Dottie-Mae loves Goin' to Grandma's where they treat her like the Diva she is, gets pampered and has fun! It is so nice to have a place we can drop her off and not have a worry about her. They also offer Pick up and drop off we really appreciated having that service when we were not able to take her and pick her up ourselves. We thank everyone at Goin' to Grandma's!

Our dog, Levi, visited “Grandma’s” MANY times over the two years we were stationed at Ft Huachuca. I can’t tell you how reassuring it was to be able to travel and vacation and still know that our dog was in excellent hands. Every time it was time to load up and “visit” our dog’s tail would be wagging with excitement when I mentioned Goin’ to Grandma’s. He attended the day camp while he stayed as well and always came home exhausted so I know he must have played hard and enjoyed his time. The grooming team was also FANTASTIC! Highly recommend using them and looping it in with your dog’s boarding stay….very convenient! Every single employee knew Levi by name and when we showed up they would greet him with enthusiasm. We will really miss this boarding facility now that we have relocated with the military and can only hope and pray that we find a place as great as this at our next location.

We had a tour to determine if we would be using them for an upcoming boarding. It was everything I expected a kennel to be. It was clean and the staff was friendly but that type of environment isn't suitable my dogs.

Our dog loves being there. We are looking for a place to live so he has to be boarded and he is well taken care of. We can see him when we want during hours and we have brought him to the hotel on weekends

Our dog Lucas loves this place as well as we do also we are looking for a home here in Sierra Vista and have yet to find a place. Lucas is well cared for and loved we highly recommend Going to Grandma's

All of the staff at Daycare are kind and love the pups. And my boy, Trooper loves them! You can tell by the smiles on everyone's faces, that it is a happy place. The facilities are immaculate and the care is the best you could ask for. They are the wonderful.

My grandma used to be the owner here over a decade ago, probably longer, so I have fond memories of this place. We recently revisited and were amazed by it's growth! The current owners have such kind hearts and take amazing care of the animals. Definitely proud of them!

We decided to try out Creature Comforts this holiday season instead of boarding our pup for a week. I was skeptical about allowing strangers into my home while I was away, but after meeting the care takers I was reassured that we made the right decision. It was clear that the Creature Comforts staff really cares about animals and they give your pet the same care and interaction that you would yourself. The daily updates and pictures via text were very nice to keep us aware of how our pup was doing. The service doesn't cost much more than a kennel and you get the assurance that your pet will not be locked up and ignored while you are away. These guys are great!

We have been using Creature Comforts for two years now and I couldn't be more happy with this service! Sherry and her staff are dependable and have come numerous times on very short notice for us. They take such great care of our pets and home. Our dogs generally are shy and unsure of new people, and they LOVE Sherry and her staff! They always send pictures and videos while we are out, and are so quick to respond to me every time. I really cannot say enough good things about this service. It is rare to be 100% satisfied with a service and we definitely are with Creature Comforts!!

Creature Comforts has always provided excellent care and service to all our pets. I have used them for a couple of years now, for the long weekend trip to a 12 day cruise to Alaska and have never worried about my pets. We have a senior dog, who is shy and a feral cat who have responded happily with every visit. I called them a day before a trip with an elderly cat that needed extra care and they came over to review the new care instructions and left us with peace of mind that our babies are being cared for. I appreciate the daily updates and if there are questions they have never hesitated to contact us immediately and I have always been able to get any question/problem resolved quickly. When on vacation I love getting pictures of my fur babies it makes my day and over time even the shyest pets have responded to the team at Creature Comforts, so glad my babies can stay in the comfort of their own home when I'm away. Highly recommend them for pet care services.

