For several years now, Reigning Cats and Dogs has watched our dog for us whenever we have to go out of town. Our sweet girl is a bit anxious, so it is such a comfort to know that she is taken care of from the comfort of her own home while we are away. Reigning Cats and Dogs are very communicative and reliable and I cannot recommend them enough.

I adore Reigning Cats & Dogs. From their efficient client portal to their amazing customer service, they are THE choice for your furry member of the family! I really appreciate the no-hassle scheduling/booking system - you just log in to your account and select the calendar dates! Their communication can work through the portal or directly through your email, making it super easy to check in when you're travelling! A part of their service is to send daily photos in their visit summary, which has really eased my anxiety. Our sitter, Lisa, has really built a trusting relationship with our pets and I never worry knowing she's got our back! They are incredibly responsive, conduct free "introduction" meetings, for the sitter to meet your pets and do a walk-through of their care routine, and regularly send company updates and deals! I HIGHLY recommend Reigning Cats & Dogs - you won't be disappointed!

I have used this Company for the past 5 years and have nothing but good things to say. Would highly recommend to any pet lovers. I love receiving updates every day with photos while we are gone. The two employees that we have used have been great with the cats - one of whom we have used for the last 3 years and it is very nice to have a consistent care taker so you can rest assure your pets are comfortable while you are away.

We always use Reigning Cats & Dogs when we travel and they have been wonderful. From the first meet and greet, to the app to book reservations and communicate with the pet sitter, to the in-home care, everything has been professional, timely, and beyond expectations.

Great service and responsiveness. I am very comfortable when I have to travel and the expert care they provide. I have been a client for at least 5 years and their professional sitters can work with a variety of dogs (I have 5 with a variety of personalities and needs). Their communication via web portal is great. They take a lot of photos! And I give a lot of notes on each dog so they know what to expect.

Our previous cat sitter wasn’t able to help us any longer so I searched and searched until I found Reining Cats & Dogs. I am so glad I did. Our cat is shy and Cynthia has been wonderful with him each time she has come. She gives him excellent care, attention and the space he needs. She always sends pictures and notes of each visit. It’s a relief to know he is in such good hands while we are away.

I have been using Reigning Cats & Dogs since 2019, and they do an amazing job. Meghan takes such good care of my cats, always gives the furbabies lots of attention, gives me daily updates with pictures, and goes the extra mile by bringing in my mail and watering my herbs during the summer months. When my one cat needed medication, she handled that, too. The app for scheduling, paying, and receiving updates is so easy to use, and all interactions I've had with the staff over the past 5 years have been great. I would give this service 6 stars if Google let me. I trust them to take care of everything in a professional and caring manner. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience with Zen for over a year now, and I definitely trust Steph with my two fur babies when I travel. Excellent communication, notes and pictures immediately after each visit, which gives me comfort. My dogs prefer being at home and always seem calm and happy when I return. Steph is very reliable and great about following special instructions, giving meds, or anything extra that may need to be done.I definitely recommend Zen!

Steph was so great with our Aussie, Reno! He is shy around new people, and Steph knew exactly how to approach him and make him feel comfortable. She is always super responsive and helpful, especially when he needed to take meds or if we had any specific requests. I also love that she has an online portal for scheduling and updates! She literally sends updates and pictures for each of her visits, which put my worries at ease when we were out of town.

We had a last minute change of plans, and Zen Dog Pet Care came to the rescue when we needed help. Our dog Harvey LOVED Stephanie and had a great time with her. When we got home, he was happy, energetic, and very healthy. Stephanie really went beyond the call of duty for us and we will definitely be calling her again. We could not have asked for a better pet sitter! Thanks for the video updates you sent us on our trip!

