My dog Oreo, who is more than a dog to me, he is my baby..😁I was looking for a nice loving home for him during the times I was away. Luckily, I got Alice and when I had to leave the country in few hours as there was a bereavement in the family, she took Oreo on the spot and looked after Oreo so well while we were away. She kept on sending me his lovely playful videos and pictures. It was so relieving that my dog was so happy. She took him to the vets as well as I wasn’t available. All in all I love dog heaven. I think my Oreo is always happy to go there. 😁Thank you so much Alice xxx

After a family member passed away, who always looked after Honey our Cockapoo at home, I was very anxious at the thought of going away on holiday. Honey had never spent a night away and the thought of putting her in kennels was a no no for me. So, I did an online search, just to see what options were out there and came across Dog Heaven (on earth) in East Horsley, it's a home environment, it sounded perfect and sat well with me. On the website it said that Alice wasn't taking on any new clients but I messaged anyway as I hadn't seen anywhere else online that I got such a good feeling about. Thankfully, Alice agreed to meet us and we arranged a trial 'sleepover'... Fast forward and Honey has just come home from a 10 night holiday at Dog Heaven and she loved it. We enjoyed our holiday because we were sent regular photos, videos and messages letting us know how happy she was. We really felt that she was in the best hands for any physical or emotional needs that may have arisen. The garden alone is Doggy Heaven. Suffice to say our next holiday is already booked!

Alice is amazing! My dog is in the best hands, I totally switch off and enjoy my holiday. Her location on the edge of a forest is perfect for adventurous walks and she treats all dogs as family. Alice is a true dog whisperer!!

Poppy is our first family dog and as such I was nervous about leaving her with anyone. I needn’t have worried as she had an amazing time at Alice’s. Alice takes full details about your dog to make sure she is fully informed and well prepared. As Poppy was very young on her first visit she had her own “puppy” bedroom. Alice regularly sent updates and super photographs of Poppy exploring and playing with Alice’s own dog. Poppy has since stayed with Alice again and she is booked in for a weekend over the summer. I know Poppy will enjoy her holiday with Alice as much as we enjoy our break! I also know she is in great and very safe hands.

Alice provides an excellent home boarding service, giving our two border collies all the exercise and love they need. We look forward to our daily photo updates of their interactions with her pack.

My 7 month old Cavapoochon has stayed at Dog Heaven Horsley twice and clearly had such a wonderful time because he didn’t want to leave on both occasions! Alice makes sure she knows as much as possible about your dog before they go and stay and asks for any updates/changes on subsequent visits. Her attention to detail in ensuring her guests’ needs are all catered for is second to none. I trust her entirely. Backing onto the most incredible woodland is why this place is dog heaven - the perfect playground for any treasured pet. Thanks Alice for creating this safe and happy place!

Alice looked after our 9 month old Great Dane puppy, Mabel for three weeks whilst we were on a long family holiday over Christmas. We couldn't have asked for a better home for her whilst we were gone. This was the first time she had boarded with someone and Mabel was so immensely happy on her holidays. Alice sent regular pictures of Mabel on her walks with her new four-legged friends and kept us updated with how she was doing, advising us on the best food for her sensitive tummy too. Alice even took her to the vet whilst we were gone to have them look at her foot which was concerning her and updated us with feedback. Alice provided Mabel with a wonderful home from home whilst we were away eliminating any worries we had of leaving her. We would highly recommend Dog Heaven Horsley and Mabel will be thrilled to stay there again in future!

Our 2 dogs have had a few holidays now with Alice and Bodhi (and the dear departed Hugo). Alice always takes great care of the girls and they come back happy and healthy. Alice and Bodhi treat the girls to long enjoyable walks through the forest every day whatever the weather and give regular photo updates both privately and on social media. I would have no hesitation in recommending to other dog owners!

Alice has been an absolutely exceptional caretaker for our cockapoo on numerous stays over the past three years. She has been diligent in ensuring our dog received her vet medication on time as it came due (flea treatments, worming) as well as ad hoc visits to the vets when any concerns arose, such as a sore paw or upset tummy. Alice would take our dog on daily long walks and couple it with behavioural training, would provide us with daily updates of our dog’s walks and activities including beautiful snapshots. Alice has also on numerous occasions taken our dog to her local groomer for upkeep, and has maintained the grooming routine throughout her stays. We would highly recommend her service to anyone who loves their pet, and will be returning time and time again ourselves!

