We have been using Helen for 6 years for several dogs. She always takes excellent care of their individual needs (our dogs are not the easiest!) and makes sure they are happy. I always feel reassured when they are with Helen, knowing she will look after them properly.

Helen is a very reliable cat sitter and she always keeps us well informed about our cats while we are away via WhatsApp. It is stressful looking for a cat sitter but as soon as Helen arrived for her preliminary visit it was clear how much she loved cats.She goes out of her way to put our cats at their ease. Last time Helen called to collect the keys one of our cats actually looked excited to see her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen as a cat sitter.

Helen has been looking after our elderly dog twice a week for doggy daycare since January when our previous daycare person retired, and I honestly can’t recommend her more highly. As our dog is older he has some hearing and sight issues and we were quite nervous about finding another person, but Helen is wonderful with him and he absolutely loves her and going to daycare for lovely long walks with his new pack (she sends us photos of all their antics!). I completely trust Helen with caring for our dog and I am so glad we found her.

Helen is the best - our dog Monty absolutely loves her and is so excited every time she picks him up. She shows such affection for the dogs in her care and sends lots of photos of them all having fun throughout the day. Helen was the obvious choice as I didn’t want to send him to daycare in a field or inside and Helen takes them on long walks and he comes home exhausted ! Couldn’t recommend Helen more.

We have been using Helen since our dog was a puppy. She loves going to Doggy Daycare and is always excited to see Helen. She has a good variety of activities and takes the dogs out to different places. She's very trustworthy. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Helen.

Helen is fantastic, jackson loves his days with her. She has an amazing group of dogs and Jackson is always super tired when he comes home. She is flexible and reliable! Would highly recommend!

Lovely, lovely Helen was in charge of our gang of furry friends. For 10 days, she stayed with our beloved dog, our ginger boy (cat), and our two guinea pigs. And I swear it's as if they're waiting for her to come back! They clearly had the time of their lives! And Helen was just amazing, keeping us up to date with such wonderful photos and texts. She was so hands-on and so wonderful with the pets. Completely and utterly trustworthy. Our dog never had it so good. He explored the length and breadth of West London with Helen by his side. Helen is just superb and we can't wait to have her look after our brood again. She's popular and it's so easy to see why! We came home to the such a happy and well-loved household!

Helen has been walking our Cavalier KC for over 18months and is fantastic. She’s super reliable and flexible on which days she walks our dog, which is really helpful for our lifestyle. I feel our Cavalier is in safe and caring hands with Helen. I like that she walks in different locations each day, which gives variety across the week. I’d highly recommend Helen and couldn’t ask for a better dog walker.

We would thoroughly recommend Helen as a dog walker! Helen arrives promptly each day, is very affectionate and loving with our beagle Alfie, and is very professional with her service. Alfie immediately warmed to her, and his tail wags every time her hears her knock at the door. He clearly enjoys his daily walks with Helen, and interacts well with the other dogs.

We have used Helen's Pet Care Service several times over the past two years for pet sitting our two cats while we are away on holiday. We have always preferred for our cats to stay at home rather than being at a cattery so finding a pet sitter was very important to us when we moved to West London a couple of years ago. Helen is always responsive and keeps us informed while we're away. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and professional pet sitter.

My dogs have recently spent two days with Nigel while we were away on holiday staying in London where we had two days where the dogs couldn’t come with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better place, they were very content and settled and happy to return on their second visit. Hugo especially is very clingy and anxious. Would definitely recommend highly.

We have been sending our dog Mr Darcy to Nigel for over 8 months now & he started going when he was only 4 months old. Nigel takes extremely good care of him & is very careful when introducing other dogs into his services. He ensures there is a limit on the number of dogs which he has at any one time so you know that your dog is going to be well looked after & get the right attention. Nigel's home is setup extremely well to ensure the dogs have plenty of activities to keep them busy however he also takes them on several walks throughout the day & we receive constant videos & pictures of the adventures. He also provides great feedback about our dogs behaviour, personality traits etc. & highlights any concerns or points we should look out for. Nigel runs a very professional business but the fact that it is run from his family home ensures that your dog will never be short of love & affection from his caring family.