Creature Comforts has been AMAZING for us, and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, they are that good. I am a very picky pet parent, and I've worked in dog boarding and daycare before. Based on my experience, I'm not always a fan of how these facilities are managed, so I'm very wary of them. In addition, two of my three dogs aren't huge fans of boarding or daycare in general, so we've been trying to use pet sitters for the past few years when we don't just travel with our dogs. When I found Creature Comforts online, they answered all my (detailed) questions and really made me feel comfortable with their knowledge and experience. They insisted on meeting my dogs ahead of time (a must for my shy dog) and touring our home so they knew where everything was. I love that they use a key lock box for getting into my home, I just put it out whenever they are coming and it feels much more secure then leaving my keys somewhere. I also love the LeashTime booking service, it makes it so easy for me to change my dogs' profiles (when they change meds and stuff), book appointments quickly, and pay invoices. The absolute best part of their service, however, is the text check-ins, where they send me texts, pictures, and videos of my dogs while they are there. I NEVER had to worry that my dogs were upset that I was gone, I could tell they were having a blast! And the check-ins enabled me to make emergency changes to my plans once or twice when I couldn't get home at the time I thought I would. I'm a little worried that my dogs like Sherry and Shayna (my most frequent sitters) more than they do me now, based on their overly exuberant greetings when they see them. I am so sad that we are moving away, I'm really hoping I can find a service that compares in our new home!

I was so happy to find Sherry when we were preparing for our vacation this year. The experience couldn't have been better! Sherry and Katie took excellent care of our pets while we were away. We received daily texts/photos/videos of our furry children which put our minds at ease. They were excited to see us come home, but a little part of me thinks they really miss Katie and Sherry too. :) We highly recommend this amazing service from these fantastic people. They truly love your pets and treat them like their own. Thank you for a wonderful, worry-free vacation! We will definitely be using them again!

Sherry, Ayla, and Rose took wonderful care of our 3 dogs while we were out of town! I cannot express how comforting it was knowing that our babies were at home in familiar surroundings and not in a kennel. I've kenneled them before, and after using Creature Comforts services, will never go back to that again. They kept in constant communication with us with texts, photos, and videos. It made our stay away from home even more relaxing knowing that they were well taken care of, loved, and happy in their own home. Thank you so very much Creature Comforts!

If we could give the Creature Comforts team 10 out of 5 - we would! They are outstanding! When our sweet but shy puppy became very ill they stepped up to make sure she got the vet care she needed. Their personal attention and good natured improvisation when she evaded her cone was brilliant. Sarah and Larrysa are wonderful - caring, smart, resourceful, tolerant and reliable what more could one ask for. Sherry is professional, practical and absolutely reliable, right on top of unexpected situations taking them in her stride in a calm and good natured manner. We cannot recommend them highly enough and are very grateful we decided to employ their services for in home care of our 2 dogs and one cat.

My husband and I wanted to sneak away for 3 nights in July but with our two dogs, a cat, bird and 3 feral cats.... it is very difficult to do. We heard about Creature Comforts from friends who have used Sherry in the past and spoke very highly of her business. We live 90 miles north of Sierra Vista and I thought this would never work out. I called Sherry and low and behold she had a wonderful team member Theresa who was able to drive up and live in our house for the entire time we were away. I don't think I can say enough about Theresa. The photos and texts she sent were so comforting and my constant need for updates were never an issue. For the entire time we were away I truly felt at peace. Arriving home we found everything in ship shape, dogs were smiling, bird was clean cat was sleeping and ferrules were busy with their daily activities. So to complete this review I would pass on this message. If you are looking for someone to watch over your four legged children or even feather friend, I would highly recommend Creature Comforts. Put your mind and heart at peace with Sherry and her team, I know they will exceed your expectations.....they did ours.

Creature Comforts does an amazing job - they are flexible, very hard working, great communicators - I can relax when I'm away and they are on the job. Plus their prices are very reasonable. I have a 15 year old mastiff, a blind healer, and three other dogs, so they're fairly high maintenance but Sherry & Katie take care of them as if they were their own dogs. Highly recommended!!!

We've had MJ watch our dogs a few times, to include one who can be a bit challenging. She handles him with a deft hand, and is reliable, kind, and very clearly an animal lover. I am very comfortable leaving our fur babies in her care. She goes above and beyond! I have referred her to friends and will continue to do so. She is a great pet sitter, highly recommend!

MJ was a wonderful person to have when my bf, dog, and I moved down to Sierra Vista for work. She was able to let my dog out on a schedule and when I needed her unplanned, she was able to deliver. Thor is going to miss her for sure. If you need a pet sitter, dog walker, or animal caregiver, MJ is your gal!

MJ is a wonderful person and very experienced pet sitter. I have to travel outside Sierra Vista every day and prefer to have someone look after my dog. MJ is the right person for this but she also waters my lovely plants who also need care.