Chester has had several stays with Alice, the most recent was for 2 weeks in August. I have never left a dog with someone other than family before so was a little anxious. Alice was totally amazing. She loved Chester like her own and he had a fantastic holiday. Wonderful walks twice a day, fun time and down time, everything a young dog needs. Loads of love and cuddles and training along the way. Alice sent regular updates of Chester with his friends which we loved seeing. I couldn't have asked for a more loving home for him whilst we were away. Our dog absolutely loves her walks with Lynn and Waggytails - and crucially, gets her exercise in when we can’t be at home! Lynn is always reliable on WhatsApp and can usually accommodate a dog walk relatively last minute. We so appreciate our dog’s time with her. Highly recommend.

Lynn has walked Kyra many times since she was a puppy. I have always felt confident that my dog will be well looked after. Lynn picks her up from home and delivers her home again. Kyra clearly adores Lynn and her own dogs.

Lynn provides a fantastic service and always has a smile - for the dog and the owner! Our dog loves going out for his walks with Lynn and the Waggytails pack. Lynn gives excellent value for money too, often going above and beyond to make sure the dogs are exercised and Happy.

Lynn has walked and looked after my cocker spaniel since he was a puppy. He absolutely adores her and I am always happy to leave him with her knowing he will be well looked after.

We have used Lynn for many years now including for occasional overnight stays. She loves our dogs and is always reliable - what more could we need?

Our 6 month Whippet puppy spent a long weekend with Lynn and came home happy and relaxed and had had a great time. Thankyou Lynn.

Mark has been walking my dog Teddy (large toy poodle) for over 3 years now and he is absolutely brilliant. As a puppy Teddy was initially a little wary of going out with a new person but Mark was fantastic with him. In no time Teddy was bouncing out of the door and he still gets VERY excited when he hears Mark’s van. Mark takes care to consider which dogs’ personalities and energy levels would fit best on their walks and takes them to an amazing variety of places - lucky dogs! He takes such good care of them and always has water etc on hand. On top of that, Mark sends great photos - it’s a lovely bonus to be able to see Teddy having a great time. I feel so lucky that we found Mark and really can’t recommend him highly enough.

Mark has walked my dog for a few years now and you get so much more than just a “normal” walk. He takes Wilbur all over the place, not always just a boring stomp around a local park, and I know my beloved hound is really looked after. My dog is always brought back clean (and tired!), despite being an absolute bog hunter! Cannot recommend Mark enough, his enthusiasm for ensuring the dogs have an enjoyable time is fabulous.

Highly recommended for cat sitting. It was lovely to go away for a week & not worry about our 2 cats knowing that Mark was in twice a day to feed them & ensure they were safe & well. We were sent pictures & updates which was great. We have used pet sitters before & Mark is without doubt the best we have had & it's great to have a pet sitter we can trust for when we go away again.

Mark is our dog's favourite person. Since Murphy was 3 months, Mark has been helping us look after him when we're at work. When we go on holiday, Murphy looks forward to being at Mark's for a few days. He and Klaudia are lifesavers, and we would be lost without them. We cannot recommend them enough

I can thoroughly recommend Mark Bissett of Furry Tails Walks after he looked after my Cavapoo Tilly for 2 weeks whilst I was away. She enjoyed herself so much and is looking forward to her next Doggy Day Care. He cared for her within his family home and for those two weeks she became a contented member of his family. She met many other furry friends and had countless adventures during their daily walks. He sent me photos of her on a daily basis which greatly put my mind at ease whilst I was away. Thank you so much for looking after her and for taking away any concerns I had for her during this time. This was her first time away from me since I brought her home as a puppy at 8 weeks old. I'm surprised she was happy to see me, thankfully she has settled in back home and is dreaming of her next adventures with Mark.

My cockapoo has been with Mark since he was 6 months old and he absolutely adores his weekly walks with him. Can’t recommend Mark highly enough.

A second home to my dog Basil. They have done so much for him and me over the years. They helped change my dog from a scared rescue dog to the happy confident dog he is today.

