My experience was both good and not good, I don’t want to say bad because it’s a learning experience. When I was contacted, prior to making an appointment for a meet and greet, I should have been t informed from the beginning, that if my pet is not neutered, they can’t be boarded at Pampered Pets. It would have saved time for both parties. Instead, we did a meet and great. Information about my pets were taken (behavior, potty training, home routine, etc.) only to find out that they can’t be boarded because they were not neutered. Had this info been given when I was first contacted, I would have searched for other accommodations.

I am very happy to discover Pampered Pet because it is a sanctuary for my precious cat. This place is very clean and well taking care of so having to put my cat here give me a peace of mind. I checked in on my fur baby a couple times and Ann was very gracious to take pic of my cat and letting me know my cat was doing good. I was thankful and felt great that my cat was in great care while we were gone. I know this place is little far but having the thought that my cat will be in great care is all worth it. Thank you Ann and Penny for the awesome job!

This is a wonderful place to take your pet for boarding. Our Lovebird was happy to go on "his vacation" at Pampered Pets when we went on ours. We knew he loved staying at Pampered Pets when it was time to take him home because he indicated he wanted to stay with Ann who took care of him. They had bonded. The staff at Pampered Pets are dedicated to caring for your pet, always looking out for their welfare. I definitely recommend Pampered Pets Hawaii.

We have used Pampered Pets every time we have gone on vacation and both our cat and dog have been very well taken care of. We get pictures almost each day of our pets and they always look incredibly happy. I really like that my dog isn't put in a kennel, since he is never kenneled at home. Every time we have picked them up they are both very happy and clean. They offer a military discount and the owner is very friendly and easy to contact, and responds promptly. I highly recommend using Pampered Pets.

My two old cats have been cared for at Pampered Pets many times over the past 3 years. Now when I drop them off they act as if they have arrived at their "other" home. Ann, the owner, and Penny, her assistant, keep the cat lodge very clean, well organized, and with plenty of snuggling places and toys for the cats. They also send photos every few days with a mini report about how the cats are doing. I recommend Pampered Pets Hawaii wholeheartedly and give them 5 stars.

We were stationed in Oahu for 2 years and during that time we were out of state for 5 months or so in total. We have 2 purebred Japanese Bobtails that we brought with us from Japan. They are our little girls and are treated as such. Thus seeing the clean and secure environment of, what I call "The Pet Hotel", we decided to leave our girls there and they loved it. So much our youngest would not want to go home. They took very good care of our girls and even sent pictures weekly to keep us updated on how they were doing. On one occasion we needed to leave as an emergency and our oldest was not feeling well. After a "quick" emergency room visit we dropped her and her sister off. Although I was worried about how she was going to be it alleviated me to know that she would be in good hands. And it is always nice to see military appreciation. The affordability for long term housing and military discounted prices were exactly what we needed at the time. Plus the hospitality and fabulous costumer service could not be beat. Till this day whenever we talk about our time in Hawaii we rave about "The Pet Hotel" called Pampered Pets Hawaii and their amazing services.

Boarded my two cats for a week for the first time and I’m so happy that I chose to take them to Pampered Pets! It’s a further drive but so so worth it! Julie was wonderful and sent us pictures and videos with updates on how our babies were doing. Also, I was rushing out of the house and totally forgot my cats’ wet food. Julie offered to pick up my order at her nearest Petco which is what I call outstanding customer service. She’s just a kind and generous human being. I will definitely use them in the future. We love Pampered Pets! Ann provides a wonderful service to the island and I couldn't recommend her enough. Our cat, Kirby, has stayed in the cat cottage on a few occasions; we love that the cats can roam freely among the cottage, without having to be needlessly kenneled. He is currently on an extended stay at Pampered Pets as we get settled in our mainland home; knowing that Ann will safely put Kirby on the plane to join us alleviates much stress and worry. If you are in need of quality, loving pet boarding and care, please don't hesitate to call Pampered Pets!

