Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.
Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.
Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Do not hesitate to contact her for your pet sitting needs. I already have her booked for 10/2024 so don’t try and get her then!!!😁
Bard and Kim are amazing house sitters and pet care givers. I would recommend them over and over. I wish I could add numbers to the scale. They would get a 10+. Bard and Kim were super easy to work with, efficient, self-sufficient, and considerate. They took immaculate care of my home; it was definitely cleaner after they left! I would recommend them without hesitation over and over.
Lyndsey and Jordan were wonderful pet sitters and house guests. They kept us informed of how our pets were doing and went above and beyond to care for them. We felt entirely comfortable leaving our home and pets in their hands and arrived home to find everything tidy and the pets well cared for. We would absolutely have them sit again if the need arose.
Mikala & Jake were great house & pet sitters for us!! Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. It eased our minds to know our animals and house were in such great care while we were away and would have them sit for us anytime!
David was a super interesting guy, we had good conversation. My place was clean, my cat was happy...he communicated with me.. David is a great house and pet sitter . He is very gentle, which my cat enjoys.
If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. I can recommend her as a sitter without hesitation. Thank you Anna
Shella was a great house sitter and I had no concerns leaving her in charge when we went away. She kept in touch while we were away and we returned to happy pets and a tidy house. What more can you ask?! I would be more than happy to welcome Shella back to house sit another time.
Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat. He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care. Heath is friendly and reliable and left my home neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend him as a house/pet sitter for future assignments!

This place is awesome!! I work 3 night shifts a week and I’m so thankful for a place where I can drop my dog off for the day and get some much needed sleep while she plays with her friends. She’s a shy girl and was unsure about it at first but the staff there make sure all dogs are safe with each other and have the best experience. Gael, the trainer, worked with her and she has warmed up and is now so excited to go here!! I can tell she is so happy when I drop her off and pick her up and she sleeps hard afterwards lol. Staff is very friendly and I can tell they care about my baby girl! Thank you guys so much ~
Gael always watches our dog and does such a great job! Recently my family was gone on a vacation for a few weeks, and because our dog is so young he couldn't be kept at home by himself while I worked. Gael made sure that the little guy got plenty of exercise and socialization with other dogs which he really needs! He even came home listening better than when we dropped him off! The whole staff is super friendly and always does a great job with our pup.
I own my own Animal rescue and there is no other place I would put my dog period. My dog is very well taken care of and the staff is friendly and you can see they care . I have owned dogs for many many yrs I have tried other places here in town and all I have to say is I can sleep well knowing ALL needs are met and that my dog is so much better behaved since he is a part of their family there!!! Congrats also for the awards they have received and for Gaels recent award from the local public as number one dog trainer! You do a great job with my velociraptor … we will be in soon!
We are very happy with Run-A-Muk🐾 My first Basset Hound , Bella, had a weekly appointment and over-night stay . As soon as we turned onto White Spar she would sit up in her car seat and get very excited !bc she knew she was going to RAM…The staff was always so friendly and happy to see us ! As Bella grew older ,the staff pampered her and cared for her and kept her up front on a soft bed when she didn’t have the energy to play outside any more … and When she passed away - we received the nicest card from the entire staff with sweet messages & their memories with her . Now I have another Basset Hound Cookie and a Chaweenie named Pumpkin . They love RAM too and just spent 10 days there while we went on vacation . The staff is great especially Miss Bella and Gael !
