We've left our cat with Tony a few times and can't fault his service! Tony is great to deal with, very understanding and so natural with our cat Max. Max is always content when returning from his time in Wags and Tails. Will be definitely returning to Tony again! Thanks :)

My cats have stayed with Tony at least 4-5 times since they were kittens and never had a problem. He sent updates on their well-being while we're on holidays for our peace of mind. The facilities are designed with cats in mind and it´s spotless. Even he has two different areas for the colder months. There are plenty of areas for playing and climbing too. Tony is passionate about animals and knows how to treat them. Always it´s been easy to deal with him and had excellent service, he even offer pick up and delivery. I could not recommend more

Found Tony really rude when collecting our cat. He became very angry when I mentioned I would like to be allowed in past the driveway gate when collecting, to see where she had been staying. He refused. He said no viewings June, July, August. When I said I find that very unusual he became quite angry I had to ask him to stop shouting at me & all he said was go on away woman with your cat. I do not recommend, very odd, made me feel they were trying to Hide something, when they should be trying to instill confidence. Paid €280 for 3 weeks, no receipt provided either!

Great experience. I left my cat here for over 3 weeks while I was on holiday. He was well cared for by tony and is a lot more sociable and confident after the experience

Our puppy goldendoodle has been going to Pat's day care for a few weeks now and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. The dogs have so much space to run around and are so well cared for. Our fella gets so excited when we drive in! Pat is a gentleman and is great for tips and advice.

I have been bringing my 3 dogs Caviler King Charles Spaniels & Labradoodle to Pat for over a year now . I am very happy with the excellent service Pat gives and how well my dogs are minded when they go for there stays . Very accommodating . My dogs are always so happy. Was very surprised that my puppy was refused daycare due to her breed. I had a phone call with Pat and explained that I am looking for my 4 month old bullbreed puppy to be looked after while I am in work. He proceeded to tell me that she will be banned soon and that he would not take her. Please bare in mind that my puppy absolutely adores dogs, people, cats and just wants to play and cuddle. I am trying my best to socialise her in the hopes that she is a well rounded,obedient dog. When this daycare didn't even carry out an assessment on my dog, but just judged straight away I would definitely not trust someone like that with my dog. I was very upset and disheartened that someone that works with dogs as their job would have made such a quick judgement of my puppy based on a stereotype. Fortunately for my puppy, two other daycares have offered to take her as they fully understand bullbreeds and know that they are very sweet, misunderstood dogs and its mainly bad owners that give the breed a bad name when they are not fully trained. I understand that Pat may be concerned about the welfare of the other dogs in the daycare but if he actually carried out an assessment on her he would realise that she is a beautiful little puppy. His manner was really off putting and upsetting.

Pat is a natural at caring for dogs. My grandson and I took 2 Springer Spaniels to him last week. Both dogs needed a good go over.Pat did an amazing job on them . We were delighted as I think were the dogs as well! We will certainly go back and we will pass on his name to our friends. Thank you Pat.

We own a lab retriever and Pat’ room and groom is a fantastic service which I highly recommend. We have found Pat excellent to deal with, he is brilliant with dogs and has a genuine love of animals which is probably helpful in his line of business😀. Great space and service, thanks Pat. Central to Mallow town, but most importantly my dog is so happy there, he has fun and is well looked after. When I’m at work or on holiday It’s the peace of mind that know He’s getting plenty of excercise, socializing with other dogs, and generally having a lovely time. Can’t ask for more than that. Just turning into the yard he gets excited! Plus Pat has so much experience with dogs that those that need a quieter time are catered for too..would highly recommended to anyone.

Had our dog groomed by Pat a few days ago. She looked Beautiful when I came to collect her. I would highly recommend Pat for grooming and will certainly be returning. Thank you Pat!