We have now used Tail Topia twice and it will be our boarding spot always. Willie has a great time there. The add-on packages are awesome. I love receiving the pictures and updates via text. The staff is friendly and helpful. I know that Willie is safe and taken care of while we’re away.

Staff treated our dog very well during his first ever 4 day stay. I highly recommend this place for your dogcare needs; both short and long term stays. Ouŕ dog rolled in the dirt just before his scheduled stay. They managed a shampoo for him with the groomer the very next day. I'm sure his stay was more comfortable after his shampoo. They definitely look out for the needs of your pet. I give much thanks for their care and kindness to my dog during his stay.

First of all...staff was so friendly & answered my questions. This was my first time having to board my pet. I'm having to board my pet again, so I will definitely use this place again.

Our Labrador had his first experience at daycare last week and really enjoyed playing with other high energy dogs. We made an unannounced visit prior to booking an appointment and the staff was friendly, gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. The facility is very clean. The staff gave us progress updates and even texted us this picture! We will definitely be repeat customers.

I can not say enough good things about this service company!! We all know that our love for our animals makes us very critical of the boarding facilities that are available to us and our beloved pets....Tailtopia is top notch! I highly recommend them to you and your pets. The facility is so clean, staff knows your pet by their first name which makes me so happy, I stroll in whenever my schedule allows to use their self bathing department and the girls are always so very helpful and friendly. Don't think twice and hire them to care for your pets!! =)

Love Love Love this place! Couldn't be happier taking my little Sedona to play and socialize with Nicole and her awesome staff. The play areas (both inside and out are huge), the building itself is spacious and clean, and the staff are always pleasant and courteous. My dog comes home happy AND exhausted (a good tired) from all that play and socializing she does with the other doggy day care attendees. I have absolute trust and faith that Nicole and her staff will always lookout for my dogs well being and comfort. Tailtopia's rates are reasonable and the place is FANTASTIC! Can't stay enough good about it! Stop in, say hello and check the place out for yourself...You won't be disappointed!

Tailtopia is the best boarding house I have ever taken my dogs. Over the years, I have boarded my fur babies in California, Texas and Arizona. They are really pet people and it shows. They seem to go above and beyond what others do. My babies came home happy and smelling good as did the blanket I left with them. I'd rate them higher than 5 if I could. 🤗

TailTopia is such a wonderful place! I’ve used other local kennels and nothing compares to the personal service and caring employees at TailTopia. I wouldn’t leave my pup in anyone else’s hands. Cuddles and play time, Facebook updates with pictures, great prices and the employees always seem to be so happy to be there. The biggest difference between TailTopia and other facilities is the transparency. You see EVERYTHING… where your pet stays, plays, etc. Some of the bigger kennels in the area don’t even offer the ability to really see “behind the curtain” of where the pets are in a detailed tour. I use their daycare and boarding and my dogs actually look forward to going. When I’m getting ready to leave for work my dog is AT THE DOOR, tail wagging, because he knows he is going to “school” and is just ready to get in that car and GO! He doesn’t even look back when I leave… it’s a great feeling to know your little ones are being cared for without worry.

We have been taking our dog to Animal Watchers for a couple years now for long weekend stays as well as multi-week vacations. Everything has always went well with drop-offs and pick-ups and our dog seems to not mind staying here. When we have been away on multi-week vacations they will text pics of our dog letting us know she is doing well. On one occasion when we were delayed for four days due to flight issues they graciously extended the stay and took care of providing the extra food. Compared to other local kennels their pricing is very competitive.

Peanut has been there about 3 times. She is part Pit and is reactive and there has been no issues. This last time was even better because we were told that she ate more of her food than the last time, which is great news 👍. The price is very reasonable. I would recommend this place. Pretty obvious these people don’t treat for ticks or know anything about cleanliness. Place is super dirty. The worst part is, I get my two dogs home after leaving them here a couple weeks, and pulled a combined 24 ticks off the dogs, 19 of which came off of my 7 month old puppy. Still finding them around my house and whatever ones I missed on the dogs. Now I get to go spend more money to have bloodwork done on them to make sure they didn’t contract some kind of disease. Won’t leave my dogs here again.

Michelle is an excellent groomer. She tells you when to come back for your pet, usually an hour. My dog loves her.

Animal watchers took care of my three dogs for nearly a three year period. My wife and I have been completely satisfied every single time! Mary and her staff have did a great job with daily doggy day care days all the way up to two weeks of boarding. I highly recommend. They are military friendly as well!

