Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

Anant was a great sitter and a friendly guy. Kept me up to date re his arrival and with Marie & Toulouse during the sit. Found my house exactly as I had left it. Would highly recommend Anant to other pet parents.
Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.
What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters
Great pet care. The house was clean and tidy. The sitters had great communication. Would recommend again!
Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!
Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. As far as caring for my house - top notch.
Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. I would recommend her to anyone! :) and hope we can have her house sit again for us.
Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. I highly recommend Janis and you will be fortunate to have her as your sitter.
What an amazing couple we had as pet sitters for our two dogs! You can truly feel their love for animals. Nancy sent pictures a couple of times letting us know that they were having fun also with our Cody and Carson! Our home was perfect when we got home. They even left a beautiful potted flower and card on our island in our kitchen. We highly recommend this couple! Jim & Wanda
Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. Our dog in particular seemed to miss them and their long walks around the neighborhood. Thank you Jerry and Suzanne! We wish you well in your travels!

My furbabies have been coming here a long time. They love Jennifer and get excited before we reach the place. She does a wonderful job with my babies.
We recently visited my lifelong best friend in Spring Hill. We have three small dogs (two beagles and a mini dachshund). They had never been boarded so we felt they'd do better together than separated. Bear Creek let us keep them all in a single run. Rick was great in working with us till we had our trip details finalized right through till we picked them up. He was professional, friendly, and economical, plus he and seemed to genuinely care about our girls, taking notes for their treats and supplements as well as each one's little quirks. They spent 4 days/3 nights and were in great attitude and excited when we picked them up. I will take them back during our next visit and recommend them for your needs.
Jennifer always does an amazing job on my shih tzu Ryder. I trust her more with my dog than anyone else. She is also very reasonably priced and works with my schedule!
I love Bear Creek Kennels! Lots of TLC, room to run and play and personal attention. Now that Jennifer is running her business she will make sure every dog loves it too.
So, I boarded my 2 puppy pits here for our vacation. The price is good. The worrisome part were the kennels are all indoors with limited access to grass. The odor was nauseatingly unbearable. MY puppies came back alive, potty training went out the door, and they have been ALOT more aggressive... Which we're working on fixing now. So just my honest opinion and take. I'm not saying don't go here, but some of us pet owners require better.
I've been using this place for years and my dog loves it. I like the fact that he has an outdoor run attached to his kennel. He's always well cared for and they have great prices.
My dog did just fine good place to board your pets
Mrs. Jennifer is amazing! She loves your babies as you do! After multiple issues with cutting our dogs nails at major retailers, we found Bear Creek! My dogs always love coming here and don't fear any longer!
They are amazing people who took very good care of our big girl. She looks absolutely amazing. We recommend them to anyone and everyone. We want to just say thank you thank you, thank you
Jennifer does a great job with our girl Maria Estrella and is always real personable. I highly suggest the place. Wouldn't trust anywhere else.
Buster loves daycare there. We can’t get in the door fast enough. The staff is great and makes sure he is well taken care of. They even apply sunscreen and send me the cutest pics.
Petsuites always takes such good care of my sweet dog and are so welcoming each week when they see him. Michelle grooms him every 4-6 weeks perfectly and asks as many questions as she needs to make sure his service is done the way we need prefer. They also have a lot of specials that are so convenient when you bring your dog as often as I do. $20 group play on Wednesdays has really been saving my budget lately! He absolutely loves playing with the other pups and the kind staff here, and I’m so thankful we have this location in town for him.
My GSD stays there when we travel. This is the first time I have used PetSuites as a grooming service. I was very impressed with the results. As all GSD’s she is blowing her coat for winter right now. They did an excellent job on her grooming. I will now use them for grooming as well as boarding. Great to have a one stop shop available that knows your pet and that does what they say they can do.
I will NEVER go here again! I took my two golden doodles here for a grooming once. And immediately regretted it! They came out scared, and rushed to get to the car. They are always happy to see me but not this time, this time they were upset. When I took a closer look at them, they were butchered! Their haircut was awful, not even, their knots were still there, they smelled like a wet mop like they had been put in a bath but didn’t use soap. Their nails had not been cut. It was so bad I actually had to contact a new groomer to fix the job & that new groomer confirmed the terrible job that was done. These people clearly mistreated my dogs as they left in fear and left with a butchered job. I will be posting photos of their awful work that I took when contacting a new groomer to fix their poor work and caution everyone to stay away from this place for their grooming services! I wrote them a review on their website but they never bothered to contact me back to talk so I’m posting this here for others to see. Please keep your pups away and protect them!
