I would have recommended Dog Days to anyone prior to the new management. My dog has been going to Dog Days weekly since March and the staff always complimented and loved on my dog. I was confronted today by the new GM of 3 days stating they can’t accommodate my dog as his prey drive is too high, couldn’t get along with other dogs and jumped internal fences. He tried to argue with me that he has tried to work with my dog for a few days when my dog had only been there that day. The GM wanted to discuss his credentials and tell me my dog is not trained as his dog was unleashed and barking at people in the lobby while my dog was in down the entire time. I believe our dog just didn’t respond to him well and we obviously won’t be back. My dog is a trained service dog so I do worry about the true credentials of the GM. Wish the best for the rest of the staff there as they were Al way wonderful to my pup

We love Dog Days. The training Dixie and I have gotten there from day 1 has been fantastic. Alexa, Karen, and all the ladies in the training department have been wonderful to work with and learn from. I appreciate the kindness, and patience they’ve continued to show us and also the hard work and dedication they have put into helping make our great dog even more amazing. I’ll tell anyone who will listen they make us all feel important and encouraged even in group lessons. The results speak for themselves when we are at home and out in public with my best girl.

This daycare seems to be better suited for older dogs and clientele. I work full time and have a high energy young dog that *loves* to play with other dogs, so I thought Dog Days would be a great fit twice a week. All was well for the past few weeks we’ve been going, until we were asked to not bring him for full-days due to my dog “becoming irritated when his friends leave”- which I have never been told before by his old daycare in our previous hometown - and for his jumping, which is a habit that takes time to break with training. It is odd to me that an establishment would want to turn away good business. Staff were kind, but I am disappointed with today’s remarks and will be looking for a daycare capable of handling high energy pups.

I highly recommend. Their customer service is great, I was looking for a place that could take care of my baby Chloe, after losing my husband 8 months ago, it was difficult for me to leave her alone in the house while I was doing errands, appointments, etc… Dog Days and Nights ( Palm Beach Gardens Florida) has been excellent, they had patience and my Chloe was so happy to go there. It exceeding my expectations and I was completely impressed with their professionalism and their service. Now I’m moving to another country so I’ll be missing everyone there too.. sincerely,

We were asked not to come back. We have an energetic puppy, and it seems they cater more to older dogs who just lay around. We often times watched on the cameras, and I rarely saw any dogs playing. Also, most of the time it appeared that nobody was in the room with the dogs. I would not recommend if you have a young, energetic puppy.

My puppy loves it there! Thank you for providing this safe, fun space for dogs to go during the day when their humans have to work and overnight when necessary, too.

I went to DogDaysandNights for my two maltese dogs and they were most professional and kind. I was amazed also to see that they have a person that sits on a couch in the dog room and they all go up to her and she pets them. She is not watching them from an outside room but sitting there like a pet mom. My littlest one sat next to her feet. She picked her up and kept petting her . The other older Maltese kept by her side or walked around . This young lady loves animals you can tell. She keeps an eye out on all the dogs and makes sure that there are no issues. She is like a pet sitter or pet mom for all the dogs I was very lucky to have found this place And love the fact they added this new person to be there in the same room It is a lovely family atmosphere to watch on their camera. Doggy is so excited to go to Dog Days! And they offer training classes for doggy and owners.

I cannot speak about boarding. But I have been taking my English Springer Spaniel here for classes for over five years. He does agility once a week and even completed his advanced trick training. Alexa is a knowledgeable instructor and has a great "read" of dogs. Dusty started out being frightened and now want love and kisses from Alex, Alex and Madison, as well as the other handlers. Would not take him for training anyone else!!

I’ve had the pleasure of finding the perfect petsitter in Bailey. I needed someone to watch my very particular pet, a squirrel, plus a dog, cats and fish tank. Bailey did not hesitate to petsit, and truly loves all animals, even exotics like squirrels. She’s dependable and always upbeat, I never worry about my pets on vacation because Bailey treats my pets as if they were her own babies!

I hired Bailey to watch my Boston Terrier Lucy, while I went out of town for 4 days. Lucy loved her before I left, and when she came by to give me my key back. I took that as a sign she took good care of her. She was quick to respond when I text her to check on Lucy. I would hire her again.