This is the third time we have left Rylee with Animal Watchers. We have been happy and comfortable leaving him there. And Rylee always gets excited when we pull into the gate, and heads to the door as soon as we open the vehicle door. So it does appear that he's happy to be there too. Today when I asked Tabby if we could tour the kennels and grounds (we had never asked that before) she said sure. The reason I mention that is because in the last 13 years with Rylee and I was looking for a boarding place whenever we moved to a new area I was told by most of them that tours were by appointment only. That has always made me wonder what they were hiding that they required a scheduled appointment. Tabby did not hesitate for a second when I threw it at her this morning, even seemed proud and excited to show us the facilities. Which we were impressed by as well. Plus its a good feeling knowing I can leave my 14 year old lab with Animal Watchers and that I know he is well taken care of.

I have used them several times to board my 2 giant dogs. My female hates men, but absolutely love thier staff, I don't know how they did it but she loves going there!!!! I 100% recommend to anyone needing boarding services!

I've been here quite a few times with my Danes. They are always very nice and just adore my Great Danes. They will put your pups in kennels together if they're used to that and it also saves money. One evening I had an emergency and I called to see if they could take my dogs in after hours. They were so nice about it. They we're willing to stay late just to accommodate me in my time of need. However, we left so late I felt bad making them wait that long so I told them nevermind. The thought that they would've stayed just to help me will keep me as a forever customer! The prices are great, the place is clean and my dogs are always happy and healthy.

Animal Watchers are the BEST!!! We having been boarding with them since 2010. They are professional and Conscientious. Their location is perfect for anyone going to Tucson Airport as it on the way. Just a 1/2 mile from Rte 90. Just Perfect! We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, now, that we board. Our last boarding, our deceased dog was very ill and Animal Watchers took care of her while we were gone. She actually was better when we returned. We credit Mary and her employees for this turn around that gave us another 3 weeks with her. Our dogs are always excited when I turn in to Animal Watchers yard- They know they going on vacation and that they be happy & safe, just as we know they'll be happy & safe. The cats reaction- they're cats what more can be said! Animal Watchers are the BEST!!!

These ladies are absolutely awesome! We're fairly new to town and decided to try and plan a last minute weekend away. I called them the day of and they were able to fit me in and were more than happy to make arrangements to make sure my 4 pups were taken care of! They did a phenomenal job at caring for for them and communicating with me!

Nikki was fantastic with our fur babies! Typically when we get home, we can tell our babies were stressed, but they seemed completely at ease! Nikki even noticed it was trash pick-up in our neighborhood and brought the trash bin to the curb. Nikki went above and beyond caring for our babies and home. She put us at ease with daily pictures as well!

We have used AZ Creature Comforts twice now and can recommend them wholeheartedly. Mayra has done most of the visits for us & she has sent us daily reports with photos of our pets. We can tell she enjoys caring for and playing with them and knowing that makes it a lot easier to leave them at home when the situation calls for it. We trust the folks at AZ Creature Comforts and know that they love their work and will provide our pets with loving kindness while we are away!

New to town we had no one to care for our two cats when we needed to leave home for a week. We love them and didn't want to risk their safety and health. We searched the web and decided to contact Sherry. Along with Carissa, they came ahead to meet us and the cats. They spent significant time and took a lot of notes. We felt comfortable so we booked a daily visit for play time and necessities. During the week we were updated daily with excellently detailed reports including the best photos. We loved it. Our family was being cared for to a high degree. It helped so much in our being able to relax and enjoy our trip. Upon return there were no surprises and the cats were relaxed and healthy. We highly recommend and will use this service again.

I have absolutely no bad or even critical things to say about Creature Comforts. I stumbled upon them when my family was going to go on a long vacation. I only saw good reviews of them and it is honestly deserved. They introduce themselves when you schedule your first sitting and they get to know your pets. They take photos and give great detail in emails whenever they make their visits. They keep the pets areas clean and will play with them. Because we have a shy kitty, a few months ago we decided to seek in-home care for him, as opposed to a boarding facility. Creature Comforts was recommended, so we decided to give them a try. We have scheduled their services twice now, and quickly learned that Sherry and her team are nothing short of amazing. Our shy little guy came out from his hiding place for both Patty and Kathlyn during their very first visit with him--he ate his food, and they were even able to engage him in play. They have taken fantastic care of him, and even sent us texts and videos daily while he was in their care. Because he was happy, we were happy parents, and very much at east regarding his care, during our times away from him. Do not hesitate to contact Creature Comforts to care for your pet(s). They are affordable, reliable, and very caring ladies. They will treat your pet like family; they are simply the best!

