board-training and temperament testing to help ensure our new rescue pup was the right fit for our family. The daily report card and videos are so fun to see and helpful! We can’t wait to start group training classes soon with our new family member! I can’t recommend F2D enough!

We have been working with frogs to dogs for the last year and have seen so much improvement in our reactive dog. The private lessons, day camp and group classes have helped with her general obedience and reactivity. The report cards and videos help us train her and support her learning. The frogs to dogs team has patiently answered all of our questions on how to successfully introduce our dog to guests and any new behaviors we have noticed in our dog. We have also boarded our dog with frogs to dogs and she comes back to us with exceptional manners. Our dog is always excited to go to frogs to dogs and we are so happy with all the progress!! I would recommend anyone to use frogs to dogs for training or boarding!!

I’ve been brining my dog to the group obedience classes for the past 9 months. We have loved training with Bonita during this time. Her classes are well structured and she is able to keep in mind the goals of all the students in class and create class scenarios that balance everyone’s goals. I also love how flexible the classes are, as my schedule is often varied and I can’t make it to the same day/time every week.

Our 5 month old shelter pup started out with Frogs to Dogs about a month ago, and we have had such a positive experience. The communication and feedback we received from every single staff member exceeded our expectations. We had LOTS of questions before we paid for the board and train for two weeks as it is an investment (but on par with other training facilities) and everyone we spoke to was very patient and made sure we understood everything. There were 5-10 videos posted every day so we could see our dog playing and training, and I was able to come by on weekdays for brief mini sessions to practice the lesson with my dog. The primary trainer was available to us throughout the day by phone. Our dog LOVED it there and I think he was a little sad to leave. I really like their training philosophy— if you’re looking for a board and train without use of e-collars, I highly recommend Frogs to Dogs. It was well worth our money and we plan on returning for more classes.

Caring for your dog like their own is Frogs to Dogs. Our dog was recently adopted from a high volume GA shelter, terrified of the world. Her week stay at Frogs to Dogs and frequent socializations with the kind staff made a huge difference, helping her to trust again that she will be cared for and loved. The daily videos from the caring staff and trainers were the highlight of each day until we could pick her up. Can’t thank them enough for helping Paisley transition to being a fun loving dog again!!!

They were very professional, accommodating, and friendly when it came to boarding our dog for her first overnight experience. She was there for 4 nights and they provided daily videos of her interactions. Would go there again with no hesitation, may even perform pet training in the future.

There is no question that this facility knows what they are doing. Their programs are executed thoughtfully to benefit the dogs. I see such positive outcomes over time. There have been no miracles, but real, slow, measurable , meaningful change for all of us. Thanks, team!

Our dog is an important part of our family..to me, trusting someone with a member of our family means that we can know they are happy, in good hands and safe and cared for. I am quite used to doing research and asking many questions to make sure that decisions that affect lives are well vetted and I can account for..so clearly, I took the search for finding the best dog walker for our pup that we love beyond words, very very seriously. David and his company, which have become more like a family is the BEST of the BEST. Our Finn started as a puppy to learn to socialize 2x a week, he then clearly wanted more hike time with his new buddies so we added another day and then another until finally, he goes every day during the week. Dave from Fetch has been walking my pug Cleo on a daily basis for almost a year now. He is reliable and friendly and is great with giving me updates about their daily walks. Dave is also always willing to do extra walks on weeknights if I have to work late or weekends if I'm gone for less than a full day. I have also used their service for overnight stays at Dave’s home on numerous occasions - and have always been pleased with the care & attention my dog receives. Dave clearly loves dogs so I know mine is in good hands. He also did a great job of informing me when an alternative dog-walker would be walking Cleo while Dave was away or off. For the price and quality of care you receive with Dave, I highly recommend his services!

I used “That’s So Fetch!” for many years with my sweet pup. Lauren and her team were always so understanding with my complicated work schedule. They were always prompt and took great care of my dog. If I would move, I would make sure it was within their service territory before I would commit to a place- that’s how great they are! When my pup passed, they made me a book with a collection of photos they had taken over the years- it was the absolute sweetest gift. Y’all I’m telling ya, they’re the best!

Had to board my babies last minute and they were so helpful! The website wasn’t working but we were able to text with them and they took care of everything. The team was super responsive over text and sent me photos of all three of my dogs whenever I asked. They also got a cute holiday photo! If I ever have to come to Atlanta again I would 1000% use them again.

I couldn’t imagine a more perfect and safe place to leave my Dog Hercules. He is cared for, loved and he truly thinks it’s the greatest place on earth. The excitement every time he knows he’s going, or when he’s getting picked up, You can’t put a price on that. We love That’s So Fetch! We’ve sent our high-energy pup Marzen to TSF for daycare and boarding, and she always comes home happy and wiped out from playing with her new pals. Definitely recommend adding on a bath with boarding so your pup comes home clean and relaxed, and the dog taxi option for pickup/drop-off is a game changer. Highly recommend!

We boarded our two dogs and they seemed very happy after their stay! They were very communicative and send daily pictures! We would definitely use them again! We liked how they aren’t too big so our dogs definitely get good care without it just being too many dogs in one area.

