Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! The house was left in good shape and it's clear that Angela is organized and reliable and clearly loves her pet charges. Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

My two golden spent the May long weekend there. Love the outdoor play space so the dogs can have fun. Our dogs were excited to go there. I love the webcam so I can watch them if I want to. I like that when you message them they always respond. They took the time to send me photos and a video of my fur babies. I love that they have attendants outside with dogs at all times.
Absolutely wonderful experience each and every time we come here. Lexi is always treated with love and care. Even when she was sick and due for surgery in the coming weeks. Last time we left her there she slept for a good day, we had no doubt that she had a good stay with lots of fun and exercise.
I’ve always had wonderful experiences with Pampered Paws Inn. My chihuahuas have had traumatizing experiences at other boarding kennels in the past so it’s been such a relief to find a place that they’re comfortable & content. The staff have been always friendly & attentive; I really appreciate the webcam access to check in & give me peace of mind. I see other posts saying Pampered Paws doesn’t require proof of vaccinations but that’s not been my experience at all, as I’ve always been asked for the most recent proof of vaccinations for every kennelling stay. So grateful for Pampered Paws & would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking daycare or boarding options.
Are dogs start to whine with excitement as soon as we get close to pampered paws. They have so much fun and when they come home they're tired and sleep really well. It's a win-win
While my dog has had fun attending daycare and the manager/staff were always pleasant, the professionalism of the owner is severely lacking. From being snarky over the phone when checking out if there was space for my dog (we live an hour away so check before we leave), to getting angry with me because my dogs collar and AirTag were pulled off and I tracked it to the daycare and called to get it back, to being downright rude during pickup, and now leaving evacuation of the dogs to the very last second causing complete chaos shows the lack of professionalism and care for the dogs & staff. Getting to the point of having someone running through the woods to get animals out is absolutely negligent on the owners behalf. I know that my dog will not be returning, what if this happened again and she waiting two minutes too long? I wouldn’t risk my animals life when every other daycare in the area was already packing up dogs and getting out in a safe and timely manner.
This is an amazing place for your pet to stay. The staff are excellent with the pets. It was very comforting for my wife and I to be able to check in on our pup during his stay via the live action cameras. So many good things to say! Very clean, staff on site 24 hrs., lots of room to run in the caged yard. Excellent prices too!

Our family and our doggo Charlie feel so lucky to have the Dog Company so close to us and be able to know and trust them to take such great care of him whenever he needs a sleepover and a play day with all his friends. The entire staff has always been so friendly and caring and keep us up to date with tons of pictures of his adventures during the day and even detail his interactions with certain friends he makes or plays with when he's not with is. We all appreciate it so much and even look forward to seeing photos of Charlie playing in the water or running around with his friends. Highly, highly recommend.
I am super happy with the choice we made for my dogs overnight. I feel the staff were amazing and are super attentive to the dogs and their needs. They were also very helpful! I can tell they really care for the dogs here!
My pup loves this place and always comes home so tired! They’re very aware of different dog needs, and will ease your pooch into group sizes that it is comfortable with. Plenty of indoor & outdoor play space, as well as the option for boarding and a great little shop for some pet food & supplies.
Our Aussies Gus and Juni have been going for almost two years now. They love it. Gus even has a favourite staff member who he greets like family. I thought I would NEVER board my dogs but we felt comfortable doing so at the dog company since the employees there go above and beyond for our pups at daycare during the day and our guys were able to stay in a little suite together instead of in a crate apart which would be been out of their routine! We love you DC!

