Paws deserves 10 stars. They are the best and only place to take your fur baby to and we would not take our pup anywhere else. Louise (owner) is an Angel. She can read a pup as soon as she sees them and the attention to detail in every aspect of your stay here is amazing. The whole TEAM at Paws are amazing, they are professional, caring, loving and you can tell that each and everyone cares about your pups stay and will do anything to make it a tremendous visit.

Paws Chateau has just been completely amazing. We take our dog, Toby, there for day camp once in a while. It keeps him entertained, and we can run errands all day without having to worry about him feeling lonely at home. We recently had him stay overnight because we had our wedding. He was definitely a little scared, but Louis was so attentive. Louis has interacted with Toby and knows him personally so it was really nice that Toby went to her at the start of his stay to help ease his nerves. When he got his report card back at pick up, he got an A+! He made some new friends, and they said he was so brave and willing to cuddle with anyone. We absolutely recommend Paws Chateau if you’re looking for a place that will actually care about your dog’s well being during their stay.

Coco & Maszi had a great stay at Paws Chateau. It was very easy to get a boarding reservation and my pups had a great time in doggie day care.

Ely my 16 month old rescue was treated like a Prince. It was his first boarding in his life so he was anxious at night in his room. He loved it when the staff came in to wipe his paws and gave him a treat. He looked happy playing with the other dogs. One way to tell if he enjoyed being there was he wasn’t pulling me to get out when I arrived. I’m buying more personal play and cuddle time for Ely next time. It’s awesome that I can purchase more special personalized activities for my precious one. I’ve shopped may places and Paws Chateau is the place I trust with my baby.

The thing I love most about Paws Chateau is how much attention they pay to the dogs. This place is very organized and very on top of everything that has to be done to care for the dogs. My dog loves to come here and drags me out of the car to get to the door! Everyone I have met is super friendly and shows a lot of love to the dogs. My one and only dissatisfaction is: I wish the camera showed the top of the room better since that is where the dogs hang out for the most part. Some days it would take a long time just to get a glimpse of my dog. Other than that, I love this place and would not leave my dog anyplace else! Thank you ❤️

We absolutely LOVE Paws Chateau, Louise and the Paws crew. They are THE BEST! Our dog gets SO excited when we arrive and tugs on his leash to enter and play with his Paw friends. We confidently leave our dog knowing the loving care he receives when there.

My pup Toki always has a GREAT time when he's there! He doesn't even look back to say goodbye when I drop him off, ha! But that's all you can ask for when you're leaving your furry family member in someone else's care. He absolutely loves it there, and the staff are always helpful and lovely to speak with. Would absolutely recommend to someone looking for overnight stays or doggie daycare.

I have been boarding my dogs here for years and it’s the only place I truly trust. I have boarded my two dogs for 7-9 days while away on vacation, and they always come back happy and exhausted. Even just one day of day camp will have them sleeping for the rest of the night. :) Their day camp is also a great way to socialize your pups. All staff are really sweet and you can tell they love dogs and have a great time with them. Thank you PawsChateau for always delivering a stress free and happy environment for my dogs from start to finish!

Augie Loves this place. The people are friendly and very helpful. I didn't plan to get a puppy. But I had pre-planned two trips in the last two weeks. Luckily he just became old enough to board for both weekends. They send pictures once a day when he's boarding there. The pickup and drop off are easy and Augie is so happy to be there he doesn't even experience separation anxiety.

We are so happy to be part of the Bark City Family. Bark City is the highlight of my dog’s week every week. I couldn’t say enough good things about their staff. I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and it’s consistently exceptional service and grooming each time. I have felt great leaving my dog here for several hours for grooming. I also noticed that my dog doesn’t get anxious on the drive there and is very happy when I pick her up. I’ve never had a bad experience here and come every 7-8 weeks. This place is women owned and you can tell that the owners really care about providing a high quality service. Grooming always has been exceptional and I appreciate that they actually listen to what you want. I have a miniature schnauzer and get a breed cut. They put the cutest collars on after the groom, it’s a nice touch and makes me excited to pick up my dog! It’s hard to find a good groomer that you trust leaving your baby with and that will actually do an amazing job every time, give this place a try. You won’t regret it!