We have two rescue dogs that are rather particular about who comes into our house. We didn't want to take them to a kennel because they've both been to a shelter. For the past two years we've just taken our dogs with us and worked meals around what we could either eat in the hotel or at a pet safe patio. It was a difficult way to travel. Carissa came over a few days before we left on our trip and met our dogs. She was very patient and confident. Our dogs love her. Every day we got pictures of our pups outside and on walks with a detailed trip report. It was awesome! Now we feel like we can travel more often becasue we have a reliable service for our doggos.

From requesting sitting days and times to many available care options, and daily pictures and updates on my pets...from start to finish this is a first class professional business. 2 YEARS OF PHENOMENAL SERVICE. I am active duty Army and I have been a client of creature comforts since October 2016. THEY ARE VERY FLEXIBLE. They supported me with last minute visits due to mission demands, vacations, and even supported my foster while I was deployed for nine months. Tango and Oscar went on dog walks daily and had dog park trips every Friday while I was at work. Last minute potty breaks when I worked late. They provided shuttle services to and from the groomer when needed. AND! I received an email and report and photo attached to every. single. visit!!! they had with Tango and Oscar. They highlighted unusual behaviors and even were candid and professional enough to voice concerns about my foster while I was deployed. The attention to my boys kept them safe and healthy. AZ Creature Comforts is a business, but treated my boys like family members. For that I am forever grateful. I hope to find a service remotely close to what they provided me when I move on to my next duty station. If you are considering other services in the area, don't!

They are very well organized and easy to communicate with, both during consultation/scheduling and actual visits. They are clearly passionate about animals and their work. Before my trip, I felt very well informed and very comfortable leaving my pupper in their care for a weekend away. During my trip, I was very happy with the frequent, detailed updates. Lisa has become our go to for grooming and boarding. She sends updates with pictures every day. Its obvious she has a passion for what she does. We feel 100% confident our dogs are in good hands whenever we have to board them. 10/10 recommend.

We had a great experience here. This was our first time taking our little one here. The owners really show they care for animals and care for yours like their own. I know little Macie can get excited but they did a great job with her and we will definately be back. The boarding facilities look great as well and we plan on boarding our dogs here next time! Lisa and her husband are great. They are professional, friendly and courteous. Their place is clean and their kennels are awesome. Each kennel has its own little house for the dogs. They can lounge out on the shaded concert pad or go inside their little house for some air conditioning comfort. Each kennel is fenced in as well as fencing around a group of four kennels. Extra security to keep your pet safe and wild critters out. Her pricing for grooming is affordable and she does a nice job to boot. We have been taking our Pomeranian to her for two years now. I would highly recommend them for grooming and boarding. You cannot go wrong with these lovely people. I cannot say enough good things about them. Go, it is worth it.

Ms. Lisa is very passionate about the dogs that stay here. She is quick to respond via text or phone. The facility is clean, lots of space for the pups to run around and a great price. I don’t feel bad about leaving Grizz here because I know she’s going to take care of him like I do. It’s a little off the beaten path but it is absolutely in the country and we love it! Lisa is the best dog groomer in town but schedule your dog ASAP cause she's booking a month out,my snoodle just loves going to see her. I highly recommend her she also does dog boarding.

Trimmed and filed my dogs nails.. She's very good! Friendly! Patient with my BIG husky-great-pyrenese! Allowed me to stay with my dog.. (Sassy was anxious).. Even found a sore (possible thorn) between my dog's toes! Sassy has been favoring L. Front paw. (I thought arthritis) Price WAY less then others had quoted! I found a treasure in Lisa's Country Grooming!

Lisa and her husband are Wonderful people. Very hospitable and friendly. They are my permanent groomer and sitter. They just built doggy hotels that are completely covered and have a.c and heating. They stay separated from other dogs which is great because my dogs are anti social....lol Highly recommended!