Would I recommend Run-A-Muk as a place to bring your dog for daycare and boarding? A month ago, I would have said yes. I now have a very different opinion. My husband and I brought our dog in for their required assessment and was told that she was a great candidate for their kennel-free environment. She loves other dogs and really enjoyed daycare. We recently took her to Run-A-Muk and boarded her for two nights/three days. She played so hard, got a lot of exercise, but came home with a cough and very sore paws. The yard is strewn with small pebbles, and her back paws were red and infected. We took her to our vet, and he prescribed antibiotics for the kennel cough (she was and is up to date on her vaccines). I used peroxide, antibiotic salve and bandages to get her paws healed. I shared with the office staff my concerns as I wanted to know if any other dogs became ill around the same time we boarded our dog. There were other cases that came up. I have spoken with other dog owners that had brought their dogs to Run-A-Muk and listened and learned about their negative experiences. I also spoke with other boarding facilities who did not have favorable comments. I learned the following: 1. The dogs are kenneled for 12+ hours every night without having the ability to “do their business” outside, but instead must relieve themselves in the kennels and remain in this condition until the morning staff arrives to let them out. 2. I have been told that there have been incidents when they have been left without water during this duration. 3. The dogs are left unattended, and there are no night staff to avert any problems that could arise. Gael, the Canine Behaviorist lives on site, but is not working and not attending to the dogs’ needs during the hours that the business is closed. They are left alone and defenseless. 4. During daycare, there have been over 100+ dogs in the yard. I like the idea of a cage free environment, but this number is concerning. They do not employ enough staff, let alone enough qualified staff to be able to deescalate a negative situation that could (and has) arise. 5. Sanitation is also a concern. I am aware that they clean and sanitize the inside kennels, but how do you sanitize the play yard when there are that many dogs relieving themselves during the day and then running and playing in their urine and feces? It does not rain enough here to filter the playground area. This is why our dogs’ paws became sore and infected. At first, we were comfortable with Run-A-Muk. I even nominated and voted for Gael as trainer and Run-a-Muk as best kennel in the recent Daily Courier choice awards contest. I wish that I knew then what I know now as I would not have assisted them in getting their recent awards. I am tempted to contact the Daily Courier to make them aware of the issues and concerns of not only myself, but of others as well. I wish I could rescind my votes. After hearing of issues and concerns from multiple people and those also in the business, I cancelled our scheduled boarding appointment for this past week. We were incredibly happy with our decision and our pup enjoyed her stay at an alternate facility and did not come home sick. She was tired from playing with other dogs (maximum of 6), but the dogs play in a grassy area and are supervised 24/7. Lesson learned. I can only suggest that when looking for a safe and healthy environment for your loved one(s) that you do your due diligence and look past the façade. Things are not always what they seem. Some staff members have a true passion for their jobs and love for animals. I am sure that they would love to feel that they are working in a safe and healthy environment, not only for themselves, but for all the animals that we leave in the care of others to love and treat them like we do.
Gael is not only an incredible dog trainer, but also a wonderful human. I have never met anyone more articulate and passionate about canine behavior/ training in my life. I was able to work with him briefly several years ago and saw every aspect of what he accomplishes daily. I will forever speak highly of not only Run a Muk but specifically Gael. He is great at what he does and deserved the Couriers Choice Award for best trainer more than anyone else in the tricity area. Congratulations Gael and Congratulations Run a Muk for having such an amazing person on your team!
I had a very nervous, fearful dog, that had already been through 2 homes before me. I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to help her grow. The trainer Gael was able to work with her until she was comfortable with other dogs and people! She opened up completely and became a happy go lucky sweet girl. I am so glad I had his help and support when I was at my breaking point.
Gael, I want to thank you for helping with my dog who is a rescue (who saved who), I never would have thought a year ago my dog would be able to perform and kind of obedience but after you started working with my pup it's been a complete 180. I met Gael as I was broke down on the side of the road all he did was slap my grill and it started right away which was amazing considering I needed gas. The handling on my F150 has improved as the breaks and wheel alignment are in perfect condition since this man graced me with his physical contact it's been two months and I haven't even used a quarter of my tank and the model year is now a 2026 I had a 97. Thank you, A loyal customer
We have been boarding our dogs here for over 7 yrs. I left a excellent review in the past because we have always had great experiences, however, this week we boarded our dogs for 6 days and when we scheduled the pickup we were advised they would no longer give our dogs a quick bath prior to picking them up, it was going to be an additional $50 to bath them. They have always given a quick courtesy bath if you boarded for more than 3 days. My dogs smelled like pee, fur had gunk from other dogs stuck in it. ( not a fun ride home for us) we will be looking for a new facility or just use Rover from now on, they took the fun and convenience out of it for us. We used to talk this place up and refer them, sadly I can’t any longer.
