I cannot rate Arlene highly enough for anyone looking for a safe, reliable home from home environment for their dogs when going away. I have 3 sausage dogs - all very different personalities, and they love staying with Arlene, and her pooch Walt. I get messages and photos of updates and what they’ve been doing. I have used Arlene for coming up 5 years - weekends away up to 3 weeks vacation, and wouldn’t put my pups anywhere else. I feel comfortable knowing that they are well loved and can enjoy the outdoor space at their leisure, as it’s all secure and they literally have the run of Arlene’s home and garden to use as they please. Routines are followed, as are my requirements to crate overnight. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I have boarded my dogs with Mike and Arlene for several years. My experience has always been a positive one and I have absolute confidence in Spotti Dog. My retriever is always happy to be dropped off and enjoys her holidays in Netherwitton. I know I can relax whilst away knowing she is in safe hands.

I found Arlene and Mike pre-covid just after my move up to Northumberland, and I would not send my two Norfolk terriers anywhere else. I have used their services a dozen times now for both day boarding and extended periods whilst away on holiday. Both dogs love going over to visit, mix very well with Walt their cockapoo, and always hate leaving when its time to go. If you are looking for a home-from-home dog boarding experience, somewhere safe and comfortable which will give you piece of mind, then I strongly recommend you pay them a visit.

We have boarded Kimba with Arlene and Mike for many years it is home from home Kimba loves to go she jumps out of the car and runs straight into the house . I would recommend anyone to use them for boarding there dogs while on holiday and have recommend them to many people who have also been extremely happy when leaving there dogs with Arlene and Mike

We were delighted when we found Arlene and Mike to look after our Border Terrier and provide a home environment for her to stay in. She has benefited from socialising with other dogs and loves their dog Walt.

Bad experience. Left our German Pointer and Springer for 11 days, they weren’t taken out for a walk once. German Pointer came back underweight, stressed out and depressed. I could feel her ribs so she clearly hadn’t been eating properly. When I raised my concerns with the business owner she dismissed them and reverted with unfair comments, including an allegation that my dogs are “intimidating” to other dogs about their food. This is completely normal animal behaviour to defend food, especially when they are not being fed enough! The failure to exercise the dogs properly is a dereliction of responsibility in my view especially when the boarding rates are at the higher end of the scale.

Mike was great with Izzy and she was really at home whilst we were away which allowed us to enjoy our trip without worrying about her! Mike gave us regular pupdates and was always helpful and friendly! Izzy will definitely be back to see him again soon

We have used these kennels on several occasions and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Golden Retriever has just come back from home from home boarding after an 18-night stay. These kennels have to be one of the best around . The staff are great , no nasty kennel smell when he comes back and a washed bed !.

Wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else, the service Home From Home provide is excellent. We began boarding our dogs here after a negative experience with another boarding kennels, so were quite dubious of trying out another place in case the same thing happened. However, the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and it’s clear they care about the dogs and cats as if they were their own. If there’s ever been an issue with our dogs they’re always quick to communicate it to us, and we know that our dogs are in safe hands when left here. Especially love the Facebook updates of your pets, so you get to see they’re doing just fine without you.

Jasper has stayed with Home from Home a few times now. He really seems to enjoy himself. He is well looked after by the staff and loves his walks through the woods. Thank you for another enjoyable stay for Jasper, and we'll see you next time.

Any questions or anxieties were put to bed with my dogs staying here. Staff very helpful and willing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, they seemed to genuinely love and care for all the dogs. My 2 returned home tired and seemed to enjoy their little mid week stay. Provisionally booked again for next year.

We all miss our pets terribly when we put them in kennels and go on holiday. The care here is fabulous and they regularly post your pooch having fun walking the woods or in the bark park, which is very reassuring. Well done again guys, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Went for a visit with my dog so he can get used to the place and using the bark park. Absolutely over the moon found this place. Lively staff, especially Claire and brilliant price. Out the way so don't nneed to worry about my dog possibly trying to do the great escape and not near main road. Can also book online which is a bonus. Definitely booking the park out for my dog as he loved it and sulked as he had to leave.

At first, this place seemed perfect for our dog who had anxiety issues around other dogs as we could pay extra to keep her in a separate living area in her own room. But when she stayed one night for a trial period, because she was old and it was a new experience, she had wee'd a few times, as most dogs do. When we went to pick her up on the Saturday, we were told that we were late picking her up as all the staff finished midday on the Saturday and there was only the owners staying over the weekend, which made me think the dogs weren't getting very much attention over that period. We were also told that if she wee'd a few times when she stayed, she would have to be put in with the other dogs kennels, which was what we were paying for her NOT to be put in. The thought of this happening when we were on holiday, we abandoned our plans for her to stay here and would advise other dog owners who have dogs with similar issues, to consider this too.