I was so nervous leaving my pup on vacation but I immediately knew this place was for us!! I took her in for a temperament test and she came out so happy! She stayed for a week and I was updated almost daily with pictures and videos of her stay. She is a bit shy but warmed up to the other pups quickly. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone , and will be bringing her back for daycare 🐶❤️

Absolutely phenomenal place to take your pups. Boarding, daycare and grooming is absolutely top notch!! We just had our first overnight stay with them and my two pups were happy and safe, we continuously got updates and pictures about how things were going. I just couldn’t have put them anywhere better. Plus they came home smelling clean and fresh!! I would like to personally thank Aleaha and Delana for giving our babies such attentive care!! The most wonderful pet salon in Orange County. Period. This is the only groomer we take our baby to. The mother and daughter duo are some of the kindest people I've ever met, and their front desk help is always wonderful as well. We take our baby for the full grooming service (and occasional puppy hair dye) and she always comes back with the best haircut, scent, and the happiest mood! They truly care for your baby here as if it were their own, we love Uptown spa so much! Thank you for all you do!

I've tried many groomers in the Fountain Valley/HB area, this one was by far the best with the most reaosnbke prices. They did a great job with my large, furry, anxious Great Pyrenees mix. They gave her exactly the trim I asked for and put little bows behind her ears which I died for. All her nails were trimmed (last groomer missed one of her dew claws), and they alerted me of potential skin aggravation on her. Already made her next grooming appointment!

We've been taking our dog Winnie to Uptown Paw for daycare three times a week for the past year and have had an absolutely phenomenal experience. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and Winnie has a great time and always wants to stay for little bit longer. We've also had Winnie groomed and boarded here and have had nothing but positive experiences. We feel so lucky to have found a place where we can reliably drop off Winnie and know that she is cared for and having fun.

We have come for daycare and board from a recommendation from friends and we are so happy we did! Our dogs can’t contain their excitement when they get into the parking lot. When they see any of the staff or owners at Uptown their tails are wagging. We are beyond happy we found them. We like the boutique personalized feel because we didn’t want it too over filled because our dogs would come home smelling like pee or had scuffs or bites from other experiences.They come home taken care of, their energy is centered with all the play they needed. They know all their personality traits and everything, things they like or don’t and work on their behavior with us with plans. We can’t recommend them enough for social needs & boarding.

Omg! What a blessing it was to find Uptown Paw Resort & Spa! We had our dog Chance stay with them for about a week. We had a last minute issue and they were so easy to work with. Chance had a great time hanging out with other dogs! The staff was so sweet and caring. They realized our dog loves carrots and even contacted us to see if we could bring more. Talk about attention to detail! We are definitely boarding our dog here again! May even consider a half day visit just to give him some play time during this rain. P.s. we also had him washed and groomed. He smells so good! His fur is so soft 🥰

This has been our dog's home away from home for the past three years! We take her for day care and occasionally boarding, and she LOVES it! She is loved and cared for and gets to play, and she's always so happy and excited when we drop her off. Sherri and all of the staff are wonderful, they truly care! Plus they are pretty flexible and affordable, especially compared to other places. Could not recommend them more!

We are going on two years of bringing our dog for daycare and occasional boarding at about Animal’s Best Friend and we wouldn’t take him anywhere else. He loves Sherri and her staff and is always eager to go. The staff has taken the time to get to know my reactive dog and has helped him socialize to the point where he has many doggie friends. I always feel our dog gets the best and most consistent care at Your Animal’s Best Friend. I highly recommend.

YABF is a great place to take your dog if you’re looking for a cage-free daycare filled with loving staff and great prices. My dog goes here twice a week and enjoys making new friends. She also gets spoiled because of her big sad cow eyes. I know that she’ll be safe and happy while I’m working. When I first brought my dog here, I was worried because she’s shy. When I picked her up they called her a “social butterfly”. I was in shock. I didn’t expect her to love daycare so much. The open plan/couch and bed set up was incredibly helpful in getting her out of her shell. Sherri and Dan are both responsive if I have questions or concerns. They are happy to give me updates with photos during the afternoon.

This family is dedicated to supporting and protecting and loving your pups. Sherri is a dedicated and fiercely loyal person to the health and safety of your dogs. You don't want to vaccinate or train your dog? Cool, you can't come here, she is strict about medical records and behavior of animals. We live in FV now and still come back for top level love and support after moving from HB. If you don't believe that these animals are something special talk to Sherri about their not so subtly message to her and saving her, it's a testament to why we don't deserve dogs.

