Mazzie has been fantastic with our dogs and always responds quickly to enquiries for scheduling walks. We have no concerns that our girls are happy to see her and it is great to know they are getting walkies when we are not around. Mazzie also is always happy to sort out feeding if needed and anything else we might ask. Great service and so pleased we found Poppy and Pals. Thoroughly recommended.

Mazzie was a fabulous lady to look after my timid and shy Beaker. She really got to know her and her growl really well and definitely understood Beaker and her weird ways. Poppy and pals is a fantastic pet care service and I will highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Poppy and Pals are amazing. They looked after Hamish while we were away and he has been thoroughly spoiled. Where do I even start! The Poppy and Pals team are wonderful, very reliable, kind and caring. They have walked our super crazy dog Odie since he was a puppy and that is no easy task. The team have also recently welcomed our latest addition to the family Molly for walks whilst we are at work. Mazzie is really great and I really can’t recommend the team enough.

We have used Poppy and Pals for the last 18 months have found them to be brilliant. They have treated our dog Babs with so much love and care, it’s been reassuring to know she was so well looked after on her walks while we were working. Joe and his team are all excellent. Polite, friendly and happy to be firm with my dog and reinforce our existing training. Each service we’ve used has been great and the person doing the service sends pictures and texts about how everything has gone. We Love Pets is also very reasonably priced and I will absolutely keep using them for as long as they will have me!

We've left our dog, a greyhound, with We Love Pets on a few occasions now and we will do it again. Joe is great with dogs, gives us updates of our boy on a regular basis, and most importantly we feel he is safe when he's there

Joe and his team are incredible. From the moment I met Joe, he has been professional and has worked really hard to make sure I’m comfortable whilst putting my bouncy boxer first at all times. He and his team provide dog walking, daycare and overnight care with updates, videos and photos to make sure I am not worried. My boxer absolutely adores all of them and I know from his reaction how well he is looked after. If you are looking for someone to adore your pet and take all of the stress away then you should definitely talk to Joe. I can’t recommend him enough!

! PLEASE READ ! On Wednesday 12th June 2024, this company lost my sister’s dog whilst on a walk. After he had been missing for 20 mins, they called my sister to make her aware. I then called them, and was told “I’ve tried to find him but I am just in the car to drop the other dog who was on the walk home, then I’ll go back to look for him.” There was also another lady from the company who was floating around trying to “look” for him. He returned back around 45 mins later, then had the cheek to tell us ‘I’ve got to walk another dog, I’ve already put it off for an hour’!!!!! He also lied twice about where my sisters dog was last seen. The way this was handled from start to finish was appalling, they had no compassion or concern whatsoever for my sister, or the situation at hand. They did not make any real efforts to search for him. There was barely any communication from them throughout the search. All in all, he was lost for 5 hours. He was finally found by my sisters partner, my partner, and my sisters friend, with help from members of the Maidstone community (massive thanks to them!) When he was found, he was exhausted, terrified and his paws were in pieces. I just thank god that nothing more sinister happened whilst he was gone. As a dog owner, please, think twice before using this company if you love your dog!

We found We Love Pets through Google searches. We had never used a pet sitter before and were apprehensive about what to expect, however Joe was absolutely outstanding. He answered all our questions and assured all of our worries. He made sure that both he and us were happy with the temperament of our sausage dog and cat, that he knew all of their requirements and what we expected before any contract was signed. The paperwork was prompt and easy to sort out and Joe was always happy to respond to us when we had a question or needed to make a change. Both our pets absolutely loved having Joe visit, in fact our sausage even waited on our sofa at the exact time Joe came in the evening, waiting for his new friend. We will definitely be using Joe again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a prompt, careful and professional service.

We were so impressed with Joe. His communication was excellent, he gave us daily updates on our cats and how they were. One of our cats has to have medication at a set time and this was factored in and administered correctly. Would definitely recommend Joe and will be using his services again!

We have been using Pets For Life for a while now they are absolutely fantastic! Ali and Tine are very knowledgeable and have given us great service even at late notice. Our dog spends all of his holidays at Pets For Life as well as daycare and we trust them implicitly, he has come on leaps and bounds since going there. Our dog loves Ali and can’t wait for the door to open when she comes to collect him. They are a very hardworking team and it’s abundantly obvious how much they care. We highly recommend them if we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Absolutely fantastic. I have total trust in Tine and Ali. Barley loves it. When he comes home he literally goes straight to sleep. It's been so good for him to socialise and learn how to behave with other dogs in a safe environment.

We've had two of our dogs with Tine and Ali over the years, right from when they were puppies, and I can't recommend them enough. They are so caring and helpful, love dogs, and have so much knowledge - I don't know what we would have done without them!

