Wayne and Cindy provide a wonderful five-star doggy day-care service. They are kind and understanding and the doggies (and humans!) feel it. I am a first-time owner to two shelter dogs and Cindy and Wayne have been a great resource to me for animal care. I have been happy with each of their recommendations and am now using their veterinarian. Much appreciation for their professional and excellent services and their ABOVE AND BEYOND flexibility. Critter Sitters is fantastic! I work full time, and ever since my dog was a puppy, Cindy has been caring for her. She picks up my dog Lily for a fun filled day while I am at work. Lily loves going there and looks forward to it every day. When I’m on vacation, I don’t have to worry because they also offer boarding. I highly recommend Critter Sitters. Your pet will be well cared for!

Cindy and Wayne are the BEST people in the world. They've saved us countless times when our dog was experiencing symptoms we didn't understand and the Vet didn't have available appointments; Cindy and Wayne always go above and beyond to share their wisdom, supplies, time, and attention. Cindy has been coming to our home to walk our two dogs off/on for a few years now and we love her - she is flexible, friendly, reliable, and most importantly our dogs love their time with Cindy. In addition, Cindy has taken our dogs on numerous occasions over to her place for doggy daycare- they get to run around and play with other dogs all day long and come back super happy and very tired. We plan to continue having Cindy work with our dogs 🐕 as they love it! Thank you for everything Cindy!

Cindy and her husband are the absolute best. When my husband and I were working a demanding call center job, they watched my cane corso Bentley, and also adjusted their hours to accommodate our schedules. They are the sweetest ever and will make sure you and your pups feel like family!

When looking for someone to drop in twice a day and feed the cat in our absence I asked for community referrals. Almost all the responses were recommendations for Cindy. Its been a few years now and she has done an awesome job with my elderly little spitter. I wish I had found her sooner, it would have saved me a lot of worry and stress over the years. she is truly an animal advocate and i highly recommend her.

Cindy is great! Pro with handling dogs and ensuring they get good exercises and fed on time. Easy to get in touch with and quick replies. Def rec if looking for someone. She handled my 2 big boy (1 80lbs malinois, husky mix and 70lbs oes) very well. Both came home happy.

Critter Sitters takes such good care and they are amazingly kind and communicative. We have referred many friend and neighbors. Our guy is always so happy to spend time with them. I consider it a day at a family member's house with lots of sweet, fun dogs to play with too.

I cannot thank Precious Petcare and my Wedding Pet Attendants (Hilary & Tory) enough!!! First of all, Leila and her staff were very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, and they ensured that my 2 fur kids would get the best care possible for my big day. When the big day came, I felt SO comfortable with Hilary & Tory’s capabilities as ‘temporary’ dog mommas for my special day. It took such a HUGE burden and relief off of my shoulders, knowing that they were in such good hands. They were both able to keep my pups calm and happy, even with Scooter’s terrible separation anxiety! They also followed my detailed instructions to a TEE, and walked our ‘Ring Bearer’ and ‘Flower Pup’ down the aisle with no issues! They did an amazing job getting their energy out by constantly walking them around, letting them enjoy nature (they even saw a deer), playing with them, and keeping them well treated and extra cozy (Scooter was warm and wrapped in a blankie when he got chilly!). They truly watched them like hawks, snuggled them, and treated them like their own. When I saw them both with the pups (and heard nothing but amazing comments from my guests!), I knew that they were in amazing hands and I could be calm, relax, and really enjoy myself. They were also a great influence on my young pup, Millie, and her shyness around other people! We noticed such a huge improvement in Millie the day after the wedding! She was like a whole new dog. She’s so much less skittish after having the opportunity to meet with so many guests. I thank Hilary & Tory for giving her that opportunity, as it was much needed for a young rescue dog! They were stellar at their jobs —- they were punctual, kind, calm, professional, organized and dedicated. I also can’t thank them enough for the amazing photos that they sent. They are my absolute favorite photos for sure, and I’m so glad that they captured those moments for me (as the bride misses all the fun! Lol). I highly recommend Precious Petcare!!! 5 stars

We had Hannah with us for our wedding weekend and she exceeded all of our expectations caring for our maltipoo Bear! She continuously went above and beyond to make sure Bear was well fed rested and at the places she needed to be all weekend to be part of our celebrations. I was over the moon knowing Bear was in great hands for 4 days with Hannah until we came back to our hotel every day. Bear was able to join every event we hosted for our guests and I couldn’t be happier! Hannah even helped us every time photos were taken to make sure Bear was smiling & she helped coach Bear to walk down the aisle. Highly highly recommend precious pet care for your wedding or every day sitting needs!!! I wish they were closer to us in Los Angeles so we could use them on the regular :(