What we appreciate about Bailey the most is not just her obvious love for animals (our dog has been attached to her since day one) but her ongoing professionalism and commitment. When we initially adopted our dog, Joey (about two years agos) we faced several challenges, including: lack of crate training, inconsistent accidents in the house, excessive amounts of energy that were very difficult to control, and impulsive reactions to other stimuli. Although we have come a long way since then, there were many times when Bailey would have to deal with an unfavorable or challenging situation - whether it be an accident in the house or Joey’s unwillingness to listen - and she never once complained or made us feel like he was a burden. Instead, she always made us feel at ease by being proactive and taking it upon herself to find a solution. She makes it a priority to make sure Joey is in the best possible state without interrupting our work day or causing us any concern. Words cannot express how much we appreciate Bailey’s ability to handle unexpected challenges. Knowing that Joey is in the best possible hands when we go to work each day takes a tremendous load off of our back. Since we both leave so early in the morning and often don’t come home until after 5:00 pm, we rely on Bailey to spend that 30 minutes of quality time with Joey each day - and she never lets us down. It makes all the difference knowing that Joey has someone to check in with him daily and give him that attention he needs. Not only do we count on Bailey each day while we are at work, but we also depend on her to stay with Joey at our house when we go out of town. Whether Bailey stays with Joey for one night or for an entire week, we know that when we return home Joey will be as healthy and happy as ever, and the house will be perfect too! Bailey always takes it upon herself to go the extra mile by bringing in the recycling bins, placing any packages inside, or putting our grocery delivery in the refrigerator. Never have we asked Bailey to do any of these tasks; she simply wants to help us however she can and it doesn't go unnoticed. When it comes to taking care of your fur babies, Bailey is the total package. She is passionate, responsible, trustworthy, and affordable. We have recommended her to countless family members and friends who commend her services and work ethic. Expect to receive lots of updates, photos, and videos when you leave your fur baby with Bailey for an extended period of time. We can’t stress enough how much we appreciate Bailey. Without a shadow of doubt, we know that Bailey has provided the best care possible since we first rescued Joey two years ago.

I wouldn't hire thisgirl if she was the last pet in the world. You'll be lucky If she shows up at all if not hours late. If you hire her for overnight care should you hire her for overnight care can guarantee you she will show up for a couple of hours take a shower and go out drinking all night long and your dogs home alone come back sleep all day and then she's going to charge you for and she has no problem leaving your dogs home alone and the girls got no heart she even left her own dog's with a friend and never went back

Bailey is great with my large dogs, very punctual, and cleans up after their walk! She has helped me with less than 24 hrs notice before and I would definitely recommend her to others! Hank and Bridgette give two Dew Paws up!

Watched my dog sugar over the weekend and did a great job. Sugar seemed very happy when I got home and swear the house was cleaner than when I left! I will definitely be using them again!!

Terriable experience before Irma..This girl wanted payment in full before services rendered..Was texting me the day after I left demanding her money..Would not willingly return my key to my maintance manager so he could move some plants in my house and do hurricane preperations.. Finally agreed to allow him to stop by her house to get key..She would not hand him the key he had to retrieve it under her door mat..As he was backing out of her driveway she pulled the shade up and shot him the finger.. Very rude argumentative individual.. Not a good experience by all means..

Bailey is amazing at what she does! First off the prices are unbeatable. She cared for my baby mercedes who is a hound and also a puppy so shes very high energy with no issues! She sent me pictures of her while i was gone to give me some comfort knowing she was okay. She took care of my baby just like i would and i wont use anyone else but her when i take trips. I came home to a happy health puppy! Also a clean house which is hard to have when you have a puppy. If you ever need a pet sitter bailey is the person to use. Thank you so much bailey!

We have used House and Hound care several times for Teddy and Harley and have been very pleased with the attention and care they provide our fur babies. I formally used a dog resort, but I found that my dogs were very anxious there due to the being dog reactive so I decided to look for an in home dog sitter instead. I am so happy I found House and Hound, it has completely taken away the anxiety I feel when we leave for a vacation and the dogs need someone to watch them. I trust the pet sitters and they send updates every visit with picture, which my dogs always look happy compared to the forced pictures the pet resort would send me. My dogs are comfortable with the sitter and comfortable at home in their own environment. I highly recommend this professional, friendly and trustworthy service.

My husband and I were away for several days for work events and very nervous about leaving our dogs with a pet sitter. We have normally used family members but now that we have moved to Wellington, they aren’t close enough to stop in. House and Hound was referred to us by a friend who recommended them. We had a pre meet with the sitters Rachel and Elizabeth and our dogs immediately liked them. The entire time we were gone things went very smooth. They checked in regularly and sent pictures. We felt like they were getting great care which is so important to us. We are so grateful to have a company we can use. They were very responsive and quickly connected me with pet care associate that took great care of my dog while I was out of town. They have a user friendly app where they upload pictures, videos and give daily status updates on your pet. This was my first time booking and I was nervous but Kim C. who cared for my dog was knowledgeable, professional and caring. Will definitely use this service again in the future.