Our first time to take our dog for overnight boarding. It was a great experience from the professional staff to the daily reports. Our dog had a blast and she is very shy and slow to warm up but enjoyed the individual play time! Will definitely use again!
My dog was bought to me with blood on his face like it was nothing. He had to have surgery same day. I was told his eye was irritated (the right eye). He was born with pink pigmentation on the right eye lid and top of his nose and someone may think it’s irritated. It was the left and it was bleeding. Your staff did not say bulge or bleeding. The injury is the left as I stated. Then your staff call me while I am at the vet to say they did not process the payment correctly at checkout out and I need to give them my credit card info. I also asked if there was camera footage and told no. You have what appears to be teenagers working there and not properly trained. The blood was very visible and she did not bother to clean him and he smelled like urine. Now he may not see out of his eye again .
I boarded my two cavaliers at Petsuites Murfreesboro while I was on a two week trip, and I will definitely do it again! Both my puppers are a little dog-shy and the staff at Petsuites were very understanding and did everything they could to make them comfortable! They sent me a get pup-update the day before I came to pickup my dogs, and they both looked super happy. It was a relief to know my doggos were well-taken care of while I was away on vacation, and made it easier for me to enjoy my time away. Thank you Petsuites Staff for taking such great care of my fur-babies!
I highly recommend PetSuites of Murfreesboro. I have 2 retired racing greyhound “daughters” and I am very particular when I need to leave them in someone else’s care. I boarded them for one night the first time as a “test” and found the staff, facilities, programs, and care to be top-notch! I had them both bathed and pampered during their stay. When I picked them up the next afternoon, both were beautifully groomed and very happy girls! They definitely enjoyed their stay and play with the other four- legged guest. I’ve since had both there for daycare and playtime - as well as another night of boarding. I’m very pleased with everything thus far and am glad I now have a place I trust for my greys when needed.
My family and I went out of town for Christmas and had our two dogs stay there while we were gone. I loved how transparent they were, with camera access to all the public areas (dog play areas), as well as my dogs kennel. It put me at ease, as we've never boarded our dogs before. Our pups seemed happy and engaged while there and when we picked them up. We will definitely choose Pet Suites in the future if we need somewhere to board them!
We recently relocated to the area and found this business on Facebook. I was extremely impressed with the registration and booking process. It was easy and communication with the location was handled efficiently. We have a senior shitzu, so we were concerned about how he would handle going to a new groomer. Our experience was phenomenal. The staff were professional and understanding of our fur baby's special needs and was patient in listening to me. He was groomed very well and very happy when we picked him up which let me know that he had a great experience as well. We will definitely use this location for additional services in the future. Thank you for making our experience a very positive one for our family.
Fetch has been a God-send for our family! I no longer have to try to rely on neighbors or friends to help with the animals when we are out of town. I can always trust my fur babies are well taken care of with the Fetch sitters. I have been especially happy with Debby, she is wonderful and has helped ease my mind especially during times the cats needed medication or additional care while I was gone. I would recommend Fetch to everyone!
Fetch is wonderful!! We can truly enjoy ourselves while vacationing and know that our animals are cared for and in good hands! We have been using Fetch for years!!
I cannot be happier with Fetch! Pet Care service. Mike stepped forward after a dog walker was assigned, but didn't work out due to schedule conflicts. Mike provided an outstanding service, and I would happily reccommend him to anyone. He was careful when walking my dog, as well as leaving her secure at my home.
Fetch has been a true life saver for us. We had been using someone else to walk our dog, but she often had conflicts....leaving our dog without a walker at the last minute. Fetch came to the rescue. The thing I love most, is that once you have an appointment confirmed....someone will walk your dog, no questions asked. If they have to use one of their backup walkers because your regular walker can't make it, you don't have to deal with all of the behind the scenes changes. They will plan on having someone else do it. Often, the backup walker is one of the owners, Barbi or Mike. Everyone at Fetch is very nice, professional, and most of all great with dogs. When we first met with them, I was able to look over a detailed background check on anyone that might be walking my dog. I always get a text when they leave, letting me know that they have walked my dog and an update on his status. I cannot say enough good things about them.
Whenever I leave town I use Fetch Pet Care. They’ve taken care of my two cats for about 3 years now and I’ve always received the highest level of care from them. Each day the caretaker stops by I get a descriptive update as well as many photos to put my mind at ease that my two guys are well cared for and will be happy and healthy upon my return home.