So happy I found precious pet care! My sister referred me & it has been incredible. At the end of the day they upload pictures of your pup as well as a detailed summary of how your pup behaved / an overall recap! Seriously can’t imagine taking my pup anywhere else! My husband and I just returned fron 6 weeks overseas. This is the first time leaving our 14 year old Calico Trixie using a pet service to visit. Our kids work and wanted someone to be with her during the week. We chose Precious Pet Care from Yelp reviews!! Not disappointed! Janna was our sitter the whole time away. She came 3 times a week. She shared pictures, communication/update and videos of how Trixie was doing. She respected our request to change Trix's ice water (spoiled kitty). Plated with her, gave her special treat! Brushed her. Cleaned her litter box. So much more. She treated her as I would have!! 🙂 Trixie was recently diagnosed with kidney disease and has specialized diet. From the start everyone Leila who helped me through the process made me feel secure and warm to their services.

I've used Precious Petcare the past few months for Doggie Daycare for my pup Cash. He always comes back happy and exhausted. This past week we were out of the country for our wedding and I felt at ease every time I received a daily update and pictures showing that he was well taken care of and enjoying himself with the other pups. Thank you Leila and the team for taking good care of my baby. We are so happy to have found this place for daycare and boarding.

We have taken our active dog, Anda, to Precious Pet Care for daycare, overnight stays, and boarding for the past few months. This is the first time that Anda has been to daycare and it is safe to say he loves its! Anda gets to play outside with all the dogs and gets lots of attention from the staff at Precious Pet Care. There is a good variety of dogs, and our dog has befriended the owner's dog. Whenever he comes home he looks very happy and is tired the rest of the day from all the play time. The staff are mindful to make sure he eats his meals and uses the bathroom regularly. They appropriately supervise to ensure he gets along with the other dogs. They also are very flexible with drop off/pick up times and communicative with us, sending daily updates with photos and videos. Most recently, he spent the holidays boarding at Precious Pet Care during our vacation. He definitely got a lot of attention, as there was a doggy holiday party with special treats, a Christmas photo shoot, and he came back with a gift bag and report card for his stay. We would absolutely recommend Precious Pet Care to anyone looking for a homey place for their dog to stay for any of the services they offer.

We booked Precious Pet Care for their wedding pet attendant service, and I highly recommend them!! We wanted to have our dog walk in the ceremony and have someone look after him at the Airbnb during the reception, but didn’t want to have any of our friends/family do it and miss out on the celebration. Precious Pet Care was the perfect solution! With everything that goes on during your wedding day, it was great to know that our dog was cared for and happy! Now I’ll be honest, our dog is not the best trained and can be very excitable, but Johnny did a fantastic job getting his energy out beforehand and keeping him entertained all day so he was comfortable when it came time for the ceremony! We got so many cute pictures with our pup too! It meant so much to have our dog with us on our big day and know he was safe and happy while we celebrated the night away! If that sounds like something you’d also want for your wedding, Precious Pet Care is the way to go!

Precious Pet Care was great in assisting us with the care of our pets Emma and Gracie on 4.02.23 - for my daughter's wedding! Leila was super helpful and responsive to our questions, and she and Ashley arrived early (before we did!) and were very attentive to Emma & Gracie during the course of the day - allowing my family to relax and enjoy this very special day! They made sure our girls were walked, fed, hydrated, entertained and calm throughout the day. They then returned them to our Airbnb, let them play outside for a bit, and made sure that they had food & water to last them until we returned. Before they left, they sent us pics of our pups relaxing at the house, which enabled us to enjoy the rest of the evening - knowing that they were safe, secure and had everything they needed. Without their awesome wedding pet attendant services, including our pups in my daughter's big day would have been next to impossible.

My dog Percy is really shy and is scared of everything and everyone. He just hides behind me whenever I take him to dog park. He takes a long time to trust a person or a dog. Leila has been phenomenal at taking care of Percy and she has helped him come out of his shell. She has been very patient and accommodating with him. She has made him a more confident and a playful puppy who can now explore the park on his own and play with dogs his size. Percy has been a part of Leila's doggie field day every week and I have been seeing drastic improvements in his behavior. All thanks to Leila! Percy loves her so much and he is so excited to see her every week. She even made this shy guy find his doggie best friends. I am very grateful that I found her and honestly, she is one of the best things that has happened to my Percy!