Awful place. Gael promised to socialize my dog, instead he was locked in a kennel for 5 hours. First Gael tried to blame my niece who worked in the office, but he was the one who told me he would work with the dog. While another employee checked cameras and my poor dog was never let out again after drop off. Gael had promised 2 hours of socialization and a couple walks. None of that happened. He reaked of pee and poop. I asked to speak with the owner and after a few phone calls, Cali called me to tell me that I'm no longer allowed up there. As if I would ever bring another dog here or recommend this place. I had to call the owner (Keith) and he lies as bad as Gael. Said that he saw my dog out, your employees (not my niece) said you were there for 20 minutes, that doesn't equal to the 2 hours of socialization I was promised. I was told he would drop off a refund...nothing. These employees are lazy and dogs are suffering. They forget to give dogs water and medicine. Horrible place.
We have utilized several pet care boarding and resorts in Phoenix, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler & Prescott Valley now. WAGS is far & wide THE BEST Pet Resort we have experienced!! We have taken our dear Abby here every time we needed to go out of town. The Staff, Owner and Front Office are such incredible human beings. They show so much care & compassion for all the pets. Our Abby Loved coming here and staying so much, she would prance & just pull to get inside of Wags Resort. Pros: Great Customer Service, Clean Facility, Great Care. Cons: None to note. We Highly recommend Wags to friends & family. The facility is clean, professional & the staff truly cares! Thank you. A++. 5 Stars for sure.
So clean. Our little boy loves it there. Ally is a great trainer. And Woody's smile, when he greets you, is like sunshine on a cloudy day! Our pup went shopping with Ally.. he wanted to bring the whole pickup home for Dad but had to be satisfied with a tire.
All the employees absolutely love furry pets. They treat my Ellie like their own. She loves going there and loves the people. They are the best place I have every been in that was always clean, happy and couldn't wait to welcome Ellie! Your pet would be extremely well cared about, loved and happy if you took them for play day or boarding. They also have a amazing grooming facility. If you want to relax on your vacation or just a day out you can take your pet to Wags knowing she is in great hands!!
I mean this in complete sincerity and no exageration: Without Wags, I wouldn't be able to maintain my current lifestyle. I am a military vet college student, and my 1 year old Cavapoo Indiana "Indy" is my emotional support animal and best friend. I simply could not bare the thought of leaving him in his kennel alone all day, even if he would eventually get used to it. The peace of mind I get from knowing that Indy is surrounded by other playful dogs (many of which are now his friends) and staff who don't just enjoy working with animals, but have a clear passion for pet care, enables me to focus completely in my academic and career goals. Each morning when I drop him off he is practically dragging me off my truck and through the front doors to get in there and play his heart out, a radical difference from the first 2 days of him being very shy and timid. Hes a happier, healthier, whole new dog.
We’ve been been bringing our young husky in for group play for almost a year now, 2 times a week and we enjoyed it! However, recently they started doing paws up training so we got the package and had Ally train Axel on basic commands, leash handling, proper adequate… and so forth and it was so worth it!!! We suggest this training to you even if your dog is well behaved! She’s soo amazing with the dogs and the owners!!!! We love the entire staff and we continue to bring our fur babies there for play, training, spa day and boarding when needed!!!
Without writing a thousand word review, I’ll keep it quick. This place is simply astonishing. Our dog Dean came home after a week stay and has been happier than ever before. He’s become way friendlier with people AND dogs since his stay. He radiates a positive energy, one that he never had before Wags. This resort is immaculate, beautiful, impressive, and feels like a resort humans could stay at! Thank you all, we can’t express our gratitude enough for taking care of our boy. And we loved seeing his report cards! Dean will be back soon, I think for a day of playing and I’m sure he’s looking forward to more splash pad time. Here’s a hefty, sad and typical Dean two weeks prior to his stay, and the second is him a week after. Thanks again guys! -Danny & Tiffany
A great place for our little pup! The staff is super friendly and really get to know your dog. They are interested and caring. And they know all of the dog's names and how they like to interact with other dogs. Such a great experience!