Pampered Pets was amazing helping out with last minute boarding in a cozy home. Was grateful they were always available for last minute trips and very accommodating. My pups loved the atmosphere and were greeted with so much love in the home. They truly are a home away from home! Thank you Anne and Esther for all your support over the last three years. Our dog loves staying at pampered pets. They have a great set up, a beautiful secure garden and lots of doggy beds to nap on. The doggies run around happy and free. Stitch always come home getter behave than before as he pick up behavior from Anne's lovely well trained dogs. We love that Anne send us several photographs during his stay! We are confident that our dog gets the best care with pampered pet and we highly recomend them.

Our dog Buddy, loves going to Wolfpack Adventures with Nikki, Peter, and their wonderful team. He gets to go on cool hikes to new and exciting places while socializing and bonding with his furry pals. They are really great about sending pictures and updates on each of his adventures and boarding stays. It's so nice knowing he's enjoying playing with his friends while keeping fit and excited. we've boarded with them twice and loved it. Did you know they also pick up and drop off for his adventures? After his drop off, he's ready to happily sleep and start snoring. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for loving our shy Buddy and taking such good care of him! He's blossomed a lot!

We've been sending our dog Moose to Wolfpack since he was 8 months old. We were concerned at first since he is Mr. Aloha-and-then-some and wondered if he would even fit in with all his excitement and energy. But he's been attending adventures for 2 years so far and loves every one of them. We feel the structure and socialization the Wolfpack provides Moose is highly beneficial to helping fulfill his different dog-needs. The Wolfpack team is very skilled in what they do and they really know how to connect with the individuality of each dog. For instance, Moose needs a stern, no non-sense leader otherwise he'll push all the boundaries to get what he wants. On the flip side, there are dogs who need a softer approach which I've seen them provide as well. Aside from weekly adventures, they are about the only ones we trust to board him long term during our off-island travels. Hands down, they get em!

Love Wolfpack adventures!!! They helped my furbaby Oliver get out of his shy shell and is slowly socializing with the pack. He did great boarding with the team and I could trust Nikki and her staff to take good care of Oliver. He enjoys adventure days and knows when they are outside to pick him up. They care about each dog and I’m grateful for everything they do.

Our sweet boy, Tux, has been part of the pack since December 2023. As you can tell by the smiles in the photos WolfPack Adventures gets 5 🐾 paws from us! Love that there is an assessment before hand. Complimentary photos of our sweet boy on his adventures to ease our human separation anxiety 😆 We don’t have a yard of our own so we love the fact that our little guy gets to sun bathe in a beautiful yard with his buddies after their adventures with unlimited water supply. The ultimate perk for us is Tux being surrounded by other good behaved dogs. It shows and continues with his own behaviors with us. He is even more patient and obedient. We recommend WolfPack Adventures to any dog parent in search of a place that will treat your fur baby like their own!

I did a lot of research on daycares, dog walkers / sitters / boarding, etc. before coming across WolfPack Adventures HI. I was immediately drawn to WolfPack Adventures because it was a locally-owned, small business, who offered exceptional services for great prices. Nikki is amazing with dogs and truly cares about the well-being of our furry friends! Zeus has blossomed since going on adventures with Nikki and regularly gets complimented for his demeanor- heʻs much friendlier, confident, and enjoys his long walks with new friends. Nikki and WolfPack Adventures HI are the best, by far, providing everything you can think of, from adventures (daycare) to boarding and transportation (picking up / dropping off). Pictures are sent after every adventure and updates are provided, when needed. 10000/10 recommend.🐶✨

Our girl Riley has stayed with WolfPack Adventures HI twice now for boarding while we went on vacation. We love that it’s a home setting for her rather then cages or strictly outside. She loves going and we always get reassurance from Nikki that she is doing well while we are gone with picture updates. I will definitely continue to use this amazing dog sitter/home setting boarding for our pup. Nikki is great with the dogs and is also very attentive and quick to answer texts while we are away.

My girl Nosi loves Wolfpack Adventures HI! She goes ever Wednesday and they do an amazing job with tiring her out and they even do some training with them! Nosi isn't the greatest at heeling on leash as I trained her off leash but Wolfpack was able to train her to be great at it! If your dog is good around other dogs I would definitely highly reccomend!