After looking around for a professional dog care service for our wedding, we found Your Animal's Best Friend. My dog is like my child, since I don't have any children, and it was enormously important for her to be in our wedding. We got married on a Sunday on Labor Day weekend 2014 at Hyatt Huntington Beach. While most dog care services were closed Sundays and/or the holiday weekend, Your Animal's Best Friend was not only open, but provided handling services and transportation for my dog Penny to and from my wedding! Sherri handled Penny with care and professionalism my entire wedding ceremony, and before & after for photos. She was dressed professionally in case she appeared in any photos while handling Penny, and even got Penny dressed in her flower girl outfit for us. I dropped Penny off with Sherri in the morning with her outfit and food, and let Sherri know that Penny is afraid of larger dogs and is more comfortable around puppies or a small group of mellow dogs. Sherri showed me around and where she would have Penny, and I even met the other dogs Penny would be around to make sure I was okay with it. She arrived with Penny at the hotel right on time, and handled her while we took photos. She stayed with Penny the entire time, even when my family was handling her or she wasn't needed at that particular moment. My cousin walked Penny down the aisle, and Penny stayed with the groomsmen during the ceremony. We had Sherri sit in the front in case she needed to take Penny, and she walked Penny back out when the ceremony was over. She stayed for as long as I wanted after the ceremony to take pictures and pose her. She then took Penny back to the facility where she stayed the night until we picked her up the next morning. Sherri even sent me text message updates that Penny was okay upon their return. Sherri was everything we were looking and hoping for and more to make it possible to have Penny in our wedding. I can't say enough great things about how caring and professional they were in such a milestone in our lives!

Sherri and her facility are just simply AMAZING! She is a genuinely devoted, loving caring, good natured, angel on earth and is also a cancer survivor with an enormous zest for life! She's a gem, a true blessing and truly makes such an incredible impact and huge difference to our society with her enormous compassion she exudes to all animals and humans alike. Thank you Sherri for everything you do and who you are!

BEST DAYCARE EVER! I have been a client of YABF for six years now. Previous to finding YABF I used an independent dog sitter when we had only one dog who crated and left my baby all day until I came to pick up. So I was on the hunt to find the best, and I did with YABF! Like many paw-parents our girls (we have two corgis now) they are our babies. I can not say enough good things about Sherrie and her team. She not only is sensitive to my fears when we starting bringing our dogs to her, she is very thoughtful whenever I need extra help to come up with solutions. I write this because there are a lot of options for boarding and daycare, but it's when you need true help with a schedule or extra love for a pet that you see the true colors of people in this industry. I love her custom approach to pet care as not all families or pets are the same. I love that our girls are treated as though they were the pets of the team there. Our youngest (Ffion) was a Covid puppy. Since we couldn't leave the house she was not socialize or learned to be away from us. She has separation issues and the team is great with her. My dogs run to the gate to go in, and that's a good sign! Sherrie thank you for all you do for me and our family. Nia and Ffion are very fortunate to have you and your team care for them I can't recommend Sherrie and team highly enough. I need more stars. Please more stars!

We are ecstatic that we found Sherri, Dan, and family at YABF! We were planning for months to add a puppy to our family in April 2020. Then COVID hit, so we got the puppy (Blue) a bit earlier and developed a "pandemic puppy" who was extremely resistant to crate training. As things started opening more in 2021, we got a second puppy (Belle) to keep Blue company since he'd never been home alone. My husband and I have year-round commitments and travel spanning all hours. A few pack walk friends highly recommended Sherri for daycare needs at highly flexible hours. I was nervous because Belle had developed overexcitement and leash aggression on walks. Blue had some quirks of his own. We are SO GLAD we went by to meet Sherri and Dan. The environment they have created at YABF is beautiful. There are no crates and their expertise with dogs is amazing. Sherri gave me regular updates regarding their progress slow socializing with other dogs, including sending pictures. When it's time to go to YABF, we tell Blue and Belle they are going to "school" and the excitement is incredible. They run to get there and come back beautifully exhausted. Sherri has been super flexible with scheduling. I had a vet emergency with Blue and she was able to take Belle for daycare on minutes notice. If either dog is on special restrictions, they take great care. I trust them 100% with my pups. I've referred several friends here and they have had similar incredible experiences. I literally cannot say enough about the caring first rate service provided at Your Animal's Best Friend. My only regret: that I didn't go to them sooner! Thank you to everyone there for taking such fantastic care of my babies when I'm away!!!

