honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.
I have nothing but great things to say about Jill! She’s a wonderful sitter and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog and cat in her capable hands while I was out of the country. She was thorough in making sure she knew exactly what each pet needed, had excellent communication, and provided me with daily updates. I came home to a house that was even tidier and more organized than when I left and two very loved pets. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for a kind, caring, consistent pet sitter. Thank you so much Jill!!!
Leah was an excellent pet sitter and take care of our home when we were on vacation. Our dogs were sad when she left. She even made us some delicious tacos when we got home from the airport! We highly recommend her!
Great pet care. The house was clean and tidy. The sitters had great communication. Would recommend again!
Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Do not hesitate to contact her for your pet sitting needs. I already have her booked for 10/2024 so don’t try and get her then!!!😁
We had the pleasure of having Tara as our house sitter while we were away, and we can't praise her enough for the fantastic job she did. Not only did she take excellent care of our home, but she also showed tremendous love and attention to our beloved dogs. From the moment Tara walked through the door, we could tell she had a genuine passion for animals. She immediately bonded with our dogs, and they seemed completely at ease with her. Throughout our trip, she provided us with regular updates and photos, which truly put our minds at ease knowing our boys were in great hands. Tara took great care of our home as well. It was evident that she respected our space and coming back home, we found everything just as we left it, if not even better! We highly recommend Tara to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy, and caring house sitter. Her communication was excellent, and she proved herself to be a responsible and dedicated individual. If you want to ensure your pets and home are in the best hands while you're away, Tara is the perfect choice. Thank you, Tara, for taking such incredible care of our dogs and home. You made our trip stress-free, and we're truly grateful.
Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Our home was immaculate when we arrived home and the dogs and cat were super happy !! I would recommend Debra as a wonderful, responsible and reliable pet and house sitter !
Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. I would recommend her to anyone! :) and hope we can have her house sit again for us.
Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care. Judith would take care of anyone's home and pets with as much care as she did at ours, and we highly recommend. Hope she can come back!!
Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat. He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care. Heath is friendly and reliable and left my home neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend him as a house/pet sitter for future assignments!

Brought my dog here for the first time today. The staff was so kind and genuine. You can easily tell that they truly have the heart for the dogs that they get to take into their care. My sweet girl warmed up quick. The vibes were so great I started a package with them and signed her up for boarding dates (for when i will be out of town) They have cameras in the play rooms that you can watch anytime as well as the suite's.
The Sherwood Camp Bow Wow is amazing! My pup enjoys his time there (especially the one-on-one sessions) and is exhausted by the end of the day! The cameras are my favorite thing so I can check on my baby. The daily activities are so cute and I love that enrichments are available. You can tell they have the dog’s health in mind.
Excellent customer service so far. They eased my pup into full interaction with other pups and she did great. Staff gave me insider info on special promotions and helped us sign up for boarding. I highly recommend!
Baker has loved every visit to camp bow wow in the 3 years that we have been taking him there! As soon as he knows that’s where we are walking - he looses all leash training to get to the door faster! The staff have always been very friendly & he comes home pooped out but very happy!
Friendly staff and flexible service. We like the doggy cams and the on-site grooming. There have been a couple of minor hiccups on more recent visits, like my answers to the pre-stay survey not making it into their system (they also ask the same questions when you make a reservation anyway, so the later survey seems redundant), and their not sending pics of the dog's personal play time, which they used to do, but it's still our go to doggy hotel in Sherwood.
My boyfriend boarded his dog for the first time ever over this last weekend. It appeared she had a good time, however, both his dog and my senior dog have become sick after he picked her up and she came home. Both have had to be taken to the vet and put on antibiotics. Very disappointing experience. Be mindful before you book a stay for your pup here. Thankfully both dogs are okay. My senior pup got it a lot worse though and was struggling to breathe at times. Needless to say, we will not be using Camp BowWow or any other boarding facility ever again.
It is so wonderful to board our dog in a place where we know she will be safe and cared for. She is scared of hard floors, but the team has done such a good job working with her to overcome that. They are patient and so kind! We love the peace of mind we get when we drop our pup off. Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!
Excellent doggie daycare, clean, fun and drop off/pick up is so easy. Everyone is friendly and I love the cameras if I just want to see what my doggo is doing. Friendly and caring staff who are always willing to accommodate last minute requests for extra play time etc.