They love fur babies. They have great staff. Great facility. Daycare is very good. They offer boarding with very nice accommodations. The price of daycare and boarding are reasonable. They truly care about your pet, and it shows in each staff member as they treat each pet like their own. They also offer pet grooming at good prices, and the groomers are wonderful. Highly recommend!
We love Wags and the people there! It's spotless, odorless and very inviting, for one. The people make it, tho! We appreciate all the options and the way we can feel safe and SECURE knowing our boy is with them, whether it's for daycare or boarding. Only one thing we don't like...We are not against tipping, by any means. But we've never been asked for a tip with boarding anyplace else before, and the bill was already over $500 which we paid cash. It frankly embarrassed me that we were put on the spot like that, out loud, in the lobby. Maybe I'm a terrible person but dang I am sick of EVERYPLACE wanting a tip.
Our 5 month old Bernedoodle loves Wags!!! The facility is clean, staff professional, courteous, and very friendly!! They truly care not only about the 🐶 in their care but their guardians as well and follow up promptly when we call. We feel great leaving Louise with them knowing he’s in very safe hands. Thank you to all the staff! …
We have brought our dog here several times for our summer vacations when we can’t bring her. John and Carol are amazing people and have always taken very good care of our dog. We had to leave early this trip and they were very accommodating even with the last minute change! Highly recommend Four Paws Dog Resort!
We've been taking our pups to four paws for more than 3 years and I've never had an issue. They love going there. They're always happy when they're there and they never want to come home.
This was Lily's first time staying with FPDR. She did great and so did John & Carol. Thanks so much!
It is always such a relief to know that while we're away, we never have to think twice about our animals and their care back home. "Almost You" is in every way the best animal care I've ever experienced (whether boarding or at-home). We love you and so do the animals!!
EDIT: Based on the owner's response below, I am adding additional comments. First off, I did a typo and she was dropped off around 10:30am. We had visited the facility before making a reservation. The young lady working the front desk did not tell us that they had nice beds for the dogs. We weren't told anything about what to bring the dog food in. In fact, I had to call and ask about packing the food before we brought our pet in. I am not "blasting" the nice young man who brought our dog out to us. He really was very nice! I am just stating what happened and what was said. He should have offered some kind of explaination and apology, or something. Why would we need to say something at the time, as it was right there in front of us. In the future, you should give customers a printout of how your system works, what is provided and what to bring. This would have been very helpful. ______________ This was our first time using this facility. My husband arrived to drop off our dog on a Saturday, around 10:30pm. It took 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Upon picking our dog up a week later, the guy working the front area brought her out with her bed and bag of belongings. The bed zipper was ripped apart and the bed was wet on the underside. The guy said, "You can easily sew it." (It isn't repairable.) The fabric bag of her belongings was also ripped. Lastly, she stunk. We will not leave our pet here in the future.
My Babette loves going to Doggie Dude Ranch. She gets excited socializing with other dogs. The staff is great and very accommodating.
I love it there everybody is really professional my dog loves it there. I can't complain or anything I can say Is I recommend Them 100 percen thank you Doggy Dude Ranch for taking care of Anaya and given that pretty little purple flower on her collar that was awesome..
Very lovely place. Chairs, benches tires and toys I assume are for kids. I absolutely love this doggy park and cannot wait to take my dog here every time we visit Prescott AZ.
Doggie Dude Ranch always takes good care of my Morty dog. I know he is safe, taken care of, and most importantly, loved while he stays there.
