They are the absolute best pet sitter around! No hesitation there. Our two cats are in great hands with Jill’s Next Door team. They are responsive when we have questions and provide great detailed updates to soothe my type A soul. Plus everyone is very nice.

Jill and our sitter, Shelly are wonderful. They are very well organized, communicative, and accommodating. The Time to Pet portal is very intuitive and helped us get everything in order before our meeting. We met Shelly a couple weeks before our trip, she came over and ran through everything with us. We had an international trip so it was important for us to be comfortable with our sitter. She left us detailed notes and shared photos at the end of each visit, which we very much appreciated. She took good care of our cats, their bowls and litter boxes. She also was able to easily access the community and apartment. We will definitely be using Jill's service again.

There are no words to describe how grateful we are to have found Jill's Next Door! Truly amazing, all around! Jill made the process of setting up my account and scheduling service a breeze and answered all of our questions perfectly. Jill is a sweet, fun and professional pet care provider! She took such good care of my dog when she needed to have a midday walk/potty/playtime break. She also had a great time with my kitty whenever we were out of town - he loved playing with her! She often brought her own fun toys for them to play with as well. We had two lovebirds that she looked after as well, playing them bird sounds and music while she spent time with them. She even cared for two newborn kittens, bottle feeding them every few hours and everything! She also takes really cool photos of the fur and feather babies, and makes sure you know what's going on with them while she's caring for them - added bonus!

We contacted this company about taking care of our cats while we were away. They were incredibly respectful of our home and caring toward the kittens. Every day the sitter would text us photos of our cats and assure us that the home was secure and they were healthy and safe. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone with pets!

Jill’s next door dog walking service is truly the best. We were nervous about leaving our pup for the first time. JND made sure we had updates every visit and made sure he was well taken care of and loved. We will definitely use them again. I had an incredible experience with Jill's dog walking. I have never had a service exceed my expectations like this company. I am a travel nurse and adopted a new puppy prior to a 10 week contract. I was working night shift and new I would need a lot of help to keep my puppy safe and happy. Jills dog walking went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I could have hoped for. They were so incredibly accommodating and so easy to communicate with. I stayed at the residence inn in delray- I was able to . My sitter was Shawna. She was so dedicated to taking the best care of and giving so much love to my little Ginger puppy. All of the communication is through their own website that has a client portal. But it is set up so messages can be sent or received via either text or in the portal. I got the absolute best updates each visit before bed and after the morning walk! I am so grateful for Jill and Shawna for helping me and Ginger!

Jill has watched my dogs for a couple years. I have had multiple Great Danes with special needs and she's been great with them. I was extremely pleased with the overnight dog sitting services for my pug dog GiGi. The sitter (Jade) sent me photos and described to me how GiGi was doing every night. It was wonderful to have peace of mind knowing that GiGi was being take care of with affection and diligence. I highly recommend this service for true dog lovers.

This was my first experience with House and Hound Care and I must say it was positive. We used walking and overnight in house services and Monika and Kate were wonderful. We had a slight mishap with our stubborn dog the first day, but we were able to communicate and get quick responses through the app. The sitters pitched in and switched up schedules and managed to keep Finley happy so we could continue on worry free. Having text updates and pictures was also a nice touch, we didn't have to worry did anyone show up and could see how happy he was. Definitely will use them again and recommend to others.

Robin is great! The best recommendation I can give is that my cat ran up to her when she returned the key. For those of you with cats, this is huge. Robin played with him and gave him treats. She sent us photos every day. She also fed our tropical fish. Our puffer fish requires hand feeding and she did this with great success. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and will use her every time!

Robin was great! I have 2 cats that adore her. We travel often, and she has had the best communication and even kept them nice & calm. When we returned, the house was in great shape - it’s as if these guys had no anxiety while we were gone! They had their toys out, their boxes were clean, they ate and drank all their food & water, and we felt very comfortable leaving them in her care. I highly recommend her!!