Had good experiences in the past but I boarded my dog last weekend and she came home with kennel cough, as well as a swollen paw with sores/redness. I know things can happen but I had two other family members that also boarded the same weekend and their dogs are having the same issues.
I brought my puppy for an initial interview and visit. The location is well staffed and very organized. I like that there is an enclosed outdoor area for the dogs to run around. There are also live video cameras so you can watch the indoor areas where the dogs mostly hang out. All the staff seem very friendly and genuinely love dogs. While the place is very clean, my only suggestion is to get rid of the strong urine smell at the entry due to it being located right next to the outside dog enclosure . It’s pretty off putting when you first arrive. After the 3 hour visit, Chester loved it and we will be back!
I dropped off my son's and daughter-in-law's dogs, a black retriever and a mixed English sheepdog/St Bernard/mastiff (BIG dog!) on a Wednesday and picked the dogs up the following Sunday. The family was out of town for a holiday and the dogs need lots of activity, more than I can provide working and living a 30-minute drive away. Both dogs were happy to see me during the pickup, but I could tell they had fun at Wag's Spa by the way they behaved. They were happy to nap after a short room in the yard at home and they quickly settled in their kennels for the night without any complaints. Wag's will be used again.
I made a reservation several weeks in advance for Thanksgiving weekend. When I had my dog dropped off they informed me they took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation and claimed to tell me they cancelled it. But I have no record of any call or email from them. It really messed with my holiday plans. When I messaged them to complain about it they did not acknowledge or do anything to make it up. I don’t recommend relying on them for your pups stay. It’s really upsetting and frustrating they’d do that and not handle it.
The staff here is so amazing. Bouncer still loves going every day. Cannot say enough good stuff about Wags. Yup, we're still here. 5, sometimes 6 days a week. Bouncer was even voted Dog of the Month for August. He received a really awesome basket with toys and treats, created specifically for him. We love Wags. Life wouldn't be the same without them.
Used to be a 5/5 process. They all know my dog by name. He loves going there. But calling the location is a huge pain in the neck! You call the store and then you’re thrown to some call center overseas. What small company like this outsources their calls to India?! Definitely not a way to feel personal with your loyal customers. This interaction alone has made me reconsider Wags Pet Resort and going to a competitor. What a pain in the A$$.
Today, I took my dog to this facility to do a boarding assessment. When I picked him up, I found my dog was seriously injured! There is a scrape on his face, very near to his left eye. The wound is very deep!! The staff said they did not even see it. They are not apologetic at all and did not even seem to care about my puppy! I am very upset and disappointed for this place. Definitely I will never come back again and would recommend other dog owners think twice before sending your dog here. This is not a place you can trust.
Wags has been amazing. Our dog is older and needing a lot more TLC while boarding and the employees there went above and beyond to try to help our old girl feel comfortable. It means the world to us. ❤️
All I have to say to my dogs is “Wags” and they already have one paw out the door. They love wags so much!! To me, when your dog love something, that should tell you how amazing the place and people are. In addition to my dogs loving it- I appreciate Wags staff so much! They are truly compassionate and loving towards my dogs and I know they are in amazing care when I drop them off. They are a full service facility which is super convenient for when your dog needs training, grooming, daycare, or hoteling. I highly recommend wags!
Our Goldendoodle, Griz, has been going to Wags since they opened in Sherwood and we have had nothing but the BEST experience! Griz is a gentle giant, he tends to be a bit scared and nervous of basically everything, but at Wags he is so happy and confident! Cassie, the owner, taught Griz tricks that I never thought he’d be capable of. She is quite honestly one of his favorite people along with the rest of the staff at Wags. They are so much more than just a daycare, they truly love your dog like their own. Every morning the staff welcomes Griz with the biggest cheers and good morning hugs, he walks in and out of there like royalty and he loves it! I just couldn’t be happier with Wags. At the end of the day, he comes home absolutely exhausted! He gets tons of physical and mental exercise and the entire staff at Wags consistently go out of their way to love, play, and take perfect care of him. We are so lucky to have found Wags!!! Attached is his Christmas photo they took of him! Yes, they do that too! 😍😍
The only place we trust with our dogs. But most importantly, the only place our dogs love. We have tried a couple other companies closer to our home. Our dogs hated it there! And they let us know it. When we turn down the street to WAGS the dogs start jumping around the car and can’t wait to jump out. We love WAGS Sherwood!
