My puppy has separation anxiety, so I started looking around for doggy daycare options while I’m at work. I found Raven’s service online and saw the good reviews/how close it was in proximity to my home. They have been extremely communicative and professional throughout the entire process. I get a “report card” at the end of my pup’s stay - complete with beautiful photos that make me feel like I was still a little part of his day. Not only does he get to socialize with other pets, he gets to expend all his puppy energy - which means he’s tuckered out and ready for sleep at the end of the day. Naturally I was worried to leave my puppy with other people, especially during a pandemic, but Raven’s K9to5 has alleviated that anxiety completely. They truly seem to care about my pup. Raven and her husband have exceeded my expectations and I am very satisfied with the care my puppy is receiving/has received thus far!

I am so glad I found Raven and her husband! I have never felt so confident about someone else taking care of my doggo. Bella Rose has so much fun when she goes to stay with Raven. When we go on vacation she goes to doggy camp! She always has friends to play with and they do play! She is always so worn out when she comes home. And I love the pictures that I get every day. And the report card usually cracks me up. I was really late picking up Bella and they just rolled with it. Traveling is unpredictable sometimes. Thank you Raven for all the times you’ve watched Belle! We only use Raven now!

So thankful for Raven! She was able to help me on short notice and was super sweet and helpful! She was very patient with my shy and grumpy rabbit, and dropped by my hotel twice a day to make sure she had everything she needed. I was extremely anxious about leaving my rabbit alone, but Raven sent me pictures of her when she could, and I felt so much more comfortable about leaving. Very thankful to have found her and will absolutely be using her again when I go out of town!

I went to Florida for 5 days and used Ravens K9 to 5 to board my yorkie. This was the first time I have ever had to board my baby and I was so weiry about leaving him with just anybody. We are new to the area and really dont know anyone yet. I looked into the "pet suite" facilities that offer boarding and they keep the dogs in a kennel and all the dogs are left over night by themselves. When I found Ravens K9 and seen that the dogs were house board, I felt my dog would be alot happier there. After dropping him off I was so sad and couldn't even enjoy my vacation due to being worried about him. Raven made sure to ease my mind and send me pics and videos showing me that my baby was happy and enjoying himself. This made it much easier being away from him. I will use Ravens K9 to 5 every time I need a babysitter. He is now home safe and sound and I couldn't be happier!! Thanks Raven

After multiple pet sitters backed out we contacted Raven in the middle of a busy holiday planning season. Thankfully she was able to fit in our crew of 4 dogs and 1 cat. She stayed the nights at our house and did multiple daily check ins with them. Her communication was fantastic and we loved getting daily photos. Our house was left clean so you could tell she treated it as her own. The animals all enjoyed her company despite having a few naughty moments! We hope to use her again for any future vacations.

I had a wonderful experience with Raven caring for our pets while we were away. This was my 1st time ever hiring a company for pet services. Raven did a wonderful job of answering all of my questions before she even began services, and kept us updated every step of the way...including pictures of my babies being cared for so superbly!! This was our first time using Raven's services for home visits for our 7+ year old cat Lola. Everything about our experience was wonderful. Raven and her husband were both friendly and knowledgable during their introductory meeting in our home. Lola warmed up to Raven very quickly. We were concerned in that we adopted Lola through Wisconsin Purebred Cat Rescue last Summer and she had never been without us overnight before. Her previous owners left her for sometimes weeks at a time. Raven let us know about her arrival and gave us thorough updates after each visit (including wonderful pictures). We highly recommend Raven's K9 to 5 Pet Services and will certainly use her services again when we are going to be away on overnight trips. Lola seemed to bond with Raven very quickly. Thanks Raven!

We used Raven's while out of town on vacation and found it to be a great place for our pup. Our dog, a Great Dane named Willow, had a blast there and literally played until she could play no more! The daily reports were very helpful and the daily photos that were included in the reports were an added bonus. Communication was quick and easy, and not to mention, Willow had a blast. Definitely will use Raven's again when the time comes!

We have used Raven's K9 to 5 Pet Services for the past 3 years each time we've gone away. Raven does her best to accommodate our travel schedules, and, more importantly, has treated our dogs like family -with care and attention. As our dogs have gotten older, their needs have changed. Raven is always attentive to what is required for their comfort and contentment. 😊

Raven provided excellent care for our two senior cats in our home for a few days. On each visit, we received notification when she was arriving, followed up with lots of photos of the cats and a report card of how they were doing. Her care of litter boxes, feedings, and other details was meticulous. Communication is awesome and she responds to questions immediately. I highly recommend her for excellent care of your pets!