I just got back from a 10 day vacation to Greece and needed pet sitting visits at home for my two female cats. I reached out to House and Hound and within minutes they responded with availability and they were excellent. I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness and then when.I met our sitter, Estrella, within minutes I knew they she was the right one and the cats will be in good hands. Estrella looked after my girls as if they were hers. She is exceptional and took great care of them but most importantly she provided detailed updates and photos after each visit. We were able to truly relax after seeing how good she was with them. Now I am no longer hesitant to go on longer vacations because I found an excellent team that I can trust. It was great to find this service. They were quick to respond, set up, send my pet sitter out to meet me beforehand and go over everything. Robert was great with my 3 cats each day. He was on time, did everything we needed including sweeping up, scooping the litter and giving them love when they would allow. He even noticed cat vomit on the floor and cleaned it up. With each visit I received a personal message from him about each of my cats along with pictures. It was so nice not to have to worry about them as all 3 are 15 years old or older. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and I will use them anytime I am going to be away. Thank you House and Hound. You are all great.

I just moved to PSL. Have had the worst experiences w vets! I hv switched four times in a year!! After 30 years w the same vet in Ft. Lauderdale, I was lost! So I started driving bk to Ft. Lauderdale until my kind vet Dr Fumi Miomoto said see harmony it’s way closer lol by an hour and a half!!! I’m here to stay. Thanks to all in ur care fr my furries

I am always greeted so kindly. The wonderful staff knows us and quickly checks us in. The fantastic team is always caring and supportive of our concerns. Erica is an amazing groomer. Prompt with appointment times and so loving to our pups. Dr. Clines is amazing to work with us and the vet cardiologist. I always feel like the communication is amazing with the entire team!

Brought our rabbit in because his eye was bothering him. Very in and out appt. Vet came in, Dr. Sweet, did a fast exam. As she did an eye swab the vet tech yelled out the price to us! Vet never came back in. Really? Show a little concern! Vet tech just brought us eye drops. Very uncaring for a first time visit. Guess she doesn't need our business. Too bad, because it's very hard to find an exotic pet vet in the area. Won't be back!

Such a great facility!! Huge Place that services all animals. I brought my Bearded Dragon there & they took such good care of her. I've been telling everyone about Harmony. The staff was great! They were so kind and listened to me & just so compassionate ❤️ I will be taking my cats here as well and any animal I have in the future.

Everyone is so great there. The staff makes the dogs feel welcome. Charlie loves going and trusts the ( he is afraid of everything) ladies.

I don't recommend visiting this office unless they change their procedures. A domesticated rabbit arrived to my house yesterday, we haven't found the owner, and he has respiratory issues so we wanted him to be seen, if possible, to help. I normally take my dogs to Furry Friends where I adopt and have been to MedVet for emergencies/specialists. I was recommended Harmony by Furry Friends because Harmony sees rabbits. I called Harmony and explained the situation. They said they would see him for $90 for the visit plus any testing/medications. I asked if they had any available appointments today, that I'm not in a rush, available all day, and don't consider it an emergency. They said they could see me at 11am. I said ok and paid the $90 over the phone. The care at the center was good. Otherwise, I would have given them 1 star. I do appreciate that they see other kinds of pets and they were professional. They were aware of the situation and didn't run tests without my authorization because I wanted just the basics for now. I did accept antibiotics. However, when it came to check out, the antibiotics were $50 (seems like a lot but it is what it is) and there was a $80 or so "fit in fee" added to the bill on top of the $90 I had prepaid. I told the receptionist that no one told me about a fit in fee over the phone and I didn't ask to be fit in. I asked for available appointments. She said it was a "level 2 fit in" and that's the charge but would go check to see if it could be removed since I wasn't told. I waited for five minutes or so and it was removed but it really left a horrible taste in my mouth. I realize that they have a business to run but these sort of predatory charges are obscene. They should he ashamed. I've been going to vets for decades and in emergencies, they fit me in. No one has ever charged me for it. I've been to MedVet with true emergencies and their visit fee isn't more than $90. At Harmony, apparently it's at least $170 ($90 visit and $80 fit in). It's gross. I did everything I could to not be hit with unknown fees and they still did it. I don't doubt that the staff and doctors are committed to the animals and provide fine care but I would recommend another office that isn't so obviously shameful with their charges.