I have had the BEST experience with Stephanie and Zen Dog. My dogs are my babies and I am hesitant to let just anyone care for them, but I was instantly comfortable with Stephanie and knew I could trust her!! I had emailed several companies but honestly, even through email, I really had a gut feeling that Stephanie was someone who would take excellent care of my pups--I think animal lovers can just sense that quality in other animal lovers, and Stephanie has it and put me at ease right away!! Not only can it be nerve-wracking to let someone else care for your pets, but also to let a stranger into your home when you are gone--but I did not think twice about it after meeting her, she was wonderful! Last week, I was in desperate need of help due to a last minute trip and had ONE day to find someone--Stephanie responded within an hour and fit me in the NEXT day. She was on time, GREAT with the dogs, and extremely dependable. I emailed her for updates while I was out of town and she responded immediately. She left notes with updates every day for my husband (who was in town but working very late) which was so thoughtful! Her prices are very fair and competitive and she even threw in a little doggie massage for my babies. Even though I only planned to use her services while I was out of town, I have already booked her to come back again for several long work days--the dogs loved her! I only wish that I could hire her to come live at my house with my animals for the next time that I am out of town!! From one pet fanatic to another, I HIGHLY recommend her. Look no further for someone to care for your pets, hire her, your pets will thank you and you will not regret it!!!!!!!!!

Zen Dog provided excellent pet sitting care for my two cats while I was on vacation for a week. They checked everyday to make sure they were ok. Best doggy daycare, hands down! We've been coming here for a year now and they treat my baby like their own. I take my pup to Puppy Haven East Roswell on my non-remote working days. My dog knows when it's going to be a daycare day and follows me around all morning, nudging me to move faster. The PH Team is patient and kind, despite my dog's habit of dumping water bowls. It's reassuring to know the other dogs are well behaved, but if she were ever to receive unwanted attention, the PH Team is there for her. It's also reassuring that all the dogs are up to date on vaccines. When I pick my dog up from daycare, she's ready to crash! Her fun-filled day is always a success. I also have to mention the wonderful holiday card that Puppy Haven sent my dog. My family appreciated the personal touch very much! Thank you, All, for taking care of our Rainey Girl and for giving us peace of mind.

We frequently use Puppy Haven to give our doggo a chance to socialize with other dogs and give us a chance to do the things humans need to do. She plays hard and comes home tired. The web cam for customers only is a nice touch to make sure she is playing nice. The team at Puppy Haven is great to work with.

Donut loves Puppy Haven - East Roswell! We left him there several times already for boarding and grooming, and couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Facilities were clean. Grooming results were outstanding - Donut looked and smelled amazing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch care for their beloved pets!

I love this Puppy Haven. I go to the East Roswell location and every staff member I’ve encountered is great. My dog (Oscar) is shy, but is fine being boarded here. Also, Luciana their groomer is the absolute best. She’s able to put my pup at ease while she trims his nails. He HATES having his nails done but is fine with her!

We love Puppy Haven-East Roswell! I have an 8 mo old shih-poo and he loves his Puppy Haven days. He can't wait to get in the car when I tell him he's going to play with his friends and he doesn't really even like the car. I can watch him on the cameras provided and see that he is going non-stop all day long. Plus, he sleeps really well afterwards! It's just what he needs to have fun and release his puppy energy. The staff is always very friendly and personable. I highly, highly recommend Puppy Haven-East Roswell.

Puppy Haven East Roswell is great. My dog Nigel goes to daycare and has also boarded there. He is the happiest dog when I pick him up and even happier when it’s time to go back! The staff are amazing! Friendly, loving, and dedicated to the dogs! I love how they know the dogs! I recommend East Roswell to lots of people because I trust them with one of my most precious possessions!!!

We love “It’s a Dog’s Life” Alpharetta location. Our 8 y/o terrier mix has boarding there during various holidays over the past two years. The staff recognize her, love on her and can tell me about her stay when I ask. We’ve also used the convenient grooming services. We’re grateful to have found It’s A Dog’s Life 🐾 …

I strongly advise against leaving your pet at this facility. When we toured the place, we were horrified by the treatment of the dogs. They were confined to crates, being sprayed down with a hose. There were small dogs being mixed with large dogs, and the noise from all the barking was overwhelming. It felt more like a torture chamber than a safe environment. We were so disturbed by what we witnessed that it took us a week to recover emotionally. I fear for the safety and well-being of any pet left here. If you value your pet’s safety, do not leave them in this facility. Allowing this kind of abuse and neglect to continue makes anyone who supports this place an accomplice to animal cruelty.