Fetch! Pet Care Middle Tennessee is the only company I trust with my dogs while I am out of town. I have used this company for almost 10 years and have always had exceptional service. My pet sitters have always been trustworthy, reliable, and so loving to my doggies. Very thankful for Fetch!
Mike and Barbara are the best! They are very giving, patient, honest, and hardworking people who I would trust with my pets anytime. I met and got to know them through circumstances beyond Fetch!, but I will without a doubt be leaving my furry loved ones in their care next time I need!
Our Fetch person is Fran. She takes great care of our Pug, Charlie. Very nice, reliable, generally available on short notice, and great communication.
I am not sure where these franchise owners are from, and at this point will never recommend these guys to anyone. In fact I will steer everyone clear of them. I also used a local service :Julie Vest the dog walker during the same time, she is wonderful! That said, I used this service over the past few weeks with a small 6 week old puppy, daily the care taker Fran was great to drop in and play with him, give him a potty break and send me an an update and photo that all was ok, though she would sometimes forget to send a picture or notify me if the garage door didn’t close all the way but she was very kind. I had told her on Wednesday I would only need her another week, as he would be going away to training. However, I was shocked to find they are just not reliable. As Barbi contacted me to cancel our agreement out of the blue the next day, as she stated I have canceled too many times, first of all they charge me $30 dollars to play with him one time a day, or not - if I gave less than a 24hr notice they charged me - and i was fine with that agreement. The reason even bother to review is I felt is was in poor taste as they charged me for the day after they cancelled my service. If I don’t care if you get a less than 24 hr notice cancel due to weather or whatever the reason, you get your money and that’s on me. I totally agree, charge me. But the issue is the sitter text me if I was home, I was and said yes, as I was leaving - she drove off, I wanted her to give him a potty break, as I was on work calls and headed out the door. These guys are better than nothing I would suppose but they apparently needed the time slot. And canceling my service at 4:30 and charging me for the next afternoon walk is in very poor taste.
Janie is great! She loves my little cats, takes the time to hang out with them and play with them, and sends me pictures and updates on how they are doing! She's the best!
Karen and her staff took great care of our 3 dogs while we were on vacation recently, we will definitely board our dogs here again! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, dogs were happy and clean when we picked them up!
I love Gordonview Bed and Biscuit. They are wonderful. They are always happy to see them and so are my dogs. I would recommend to anyone that needs a caring place for their pet.
I purchased my miniature Australian Shepherd from this farm 2 years ago. I drop my pup off at Gordenview when I leave town for an extended period of time. I drive over an hour to do this. She just loves it! The people are great. The facility is clean with the pups being very well managed and loved on.
We left our fur baby along with our sons fur baby for a weekend getaway. Very pleased with the check in and check out. The dogs seemed very happy when we picked them up. We had daily notes on their food intake, bathroom visits and behavior for the entire stay. The place does not smell like the typical pet area. It smells clean and the runs were all very well maintained. I highly recommend this bark and biscuit retreat for your fur babies. We will definitely be back!
I had never boarded a dog before and it was an easy thing to do. Price was not an issue. The woman running the place clearly loves the dogs. And my dog seemed in great spirits when I picked him up. It was a very nice location and great people and I just had an extremely nice experience with them!
We have boarded our dog here a couple of times now, and he loves it! And so do we! Not only do they take great care of your dog, but they have several exercise and kennel/run size options to choose from. You can also choose to have your dog bathed while there. Prices are more than reasonable.
Lorri Gordon is a true pet professional! I have told others about her facility, but never needed to board my dogs until just recently… Lorri and her staff went above and beyond to make sure we had total peace of mind before leaving our pets at her facility.. The dogs really enjoyed their stay… so much that I don’t think they missed us! Thank you Lorri!
My pets were well cared for during their stay, and the staff went above and beyond to keep me informed of their status
The staff is fantastic as well as the entire place is very clean. My dog was happy to see me but he was excellently taken care of. Thank you
We love Gordonview Lori as well as the ladies who help her are all very sweet and are great to my boy. He is always excited when we drop him off and they are always extra nice when my kids insist that I call to check on him. Thank all of you...
Could not ask for a better experience with our new friends at Sunny Acres. Jodi and Ryan are incredibly kind and thoughtful people who provided the priceless peace of mind of knowing our high energy farm pup was in good hands in a beautiful outdoor setting. Definitely recommend and Minnie will absolutely visit again! A+ in every way.