Absolutely loved this service for our wedding! We couldn’t imagine our big day without our pup and Leila made it all possible! She was amazing with Archie and it made the day less stressful! I couldn’t recommend Precious Pet Care more to other couples for their wedding day!

First, Amanda and her crew are amazing people and take very good care of our lil fur babies when where out of town. Secondly, our fur babies are always tired after there vacation from pets playhouse. Thanks again pets playhouse for all you do with our babies!

My dog came home with a cut on her eye lid. She had something green in her fur and she was very thirsty & exhausted. I'm not sure what went on there but I would say it's a very sketchy situation & I would never board her again at this place.

Hands down and 100% the best doggy daycare & boarding service out there!!! Amanda and her family loved my dog chance like he was their own. she time and time again went above and beyond in her care, communication, professionalism and deep love for my pup. My dog is a rescue, he is shy and not very trusting bust after 3 days of daycare with Amanda she quickly become one of his most favorite people. Leaving him with her for work or a trip was never hard on my heart because i knew he was probably have more fun with her than he dose with me. She feed my dog, snuggled him, took him on field trips, and threw him a birthday party. Needless to say, if your looking for a daycare or boarding service you will be hard pressed to find anything better than Amanda and her company.

Here's the review: Amanda is an amazing dog sitter and treats my Berkeley as if he was her own. She creates a great and safe atmosphere for the dogs and has a nice house to dog sit. The best thing about Amanda is her accommodations. She accommodates and rearranges her schedule to match mine. I recommend Amanda to anyone who wants their fur baby to feel safe and have a great time

My dog absolutely loves Pets Playhouse! He attends full-time and it is the best decision I have ever made. Amanda is so good with all of her fur babies! my dog gets so excited in the car knowing that we are headed there. He has so many friends and he is not stuck at home by himself all day while I'm at work. I highly recommend Pets Playhouse to anyone who wants their dog to be in a positive, playfull and safe environment. Amanda is also very accommodating when it comes to pick up and drop of times. With my job my schedule changes quite a bit and I have never had any problems!

Amanda is amazing! Her love of animals shows! If you want your fur babies taken care of as if they never left home you are in the right place! She will treat you and your pets like family so you can enjoy your time away without worry.

Amanda took care of my cat for a few months. It was definitely outside of her normal type of work but she was willing to help me out when I was in between apartments and needed my cat to have a place to stay. She would let me come visit him frequently and treated him just like the family. She was responsive to my questions and I never had any concerns. Thank you for helping me out!

I took my dog Mami to Pets Playhouse while I was on a business trip. Amanda was amazing. She cared for my little buddy as if she were her own dog. My dog was well cared for, happy and content when I picked her up. I'm a frequent traveler and will be using Amanda's pet sitting services in the future.

My Poodle Noodle loves Amanda and her family. I think he loves them more than me lol. I started a new job where I work from home most days. I thought he could stay home with me on those days, well he cried all day long! Now I work from home and he goes to Doggie daycare 💁‍♀️ As long as he is happy!

The moment I talked to Laura on the phone I felt like she was a friend I was calling to watch my dog for the day. The next morning I was running late for work and was upset that I wouldn’t get to properly meet her to talk to her about my dog so that I could make sure this was going to be a safe and fun daycare for her. Well Calypso ran right up to Laura like she was her best friend, jumped up all excited to greet her!!! Laura was great in person and quickly made me feel confident in leaving Calypso in her care. She sent me pictures and updates of all the fun and playtime Calypso was having. Posh Paws is a doggy daycare that unlike the large commercial daycares, it always feels as though I am dropping Calypso off at a friends house to go play with her friends! All day she gets to play with her friends and lounge around sunbathing in the comfort of Laura’s place. I send Calypso weekly and sometimes for many days in a row. Posh Paws is hands down the best doggy daycare and Laura is an amazing person who will care for you dog as if they were her own. Laura is also awesome at getting the most adorable pictures of Calypso, i added a couple!!!

At home, I am an only dog so i love hanging out at PoshPaws when mom travels because I have friends there; the home is furnished for us dogs with pillows, couches, ottomans and couches galore, and the backyard is phenomenal: elevated cots, pillows, and shaded areas for hot summer days. I also love the humans there, they give each of us special attention. Mom feels good about boarding me at PoshPaws because she knows I am in good hands, I get my food, treats and medications just like at home. Poshpaws is definitely the place to be for all the cool dogs in the San Diego area

Finding Laura when we moved to the area was such a blessing! She cared for our senior dog like he was one of her own. And definitely helped to train our new (WILD) pup too. We traveled to the east coast, and knowing our pets were in her home put our mind at ease. Receiving pictures, updates, and funny stories made our family so happy/relieved. So much better than using a kennel & having to try and spot your pet on a puppy cam!