It has taken us 3 years to feel comfortable with leaving Dexter with someone outside of the family. Having decided we wanted a holiday abroad this year, we took the plunge with Julie and Malcolm and we’re so, so glad we did. After two separate overnight stays before we went away, we knew that Dexter would be in very capable hands and would be very happy. It is clear that Julie and Malcolm love dogs and Dexter was made to feel like one of their own. While we were on holiday, Julie sent us regular texts, photos, videos and reports, which was fantastic as it gave us such peace of mind. We could also see how much Dexter was enjoying his holiday - playing with his new friends, eating delicious treats, having lots of cuddles and relaxing on the garden day bed! We will always use Julie and Malcolm to board Dexter in future, for as long as they will have him, because we can see how much love and care is lavished on him. In return, he also loves Julie, Malcolm and the dogs and, if they are in the park at the same time as us now, he will run from the other side of the field to see them! All in all, we don’t think we could find anywhere better to board Dexter. It is such a relief to know he has somewhere to stay where he is so well looked after and where he is so happy. Thank you to Julie, Malcolm and all the dogs for welcoming Dexter into your home and making him one of the family when he comes to stay!

My dog Oli has been home boarded a few times a year for the last ten years. I have to say Julie had been exceptional in her care for him. We received many photos and reports of his holidays for the two weeks we were away. She really is a very caring and loving person and went the extra mile looking after him. I really would not leave him with any one else just wish she had been doing this a few years ago as we have had some bad experiences in the past . He has come home clean and exhausted from all his lovely walks and playtime with Julie’s dogs can’t thank her enough. I know from now on I won’t worry about him while I’m on holiday he will be having a great time

I had never put Rocco into boarding before and I was quite apprehensive about how he would be. I met Julie in her home with Malcolm and their own dogs, a meet and greet, Julie did it with great care and attention to not overwhelm Rocco. It was agreed then on Rocco's reaction to do a two night trial to see how this would go. This was free of charge. Julie updated me with an emailed report, what's app messages and pictures, fantastic. Rocco had great fun and it was set for him to stay for 12 nights. Would I recommend Julie, 100%, would I use her services again, 100% She sent lovely videos and pictures throughout his stay. He truly had a fab holiday himself. So well looked after and cared for I don't think he wanted to leave.

I’m so happy that my friend recommended Parsley and Pals to us! Julie and Malcolm took such good care of our dog Albie and I could tell they genuinely loved him. On my first visit, it was evident that Julie has put so much hard work, love and care into Parsley and Pals, and she absolutely adores her dogs as does Malcolm. I didn’t hesitate in booking Albie in with them for a holiday and I felt at ease whilst I was away as I knew he was treated like a king. Julie sends regular updates which is lovely. I can’t recommend Parsley and Pals enough. I feel like myself and Albie struck gold finding them and we have more visits booked in. Thank you so much 😊

I was so pleased to have found Julie with her Parsley and Pals boarding! We have a 5 year old cocker spaniel Sam, who boarded this week, and he had an amazing time!! Sam was treated liked royalty with healthy snacks, lots of playing, cuddles and space if he needed it. It was really reassuring to know Sam was in safe hands while we had a lovely holiday, and so did he! Julie kept me up to date with his activities and sent photos and videos, which were lovely to see. We are definately booking again next year! 100% recommend this service for your precious doggies. I have one happy, tired boy.

I cannot recommend Parsley and Pals more highly. Julie is truly committed to the dogs in her care giving them a home from home experience. My dog, Winston, had a wonderful time and has a group of new friends in the resident dogs. Julie is meticulous about her daily reports and kept me updated with pictures of Winstons adventures which was very reassuring. I will certainly be booking Winston in for visits and holidays in the future.

Wow! What a great experience we, and our two dogs had with their stay. Photos sent through and a great and thorough report of each day. Walks and lots of cuddles were had. Resident dogs all lovely and our dogs were very happy and relaxed there. Definitely would recommend and will be using again. Thank you Julie (and Malcolm)

Our dog Spud has gone to stay with Julie a few times and we couldn't be happier! Our baby boy has the best time and is very well looked after. It is clear how much they care the their own dogs as well as guests! It's such a piece of mind knowing he is comfortable, safe and happy. Spud will be returning in the future for sure!

Liberty had a great time at parsley and pals, I felt 100% at ease leaving her with this fabulous dog boarding organisation, the dogs are definitely in charge! We are so fortunate to have discovered Julie and Malcolm, such lovely genuine people who literally care for our dog Stanley as if he is their own dog. Stanley is so comfortable in their company and he has also made some new dog pals with the resident dogs. Highly knowledgeable and professional in how they look after Stanley and it is great for us knowing we can leave Stanley in their care fully confident that he will have a great time. We particularly love the updates ( emails and videos ) that Julie sends which gives us a great insight into what Stanley is doing and he has grown in confidence whilst with Julie and Malcolm. We would highly recommend Julie and Malcolm.