Phenomenal! WolfPack Adventures allows our pup to socialize and experience new places constantly. We can see how happy she is in the photos we receive while out and about. From the initial assessment, I knew WolfPack Adventures takes pet care very seriously. Our dog was observed on her interactions with the Pack to see if she was a good fit. This gave me peace of mind knowing this type of evaluation is done on all the dogs. We have also utilized the boarding services. It is a huge relief knowing our dog is in good hands and living her best life.

We are so grateful to have found wolfpack adventures for our dog Remi. I did a lotttt of research before deciding what would be the best fit for her/us and I couldn't have picked a better place or better people to care for her. On 12+ hour work days I can rest assured that she's getting the attention and exercise she needs. I love that she's able to go out on all these hikes and walks while safely socializing with other dogs/people. I was worried she wouldn't fit in given her super clingy and high-energy personality, but immediately upon meeting the team at wolfpack I knew they were so skilled in meeting the needs of all the dogs. I've also seen an improvement in her on-leash behavior since sending her here and the pick-up and drop-off option is a huge bonus as well. I could go on and on about how great they are at what they do.. just try it out, you won't regret it. Highly highly recommend. Nothing better than coming home after a long workday to a sleepy pup. Plus, they send pictures of the fur babies after every adventure !!!

I am so grateful to Wolfpack Adventures for helping me find a boarding solution for Milo. Milo does not do well in groups and does not do well in kennels, so we honestly thought we were out of luck when it came to boarding options. Nicolina offered us in-home boarding at an affordable rate and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We got to meet Karissa ahead of time, got pictures several times a day while we were gone, and we felt so relaxed knowing Milo was getting a lot of cuddles in the comfort of his own home. I was very nervous to leave my kitty for 3 weeks at a boarding facility since it was going to be his first time being away from me for that long & he’s not super socialized (he only knows myself & my dog). Let me start by saying The on boarding process was very easy & fast. Tails of Hawaii also is priced really well (I did my research of boarding facilities before booking). & it was super convenient because the facility is 5 minutes away from my home. Upon drop off, I noticed it was very clean & well kept, the staff was very friendly & reassuring. Through out my kitty’s stay the staff sent me pictures, updates, & health updates during the entire time. It looked like my kitty had a great time socializing with other people & did well in his new environment. Tails of Hawaii really gave me peace of mind knowing my kitty was being well looked after & because of that I was able to enjoy my vacation. I will definitely be back for any more future boarding needs & recommend them To anyone! Thank you again tails of Hawaii for taking care & looking after my kitty!

I had to move myself, 3 dogs, and 2 cats from Hawaii to two separate cities in Ohio and I was such a wreck. My pets are my family! I almost went with another company but they had poor communication and kept sending the wrong itineraries which gave me such anxiety. I reached out to Happy Tails and they were super quick to get back to me and got the different itineraries right the first time and really did their best to put my worries to rest. They came to pick my pets up from my house and didn’t even bat an eye at how much I was crying saying goodbye to them. Needless to say, all my pets landed safely at their correct destinations and I am so thankful for all their help! They sent me updates and pictures of everyone during their pre-flight boarding stay. They paid attention to all the small details I sent about all my pets different quirks. I highly recommend using Happy Tails if you have to move your pets. They really made something that was so stressful and seemed so complicated to orchestrate with 5 different pets and 2 different locations so seamless. 10/10!!

Tails has allowed my Chocolate lab “Nani” to socialize with others providing caring staff to help her grow. We are grateful for the webcams that allow me to periodically check on Nani throughout the day to observe her activity. The piece of mind knowing she is in a safe environment. I place my trust in the staff at Tails to care for a part of my family that we treat as our own child now that our children have grown and moved away. I did have an incident which Nani ingested possibly a rubber piece which Tails helped to monitor her during that period to ensure if her poop contained additional pieces since she was not eating. I know that “Nani” could get into mischief and also becomes snippy considering she is a rescue that has experienced Trauma. However, Tails monitors and reports her day. Nani comes home exhausted from a full day of playing and when we reach the store. she is wagging her tail and not putting on the brakes as we enter. We attended the 2024 Pet Fair in Mililani and I was hesitant about bringing her out in the public with other dogs and their owners. Nani allowed people to pet her and she was wagging her Tail the entire time. Thank You Tails!