We have taken our dogs to Laura for over 8 years. Posh Paws has become their second home for both day care as well as extended stays while we vacation. We call it Puppy Play Camp. She takes excellent care of our “child” and we never worry about him while he is staying with her, even sending photo updates! Laura is extremely conscientious and follows any instructions, ensuring that all medications are given on schedule. I strongly recommend Posh Paws for all your pet sitting needs.

We’ve had our 10 year dog, Lilah stay with Laura since she’s been a puppy. It is truly Lilah's home away from home. Laura provides exceptional care and love. We consider Laura as family. The added treat for Lilah is being able to have fun with her doggy pals. PoshPaws is truly 10/10.

Would not recommend this company. Felt my dogs were not looked after well and one was even injured with no explanation. You absolutely have our name and I told you about this and you acted like you thought I was lying.

I have two dogs and a fish. I was nervous about leaving them while out of town. Both of my dogs are around 6 years old. One I've had since he was a puppy and he had not been separated from me for more than a day since autumn of 2019, in part due to the pandemic. The other dog is a rescue from the Humane Society who has been with me a year and a half. He is a real mommy's boy too because he already suffered the trauma of losing an owner. So, I was very nervous about leaving them for a week. I made the plans a few months in advance and helped my dogs get used to the dog walkers by scheduling a couple dog walks a month on days when I would not be home. I think that helped a lot to prepare everyone for me being gone for a week. This is a great service especially if you have multiple pets and like to have your house checked on when you are gone. They don't charge by pet, but by time, so it is good for multi pet owners. All of the dog walkers/pet sitters are awesome and you likely won't always get the same one, but I give an extra special shout out to Diana. I recommend this service.

BeLoved Pet Sitting is an awesome service you can use for dog walking and home visits while you're away! Susan and her staff really get to know each dog individually and caters to the dogs needs. She really does go above and beyond and comes prepared every time she takes the dogs out on walks, from carrying a blowhorn to having extra poop bags. I would definitely recommend using them if you need an awesome dog walker or someone to care for your pet while you take a vacation.

This was my first time using BeLoved, it was the longest I left my cat alone (6 nights) and they made me feel very comfortable all the way through. I like that they take the time to come by to learn where the animal and its food/things will be. The daily texts and pictures are a nice touch because you can be sure they're coming by and trying to interact with your pet. All these things showed me that they put in the effort. I would definitely recommend them to others and I'll be using their service again in the future (even if my cat hid away the whole time).

Susan and her team do a great job. They have watched my three cats, dog and hermit crab several times. Two of my cats are very shy but they made friends with the sitters . One kitty took medicine and that was handled well also. They send photos and a checklist after every visit to the house and messaged me with any questions. I am very pleased with their services and would never use anyone else.

We've never had to have animal care so it was really nice to have updates through the app along with photos and descriptions sent to us daily. We just came back from a 6 day vacation to Tulum, Mexico. I didn’t have any local family to take care of my car and dog during that time, so I turned to Beloved Pet Sitting as a return customer. It was refreshing to know that our family pets were being well cared for and lived while away. Susan and her team are nothing short of AMAZING! My animal family is a bit much compared to others... we have dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds... yes you imagine the pain of trying to find a sitter to watch everyone for a weeks vacation. I found Beloved pets on Facebook, messaged them, and within an hour received a call that they could watch everyone!... I downloaded the APP and told Them all about my Pets, names, likes and dislikes.. a couple of days before my vacation Edwin and Ashley came by for a meet and greet. Both amazing people... we left for vacation and the communication was excellent... they even sent pictures of everyone every day!!!! The price for everyone was very reasonable. Once we came home got vacation the house was clean, everyone was happy and most of all I didn't stress at all while I was gone. I 100% recommended them to everyone!!! I think It's better to have a company watch your pets than to rely On friends. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!

They give my pets the same amount of attention and love as I would. It really helps break up the day for them so they don't get stuck in the house while at work. Definitely recommend them and they have my pups vote as well.