Anywhere trying to love on animals is a blessing not to mention these folks help people with jobs. Good stuff
New management no longer displays grooming price at drop off. For Bath, Brush and Nails (no hair trim) upcoming pricing change was posted on front desk latter part of 2023 that prices were going up from $35 to $37 on 1/01/24 (Same price for the last three years). Apparently, policy has changed and actual cost when you pickup pet depending on how long grooming takes. Dog was always brushed weekly and pre-brushed morning of or day prior to the service to make it easier for the groomer. Owner simply needs to post pricing changes more clearly before the customer comes in for the service. Anyone should be aware when a business notes they "fire" customers. Customers come and go based on the service provided for the price. Had I known they were increasing their prices 43% vs 6%, I would have looked for alternative options prior.
My dogs are really happy when staying there and they actually eat while there. My older dog doesn't usually eat or eat much when I am gone. But, he eats and is very happy. They have grooming services, so they can get all cleaned up the day they come home... bonus!
Hannah's favorite place to be, next to home, of course. She's just as excited to get here as she is when I pick her up in the afternoon. The girls in the office greet her and make her feel right at home.
Excellent place to take your pets for boarding or doggie daycare!! They love it and they come home exhausted from all the fun!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Doggie Dude Ranch.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kelly! From the moment we met, I knew my dog, would be in great hands. She followed all care instructions perfectly and went above and beyond by sending regular updates and adorable photos. My dog clearly felt happy, safe, and loved while I was away. Coming home to a relaxed and content pup spoke volumes about the care she received. I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and attentive dog sitter. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!
Kelly recently took care of my cat crew for a whole week. It was great to have such a caring and responsible person to rely on. It was great to get text message updates. I highly recommend her.
Kelley is the best pet sitter! She is conscientious and has a wonderful attitude. My dog loves her because she plays with them, make sure he got lots of exercise and cuddles. She also sent pics and text so that we know all is well. I highly recommend her for anyone.
Kelly stayed with our 3 dogs for a week and sent daily updates and photos. She was very patient and caring, especially with our elderly boy who requires extra attention. I highly recommend Kelly!
Kelly does a great job with my dogs! They are so finicky and have special feeding requirements. We love that she spends time with them instead of just letting them out and leaving. She gets a paws up! 🐾 …
We have used Kelly several times. She has always been reliable. Our cat really likes her!
Kelly arrived on time for our scheduled meet and greet and was very comforting to my dog who has fear issues. She has been reliable for us and is very trustworthy.
I got a new puppy and Kelly was referred to me . She does 1 hour visits and even brought her dog along so Chloe would have someone to play with. She is very caring and supportive. If I go out of town she will come and stay at my house.
Kelly is a jewel! She's professional, responsible, dependable, courteous, conscientious, and eager to learn new tasks. We have 5 elderly cats, and we're confident that they'll be well cared for while we're gone!
Kelly is an extremely conscious and caring pet sitter. My husband and I traveled 9 days and when we returned both of our dogs were just as happy as when we left. She went out of her way to ensure both dogs maintained their specific schedule and needs. Our girls give Kelly four paws up!
Very caring, and amazing with pets!
For the past 18 months, our pup has been hanging with the friendly man and his pup crew and we have never been happier! He gets great care and gets plenty of exercise with his puppy friends. We are so grateful for Isay Pop!
A fantastic experience! We got tons of picture and progress updates. Our dog loved his time and making friends. Everything was handled at his pace and for his personality. Isay was beyond understanding and accommodating. Especially to us humans who didn't deserve the same patience. Please don't take abuse sincere goodwill like this. I'm so grateful and couldn't ask for a better boarding option.
About 5 months ago I was told my dog was considered an aggressive bread and we couldn’t house him anymore . He previously watched my beautiful dog for a vacation and told us he would take him in indefinitely and if there was ever a chance of getting him back we could get him. He has loved on my dog unconditionally and cared for and loved him as if he was his own. Tomorrow 4.21 I get my dog back! And the love and patience Isaa has given us and my dog is something I will never ever be able to repay him for. There is no place in this area I would take my dog to other this man. He is a blessing from God.
He has taken my dogs several time and corrected a bad behavior one of my pups had. Can not thank you enough! See you soon, many blessings.
