I came to pick up my puppy after a 4 day stay at the ranch. After I paid, I was handed my dog and told he had a gash under his eye because he was attacked by another dog. I asked what happened and was told that my dog mounted another dog who didn’t like it and then bit my dog. I was told that I needed to socialize my dog better. So another dog bites my dog and I need to socialize MY dog better? My dog came to the ranch a week prior for a meet and greet, which he passed without issue. My dog has been to other doggy daycares without incident. To tell me that it’s my 10 lb Bichon mix puppy’s fault he got bit is frankly, outrageous. I then asked if he was seen by a vet. “No, but we’ve been cleaning out the wound.” I asked when this happened - it was on Tuesday. So I wasn’t notified AND my dog received no veterinary care for 2 whole days. That is unacceptable, uncaring, and negligent. I then spent the next 3 hours at a vet’s office getting my puppy the care he needed. I won’t be coming back here.

Great time dropping off two dogs here for day camp. They enjoyed the property and staff. Nice property with lots of shade and big play areas. When we arrived, we were greeted relatively quickly but also saw signs directing us to office where staff also was. Noticed staff outside with dogs during playtime during drop off which was nice to see the dogs supervised during play time. Horse barn converted into nice large rooms for dogs during nap time and overnight boarding. Will be a returning customer.

My first choice for boarding whenever needed. We have a Labrador Retriever who loves to play with other dogs and water. Dog Dude Ranch is an amazing choice for him. The idea of him not spending hours in a cage while we are enjoying a holiday is very appealing to us. Everyone at the ranch is also super nice and helpful. Thank you all very much from Troy and his family.

We were very pleased with our Dog Dude Ranch experience from start to finish. Our dogs, Whiskey and Ginger had a blast! They came home happy and tired from all the play time. We really appreciated the text updates and pictures that Andrew sent us while they were there. Highly recommend!

I love the Dog Dude Ranch and so does our Lola. They take excellent care of her. I’m glad to know that she has a place where she can get attention and play with other dogs using up energy instead of staying at home by herself. All of the staff is wonderful. Great place. Highly recommend.

I just got home from a long trip, and I could say I almost don't recognize my dogs after a week at the Dog Dude Ranch. I could swear they look younger. They are both little old guys who are not so active anymore. And after a week at the ranch they are both happy, running, and playing!This was more than a "resort" for both. Their coat is shiny and their eyes are bright. This is the healthiest they have looked in months, especially my little diabetic guy. This week at the ranch did wonders for him. His blood sugar numbers are the best for the first time after being diagnosed last year. I couldn't be happier with the way they look and feel after their little "summer camp" this week and am extremely grateful to everyone at the ranch❤️❤️❤️

I recently left my dogs at Dog Dude Ranch of Miami for a few days, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my pets felt comfortable and well-cared for. The facility was clean, spacious, and full of fun activities, making it a true vacation for my dogs. I received regular updates, which gave me peace of mind. My dog Tank had a wonderful time for doggy daycare. I also received pics while he was there. Dog Dude Ranch is very clean and the property is kept up beautifully. I was greeted immediately and their employee Axel was super kind with Tank. He gets a little anxious when I leave him, but Axel was very kind with him. Not every place can handle big dogs like Tank, but Dog Dude Ranch did a great job. I look forward to leaving him more days for doggy daycare.

Absolutely the best boarding facility in Miami-Dade. They go above and beyond for you and your pets. Amazing company. They helped me so much during hurricane Milton after I evacuated. They waited for me after hours to board my 2 dogs, after a long delay on the road due to the increased traffic. I can’t thank them enough for the support in they gave me in that difficult and uncertain time. They’re the best.