We take our two dogs here a few times a month. One dog is a daycare pro, but the other one can become overwhelmed... the staff here tailor his playgroups to set him up for success and it is so amazing that he gets the chance to socialize comfortably and burn off some energy. We have done some training through them as well as nail trimmings... they really can offer it all. Super happy with our experiences here.
We have had our 9 month old Lab Daisy here a few times, most recently we boarded her for 6 nights. They provide great care and we felt at ease while away knowing she was in good hands. On her final day here she was nipped in the ear by a puppy and they stopped the bleeding and made sure she was ok until we could arrive to pick her up. This was just an unfortunate incident and no fault of the Dog Company. They managed the situation very well, I couldn’t have asked for more.
Such an amazing place. My pup has issues with making friends and yet the style of daycare and boarding offered here allows for my pooch to play and have fun all the same! We spent way too long trialing other places and wish we had of found TDC much sooner!
The Dog Company is such an amazing place to bring your dog! Stephanie and Ariana are so passionate about what they do, I wouldn't even consider bringing my dog anywhere else. Their facility has everything and more that your animal will ever need. It's really comforting knowing my dogs are in such great hands and learning such great things while having fun doing so!
My dogs adore this spot! They always have fun and do so good. The training was also super helpful. My rescue dog enjoys it and the staff are always so good with them!

Large play areas for both small and large dogs. Lovely and knowledgeable staff. All of them great with the dogs. Pool for the dog to swim in on hot days. My dog Lilly get so excited when we pull into the parklot. She loves going. She comes home sleepy after a fun day of play and cuddles. The groomer is very patient with Lilly who hates getting Groomed. She look so cute 😍.

I don't know whats with that ignorant comment about the new dog groomer... I've gone to Marissa countless times to groom my dog before she even started working here. It started off as her wanting to get a good reference on my end, and I paid her for her time and the amazing effort she put in and I'm 100 percent glad i did! Because of the wonderful experience Marissa always gave me, I'm thinking about bringing my dog in to be groomed at Playful Pups and I don't even live in the area anymore. Marissa is fantastic and I've heard amazing things about this company! ❤ don't let one angry and jealous person ruin the experience, Marissa, and I'm sure the company is amazing!
I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else. Jen is knowledgeable, dedicated, and loves every dog like they're her own. The daily reports cards and photos, and reasonable prices, provide peace of mind. Because of Playful Pups I have a happier, healthier, and better dog.
Great staff and services. My Cloudy has been developing some bad behaviour during our walks but with Leigh Ann’s help he is getting better! Pictures below are of Cloudy after coming home from doggy daycare. Huge place for the dogs to run around and play, also a separated area for big dogs and small dogs. We've sent our dog to Jollytails, Petite Urban Pooch, and various other daycare and dog boarding services in the HRM. Jen and her team at Playful Pups are the best. Hands down. She has 2 small dogs, so she is very cognizant of the needs of small dogs, but every time I come, the larger dogs are having a blast and are well-supervised and cared for as well. She's also the most affordable in the HRM.
I left my two dogs here while on vacation and they loved it! They came home happy and tired, though I have a sneaking suspicion they would have been happier if I'd let them stay! Jen is just amazing with the dogs and you can tell they adore her!
We took our dog here four times. The first three were okay, but after the fourth day we ended up asking for our money back for the remainder of our pre-paid days. We showed up at 7 (when they open) and nobody was there. A couple minutes later Jen showed up with her three dogs and let us in. She told me she would have to move her car because I had parked in her spot, which meant she had to leave my dog unsupervised while she did that. She then realized that their pool had not been cleaned over the weekend and that it was dangerous for the dogs, so she tried moving them to the other room. Our dog didn't listen so she decided to hide from him, and then grab his collar as he walked by. This resulted in him biting her and bruising her skin. That is completely innapropriate dog handling, especially for a dog that she already knew didn't like being handled at all. We took our dog there so he could have positive experiences with people, and he got the opposite.

I started my dog at Bowlin Farms at about 7 months old and it did wonders socializing him and burning off his puppy energy! The Sunday socials are always a blast, and the staff is great.
Great staff, great facility. The only downside is my little beasty comea home a little dusty. Im always amazed how the pack are all running around happy and having fun. When we are pulling in my girl gets insanely excited!
Owners don’t care about their employees besides the 2 “managers”. One who is lazy, is high all the time and takes advantage of her position and the other who is young, has anger problems and is way too aggressive with some of the dogs. Myself and a few of the girls before me have brought up concerns of treatment of some of the dogs but they will not listen to it. Owner lives away (Ontario or out west) is a cop and is not friendly at all and as long as she’s getting her pay cheque she doesn’t care about anything anyone says. The other workers are great

My dog loves his time at doggie day camp. The staff take great care of the dogs and are very friendly. The grounds are always clean and very spacious which allows lots of room for the dogs to run and play. Love the fact you can book for a few hours to a full day. Highly recommended!