Robin is wonderful and cares for your pets like her own. I was in a bind and needed a dog walker last minute I could trust with my fur babies. She comes to meet them and know them before she even starts. My 2 dogs -7 year old and 8 month old love when she comes to walk them and plays with them in the yard. I recently took in a foster and she had no problem with accommodating me. She is by far the best and so glad I found her. Anyone would be lucky to have her care for their animals.

Robin has taken care of my 2 cats for a few years when I travel. She is a true animal lover, and I have no worries while I'm away. She comes twice a day to feed and play with them. They love her. I love that she sends me pictures each time she's there. I've been away as long as a month, and feel 100% confident that everything's fine with my 2 girls, and that someone I trust is checking on my home while I'm away. Highly recommend!

Our puppy absolutely loves spending time with Robin. She has been coming to our house for almost a year now. She is professional, reliable and very caring with our puppy. Robin takes excellent care of my mini Schnauzer, Esme. We moved to East Boca about seven months ago, and Esme loves Robin. Robin is completely reliable, responsive, responsible and caring. She knows a great deal about animals and even helped me realize that Esme was sensitive to some of the foods I was giving her. Esme never has an accident in the house since we hired Robin, and she’s only fifteen months old. I highly recommend this pet sitter. 5 stars.

Robin is great with my two adult cats! I have been using her in-home pet sitting services for three years now and never have to worry about the cats when I travel. I HIGHLY recommend Puppers and Kitties By The Sea! I have called on Robin seven or eight times since I first found her website, sometimes on very short notice. They take amazing care of her, i know she’s safe, I get to check in via the cameras during the day, and she is exhausted from the fun every time. Petlover Central is the best! The entire staff is wonderful and really give peace of mind that you're leaving your dog in good hands; the cameras are also an added bonus because it's fun to be able to see all the dogs having fun. My golden LOVES "campy" and comes home exhausted every time. Worth every penny!

Definitely want to give Pet Lover Central another 5 star review!! They are SO warm and welcoming to Waffle every time he goes and he LOVES and enjoys being there so much!!! By far the best part of our last experience there was with Ellen Gray, the trainer. She was absolutely AMAZING working with Waffle and she was constantly letting me know what, how, when she was doing with him and sending me texts and videos. I am so beyond thankful for her. Thank you to the entire staff!! We’ll keep coming back!!!!

My dog went here for years and loved it, but when the ownership changed, my experience also did. Previously, I felt confident that the people working at Petlover Central knew me/my dog and I loved seeing them loving on her on the cameras! The staff had essentially a complete turnover when the ownership changed and it was unfortunately evident (in my opinion). The last few times she went to daycare after the ownership changed, watching the cameras was almost depressing (in my opinion), I wish that were an exaggeration. The last time, I watched my dog try to sit and be good for attention from the attendant who appeared to swiftly walk away and pay attention to another dog like right next to her, but seemingly wouldn’t acknowledge her. It was so bizarre and it felt to me like he was actively avoiding her? She wasn’t in his face or touching him or anything like just trying to sit and stay for some attention and maybe a pet or two…It was honestly really sad to watch as the pet parent. I ended up just going and picking her up because it just left me with such a weird feeling watching her literally beg for a shred of attention and be denied every single time from the attendant in her room. We haven’t been back since and probably will not be back again because the last few times left me with a very different perception of this facility than that which I’d previously had. Additionally, one of the many times my boyfriend went to pick her up, the wrong dog was brought out. This was after the ownership change. He was really surprised that after years of going there that the wrong dog was brought out and actually called me at work to let me know about it. Mistakes happen but remembering that after watching her seemingly be ignored (in my opinion), made me feel like we might just not be the right fit anymore. I do believe my dog was always safe while at this facility (under both new and old ownership) so I don’t want to be too critical in my rating and opted for 2 stars instead of 1 for that reason.