They are the BEST!! I was late for my drop off because of traffic and Andrew stayed late for me which I greatly appreciate 🫶 Aurora loved her time there and they kept me updated with pics throughout the week. Will be recommending to everyone …

These people are most kindest loving people and will treat your dog with love! They took care of my three dogs while I was facing a hard situation and looking for a new place to live, and finally when I got my apartment, my three dogs were perfectly taken care of. The front staff is kind and the people that work there. Nelly was so gracious and helpful and always kept me updated on my fur babies. If you are looking for a place to lodge your dogs for a vacation, or any situation, don’t look any further because this is the place where your dogs will be treated right and with care. You guys are amazing and thank you for the support and beautiful experience.

I was hesitant to go on a vacation abroad as I had never left my bay with anyone. Let me tell you that the level of service is outstanding at Canine Country Club. I have left my baby with them twice and I can tell she loves it there. The staff is amazing they show great care for the animals. The facility is spotless. They don't know it yet but Minnie will be staying with them again in March for out next vacation. Love you guys, Thank you for all you do!

Our dog spent 3 days here to get an US rabies vaccination after flying in from Brazil. The staff are great. It’s a very busy time with all the new CDC regulations but they made the experience as pleasant as could have been possible. We are thankful. Absolutely horrible experience. I would go as far as saying what has occurred is dog abuse. For one, this is the second time we get the same response regarding our dogs and how they are doing. “It’s raining, so we currently aren’t able to take the dogs out.” We gave a bag with treats and toys, and left it in a specific order. The bag came back exactly how it was dropped off, untouched. Upon arriving home, one of our dogs went straight to poop three times in a row. He has NEVER done this, even when staying home all day. Also, he peed three times as well. Another one of our dogs came back limping, and extremely depressed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!

We are sooo thankful for Ceci and her staff! Canine country club was taking care of our sweet baby boy when he needed to be quarantined for 2 days. Ceci and her staff took such a good care of our puppy and accommodates us when we were facing great hardships. Highly recommend their facility! Thank you Ceci!!!

I have no bad things to say about canine country club. I’ve taken my dog multiple times and he always returns in great conditions and very loved. The workers are very attentive and loving and will go out of their way to make sure your dog has the best experience possible. I recommend this place to everyone!!

Unfortunately Petlimo was not very responsive when concerns came up like certain document requirements but they were responsive when it came to payments. There was a time when all my calls were going to voicemail and their message said they would respond within 48hrs but they didn't respond for almost a week. This isn't optimal with such a dynamic situation as shipping a pet internationally.

In regards to taking care of my dog, they were very good. Friendly environment and well kept. In regards to communication with the company needs improvement.

Very pleased with their quarantine services, price were clear, handled our let with care and love but more importantly fast and very professional service. Very recommended!

I recently boarded my dog at Canine Country Club Miami and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I’ve used 3 sitter so far with Rover, & Melanie was by far my favorite! I would absolutely want to book with her again in the future! She was so sweet & loving to my girls & very attentive about sending lots of updates & pictures. My dog Dakota has always come home with “kennel nose” after any kind of boarding from being anxious & rubbing her nose. This was the first time we’ve ever gotten her from a sitter & her nose been completely normal! So I just know she felt very loved & well cared for during her stay. Melanie also did fantastic with my elderly dog & all her medication needs. 10/10 recommend!!

I've met the owner for Fetch and have chatted with Anthony a few times. He is always patient and accommodating. He seems to really care for his furry clients. I have worked with one dog walker so far and she is also super sweet and kind and helpful. I feel comfortable having Fetch enter my home while at work to walk my dog.

I was very pleased with the Fetch dog walking service I used while we were out of town. Kathy was totally reliable and really bonded with my dog, as he did with her. I received notes about their walks, maps of where they walked, and pictures along the way. According to the people he stayed with, he came back happy and tired- perfect! The Fetch team did a great job of taking care of my cat while I was on vacation. Janae and Anthony are very caring pet sitters and I felt very comfortable that my cat was in great hands in their care. Every day I received a detailed log on daily feeding and health of my cat. I was also sent pictures of my pet which showed that my cat was happy and cared for. I highly recommend The Fetch team!