I can’t say enough good things about sunny acres and how well Jodi and her husband care for my boys. All I have to say to my two Pomeranians is “wanna go to the farm?!” And they get so excited and stand by the door until we go. It’s like summer camp for dogs. The dogs all get along with each other so well and they get to run free on so much property, go swimming, and have some epic play times. Every time I go on vacation, Jodi sends me tons of pictures every day and it’s like the dogs are having way more fun than we are. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the world with my two boys like I trust Jodi. If you want to ensure that your dogs are well taken care of and have the time of their lives, choose Sunny Acres. It’s completely affordable and when your dogs come back home they’ll sleep for two days because they had so much fun.
I enjoy time away even more knowing that my digs are well taken care of. My dogs come home happy and sleep for days. I call that a victory!
The best place in the area! The farm is a perfect spot for your pup, the owner was flexible with our constantly changing schedule, sent us pics of our dogs having a ball on a daily basis, and took great care of them. No complaints and the only place we’ll go from now on
I'm a little biased due to the fact that I am the brother to a sister that owns the retreat. I also work here.. will have a lot of cool things planned for the property.
Heaven
We enlisted Steve to help us do better with our adult Dobie that we obtained as a re-home (we are his third home in two years). He was not responding to conventional training as there was clearly some mis-handling of him in the past that we didn't have any details on. Steve came to our home and spent two hours evaluating our dog and discussing our options and setting up a training plan that we could start at home immediately. It's only been a week, but we already have overcome some significant roadblocks and our dog seems happier and more at ease (not to mention far more well behaved). We have a lot of work still to do, but Steve has made it clear he will be with us as much as we need every step of the way! Highly recommend!
Steve is so kind, and reassuring that everything would be ok (first time I have left my fur baby). He sent daily videos, and Fin had a blast! It made my heart so happy to know he was loved and cared for. Will definitely be back for all future stays. Thanks again!!
This business is Amazing, had a hard time looking for a place to board my dog. Happy I made the choice to board with Every Dogs Home Away from Home, as the total experience gave me a peace a mind. Steve made sure to communicate and update me through text and made the experience a easy transition for both me and my baby. I highly recommend for boarding or training.
I am a helicopter dog parent and I support this business. Usually I take my dog with me on every trip, however for a quick 30 hour turn around trip it was not best case to take my 1.5 year old Aussie with me. I did research of local boarding facilities and came across this one. They let me do a tour and showed me how they interact with the dogs so that I could feel at ease with leaving my girl in their care. They have individualized rooms for single dogs or family of dogs depending on preference. You are permitted to bring items that you deem safe for the dog to be left alone with. My Aussie is a level 100/10 on energy so finding the right place that would actually give her the physical stimulation she needs and that I give her was not going to be an easy find. Chris is so attentive in knowing his breeds and what needs each one has and was committed to my girl’s physical stamina. While she was only there for 30 hours or so. I picked her up, happy as can be. For a pup that doesn’t relax easy with others she was in the front office very calm around him which was such a relief. I brought her home to find she is pretty worn out from her time there which means she did indeed receive loads of playtime and attention. Based on the food I brought, it was very clear her feeding was followed to a T as I knew exactly how much should be left over and precisely that was the food I got back. I had frozen a pumpkin filled Kong for my girl and it came back fully washed and clean. If you know anything about kongs those require a little bit of scrubbing most times so that alone was a happy surprise! Due to my trip, I needed to pick up my girl after hours which they were happy to do! This made me feel so much better because I didn’t want to be away from her a minute longer! The fact they provide this is just so helpful and nice. I very much recommend them for their attentive care and high attention to your dogs wants and needs! Big time win of a facility for high energy dog owners!
We have two 75 pound dogs that we care for like babies. Big mistake, I know. DGGTF does a better job with Jem and Scout than we do. They jump out of the car and run for the door to see Chris and all the great people they love. That says it all !
We are extremely disappointed in our experience with this place. We went solely off of reviews and we couldn’t not give one for this reason. Our dog was boarded there from a Thursday- Sunday while we were out of town. While we were away, we didn’t receive any update or pictures of how our dog was, nor did we hear if she actually got her nature walks. I had to reach out multiple times and only received word back a couple hours later around 8 pm and was told we would get pictures the next day (the day we were coming to pick her up). When we got our dog back we were told he dropped the ball on the updates and was “busy” with the photos which is understandable but communication is key and we’re not told about anything. That is no excuse for running a boarding business. Our dog was having an upset stomach and diarrhea for days after returning home. Our dog also needed a daily allergy medication and we told him what she needed and she was itching and licking almost like she did not receive her meds when we got her back. It makes me think she was not properly cared for while being there as we do not have any proof of anything that we were promised. If you plan on booking here, don’t solely base your decision on the reviews this place has received, but go there for yourself and make sure you do your due diligence.
