Found Paws Galore online and sent an enquiry. From the first email response Kacey and the team have been fantastic. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had Jenny as our cat sitter for our two elderly (16&17 yo) cats. Jenny took time to understand their routines and needs. One of our cats has hypothyroid and Jenny was great at making sure our cat took her tablets and ensuring they had play time and strokes both morning and evening. I felt relaxed while we were away and I would recommend this company. Jenny also sent regular pics and updates and our cats seemed super happy in her care. Thank you team! I’m hugely grateful to Kacey and Brenda who looked after our cat over the summer for 2 weeks. This was the first time we’d used a cat sitter; we thought it was a better option for him to stay at home than to go to a cattery. Kacey’s service and prompt and organised; She found a sitter quickly and the booking process is very easy to follow. Brenda is a conscientious cat sitter, who did an amazing job looking after our cat, particularly as it was a lot of work getting him to eat for the first few days. She was very solutions oriented. Brenda kept us updated with texts and images so we knew he was safe, which meant we could get on and enjoy the holiday. By the end Brenda was his best friend and we came home to healthy and very loved little cat. Thank you Brenda!

We had a very good experience with Paws Galore. Brenda, our cat sitter, looked well after Artù. She took good care of him and sent many updates to us. We really appreciated when she managed to go last minute even if it was not planned in advance! Super happy with the service :)

I recommend! Lila came to care for my cat 2x a day for a few days while I was on a work trip, she sent me updates and pictures. When I came back my cat seemed happy (whereas previously she would be grumpy if I left her alone overnight..)

I needed a cat sitter pretty last minute because my usual company dropped the ball. I called Paws Galore thinking it would be the first of several calls to find an available pet sitter. I spoke to Kacey and she was very nice and understanding straight away. She assured me she could find a cat sitter and made me feel at ease. Within a few hours, I had a sitter assigned. The cat sitter contacted us quickly and was very communicative from then on. She made arrangements to come get the keys and meet our cats the next day. We took out trip and the sitter sent photos and detailed messages each day. She really went above and beyond when she came to visit the cats. She was really great! I am so glad that I found Paws Galore. I feel much more secure about leaving my cats with Paws Galore after one time than I did with the other company after years of using them. I've used Pets Galore now a couple of times and have had a great experience both times. My cats are fairly timid around new people and so I was apprehensive about leaving them in a total strangers' hands, but Kacey couldn't have been more supportive and understanding - especially since I had been let down very last minute by another company whose service was clearly 2nd rate. I was paired with Michelle, who as soon as I met her, made me feel much more relaxed. Her natural calmness and chilled demeanour clearly filtered down to the cats and I could see through my daily updates that they were perfectly happy - meaning I was also happy whilst on holiday! Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens). Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.

My standard dachshund has been going for over a year. She leaps from her bed whenever they show up for pickup. She is always excited to spend a day with other dogs and comes home happy and exhausted. The staff is responsive and helpful via email. Scheduling on their app is easy. I love getting the updates from the team on chime showing my dog playing with her friends. They are kind, helpful, and professional. Their services have been a real life saver.

We take our 6 month puppy here once a week and he loves it. We get regular updates of our puppy and his new friends and the owners/staff are really friendly and inviting. They also do checks to make sure the dogs are fully vaccinated etc make sure all the dogs in their care are friendly. Our puppy is very tired when he gets home after a full day of socialising with all the other wonderful dogs in Great and Small Dog Care. Very happy and would definitely recommend ☺️

I can't recommend Great and Small Dog Care highly enough. My dog was very happy and well cared for attending daycare on a weekly basis for over a year. Never an issue and always responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Obviously the priority was for my dog to be happy and cared for but also as a single busy professional the peace of mind knowing that he was ok whilst I was at the office made my life that much easier. I am no longer living in London which is the only reason he no longer attends....although I did ask if they would collect him from my place of work so he could continue with them but unfortunately (yet understandably) we are now outside the catchment area :)

Molly has been going to Great and Small Dog Care for almost 4 years. She is always happy and excited when picked up and enjoys her time with the other dogs. We’ve found the service reliable and trustworthy, with genuine dog lovers.

My dog Pickles, the dachshund, has been going to daycare here typically once a week for over a year and a half. She is excited to go and see her other pup friends, play, and go on walks. The daycare usually sends a photo and update during her stay which we really like receiving. We utilise their drop off service in the evening which is helpful since we can’t always get away from work to do pick-up. The only thing we would prefer is if the hours were a little bit longer. Overall, great experience!