I am so thankful for Tail Movers! I was so stressed out about getting our dog to the mainland because no flights could get him all the way to where we needed him to go. Plus he needed multiple comfort stops.. I am so thankful for this company. They made the process so easy for us and they even set up a taxi to deliver our dog directly to my in-laws house. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Just completed the meet and greet. My senior dog seems to be very relaxed and happy. Because of his health and senior status, he was rated under a non social status. Environment of the lobby was very clean and neatly kept. Would have loved a pre tour of the kennels. Just to observe. Looking forward to his boarding.

We have been with them for almost 8 years. They have been a lifesaver. Our dog is not very sociable as he's almost 11 years old! But with time and patience they have mixed him in with other dogs. Still not real sociable but he is mingling with them and that made us EXTREMELY HAPPY. He wants to mingle but not sure how to. He LOVES all his aunties and uncles. Be board him periodically, which he's not real happy about, but it gives us a peace of mind knowing he is well cared for there. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tails of Hawaii.

I’m always nervous when going out of town and leaving my dogs in the care of someone else. However they took great care of my dogs. I loved their live feed every so often I would get a glimpse of them. Seeing them running around having fun made my feel so much better know my dogs were having a great time and being well cared for.

Today was Buddha’s first time at Tails Hawaii. He definitely had a good time, and will be back for more play time and learning to socialize with other dogs. He’s my big baby, and all tuckered out from his adventure! Can’t wait to come back, Thank You! ❤️❤️

Recently had our two labs do a meet and greet with ToH. The staff was helpful and explained what would be done and what would be evaluated. Having the online portal definitely streamlines the process. Looking forward to having our pups boarded at this facility. Very convenient and only a few minutes from the house. Definitely appreciate the military/veteran discount for boarding.

We recently boarded our adopted dog, Winnie, at Kama’aina K9 while we were away for a week, and we couldn’t be happier with how it went. Since it was our first time boarding her, we were a little nervous, but the staff was so great and made us feel comfortable right away. The every-other-day “Woof Reports” with photos and updates were so cute! It was such a relief to see Winnie looking happy, excited, and having fun with other dogs. Daily updates would’ve been nice since it was our first time overnight without her, but the ones we got were still super reassuring. When we picked her up, she was her usual energetic self, which let us know she was well cared for the whole time. The team made everything so easy, and we’ll definitely be bringing her back. Highly recommend Kama’aina K9 if you need a safe, loving place for your pup!

My pup Waffles has been going here for years- and it’s her weekly interaction with other dogs in a wide open area- she loves it! They are always kind to her (I ask her every time about her visits) and she gets photos and new friends to play🥰. They have gone next level care for us due to unforeseen circumstances and we appreciate that they do so, because they really do care for our pups. Thank you Kama’aina! Our dog, Charlie, stayed for two weeks while we traveled to the mainland. We received progress reports with photos every other day. We loved that they provided enrichment activity and socialization that we can’t provide at home. We felt like he was in great hands!! They gave him a bath before we picked him up, and their process was quick & easy. In the past we have boarded Charlie at his veterinary clinic. He spent most of his time in a cage/kennel with potty breaks outside. Kama’aina K9 Adventures gave him a much better experience with fun activities and lots of outdoor play.

From first contact with them to picking my dogs up was super easy and convenient. All of the staff that I talked to were nice and professional. I appreciate that they allow you to have a let your dog stay for a few hours so they can see if there are any compatibility issues with your dog and the other dogs staying. Drop off was quick and easy. I loved getting the woof report so I always knew how my dogs were doing. It made our trip so much more enjoyable not having to worry about the status of our dogs. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend them to watch your dog(s) while you're away. I will be using them in the future as well.

We recently tried Kama'aina K9 Adventure for a half-day daycare with our dog Rocky, and he had an absolute blast! The agility adventure park gave him a fantastic outlet to explore and burn energy, transforming him into a happy, muddy monster by the end of it! This place is perfect for socializing and exercising your pup in ways that go beyond what I could offer on my own. The staff provides a safe, caring environment, with a great focus on safety and accountability. We were so pleased with Rocky's first half-day experience that we booked him for an extended stay right away. Highly recommended!