The nicest people ever, they actually care for your animals, did a wonderful job, I have a husky, and when i used other places I have taken him to get groomed he wasn't happy when I picked him up, and still was shedding. It took lisa's an hour and his breath, and coat, and feet were spotless. He was still the jollyest dog ever. They are less expensive also. Wonderful job. I live 2.5 hrs away, and I will keep bringing him here.

We always loved taking our dog to the boarding here, but that has all changed. Since it was sold, it's quickly going down hill. It is so sad to watch. We will never board our dog, Munchkin, there again. Maybe someday things will straighten up at Anasazi. If Anasazi had not turned out to be such a bad place, we never would have found an amazing place for our dog. He now is with other dogs and even 3 cats, has a large grass yard, doesn't have to be in a cage all day, and gets a lot of love and attention. He loves it, and we are very happy. We now have peace about leaving him at this new place.

We use this place every time we travel. And we travel frequently from as. Few as a 2 or 3 day stay to a 7 or 8 day stay, they take great care of the dog. He always seems excited to go and always seems to make friends

I tried some other groomers in town that have clipped to close and caused my baby girl to bleed. This is a wonderful caring groomers. ❤ July 21, 2022 Just took Pixie to get pampered. Decided to get full package with a cute mixed safe colored tail to boot. Only $65 total for blueberry eye stain scrub wash, pampered and all. You have to come here. My Pixie has always been treated with true ❤ for pets by all the staff here. Thanks guys!

Not a fan of how the dogs are kept in their runs most of the day. We picked up our dogs after 2 weeks of being out of town and they smelled awful. I don’t think they get enough outdoor breaks and a lot of the animals use the potty in the runs. Not sure we’d board here again.

I take my Chihuahua there to get his nails trimmed and get Dental Biscuits for my Boxers. Everyone there is super nice , friendly and helpful

I really like the vet I saw. The people there were very nice. My kitty Sierra had an infection and they did some blood work and gave me some meds to give her. It will be one week tomorrow and she's doing great. Thanks for taking such good care of my dear kitty Sierra.

I would not recommend this kennel for boarding. I brought my dog’s food for her stay, labeled the plastic containers, instructed the kennel staff about her feeding, and saw him place containers in refrigerator. When I picked her up, staff told me she ate “pretty good” but had no idea where containers were when I asked for them back. I suggested she look in refrigerator and they were still in there with completely full contents of food. My dog had diarrhea for 2 days after her stay most likely due to being fed (or not fed at all?) food she is not used to eating. Kennel seems dirty, dark, and staff not attentive or very caring, I sent an email to them to give them a chance to respond to my concerns, but never heard back. I imagine the staff just deleted my email.

My little dog Odie is very afraid of strangers. But the staff here is fantastic with him. When I brought him home after being bathed and groomed today, he was so mellow and relaxed. It was great seeing him happy and relaxed.

This would be my dogs 3rd time going here, both times prior to his 3rd we have never had an issue. However, this time around was a complete disaster, prior to picking our dog up we called to check in. Update given he is fine and doing well, we picked our dog up and he was covered in his own feces, has loose stood and bed was thrown out due to “eating it”. When I called Today and spoke with Dana she didn’t have a care in the world as to what was going on with our dog. Stated that he was experiencing “ anxiety“ this was the first we heard of this. Fast forward to now (24hrs since pick up) he is still experiencing loose stood, very weak, can’t eat and I’m forcing him to drink water with a baby syringe to keep hydrated. He has an appointment tomorrow with a different vet but the way he is acting and looking I’m not sure he is going to make it.

This Vet is on in a million. For the past 20 years they have taken care of over 8 of our family pets. Never a problem getting in and handling any pet health issues. Lovely people!

At-Home Kennels took great care of our two little dogs over a week long vacation in June. From the beginning, when we made our advance reservations through vaccination check and drop off, we were had great customer service from different staff (phone, email and in person). Dalton, the manager, was especially efficient, kind and responsive. While away we asked for a photo to see how the dogs were doing and within 48 hours we had a photos. The facility is very clean and the dogs that are there look well taken care of. The community room was cool and while our dogs initially were afraid when we left them, by the time we picked them up they were perky and wagging their tails. Highly recommend their services and like that vaccinations are required.