Throughout the past couple of years, part time working from home and going into the office has been tough on the four legged friend, but the team at Beloved Pet Sitting provide peace of mind to make sure the walks happen routinely in a safe manner! Scheduling is easy and they can accommodate changes when needed. Not only are the pets walked, but feeding and making sure packages are taken in provide additional customer support.

Jennifer is an absolute gem! She has been taking care of our cat for almost 4 years on every holiday and vacation as we travel quite a bit. She has a wonderful touch with animals (not only with our cat, we have seen her with dogs too), you can tell that she truly loves being around them. We know she will take care of our cat as well as we would. Our siberian kitty loves her, it almost makes me jealous :-) We receive pics and videos of our cat while on vacation and we get a kick of Jennifer's descriptions of the cat's shenanigans. When we are back we find her beautifully groomed, with nails clipped and looking very happy. We have complete confidence in Jennifer and are so very glad and thankful we found her.

I love Jennifer, and more importantly our Kitty Scooter loves her too! Jennifer is very reliable, she returns calls and text messages in a timely manner, and has gone above and beyond what you would expect from a pet sitter. She brings in mail, and has gone to the pet store for me when I didn't have time to before leaving town. We have used Jennifer's services for years now, and we so appreciate her being available when we need her to feed and love our Scooter Kitty!

Jennifer is amazing! She has been watching my 2 Rottweilers for almost 4 years, since they were puppies. She has such a wonderful way with animals,,they just love her and are super happy to see her. She is a true pack leader, training them to be the best leash walkers! They never pull anymore,walking right beside me. When I travel she stays here and when I come home the house is cleaner than when I left it and the dogs are freshly groomed and smell great! She sends nightly texts and pictures and I never worry about them. She's a gem!

Jennifer is a gem. She has cared for our almost 3 year Aussie for the last 2 1/2 years. She has stayed at our house, exercised a very active dog, and given him such loving attention. Tux always loves seeing her and going with her. I haves called Jennifer several times at the last minute, and she has always helped me out. She has come to our home early in the morning, and stayed late at night, based on our flights times. Jennifer is the best of the best.

Jennifer is the only person that I would have stay with my cat when I travel. She truly is an animal person. I never worry a bit while I'm away. I get daily pictures or videos. You can tell that this is not just a job for her but a passion. My cat comes running in when she hears her voice. I never get the "cold shoulder" from my cat when I get back home. She thinks her good friend has been staying with her. When I come home my cat is always clean, nails trimmed and my house is always cleaned up. It's nice not to worry about your precious ones while you travel.

I've used Jennifer as the go to for my two Dogs for about the last 10 yrs and have recommended her to many of my friends and others for their pets. I don't think there is another quite like her as many people have got into this business just for the money and not for the love of animals. First and foremost she has a true love for all animals and they really take to her. You will not have to worry as she will send you nightly videos or pic's whatever you want. Every time I return from my trip my Dogs are freshly washed and brushed and the house looks better than when I left it and no poop in the backyard. I've heard nightmarish stories from friends and colleagues who have had their dogs in the care of pet sitters only to come home and find their dogs looking very disheveled and the house tore up. Again, she is a true animal lover and the very best at what she does!

Jennifer has been taking care of my beloved Shih Tzu for nearly five years. My little dog means the world to me and I would not trust anyone besides Jennifer to walk and care for her while I am away. Jennifer also walks my mom's dog. Gemma (Shih Tzu) and Bingo (Bichon Mix) adore her. She understands animals and their unique personalities. Gemma and Bingo are both handfuls and Jennifer is so patient with them. I highly recommend her services to loving pet owners. She will treat your animal like family.

March 2021 - Chris and Barbara are very special people and took excellent care of our 10 month old Maltipoo. He has stayed with them for both day care and overnight visits and I was very happy with the care they provided! I prefer that he get more attention and personalized attention at a smaller, home care setting (like Hugs) vs one of the other more commercialized dog care options. Chris and Barbara took our dog on a nice, long walk in the morning and evening. They were very flexible when our schedule changed and we needed to adjust the pick up time. And our dog came back clean, happy and tired :-) Update 4/2021 - our dog just stayed with Chris and Barbara for the past 10 days and they sent me pictures, videos and updates every day. Also got pictures of our dog sitting with them - I could tell that they truly care about him and he received lots of love in our absence. He celebrated his 1st birthday with them and my daughter was so sad that we weren’t with him. Chris and Barbara threw him a birthday party and FaceTimed with us so that we could see his party they put on - complete with birthday hats, balloons, dog cake and even a present! We were so appreciative and touched (especially my daughter)!