I wouldn't take my dog's anywhere else. Sherri and her whole staff go up and beyond everyday. My dog's get so excited when we pull down the street. The facility is set up like someone's house. Upstairs is agility and exercise, needless to say my dog's are pooped when they get home. I would definitely refer Your Animals Best Friend to someone who needs socialization for their dog, daycare and boarding too. Dan does walks and house visits for those that opt to stay at home. They have it all. Thanks Sherri, Dan, James, Gavin, Jacob and Nathan you guys are my dog's best friends.

edit 2/22 we had been boarding our beloved senior lab here for the last year. never longer than a week. we decided to leave her at YABF recently while we were out of the country for 2 weeks and weren’t contacted once throughout the trip to be notified that her behavior or eating habits changed. the only update received was that she was doing good a few days into the trip. when i picked up my dog on february 20, she was barely able to get up to greet me. her ribs and spine were completely visible and her abdomen extremely swollen. unprovoked, but seeing the look on my face, a staff member simply said, “we tried to get her to eat more.” charged me and i left. when we took her to the vet, she had lost 3lbs even with the swollen abdomen. sadly we had to put her down less than 24 hours later as we learned she had been suffering from internal bleeding due to a tumor that ruptured during her stay. this rendered her unable to walk or eat and was completely obvious to me upon returning to pick up the dog i left . yet all we got was “she seemed fine” “how could we have known” “sometimes we see older dogs act like that when they’ve been here a while”. i will not place blame with YABF for the passing of an aging dog, but it is unforgivable not to notify an owner of behavioral changes when that dog is in your care. i took additional care with each visit to leave specific medical contacts and instructions, knowing that anything can happen. i overlooked the unanswered emails and requests for updates. i truly believed she was taken care of and they were just too busy to get back to me. i took that risk with YABF in good faith that at least 1 person would keep a closer eye on an ailing animal and thought to call me or her vet if she stopped eating or showing any signs of distress. i had faith that in my absence, someone here would notice the weight loss, bones sticking out, limping that wasn’t there previously, or in our case, being almost entirely unable to get up. i regret that my beautiful animal spent the last couple weeks of her life here and in pain. that no one noticed or cared enough to see her suffering. we will forever be heartbroken and have to live with the consequences of that decision. senior dog care is not for the faint of heart, and as owners we should all do better to guarantee our pets just a fraction of the love they bestow on us during their short times. i stand by my previous statement that this facility is not responsible for the cycle of life, but i can’t condone any level of negligence to someone providing a service that advertises care. based on my devastating experience, i offer 2 stars and a strong recommendation to use extra precaution if leaving your animal here more than a few days, or however long they can get by on their own. you never know what will go unnoticed. i advise against bringing a senior animal here as well.

The best! Mihail is flexible, caring, and trustworthy. I’m very particular about who I leave my dog with and I’ve loved having him and his team to take care of my girl. The pick up and drop off makes coordinating with my 13 hour work days so much easier. My dog is always excited to go with him & comes home tired!

We were looking for a dog trainer as well as pet boarding. Mihail, owner of Long Beach Pet Care was highly recommended for our 6-month-old Brittany, Rhett. He loved his new play friends. He enjoyed group walks & lots of socializing and training at his 2 week-long summer camp. Mihail took such great care of our Rhett. I never worried about him. We live in Brea, the distance was not at all a problem for us. We highly recommend LBPC. Taking Rhett there will be a pleasure.

We found Long Beach Pet Care, shortly after moving to Long Beach a few years ago. The thing was we needed a dog walker that had experience with senior large breeds, specifically Akita‘s. If you own a Akita or large breed like an Akita, you know the struggle of finding reliable dog walkers, kennels or dog sitters that are willing to work with your breed. We were so happy to have found Mihail and his team with Long Beach Pet Care! They have a initial meet and greet, to make sure it’s a good fit. Our dog loved her walks with Mihail and team. She also got to enjoy group walks! I noticed a huge difference when I took her for walks after being walked by Mihail, she would walk at my pace. We had such a great experience with the walks, we added on daycare at times and overnight boarding. They truly care about the animals they walk or board, and as a owner you can have peace of mind that your dog will be exercised and enjoy fun times.