I recently stayed in Cottonwood,AZ for a month with my 10 year old lab and 1 year old mini newfypoo. I met Isay when I was looking to board the dogs so I could go to the Grand Canyon. We did a meet and greet with my dogs and it was immediately clear that Isay’s priorities are the dogs in his care. My dogs had a great time staying at the house with Isay and his dogs. I would highly recommend Isay for doggie day care or boarding!
CAUTION: GO ELSEWHERE the man who runs the daycare abuses his dogs. He has said these are "his" dogs that he is allowed to kick and punch. Dogs get out and often run into the street, dogs that are not his, that he watches. There are no real fences and he lets dogs off leash. He puts 2 dogs in one kennel. He screams in the dogs faces when he walks them in the afternoons and evenings. County Sherriff have been called on him multiple times, the latest for beating his dog in the street that got loose and attacked a woman and her dog walking by. He blamed the dog and repeatedly punche, dragged, choked and kicked it. You could hear him beating the dog inside his house from the street after. There is video evidence. Your dog is not safe here.
On a quick day trip to Sedona to go on a hike, I dropped off my sweet senior dog with Isay for a couple hours so he didn’t have to hike in the heat. Isay was amazing - available with only one day’s notice, texted me many pics while I was hiking, and was flexible with our arrival and pick up times. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area and need a dog sitter!
We needed a last minute stay for our pup while we did a tour out of the cottonwood airport. Isay picked up his phone right away, got our sweet George in with a few days notice and his fees are very reasonable. It’s clear that he loves the animals he works with and George was extremely happy and playful when we arrived and when we picked her up again. Isay has a super sweet pack and Romeo is the sweetest welcoming committee dog! Tucker was also a doll and Clearly a rehabilitated angel! If I’m in or around Sedona and in need of a dog sitter, our dog George is staying with Isay!
Highly recommend! Training has been successful & my pets love being boarded here. They are always well taken care of.
I went to Isay for help with my father's dog Dani. My father had a massive stroke the day after Christmas and is currently in a Rehab facility. Dani was a rescue and not socialized at all. Aggressive behavior was her claim to fame with other dogs and people. Isay is amazing with her. She started out at the bottom of the pecking order, the pack. It is so shocking to see her just mingling and fitting in with all the dogs around her. I told my father that Isay is a true dog whisperer. I hope to continue to have a long lasting relationship with Isay when my father and Dani return home. Thank you so very much Isay. It has been a great honor to meet you. Lori Sue. If you have any compassion for the black sheep, odd ball of your pack, please let him work with your baby. Miracles do happen.!
I suppose if we were billionaires, our fur child would have his own villa and staff where he could lounge about in comfort while his doting parents trotted off to wherever....luckily for us, we have the Bed & Biscuit Pet Resort in calm and quiet Mayer (Prescott area). There's a reason we drive an hour each way up and back from Phoenix every time we need to board our dog. We've had dogs our whole lives and have been faithful clients of Angelo's since we found him in 2016. Nothing else is even an option. Our last 2 dogs have been SAR or protection type working dogs (shepherds) that have their own specific needs. You won't find 20 dogs rolling around together in unsupervised chaos while a bored attendant scrolls through a cell phone here. Bed & Biscuit is always clean, climate controlled with separate outside runs and most importantly run by Angelo who knows and understands dogs. He even personally designed a special waste management system for the dogs to keep things tidy and just put in a full new AC system. I believe he also trains dogs as well if you need those services. Our boys Ares and Hades always returned to us happy and healthy.
I am from Phoenix and searched/toured many facilities in the valley to find a place for my dogs. I couldn't find a place that I was comfortable with so I searched outside of the valley and found Angelo's facility. I will be a forever customer. Angelo offers the most immaculate clean inviting boarding for my dogs that I have ever seen. He is professional and shows compassion for my dogs. He is also very knowledgeable and cares deeply about his business and clients. Angelo is confident and can handle my working dogs which is extremely rare. He is able to take care of any breed. Thank you Angelo for taking such good care of our dog Karma. You are the best. TRUST ME, if you're from Phoenix - it's WORTH the 1 hour drive to have your dogs boarded at this facility. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would.