If I could do half a star I would. Purely for past visits would I give such a rating. I boarded my two dogs for a weekend in June, Thursday to Sunday. I was given no updates or reports about what was going on. When I arrived to pick them up, they smelled like urine. I asked why and the excuse was understaffed, which is no excuse. They kept the dogs in cages and they became covered in pee. I brought them home and they were terrified. Not wanting to come to near us. I will explain they have been to this daycare before, and come home completely fine. The staff abused and neglected my dogs. Their treatment was so bad that I had to take my Chihuahua to the vet because she had blood in her stool. $500 dollars later she's fine, and that was the fault of the daycare. Don't go to this daycare, they don't treat the dogs well and will not help you. UPDATE: Apologies for the late response, I have been busy. DEAR BUSINESS OWNER, I hope you had the chance to speak with heather, because after my experience that is what I did. I actually had to go into your establishment to get her to speak with her, since I couldn't get ahold of her by phone. Please refer to my statement above about how my dogs were treated. The excuse given was that there was a staffing issue, which does not excuse how my dogs were treated and neglected. I hope you have remedied the issue. My dogs will be cared for by family in the future. I hope the dogs in your care are safe and aren't treated as my dogs were. Thank you

We couldn’t be happier with the grooming services at It’s a Dog’s Life, our dog always looks great after and loves coming here. Naoko is an awesome groomer and is wonderful with our dog. The staff is courteous and very friendly.

We are so lucky to have found such loving , knowledgeable and skilled groomer like Naoko for our Portuguese Water Dog Sophie!!! She is also a trained and certified licensed groomer. Naoko always greets Sophie with a smile and makes time no matter how busy she may be to answer any questions we may have.We highly recommend her!!!!!

We just started coming to It's a Dog's Life daycare. My dog loves it so far, and the staff is friendly. I'm looking forward to signe her up for swimming.

My dog is not a fan of any sort of grooming or bathing- I know he is difficult but his groomer is so kind and caring and probably spends too much time with him on his appointment but this care she gives - along with always a fantastic job helps the entire experience be less traumatic for my dramatic untrained Goldendoodle! We are so happy with the results snd know he is in good loving care!

My Havanese have been groomed by Naoko for two years and she is WONDERFUL!! She is so talented and my boys love her!

My sweet dog has been going to IADL for 6 years! She loves arriving and it is obvious the staff love her! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I wish staff wore name tags so regular customers could know them better by first names.

This place is the best: Maria, Ashtin, G, Aya and the rest of the staff are wonderful, patient, love and care about the pets that come into their care. My dog has done all levels of care, puppy class, individual day boarding with individual play, overnight boarding and also group play, he thrived in all 4 options. My dog has had to do allergy food trials and take medication while in their care and I never once had to worry that he would be given food he can't have or medication would be forgotten It is reassuring to know that when my dog is in their care that he is loved, his needs are met where he is at and that he loves being there. All I have to say is "want to go to school?!" and he leaps in the car and is excited as soon as we approach the parking lot. Thank you Pet Suites for being Link's home away from home.

I have always been so nervous to leave my boy Diesel with anyone……. But after being nervous his first day…. My baby couldn’t be more excited every time we pull in the parking lot. The staff at Pet Suites of Johns Creek has allowed my nervous boy to see that he can have fun with other people and the daily activities gives him the opportunity to see other dogs. The entire staff has been so friendly and welcoming that they all are now part of our family. I love that I get updates, photos, and videos of his enrichment sessions and they have live cameras for those nervous parents. Now I don’t worry at all….. Diesel is excited to arrive and continues to gain new friends. Thank you to all the staff and friends of Pet Suites!!!!

Our fur babies love love love day camp and boarding! It is as if they are taking a vacay! This facility is clean, staffed with loving people and plenty of space for all of the pups to run around. Our Giant Schnauzer extremely loves the water area and when they run the hose for him to “catch” the stream. We will forever bring our doggies to this location and have never had any issues in the 5+ years of being a customer. 5 stars all day, every day!!

Pet suites of John’s Creek has always taken great care of our Millie. The staff is very caring and they do everything they can to make our dog comfortable. She goes twice a week, and they have always been very communicative if there are any issues. Millie absolutely loves Ashten as well as many other staff members, and I always feel that she’s in good hands. I would recommend Pet Suites John’s Creek to friends and family in a heartbeat.

We’ve been to two Pet Suites locations. They are the same. Clean facilities with nice employees. It’s a bit pricey, but the thing that put me over the edge to pick them is that the dogs get taken out 3 times a day. A lot of places only do 2. I feel at ease when our dog is there. He seems to be happy when we drop him off and pick him up. And we don’t even do any add ons of play time or anything. Great boarding place.