Had to board my dog ( Bear ) for the first time, and from trying to make the reservation to getting Bears paperwork together , the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I wasn't sure what to expect , and they put me at ease by sending pictures and updates of how Bear was adjusting, and his activities on that day . I was able to do what I needed to do and rest assured that Bear was in Great hands. They even got him to excersice! The staff went above and beyond to make Bear's stay with them as comfortable as possible. When we picked him up he looked and smelled great ! We had scheduled a grooming before pickup and will definitely be back !!! Can't beat the rates and the service is INCREDIBLE! THANK YOU AT HOME KENNELS !!!!

This is a fantastic place! I dropped my fur kiddo off before I went on a 3 week much needed vacation. Staff was very kind, caring, attentive, patient, and gave the doggo a lot of love. They allowed for visitors to show up, with my permission, and spend time with my dog. During his stay I called frequently for updates and was provided pictures, one of which is attached below. My dog was kept clean, his paws still pink when I picked him up. If I had one minor complaint it would be their phone system. The menu doesn’t have an option to check the status of a pet who is currently boarding so I would have to select option 3 which is making a boarding appointment. I would recommend having an option for general questions/speak to a staff member. I will definitely be using At-Home Kennels again, no wonder it is so highly rated and always very busy! To At-Home Kennels, thank you for taking care of my furkiddo!

If i could id give them 10 stars i would. They took such good care of our girl.while she was on vacation for a week. She got her walks and rec time and she even got a bubble bath and brush out we could even see her toes. The staff was awesome friendly and you could tell they all enjoy and like what they do you could tell she was well cared for. Shes got a vacation hot spot which is a huge relief for us but i think she may just put up with car trips now. She likes to drive. Thank you thank.you

We really appreciate At-Home Kennels and their care for our German Shepherd. They have a clean and comfortable place for all dogs, a groomer and affordable prices. We don't travel a ton right now, but I can say that when we do, I don't even have to second guess where we'll board our dog. The location is convenient for us when flying out of Tucson or even flying out of Phoenix, because we can drop her off as we pass through Tucson on our way to Phoenix. On our most recent trip, our dog looked really good! She had a spa day the day before we picked her up. Also, I have to give a shout out to the staff... Dalton, Danielle, Colin and all others... they're super nice and helpful and very responsive via email (my preference for communication when traveling). I highly recommend At-Home Kennels!

Wonderful atmosphere for dog training! Rather than on the floor inside a big chain pet store. So different! Thank you Jenny for all of your help! We look forward to working with you and other trainers to help our Lab become my hearing/mobility service dog. So excited!!

Always a great experience whenever we have to travel and board the doggos. Colin and the rest of the team remember unique traits and behaviors of the pups and interact with them accordingly. We appreciate At-Home so much and will continue to use their excellent services.

My old dog comes home from AtHome happy and healthy every time. Warm staff and great rates. These are my key metrics for 5stars and will keep coming back. Note that aesthetics are mid and no monitoring cameras...just not as important to me.

My dog has been going to At-Home Kennels for about two years now, and they've been incredible. The prices are unbeatable (especially for grooming), the staff is friendly, and the community room for small dogs is awesome. My pup is always excited to board and then excited to see me at the end. Wholeheartedly recommend!

We’ve utilized Constance’s services twice so far, and have two additional upcoming reservations with her. She takes the worry out of our dog being well taken care of while we’re out of town. Her rates are more than reasonable and her site is clean and large and makes our dog feel right at home.

My dog loved it here. He's a rescue with some people and dog hesitation. He immediately opened up to Constance. My pup made a new friend before I could finish the paperwork. He was thrilled. That told me that he was in the right place for boarding.

A real game changer!! Having 7 dogs and cats keeps me from leaving town because there is no way I can afford to board them all. Now, I can travel and afford it. Plus, my pets are comfortable in their own home. Her pricing is very reasonable. I have elderly animals, sick animals and a couple aggressive dogs and Constance with Paws-A-Moment handled it like a Pro!! They all have to be fed different food, in different amounts, with lots of medicines and supplements. She completely handled it. I wrote the feeding directions down so a 3rd grader could understand them. I felt stupid after I met Constance because she's highly intelligent and is a natural at her job. She loves animals and has patience. She even watered my plants, cleaned the cat litter and kept the mountain of dog hair on the floor cleaned up. Paws-A-Moment in Rio Rico changed my life. Now I can have a life!! THANK YOU:)
