Pet Sitters in Kent Shire

My puppy Cleo goes to daycare once a week and we’re about to increase to twice a week. She has so much fun and the socialisation she gets is amazing. Watching her become more and more confident in herself each week is a treat! Barry and Belinda are the most friendliest of people who really care about the dogs they look after which gives my peace of mind. Cleo is knackered after a day of daycare play!! She’s also about to have her first board for four days!

We took our 2 dogs Roxy and Storm there for 3-day care. The owner was nice and easy to communicate. Our dogs came back with happy faces. Thank you for looking after them.

Amazing place!! The owners truly love the dogs, our two dogs stayed for a whole week and were so happy! When we picked them up, the care that Barry has for the dogs was evident as both our little dogs gave him cuddles and kisses - which is very rare for our little shelter dog to do! So happy to have found a great place the dogs can stay at, knowing they are well looked after.

Pooch is always happy as a pig in poo when she comes here. All staff have an awesome passion for what they do. Had to leave our lab here for about a month, was unsure about when the pick up date would be due to our circumstances. They went above and beyond to make sure we had nothing to worry about. When we came back they were so warm and welcoming as always. Pooch had a few battle scars and scratches from being a knucklehead, no concerns at all about her treatment by the way, the lovely lady who answered the phone suggested we take her to the vet for a checkup and they would cover the cost. Besides a hug 🤗 I don't think these guys could do anything else to ease our worries and make sure our pooch was happy and VERY well looked after. I would recommend this place to ANYONE who wants their dog well looked after and definitely be a PAMPERED PET!!! Thankyou crew for everything you do. ***** (Extra 5 stars 🤩)

We felt really comfortable leaving our dogs here while we stayed in the national park. The kennels are very clean and warm and all the dogs are happy especially after their playtime. Our older dog Sid suffers from stress and anxiety and when we picked him up he was of course happy to see us but also super relaxed and not in any particular rush to leave. Definitely recommend this place .. !

We highly recommend Barry & Belinda's services. They were really accommodating & took our fur baby, Bailey in for the day while we climbed Bluff Knoll. It really did feel like they were treating her as their own, & would definitely use there services again, if we're back in the area needing a pet sitter. Thanks guys, Pete, Sue, & Bailey.

Great facility for your pet. Felt comfortable leaving our dog here. He loves water . They had an outdoor pool and beautiful outdoor area to play with other dogs. The owners were lovely and helpful with activities in the area.

Barry and Belinda have a high level of care and concern for our girl Lexie. She was a nervous and shy German Shepherd which could present as aggression as she got older. However, with their ability to assess and have the space to assess her level of comfort, Lexie has become very social with other dogs. We will always book her into Pampered Pets as their service is amazing.

Our girl had the best time staying at pampered pets for 4.5 weeks. She can be reactive to other dogs and pampered pets catered to her needs 100% with 2 sole playtimes a day. Videos and descriptions were provided for peace of mind and she looked like she was on holiday! Thank you so much.

I can honestly say that everything about our first home sitting experience was excellent. Our communications were all answered very promptly and the whole process was explained to us very well. Our house sitter Brad was just amazing, from the first time of meeting him he made the whole process so easy. He regularly sent us photos of our pets whilst we were away and we returned home to an immaculately clean house and pets that were very happy and relaxed. We will definitely be using Allpet Sitters again in the future and I thank them for an excellent service.

Thank you so much to Jan and Sharon for sending the lovely Jan to us to look after our home and our beautiful Lola while we had a short but much needed break away. Jan was amaxing! Sending us regular updates on Lola, I knew she was in good hands. When we returned, the house was immaculate and Lola was wagging her tail :). Laurissa and Rodin were perfect house and pet sitters for our staffy Boye and our 2 cats Ricky and Bluey . They kept us regularly updated with pics of our fur babies which we loved. Our babies were so happy and content, we were at absolute peace while on holidays knowing they were being well cared for and loved . They left our home lovely and clean on our return and even bought fresh bread , milk and biscuits which was really appreciated as we got home quite late from airport ..I would definitely and highly recommend Allpets Sitters to anyone looking for house or pet sitters .

I couldn’t be happier with Erin’s care for Rommy while I was away! Rommy was so happy and content when I arrived home, and it was clear that he had been well looked after. Not only that, but my house was left spotless — everything was neat and tidy, which was such a lovely touch. I would absolutely love to have Erin pet sit again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter. Additionally, the entire process of engaging a sitter was a breeze. Jan and Jilly were so pleasant to work with, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect sitter for Rommy. Their thoughtful effort truly made the experience seamless and stress-free, especially considering the first allocated sitters unfortunately fell through, they sorted a great new sitter before I could worry even for a second about not having one. Allpet Housesitters is such an important service to provide to the community, the price is very reasonable, and you just know they care about what they do for people who have to leave their pets behind at times. Kirstyn and Mike were fantastic, we would highly recommend them. We met them twice before we went on holiday, and they were here when we left and here when we arrived home. Our dogs Bertie and Billy were very chilled when we came home, and the house was spotless. We also gave them use of our car and that was spotless too. We don't like leaving our fur babies, but they were in fantastically capable hands which meant we were able to absolutely enjoy our holiday. Jan @ AllPet’s organised 3 pet sits for us during our time in Perth (1 short term & 2 longer term). The communication, with both Jan and the house owners, was great throughout. Allpet’s are very thorough in gathering all the information that the sitters requires about the sits, which gives everyone involved peace of mind before, and during the sit. Jan not only managed to find sits for our entire trip to Perth, she also matched us to specific pets, owners and locations that worked best for us. We also completed a house sit with an online company during our time in Perth. The personal touch and organisation of Allpet’s means that we wouldn’t hesitate to only use them again if we returned. Allpet House Sitters go above and beyond. They have arranged sitters on a few occasions for our dog. They do everything they can to match your pet and house with a suitable sitter, and the personal touch provided by Jan is what makes the service special. Our dog is well looked after and the house is always left clean and tidy. I highly recommend them.

Overall great customer service except your Phone System needs improvement. Website is straightforward to use in User friendly. Every time I have tried to call, am waiting to be answered a hour later every time.

Please don’t send text messages at 1.25am and 5.50am telling us about a news item. Am sure this can be done during normal business hours, ie, during the day. Some of us do keep our phones on at night in case of emergencies.

Not very happy with petcloud due letting go one of their sub contractor with letting the clients know find it hard to contact anyone about the issues I have sent email to them to stop service in 1 months notice to find out that they possibly assigned someone when I ask them not to