There are few sure things in life, but if you’re looking for a great place for your fur babies to spend some time this is the answer. The owner, Angelo, lives and breathes all things dog. He cares for your pups as if they were his own. Everything from the secure and safe environment to the climate controls are in place to provide the best possible stay for your furry friends. Angelo took care of our senior boxer/pit mix several times until she couldn’t travel anymore and just last week took fantastic care of our 20 month old Cane Corso. We wouldn’t take her anywhere else and highly recommend Bed & Biscuit.
Our pup, Mr. Bo, loves going to the doggie resort. We’ve been taking him there since we rescued him in 2018. Were always very impressed with the owner, Angelo, and the environment he has created for the pups.
Great place to Bed your pet. Angelo and his employee do a fabulous job, they truly care for, and about your pet. We just started taking ALEC there, on the second visit when we arrived and he got out of the vehicle he was excited to see Angelo. It makes us feel good to see him happy. Highly recommend....>! This is a review for Bed and Buiscuit pet resort located in Dewey Humboldt off route 69 , this has been an outstanding boarding facility for my husky dog Kayla .. the owner is Angelo and he has taken all precautions to ensure the safety and care for your animal etc .. clean friendly accommodating all in one place .. my name is Dennis and I highly recommend him when considering other options etc etc .. 👍👍
I am so happy I have found the perfect place for my baby Girl🐾🐾 now and forever when we have to go away. They took such great care of her. Thank you again to Angelo and the girls and for all the pictures and updates. …
We used Bed and Biscuit for the first time, after seeing several recommendations from neighbors. Angelo met us on our arrival and went over the needs for each of our four dogs. Angelo was very friendly, professional and helpful. He made us feel at ease about leaving our pets with him. Our dogs were well cared for and happy. Their prices are very reasonable. We will definitely use them again. Thank you!
B & B Pet Resort is a very clean and well maintained boarding kennel. Falin is Fabulous, she took such good care of our baby girl. She would send us pictures and updates on how she was doing. We where very pleased with the love and care she was given.
Angelo is the best.... patient and always spends time with your pets while boarding..... feedback and tips come FREE!
Best place ever! Aspen and Wendy love what they do and it shows. Our dog receives excellent care and attention and always comes home tuckered out! Highly recommend WTR👍🏻👍🏻 …
This place is AMAZING. My dog spent the night here. Dropped her off around 1pm and picked her up the next morning at 11:30. My dog didn’t want to leave. I loved the pictures they sent me. My dog loved playing with the other dogs in the kiddie pool. I will definitely use them again for my next vacation ❤️❤️
Wagging Tails Ranch is the most wonderful camp for our Yellow Lab Gino! i am so happy I found you! Gino has so much fun with all of the other dogs and with Aspen too! Love Love that you share photos and videos during the day. The splash pools are awesome! Thank you so much for providing a safe and fun place for our boy!
My dog LOVES Wagging Tails Ranch. Aspen and Wendy take amazing care of him while I’m at work. They update me with pictures often to let me know how he is doing and he always comes home nice and tired. Highly recommended.
Our Corgi is always very excited to get in the car and head to Day Care with Aspen and Wendy. He jumps up on the seat and looks excitedly out the windshield when we stop and open the gate, he knows exactly where hes going and that he gets to play with all his furry friends!