We love this place and so do our girls. The staff is attentive and cares about our dogs whole well-being. We've got a reactive pup and they make sure she's happy and engaged even though she can't play with the other dogs.
Boarded my dog Thursday-Sunday. The owner was very nice and up front about everything. Allowed me to see the kennel area and made me feel at ease dropping off my dog for the weekend. When I picked up my dog he seemed very happy and I was glad to hear that he did well, and he ate most of his food which doesn’t always happen when I board him. Will be happy to board my dog here again!
Sharon and Chris are incredible. They care for all pets as their own. They have watched over my hound girl several times and she loves them. The rooms for your animals are super spacious with a bed in each, and they have a nice and spacious fenced in area for your fur babies to play in. Best priced, and most comfortable place I have seen for your pups to play and stay!
Military family so I get to use a lot of different boarding locations in different states. I also don't like to take my dog to all the states families are in. In June 2019 we were moving from Virginia to Kansas. Since we have family in the Spring Hill area, we decided that we would board our dog there. They were very friendly. I believe my dog had a good time there. When we got back to pick him up and drive the 10+ hours to Kansas he was ready to go. We arrived at opening time. We are getting ready to move again, and I plan on using Dog Gone Good Time again. See you soon.
The only place we let our doggies go to. They love it. We love it for them.
10 years ago I searched for the perfect place to trust the care of our English Mastiff. I found DGGTF and have never been happier! Whenever we go away, Chris and Shannon take care of not only our English Mastiff, but our two German Shepherds. They treat our furry family members as if they were their own. I could not imagine leaving them with anyone else!
I’m an overprotective, first time puppy mom and I instantly felt comfortable leaving her here. She had a great day with them and they were so sweet with her! I have two more boarding weekends already scheduled! Thank you!
My two Havanese adore going to daycare. Staff is friendly and really understand dogs. Recently boarded with PP for 10 days and my dogs came home healthy! This tells me they were content and felt safe. (That certainly didn't happen at other boarding facilities we've tried.) Highly recommend Pooch Playhouse!
Pooch Playhouse is an awesome place to board your dogs. They take such great care of ours. The staff treats them as if they are their own!!
Best place in Spring Hill handscdown!! I took him to them the first time I got him groomed. The 2nd time I could only do it on Saturdays and there were NO appointments available to groom him. I knew he needed him groomed and I took him to a small local business and when I picked him up he looks like she just took scissors just cut whatever was long. Teeth weren't brushed and nails weren't trimmed or buffed, I will never take my dog back there. From now on its POOCHES PLAYHOUSE.....It's affordable and both groomers I've met them and they both do amazing job.
Pooch playhouse has been blessing to our family . They took an exceptional care of my boxer Champ who was in wheelchair . Loved him like he belong to them . I am forever thankful for that Now we have Maya Rose . She is always happy when dropped off or picked up . Thank you to each and every employee of pooch playhouse for always being spectacular
They always do a great job on my dog Onyx. He always comes out with a clean and shiny coat. He seems to love it there. 😊 …
This place was terrible. First & last time using It smelled very badly It wasn't very inviting. Outside was unkept with lots of pooh. I didn't get to meet or talk to my groomer.
This is a great place for grooming! They have always done a great job on out pups. Prices are about the rates in the industry. The place is always super clean and the groomers and very nice and experienced. Other folks are just as nice and the place runs very smoothly. Only downside is that their calander fills up so fast!
They do an amazing job every time <3
Pooch Playhouse is very reliable. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very caring towards the dogs. They offer many options including day care, overnight care, and training. Our dog goes during the week when he needs to run around, and spend time with the other dogs. It has been a great, and secure place for him to stay when we travel. We never worry about the care he needs while we’re away. We feel grateful to have discovered them. Thank you to the staff!
Love this place! Excited to board my dogs here when we go on vacation. The staff is amazing and every dog I saw looked like it was having the time of their lives!
Couldn’t be happier with the quality of care at Pampered Pet! They love our pups as their own and we are so impressed with their friendly staff! They are knowledgeable and we appreciate their attention to detail! They go above and beyond EVERY TIME!
I know that facility is very much for the babies that are waiting on their families to come get them , Rachel , Lenny and the rest of the team is awesome.. Hearts as big as the sky and you can know that your babies are very well taken care of while your away......Thank you.