I was nervous to leave our 6 month old Patterdale puppy, but we found Happy Waggles, and my mind was put at rest. We were very lucky as Shaleen had space in one of her 3 luxury kennels for Jingle. Jingle had a fantastic time. The actually kennels are spacious and very clean. Jingle made friends with other dogs, met the goats and Jersey cows. She played and ran and didn’t really want to leave. I don’t think she missed us much, if at all! We would highly recommend Happy Waggles from the one day and night that Jingle stayed, and she looks forward to staying for longer next time.

We've been using Happy Waggles to walk our Cocker spaniel a couple of times a week for almost a year. They're great, reliable and flexible when required. Our pup loves her walks and playing with her doggy friends :) and it's great for us knowing that she will get a nice run around when we're unable to give it to her ourselves

We are so glad we have Shaleen at Happy Waggles to look after our Springer. She is always willing to help at such short notice and is always happy to give advice when we need it. Since my dog has been going to Happy Waggles, she always comes back tired, and as we all know, springers love lots of exercise and I know that she is definitely getting that when she goes to day care there. What i also like, is the fact we get photo updates showing us how much fun our dog is having! I am now using Happy Waggles on a regular basis for day care.

The Happy Waggles team have been walking Mabel for over a year now and she absolutely loves her time with them! Mabel is now incredibly well socialised with other dogs and Shaleen’s expertise and consistency in training and recall have really helped her to become such a well-behaved and happy little dog. It was so important for us to find the right people to help us out when I have to work, and Happy Waggles have gone beyond expectations. We love getting photos & videos of Mabel’s adventures while she’s out with the team. A huge thank you for your continued care & professionalism!

We are so over the moon that we found Shaleen and Happy Waggles. Our Border pups love their stays and walks with them and their fantastic dog Bert! They always come back to us smiling from ear to ear, and probably a bit better trained too!!!! They are now our go-to for dog boarding and we use their dog walking service now every week too! We cannot recommend Happy Waggles highly enough - we wouldn't be able to have a dog without them! They are friendly, professional and reliable and most of all they are fantastic with our little cocker spaniel and he loves going to them for both daycare and home stays. We cannot praise or thank Shaleen, Butch and all the family enough!

I have been very pleased with Happy Waggles for 3 primary reasons: the first & most important is that the dogs love them & have a great time every time; the second is that they've improved my dog's fairly antisocial behavior toward other dogs; & third, they've been very helpful about working around my limitations with a new baby -- they often have to step inside to help me leash the dogs or even put the dogs back into their crates if I'm not home when they return, etc. Also, I have great peace of mind that they have a key and could get the dogs with fairly short notice in an emergency (such as when I went into labor). [Feb 2017] Edit: My happiness with HW has decreased quite a lot, especially at the end of my time with them. After I let them know we'd be terminating the service due to moving back to the States, our scheduling became very erratic. One day I let them know I would likely not be around when they dropped the dogs back off because of the changed timing, & they brought the dogs back early, not saying anything about it as they handed the dogs in. I was mildly irritated but didn't say anything. A few days later they messaged me asking if I was unhappy about their bringing the dogs back early, so I answered them honestly that this is a service I'm paying for, at which point they decided they just wouldn't walk our dogs any more. Apparently they had a family member feeling poorly that day, which is understandable, but for them to ask me to be "happy" about it is a little much. They behaved as if they're doing me a favor by walking my dogs instead of as if it is a paid service. Further, by ending our dog walks early, they put a real burden on us right when we're trying to move. Terminating us early also seems like it was mighty convenient since they obviously had other dogs to juggle now and couldn't manage to keep us on the scheduled times. I can't help but be very displeased with how things ended, but the above review is also true. My dogs loved their walkies, and they really miss it. [Feb 2018]

Happy Waggles have been walking and often boarding my crazy collie for almost two years now. Shaleen and Josh are absolutely amazing with her, always accommodating last minute requests and I have peace of mine knowing she is in their hands!