BEWARE. I am writing this here to save others the pain that I, and my partner, have endured at the hands of this organisation. We looked to move our dog from a previous daycare to a closer one for work-reasons and found Great and Small Dog Care through Google. There were nothing but issues from the start. Our dog would often come home with the wrong lead, missing bag and once injured from 'walks' with other dogs. We also kept in contact with the company hoping issues would be rectified as we spent more time getting to know the staff. This is where the issue lies. The staff turnover is high and the dependence on individual contractors means different people looking after the dogs each day. The dogs do not seem to be in safe hands. Case in point, our dog was dropped off at our apartment most recently and not securely placed in his crate as requested in the notes. The excuse given was the member of staff was an individual contractor and had not read the notes. Our dog unfortunately got out and damaged property (shoes and upholstery) as well as spreading mud over the apartment. We were left astonished at the lack of communication around this and attempted to call the dog-care centre to discuss how best to move forward. We were met with what one can only describe as severe aggression and apathy. I feel compelled to warn others about this dishonesty and sheer unkindness of this business and for reference have added photos to this review showing in blue our message to the dog-care and, in white, their response. We are in utter disbelief that any human, let alone business, would find it acceptable to speak to another in such a manner. They have threatened in their reply with anger in place of looking to resolve any issue we had. They do not answer telephone calls as is stated in their e-mail below, and they will certainly not look to rectify any issues that arise. BEWARE. Stay safe and avoid this business at all costs. I am more than happy to be contacted by anyone who might also have experienced issues with this daycare (as it seems this is not a sole incident with us) or anyone thinking about placing their dog in the care of this company. We have luckily saved all our correspondence and photos of the incidents raised with the organisation and would be happy to share.

Our dog Barbara the Whippet is always so excited when she gets picked up by Great and Small Dog Care. Also when she sees one of the dog walkers in the park she always has a waggy tail. So it's 5 stars from her! She is always very tired when she comes home after a day of playing! It is really convenient. So simple to book her in for any one off additional days. They are reliable.

Our puppy Floki, attends a couple of days a week and it's the highlight of the week for her. she absolutely loves spending time there and playing with the other dogs. The team are great, very friendly and communicative. I love the pics and videos throughout the day and knowing our pup is in such safe hands is such a relief. Would definitely recommend.

Great and Small Dog Care are wonderful, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My dog Luna has been going to daycare several times a week for 8 months now, and she absolutely loves it. She's excited when she gets picked up in the mornings, and the times when I drop her off, she can't wait to go in. When Luna suffered an injury while on a walk with me, they checked in to see how she was doing and were understanding of her needs. In addition, communication during and about appointments is excellent (I love the pictures I get during the day), and they're accommodating of reasonable schedule changes. Luna and I are so happy that we've found them!

My corgi puppy Nugget has been attending dog day care for the past 3 months. The team is fantastic, Nugget can’t wait to be picked up in the morning and gets super excited when they arrive. I regularly receive photos and videos and updates of Nugget playing with other dogs. I highly recommend the day care services we couldn’t have asked for a better daycare in the area! Thank you! Charlie did a phenomenal job with our two pet rabbits! I was going on vacation for two weeks and I did extensive research to find the best pet hotel for my babies. Charlie went above and beyond with them. She made sure there was always lots of play time and provided beautiful photos when I asked for updates. She also helped clip their names and groom them! It was also super reassuring knowing my bunnies had access to A/C during the London summer heat! Have already rebooked for some future vacations but I can’t think of anyone better to have look after my bunnies ❤️

I often leave my rabbit, Robin, with Charlie when I go away as I know he will be in safe hands! He's been coming to A Furry World, for a few years now and seems to enjoy himself on his little adventures. I love that Charlie sends picture updates of what he's up to, and provides that extra bit of reassurance as an experienced animal carer. I always know that Robin is being well looked after, and he gets the added benefit of playing in the garden sometimes, which must be a real treat as don't have access to one at home! Highly recommend :)

Charlie was absolutely brilliant. She looked after our Hamster Nibbles while we were on holiday and we had complete peace of mind that he was being very well cared for. She sent regular pictures to us and always responded quickly to any communication. Would 100% recommend her to look after your pets!