Chris at We Pet Care has been very kind sharing his Knowledge with me and teaching me how best to groom my dog. He uses soft water which I think makes her coat extra clean and light. Long or short coat she always comes out looking amazing.

Visited We Pet Care today for the 1st time, with my pomeranian. Chris was absolutely brilliant, he couldn't have been more informative about the best cut and how to maintain my poms fur, educating me on how to help her regulate her temperature throughout the summer months by keeping her fur longer, and ensuring the cut doesn't damage her fur as she gets older. He gave me lots of helpful tips on hand stripping her and ear and claw care inbetween her grooms. He was super gentle and attentive to my girl, making sure she was happy throughout the process, and not stressed at any point. She came home happy, with a beautiful cut and super soft and fresh fur. Will be recommending We Pet Care to all our doggy friends

Chris has been absolutely amazing with our cockapoo Marley! Super patient and keen to help in any way possible. When we first took Marley to see Chris he was petrified of being brushed and unable to be groomed in any way. After a few weeks and several desensitisation sessions Chris and Marley have formed a brilliant relationship and Chris has now been able to give Marley a full groom. We are beyond happy and have already booked in for Marley's next groom with Chris! 100% recommend.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the care and attention to detail Chris gave to my dog. This is the first time we have been here and will definitely be booking again. Had a really positive experience with Kent dog walkers. We were out for New Years Eve and Jay from Kent Dog Walkers visited and walked our darling Reuben. Put his coat on, washed his paws, gave him his breakfast and gave him lots of hugs. My mind was completely at ease. Fully recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant! I use Kent Dog Walker to look after my elderly dog whenever I go away, knowing she'll be well looked after and cared for. Charlie sends me lots of photos of their walks and she looks very happy while I'm away. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Kent Dog Walker have been brilliant, we’ve used their crèche services and home day care and both have been outstanding. Reliable, flexible, professional and everyone clearly absolutely loves dogs. Jodie and Matt who offer doggy home care have been absolutely fantastic looking after our pup. They’ve taken such good care of her, she’s clearly been incredibly happy and thinks of their house as her second home. I’m pretty sure she actually prefers it to our home! Communication has been excellent, they are both so lovely and they are so reliable which has been a breath of fresh air. I would 100% recommend them to look after your pup.

We looked for a long time to find suitable accommodation for our two Spanish rescues for the times that we go away. Most places we visited were the typical kennels that were outside, offering the dogs a large metal “cell”, with limited daily exercise. We instantly knew this was not for us. We wanted somewhere that was home from home - we also knew that a stranger in our house would not work. After much searching, we came across the KDW doggie hotel. We were instantly blown away. We loved that the dogs would be outside all day and then go to their rooms later. We loved that they would be outside, have human company 24/7 and we loved that if they did not want to go to their rooms alone, they could hang out and sleep in the “common room”. On the occasions that we have left our pups at the hotel, we have gone away, in complete confidence that our pups are being well loved and looked after and having their own holiday! From our initial meet and greet with Jay, he put us and the pups at complete ease - he has been amazing and sends us updates on the pups which is so reassuring when we are away! I could not recommend this place more highly!!!!!!🙂

Charlie was absolutely brilliant with our nervous dog. It was the first time he’s been left with someone he didn’t know already while we went away but Charlie was so flexible with booking him in for some walks and practise stays beforehand so he recognised her first. During our trip I had so many updates and pictures so we always knew he was happy, loved and well looked after. I wouldn’t leave him with anyone else now. Thankyou so much for allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our holiday- and for giving Chase a holiday too, with some social experiences built in! It’s definitely been good for him!

Kent Dog Walker has been a real find! Recommended by a friend's dad. My dog Jack just loves Chloe and she clearly loves him too. He is always so excited when he knows she's coming, so I can't give him too much notice!

We have been using KDW for 3 years now & our dog Bruce absolutely loves his time with them! We use a mix of services that range from walks with Emma (who is so good with him, he always has lots of fun, we receive great pics & updates). If I'm away for longer during the day then he will go to the field with Jay & Co and has a blast running around with his friends. We also use KDW for boarding if we go on holiday, it's a fantastic home from home experience for Bruce and gives me complete peace of mind! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We have been using Pets Holiday Home for 3 years now for our springer spaniel. We board him 3 times a year. Whilst he’d rather be away with us it’s not always possible and we have no concerns whatsoever leaving him with Sandra, John and Claire. On pick up our dog seems well fed and in good spirits. I have seen the kennels and am happy that he is looked after here. I feel very comfortable recommending them as a boarding service.