Hugs Pets Sittings did a truly outstanding and professional job caring for my lab Lola for overnight stays in the home-style setting we wanted for our pet. Not only was my dog cared for in a healthy and loving manner with multiple walks and much attention, but the owners also provided me with photos and and video updates throughout my trip so I could see how well Lola had adjusted to her new environment. Another bonus is Hugs Pet Sitting also allowed me to cancel a reservation 5 days prior due to a emergency hospitalization of a family member during the busy holiday season. Their understanding and compassion shows a business that really cares for its customers.

We were very fortunate to have found this place as we were looking for boarding for our furbabies. We love the fact that they get to roam freely and have access to indoor and outdoor space; it was the perfect home away from home for them. Chris and Barbara were very caring and we knew they were in good hands while we were out of town! We enjoyed all the daily check-ins and I know Kona and Milo look forward to their next visit! I've had our two dogs, Penny and Sidney, staying at Hugs Pet Sitting for 2 years now. When I first met Barbara and Chris in their home to discuss our needs, I was struck at how their house was 100% tailor-made to have dogs as guests. To have our dogs in a home environment with a limited number of dogs per day, tended to by TRUE dog-lovers who treat your dogs as if they are their own, is a dream come true. The first year, we had a major home remodel going on, and couldn't have our dogs underfoot with workers going in and out (open doors) and dangerous materials strewn about. Five days a week our dogs got to go to "Camp Cavanaugh" and be loved and pampered by Chris and Barbara. They always went out of their way to make sure they got love and affection, or walks, or pickups or drop-offs to my house when I was in a bind...they are the most generous-hearted people who truly do care. I also 100% know that if any sort of emergency were to arise, it would be handled immediately with intelligent and informed action. Our dogs bonded with their two dogs, Yuki and Peach, for life..they truly are best friends. Their German Shepherd Yuki can at first look imposing because of his size, but he truly is a gentle giant who wouldn't hurt a flea...he is so well mannered and such a gentleman and so sweet. Their other dog Peach is exactly as her name implies...a peach! A sweetheart who loves to play and be friends. Now that we're in our second year, we meet at the park for walks (again, our dogs are BFFs), and when we go out of town, our dogs get the treat of getting to stay at what I now refer to as "their cousin's home." We thank our lucky stars every day that we found Hugs Pet Sitting. It truly lives up to its name. Barbara and Chris both work from home, so the dogs truly are tended to and taken care of. Out of this fortunate connection we've found dear friends for life too, in Barbara and Chris! Dog lovers, they are the real deal!! Your search is over...just bring them to Hugs!

I can’t tell you how pleased I was with Hugs Pet Boarding and day care! I originally had my dog scheduled to be boarded at a facility for 10 days. This weighed on our shoulders for days before we left. The thought of him inside sleeping in a kennel and only going out to play with other dogs a few times a day was agonizing!! After searching I came upon Hugs doggy daycare/boarding. This was like finding a diamond in the rough! Everything from my first contact with Chris and Barb was nothing more than professional. We had a meet and greet before our trip and I felt completely confident that this was the place for our pup. They did not disappoint!! Every day they sent us a little video clip of how much fun our pup was having. We actually were concerned that he would not want to come home with us when we came to pick him up. He was having a great time!! Everyday! I would definitely refer my best friends and family and anyone who asks for a place to bring their fur babies to Hugs!!!

Our 6 month old Viszla puppy, Maple, had such a great time at Hugs! It was so comforting to be able to leave her in a home setting and get daily pictures/videos of her activities and behavior. She was so tired out when we picked her up from running around with the other dogs and it was clear she enjoyed herself! This was our first time leaving her with someone other than our family members and it's safe to say we will definitely be using Hugs again, highly recommend!

Chris and Barbara took wonderful care of our dog over our spring break vacation. They cared about her comfort and walked her everyday while she stayed with them. We felt lucky that she was in such good and caring hands. Their place was clean and set up wonderfully for dogs to roam freely and play. They even sent us pictures and videos showing what a great time our dog was having with the other dogs there. One thing especially I would give them a shout out for is how they took some time to screen the dogs they accepted. It was great knowing that they made sure our dog would be comfortable with the other dogs there before we left her there. I wish I could give more stars than five and definitely wouldn't think twice before having her stay with Chris and Barbara again in the future!