My Guinea pigs love it there! Since finding Charlie I would not leave my piggies anywhere else, they are extremely well looked after and always come home happy and relaxed. Charlie would send pictures and updates to let me know how the piggies were getting on which helped me relax and enjoy my time away. Highly recommend by me and piggies :)

Charlie looks after both of my bunnies when we go away, she takes excellent care of them. I actually think they don’t want to come home! Communication is great and we receive photos and videos of the bunnies whilst away which is lovely. Gives me peace of mind to leave them in safe hands.

Charlie at A Furry World is an absolute godsend! I have now used her pet sitting services for my bunny babies three times in the last year - most recently for 11 days whilst travelling. Charlie is professional, caring and a genuine pet lover. She keeps you updated with how your pet is doing through emails and photos and puts the wellbeing of your pet at the forefront - confidently escalating any health concerns where necessary. My bunnies love her and I would happily use her services again in the future.

Furry World provided our bunny a caring and loving environment for the duration of it's stay with them. The proprietor is friendly, communicative and clearly cares a lot about the little creatures. We received regular updates on the rabbit's exploits including photos, which gave further assurance the bunny was having a cracking holiday away us:) Highly recommended !

I used A Furry World for my rabbit for a 2 week stay for the first time recently. Charlie was very helpful and full of knowledge. From the first time I spoke to her I knew that leaving my pet eith her would be a very safe bet. I received regular updates on how he was throughout my holiday and Charlie was very flexible on drop off and pick up times. After picking my bun back up it was so obvious he had been treated with so much love. He was very relaxed, calm and happy and I knew he had had a great little trip away. I would absolutely use a Furry World again and would recommend it to anyone, especially anyone who is usually reluctant to leave their pet. I feel very confident that he was treated like Charlie's own and received as much love and care as I would give him myself. So grateful for their service!!

We had a six week training plan for our Labrador Rory. Liam was always punctual and our dog definitely responded well to the training. Rory was only 8 months old at the time but we had every confidence in Liam's training techniques. I would definitely recommend his services.

Liam has been fantastic from day 1! It was reassuring to see a connection between Liam and Dexter (GSP/American Bulldog) develop very early on. We have 2 regular walks per week and I can confidently say that these are Dexter’s favourite days! He has recently taken our new rescue under his wing too - a nervous dog who doesn’t usually warm to people so quickly. Liam has shown such love and care over the past 14 months and has gone above and beyond in helping us out when we’ve had to be away from home for long hours during the day. There’s even been one or two sleepovers! Reliable, flexible, genuine and kind…Liam is truly worth his weight in gold.

Liam has been waking my dogs for about a year now. They always are super excited to see him and come back from their walks content and tired! They’ve gradually become a little better on the lead, their recall is stronger and their interactions with other dogs have also become a lot better. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Liam has worked with, house-sat, and walked my rescue dog Lupo for over a year - pretty much since I got him. As a dog with many issues, he can’t really be left with anyone inexperienced, so his time with Liam is a great relief for me. Lupo absolutely adores Liam, and friends who see them out often tell me how engaged Liam is with him. Liam clearly adores his pack - even giving Lupo a birthday card and regular gifts and treats! Highly recommended 😀🐕‍🦺

I'm very happy with Aurora's help to look after Bobby, my cat, for almost a week. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with good experience taking care of pets. Aurora comes to walk my energetic husky Mischa for me every now and then - and Mischa is delighted every time! Aurora has looked after my cat a few times when I’ve been away. She is trustworthy and I feel she really cares about him. She understands that a cat needs love and attention just as much as they need food and water. I can enjoy going on holiday knowing that my companion is being well looked after.

Aurora took care of our Boston Terrier and Vizsla for one night, and we couldn’t be happier! She has awesome knowledge, especially she knew how to work with our energetic Vizsla. Super responsible, she follows all safety rules, ensuring our dogs were secure and comfortable. Aurora is also very communicative, competent, and incredibly nice. Aurora took really good care of my Penelope (cat) when I had to go away urgently. They got on instantly so I knew she would be in great company. I received an update and photos everyday which was a great part of the service and Aurora kept me updated on anything else that occurred during the 2 weeks. I could not be happier with the service and I know Penelope was really looked after. I will definitely be using Aurora's services in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

Aurora is absolutely amazing. She came over to meet my cat, Pigeon, before taking on the job to make sure they both got on and she knew where everything was. Then, she was super thorough and asked for lots of details about Pigeon and her health and who our vets were etc. incase of any issues when she was cat sitting. This was massively appreciated and let me know Aurora was an amazing choice as cat-sitter! I got pictures of pigeon when I was away so I knew everything was okay and I felt so reassured the whole time which meant I could really enjoy myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aurora for cat-sitting again, and can't recommend others do the same!! And see attached for some lovely pics of Pigeon and Aurora!