My dog had such a great time and really burned off her energy. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I like the ease of scheduling and drop off, & report cards The only possibly downside is the dusty road driving up to the site and your dog will definitely need a bath or wipe down after but we expect this being in the "country".

Most dogs (and owners) are afraid of my boy so he doesn’t get to play with them, the one thing he wants most. He’s big but still a puppy and so so sweet. I took him to KK9 in hopes that he would make friends to run around and play with and I’m so happy I did. His temp eval went great and when I received the report and pics of the fun he was having, I was overwhelmed ♥️. Thank you to the wonderful staff who took care of my baby and recognized the big bundle of joy he is! We will be back.

Teddy is our rescued terrier and Boris is our Rottweiler. We can't bring ourselves to take them elsewhere when we're out of town- the spacious property here in Kunia is unmatched. KK9 takes the time to report on behavioral issues and health changes. Enjoy your time away in peace knowing that your four legged family are in excellent hands!

Lucky loves staying with Kama'aina K9 Adventures. As much as we don't love leaving him we are at ease knowing he's being looked after with lots of love and care while we're away. He loves seeing his aunties and love seeing old friends and making new friends. Lots of love and appreciation to the owners, staff, and furry friends for always keeping my fur baby safe and entertained.

Long overdue review. We have been sending our pup Mamba to KK9 for 3 years from 2020-2023 (multiple times a week, including some overnight boarding when we were away), and we would have still been going there if we didn't move to the mainland. KK9 is amazing. Mamba learned all his socialization skills from going there every week as soon as he was old enough to meet the age requirement. He would always be so exhausted by the time we picked him up, and so excited when we were dropping him off. There is just so much outdoor space for all the dogs to run around all day. He made so many great pup friends along the way. The staff is one of a kind - everyone is so friendly and most importantly, is going to love and spoil your pup!! They are great with posting photos of how your pup is hanging. Admittedly, the drive to the daycare is a little rocky, but it is 1000% worth it to give your dog an outdoor daycare experience. We've taken Mamba to many other daycares on the mainland after we left Hawaii, but NONE of them compare. It was his favorite place on earth and we wish we were still able to send him.

Erica and her staff are amazing. I 100% trust her to take care of my Doberman. She will send pics daily and you can rest assured your pet is getting all the love, attention, and socialization they deserve! Thank you Erica for taking care of Indy for the past 3 years. We are both so much better for all the love you've given.❤️

Erica is amazing! She welcomed my 4 dogs (on short notice) with love and attention! The dog kennels are larger than others and well maintained. She sends daily pictures with updates. All my dogs just loved her and her staff. This is the only boarding place that i will use here on the island.

To sum up Erica's service: Exceptional! She went above and beyond all we could hope for! She lovingly watched our rabbit Lucy and cat Loki for 15 days. She sent so many pictures and spoiled them like they were her own. From day one of when I contacted her, she was always super prompt and answered my questions thoroughly. I could tell right away that she loved animals and that our fur babies would be in excellent care. Not a day went by where I didn't get at least 10 pictures of them looking well taken care of. I highly recommend her service and we will definitely be repeat customers!

Great place to board your dog. We have used Erica to overnight our dog over the last 3 years. She is great with all the animals and has an intricate dog run where she can adjust the runs to the size of the dog. Her application is well thought out. It includes temperament of you dog, medical issues and verification of required shots and kennel medication. We have never had a problem there and our dog always comes home to rests from all the fun and running around with the other dogs. The dogs are paired up with like size and temperament and she closely watches them interact before introducing other dogs.

Best dog boarding that I have ever used. Such a wonderful person and team that take care of your dogs. They send picture updates to you so you can see them enjoying themselves while you are away.