Chris and Barbara were wonderful hosts to our 7 month old golden retriever. They were quick to communicate. They sent updates daily. They were willing to work with our picky eater and make accommodations for him. They got him out for exercise daily. He was a happy pup when we picked him up after 3 nights! Hugs is absolutely the best place for your furry friends! I am beyond grateful we found Hugs. Chris and Barbara are amazing with the animals. Our fur babies, Lola and Ziggy, come home happier when they are at Hugs versus anywhere else when we are out. Hugs take wonderful care of the animals and I love how they send photos and video clips of the animals everyday. It makes me feel so comfortable knowing the dogs are in excellent hands. Chris and Barb are nothing short of attentive and loving when it comes to the fur babies. We love them!

She has some separation anxiety and doesn't trust new people very easily but she felt so comfortable with Chris and Barbara immediately! This place is awesome. It’s off the beaten path and a nice serene location to board your pets. I’ve boarded my cats and dogs here and I would describe myself as an overprotective pet parent. I particularly was concerned about boarding my older pets that had not previously been boarded or had less than ideal experiences. Caroline gave individualized attention to my pets and provided some wonderful photos which made me fret much less about leaving my babies. The facility is obviously clean and well cared for and they have VIP play time to get your pets out to play in a private yard. My dogs loved the personalized attention, one of my dogs loves people but really isn't a fan of open playing at cage free care facilities so this seems ideal for him. The cat facilities are also really nice, it's quiet and clean, the suites have access to windows in the sun so I feel like my cats just take the opportunity to bask for their stays here. This place is also really attentive to pets needs. They consistently make sure they have all the up to date records, feeding schedule, and medications. I feel like I know I am passing off to people who care about continuing my pets routine in my absence. It's also an absolute steal rate wise, I would happily pay more for the care my pets get (I have with other facilities and rover which were varying degrees of stressful to straight terrible experiences). Overall, really great care with people who take their business seriously, and at a great price.

We placed our Brittany and Malamute for 4 days. We had previewed the kennel beforehand with our dogs and were impressed with the cleanliness. I wish I knew what happened to my 2 yr old Malamute who came home despondent and injured after 4 days of their “care”. They never even noticed the bite mark on his face and he never received the extra “play yard” time that we repeatedly requested. Their response was, “we didn’t charge you for it”. Our 1st and LAST experience with this kennel.

I having been taking my oldest dog here for over 10years. Everyone is great. They get to know the dogs and their personalities. They even noticed my little dog eating a little slower than usual and checked on her (she started this at home and I thought it was great they noticed). They wash the dogs bed covers if they get dirty, they give me cute pictures from my dogs play time, you can tell they really care about our pets. Make sure to book early, they book up quick. Great kennel and staff!!

Country Kennels takes great care of my fur baby. They are proud of the service they provide.I did tour the kennel before making a reservation. It was clean and well kept. I was surprised when they had me accompany my dog back to the run when I dropped her off and picked her up.The owners really want you to see in person how they care for you pets. I have used them a number of times.

My dog loves to swim and this is her favorite place! Whether a beginner or an expert it's amazing since half the pool is shallow and half is deep. It's always clean (you can even go in with them!) and there's always plenty of staff there keeping the dogs happy and friendly!

Don't go here ... because I always want to have room to board my own dog! LOL. Great place. Friendly people. Good setup. My dog comes home happy; need I say more?

I feel so safe leaving my doggy here. It's hard to leave your best fur friend especially when your pup is your baby. But, if you have to leave your pet when you're away, the team is amazing here at Country Kennels!

Do Not take your loved pet here. I would give minus 10 stars if I could. In the summer they walked my dog on the hot driveway and burnt his little paws. Another time my dog went into convulsions and died while staying there. I left his special food, insulin and syringes for him. They assured me they could handle the situation because she administered shots to her relative, she said at the time. Something went wrong; he didn’t get the shot correctly or they forgot to feed him. Whatever, he went into convulsions and later died before I could get to him. My husband went back to pick up my dog’s things. After years of taking our dog there, the owners of country Kennels pretended not to even know my husband. Stay away if you love your pet!!!

This place is great! The staff is friendly, and my dogs Niko and Nala are always super happy and excited when I leave them there. I've been bringing them there for years. Asia did an awesome job of brushing them last time I was there. Can't say enough good things about them.

Could not be more pleased with the facility and care the owner and employees provide. They treat animals like their own. They will even send update videos if you’re missing your pup. They handle all size dogs. I have a corso and he loves being able to run around without issues.