Our pups LOVE Krystal! She is so good to them. We are sometimes gone two full weeks and we have no concerns about our puppies! She loves on them and she takes such good care of them! I would recommend her and her Peanut’s Pet Sitting to anyone looking for someone to take care of their pet!

Krystal does an outstanding job with my special needs guy, Walter. He’s going blind from a disease brought on by a chromosome irregularity and doesn’t do well when left alone for extended periods of time. That’s when he goes to Krystal for the day and is always so happy to hear her! This is Krystal’s passion in life and it shows in her care and love for all dogs. This city is lucky to have her!

Krystal has been taking care of my high maintenance dog since she was a puppy (she turns 7 this year). She has nursed her through illness, injuries, and Even though this fur momma can get very anxious, she always puts my mind at ease and takes excellent care of her. She is her second momma and Neko loves her so very much. I wouldn’t trust her with anyone else.

Krystal is so sweet and knowledgeable. I was walking my dog one day and she drove by. She backed up and asked why my dog was limping. I hadn’t noticed it. She found a small pebble in between her foot pads. I now check that frequently. She has also helped me with dog training. Now when we go for walks my dog goes up the driveway looking for her. She’s the best!!

We went on vacation that didn’t allow pets 😢 We have a good friend that told us about Pet Suites! I went on line and looked around. The prices were great and they offer so much more. The whole family took Georgie when we were leaving for vacation. It was hard leaving him , but we thought this would be a good adventure for him and it was!!!! They sent us updates and pictures with him playing with the other dogs. You could tell he had a blast!!! After this experience we are going to check about doggy daycare a couple days a week! We switched to Pet Suites Fern Creek for boarding in October 2023. We were incredibly nervous about leaving our 3 dogs (German Shepherd, Dalmation mix, and cutest mutt). Our GS is very high energy and VERY loud but a lover at heart. The staff LOVED them from the first visit. We have boarded our 3 dogs here 5 times now (for long weekends and week-long trips) and the staff are so excited when we drop them off. I know they are getting excellent care while we are away. We already have our next boarding scheduled and will not go anywhere else!

Took my baby Piper to go play and make new friends. She had a great time and was so tired afterwards. The staff was wonderful explained all their services, gave us a tour and updates on our girl throughout the day. It was clean and well managed all the dogs seemed super happy.

It was our pups first time away from home. Being able to watch him play outside with the other dogs and rest at night while in his townhouse suite was priceless. It put our minds at ease while we traveled. I highly recommend using pet suites Fern Creek! The staff were absolutely wonderful!

Our puppy has stayed at a pet Suites, enjoyed the daycare and has been groomed several times. We love the staff! They are so considerate, mannerly and helpful. They love on our puppy and you can tell she is happy when she gets to visit. I am very comfortable leaving my baby there. It is easy to get to and plenty of parking. The facility is clean as well.

Only place we will take our dogs. Our 2 girls love going there for Dayplay & occasionally overnight. The staff all seem to actually enjoy working with animals & are very patient & caring. Trust me, my one dog who is also my "Medical Alert" dog is very sensitive & good at judging people. We tried 2 other places after moving back to Louisville & after 1 or 2 times, she refused to go into the door when we arrived. At Pet Suites Fern Creek, she cant wait to get out of the car.

The staff were all Great! Our 1 yr old German Shepherd, Sophie Jane is very shy and gets anxious when away from home. We were updated on her progress everyday and she also did well with her play time mates. She loved the staff❤️which makes leaving her when needed so much easier!

Bella looks forward to coming here for Day Play! Everyone knows her name and she loves everyone which is not a natural inclination for Bella. We had her stay for a week and she was great when we picked her up. Instructions were followed and she acted like she received lots of love. She is a people dog so that’s important to her.

I can not say enough about this location!!! Our dogs have been going there since puppies and have received the most exceptional care! We do not trust our dogs with anyone else! We frequently travel and can relax knowing our Danes are receiving the highest quality love and care! Over the last four years they have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions! Every single person on the staff is friendly and provides the best care for our dogs!

PetSuites watched our boxer, Vinny for five days. From the time we dropped him off to pickup, they we absolutely incredible. Gave me updates when I called, Vinny is a shy dog, but he felt comfortable there. That meant a lot to us. Highly recommend!!!!

Amazing experience! My lab/pit mix has never been to a groomer before and is very anxious, nervous and scared around people. Honestly I was pretty nervous as well because I wasn’t sure how he would do. They were VERY patient with him, letting him check out his surroundings and getting acquainted to them. When I came back to get him he was happy and had a smile on his face with a cute little bandana and he was so soft! Probably the softest he’s ever been since being a puppy! They also gave me a little report card with how his visit went which I loved. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here. We definitely will be returning! Thank you sooooo much!