My 3 dogs went in for an hour evaluation, and 20 minutes later, they called and asked for me to pick the dogs up because they were not a good fit for their facility. When I arrived, they proceeded to tell me that they put them in an isolated area by themselves. So, they were dropped off in a strange location with people they don't know. They were scared, and they were left alone for what they said was 10 minutes. In that 10 minutes, one of my dogs managed to cut her noise on their fence, trying to escape. I spent two hours at the vet to attend to her wound. My question is, shouldn't they have been evaluating them in person for the full hour and not leaving them alone in an unfamiliar place by themselves?
Our pup Cinnamon has been going to Wags since shortly after we adopted her so this review is a bit overdue. We love love LOVE Wags! It’s our pups home away from home. Our pup has made so many besties both dog and human, and she comes home relaxed and content from her daycare days. The staff and management are kind, helpful, caring and skilled at what they do. We’ve also had our pup spend some overnights and she’s done great! I would definitely recommend bringing your dog here for boarding or daycare, we’re so grateful for Wags.
Ruby absolutely loves going to daycare to see her friends. She runs in and wants to get in as fast as she can. The staff is so nice and they are so sweet to Ruby and myself. All I say is do you want to go play with your friends and she is at the door ready to go. She knows when we turn on Hall Street she gets to go run her heart out. I give her happiness a 5 star review. The only down side is I’d like to see the back where the dogs are and what it looks like. Also some cameras so I can see what she is doing while I’m not with her. But otherwise. I’m so thankful I found Wags Pet Resort for my sweet Ruby ❤️
I can't express enough how grateful I am for Wags Tigard dog daycare that has been amazing for my once timid greyhound that I adopted last fall. When I first brought her in, she was incredibly shy and anxious, making it difficult for her to join group play. However, the training and daycare staff went above and beyond by offering private care and training sessions. Their dedication, patience, and expertise helped my dog overcome her fears and gain the confidence to play with others. Without their specialized attention, I would have been in a position to consider returning her to the rescue since she also has separation anxiety and can't be home alone, but now my dog is THRIVING. I wholeheartedly recommend this daycare to anyone in a similar situation, as they truly care about each dog's individual needs.
Great place for our 1 year old to play and socialize . I have taken Milo to other care centers & he has come home smelling very foul. Wags returns him in the same condition that I left him in. He seems to love the staff., He is always excited when we pull into the parking lot!
Wags has been awesome for our 9 month old 90lb puppy. Our previous doggy daycare kenneled him for several hours a day due to his rougher play style instead of working with him to understand when he's being too rough. Wags has helped to work with him and is helping him understand other dogs' signs that they might need some space from him and he's been doing amazing! He always comes home absolutely worn out and is a breeze to deal with in the evening after a long day at work.
Great experience! Spice seemed to like it there and they loved him. He can be social if he wants to or not. Thanks Wags Tigard Staff!
This place is amazing and the staff is beyond incredible!! They treat my dog like she is part of their family. And the customer service is the best you'll ever get anywhere. I highly recommend Wags in Tigard.
I have been taking my dog to the Tigard location and he simply adores this daycare. The facility looks very clean and organized, which I think is rare! Very nice. My dog gets super excited when we arrive there! I had taken my dog to other doggie daycares and I didn't have the same great experience. Staff are great. I love that they post photos of the dogs in their IG page and I can see that my dog is so happy playing with other dogs. My dog is small and he loves blankets. I like that they have clean blankets and beds for the dogs so they can take a nap when they are tired. They also have several optional activities for the dogs and they are super fun.
We made reservations ahead of time and they didn’t record them. When we brought our dog there were no reaervations nor space available four our dog. New owners, bad service, they don’t care.
They only want dogs that don’t do anything if there’s a dog that has any type of personality or is young and it makes them actually have to work then they kick the dog out. I even talked to my vet about it (her comment was it’s just a bunch of people that say oh I want to go play with dogs all day long. That’s my job without actually being knowledgeable about dogs and dog breeds and what they do it different age levels.) I saw a video of my dog playing from a different daycare because he goes to three other daycares and I remember a wags employee telling me something that he does that is aggressive when I saw the video from the other daycare he’s on his back with his arms around the other dog and that’s considered aggressive he’s on his back on the floor with the other dog, having a ball playing with him. I also caught one of the employees lying to me. Just be aware that the employees are very judgmental towards dogs and they only want the submissive easy dogs. Nothing that’s going to make them have to actually do their job.
