I have been to this establishment several times. It is always clean. The dogs are happy and well cared for. Our dogs love coming here. The owner does an excellent job with them.

Dogger was well cared for. Came back early and was not charged full amount! Very happy with experience.

Careful leaving your dog with her because she stated in writing that your pet is under Consant supervision I came back to pick her up and no one was there. For 20 mins. We waited.

Doesn't look like much, but they take good care of my cat and he gets plenty of attention. They even groom him, so he comes back all soft and shiny when I pick him up. The kennel is larger than I expected for a cat. They keep dogs as well and they seem to have plenty of space and are protected from the elements.

We have taken our dogs here for over 18 years. It is not shiny and new but our dogs love it. You know when your dog doesn't like a kennel when he or she complains when you arrive. This has never happened at Landmark.

This place is the absolute BEST!!!!!! Every time we leave our “Gracie Lou” there when going on vacation, she comes back as happy and as healthy as can be. The staff is as awesome at taking care of the pets needs as well as the “fur parents” that drop em off! We’re very protective over our little Princess, and wouldn’t dream of ever taking her anywhere else to be cared for, neither should you! I actually wish that I was born with an extra set of hands, so I could give this place 4 Thumbs up!!!!!!! 👍❤️👍

The only place I trust with our German Shepherd. They take great care of him every time and even got him to be around other dogs (which he's not so great with). We are so appreciative of the friendly staff and everything they do. We tried another boarding place during the holidays because VIP was booked and noticed a huge difference. VIP is the best place to care for your animal family while you're away. 100% recommend VIP.

They take great care of our shy/anxious dogs - they were able develop trust with our German shepherd who has separation anxiety & doesn't trust people easily & he's always so excited to go see his friends here! Very kind people that care about the animals a lot, I never worry about leaving my dogs here - this is the best place in the area!

This is the first boarding location I have ever used & will never use another as long as they still exist! My dog has been there for three different extended stays now & most of the time she's having so much fun she doesn't really seem to care about coming home :) She had been attacked by another dog (NOT here!) prior to her first stay here & had been apprehensive around other dogs after that. I was nervous how she would react when I brought her here the first time. I explained her situation to the owner who knew just how to handle it & found her a perfect group to socialize with. Now she has regular friends there when she visits! I don't ever worry for a second while she's there. They also wash the bedding before sending her home! Such a relief to have found this place.

Having this place nearby is a blessing. They took very great care of my cat when I recently went away for 6 days. Rates are reasonable and they are always courteous & helpful when I call with an inquiry or to make a reservation. I feel much more comfortable leaving for vacation knowing I have a trustworthy place to board my furry friend.

My dogs are my babies and when I drop them off to VIP I feel like they are staying with extended family. They don’t start shaking scared when we arrive but are greeted with smiles and love. I love that they can be groomed before we pick them up so we can have them ready for snuggling at home! Great prices and absolutely wonderful staff! B

Best place ever to kennel your pups and kitties. We've used Sandyland for 20-25 years. The owner Denise and lady that works there Charlotte, are all about the animals. They will give your fur babies their medication and anything else your pet needs. Charlotte literally saved our pup's life on one visit. She could tell something was off about him and rushed him to the vet. Turns out our boy was in a pancreatic crisis and if she hadn't been paying attention to him we would have lost him. I can't say enough good things about these folks. It's not a bright and shiny place, but animals don't care about bright and shiny.... they just want food, play, and love and that's what they get there!

They have been taking care of our dogs for as long as we can remember. Literally on two occasions saved our dogs lives. We adopt older dogs and never think twice about their safety when leaving them there. Recommend 100%.

Dropped off my dog over the weekend. Upon first impressions the premises seemed unkept and disorganized, the kennels are dark and have poor conditions for the dogs; cement floor and the building reeked of urine. I left my dog’s food for the owner to feed him but she didn’t use any of it and my dog came back skinnier, and also smelled of urine. Further, he physically starts to tremble whenever he gets near his kennel at home- I can’t imagine what she may have done to him to make him dread his kennel so much. Definitely do not recommend if you actually care about the well-being of your dog, this location should 100% be your last resort.

We love our dogs. They are family to us. We are very critical about who has the qualifications to take care of them and we found Denise meets those qualifications. When we go on trips, we are not worried about them because we know they are well taken care of.

We have used this service for literally years! They have been the nicest humans anyone could ask for. This time was for a new batch of animals that had never met them and our dogs absolutely LOVED them! We will continue to use them AND let everyone know about them! THANK YOU SANDYLAND KENNELS!

Been coming here for years. Denise and Charlotte have actually saved our Sparky's life on 2 occasions (special needs dog). Take care of our pets as if they were their own.

Owner is very accommodating. Kennel is nice and clean. The cages are very roomy. We feel very confident in leaving our pet with Sandyland.