We needed to take our 9 month old pup to Bowling several time while we were caring for my sick mother and they were very friendly and accommodating. Our pup had a great time playing with the other dogs and came home ready to rest! We will be back anytime.
Our dog loves this farm! We say, 'do you want to go play with the doggies?' And she bolts for the door! And when home is exhausted. Our favorite place to take her.

Wendy and Andrew are awesome! I have big 2 dogs, one of which is nervous with strangers and they were wonderful with both of them. They were always available (and I mean always) when I needed them, even at short notice. I also enjoy the little notes they leave each time they visit about how the dogs were.

Can't say enough good things about Wendie and Andrew! They have been looking after our cat for a couple years now and we have always been absolutely thrilled with their services. Not only is our cat well taken care of, but they are incredibly reliable and have always made themselves available at the last minute when we decide to go out of town. On top of that, they are such lovely people!! Highly recommend them to anyone needing a pet sitter :)
We used Round Trip for dog walking and pet sitting for about 6 years for daily walks (sometimes multiple walks per day) and in our home pet sitting. Without family nearby and juggling full time jobs and then a baby, they became like an extension of our family. We never had to worry about our beloved dog (who happens to be anxious and high maintenance at times). When Andrew stayed in our home to pet sit, upon returning, it was like he was never even there. They were always very respectful of our property and neat and tidy too. Super responsive and easy to communicate with, we are so grateful to have found them! A+++ 100% recommend!

It was so hard to leave him for two weeks but they took such amazing care of him - sending us lots of pics and notes to tell us how Max was doing. He was out with them, everywhere they went - and got lots of love and attention - and yes - sleeping in the bed. He loved his slumber pawty with Bella and Blue. Because Max is wee, they are very conscious of when play time is too much for him - making sure that he has his quiet time too. We're so lucky to have such amazing people taking care of our boy.
Did a great job on the cut the first visit, groomer was really friendly, price was really fair, and my dog was really happy leaving. I am disappointed with their customer service on my appointments following as it was really unprofessional. My father booked an appointment and they never answered to confirm the appointment and so he didn't go. After that because I had such a great experience I myself and my dads dogs for a cut thinking it was a one off. When we tried to call the day prior to confirm again she hadn't answer. We thought they were busy and if anything was different they would let us know so we went. When I got to the appointment the groomer wasn't even there. No one had called or tried to contact either of us though they had our emails and number. There was no reason for the cancellation given other than the groomer wasn't there. Disappointed because it was a good experience the first time.
My dog Penny is an older dog and a rescue. She is very timid, and just cant handle being around big dogs if they are playing so i was so thankful to find Petite Urban Pooch. I feel safe leaving her with Morgan and her staff. I send her once a week to get her out socializing with other dogs and i have seen a big difference in her since going. She gets super excited when we get out of the car and realizes she is going to PUP. :) The doggy socials are also really great time for you and your dog to meet new friends. Plus if there are puppies at the social, would doesn't want to cuddle with puppies :)

Nothing but praise for Madesen and Furfilled Pet Services! We really value the enrichment services provided and have been a client for two years and counting. Our beagle Willow loves going for walks in the small group outings each week and we've also relied on Madesen for taking care of our cats when we're away. Furfilled pet services is the best! She is reliable, kind and our dog just loves her. Our dog has separation anxiety and Furfilled spent the night with him while we went out. It gave us peace of mind to know he was in qualified hands and relaxing at home. Our dog has also gone on decompression walks with Furfilled and he always comes back happy and tired. Would recommend to everyone!