I needed a dog walker and found Fetch. I couldn’t be happier. Archie (our dog) loves Maria. She is great with him. The cats like her too. The process was easy and Anthony is professional and on top of everything. I would recommend then 100%.

I loved everything about Fetch South Miami! I got two phone calls to collect information about both of my cats, and one was even from the manager himself. Once one of their workers signed up to take care of my cats, she and Anthony and the manager came over a few weeks before I left for an initial meeting with my kitties and to gain any information Vada (my pet sitter) would need for the time I was gone. She took notes throughout and got acquainted with my little ones. While I was away, I was provided with journal entries of everything that happened during the visit as well as pictures which I loved! Overall awesome experience and will be using Fetch (and Vada!) again. :)

I took my 3 dogs for boarding. One of my dogs has issues walking and soiling herself. They were patient and understanding. They gave her meds and made sure she walked and pooped. They took really good care of our two dogs she always would send us pictures of our dogs and she would always walk them and let them play in the backyard. They were really happy when we went to pick them up and you can tell she really loves dogs and she is definitely a 5/5

Our experience was horrible! This woman is a dog abuser, she left my little brother in the sun for maybe a few hours and he died from the heat! He was 10 months old and he was in perfect condition, my dad lives in Miami alone and had to travel for work, I trust the life of our beloved Luffy and this damn thing I couldn't take care of him for even 48 hours. You don't have to be so intelligent or so human to know that you shouldn't leave a dog in the sun! Less with the temperature and humidity of Miami! Please don't leave your 4-legged relatives with this woman! I hate you Vanessa! Our baby was very loved, he had a life ahead of him and he died alone, we couldn't hold his paw, we couldn't say goodbye because he told my dad when he was stiff! He didn't even realize this disastrous thing!

I was traveling, I had planned to go to Orlando but I had nowhere to leave my beautiful dogs! I didn't want to leave them alone, but luckily they recommended a girl from Miami who took care of my two babies! The truth is that I am very happy! She took care of them, pampered them and you always have contact with her for anything that happens or that you want to know! The truth is happy and highly recommended!

Camila was super professional. My dog is usually very shy and hesitant when meeting new people but Camila was super patient with her and my dog hit it off with her really well! Camila kept us updated on how she was doing and even sent pictures. She explained to us my dogs tooth health and follow up care. My Nala loves her white teeth and was super happy showing them off 🤗

Our 2 year old chocolate lab absolutely LOVES going to Pata’s House! She cries on the car ride because we can’t get there fast enough! Camila does a great job mixing the dogs and creating a welcoming pack. I love that they are not crated like in boarding kennels. When they are not running and playing in the yard, they are relaxing on doggy friendly sofas just like at home, and munch on fresh broccoli for snacks! Pata’s House is really a home away from home for our Bailey. Whether it is a week stay or a day’s play date, we know our fur baby is in good hands and having a great time!

Clarke would be considered a difficult dog. She has tried to bite multiple people and she is territorial. I don’t know how Camila did it but Clarke fell in love with her instantly. I can see that Camila cares about Clarke and Clarke cares about Camila. Clarke thrives with the pack there, she loves to play and feels relaxed. Clarke has been going there for three years. I am so glad that I found her.

Camila is excellent and obviously have a pure connection with my little one. He was very very happy while he stayed at weekend. Will bring him again with my eyes close. Very honest and nice!

Patas house is truly a home where you can leave your furry baby behind with no worries! I left my 5 month puppy there and she had the time of her life, playing with the pack and eating broccoli! It is my baby’s home away from home!

Mya, 5lb Pomeranian has Horrible Teeth and Camila got them so clean, you can tell Mya had a good time and I love that she takes pictures of even her playing and the updates throughout the day.

Minnie and Cocoa are well taken care off. They get lots of love and attewhile at Golden Tails. They get are walked frequently. We get daily updates on the dogs’ activities, behaviors, and feedings. We also get daily pictures. Will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Golden Tails Boarding! We give them 4 paws up.