This is hands down the best place in Atlanta for your dog boarding, daycare needs, or home visits. Our pup Desi has been acquainted with Lauren and That's So Fetch since she was three month old (she’s now 5 years), after a recommendation from a friend. Since then, That’s So Fetch is truly Desi’s second home, and I can’t imagine at this point ever finding another place I feel as comfortable boarding her. I love that That’s So Fetch is a small, locally owned business, and not a chain, as I feel that the level of attention and care we receive goes above and beyond. TSF is extremely communicative, flexible, and reliable, and has always been able to accommodate last minute daycare requests without any hesitation. The pick up/drop off taxi service is one of our favorite parts, an absolute game changer, and makes working with TSF so easy. It gives us peace of mind to know that TSF will be taking care of Desi, and sometimes we joke about leaving our dog to Lauren in our will ;). Besides all of this, the staff is amazing with our dog, knows her well, and truly and treats her like their own. They know her buddies, and remark when one of her friends is in the car or at daycare that day. We love getting photos of her throughout the day, and joke about her other life she leads with all her dog friends. She always comes home smiling, smelling good, and exhausted. Since Desi has been going since she was so young I attribute her excellent socialization to the time she has spent there and feel that TSF could do great with any dog. I never hesitate to recommend them to friends/neighbors.

A part of me wants to gate keep this facility, but that'd be a huge disservice to other dog owners in ATL! My fiance and I had a couple of poor Rover experiences in the city for boarding purposes, and we decided to try That's So Fetch since the reviews were very positive and it's convenient to where we live. Turns out, our two Australian Shepherds love this place and have done really well for the last few times we've boarded with them! We've interacted with a few different staff members, and everyone has been kind, professional, and responsive to our questions. They're also really great at handling any medical needs/special instructions, which provides a lot of peace of mind. Side note, the taxi service is SO clutch, and makes our lives so much easier! To sum it up - I feel really at ease having my dogs here at That's So Fetch, and I absolutely plan on using them again in the future.

We love this place. We started out as clients of Lauren and Jawad on Rover after our beloved dog sitter left the business of pet sitting. We gradually started booking with them directly. It’s really, really hard to find affordable, high-quality pet care in Atlanta. We had gone through a half dozen people on Rover - all were okay, but we never felt totally comfortable leaving our dogs with them. We had also tried several boarding facilities, but we have a pit mix, and many boarding facilities turn her away due to breed restrictions. Our dogs are high-energy rescue dogs. Both have their own quirks, and despite working with them to try to round out their quirks, they’ll probably never be perfect. We love them to death, and it’s understandably hard to find people who love them as much as we do. Lauren and Jawad changed the game for us. They’ve turned the task of booking pet sitting into something that we actually enjoy doing. We look forward to dropping our pups there because we know they’re in good hands, and we know they are going to have SO much fun. Each time we pick them up, they sleep for hours afterwards (see photo!). We no longer stress about the pups while we’re out of town. We get daily photos of them having the time of their lives - they truly look SO happy in every photo. Also, every single person who works for TSF is so sweet. They are all very kind and patient people. I don’t know how they keep up with all of their clients, but it’s really cool that they recognize the dogs when they come through the door. And at pickup, we have never waited more than 2-3 minutes for the dogs to be harnessed, leashed, and ready to leave. Feels like family! This past booking, we had a flight cancellation resulting in an extra day away, and I texted their number to see if we could extend the booking. They were so kind and quick to respond. They were able to get it sorted quickly and painlessly. Took a lot of stress out of an already stressful day. Really, really appreciate that. Flexibility is really important when it comes to pet care, and they consistently exceed expectations and are understanding when life gets a little crazy. Outside of all of the amazing things I can say about the staff and owners, I think it’s also important to point out that the service price is very reasonable, especially given the quality of the service. It’s priceless to know that your dogs are being cared for, but it’s also nice to not have to take out a second mortgage for pet care. All-in-all, TSF is the best-kept secret in Atlanta. I have no doubt that they will continue to thrive with their truly over-the-top customer service, professional warmth, and genuine and obvious love for animals. We will continue to book with them, and we will always recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Lauren, Jawad, and TSF staff - y’all truly rock!

I can't say enough good things about this place. They were so great with our pups. They even sent us photos during their stay. Our pups loved it so much they came home and immediately passed out. I think that's the best review possible.

I have a difficult dog. He is mostly great but has anxiety and issues with other dogs. He is big and strong and intimidating resulting in most sitters wanting to run the other way. Render was not intimidated and was able to manage his behavior. She and Buck had a great time playing in the yard and I was able to go on vacation and not worry about him. I am relieved that we can head out for a full day or longer and have someone who will take care of him!

Our sweet girl loved Render! Render had availability for our dog on fairly short notice and even took the time to come by for a meet and greet! She sent regular pictures and videos. This was the first time leaving our puppy, so she helped us feel and ease and comfortable. She has great customer service and has a true love for animals. The absolute best pet care I've ever had. My pup is an anxious girl and she took the time to slowly introduce her to the other pups. Came out to meet us before and was so incredibly warm and friendly. Always sends photos and updates :) plus my pup loves her. She always runs to the door to go in and she has never done that with anyone else. I'm so incredibly happy to have found render your paws :)

Render Your Paws is absolutely terrific for and with our dog Bison. It is such a huge convenience to have a company that picks up our dog and takes loving care of our dog just like our family does. We’ve learned more about our dog’s personality because of them. I would highly recommend them.