Did a fantastic job with our two fur babies. I would recommend them because they are very courteous and helpful.
Wow! Amazing! I'm super surprised at the prices, very reasonable in grooming and boarding! I love that my fur baby got to play with others for no extra fee. She also got a nice new doggie hair do and looks fantastic! I highly highly recommended them! The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and seemed to love the dogs as individuals, the lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable about dogs& the place of business! I just moved to spring hill & I'm glad I found this little gem of a place
I'm not sure what's changed in the past year, but we've boarded our dogs here for 4 years and never had an issue until recently. We have one dog who is diabetic and blind, but they've always taken great care of him. They've called us with questions about his insulin shots, ensuring that they were giving the correct dosage at the right time. We hadn't boarded our dogs there for the past year and recently took them back while we were on vacation and it was a terrible experience. When we went to pick them up, it took 45 minutes to get our dogs. The guy at the counter had absolutely NO idea what was going on. I was the first and only person in the office initially and he must've asked me no less than 20 times which ones were my dogs. Once other customers joined me for picking up of their dogs, they got to the point of knowing my dogs names. When the guy would ask which ones were my dogs, the other customers would respond with my dogs names and that I needed the vetsulin. The employee brought up the wrong dog twice and wasn't even putting them on a leash; he simply let them out of their cages and opened the gate to the front. He finally brought my dogs up after 20 minutes of waiting. He couldn't find my reservation so I could pay and after 45 minutes of waiting and offering to pay him whatever he needed, I had to leave. On top of this, he couldn't tell me when my diabetic dog had his insulin shots or if he'd had it that morning. He complained that he had 30-40 dogs and 3-4 diabetic dogs and he couldn't keep up with all of their shots; he said he gave the shots as he could, whenever he could. Additionally, he said one of my dogs had been sick in the cage, but couldn't tell me which one. I told him it makes a huge difference which dog is sick because if it's the dog with diabetes, then I needed to get him to the vet. He said there was no way to know which one it was because he couldn't keep track of all of the dogs. It was just a comedy of errors and completely unlike any other pick-up I've had there before. There was a customer dropping off his dog and the employee asked him what his dogs name was so he could pick him up (not what he was there fore)...probably 10 times. I honestly felt like we were all being punked because it was completely ridiculous. I asked numerous times to speak to another employee, but he confessed that he was the only one working. In order to get my dogs and their belongings, another customer went in the back to get them for me. This shouldn't be allowed, but it had to be done since they were so completely disorganized. When it's pick-up time, they need to have all of the dogs and their belongings ready to go. They also need another employee helping. It should not be this difficult and chaotic. Our dogs were skinny (diabetic dog with ribs sticking out), starving, extremely thirsty, and our one dog had a gash on his nose. It's one thing to have absolutely no processes in place for pick-up/drop-off, but since they had no records of my dog getting his injections and couldn't even tell me how he did because they had too many dogs, we will not be coming back. We will take our business elsewhere to ensure quality care for our dogs. It really is a shame because this place has loved our dogs for 4 years, but whatever changed in the past year is extremely bad and has taken this once wonderful business down a very negative path.
They let our 12 year old lab sit in her own urine for the whole weekend. After 2 baths, her fur is stained and we can't get the smell off. We were told she kept peeing in her cage, so he tried giving her less water..... Why not try letting her out more often? I doubt they even hosed her cage out- they sure didn't give her a rinse off in four days. I was 10 minutes late dropping her off, and Dale came back to let us make the drop off (he was very nice about this). I REALLY hope they didn't decide to not care for her properly because I was late. Also, not very interested in answering the phones....
we left our dog for a week, and we honestly found an unrecognizable dog on our return. when we went to get him, we were told he was being aggressive (aggressive english bulldog ??) and when we got home the dog was scared of us, with a rash on his mouth. Only after a week our dog is returning to normal as before. I think it was not a good experience because before he always pooped out, from the return he always does it around the house, so it makes me think that he was taken out a lot in that week. I believe we will never return.
We've been bringing our dogs here for almost 5 years and have loved every visit. They always treat my girls so well and do a great job every time. We love them.