Star dog sitter - loving, reliable and understanding with my active breed puppy! I have a (now 7 month) toller puppy Ruby, and sara has been like a second dogmum to ruby since I got her, helping with daycare, drop ins, and sitting her overnights here and there and even whilst i went on holiday! She has been absolutely invaluable - always reliable yet flexible, patient and kind towards little rubes through various stages of her puppyhood. Her love and kindness towards dogs is unmatched and you can tell because ruby was always soo excited to see her - she even ran across the park when she spotted her in the distance when she was out with another dog (and she never bolts off!). i also get adorable photos and videos throughout the day and rubes always comes home from daycare sleepy and happy after a fun time, lots of time in the park and mental enrichment (perfect as tollers need this to tire out) Sara was also was great at asking what we were working on at the moment and any rules we were sticking to which was soo helpful, and happy to stick to rubys routine. - sara i can’t thank you will be sorely missed and will 100% struggle to find a replacement half as good!

Sara is a wonderful human who radiates calm. She can soothe the most nervous or excited doggie or in our case, engage a ‘busy’ Jack Russell, and our Petal absolutely adored her. We can highly recommend Sunrise Wiggles and are so sorry she is moving away.

Sara is the best dog sitter we have found. We used her services with our dog that is a rescue and has some behavioural issues. She handles him extremely well and gives him so much love every time she is with him. She has every tool to make your dog feel at home and while Dublin is with her he has the best time. Walks in the country side, games to play around, and wonderful tratas every day. And what is best is her updates, she sends pictures and videos and makes a summary of every days activities which is just the cherry on top of the cake. I recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced and loving dog carer. You truly can’t go wrong with her.

Sara is a delight - our puppy, Olive, absolutely loves going to her for the day. She Provides a wonderful service and I feel very confident leaving my dog with her. Only 2 dogs at a time, lots of walks, games, attention and training. I highly recommend.

Sara is awesome! Honey, a rescue, immediately took to her due to her calm, caring and friendly persona. We felt very comfortable leaving Honey in Sara’s care and could see she was having a great time from the regular picture and video updates. We were just glad Honey wanted to come home when we picked her up! Would highly recommend :)

Sara walked my cocker spaniel Harry and would definitely recommend her. She was reliable, great with Harry and also did additional training on the walks. Very sorry she’s moved away!

Immaculate day care from start to finish with our Labrador from a puppy and now as an adult dog. He always came home bright and happy after a day of socialising with other dogs. He is always excited to return too. Can't recommend Tina highly enough!

He had matting and had never been to a groomers before, but he was happy when picked up and smelled and looked 10/10 🤩 Look forward to bringing him back. I’ve had the best service and experience from start to finish. Claire has been absolutely brilliant in organising appointments for both my dogs, one of which is challenging due to being extremely anxious. She made sure my girl was on her own in the salon without any other distractions so she could get used to the environment. A massive thank you to Becky who did a fantastic job in making the whole experience for Nyx much easier and being so patient with her. I know she will start to enjoy it so much more over time. Anyone who also has similar issues with their dog and is worried, don’t be afraid to say exactly what your dog needs! Claire’s dog care will take everything into consideration and work around what’s best for your dog and you ❤️

We can't express just how delighted we are with the service we received from Claire's Dog Care. Booking was super simple. On the day we had a very warm greeting and our Border Terrier, Ziggy, was made to feel at home instantly. We booked a hand stripping and the work undertaken was amazing. At 10 months old, this was his first and he clearly loved every minute. We'll be taking him back as soon as necessary Thank you so much Claire and team.

Wonderful experience for our Chocolate Labrador, he looked like a large teddy bear when he came home as he was so fluffy and smelt wonderful. He clearly enjoyed being at your salon, but was nervous when he arrived as he had been so badly treated by another salon 6 months ago but he neednt have worried as you gave him lots of treats, love and special attention. He even managed to not be nervous of the hair drier!

Our little Blossom is very particular with who she visits. She has gotten very stressed in the past but she seems quite relaxed at Claire's. Highly recommended 👌 …

This was Mabel’s first visit to Claire’s and she loved it. The groomer was polite and welcoming, made me feel at ease with leaving Mabel there. The cut is just perfect and she smells GORGEOUS. Highly recommend x

Took my very anxious rescue sprocker here for his first ever groom. Naomi was just amazing with him - built his confidence slowly and talked to him constantly to reassure him.