Beware, these two don’t seem to like dogs or have the temperament to handle them. We were looking to board our dogs while we went away on a trip. Went to drop them off and our timid dog was a bit cautious. The woman and man appeared to be in a rush. He rushed over to our dog and put the choke collar on him and told me to take off his harness and collar. He proceeded to yank our dog by his neck and our dog continued to refuse to go with him. I asked him to stop and he continued even as I tried to take the leash out of his hand. I asked him if I could walk our dog down to the kennel area and the woman said “no it will make it worse. We know what we are doing ma’am.” Finally after multiple pleas for him to stop choking our dog he got mad and walked off saying he didn’t want to watch the dog anyway. These two do not seem to like dogs or know how to handle them. They also do not want to listen to people about their own dogs. Glad we ultimately didn’t leave our dogs with them.

We have been customers for over three years. Nalowinds is very safe terrific for dogs of all sizes. Owner, Bonnie, understands dogs and their healthcare. Great price considering all the extras. To learn more, I suggest telephoning Bonnie.

Bonnie & Wayne & NaloWinds Kennels are wonderful. They are caring and skilled, and provided safe, clean, comfortable accommodations for my dog. I needed to board my large dog, who is fear reactive and has trust issues with people, while I had surgery. Bonnie asked questions that made me realize she understands dogs and would be able to board my dog. The day I dropped my dog off, Wayne showed the confidence around her that showed she would be safe. My recovery from surgery was complicated and I needed my dog to be boarded over twice as long as planned, and they were able to accommodate her. The day I picked my dog up I was able to watch as Wayne walked her up from the kennels. My dog walked comfortably on the lead beside Wayne. My dog receive excellent care. I would give NaloWinds Kennels & Bonnie & Wayne highest stars and recommendations to anyone who needs to kennel their dog.

I recently kenneled my four Rottweilers at The Nalowinds Kennel in Waimanalo. They were here for a total of nine days in April 2014. Bonnie and Wayne took very good care of my animals and I am extremely satisfied with their facility and their service. I will using them again next month. They washed my dogs for me which I did not expect but appreciated. I would recommend Nalowinds without any reservations whatsoever.

Don't ever leave your pets with these people, check out Yelp review before you decide. You can never be too careful with your pet. Beware of the owners, they are not animal lovers, all they see are dollar signs. When we dropped off our dogs that morning, the male (Wayne) took out a choke chain and drag our dogs away. Sadly it was too late for us to find another kennel because our flight was within hours. When we picked up our dogs a week later, their fur came off by chunks. We learned later it was due to extreme stress. What's more? They do not welcome friends or family members to visit pets trapped in their hands, saying they need at least 6 to 24 hours notice. What's the big deal unless they have something to hide??!!

Warning to people who think this is a good place with your animals, think again! Don't let the 4 - 5 star reviews FOOL you. We were introduced to this boarding kennel by our vet (Makai Animal Clinic) and thought maybe these people could be trusted with our four dogs, so we boarded them for a week. We brought our own food, toys & favorite blankets & were promised by Bonnie & Wayne that our dogs would be in "good hands". They seemed nice and sincere and asked for payment in advance. The dogs were so happy to see us when we picked them up a week later but I could see the sadness in their eyes. When we patted them, all of their hairs came off by chunks. We didn't think of anything then but we learned later that it was due to extreme stress. By the time we all got home, all 4 dogs rushed to their water bowl and started drinking & drinking and drinking for 5 - 6 minutes. We just can't believe how thirsty they were!!! How could people running a kennel NOT providing enough water to the poor animals trapped in their hands? Bonnie & Wayne's rates were not cheap by any matter of means but they simply did not want to waste their time or water to spray the kennels. The best solution was to restrict animal's water supply. How cruel & inhumane! These people were definitely NOT animal lovers, all they see are dollar signs. To all pet owners: Since your animals can't talk, you need to be EXTRA CAREFUL. The Operator/Owner may seemed nice but you never knew what's inside of them. I see all these people rating them 5 stars, hello! Only if your pet could talk then you will know the truth.

Bonnie has been "Aunty" to many of my dogs, currently my 2 gentle giants, George and Grace. The care is wonderful and the exercise yard is a bonus for my Irish Wolfhounds. They know and love dogs.

I boarded my puppy there once before now and would not board him anywhere else!! The facilities are clean and well maintained. I love the location, the cost is affordable and the owners/operators are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I was very pleased with their responsiveness and apparent caring for my dog.