Monday, April 25th, 2022. Received a call from my sister in law that my brother who is a cancer survivor and current dialysis patient is Septic throughout his body and Gangrene along with other heart issues has given him only days to live. As I am throwing stuff in a bag with one hand and renting a car to drive to Idaho with the other. I am thinking I have to go online and try and book care for my fur babies asap! I can’t even think at this point. I just call Mihail and leave him what I am sure is a very frantic message of needing care for my babies. I make contact with Mihail and he is so quick to assure me that he has “the crew” which he calls my 3 babies. I tell him I don’t know when I will be back and he says don’t worry I’ve got them. Just keep in touch. Yes! I have used Mihail’s services once before and that was a Huge Success!! So, his few words put me at ease that I didn’t have to worry. His constant communication during the time I was gone was priceless to me. I’m sure it was just his way of continuing to offer support and ease at a time that I needed it most. Far from what you could expect from an overpriced boarding/kennel service. Not only were my babies able to stay in their own home. Mihail’s, prices and commitment to care for them as his own. Made a very difficult time, the best experience for me and my babies!! Thank you Mihail!!!❤️

Long Beach Pet Care and its owner Mihail were a godsend to me three years ago when I was trying to find a dog walker for my new rescue pit-bull, Petunia. She is my baby, and I was not going to leave her in the hands of just anyone. Mihail took the time to come and meet Petunia -- free of charge -- to ensure she was a good fit for him and the other dogs she would be around, which she was. That was three years ago, and since then Petunia and Bowie (another pit mix who joined our family a few months later) have enjoyed countless doggy daycare outings and hikes with Mihail and the pack. You have to check out his Instagram account @longbeachpetcare to really get a sense of how amazing he is; I call him the 'LBC Dog Whisperer.' Even more important, Petunia and Bowie love and adore Mihail. Before I leave for work, I tell them both, "have fun with Mihail today," and its instant smiles and wiggle-butts. I have such peace of mind knowing my babies are in good hands and being taken care of like they are members of the family. I HIGHLY recommend Long Beach Pet Care for your pet needs; you -- and your fur babies -- will not be disappointed.

Thank you Alison for the great 1:1 training session! Our dog has been having resource guarding and reactivity issues so the training session was very helpful! She gave us some good tools, ideas and a plan for training. Once we work on the training she gave us, we plan to continue with additional training sessions! I can’t say enough good things about Splash Pet Resort! Crystal did an amazing job with Margo’s (6 months old, Cockapoo) intake and temperament assessment a couple of weeks ago, and we were thrilled she passed (whew!). Crystal was so patient and thorough, making sure Margo felt at ease every step of the way. Then last week, Natalie gave her a bath and went above and beyond with her care. Margo isn’t usually a fan of getting her nails trimmed, but Natalie managed to keep her calm and even comfortable through the whole process! It’s clear the team here truly cares about each pet, and I feel so relieved knowing Margo is in such good hands. Thank you to the entire team at Splash Pet Resort—you all are the best!

Nothing but praise for Splash and all of those who work there. Our beagle has been in for daycare, overnight boarding, and one on one training sessions with Allison. Every experience was great. Our dog really has a problem with a startle response, And we were provided with some good strategies for coping. She still reacts negatively to the idiots that still keeps setting off fireworks, even though it’s August, But it is getting better all the time. Thanks Splash!

We’re back again! We moved back to the area and returned to our Huntington Beach Vet for medical and Splash for boarding. I like that they are small but not too small and they remember my dog! Nice staff, competitive prices. Services used: training class, baths/nails, overnight boarding.

We have been going to splash for about two years now and it has always been ana amazing experience for our pup. She always gets excited whenever we tell her she is going to "school". The staff is amazing and takes great care of her. We have recommended splash to many family members and friends and no one has been disappointed. If you are looking for a place you can take your dog and be worry free, this is the place to be!