Lola and Toby are my 2 very spoiled babies. Toby is super difficult when it’s time to eat but this was not a problem for Katherine, Betty, Cristina and Lauren, who were very patient and loving and they even fed him with their hands to get him to eat. My babies also had their medications on time and were taken out to walk and play. They were both so happy when I got home. They not only took very good care of my babies but they also took the trash out and I got home to clean bowls and wee wee pads. This is not the first time I use Golden Tails service and every time I hire them they excede my expectations. I highly recommend Golden Tails.

I do not usually place reviews but, this young lady and her pet sitting service needs to be shared. Leaving my fur baby with anyone other than family was stressful and I found myself avoiding travel if she could not come along. A good friend with same anxiety shared the wonderful experience with Kathy. Still very hesitant, I scheduled one short weekend stay. Kathy did not only responded very professionally and detailed she completed an interview and come over to meet us all. She was so at ease and comfortable and our pup loved her! We received pictures and messages every day with a very happy pup at pick up. This has since followed with several stays and a very nice friendship with a loving young lady. Thank you Kathy!!!!! 🐾💖

Kathy was absolutely amazing with my dogs! She actually took care of my three dogs and looked out for our tortoise. My whole family went on a trip and Kathy was with my fur babies for 3 nights 4 days. She went everyday, took the dogs for a walk and fed the tortoise as well. She really loves animals -- and my pets definitely loved her back. She always sent me photos and videos of each of my pets and even updated me on their eating and going potty. Staying in contact with her was easy, fast and she is very affordable and gives you a high*** quality service! I know I will absolutely book her again for my pets when I go traveling again! Golden Tails is quite literally the best dog care service I have ever used and had the pleasure of leaving my babies with. We have two big boxers and a small Maltese with quite the personalities, but Golden tails knows exactly how to care for each one perfectly. They always communicate the best they can, arrive on time and give incredibly detailed messages of their visits. I know I can trust them to always care for my babies!

What a relief it was to find Golden Tails to take care of our 1 year old Labradoodle and Cockapoo. Kathy and her family treated them so special like If they were their own. They followed all of our routine and they sent pictures daily. It was a great treat to see them have so much fun. Till next time.

Kathy really eased my nerves about leaving our two cats while she stayed four overnights with them. We had not left on vacation for at least a year and a half due to COVID, so they were used to us being home a lot. Both our girls warmed up to Kathy right away. The daily photos/videos and updates are professional and fantastic. Every routine and suggestion was followed perfectly. Kathy is truly an animal whisperer and a people person too. I searched high and low to find someone I can trust with my eyes closed to take care of our precious husky and she has exceeded all our expectations. This was my first time using a doggy daycare service. Nathalie and staff are amazing! I had reached out at first letting them know my situation and she called me and answered all of my questions. Nathalie recommended half day stays so that my pups can get used to it before a weeklong stay. This was great because it helped my dogs get to know Woof N Wag, and it eased any concerns that I and my family had. The weeklong stay went great, and I was in constant contact with Woof N Wag even while in another country! I will definitely be utilizing Woof N Wag’s services more often moving forward and highly recommend Woof N Wag Miami. My pups had a great time, and they recommend Woof N Wag as well!

Woof and Wag is a place that feels like home for Theo! The W&W team ensure the place is always spotless, safe, engaging and FUN for all animals that enter their facility. They also have a knack for making all pups feel like they’re family. Thank you Woof and Wag for existing!!

After searching 3 different dog camp, we decided on Woof N Wag. They have the best set for the dogs. The dogs are free to roam within their own chosen pack. Jeff and the rest of the staff are very familiar with the dogs in their care and they know who gets along, who doesn’t and who needs to be separate. I’m very happy that Ginger, my dachshund, has made a few friends.