Our dog loves to visit Nigel, she practically runs to his house. We know she is always well cared for and Nigel sends us regular updates from their outings or her fun in the garden with her other doggy friends. She recently boarded for the first time and she had the most fun and was all looked after. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Nigel has been absolutely amazing with our dog Paddy- he was nervous and reactive towards other dogs he didn’t know since lockdown started, before he started to regularly go to WTDC. Within a few weeks he was beginning to learn to interact positively with other dogs and his confidence has increased, he loves the company of other dogs now and actively engages in play instead of trying to dominate. Nigel has the utmost respect and priorities in place, he understands and cares about the dogs he looks after and it’s so comforting to know that paddy now enjoys going to day care. We totally trust Nigel and are so grateful for the effort he has put in with building Paddy’s confidence and character - Nigel Is reliable and trustworthy and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I've found Nigel to be dedicated and extremely professional, able to give detailed feedback about our dog whilst in his care. It's a great comfort to know our dog is well looked after, and she clearly enjoys her time with him.

Our little pup Luna really comes alive when she's out with Nigel and the other dogs. She is well looked after, has loads of love and attention and returns to us very happy! Nigel and his family are wonderful with Luna and it really is a home away from home for her. Nigel has been looking after our little cross dog, Phoebe, for a year now and we’re delighted with the service. Phoebe is wary of people but she loves Nigel and is so happy to go to him. He takes very good care of her, taking her for long walks because she’s very active and looking after her in his sensory garden and in his home. He also sends videos and pictures throughout the day which we enjoy. At first I warned Nigel that Phoebe might run off if he let her off the lead so he kept her at his home initially to acclimatise to the new environment and so she could get used to him, then he went for walks with Phoebe on the lead, then he put her on the long lead and now she doesn’t need anything. This worked well for all of us. We cannot recommend Nigel enough. Phoebe goes to him weekly and she boards with him when we’re away and it’s a testament to him that she is completely happy whenever we drop her off.

I used Nigel for the first time yesterday to walk my precious pooch. Nigel was so professional and clearly a dog lover as my dog warmed to him quickly. Within just a few minutes I received a photo showing my puppy with the biggest smile on his face (so reassuring for my first encounter and thank you). I’ve signed up for dog walking services with Nigel on a weekly basis.

Nigel is not just an average dog sitter. He’s educated himself on dog behaviour and positive reinforcement. My two and half years old Cavapoo is very attached to me and was scared of bigger size dogs. He’s been with Nigel for two months now and I’ve noticed he’s much calmer and confident around other dogs, specially larger size dogs (Nigel only sits small/medium dogs). Now, instead of dragging him, he runs towards Nigel’s house happily. He even recognised him in the park and ran to him for a kiss and cuddle. I’m very lucky I’ve found Nigel and his beautiful family. He’s one of the best things happened in my doggy’s life…😊

Lucy has looked after our dog Pickle for 5 years now, walking him and boarding him when we need. She’s been an amazing support for us, she clearly cares and is trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable and we wouldn’t leave Pickle with anyone else. Highly recommend her services.

To be fair, Lucy is the only dog walker we’ve ever used. So it’s easy to say she’s the best we’ve ever had but will some one so accommodating and easy to work with we just don’t need anyone else. Three years in and the worst issue we’ve ever had was her accidentally taking one of our three leads. Our dog loves her and so do we.

Great service from Lucy and the team. They were able to accommodate our needs as our dog gets anxiety if travelling in a car/van so he couldn’t attend daycare. We were able to agree on a regular walks schedule and that works great for him and us. Thank you!

Lucy and her brilliant team walk my Bulldog Bella every week. I trust them and they do a brilliant job tailoring to her needs. Bella is always looking forward to her walk and tired afterwards.

Lucy & the Waggy K9 Team are fantastic. Our pup gets collected at 7:30am for a morning of fun; socialising with other dogs, playing in the park and being walked. I rescued an American Bulldog cross who was only 6 months old about a year ago, she had no training and was a large breed. I needed someone who would help me out in calming her down, training and socialising with other dogs. I knew I was signing up to a difficult and dominant breed so it was never going to be easy to find someone suitable and had the man power/resources while i was at work. I was wrong, I phoned Lucy and straight away was impressed with the professionalism and commitment Lucy showed to Lyra. I can't thank Lucy and the team enough for helping me out and bringing Lyra on so much, she is now 18 months and I'm so happy with the dog and the progress she's made, a lot down to these guys, thanks again x

For nearly three years, Steve and the team has provided exceptional care for my dog Milo. His professionalism, reliability, and genuine affection for Milo have been outstanding. Steve handles Milo’s energetic nature with patience and kindness, making every walk and his overnight stays a delight. Steve has been walking my Blue since he was able as a pup and is still doing so 3 years on. He is always available to help and step in at short notice. He and his team provide an honest and loving environment which is most appreciated by Blue and I.