Left my 4 pound Morkie here in the past with no issues. This time around, my puppy lost so much weight during his 10-day stay there. I left more than enough kible and soft dog food for his stay, but I was never told if he wasn't eating or if he was stressed out. In fact, I never received an update on how my dog was doing via text like I have in the past. I also found him on a top cage when I had requested he be placed on a bottom one since he can be a jumper. Since he's so small, I brought his own dishes, but when I picked him up, they didn't have his water dish inside his kennel. They had a small bucket hanging instead, which im doubting he could reach into. I won't be leaving my dog here again.

I have nothing but high praise for Greywood Kennels in Lakeside. My dog Mac has spent weeks there over the past year the times I could not take him with me on my travels. He loved going to Greywood and the staff were always happy to see him. It is like going to a hotel and spa! And affordable! Sadly, Mac passed this past week. However, when I ever need to kennel my animals, Greywood Kennels will be my first choice!

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable as well. Very accommodating at relatively inexpensive prices. We boarded a cat for five days for less than $200, which includes them giving the insulin shots twice a day.

Recommended to us by a dog trainer, I have no complaints with Greywood. They are kind and professional and take care of our dog. We always take him here for any long term boarding. Sometimes I feel like he has too much fun there that when he gets home, he can’t wait to go back already lol. We live 30 min away from greywood and make the drive every single time because they are worth it

My pup loved this place! He had so much fun he didn't even realize I was there to pick him up. Staff is super nice and welcoming. I liked that it was a homey environment, not like the others in town that seemed like an institution. Dogs are able to play and roam all day, not locked up for the majority of their day and no extra fees. They also accept unaltered which was a huge plus. We will be booking again for daycare and we will be using them for boarding when we go on vacation this summer.

I was so nervous when I due to a family emergency had to find a boarding place for 3 weeks for our 5 month old puppy. I visited several places before I found Greywood Kennels. Greywood Kennels is a smaller family own kennel and I got a good feeling of the place right away. The owners and staff are super nice and treat the pets like they are their own. The dogs are not just all thrown together like they do at many boarding facilities, but they are sure to personalize every dog’s needs. Dogs get the playtime they need with dogs they get along with. They understand the owners concerns as well and Sheila sent me pictures, videos and updates of our puppy throughout the stay. I was so glad to pick up a happy, clean and well cared for puppy after the stay. It was easy to see that she had got the socialization she needed at that young age, a lot of love, playtime with the staff as well as with other dogs. I can’t thank them enough and I’m so happy to have found a kennel that I can trust to take care of our puppy also in the future.

We are so happy to have found Sunny Pets to care for our dog! We were hesitant to board our dog because we didn't want him to feel like he was going back to the shelter, so the home environment that Sunny Pets provides is perfect. My dog gets so happy when he realizes where we are and I feel so at ease knowing he is lovingly cared for while I'm away.

Jon is an angel. They have such a kind spirit and my pup Rufio loves them. The first time I went to drop him off I was worried Rufio would whimper when I left but nope - he happily followed Jon right in the house and didn’t look back (ouch). Jon’s exactly the kind of person you would and should trust your fur babies with.

If your dog is like mine, you’ve tried other formats that place dogs in their crates for extended periods and limited outdoor exposure. The experience with sunny pets is the complete opposite and better suited to dogs that need space to roam. Jon takes the pack out for long dog park days and lets them sprawl out on the floor or couch at night. We've relied on Jon / Sunny Pets multiple times in the past couple years for our dogsitting needs. Our four-year-old labradoodle has stayed with Jon overnight multiple times and has gone to the occasional park play as well. We appreciate Jon's reasonable and straight-forward pricing, especially his new online booking system! But our dog loves the attention Jon gives him during his stays and all the park and fetch visits!

Jon and Sunny Pets are INCREDIBLE!!! Our Bailey has the best time ever when we have to overnight her for several days here. Jon is constantly sharing updates on Instagram with the activities our pet is doing plus showing us all the new friends she makes during her stay. Once you put in a request for your pet's stay - Jon sends a full breakdown of the price for everything (weekday rate, weekend, holiday, etc.) Nothing is hidden from you and you don't pay until you have a chance to review the full stay of your pet. I can't thank Jon enough for every time Bailey gets to stay and has the time of her life!

I text Jon whenever I need someone to watch my dog for a full day or over night. She is a high energy, smart/stubborn husky mix, and he does great with her. She likes to play with his dogs Ryker and Yuly, and is always excited to see Jon and them. He picks her up from my house and takes her to the park, and uploads some video clips to instagram so I can see how good a time she's having. She always comes home tired, which is good. Jon is super responsive via text. I'd highly recommend Sunny Pets.