My husband and I are very pleased with the care that our pet therapy dog received from Harmony Hospital ever since she was a puppy, almost 10 years ago. Everyone is very professional, capable and caring in regard to all of the services that they offer.

Today was a very hard day for me. I brought my Guinea Pig Coco in for what I thought was just a tummy ache. It turned out to be a lot more. Our best option was to put her to rest. Dr. Johnston and the staff that worked with Coco and I today were all wonderful. Everyone was very knowledgeable and empathetic. They made this impossible/horrible process more bearable. I can’t thank everyone enough for their patience and kindness today. You never want to find out news like that or make a gut-wrenching decision like this ever. But that’s life. And Harmony Animal Hospital is where you want to be when something like this happens. Thank you all again.

Harmony Animal Hospital has taken care of our Dory after moving here 5 years ago. She got pancreatitis over the holidays 2016. Somehow even at her old age, she rallied and the wonderful team here continued to provide her appropriate care and boarding (which required a lot of extra care). They helped me let her go this past Saturday when she declined again -- and I cannot say enough about the kindness and compassion given to me through the difficult process. From the payment to the nurse to Dr. Rogers, it was a beautiful end for our sweet companion & family member of nearly 15 years. A thank you and review doesn't do justice to how grateful I am.

I highly recommend Krissy. She is the most loving and caring person. My dog CoCo felt right at home with her, got lots of cuddles, played and was a very happy girl. And I got lots of pictures and videos throughout the weekend to see how she was doing. We will be using Krissy every time we need someone to stay with our CoCo girl!!!

I highly recommend Petcare By Krissy. After a trip to CO, we came home to happy stress-free pups. Our 12 year old standard poodle needed some special attention because of her age. She was in great hands with Krissy. We got daily text updates and never worried for one second that they were not well taken care of and happy. Our dogs LOVE Krissy.

We had not used a dog sitting service before discovering Paw Beach Pet Care, since we had been very happy with guilt-free boarding our dogs. Circumstances surrounding one trip out of town required that we use a dog sitter, however, and we are truly thankful we contacted Rachel. Without fuss, she promptly assembled her team and coordinated a time to meet our pups (2 and 12 year olds). Although we had concerns at the outset, by the end of that introductory meeting we knew our doggies were going to be in good hands. Now, we will not think of boarding or go anywhere else. The Paw Beach service includes specific and detailed instructions via their website, and during our trips we receive regular updates with photos. Not only are our trips "guilt free" since we know our dogs are home and being well-taken care of, we also know they are getting the love we can't provide long distance. No issues are too big for the Paw Beach team to handle and they truly care for our dogs. It's a nice feeling, particularly when you are placing your home and furry loved ones in their hands.

We have always been extremely happy and confident with Rachel taking care of our standard Poodle. She is caring, trust-worthy, loving, always on-time ,marvelous, etc.,etc. Our Layla loves to see her and gets very excited when Rachel comes to our house. When we are away , we know that Layla is well-taken care of. Therefore, we can enjoy our vacations. We highly recommend Rachel. Frank and Margie

My three dogs love Rachel! Whenever I go away, she comes to our house to play with the doggies, and every day I get a full report on how their time together went, super cute videos of the dogs so I can see how happy they are, and she even keeps an eye on the dogs physique to make sure everyone is still happy and healthy. Last time she offered to clean my dog's ears, apparently they had gotten nasty while I was away! I will always hire Rachel and her assistants for my dogs, without question!

I was so nervous about getting a puppy. With a busy two parent working family, kids in activities… how could we care for a puppy during the day. On top of that I travel for work!! Paw Beach to the rescue!! Rachel and David are true Godsends!! They walk my pup, play with him and send pictures and videos! They have even helped with some really great training advice that has made all the difference in the world. I cannot praise Paw Beach enough and how they have truly helped me feel comfortable and at ease that our fur baby is cared for, loved and safe while we can’t be with him… I would give a thousand stars if Google let me!!!!!

I’ve been using Paw Beach for a little over a year and they are so wonderful! They take the best care of Arlo, our 1 year old doxen. We love getting multiple updates and pictures while we are away. I always feel comfortable and relaxed on vacation knowing he’s in good hands.

David has been walking my two crazy Weimaraners for about 6 months and looks after them like they are his own.