I realize that there’s not enough reviews left for this place so I want to put in my 2 cents. I’ve left my GSD to stay at Tradewinds Pet Suites 3 times now and they’ve taken excellent care of him. I’m paranoid of taking him to any other dog boarding place because most places here let all the dogs out at once, like a dog park, and you never know what could happen. At Tradewinds they’ll spend one-on-one time with your pup and let them have as much fun as they can. My boy especially loves one-on-one time more than roaming with other dogs. I highly recommend them. They have military discounts too!

This is a great place to board your dogs (and horses I think). Our dog always is happy and healthy at the end of a trip, they have a good size run and they give the dogs some extra yard time every day.

Sandy is amazing. My dog has some pretty bad anxiety issues that he is on medication for, and I trusted that tradewinds would be able to handle him better than any other kennel. As feared, he did not like when I didn't come back to pick him up on day two. Sandy and Courtney went the extra mile to deal with him and give him special attention. I felt at ease while I was away, knowing he was in capable hands, and was proven right when I got back to pick him up! Mahalo nui loa Sandy!!

I am so last minute with my bookings all the time, and Sandy and her team CONTINUE to find ways to accommodate Koa and me. I cannot speak highly enough of their facilities, their professionals, and most importantly the amount of caring they have for animals. I cannot even count how many times I have use Tradewinds and I will always go back to them for all my boarding needs. Even if you're in Hawaii Kai, the drive is worth the doggie experience. Lexie and Rothko totally enjoyed themselves. I loved seeing them almost every day on Facebook. I wouldn't be able to travel if my dogs were unhappy with their accommodations! They came home totally relaxed. Tradewinds, we will be back!

Linda was a pleasure to work with about scheduling a pet attendant for our very special guest, Harvey. Linda paired us with Kim who was so sweet, very accommodating to our schedule, and took great care of our pup. We had a great meet and greet with Kim and she offered to attend the rehearsal as well. After the wedding ceremony, she took our dog back to our house, fed him dinner, kept him company for bit, and left a wedding card for us to find on the kitchen counter that evening. It meant the world to us for Harvey to attend the ceremony, be our ring bearer, and enjoy his puppy cake at the reception! I couldn’t recommend these lovely people more.

We flew our dog to Oahu with us for our wedding, and then we needed someone to watch her for a few days when we took a “mini moon” to Kauai. We reached out to Waikiki Wags and Linda was so kind and helpful. She paired us with a dog sitter named Heaven, who did an excellent job watching our dog for us. She was communicative and professional, and it was clear that our dog liked her right away. We definitely recommend Waikiki Wags! Thank you for everything!

Linda at Waikiki Wags goes above and beyond in her care for pets. Her absolute love for animals and laser focus with the pets she takes care of is outstanding. Her business is run very professional and she goes out of her way to accommodate. My hairless Chinese crested and Golden retriever mix knock me out of the way when she comes around. Any pet you have will be in supreme care with Waikiki Wags.

I used to drive my dog to a kennel until a friend recommended me to Waikiki Wags. My dog is social but prefers his comfortable home surroundings when I am gone. Thanks to Waikiki Wags I can accommodate him and know that he is in good hands. They feed my dog his specified diet, walk him on his familiar route, and are happy to fulfill any extra instructions. Plus if there is an emergency I can be contacted. I called Waikiki Wags on short notice a couple times and they were very accommodating. The owner (Linda) is very pleasant and she really loves animals. A great service really, and much needed for persons like myself. I know my dog approves because he wags his tail when Linda shows up.

I was in the hospital for back surgery for a week. Linda came twice a day to take care of my cat Toby. He is usually shy around people he doesn't know but I could tell how much he liked Linda from all the pictures she sent. He curled up next to her while she scratched his head. I knew he was happy. Linda did everything I asked her to. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

My friend who used to take care of my pet during my absence left the island so i had to do something since I still travel. Turns out Linda and her company was the best thing that ever happened to my pet (and me). Thank you Linda for all your loving care. Mindy says "meow-ouu" which means "thank you" in cat language.

I would recommend Waikiki Wags to anyone that needs a kind, dependable pet caregiver who has lots of experience and loves animals.