Charlotte just does not seem to enjoy her job..more likely won't leave my baby again..the place smells has lots of flies..i was really ify about leaving my dog but I took a chance since it was literally last min..no camera to check on your pet..i got no pictures..just nothing to reassure me my baby was fine..i did choose to leave him cus I did like the kennel he was gonna b in..nice size kennel but the 2 days I left him I was concerned the whole time so I won't leave him again

Love this place! We left all 3 of our fur babies 2 - dogs and a cat. They of course were happy to see us, but they were well taken care of! My new home away from home for these three! Shirley was knowledgeable about their needs and the facility was great!

My first experience as well as my dog's first boarding. Even though my beloved dog turns out to jump fences, the staff are lovely and I recommend the facility without reserve. I visited several and this one is clean and calm.

This was the first time that we have ever boarded one of our animals and it was a great experience. What helped reassure us, was the fact that they are very strict on being up to date on all shots and flea/tick medications. They also are very strict with cleaning everything daily. This gives you the peace of mind that your dog will not come home sick. There is also a lot of room for the dogs to play and interact. We will definitely be using Best Friends Inn again.

Dependable and Trustworthy kennel that we have been using for the last 5 years. We have two large dogs and Shirley and her team can handle them safely and competently. There's a large space for dogs to roam and even a doggy pool. Every 2 hours the dogs get to go outside. Shirley is very thorough with requiring vaccination records and flea and tick control and my dogs always return home healthy. Thank you, Shirley and the team.

Shirley is THE BEST. I have been using her for 8 years now. What I love most is when we go to drop off our dogs, they are always excited to go, never afraid. They claw to get out of the car to see her.

Your best friends inn has been our go to for our fur baby Toby for the last almost year now. They are absolutely wonderful and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Our little guy stayed for about two month due to my husband and I relocating overseas and they took the best care of him and helped us tremendously with anything we needed for him until it was time for him to come with us. It is such a friendly, warm environment for you and your pet as soon as you pull up. Highly recommend.

Our dog loves it there. Very professional and safe. The fact that our dog gets excited, wags it tail and greets the people working there speaks volumes. Our dog is very social and is provided quite a bit of time playing with other dogs when she is there.

When I dropped off my dog, I did not believe that this establishment was too bad. I wasn’t welcomed back to see where my dog would be sleeping but Shirley appeared knowledgeable and trustworthy. Key word: appeared. My dog was there November 2017 for four nights. She sent pictures on a couple of days but I was never notified that things were a concern. However when I went to pick up my pet, I was told he did well except at night. She told me he barked too much at night and in her words “kept the whole kennel up” so she had to use a training collar on him. I inquired as to what that was. She told me it was a collar that made a high pitched noise every time he barked but in her words “he was too sensitive for that one” and began to bite at it. He was too sensitive for that one so she tried another one. The next type of collar she used was the shock method so she would manually control it by zapping him every time he barked. She said that one “worked much better.” I was stunned when she told me this. She did not call to ask permission nor did I sign anything prior giving my permission to use such a device. Somebody who works with animals all day and has made that her career should know that shocking our animals when we have entrusted them to her care is nothing more than animal abuse.

We found Shirley and her Best Friends Inn after relocating to Three Rivers. This is the best home away from home for any pet. Shirley and her Staff treat our little Dog (Child) Tootsie like one of their own. When we ask Tootsie if she wants to go and have a play day at the doggie motel she gets so excited and follows us around until we get into the truck to take her. Tootsie is a long hair Chihuahua that is a one woman dog, until she meet Shirley, now Tootsie has two Mamas. Best Friends Inn is more than just a boarding facilities, we are able to a vacation and not worry about the care our Tootsie is receiving. Not only do they have play time put also get to swim when the weather is right. When we pick up Tootsie she is just as happy as when we dropped her off, even after being gone two weeks. After we get home Tootsie has to rest awhile from all the fun she had but is always ready to go back and stay again. Thanks Shirley and Staff Steve & Shirley S.

I cannot say enough good thing things Happy Tails Pet Resort! We boarded our Saint Bernard for 7 days. Jessica and Karin sent me pictures every day. The facility is the cleanest I have seen. I definitely recommend Happy Tails for any boarding needs!

Kira stayed here for three days while my husband and I went to visit Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. At arriving you could see the kennels where the dogs slept and some of the yards where the dogs play. They sent me a daily picture and a short update on how she was doing. We felt our dog was well taken care of and definitely recommend this place.

They do an excellent job, they sent me pictures every day updating me on his stay. Highly recommend, great people.

Thank you Happy Tails Staff! Took our Maltipoo here for the first time while leaving out of state. We were a little nervous and so was our dog as we don’t separate too often, but we were very pleased with her stay. We got daily updates & pics and she was well taken care, which put us at ease. A lot of love goes into this place and even more love is shown to pets who stay here. It’s comforting to know your dog is in a safe environment and at affordable prices. We plan to return here again in the future.

Our dogs were there for 11 days, we got photo updates almost every day. The facility is nice and clean, staff is friendly and you can see their love for animals.. When we got back our dogs had been groomed and looked very well taken care of. One of our Queenslands is usually not friendly to strangers. For her to be playful and happy with the staff,, speaks volumes to the care she received. Will definitely use them again, thanks so much for the care our Fur Babies received!