Steve has been walking our Golden retriever twice a week for the last few months and have to say has been fantastic. He has a great calm demeanour with the dogs and they really respond well to him. Our dog initially was very frightened to get into the car, after a few weeks with Steve he absolutely loves it now. Our only regret is that we did not find him sooner - cant recommend him and his team highly enough!

Steve is a great dog walker and our two dogs cannot wait for their weekly outing with him. Every Wednesday morning they plonk themselves by the door at least one hour before he is due, keenly watching out for his arrival. Steve has been walking our spaniel, Olive, for over three years, and we couldn't do without him. He's always reliable and thankfully flexible. Christi has been a godsend for us. We just relocated back to London and I desperately needed daycare for my two pugs. Christi was super responsive and helpful. She was punctual and was so attentive and caring with the Boys during the day. We all love her and her little shi trzu Pep! I highly recommend her and am so happy I found her!

I had never been happy at the thought of putting my dog, Toby, into kennels, so I was delighted when I was recommended by a friend of Christi’s small dog service. We arranged for Toby and Christi to meet up. Now Toby regularly stays with Christi when I am away with work. I feel very confident that Toby is well looked after, well exercised and happy during his time with Christi and would have no hesitation recommending Christi to other dog owners.

Highly recommended! It was first time leaving my little chihuahua for such a long time to someone and Small dog daycare was the best choice! Christy is absolutely loving and caring she send me video’s everyday and updates about my dog Archie. She has has an amazing Shitzu, he is the most friendliest dog ive met. Archie absolutely loved staying there! Ive finally found someone to leave my doggy somewhere I can trust. :)

This is the best decision I made for my puppy. They were so good at helping me work out the right time to enrol and care about her so much. They are incredible and we are so grateful to them.

We love taking our puppy here. He is always extremely well looked after. Comes home happy and we know he is safe and sound in the hands of the wonderful team. Always happy to help drop him off or pick up. And more importantly we know they don’t over book and keep the amount of dogs in care to a manageable amount. Which is rare. Very happy to recommend.

Sarah and her team have been absolutely wonderful with our shy pup! Since attending dog daycare care sessions our Luna has really come out of her shell. She is always as happy going to Pets in the City as she is when we pick her up to take her home. I can't recommend highly enough!!

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They have day care and boarding options. Boarding is on the pricey side, haven’t taken advantage of it with an old dog, seems much more applicable to younger, high energy ones.

We have made use of the pet services offered by Pets in the City twice this year for our 2 year old Cocker Spaniel. The service offered by Sarah and Ed is very good. We first used Pets in the City for day care, and their pick up and drop off service was very handy. They were then able to find a boarding carer for our pet dog at relatively short notice. We received regular updates from the carer who had our pet for a 4 night stay. Our pet came back very happy from her stay. The Pets in the City team were always very responsive to our questions and put the time into finding us the right carer. We will be using the Pets in the City services again.

Sarah and her team offer a fantastic service. They are prompt, reliable and trustworthy and really care about the dogs in their care. Sarah has a huge depth of knowledge about a large range of dog breeds and how to look after and train puppies and dogs, her advice has been invaluable. I would highly recommend Pets in the City.

Dog ownership has become so much more manageable with the help of Sarah and her amazing team at Pets In The City. Not only do they keep her clean after she manages to find every muddy hole in the park but they also walk her until she is tired enough to chill out and not chew my furniture! Their knowledge and support while bringing up a puppy has been invaluable. I will always turn to them for her grooming, day care and boarding. I wouldn't trust anyone else with her as I know how much they love her......even when I don't!

Sarah and her team have been a massive help to me and my family since we moved here from Australia bring our dog 'Milo' with us. Milo was fairly traumatized after the long journey but Sarah and the team really helped calm him down and get his confidence back! He not only seems incredibly happy when the 'school bus' picks him up (which is always a good sign) but the team also show me photos of the games and fun he has in the park with the other dogs. The thing I like best about this company is they are extremely knowledgable about dogs, but treat the job as a lifestyle choice rather than a money grabbing business. The whole team are very passionate about the dogs and are so caring, they are polite and professional too, which goes a long way these days. Thank you all for such a good job!

I take my doggies to Pets for years now. They love their company. Sarah and the team is really professional and caring and I can see how much they love all the pets they get. I also do recommend their grooming parlour! The staff is amazing, always do perfect job on my doggies every time I take them. Thank you so much guys for all your effort, it is much appreciated!!!

Chloe fed and looked after our mature cat Herbie for a week in June. We received daily photos and updates on how he was and he had a great time! Thank you for looking after him so well and making the cat sitting process so straightforward. Would recommend.