So fabulous. Heather answered all of my questions and concerns when I called for information and was kind and welcoming when I did drop off. I left my puppy there for the day and she had a blast. The best part was bringing her home tired and calm. The socialization is great for her. I will return.

I have a 4-mo old English lab, and he absolutely LOVES the Pet Lovers Central team! He works with their dog trainer, Ellen, 2 days/week, and Ellen is AMAZING! Ellen is extremely knowledgeable about dog breeds and proper fear-free training, and she gives you the tools to continue training while at home. Buyer beware! Just wanted to share that ever since the company was acquired by a large national chain, the quality of service and pet care has dramatically dropped. We’ve been bringing our dogs to pet lovers central for over 4 years with great 5-star experiences (as reflected in their 4.8 rating). However, the past two experiences have been absolutely terrible! We picked up our dogs today after an 1 week stay and they were filthy, smelly and had poop all over their backside. They didn’t wash them as we ordered and the attendant said the girl didn’t have a chance to bathe them. Another customer waiting to pick up her dogs mimicked our comments, if fact both of us agreed not to ever use PetLover Central again.

We took our rescue, Skye, to PLC for some excelled obedience training. She is 3 years old and already had the "sit, lay down, paw" thing down, we needed more work on her recall and reactivity to other pets. She's a vocal lover, and assumes everyone loves her, too. She jumped on every one and every pet she met. When we met the team, we had only had Skye for about 6 weeks, so when they said they wanted to keep her for 4 I was a little shook, but understood it was to give her the time and attention she needed. We got regular updates and videos with all her progress, and we're able to come and visit her a couple weeks in. She developed such a great relationship with Billie. I almost got a little jealous! Lol! But it was so exciting to see her ability to walk without being distracted, and see the ability Billie and the team were able to uncover in her. They gave her confidence, and also gave us confidence as owners. We recently moved and I was a little hesitant taking Skye to the new dog park, new neighborhood, new dogs.. she did AMAZING! Her recall was perfect, she was not distracted by the pups that were trying to be dramatic, she was great. I reached out to Billie to thank her for all she's done for our family. I am so excited for this new found freedom we have with our good girl. Thank you to the PLC family for being so loving to our girl, Skye. We miss you dearly, but will always recommend you. I was very nervous for my pups first day. I have to tell you the way we were greeted was so welcoming. I felt so relaxed. When I picked my Stella up and we’re walking to the car she seemed like she didn’t want to leave. Signed her up for 10 sessions and I’m sure she’ll be thrilled. They even gave me a report card for her first day, needless to say she passed!! Very happy to have found Petcentral and can’t wait to start some training.! Thank you.

This is an extremely well run daycare. From the online tools, the welcome sign, online cameras and preparedness when you drop off & pick up your dog. Curbside service is a bonus. The facilities are spotless. Everyone is focused and the business model is impressive. From the dog's perspective, she simply loved it. The play rooms are inside with AC at all times with an attendant or two at all times. Ability to watch all day on web cam is a comforting bonus as well. My dog came home so happy and exhausted. She will be attending weekly. I will also board her there when traveling for business and not stressing. Boarding facilities were also spotless and clear walls instead of chain link. Full time attendant there when boarding too. I'm so relieved to have a place where my dog is not only happy but well taken car of. Very impressed with Petlover Central. Several of my neighbors' dogs attend to with glowing reviews as well.

I am so thankful for Vicky and would highly recommend using her services. This was the first time leaving my cats since moving to Florida. She sent pictures and videos everyday with a nice little note. I was worry free the entire time I was away.

We have used Kitties N K9’s now a couple of times, and Vicki Lombardi is amazing with our 2 cats, Thor & Loki. We’ve experienced some terrible cat sitters out there, as many pet sitting services will watch cats, but don’t actually understand cats or even like cats. Our security system would show the person coming in and staying for less than 5 minutes, with zero interaction with our cats. We’d return home to the cat’s whining/crying out as yes, cats do require human interaction and stimulation! And the house would be a mess, with food and litter all over the place, and water bowls completely dry! This was NOT at ALL the case with Vicki at Kittens N K9s. We arrive home to happy cats, food bowls with extra food, water bowls filled, and maintained litter boxes. She even sweeps the floors and cleans the counters, so the food and litter isn’t scattered everywhere. Vicki is very attentive and sends multiple pictures, and videos during every visit! We can finally travel in peace knowing our 2 buddies are in good hands with a kind and patient professional cat person!