This is our first place leaving our dog and we were so impressed. It’s a very clean and well cared for area that have workers who have a passion for animals. I feel confident and comfortable leaving my dog here knowing that he will be taken care of. I absolutely love the fact they send text messages with updates and photos of our dog as we are away, it brings a lot of peace. We will always be using their services forever!

Last minute booking and drop off last Friday for a weekend snow getaway. We received a daily picture of our Dog Rocky and we're very glad to see him happy. Our dog is not very good with strangers but he looked great and settled that made our trip much more comfortable. Thank you Elizabeth for a great service. Highly recommended!

I found Happy Tails last year when I waited too long to make reservations during the holidays at our normal pet boarding spot and I'm so happy I did. Happy Tails is now our pet boarding spot of choice. It is located out in the country on an idyllic farm. My dogs (one big, one small) stay together in one kennel that has both indoor and outdoor access. The indoor part of the kennel is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer, so I know they are comfortable (which is especially important because the little one is hairless). There is so much grass and happily grazing cows that I feel like I'm dropping my dogs off for a vacation of their own (which reduces the guilt of leaving them behind). The owner is extremely accommodating and does not charge extra if you want to bring your own food. She cares more about the dogs not getting sick by switching food. I am so happy we discovered this gem of a place and I know my dogs are too! I highly recommend this place!

Stan Watkins has been a blessing to my highly strung,, malnourished , escape artist and street wild 10 month, mostly Boxer pup that I adopted …what was I thinking you ask. Well, I believe a home without a pet is incomplete and just a house. Adopting has it challenges but the benefits supersede. My Abby is now about 18 months old and brings me smiles and laughter as well as her unconditional loyalty and love. I share this with you because she was as many said was too much dog for me. I was beginning to suspect they might be correct. But I brought her into my home, she wasn’t a visitor but my commitment . With the help and guidance of Abby’s new advocate , Stan Watkins she is now my baby girl forever! I can’t say enough about this man’s gift and wisdom. He is a blessing.

Stan has cared for our pets for about 6+ years. Very good with dogs. My Cane Corso Max doesn’t just take to anybody, but Max is very comfortable with Stan. Couldn’t ask for better services. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Stan with two different dogs. One with training and the other staying at his kennel. My dogs respect him, I learn a lot due to his expertise, and my dog even enjoys staying at his kennel, it’s almost like a vacation for her.

Stan is a wonderful man. If you don’t already have a dog, we’d suggest you get one — simply for the pleasure of meeting Stan. After 10 days away, our girl Maya came home relaxed and happier than ever. Stan is generous with his time, always taking an extra moment to either share some of his training expertise or just chat about the joys of life. He genuinely cares about both you and your pet. Thanks to Stan, too, for giving us some beautiful tomatoes from his garden at pickup today… we can’t wait to enjoy. If you want your expectations exceeded and your pup in good hands, see Stan!

Stan is awesome and really knows his stuff. He has helped me out alot with my lab puppy. Stan has provided me knowledge on dogs and even more so on my breed alone. He has given me the tools to effectively communicate with my puppy. I know with these tools and knowledge we are set up for success. I would also like to add that I recently boarded my puppy with the Cure the Blues Kennel and it was a great experience. I could tell when I picked my boy up he really enjoyed his stay and was happy as can be. If you are looking for for training or boarding needs Stan is your guy.

We just started working with Stan and have been absolutely impressed with his approach. He is a good natured, genuine person and is so easy to work with. He is amazing with our (huge, wholly untrained) dog and has given us incredible insight into our dog’s mindset and how we can effectively train him. He has great analogies, a thorough answer for every question and is extremely knowledgeable. We are so grateful to have his expert guidance in learning to train our dog and feel hopeful about the life we will be able to give our dog because of Stan. 1000% recommend his training to every dog owner.

Terrible. Stan was very disrespectful to us and our pit bull. Our dog is sweet and well behaved. Choking a dog along the middle of a road is not training. Reciting a memorized speech to owners is not training. I felt bad that I even brought our dog to this place. It was a terrible experience for us and our dog. I would not recommend this place. My dog has never killed or harmed another animal as Stan falsely claimed in his response. I wasn’t having a bad day until Stan choked my dog while dragging her down the middle of the road. Stan is a disgrace. If Stan doesn’t agree with certain breeds being able to exist then he shouldn’t accept to train them.

He is literally the best, sweetest person you’ll ever meet. All the information he speaks about is so useful. It’s also up to you to go home and work with your pet to get the right results. Don’t assume he’s going to make your pet do whatever you want in one training session. Do your part as a responsible owner and he’ll meet you half way. He trained my emotional support dog to do what I needed her to do. My experience with Stanley is amazing and I’ll be sure to come back if I ever need another pet of mine trained.

It was my Dogs first time there and we had an amazing experience,she would send us pictures of him daily he was there for 4 days sand 3 nights when we picked him up he didn’t want to go home.

Alex and Rich are absolutely amazing! They took wonderful care of our pups and home when we were gone out of town for a whole week. We got updates and pics of the furbabies (which we loved) and were super prompt to respond during any communication. We highly recommend them and their business for your pet boarding needs.