I boarded my mini schnauzer Gianni at the John’s Creek facility for the first time and was very impressed. The staff were excellent towards the special needs for my pet. They showed him love and care the whole time. I will definitely have Gianni stay there again. Thank you to al the staff for taking care of my precious Gianni.

I’ve been using PetSuites Johns Creek for about a month for day care while I’m having some home renovations. I’m extremely impressed with the facilities and the staff. It is very clean and their staff know my boys. They were even pets of the week! I love that I can check on them throughout the day using the webcams. My boys are so exhausted at the end of the day and I know they are being well cared for. I would highly recommend PetSuites!

This is an amazing place to drop your dog off for the day or to board your dog. They have different room options and even have a room that includes a camera so you can see your pup! I’ve been dropping my dog off for day play and he loves it. He comes back home happy and exhausted lol. The dog play area has a bone shaped pool so the dogs can stay cool. My pup is usually wet when I pick him up. He must love the pool. I definitely recommend PetSuites!

This was our first time in and the staff was super nice and great with my pups! We stayed 3 nights and my boys had great care the whole time. Definitely coming back!

My son had to be hospitalized unexpectedly. I had no idea how long he would be in the hospital. They took my dog, Rosie, with minutes of me calling to see if they had an opening. The staff was lovely. They were supportive. they made sure they took care of Rosie so I had one less worry. Because I had no idea when my son would be discharged. They were wonderfully flexible and let me know whenever it was convenient for me to pick up my dog or how long she needs to stay would be fine. I highly recommend them!

My girls have been day camp members since 11/16/24. I was agast when I learned the cost of day camp but my new job made it impossible for me to leave my two senior babies at home. My experience at Camp Bow Wow has been exceptional. If there is anything that can take the sting out of the significant expense, its customer service and the excellent care that my babies receive. I do not worry about them when they are at Day Camp. Every time I have ever checked the cameras, there are always camp counselors present. My little girls have benefited greatly from this and their energy levels have significantly increased. They send me pictures of my girls participating in enhancement like sniff and seal, Halloween story time, apple bobbing and others. They also made the cutest little turkeys for Thanksgiving. 😊 The staff are kind, attentive, and work hard to make sure our babies are safe, cared for, MY DOGS DIG CAMP BOW WOW

’ve been working with dogs for over 15 years, at several different companies and I’ve never left my dogs anywhere until now. The staff at DULUTH are so loving and passionate to all the dogs. They really do care for your babies and I appreciate them all. My dogs are always so happy to get there and see all their friends ( human and dog). They always have so much fun!! I definitely recommend this place

I switched my dog from another location and I will never take my sweet girl anywhere else. My Sadie loves the staff and we love them. Nancy’s customer service is top tier! My dog loved the activities and the camp overall. I’m so grateful for this group of people and the outstanding service to the animals and owners. I never worry about my dog or the treatment she is receiving here. A overall wonderful experience!

The groomer didn’t have patience with my pup. I brought her there for grooming appointment in the morning and found out she had some blood vessels in her right eye. Nothing happened at home in between that time. She would pull on her harness sometimes but it was not that hard. The vet said she didn’t have any eye disease or anything which means they either pulled her leash so hard or did some trauma to her eye during her grooming section. Emailed them for more information, nobody responded.

I hate to have to leave Clover and Bean somewhere even if it's for them to be safe and cared for in my absence or for them to have fun and socialize. But no matter what, I always trust the loving staff and the facilities at Camp Bow Wow Duluth! You can tell that the staff and Camp Counselors are dog lovers and they truly care about your pet. Clover and Bean get SO excited when we pull into the parking lot and they actually drag me in the door 🤣

We boarded our dog for two years at this location and the experience was simply 'okay' most times. The front desk staff was generally friendly but usually uninterested in helping us quickly (lots of time on their phones before looking up to greet us). We finally decided to stop boarding at Bow Wow after they started asking for tips upfront (really?!) and started adding additional fees that we didn't know about until we showed up (no choice but to pay now!) - for example, late pickup (after 11am). Our new boarding place offers more consistent upfront pricing and a much, much friendlier staff.

We came to Camp Bow Wow after reading the reviews on Google. We have been looking for a place to board our 2 dogs when we go to the UK/Scotland for 2 weeks in August. We scheduled our interview and took our dogs for an assessment/free day. We are so impressed. It's an impressive facility built with dogs in mind. The staff is great and you can tell they love dogs. We will definitely be using them not only for this trip but for day camp as well.