Render saved the day for us when we were unable to find pet care for our 2 cats just 24 hours before we went out of town. She responded quickly, came by for a home visit, and remembered all of the special instructions we had. We immediately felt comfortable having her in our home taking care of our beloved fur babies. Although our cats are shy and didn't come out too much, she did a great job! Will absolutely work with Render in the future.

Render goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. She doesn’t just come over to let my dog out. She always makes sure to play with him, give him attention, and even clean up the messes he leaves, which is certainly not something I expected! One of my favorite things about Render is how great she is at keeping you updated. I always know exactly how my pup’s outing went that day, and she even notices if he seems a bit off and lets me know. She is also very reliable, which is so important. And she doesn’t just help with dogs! She has taken care of our tropical fish tank as well. Highly recommend Render!

Render was a life saver. I needed a dog sitter at the last minute and she came through with flying colors.. She made Tiara feel very comfortable while I was away and took excellent care of her. I thought I loved this place because my dog always seemed to love it, but this is the second time he has come home and developed kennel cough symptoms days later. He is 5 years old, fully vaxed, never had kennel cough a day in his life….until we started using Rex and Roxy’s - and now this will be his SECOND time having it in 3 months! Extremely disappointed and frustrating.

Couldn't be happier with this place! My dog is always ecstatic to go there. They are so friendly, and there have been multiple times I've forgotten about holiday weekend trips and they fit me in last minute.

My dog has been attending the Decatur location for a few years now. But now all of a sudden the last few times I have taken her, she now comes home with diarrhea. I’m not sure if they’re not cleaning the way they used to or if people are just bringing their dogs ill. I took her last week for daycare and I kid you not, she has diarrhea STILL! I have mentioned this to them in hopes they would pay more attention to cleaning and disinfecting more, but I guess it has gone unchecked. This is the third time this year and I know it’s the school because she only ever gets diarrhea after I’ve picked her up. This is the longest it has lasted and now her stool has blood in it.

We love sending our high energy dog to Rex and Roxy’s! Familiar faces when we drop off and pick up help us feel confident that he’s taken care of while we are away.

My Australian Labradoodle, Nahla, has been to Rex and Roxy’s several times now for daycare, and she seems to enjoy it from what I can tell. She’s always happy to see whoever is at the front desk upon arrival, which gives me comfort. It’s never easy leaving your precious fur baby at a new/relatively new place, but they seem to genuinely love and care for her. She had her first mini groom with them today, and she looks great. She was butchered at her first grooming at a different and unrelated facility when I fist moved to Buckhead, so I’ve seen how bad it can be. It was devastating. There’s a lot to be said for a great groomer, as well as a doggy daycare where the employees genuinely care for and enjoy being with the dogs. I would recommend Rex and Roxy’s for both doggy daycare and grooming.

Just started taking my pup here. He loves it. He plays hard and comes home tired. Without fail he falls asleep on the car ride home. The staff I met are amazing. So ready to do business with. If you love your pup, bring them to Rex and Roxys

The staff is awesome and my pup LOVES going there! All dogs need to pass a temperament test, and they only accept medium to large dogs...which is great! Their handling of the dog flu outbreak was highly professional and always in the best interest of the dogs health. This is the only place I will bring my dog, which is a 30 minute drive from where I live.

Our dog Belmont LOVES to hang out here with his friends! The staff takes excellent care of our pup. I love being able to see him on the live stream and when they feature him on their Instagram! Your four-legged kiddos are in good hands here and the price is inexpensive compared to others.

I love Rex and Roxy's. The best part is that my dog didn't want to come home the last time I went to pick him up. It seems they take great care of the animals and if you have any doubts about how your animal is being treated, or if you just want to catch up, you can watch the webcams.

Kelli is so awesome taking care of my puppy! I was nervous about having my puppy outside all the time, but Kelli takes care of all the dogs like they are her own. They are supervised, fed, watered, and allowed to be dogs! She even gets them to relax for a little while in the afternoons. Tired dogs are cranky! I boarded and put my puppy in daycare several times and while there are no bells and whistles, when I drop her off she can't wait to get out of the car and she looks good and happy when I come to get her. Highly recommend!

Kelli has cared for our dogs for boarding for about 7 years. They love staying with her and I feel good knowing they are safe, loved, and spoiled whenever we are out of town. I would never board with anyone else (or do doggie day care / dog walking). She has the kindest heart and a true gift with dogs.

We were traveling the east coast with our dog and we wanted to get her a sitter for the night, we had called maybe 40 places and all either had no vacancy or weren’t excepting new dogs. Kelli was available last min and was a life safer!! She offered pick up and drop off service and was quick with her responses. Price was very reasonable for last min and a holiday. Would 100% return and have her watch our pup again.