Since getting our Cat, Reuben we have struggled for a long term solution for when we are away on holiday. We have tried Catteries but Reuben always appeared so anxious on collection and he hates car journeys. These all turned into obstacles to the point where we stopped planning holidays. Having researched various companies I came across Pawtastic and it stood out with its amazing 5 star reviews. We were anxious to try it however thought it was the best option for Reuben going forward as he could stay in his home environment. Eduard and Andreea were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they put us at ease. Their level of communication was fantastic, and they provided photos after each visit. This really put our minds at rest and allowed us to enjoy our time away. After years of restricting our travel, we now feel 100% confident leaving Reuben in the hands of Andreea and Eduard in the future. On arrival home, he was much more comfortable than he has been in the past when left in Catteries. Would 100% recommend this company! 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolute fabulous cat-sitting service. 1st time we used them. We were away for 11 days and Andreea came in twice a day to feed and check on our furry baby. She is a lovely, warm person and Bobby (very cautious and shy) loved her. We got updates and photos every time Andreea popped in and she was very honest and told us if she hadn't seen him as he was wandering outside- which concerned her but we knew was his style. He's outdoors by night and indoors by day and Andreea coped perfectly with his routine, adapting it when necessary. We also had the benefit of Andreea picking up the post and checking the house was OK which really put our minds at rest when we were so far away. Pawtastic will be the 1st number we call now when we need a sitter. Professional, warm, caring.. perfect. X

We’ve used Pawtastic twice now and they’ve been brilliant for looking after our cat whilst we’ve been away. We were initially very anxious about leaving him, but he gets on so well with Andreea, I’m sure he’s not even that bothered we’re gone. They play with our cat, and send photos to show how he’s doing and are readily available to contact if you have any concerns. Would absolutely recommend Andreaa and Eduard 100%. It can be very scary trying to find the right people to take care of your little furry family member while you're not around but rest assured that Pawtastic will take the best care of your pet! They went above and beyond in caring for our cat, Luna. They gave us updates each time they visited and sent us lots of lovely photos, which we looked forward to each day! We could tell by these photos just how excited Luna was to see the guys everyday too. We will definitely be contacting Pawtastic to help care for Luna next time we're away from home. We have been absolutely delighted with the cat sitting service provided by Ed and Andreea. They are incredibly professional and have taken great care of our three cats whilst we've been away on holiday. Communication has been excellent throughout - we received daily updates and photos, and they went above and beyond by putting our bins out and cleaning our sofas of cat hair for our return. The house was spotless when we got home! Pawtastic has exceeded our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others 💕 Ted, Milo and Roger also highly recommended them too 🐾😻

Eduard was an amazing cat sitter for my two fur babies. He was very attentive and caring to them, and very communicative the whole time. He kept me updated with pictures everyday of their food and litter box and he even took care of my parcels for me while I was away. I will definitely be using Eduard again next time I go away, he was very professional and I recommend his service 100%!!!

Absolutely brilliant service! We were very anxious about leaving our cat Phil whilst we were on holiday, and he’s too anxious for a cattery. Andreea put our minds at ease. We had brilliant communication whilst we were away and Andreea sent some brilliant photos. Phil was very well looked after and we’ll be sure to use Pawtastic again!

Andreea was fantastic from start to finish. Returned my phone calls and messages promptly and arrived at our hotel exactly as arranged then proceeded to show how wonderful she is with dogs and we left her our dog with complete confidence. She sat with her from 2.30 to 22.30 and gave me regular updates and photos throughout the night. On our return Nala was completely relaxed and well looked after. First time using a dog sitting service and when we travel up to Newcastle again l wouldn’t hesitate in using this brilliant company. Thank you so much !

Donna and Mark offer an amazing and reliable dog walking service. We’ve used Angels for around 2 years. I know Maggie is safe and looked after even with all her complexities and she loves to see mark walk through the door. He goes above and beyond and is so caring towards her. Can’t recommend enough!

We were so pleased to have Donna look after our reactive bedlington. She did a house sit so that we could go away for the first time in 3 years. Donna sent regular texts and videos of our dog and kept to his daily routine as much as possible. He seemed very happy and relaxed with Donna. Many thanks for a wonderful service.

Donna and Mark are absolutely fantastic, we have 3 day care and 2 afternoon walks booked every week for our border collie jax who absolutely loves both of them. They communicate well and when we have boarded with them the family thy has had jax send regular updates and we’ve had no worries at all. Lovely people and we’d be lost without them

We take our pup to doggy day care twice a week. Donna is a great business woman and very attentive with all her customers, you instantly feel at ease when dropping your little one off with her. Our puppy's confidence and social experience has grown so much since her time with Donna she has grown into a calm young lady. We met Donna through her puppy training classes and thought it would be an amazing opportunity to boost her skills and confidence further with Donna through day care.

I can’t rate Donna highly enough. Bailey did his puppy training with Donna and I’ve used her daycare facilities for about 4 months with not a single problem. Bailey has lots of fun when he spends the day with Donna and her team and he’s made lots of puppy friends. Angels Pet Care is very good value for money and she is very flexible when it comes to cancelling days or adding days at short notice. Keep up the good work!!

Can't recommend Angels petcare highly enough. Donna and her team have been a great help to us and our working cocker spaniel puppy. Very professional and friendly, they do a great job with the dogs and regularly post photo/video updates from the walks on their Facebook page. Donna visited us before the first daycare session and gave some advice on training techniques in the home, which has helped us enormously. We were able to get our puppy Daisy started at very short notice (following week) which again was really good. Very glad we contacted Donna and has been a good all round experience, in socialisation as well as the exercise, for Daisy, she seems very happy each time she goes. Thanks again!