I literally have nothing but great things to say about splash! My doggos couldn’t be happier or safer than at splash! They have gone for boarding and for daycare and just love it, my younger dog never wants to leave when it’s time to go because he loves all of his friends there so much. I was having a hard time with my dog...this was my 2nd attempt for training help....Alison killed it!!! Layman's terms instructions that absolutely worked for me! It took about a day of implementing her techniques, and he's actually making huge changes! I'd absolutely recommend her!

Best, most thoughtful and kind owners and staff. My pup loves to come here, he smells it a mile away and is so excited and practically drags me thru the door!

Mark is an amazing dog trainer and he always took excellent care of our two dogs. We've moved away since but wish we still lived nearby so he could watch our pups! Highly recommend him for anyone looking for dog care with an attentive caretaker. He just *gets* dogs. It's honestly incredible.

This is a wonderful place to take your fur baby! This family truly loves dogs. They are genuine, very smart, loving people! I honestly feel incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to get my puppy established with the family here. He is always so excited when we arrive. He gets just as excited to see Mark and Gina as he does when he sees me! Lol! Seeing that makes my heart smile. The positive reviews here are definitely legit. This is a wonderful place to take your pup.

Mark, Gina and their team are AWESOME. I know anytime I leave my dog with them that she is safe and is great hands :) I can go on a long 2 week trip and not worry for a second. They are extraordinarily knowledgable. My dog always leaves The Puppy Playhouse tired, happy and better behaved than when I left her.

It was our dog Kirby's first time at Puppy Playhouse and it was a great experience! The people who work there really love dogs and put extra attention to make sure your dog feels comfortable and has fun. It's loud inside with a lot of dogs who bark when someone new walks in, but don't let that steer you away. Great service and good price as well!

Love love LOVE Puppy Playhouse and so does our dog Ziggy! I take her here whenever I have work in the area and we've been coming since she was 6 months old. The owners and workers really seem to love working with the dogs and I especially get a kick out of the living room vibe of the playroom. They offer walks as extras along with their day care for a few extra bucks = so worth it. Newport Beach and Costa Mesa have a bunch of doggy day care options, the community lives for their pups. The Puppy Playhouse is my fav because I trust the humans, it's location is convenient and Ziggy loses it every time she realizes where we are and forgets all about me (not gonna lie, it hurts for a bit, but then I remember she's a dog).

What a great place to be a dog! The Puppy Playhouse is a Dog Care where dogs can have a nice time playing with other dogs while their humans are on vacation. Mark, the owner, knew we were looking for a rescue after recently losing our two fur babies. He told us he had a little Maltipoo that he took from a shelter that needed a home. We went to meet him and see if he was a fit. He told us the story of the dog and how long and hard he worked with him to rehabilitate him. We took a chance on him and OVERNIGHT he became part of our family. He’s a happy dog. We love him! Thank you Mark for your love and dedication to these sweet souls. They need a second chance. Mark, Gina and Kelsey have a great home there. All the dogs are so friendly and get along! Great place to leave them when you go away. They will be so well taken care of. It’s a family. Can’t thank you guys enough! 🐶

My year and a half old pup had the best time again yesterday at the Puppy Playhouse. He was so happy to see me, and from the moment we left he was out. He had a good report card and we didn't have to worry about him getting into mischief in the evening. He was also very tired this morning. I love the staff, facility and how great of a time he has while he is there.

I Love Love Love this place! My pup, Finn is a very high energy dog and he is always tired and well excercised when I pick him up. One of the things I just Love about the Puppy Play house is they offer walks during Finns day and they also teach him obedience skills. His behavior has improved so much from spending time here. I know Finn is well taken care of while I'm at work and I don't have to worry about him. He's getting great socialization and is around a fantastic bunch of people who truly love dogs and love what they do. So happy to have found this wonderful place!

I've been bringing my boxer pup here for at least 6 months now and she absolutely loves it! She has a great group of pup friends she looks forward to seeing and when she stays overnight, she's cuddled and treated like family. Her temperament also improved significantly within the first few weeks of coming here and she listens so much better! I refer all my friends to Puppy Playhouse

Mark is great! My pup absolutely loves coming here. I love the extended hours. I arrive just before the door opens and Mark comes out to greet us. He offers useful advice and always let's me know how my growing pup is getting along when I pick her up.