I’ve been taking my dogs to Mona’s every two weeks, for over a year. They take great care of my dogs, and my dogs are always so excited to see the staff when we pull in to the parking lot at drop off. They are prompt, courteous, and accommodating. I foster dogs for the local shelter, and Mona’s will add my foster dogs to my usual appointment time as needed, since I never know how long I will have a foster. They’ve taken care of multiple breeds and fur styles for me. I have nothing but great things to say about Mona’s.

Wonderful experience!! I have a standard poodle, and their grins are very pricey! Mona’s pet crossing charges fairly, and most importantly my dog came back smiling!!! He was a happy boy, so I know he was treated with care. There are so many horror stories out there about groomers harming pets, but I don’t have to worry when I take my Dodger here! I won’t book with anyone else

It was my first time coming here. I must say I'm highly impressed with my puppy's groom. They were all so sweet and welcoming to me and my baby. They were very thorough with her. Special shout out to the groomer Sandra who made my stormie girl perfect. I will definitely go back to her and recommend anybody else looking for a groomers you found the right place. Also another plus is they come to your car to get your dog and you can pay that way too, which I love because I have multiple kids and I would hate to drag them all in with me lol

Finally found my forever groomer! My baby girl gets excited when she sees the staff, tail wagging, which has never happened anywhere else. She loves them and you can genuinely tell they love and care for her too. The price is great and the owner and staff are even better! I highly recommend Mona's! And a bonus, you can purchase Holiday themed photos :)

As a local groomer in the area, although I've never used their services personally, I have needed to send about 20 of my clients who have large dogs to be groomed here because I can no longer groom them due to my back problems. I will say many of these clients have called me after their appointment here and thanked me for recommending them saying how beautiful of a job they've done. So I would like to share my experience here that I've received feedback from atleast 10 different clients ALL saying how happy they were with the services and the results.

I was so excited when I picked up my baby. Such a perfect look. My groomer and staff was so friendly and very personable. I got appointments for the rest of the year.

They took care of my 8 year old shih tzu Candy! They were very attentive and did exactly what I wanted on my dog which was just a touch-up cut. I was going to pet smart before until I had an incident where Candy’s testicles were very irritated and swollen after his cut… didn’t have any issues with Mona’s! I will be coming here from now on and you should too.

Storm and her team helped me while I was in a pinch. We had to be gone from our home for 5hrs. I called her on a Saturday morning....on her busiest day and she got us in. I must add that my 3 fur babies (2 pits and a Chihuahua mix) had never been to a groomer before and I was afraid of how they would act. When I dropped them off, not only did she get them calm, but she calmed my anxiety. WHAT REALLY HAD ME IMPRESSED WAS WHEN I PICKED THEM UP, THEY ALL 3 HAD SMILES. Thank you, Mona's Pet X-ing, for the great job with my babies.

Edit: Took him for the second time today. The staff was just as welcoming and helpful and this time around they took him extremely promptly. Terrific work! I will update the review to 5 stars! Had an appointment for 10:30 but waited until 11 before they answered and got our dog. Outside of that, they did an excellent job with our dog and were honest on how he did as well. I will update my review with our next visit if they improve the time it took for us to drop our dog off.

We boarded our bunny for the first time. She was very popular with the staff. Affordable pricing and excellent caregivers. They even trimmed and painted her nails with no additional fee. We already booked another stay.

Took my 2 year old golden retriever and 10 year old shitzu there for grooming and cried after I picked them up. Neither was groomed properly. My golden retriever had all her feathers cut off....what?? My shitzu has uneven ears, face and head. Lesson learned.

I took my dog Leo today and they were wonderful! He’s a 1 year old Australian Shepard so very hyper, and very fluffy. He’s pretty skittish around new people but by the time I picked him up he was smiling and letting the staff pet him which made my heart happy! On top of that he looked very handsome they did such a good job!! Highly recommend

Very disappointed ☹️ Being new the the area I “Googled” for a pet groomer. When I called to ask questions, I was very interested when they told me they offered puppies (up to 16 weeks) first time grooming “free”….. So, I’m thinking ……..this is a great way to earn clientele. Hey was impressed and decided to take my 4 month old Labradoodle for his first grooming experience. Please let me be very clear…. My baby, Baxter, is full of puppy. He is very hyper and playful. I did express my concerns to the owners. However, I also told them that Baxter desperately needed a cut and if he was too difficult, I understood that their time was important and I understood if they had to charge a fee if Baxter wasn’t cooperating. I walked in to pick Baxter up. The owner walked over and said they had to cut him “pretty short” because his hair was so matted. I was like, ok that’s cool. I’m sure he feels so much better but I was a little confused as to why his hair was so matted. I had just brushed him a couple of days before his appointment. But, I just went with it. When they walked Baxter to me, I literally was in shock, I understood if I had to pay something towed his grooming if he wasn’t cooperative.They shaved him to the skin. He didn’t even look like the same dog I dropped off. How unprofessional that No one called me to discuss the situation, options, or concerns. They just shaved him down to the skin and charged me $100. They did not cut his nails and I honestly, don’t think he even got a bath. He still smelled like “dog”, just not as strong. And, they didn’t put his collar back on him, that I just bought for him. I felt very much taken advantage of and would not recommend their services.