We picked our two dogs up and they gave us back what was almost all of the food we sent with them. When asked, the person there said they were fed just from someone elses’s food, out of a small bag. Our dogs were extremely thirsty, like they had not had water for a very long period of time. Something has gone very wrong at what was once a very good option for our boys. Sadly, I think this last time is our last time for PP Resort.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO PAMPERED PET RESORT, LLC! We took our 2 dogs there, and when we picked them up on the evening of July 3rd, our 4-year-old dog did not seem himself. I called multiple times within an hour of picking him up, and within a few seconds of each call, my call was send straight to voicemail so they were obviously avoiding my call. Finally, a woman answered. My husband spoke with her and asked what happened to our dog while he was there. They said “they didn’t see anything happen.” She responded and said to keep them updated with how he was doing. Early in the morning, our dog was hysterically crying in pain, could barely walk, and was shaking profusely so we took him to the emergency pet hospital (because it was a holiday and the regular vet was closed). They reported that he had inflammation in his lower back and he needed STRICT CAGE REST FOR 4 WEEKS. They also said he needed to receive an IV pain medication due to the amount of pain he was in, in addition to requiring 2 other medications that we took home with us to give him for the next few weeks. I called on July 4th to let Pampered Pet Resort know what the vet hospital reported and they didn’t answer so I left a message. They didn’t call me back so I called again on July 5th. I spoke to the owner and explained the situation (that my dogs had stayed there and my 4-year-old dog was hurt while he was at their facility) and he immediately got defensive. He said that he was the person watching them this weekend and he “didn’t see anything happen.” He made up every excuse he could. First, he said that “I shouldn’t have taken my dog to an emergency vet hospital if I didn’t want a bill.” I asked him that if he had a dog who was crying in extreme pain, would he just stay at home and not care about the dog, and his response was “well, probably.” Keep in mind this is THE OWNER OF A “PAMPERED PET” FACILITY WHO DOESN’T EVEN CARE IF AN ANIMAL IS IN PAIN. Second, I asked him if anyone ever pet the dog, and he continually said, “we don’t pick the dogs up.” My response was that I wasn’t asking if anyone picked him up – I was asking if anyone ever took the time to just pet him for a second, because if they did, they would have immediately seen that he was in pain. His response was “NO, NO ONE EVER PET YOUR DOG. WE DON’T TOUCH THE DOGS. WE LET THEM GO OUTSIDE TO GO TO THE RESTROOM AND WE CHANGE THEIR BEDDING. WE HAVE LOTS OF ANIMALS HERE. IF YOU WANT YOUR DOG TO BE PET, THEN YOU CAN TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE.” Keep in mind that their website states that they provide “personalized care,” yet not one time do they ever pet a dog that you are paying for to stay there and receive “personalized care.” He also tried to give me excuses saying that emergency vet hospitals tend to exaggerate problems so he didn’t think anything was wrong with the dog. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT THIS FACILITY ARE NEGLIGENT. He repeatedly stated that “he is the owner and he knows what he is doing because he’s been doing this for 20 years.” He said he didn’t see anything happen (even though they don’t even watch or pet the dogs that stay there) and he didn’t care that our dog was hurt. I know our dog got hurt when he was there, but the people that work there didn’t even take the time giving any of the dogs any attention just to see that our dog was hurt. That is negligence! His response was always how he knew what he was doing and that we signed a waiver to let our dog play with other dogs. This guy who is supposed to be the owner of a “pampered pet” facility clearly doesn’t even like animals. He would rather leave an animal in pain than figure out what is wrong with them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE IF YOU CARE FOR THEM AT ALL! Do them a favor and don’t send them to this terrible place. Our dog needs surgery thanks to the negligence of these people not even paying an ounce of attention to our dog. All the owner cared about was that he wasn’t responsible for anything that happened. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOGS BACK TO THIS HELL HOLE EVER AGAIN!
Do not use this app! They have people contacting us asking what we would pay out side of the app we where being scammed no one from the company tired to contact us and they took down our profile we have never used this rover service before and never will but it’s kinda funny you can’t even email or call customer service unless there’s an emergency ! so I called emergency number and it said this emergency number is only for dogs who have been injured by the house sitters pet , what !! they don’t do background checks and you can’t get ahold of anyone, please check out this company because someone is scamming people they even emailed us asking for money , we never used this company and I know there are a lot of great people on this app and my comment is not about you it’s about this company letting scammers on this site because they are not checking some people out , please beware you never know who your talking to or emailing .