Our cockapoo has been going to Aurora since April 2021 (when he was about 14 weeks old) for daycare 2-3 times a week and overnights, and he couldn’t be happier! Aurora, Diego and her dogs are his second family - they’ve taken such good care of him, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Even since we moved out of the area last month, we still send him for overnights because it’s such a comfort to know he’s somewhere where he’s loved and looked after. We have also sent him for longer periods when we have been away on holiday and she’s been great. She is always very reliable, communicative and really knows how to take care of animals. Do not hesitate to book, but be warned, your dog may have a new favourite!

Anna, Louise and Ami are fantastic. They adore dogs and importantly understand the nuances of the more difficult breeds. They were so understanding of our tricky English bulldog, Bruce, and were able to train and advise us. As well as been conscientious and passionate, IADL is also an exceptionally professional and well run business. There is clearly a lot of planning and logistics going on behind the scenes to make it run so smoothly. Frankly, their service is priceless and we love them !

Anna and Carlotte look after our Betty (roughty-tuffty Fox Terrier) every week and its also great for us. Betty has great fun and is always happy and excited when she is collected, and tired when she gets back! We know a good few of the owners of the dogs they walk - and their reputation is excellent.

Anna and her team are the best. They’ve got real experience in dog behaviour as well as health and safety. Happy that we have a team so trustworthy to care for our dog.

Nacho our Frenchie has been getting walked by It’s A Dogs Life almost his entire life. We have nothing but love for them. They give us: - a real love for the dogs and concern for their well being. Any ailments or sniffles, they’re the first to tell us - smiles and enthusiasm in all weathers - even if it’s not shared by the pooches! - detailed updates and photos straight after the walk Never too many dogs on the leash and they pay attention to which dogs get along best with each other and choose the groups accordingly. We’ve also had them dogsit Nacho a few times and he comes back so happy and energised. I’m pretty sure he wishes he could stay forever! We’re so lucky to have IADL local to us. Anna and her crew are the best.

My dog Nelson thinks the IADL team is his real family and I’m just the part time carer. He loves them ; I love them ; we couldn’t live without them.

With real doggy knowledge and great human kindness, Anna and the team have been walking our Gaia for over two years now. Rain or shine, always on time and always with a smile, we couldn’t recommend them more!

I highly recommend It’s a Dog‘s Life. Gibson my crazy Irish Setter cross was with them for almost 3 years and he loved the pack and the team. I travelled a lot and so he would spend overnights and weekends too and I always knew he was safe and very happy. Anna is amazing highly professional, truly caring and nothing was too difficult or too much trouble. She knows we love our furry friends and she looks after them with that always top of mind!

We've had Anna & her team come in to see my Cavapoo since she was a few weeks old. When our puppy was really young Anna would come & visit her here to keep her company! My dog is a little nervous and the team have been so patient & caring with her. They always keep me up to date with what's going on on their walks with lots of photos. I always feel confident leaving my dog with them all. Definitely recommend!

I've been using It's a Dog's Life and Anna and her team for about 4 years now and they've been really fantastic-- reliable, professional and trustworthy. They really care about all their dogs and have a well-trained pack every time I see them out. The photos are reassuring and the dogs are always having a great time! Highly recommend!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review, and I absolutely have nothing but the best things to say about this team. First and foremost, the team at Capital are some of the kindest, and caring people I have ever met. They take such good care of the dogs, as if they were their own. Secondly, they know the attention to detail and level of updates owners want when their dogs are at their location. They send the most detailed updates, and what arguably are some of the best pictures I have of my puppy. They go above and beyond to help if you’re not home, and make sure your dog is settled in and fed if needed. And lastly is the price, to say its value for money would be an understatement. These guys run an absolutely incredible business. Big shout out to Amy and Gemma! 🩷🩵

Highly recommend Capital Dog Care. My spaniel goes 2 days a week. She was really timid and unsure to start with but the lovely patient staff encouraged her and have let her settle in at her own pace. She loves Liam and Jake and is now hanging out with the big dogs in the field and having a blast! Great communication regarding pick up times and how she was settling and lovely photos every day. Booking extra days or cancelling days is very easy using their app. So happy we found them! Noushine and Leia

Capital Dog Daycare is amazing! My dog Oden loves it there, and the staff is so caring and attentive. The facility is clean and spacious, and Oden always comes home happy and tired from all the fun. They keep me updated with photos and reports, which gives me great peace of mind. Highly recommend for any dog owner!