At camp bowwow we like the professional and friendly services. Also our dogs are very happy Everytime we take them there and also look happy when we pick them up. And we can watch them online on dog cams during the day in the play area.

Dom the Boxer had an exceptional and energetic first day at Camp Bow Wow! He was properly assessed and quickly integrated with dogs his size and energy level. Best thing, this 1.5 year old fell asleep early! Thanks Camp Bow Wow!

I have a 13 month old Labrador who has more energy than a toddler who lives on Red Bull and Skittles. He LOVES everyone and every dog--and wants to play 24-7. While this is a lovely and wonderful thing for a puppy, I also want to sleep at some point. He does not. He went to Camp Bow Wow for the first time last week, and made over 50 BFFs, both two and four legged. He was so exhausted when I picked him up that he went to bed at 7pm and didn't move until 7:30am. Please note he usually goes to sleep around 10am and wakes up at 4:30am. He has since been to Camp Bow Wow three more times and is scheduled for multiple days this week as well. Being able to watch him playing and having a blast on video throughout the day not only entertains me, but also my co workers. Watching the staff love on the dogs and interact with each one of them according to their personalities makes my heart happy--this is a place that truly loves animals and it shows in all aspects! I'm so excited to take Tanner there again tomorrow so I can sleep for 7 hours straight once he gets home, and he's so excited to hang out with his new friends, run around like the wild man he is, and possibly make plans for world domination with his new pack. As long as they don't get distracted by the Pup Cups.

I use the Alpharetta location for my dog. He's there for daycare and boarding. The staff is very friendly and caring. My dog gets so excited when we turn down the street leading up to Camp Bow Wow. He can't wait for me to open the car door, so he can see his playmates at one of his favorite places.

We love this camp. We always receive a friendly greeting and it’s like my dog is Norm on the show Cheers - everybody knows her! The counselors are great with the dogs and take special care of our high anxiety pup. Would highly recommend!

Amazing place between boarding and grooming! I have boarded my dogs here twice and they have also got groomed by Nikki! The entire staff are awesome from the front staff all the way to the manger David. They make you’re fur babies feel at home! My dogs love coming here!!

For years I’ve been using an expensive mobile groomer that came to our home to expedite the grooming process because my dog hates to be away from me and to tell you the truth I hate to be away from him. That all changed when I found Duluth Dog Depot. They do a great job, work quickly (typically around 2 hours), and are cheerful and professional. Their prices are very fair. The groomers are also very flexible and honor my quirky styling requests - even ones requiring blue hair dye. I couldn’t be happier with the grooming team.

We take our pup here once a week. Overall, the staff is amaaaazing and our dog always seems to have a great time. They also send home pictures of our dog every session. The only unfortunate thing is it's a tad difficult to book appointments. We usually have to book daycare at least a month out, or book as many sessions ahead of time as we can. We understand this is to ensure all the dogs get quality care, but it does leave something to be desired with flexibility.

This location was on my way to work so I tried to get my dog into bed evaluated so she can go to daycare there but trying to get that scheduled was almost ten days out. Upon further discussion with the facility mgr scheduling for daycare was not user friendly as my work schedule does change week to week so I don’t have the flexibility on my side to schedule in advance. It was also suggested by the facility mgr that doggy depot may not be a place for my dog. From my first contact the person answering the phone and the facility mgr did not seem inviting at all. I called a place today and was able to tour the facility and get my dog an evaluation apt this week. They were excited to meet Roxie and get her set up for daycare. That was not the feeling I got from my interaction with doggy depot which is too bad as I drive by it everyday on my way to work

My dog is always well taken care of and comes home happy and healthy. The staff provides a safe and loving environment where my dog always has a great time. I highly recommend them for their exceptional care and dedication!

I take Bane to get groomed and cleaned up by Nikki and Eliza, and 1 word.. AMAZING. They treat Bane like he’s their own and Bane enjoys going. Nikki always does these cool photoshoots with Bane. Monah has the best customer service with me since day 1 of me going to Duluth Dog Depot.

