We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for! She was communicative and easy going. She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi. She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday. While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation". I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos. They definitely bonded. :) I would highly recommend Jeannette as a pet sitter and also as an excellent person who cares about people, animals, and the planet.

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. We’ve been using Westwind kennel for 11 or 12 years! Jeannie is awesome and is always accommodating and helpful. We always feel the dogs are safe and secure! No possibility of escape! And always well cared for. Clean and big space, indoor and outdoor space and a/c in summer.
Jeanne does have reasonable prices and the kennel seems clean. The owner is not friendly and every time we visited no one was watching the animals although she lives on the property. It made us wonder how much time was actually spent with our dog. Jeanne needs some customer service skills she is not a warm person at all! Price is not everything so we will be taking our dog somewhere else!
Our dog, Leah, always comes back cheerful and well cared for after staying at West Wind Kennel. Jeannie is awesome! We won’t go anywhere else.
The owner is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She hung up on me twice and decided to ask personal questions to my daughter and then told me it was none of her business. I would never deal with such an unprofessional person ever!! If she is this unprofessional who knows what she is doing when no one is watching her.
I have been boarding my animals here for years. I have never once had a problem or issue. They care for your dogs and have been nothing but kind to me. Prices are very reasonable and their kennels are always clean. I am not sure what the expectations of other people are but I have been VERY happy with their services.

I will tell you that Mike and Jeanne are fantastic. They have always welcomed me with open arms, gone out of there way to make me happy, and pride themselves on a clean and well run boarding facility. Mike is a world class dog trainer and I have learned more from him in the 2 years we have been working together than you could ever learn from a book. I am amazed about how good at it he is. We intended to drop our two Labrador Retrievers off today at this kennel, but after meeting and interacting with the owner, refused to leave our dogs here, ever come back, or ever recommend this place to anyone. Ms. Reed, the owner booked our reservation weeks ago, and after our explanation that our dogs were still puppies and rowdy, told us that was fine and that “I guess I’ll have my hands full”. Upon arrival, our dogs were pulling away from the kennel, as this is their first time staying any place but our home overnight. After expressing her disgust at our dogs, she became even more rude, explaining that Christmas was “her time” and that she “shouldn’t have to deal with this”. This, from the owner of a dog kennel who booked the reservation for the 23rd of DEC through Christmas. She also complained that we did not tell her the dogs were rowdy (we did twice – they’re both less than 8 months old). After getting the impression that she not only doesn’t enjoy dogs, but that ours were not welcome or safe in her care, we left. I do not recommend anyone trust their dogs to someone as rude, or someone who obviously has no idea how puppies act. We will post this review anywhere that will accept it.

I am extremely happy with the service I received. During the normal course of pet sitting I received constant updates by text, along with pictures, I never had to wonder if someone was there while I was away on vacation. On the later part of my vacation, one of our dogs fell very ill, and the sitter assigned to us went well far beyond our expectations, taking our dog to the vet, picking up medication and administering it, and even cooking a special meal recommended by the vet in their own home and bringing it to him. Simply amazing.
Absolutely love the team. I’ve had Katie and her team sit my dogs and cats for years. I trust them, and they treat my pets like their own. All my pets love Katie and her team. I’ve had pets who have had serious medical issues, and I’ve never worried while I’ve been gone knowing they’d receive all their meds and top level care.
Katherine is absolutley incredible at what she does! She loves animals and it shows! This was our 1st time leaving our puppy and we felt so comfortable knowing he was getting cared for by Katherine. Katie is the BEST!!! We have a very difficult cat and Katie went above and beyond to accommodate. Our cat has anxiety problems and is afraid of everything, he runs and hides from strangers. She was able to get him to come out of hiding. She sent videos and updates while we were gone. We give Katie 10 stars because 5 is not enough. Will definitely be using Claws and Paws in the future.

They cater to what your pet is used to:medications,skin conditions,spoiled with food toppers!!!! I love that Shatera has been able to pick up and drop off👍It helps me and mine,they hop right in,and surprisingly not overwhelmed seeing me upon returning🤔🤔🤔👍I do give some gas money,only right and fair! I kept my boy Bosco here for 4 nights and he must’ve lived his best life cause he came home pooped! Prices are great, and Bosco was freshly bathed and had his nails clipped. I will def be using them again and highly recommend!
We boarded our two seven month old doberman pups with Best during Thanksgiving week. They were happy to maintain their feeding schedule and give them the treats and toys that we provided. We called to check in and they happily kept us updated, gave them each extra walks every day for a reasonable fee as well as a go home bath so they were nice and clean coming home. We picked up happy babies that were not stressed out and didn't lose weight. While it's difficult to have to kennel your pups, please be assured they will be safe and well looked after at Best Boarding. We will not hesitate to choose Best for our boarding needs.
I was very anxious leaving my boy so I did a tour before hand. I was able to see the culture in action and felt at ease. I did opt to pay for an extra walk a day and the price was communicated differently but nonetheless it is still completely affordable and reasonable. They sent me a few emails to ensure me that my boy was well. He came home looking and smelling like a million bucks. The culture felt loving and family oriented. I highly recommend and we will be back!

We were stuck trying to find a safe place for our big dog. I called the local animal hospital, who recommended Best Boarding Kennel, and I'm so glad they had an opening! We had to board her at another local place and it was 25/night and she was treated poorly. Other kennels wanted as much as 54/night...which I couldn't afford for a 2 week stretch! Best Boarding was 30/night and I couldn't be more pleased with them! They took good care of our Bianca, at a fair per night rate and followed the directions I left for her eating schedule, etc... Impeccable care at a can't beat it price.
Best Boarding Kennel is fantastic and I will not board my fur baby with anyone else. My dog has some anxiety and usually loses weight when I leave her. She has not lost a lb when she stays with best boarding. They are so kind and caring with her and able to give her medication. I highly recommend this boarding establishment.

We needed to board our aunt’s dog, Skittles, for an extended time period. Jennifer was wonderful and very helpful. She and her staff have a heart for their care of animals, and kept the kennel organized and clean. We recommend her business.
I did not have a chance to try the service. I was willing to sign the waiver, that cleared them of responsibility. The waiver literally says you will not involve the law, if your family member is lost, injured or dies. I only created a waiver asking them not to involve the law if they are found negligent and I my behavior is in ill taste. Apparently they are not that confident in the ability to care and said it's in my best interest to make other arrangements. I was requesting boarding for a full week and provided shot records.
Friendly and experienced staff. I trust my dogs are well taken care of. Highly recommend!