The best doggy day care out there!! Our dog Maple has the best time at Capital Dog Care, her tail starts wagging with excitement when she recognises the pick up van. We know she’s very happy and very looked after with them. Capital have a super flexible and easy to use booking system. Communication is always great! We’re so happy we found the perfect place for Maple to play with her buddies when we can’t give her the exercise she needs. And the photos they send throughout the day are the cutest!

Capital Dog Care has surpassed our expectations for the care of our 6 month old puppy. We were recommended on a walk by another dog owner who raved about their service. From the beginning their communication has put us at ease and made us feel comfortable. The team has been so lovely and flexible. The group chat with all team members and photo updates make our day knowing she’s well taken care of. Our girl comes back exhausted but so happy from her big day out. Would highly recommend their service! Elora can’t wait for her next day out.

Starting at Capital as a puppy undoubtedly helped her become the sociable, fun-loving and confident dog she is today, and gives her a fabulous outlet for all her energy! Everything is so professionally and thoughtfully done with great attention to detail and we know our dog is in the safest of hands. Every member of the team that we’ve had contact with has been wonderful and our dog is completely obsessed with Charlii! We’re so happy that we found Capital Dog Care. They’re the best doggy daycare we’ve experienced so far - friendly people, easy booking system, safe play environment in the countryside and great communication throughout the day. Our dog Sunday always comes back tired, which is amazing as it’s impossible for us to drain the endless energy of our little terrier!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! We used Capital Dogs for two years before moving house and sadly leaving. The team are incredibly professional, caring, flexible and always quick and to communicate/respond. Most importantly they are first aid trained and extremely tentative. If our pup ever felt unwell or had an accident they were quick to notice and get in touch. Nero loved going to daycare and will sorely miss the facilities and team! ❤️

If I could rate Capital Dog Care higher than 5 stars I would - what a great place to send your furry friend! We got a puppy in the midst of lockdown and the lovely folk at Capital Dog Care were an absolute delight to communicate with when sending the pup with them for the first time (and all the times after that!) Now our puppy gets the socialisation and much needed playtime he needs. We can also tell he’s having a wonderful time by the lovely and regular photos and videos we get sent whilst he’s at day care. Booking days is also made super convenient with their booking app. Pick up and drop off are very convenient too. Thanks Capital Dog Care! 🐶

Booked Fetch and Retrieve for a 2 week board and train for our 6 month old Golden Retriever. Tom was our trainer and Casper has come back a whole new dog he has learned to be an obedient dog and can finally loose lead walk! Prior to Tom, Casper was pulling us around everywhere! Tom gave daily updates, answered all our questions and sent instructional videos! The handover was great, we were taught how to keep up with what he has learnt. I would recommend the service to anyone on the fence.

Our pup has been going to Fetch and Retrieve for a number of years now and we’ve had a great experience. Ivy LOVES her days at daycare and couldn’t be happier when the van pulls up. Always tired and relaxed when she gets home. The video updates we get each day are great, and the staff are super friendly. We would 100% recommend to dog owners.

The story of wonderful Yoko and an even better dog trainer, Tom. Yoko, after the rehabilitation programme, has been so obedient outside and inside both. The training did not change her personality, but it did give her the boundaries she so needed, with me and with others. Tom was brilliant throughout the whole way; he had documented almost every little move, and gave me a long message both in the morning and int he afternoon, outlining the day. Overall, the best decision I made for her, for myself and others. She was never aggressive, but she needed proper training, like any size dog does. Thank you Tom and Fetch & Retrieve! P.s. I don’t know how, but now Yoko doesn’t even mind baths that much!!

We sent Motley as puppy to doggy day care and he loved it from the first day. They paid attention to all his needs, making sure he was paired with the right dogs as he can be excitable. He can be a spooked dog and he has loved every single staff member. The Fetch and Retrieve staff are all lovely and very friendly and accommodating. He has grown so much in confidence since going and we were sad to leave as we moved away from their service.