DO NOT USE ROVER!!! Dog sitter came to meet dogs, seemed nice, showed up again after we left for vacation to feed my dogs at 9pm, she never let them back outside. Dog poop all over my floor! I had to hire emergency sitter from Facebook to complete rovers job! Still no refund, the sitter from rover kept my house key also!! I hope this service is shut down ASAP. They don’t stand behind the sitters. Customer service will say they are 3rd party contractors and they have nothing to do with them… it’s a huge Scam. Now I need a new door lock, Carpet cleaning and a full refund for what I paid rover. Hopefully I can take them to court and get my money from the emergency sitter reimbursed. If rover did there job i would have saved a lot of money. I think it’s only right they reimburse for the poor work they have done… my girlfriend does not feel safe anymore in my house when I’m away since some random person has our home key…
Tried to use this app service. Got scheduled, paid in advance then received notice that sitter (Aussie)was declining due to illness. Can't get refund for 5 to 10 days! Warning don't pay until services are rendered unless you like waiting for refund when sitter cancels last minute.
We got in touch with Emily B in Nashville and she came to our house to meet and greet. She was nice and friendly so we hired her to walk our dog. She was no show. I texted her without answer. Called Rover customer service and asked him to get in touch with her. He said she didn’t answer his phone. Finally she texted me with apologies that she got stuck with her day job and she’s out of town. She’s offered me the following week but I asked other days but she never responded. I asked other sitters with no response. Very unreliable unprofessional business. They’ve refunded plus $20 credits but how can I use their services if no one responds??
Other suggestions over Rover: * Pawshake App* & *Care.com Dog Sitter* ( offer insurance guides & leads) ! **3/16/22 UPDATE: After an hour call with the specialist case team (my claims person Briana from Claims). She went over how they aren’t liable for any injury for the dog that might have CCL, ortho injuries as well as needed to file with in 24 hours of the case even though on my end being responsible and having a clear case (like needing a police report to turn into the insurance company to be covered) so me going to get a X-ray/ MRI was my first response to handling this case with caution. As well as my husband having COVID during the time we had a waiting period - Rovers policy is incoherent and doesn’t favor the sitter or any of the sitters property. As well as orthopedics is automatic disqualification for any protection on any terms with Rover. That being said as the product for this company to make money is the sitter and for them to not protect the product (the sitter) us is unethical and unjust
I was admitted to the hospital for 5 days but was extended to 10 days. I paid the first 5 days until I knew I was going to held. My sitter claimed to bill me through Rover but no bill appeared. So my sitter billed me through Vemno. I paid 10-27 - 11-2. I was recharged for 11-2 - 11- 6. I am being billed twice for 11-2. My little furbaby was flea free before I left and has been over run with fleas. She didn't follow my feeding instructions. She is on medication for seizures and only 1 pill was left knowing she takes 3 a day. There's no telling how long she was out. No treats for her. I've attempted to contact Corp but no luck.
The customer service was explained how Rover works, and she was very professional. I want to mention I had no idea what Rover, however I will say I was in an overwhelming amount of stress, because I was asked to remove my emotional support dog, I was very upset, she was very patient and understanding, while helping me find a sitter. I can not remember your name, I thank you so very much.
Do not use this app! You never know the person you choose is actually taking care of your dog like they are suppose to And most of the people work another job so they just leave your dog at home Then on top of that I had a rude person to watch my dog she had called several times harassing me saying that my dog had chewed her carpet Then I had one that couldn’t even take care of my dog because she was working and my dog was sort-of still a puppy and she needed to be let out as she was still learning the ropes but she wouldn’t use the bathroom in the house if you there so the dog ended up using the bathroom and we had to pick her up because of that problem and the lady not being there for the dog Overall if you do use this app be careful of these so called certified dog trainers!
The worst app that a person could ever make. I say that because I left my dog with no fleas and when I came back from my trip and got my dog back my dog had about 10 fleas on him. The sitter has a dog to so you would think their house will be clean in they do what they’re supposed to do, but no once I saw a flea. That means it was more and that just telling me that the person who apply or however it works on rover does not clean their house and if they have animals they don’t check the grass an it seems like they don’t check their own dog neither.
Great service. People responded quickly. Everyone was helpful and kind. We found a sitter. We are grateful for that!
I absolutely adore living in Springhill. Everyday it gets better. Outstanding companies like this make this city home. My dogs are my children. Knowing that I can leave them for business trips and they are cared for and cherished as if I were here by this pet service gives me peace of mind. You can’t beat quality like this!
Thank you for your review Mr Enoch, please excuse my ignorance as I don’t have record of you being one of our clients or ever serving your pet(s) Can you help me to understand this review? I’ve noticed all your reviews are consistent with 3 stars and no words. Looks like your going for some point system to benefit yourself. I don’t appreciate rating our business when you’ve never had an experience with us. People please google “local guide”
Same review as the others. We have never served this client. These ppl review from Local Guide, to earn $ and points.
Same as above. “Yea man” doesn’t have an account with us.