Our Bernedoodle, Louie, is a 5 month old puppy who goes to Hassayampa for play time. I had him groomed yesterday by Darcy after camp and she did an amazing job!!! It was his first bath and he loved it, he looks so handsome! I highly recommend her, she treated him with care and love. It was a great experience and I’m going back every month because he enjoyed his time with her and he looks adorable! Thank you Darcy, I highly recommend you and Hassayampa for taking great care of Louie ❤️
I just wanted to say thank you for taking care of my little one, this is the first time in a long time that he has been groomed and did not come home scared, he most likely had a great time and was cared for thank you so very much we will see you in 4 weeks
Great place! As you enter it is very homey and clean . Larry understands dogs and greeted Odin a Great pyrenees with a quiet calm voice putting Odin at ease right from the start. Darcy is the best, I was fearful of Odin coming back shaved as I have seen on FB from other GP owners. Darcy assured me she would not cut him. Odin came back looking like a show dog when she was done with him She is just a wisp of a woman, but don’t let her size fool ya she was not intimidated by his size at all! She held his head in her hands massaging his face while speaking to him. I am so thankful to have found Hassayampa Canine. It has given me such peace of mind knowing my boy is well taken care and treated like a family member when I need to board and I the convenience of having a high level groomer available like Darcy makes Hassayampa extra special. Thank you for being there. 💜
We have used Hassaympa Canine Resort & Spa for all of our boarding and grooming needs for the past couple of years. Last weekend, we picked up our GSD and could not believe how beautifully she had been groomed by Darcy, their new groomer. She has never looked better! Thank-you all for taking such great care of our fur baby.
I will miss Prescott since I’m moving tomorrow, But I am especially sad to leave Hassayampa Canine Resort and Spa. It’s the only place where I will leave my dogs, and I have left my dogs there countless times, over a span of years, feeling as though it’s the next best place away from home. The staff is excellent, especially Larry, Nicholas, Darcy, Kylie and a couple more of the regulars whose names I cannot remember, unfortunately. I highly recommend this lovely haven for our pets.
Love this facility, staff are always very helpful and caring, always willing to accommodate as much as they are able to and always smiling and welcoming which is appreciated. This facility consistently smells clean when entering as well. Our dog "Puppy" is excited every time we drop him off and definitely comes home tired from all his play time. Highly recommend their boarding services, can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you for caring for Puppy during our rare vacations.
As a previous owner of a dog boarding facility I will say they have great prompt communication but they don’t identify name of employee who is talking to you via email. That’s bothersome. Also won’t take puppies without a rabies vaccine and most vets won’t do them till 4-6 months. Other kennels and daycares do wave the rabies till it’s required at 6 months, and let pups come in for daycare. It’s so important for puppies to get socialized at a young age but it can’t be done here. Based off the lack of puppy knowledge with this place, we will definitely use another local facility for our new pup.
If you care about your dog at all, DO NOT take him or her here. We left our 8 month old Border Collie for one night and we truly regret it. He was COMPLETELY soaked in urine, his collar was taken off, and his bed was soaked as well. It smelled like it was used to mop the entire place; we had to drive home with the car windows down because the smell was so horrendous. They brought him out with a lead wrapped around his neck AND leg. He was extremely dehydrated and his bag of food was almost as full as it was when he got dropped off. We included a new sealed bone to keep him busy, but they couldn’t be bothered to give it to him. We got it back still sealed in its package. He hasn’t had a bathroom accident in 4 months yet ended up soaked head to toe, and they bring him out like it’s no big deal while accusing this sweetheart dog of being aggressive the entire time. He’s also been nervous, flinching at every noise we’ve made; as if he’s ‘on edge.’ We picked him up three hours ago and he’s been asleep for two hours, after eating faster than he ever has. I’m assuming he didn’t get a lot of sleep. We gave them our number to call in case there was ANY issues yet they never called. The woman up front gave us a repetitive ear beating, disrespectfully and inaccurately describing our dog in every way. She also tried to charge us double the rate we were given. I’d highly recommend avoiding Hassayampa Canine at all costs and getting a place that offers webcams. There’s definitely a reason this place doesn’t offer that service. Here’s a couple pictures after we cleaned him and the bed. STAY AWAY from this place, your pup will truly appreciate it.
We use Hassyampa Canine Resort and Spa for extended boarding and added a groom this time. When we picked up Sadie she looked amazing!! We live almost an hour away and will make the effort to continue the grooming services here. Good job Darcy!! 🐾 …
Hassayampa canine resort has added a groomer! Her name is Darcy and she is excellent with the pets, the people and the grooming. Additionally, Darcy does an excellent job with the grooming! The first time our miniature schnauzer looks like a schnauzer since moving to Prescott Valley!