Tom, our trainer, was excellent. He was extremely generous with his time from the outset to really understand our dog’s personality and behaviours. It took a few days for our dog to settle being away from home in a new environment, and during this time Tom gave us multiple updates, and adapted his training plans to allow our dog to settle. We could tell Tom is a seasoned professional from his approach, and after a few days our dog was happy and content in Tom’s care. He has come back more settled, calm and obedient (which is what we were training for). We had professional trainers help us in the past from pup stages but this time it feels like very strong foundations have been set in Tom’s care, and Tom gave us great guidance on how to continue building from this. Thanks Tom and the team!

I had spoken with a few dog training companies but Fetch and Retrieve outshined them all. The service and care received from start to finish was excellent. During my initial call with Jack, he took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve from training, and was very knowledgeable about German Shepherds. The attention received during this call showed that Fetch and Retrieve genuinely care about what they do and do not treat it like a standard business, when compared against other companies I spoke to. Dogs who do a residential board and train, stay in their trainers home, rather than being in a kennel. This to me is so key in developing a great bond between trainer and dog, which lead to amazing results being achieved. Jake was my dogs trainer for the 3 week board and train. He took such great care of my dog, and achieved amazing results in just 3 weeks. He provided me with daily photo/ video updates, explaining what they worked on each day and tips for me to implement once the 3 week stay was over. Jake is passionate, and so knowledgable about dog training, which showed in the end result that was achieved. Aside from the amazing results achieved, what really stood out for me was how well Jake looked after my dog. My dog loved being with him, and the strong bond they developed was great to see. Fetch and Retrieve are lucky to have such a talented dog trainer in Jake. I’d recommend Jake to anyone who wants their dog to achieve such good results. Thanks for everything, Jake.

I sent my 5 months old puppy Robin to train with Tom for 2 weeks whilst I was away on a business trip. This was the best decision I've ever made. Robin came back as Robin 2.0, the upgraded version. ;) Tom did a fantastic job on all the basic commands and even crate trained him. I received daily updates with videos to see how the training was going and for me to reference later when I continued the training at home. Tom did an amazing job keeping me informed and explained everything very well during pickup, as well as at the drop off. On return I also received training to ensure I was able to continue develop myself and Robin. Since then I have managed to crate train Robin at home and can now leave the house, knowing that Robin is safe and happy at home in his crate. A massive THANK YOU to Tom and Fetch and Retrieve for the amazing service!

Excellent board and train experience with trainer Tom and the F&R team. Longer review / description below. My puppy was becoming increasingly anxious and fearful - terrified of leaving the apartment and barking/growling at new objects, sounds and people. I’d trained my previous dogs myself but soon realised professional help was needed ASAP. Thankfully, Jack/F&R was prompt in responding and reassuring as he listened to the distressing situation and recommended a tailored board and train with Tom. Objective of the board and train was to build her general confidence in the environment and desensitise/counter-condition her around triggers such as strangers, vehicles and common everyday environments. Tom was very attentive to the fact this was a fearful puppy and that it was important to go at her pace / gain her trust and coax her out of her shell before any training commenced proper (this was comforting as of course the last thing anyone wants is for their away from home four-legged family member to feel or become worse!). Unsurprisingly, it took 2 days before she would fully engage and I appreciated Tom’s timely and frank updates about progress each morning and evening. Once engaging with Tom, it was such a joy to see the steady improvement made each day. My puppy clearly enjoyed her time with Tom and he knew to mix pushing her in challenging / busy environments with relaxing days doing more indoor training. My puppy is now less reactive toward people (even curious or greets them in her own time), more keen to leave the apartment for a walk and less fearful of the environment. Ongoing work around triggers, confidence building and handling is still needed on my end but Tom provided a comprehensive handover and demonstration on the exercises to work on. Would highly recommend getting in touch with the F&R team if you are considering help with any training issues with your dog!

Our Puppy has just returned from a puppy board & train. We were hesitant to part with our precious baby but we had absolutely no need to worry. She was in great hands and her trainer Jake was a total legend! We received regular updates whilst we were away on holiday and our puppy came home behaving like a little angel! We are so pleased we chose fetch & retrieve. It was as worth every penny! 🤩

It was our first boarding experience. Jack was very helpful and speedy in onboarding us. Kim took excellent care of our little one over the weekend, who is usually anxious around other dogs. It was really nice that she responded to Kim very well and had a lot of fun playing with other dogs in those three days.