Boarded my lab here for about a week and can’t recommend enough! They sent pictures to update on him and even let him keep a toy that my dog loved! I will never use another boarding place in Louisville.

Very nice people, however - they didn’t do everything I asked and charged somewhat outrageous for the service. Wash and groom (aka shave but that’s no biggie it’ll grow back). But to charge $165 and not clean or pluck my doodles ears as requested was disappointing.

This place is exactly what I was hoping for. It is like a little country house that sits behind a two story older house on a quiet road. There's nothing flamboyant about it not even the sign. Make sure you have specific directions or you may just pass it by which would be a huge mistake. The people really love their jobs because they love the pets. They listen to you ( I can't talk ) they are patient and just so kind and caring. The owner even came out and said he would pray for me. This was the first time I had left my dog with a stranger. They are friends now. Foxes is a cooler and happier Chihuahua now.

They took such good care of my rabbits! It’s hard to find a place that will board them and not charge exorbitant prices because they’re an “exotic.” That, and they actually know how to care for rabbits and were able to fit me in when I had a family emergency, they’re just amazing. They always seem excited when I bring my rabbits in!

Took my dog here to get groomed a little over a week ago or two. Although, they did everything fine with the grooming, my dog just got kennel cough. The vet told us he got it from other dogs and it makes sense because he is never around other dogs until I took him here. He started feeling the symptoms a few days ago and it makes me feel so sad. He is sneezing so much that his nose is bleeding. Please keep you all’s things sanitized and don’t have all of the dogs ALL together. My poor baby is so fatigue and not the normal dog that he is.

The employees are always super friendly and our doggies always end up looking so handsome after their visit!

This kennel was great! My dog only spent 1 day here as I was traveling through but I would happily bring her back here! My dog is a sweetheart and this was her first kennel experience; when the staff saw she was a little nervous, they responded to her body language and took the time to let her get used to her surroundings before bringing her back. The staff was wonderful, kind and obviously all loved animals. If I need a dog boarder again in this area, I’ll come back here for sure!

My cat Jasmine (a ragdoll) has been here several times to get her long, thick fur cut into a lion cut. I will continue to bring her back because the groomer does a great job. She comes back looking adorable, smelling good, and not traumatized. All that and reasonably priced too! Winner!!

The ladies there are amazing!! I have a big dog who doesn’t like getting her nails clipped and they make it quick and easy! They’re super friendly and clearly love dogs!

I can’t say enough great things about royalton kennels! The staff is so nice and friendly! My dogs love it here. We used to take them to a few other places but they would always come home gross, smelly, dirty, and would run out of other kennels like they were scared and wanted out! But HERE, they ALWAYS come out happy, clean, not smelly, and overall seem so good and not terrified like at other kennels I’ve taken them too! I don’t think I would ever take my pups anywhere else! Especially because I know the staff is great with them and my pups are always happy there, it really shows how much a good staff and place can impact your dogs. Royalton kennels, is the best and I’m so thankful to them for making my fur babies happy, comfortable, clean, and not anxious as other places have left them in the past

My dog doesn't normally like new places (without me) or people (in general), but she seems to really like it here and the staff say she's always well-behaved. Good rates, my dog is always treated well, couldn't recommend higher (seriously, Google won't let me).

This was the first time boarding our 2-year old covid dog, and the first place in the US we have boarded our older Yorkie. They both loved it! They came back tired and shockingly they had eaten a lot of their food. The dogs seemed happy and the staff said they did great especially considering it was their first time. We are so happy we have found such a safe place to leave our guys...they willbe back soon!

Boarded my dog for more than 10 days there during the holiday this year. Awesome service very friendly staff. They genuinely seem to care about the pets. At checkout, they told me details about how my dog did over the stay. I’m very impressed and highly recommend their service to anyone in the area.

Boared my two cats and my pup here for this first time this weekend. It was my first time leaving the pets at a kennel. The staff there is amazing and caring! My dog LOVES other puppys so i bet she was a handful! Thank you guys for caring for my babies. Will definitely be returning!

We sent our pups there for the first time for a week and they were amazing super sweet to our babies and even knew who we were when we came back to get them! I know they had their hands full with our fur babies but they took really good care of them!! We will definitely use them again!!