I'm new to the area and had to go away on short notice. Kitties N K9s came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They took great care of my fur-diva, are very accommodating and sent me daily pics and videos. I will definitely be using them again.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Kelly and Pet Pal. I have taken my pooch, Benny, to stay with Kelly around 4 or so times now. I have never trusted any other pet sitter the way I do Kelly. Benny is an emotional dog and hates being away from me, but loves going to stay with her. She has three of her own pups there as well, so he is always getting endless play time. I can always tell if Benny has had a bad time if he comes homes is acting sad, but when he leaves Kelly's he's all smiles and is happy. Kelly's services are top-notch. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and very flexible. She works with your schedule to accommodate drop-off and pick-up times. Lastly, pricing is completely fair. Kelly has watched our dog Buck on several occasions. We found that one of the most appealing parts of Pet Pal Delray Beach is your dog is staying in a home with other friendly dogs vs. a kennel. It’s also reassuring to know that he’s in good hands and Kelly always takes the time to send pictures of how he’s doing while she’s watching him. It’s always nerve-wracking trying to figure out where to leave your dog when you have to leave town. Kelly at Pet Pal Delray Beach is a Godsend!!! I couldn’t ask for a better, more compassionate, kind, professional, trustworthy, warm, and caring person to care for my dog. She is patient, loving and attentive, not only with my dog, but with me also! After interviewing a couple of people, as soon as we met Kelly, my dog immediately warmed up to her. He felt comfortable and happy around her. She makes us all feel good! My dog also has terrible allergies to food, grass and many other environmental agents, and he wears boots on every walk to prevent breakouts and subsequent infection, and Kelly has learned the whole drill to put them on and off, which is not easy. Additionally, Kelly has a gift with animals, a very calming presence that you can’t teach. She’s got it. I am so grateful to have found Kelly! Kelly is an amazing dog sitter. She has watched my boy several times in my home and I could not be happier with the level of service she provides. I have two awesome dogs. One of them is a 7 month old full of energy, house broken and a professional thief cocker spaniel and other one is a 7 year old, super lazy and emotionally sensitive cocker spaniel. Those two guys are bonded each other with love and hate relationship. Little one is sometimes annoying older one. I looked for a pet hotel for those two however I couldn’t find a place to make both of them happy at the same time. I saw Happy Paws, I was very skeptical at first. I thought it is a kind of scam. 33 reviews, few photos looked suspicious but I dialed the number anyways. Once Liz answered phone, I felt like “that s the right place”. That lovely, kind and positive positive voice made me sure that my guys will be happy in there! My babies had stayed almost 4 days with Liz and they were super happy. Liz sent their photos and all their info daily. Highly recommend her if you need a lovely place for your babies when you are away from them.

My dog loves staying with Liz. I feel like he gets more individualized attention during daycare than he normally gets at a typical doggy daycare. Additionally, prior to using Liz’s services, I’ve never trusted any place to leave him overnight for “boarding” because he has separation anxiety and he doesn’t do well in a cage or kennel but Liz never keeps dogs in cages so long story short, her first ever overnight stay was a huge success! Finally, Liz is very flexible in terms of hours and is very quick to respond and keep you informed of how your furbaby is going. Thanks so much to Liz and her family for taking such good care of someone who I consider part of my family. 100% recommended!