Penny has been going to Hackney Hounds since she was a pup and she's absolutely loved it from day one. You leave your dog with Camille and the team knowing not only they'll be in safe hands, but they're genuinely loved and cared for as if they were one of their own. Penny is always so excited to see Cammy and the team - it's a really special thing and I wouldn't leave her anywhere else.

Alfie has been going to Hackney Hounds for over a year starting as a puppy and now as an adventure pup. We only have to mention Camille’s name and he gets excited. He can’t wait to get there and runs in without a backward glance. Camille gets to know each pup individually and Alfie has grown from a shy puppy to a confident, sociable, happy and friendly dog and gets compliments on his manners and behaviour. As an older pup they all get taken to a different open park, forest or heath each time for an outdoor adventure, running as a pack, and possibly swimming. On return they have the run of the beautiful garden and indoor area and more play with all the many toys. We can follow his day on Instagram with the many videos and photos taken. Alfie returns home contented, tired and very very happy.

We’re bringing Pippo twice a week to Camille and he absolutely loves it! He changed during that time a lot and is so much more relaxed. Everybody at Hackney Hounds is just amazing and super carrying. He actually can’t wait to get out on the days he’s spending with Camille and the team. I can just absolutely recommend the service and I can say that I’m super glad that I found them. Flexibility and the extra services (see photo below) are just amazing. I love to have a look at their Insta stories when I’m about to fall asleep in boring meetings. Tried some other services but this one is out of this world!!!

Taco loves Hackney Hounds! Cammy provides an amazing experience for the dogs: she takes them all around London to explore new areas, engages and develops them through fun games and activities, helps them play well together and generally become model dog citizens! Our first grooming experience in London and it couldn't have been better! Cammy is clearly a dog lover and our maltipoo Max was actually sad to leave when we picked him up. She took the time to get out his mats and communicated with us every step of the way. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Cammy!

Cammy is just amazing! We have put our little cockerpoo puppy into her playgroup twice a week and the positive changes we have seen in him as a result are incredible; He is more sociable, independent, well behaved and settled, plus he came home house trained one day! He comes home so happy and tired after hanging out with his puppy mates all day and from the longs walks and attention that Cammy gives to each individual dog. Cammy thinks of all the small details - from regular updates on WhatsApp of how Arthur is getting along on that day, to sending him home of his last day pre-Christmas with a homemade card for us and a bone for him! Cammy also grooms Arthur for us, which is no easy task considering he is a very wiggly 5month old! But she does a brilliant job and knows exactly how to groom his luscious but unruly locks!! :) We simply cannot recommend Cammy and Hackney Hounds highly enough!

I am unbelievably grateful to Cammy & the team at Hackney Hounds for offering such an excellent service - and indeed for existing! I have been taking my puppy to puppy playground since he was old enough to go - and he absolutely loves it - racing to the door upon arrival every single time. I love the care that goes into the programs, whether it be Puppy Playground or Adventure Pups. My pup Pochi absolutely loves her day at Adventure Pups! She started in the puppy group and thanks to the wonderful guidance from the HH team made huge progress with her recall and has learned how to play properly with other pups. I also love all the updates we get during the day. I'm not sure what we would do without HH – thank you!

When we got our precious puppy we knew the day might come where we’d be back in the office and have to have some help looking after her - we decided to trust our little one to the care of Cammy & Team at Hackney Hounds and what an AMAZING decision that was! She started in their amazing puppy playgroup and then graduated to Adventure pups! She absolutely loves going to Hackney Hounds and drags us all the way there every week for her day playing in the group! We also get the most incredible Instagram updates from the team each day she’s there so we know she’s safe and happy on her adventures. The play, care and attention she gets at Hackney House is unmatched and we’re so grateful for all the love she’s given. Would 1000% recommend to anyone considering. Thank you Cammy! X

Ozzy absolutely loves his Hackney Hounds days! He’s been going since 14 weeks, and the progression from puppy playgroup to adventure pups has been great. Cammy and her crew truly love each and every pup and treat them like their own, and the focus on learning puppy skills is really unique to their set up. I know that when we drop Ozzy off with Cammy, he is safe, happy, and will come home exhausted! Even though it’s a bit of a travel for us to get there, we keep going back to HH as it’s just such a great little community and it means our city pup gets to explore the great outdoors!