Noah’s Arf is absolutely wonderful! They are always kind and helpful and I appreciate the support and care they show for my dog! Can’t recommend them enough! (Pictured a happy puppy after daycare)
I have left my Chiweenie at Noah’s Arf one time since the new management took took over. As far as I know, she’s gotten good care there. I really don’t know how I would know much about her care unless I stay a 24 hour period with her. That isn’t reasonable, of course. Recently, I was going to send her there. However, the $55 a night fee was prohibitive for me. I was able to get a family member to watch her for the week and paid her instead. On the website, it indicated that small animals get a discount. I asked about that, but they informed me that was only for small animals like hamsters and rabbits in a cage. I know they have the small well-behaved dogs running around in the office during the day. I suggested that they give a discount for those dogs. My response to that request was that “they have they their operating costs”.~~So, unless I get in a real pinch, I will probably use friends or family when I need to leave my little doggy. And now that I have left a review that may is “less than positive,” I will probably not leave her there.
I’ve been using Noah’s Arf for Grooming for the last 9months. I’ve had 3 different groomers and Taylor has been the best! I have my Yorkies ears cut a specific way and she’s nailed it every time. Thanks Taylor!
Noah’s Arf is not only a respectful, and clean environment, but the team CARES about each and EVERY dog. They are obviously trained in the understanding of dog psychology and I have watched my dog grow to be a happier, and more social pup thanks to their day care. My 4 year old Goldendoodle used to be constantly overwhelmed without me, and scared around energetic dogs…now he body slams the door with excitement to see his Paw Pals! They also have such convenient grooming options available while your dog is there. While the cost is totally reasonable for my wallet.. I honestly couldn’t put a price on the relief I feel knowing they are available 7 days a week, my dog is safe, happy, and also not picking up a bunch of bad behaviors (since their floor staff is so great at managing). They say “raising a (dog) kid takes a village” and I would recommend Noah’s Arf to anyone that needs that extra help for vacations, busy schedules, or just to help your pup burn off extra energy.
Mousse has gone to Noah's Arf daycare for nearly 1 1/2 years - since he was a "little" puppy. He's now 19 months old and loves every day he spends with them. I couldn't be happier with his care, the facility and staff. Most importantly - Tracy, Shane and their entire staff treat Mousse like he's their own! 💕 Noah's Arf is truly his second home and family. Thank you for caring for my crazy boy!
I have used Noah's Arf for both day visits and week long extended care for my 2 very active Husky Sisters. One of which is fully blind but very active. They have received wonderful care and love to spend time with the Noah's Arf Staff and the other dogs. I highly recommend them and will be using them again this summer while on a 9 day campout. My Husky's love going there for daycare!
I have never used a boarding facility before, so I didn’t know what to expect. I just got a new kitty and had to plan a trip. I was so happy I chose Noah’s Arf! They sent me pictures of the owners daughter playing with my kitty (Chester) and he was so happy! They kept him clean, well fed and gave him lots of attention. Staff is very nice and friendly. I will of course bring Chester back!!!
We went to the indoor dog park and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The temperature was well controlled and the space was nice and big so my dog could get her energy out. It was also clean and on top of having treats for the dogs they also had treats in the form of drinks for humans they served on the side. I definitely would recommend this place and we look forward to coming back!
I just want to say gabby is the best groomer our dog has ever had. We have a Tibetan mastiff (lots and lots and lotttss of hair) and we had a groomer turn us down and our last groomer say they were not advanced enough for him. Not because of his behavior but because of his hair. What I did not realize is that they had not been grooming him like he needed to be and his coat got wayyyy too thick. My husband and I had also spent multiple hours a week brushing him. I left Baloo with gabby for the day and he came back and he was a completely different dog (in a good way of course) just in time for summer. So happy I was able to find this place and very happy with the result will definitely be coming back! I added a before and after photos
Noah's Arf is an excellent place to board your pet. They provide a great standard of care, and ask plenty of thorough questions on intake to make sure your pet has a good stay. The staff is very personable, and aren't trying to rush you in and out like some other boarders. Our dog isn't a happy traveler, but whenever she realizes we are going to Noah's she perks right up, and everyone there seems to know her name. The report cards you get after your pet's stay are always a treat as well, and helps reassure you that your pet is in good hands.