Staff is great. They know my dog so well and even when he hasnt been there for a long time they remember him well. Shows pictures of him everyday and my dog looks so happy

Amazing service, at the very least they seem to really care for each and every puppy/dog that comes for both daycare/play time or for boarding. When Junichi comes home he seems to feel sad that we took him back home and wants to stay forever. We love and always hope to book him for boarding and occasionally for play day sessions, but boarding fills fast so be prepared to reserve a spot ASAP! I've missed getting a boarding spot even when I call weeks nearly months in advance. But I still would recommend their service and I'm sure your furry friend/child will too! They also provide a report card with photos that helps reassure they're having fun!

I have been using Debi and her team for almost 3 years and can’t say enough good things about the level of care my kitties receive! I don’t trust many people to care for my pets and I have the utmost confidence with my sitters and it shows when I come home and my two are happy and healthy! Highly recommend!

Had a great meet and greet with two dog walkers from the company. I went out of town and needed a dog walker at the last minute. Juliana was great. She was responsible and prompt and sent lots of pictures and videos. I felt at ease knowing she was taking such good care of my dog. I enjoyed coming home to a report card of my dog’s day. Will definitely reach out to Debi and Juliana for dog sitting services in the future.

I take my dogs to different day cares/ boarding frequently as I do move a lot for my work. I have taken them to day care before & they seemed happy. I boarded them here for 2 days & they smell horrible of urine, I understand that it is a doggy day care so it’s going to smell but I’ve never had them smell like this. They are extremely thirsty, yes dogs drink a lot of water but I had to refill the bowl 3 times when I got them back. I hate to leave poor reviews & I do not expect free bathing for my dogs but I feel as though this should’ve been addressed. I wish I was given a type of report card/updates about my dogs instead of having to contact them.

They took care of my dog for a week and a half. He absolutely loved the time he spent here, and everyone who works here is extremely friendly. I can't recommend this place enough.

We have been customers for more almost 5 years. and there is absolutely no other place we would entrust our babies to than Unleashed. They go above and beyond to communicate, accommodate, take care of and love our babies. We are very grateful we can leave for the day or for a week or more and know the team at Unleashed is going to take perfect care of Buster and Coco. And they send us pics too! My dog loves going here! A bit disappointed that the owner didn't disclose that she had recently sold the business to a corporation, since my dog has been going to Unleashed for years. However, the newer employees seem to really care about the dogs. Hopefully the groomer replacement will be just as a good as the previous owner/groomer.

They renewed center. There were new games and was very clean. I hope they serve more delicious foods and coffee too. My kids really enjoyed! Best place for birthday party

My dogs have been going here for at least ten years. They absolutely love going, even in their older ages. Unleashed has always taken such good care of my dogs. I never worry when they are there. I have a new foster puppy and he will start to go there soon as well. Daycare is great for young dogs to get out their energy and socialize them. My dogs are alway so excited to go, they run straight inside. They are worn out when they come home, which is great when you have energetic dogs like mine.

This place is beyond amazing. I cannot recommend enough. My dogs have been coming here for a few years and they continue to exceed every expectation I have. Anita is seriously one of the most amazing, kind, compassionate and caring persons I have ever met. She and the owner have gone above and beyond for my anxiety riddled pup. I live 45+ minutes away and will drive here every single time. I wish I could bring my dogs to daycare every single day just to support this business. They will never understand just how much they have helped us! Side note! Their groomer is top notch! I LOVE the way my dogs smell when they come home. A++ for everyone at this facility. You all are incredible. 🥰

NOT TRUSTWORTHY! We used to be regulars with my late dog. However, when I scheduled a temperament test for my new puppy we realized the place had deteriorated since we've last been: I called the day before to make sure I had the time right, and was told everything is clear. Then they called me *15 minutes before* her appointment, to tell me two vaccines were missing: 1. Bordetella, that they claimed expired and DID NOT EXPIRE (even under the strict 3 months scheduled, a vaccine given two months prior is not expired); 2. Dog influenza, which they did not tell me they require (and never did), and is backorder, so most places waive. When I came in with paperwork, they insisted the 2 months Bordetella is expired, and when I asked why they only told me that 15 minutes before her appointment, the excuse was "It wasn't me" and "We do have a policy to let you know at the time of scheduling, but I cannot make anyone follow the policies." When asked who manages the place, the answer was "we've been bought by a corporation, so we currently don't have a supervisor". I don't know about you, but for me, that behavior and excuses make the place untrustworthy: who's to say they won't stop maintaining other policies, such as feeding your dog, or not abuse them?