My cat has been boarding at Pets Holiday Home (Cuckoo Farm) since he was a kitten. Sandra, John and Claire are caring and friendly and I always feel comfortable leaving my cat there for his holiday. They have been more than happy to look after his changing dietary needs and I would recommend them very highly.

I have left my cat on multiple occasions with John and Sandra. I have done this for a few reasons 1. They take very good care of my cat. He's a moody old boy, but I know that we will be well looked after and I even think he smiles a little when I come to pick him back up. He also looks bigger which means he's been well fed as well 2. John and Sandra are lovely people and take great care to ensure that every aspect of their responsibilities are taken seriously, all new regulations are followed and ultimately the cats under their supervision are well cared for. 3. I'd give them 6 stars if there was an opportunity to do so. I'll continue to leave my cat under their supervision as I know that its like a holiday away for him as well. Thanks both!

This is the only kennel we would leave our two precious rescue dogs. We have been using John and Sandra for the last 5 years, 4/5 times a year and would never go anywhere else. Their 5 Star rated family run kennel is in an rural setting just outside Maidstone / Tunbridge Wells. It's small and quite and our dogs are always happy and healthy when we collect them - which is reassuring when we are away.

We boarded our dog here for the first time following a recommendation from a friend. We are delighted with Claire who took special care of Dino. In collection we could tell he had had a great time and had bonded with Claire. He was happy to see us but you could see that he loved her as well. We would have no hesitation in recommending thus kennels to anyone who wants to know their pet will be well cared for whilst away.

My dog Koda has been using these kennels since he was a puppy. He absolutely loves his time there and gets so excited when I drop him off ! John, Sandra and Clare are all so lovely and treat my dog with such kindness and care - I cannot recommend them highly enough

VERY dissatisfied. If there was a zero star I’d use that. Cats were starving when we got them home. We will NEVER use this cattery again. Gave our cats loads of food for their stay and donated the same amount to the cattery. Our cat’s remaining food was not returned on collection yet they were half their size!! Not impressed. Would not recommend.

Wonderful service from Rebekah and Luke looking after our 2 older cats while we were away. Great communication with photo updates and so easy to book and get hold of. Was a nice touch having a meet and greet beforehand to see the cats and explain everything in person. Highly Recommend for anyone in the Medway area.

Our cavapoo Cooper was able make himself at home straightaway on his first ever doggy day care visits to Stay Pawsitive Pet Services. Daily photos reassured us that he was having a great time and was very well looked after. We will not hesitate to use again.

Rebekah and Luke were amazing and looked after our girls well during our time away. The communication was great and we received regular updates which made us feel at ease. We hope to use them in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other pet owners.

Stay Pawsitive Pet Services is our first choice to care for our elderly cat when we go away. He’s got quite a few health issues but Luke is brilliant with him. He (Luke, not our cat!) sends us photos and updates which means we can relax and enjoy our time away with complete peace of mind.

Luke is great with our 2yr old German Shepherd Rex. He has always been so flexible, reliable and trustworthy. It gives us great piece of mind knowing he is well cared for when he is on his walks. Rex loves going out and about off lead. Plus the added bonus of lovely photo updates when they are out having fun on their walks around our local country park. I would highly recommend both Becca and Luke. They are very professional, friendly and accommodating. A* Service.

We’re absolutely delighted to have found Jess, to walk our Buddy once a week. He is so excited every time she arrives, and returns so happy after his walks in beautiful rural locations, socialising with all the other lovely dogs. Jess is both friendly, professional & has an amazing rapport with all the dogs she walks. We would highly recommend her as the service has been exceptional and it’s the highlight of Buddy’s week! X

Clearly the two reviews from a few months ago need to be removed, as they do not relate to the service that Jess provides, which is exceptional. We have been using Jess's wonderful dog walking service since 2019, and our dogs absolutely adore her. They are so excited when Jess arrives and enjoy spending time with her and the other dogs that they get to socialise with. I can only repeat that the service provision is exceptional, and Jess goes above and beyond.

Jess is amazing with our dogs, always on time, takes them on great varied walks and incredibly reliable and passionate about what she does. Highly recommend her services. I also want to add that this is her business and she does not have a male member of staff working for her - so please ignore references to this in the older reviews, this isn't true of her business. She is FANTASTIC and has walked our team for 2 + years.

Ive tried several , but what puts the Leading lady apart is the quality of service and care for the dogs. She has a professional fully kitted Van for safe transportation too. We sent our ginger nut, Moose, for his first day and overnight and Justin, Lola & Ellie couldn't have made him any more welcome if they tried. He got to go on two walks in the lovely Kent countryside and enjoy the company of other Vizslas, which he adores. Saying that, Lola & Ellie kept our young upstart in his place, if he got a bit rowdy. Hopefully this interaction will help him settle into grown up behaviour soon. We can't wait to use them again and couldn't recommend Just Vizslas highly enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