He was so cared for while I was away and Liz is so nurturing and treats the animals as if they were her own ! I was sent pictures and updates the entire time and I never once worried about my dog. My experience with this Company has been great. Paula has come out to help with Walking my Dog on several occasions. From the very first time Paula took my Dog for a walk my Dog was comfortable and sensed right away Paula was an Animal lover. Well since that first time there has been many more occasions where Ive booked Paula for my Dog. Each time my Dog came home happy, relaxed, and you could tell it was because she was just so comfortable with Paula. My Dog can be quite difficult to walk. In fact it's a main reason I was looking for help with walking. I have an Elderly Mother who absolutely can not walk my Dog because the dog is to strong. Fetch of Boca Raton was a godsend when I had to go out of town for work! They took excellent care of my 2 cats, sent update photos and notes and did everything to ease my anxiety. They were sweet, knowledgeable and communicative - they even were able to shift when I had a last minute change in travel plans. Everything about my experience with them was comforting and easy. I will use Fetch any time I need to go out of town!

I moved to Florida with my Boston Terrier and found Fetch through the Thumbtack app. The best luck I could have had. As I have many last minute appointments, Paula is extremely accommodating. She and Jorge are reliable, on time, careful, through and loving to my 3 year old Boston. Jorge is amazing. He plays with Orley and has taken interest in his tricks. Plus, Jorge has the best smile ever. It's a joy to know my dog is appreciated and enjoyed in such a happy way. The overnight last week worked out very well. Orley came home clean and with shorter nails. Much appreciated. Don't hesitate to contact this company. Fetch has a user friendly app. You receive information on what your pet did, photos and tracking of your pets walk. I was impressed with the company the first time they came to take my two cavapoo puppies out. The owner " Paula" brought the dog walker and observed. She then called later in the day to say exactly what I had been thinking.... that the girl was not a good fit to handle the two puppies together and she offered to take them on herself. Paula is forthcoming, easy to communicate with and best of all... we feel that she truly cares about the pups and enjoys her job. She also brought in another walker a few days to train her with our dogs in case she is not available and now I trust her implicitly with making that call. We are gone now for the season but we look forward to using Paula and Pet Care Boca

I strongly and heartily recommend this particular Fetch franchise run by Paula. And definitely not the neighboring one for Boynton Beach. Paula and her team were great with my big dogs, one of whom has some special Medical needs. They were good at communicating, being available for transport to vet visit if necessary, and able to skillfully handle my dogs when they were reactive to other dogs. I wish I could have continued to use this franchise but the scheduling office for this area switched me without notice and warning to the awful Boynton Beach franchisee who never had the courtesy to introduce himself.

I love Fetch!!! I have been using them for over a year now and have never been disappointed. We travel often and they are always available. They take superb care of my fur babies! Last week I had a death in the family and needed them on super short notice. They took care of my kids so I could go be with my family. Last summer our air conditioning went out while we were out of the country and Lucia met the A/C guy at our house several times to let him in to do the repairs. These guys go out of their way to take care of our babies. I cannot sing their praises enough.

Adina is amazing! She took such great care of my cats while I was in between moving. She was sure to send me a ton of photos and videos of my cats to update me on how they were doing. Adina made moving so much easier on the cats and made sure that it was a comfortable transition and did not cause the cats any stress. Adina was so kind and professional as well as very affordable. She provided a very clean and welcoming stay for my fur babies. Kenny & Andrea took excellent care of our Havanese! They sent us pictures and videos to check in so we knew how he was doing and were so kind and compassionate with him. Adina was absolutely amazing! We have a rescue dog who struggles with anxiety when there is a change of location/people. Adina was absolutely AMAZING! She met with us in person prior to us booking with her. From the moment she walked in it was apparent she was an animal lover! My cat ended up accepting her as a friend before she left that visit (which says a lot!!!). Over the course of the two weeks we were away, Adina stayed at our house and accommodated to every single request we had. Greta is very reliable, caring and respectful. Our cat, Thumper, loves her. She gives him a lot of attention and has fun playing with him. I like that she communicates with us and also writes a summary for each visit. We feel very comfortable having her take care of our little guy.