I can’t express how grateful I am to have found a place like Woof N Wag! I was so scared to leave on vacation and board my babies. The team made sure to ease my worry and take the upmost care of them while we were away. Daily pictures and reports!! I wouldn’t change them for anyone else. The babies had an awesome time and I couldn’t thank the team enough!!❤️

My fur baby, Touchdown, had his first half a day today at the daycare and it was wonderful! From the moment I dropped him off, I knew that this was where he would feel at home. They sent me a video of him playing with other dogs and texted me throughout his time there. When I texted to check on him, they responded right away. I would recommend Woof N Wag to anyone looking to leave their fur baby and feel at ease.

It is a house in country horse, run by a family who loves what they do. They took care of my dog as if he was their own and sent photos daily which gave me peace. I highly recommend Woof N Wag for your pet (s) stay.

Woof M Wag is just amazing. I had never left my 7 year old Husky anywhere ever but had to due to my son moving out of state. Someone recommended them, and I slowly left Maximus for 1/2 days building up to a 4 night stay. They followed my instructions and he did so well. I later got a 3 month husky and plan on taking them to play dates.The staff is very caring, responsible and I trust them with my babies.

I love Woof and Wag. Leaving Abby here is a pleasure for me, her excitement and happiness when dropping her off tells me how much she enjoys to be here and how well she is being treated. The place is beautiful with a lot of space and attractions like the pool and green space. I feel confident and safe leaving her here. All the staff is very nice and warming - you can tell they really love dogs and they provide you with updates during the day. They are all very helpful and always provide a great customer service. I am very happy with Woof and Wag and I definitely recommend it.

Our little Otis had a great day at Woof N Wag. They updated us throughout the day with photos and video. Made us feel comfortable with the day he was having. He obviously had a great time playing with the other dogs because he was tuckered out that night. I would highly recommend.

I have tried a few places for my Yeti, and I am so happy I found Woof N Wag! We travel for work often and I want to make sure my baby is well taken care of, safe and has fun. This is the perfect place for dogs who enjoy socialization. They have a clean, big yard for the dogs to play and they offer crate free boarding (should you prefer that). You can truly tell they care for the dogs.Thank you to Nathalie for being so attentive with Yeti and showing him so much love. Yeti will continue to be a part of the Woof N Wag family for daycare and boarding. This will be Yeti's second home ;-)

This is the only grooming place I will trust with my Pomeranian. The staff is sweet and loving with Luna and always surpass my expectations.

She's great with animals and her staff too. If she finds a anything wrong with my dog that I may have missed she calls me right away and gives me recommendations. The service is quick and my dog and cat come out smelling fresh and clean!

It was my dogs first time at the groomer and this is the perfect spot! Aylee and her team knew exactly what to do to make her feel comfortable. They groomed my dog and she left Scottie Paws looking and feeling great! I am definitely taking her back and I highly recommend!

We’ve been taking our dogs to Scottie Paws for over 7 years and I have never had a bad experience. We do grooming and boarding and the service is always great! Love the staff! When boarding, they send us pictures and keep us posted on how our dog baby is doing during their stay. I LOVE that they are a green facility and don’t use any harsh chemicals which is huge. They also do dental cleanings which have tremendously helped our dog’s teeth health! So grateful for this business and thankful for all they do for our little fur babies!

This pet grooming is amazing. They are always very professional and treat the customers with respect. I'm very picky of where I leave my dog. But since I found Scottie Paws I have never thought about taking him anywhere else. I love the online booking, it’s easy and convenient.

I love taking my little Yorkie and toy Poodle to Scottie Paws Pet Resort and Spa. The groomers and staff are wonderful and talented. I can tell they really love animals. I called in today to get prices and information. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I was put on a speaker phone all the time while the owner was telling the person what to say. Owner was very rude the way how she talked. Will not be going to a place with such arrogant customer service skills.

I live near Miami Lakes and I came to Scottie Paws for the first time today to bathe and groom my Scottish Terrier, Whiskey. I was very happy with the way Whiskey was groomed. I was also very pleased with the friendliness and excellent customer service we received. Will definitely be a returning customer, regardless of how far I live.