We have 2 Dalmatians that are walked every week by Angels Pet care, I couldn't trust anyone more than Donna & her team to look after my dogs. The advice Donna also gives is next to none & I would always turn to her in terms of needing help with my dogs. Photos are constantly posted on the facebook page to show you what your dogs have been up to! We have also used to the dog sitting service with short notice & the dogs were very happy & I also received photos of how they were doing. I would definitely recommend this knowledgeable & experienced team for any of their services.

We used a previous dog walker who discontinued her dog walking service. My westie can be a little difficult at times to manage but Donna and the team have been so patient. They spent time meeting my parents with Alfie away from my house and it was clear Alfie was going to be just fine. It's good to see Alfie mixing with other dogs on his walk a too. Donna tells me Alfie is fine with all her team which is very reassuring as i was worried how he would be with strangers in the house. It also helps that Donna is an accredited dog trainer. I have had situations where I have needed last minute dog walking and Donna has always been able to help which is great.

My cockapoo puppy started attending puppy day care at Angel's pet care when she was 2.5 months old, it gave me the confidence to go to work knowing my puppy was in good hands and not alone all day since i can't get home from work to see her at lunch time. Donna and Mark are brilliant, I've noticed such a difference in the puppies behaviour since attending day care, she's much better around other dogs and humans. Quiet evenings are a testament to how much fun she has at daycare!

We have recently moved back home to Scotland after living in Newcastle for 2.5 years and if I could pick Donna and the girls up and move them it would be great. We went through a few walkers in Newcastle before finally finding Donna our bulldog Bella can be pretty stubborn and head strong as they are but they were great with her nothing was too much trouble and we felt she was improving with every walk. I am genuinely so sad that Bella won't have these walks anymore as they were so good with her and I would recommend them 100 times over especially to people who have dogs that can be a little bit mischievous. Thanks Angels for all your help.

We left our dog Rosie in the very capable hands of Debs for 12 days and could not be happier or felt she was in safer hands. Debs treated rosie as her own and you can tell how much she loves all the dogs she takes care of. Rosie made a lovely bond with Debs and all the dogs, but especially with her puppy which was lovely to see. Debs kept me updated daily with photos and videos and it looks like Rosie had the time of her life, we were slightly worried she wouldn't want to leave! We would highly recommend Debs to anyone who asked and will use her services again in a heartbeat.

Well what can we say, Deb's has been amazing with our Barney! Her home boarding service is brilliant! We wouldn't trust anyone else with our dog. Her expertise and knowledge is phenomenal and we know Barney is safe in her care. Barney had a wonderful stay so much so he would of happily stayed with her! It is definitely a home from home service and nothing is a bother for Deb's she is very accommodating. We really loved all the photos and videos we received of Barney whilst he was there and it warmed our hearts seeing how happy and settled he was and also how much love, care and fuss he recieved it blew us away! Our precious Hugo went to the wonderful girls at Woof Around The Clock for his first holiday whilst we went abroad. We were nervous to leave him to say the least but we absolutely need not have worried at all. From the first visit before the stay, we were put completely at ease. Debs and Neeley asked lots of questions so they could get to know all about Hugo, his needs, likes and dislikes and how best to care for him. It was abundantly clear that their love of dogs is so strong, and nothing we asked of them was too much trouble. We got regular updates and photos and Hugo has a fantastic time and it was plain to see how well cared for he had been as well as the adventures he had been on. It’s with no hesitation that I wholeheartedly recommend Woof Around The Clock to anyone who is looking for a holiday home for their dog. I wouldn’t allow Hugo to go any where else now, I trust them implicitly and I’m just so pleased we found them.

We couldn't recommend Woof Around the Clock enough! They have both been fantastic with Rorie, we can go to work or away for a couple of nights and we're not worried at all and know she's having the best time! Rorie is quite a bouncy dog, they have been great reinforcing basic training as well as practicing more advanced training. They are reliable, flexible and professional. They've been a massive help through a change of circumstances and after her operation, they really do treat her like one of their own! Rorie loves going and comes back absolutely knackered which is always a bonus! X

What an incredible couple to look after your dogs whilst you are away. Debs and Neels walk our 2 dogs every week and board them when we need to go away without them. The true testament to how good they are is how much our dogs love them and how excited they are to see debs every single week. Our dogs are our babies and we wouldnt leave them with just anyone. Knowing these guys are on hand to step in and love them like their own when we arent here is just invaluable

I would definitely recommend woof around the clock. My cockapoo Charlie has been with these two girls for months now he has a dog walk twice a week and now is getting some one to one training with debs because he is very livley to say the least. He has also home boarded with them aswell which he loved because it’s just like home from home. You get regular updates, photo’s and videos which is very reassuring. Nothing is to much trouble for them they have helped me immensely with Charlie giving lots of advice and tips. Left our two 5 month old ‘Springadors’ with Woof Around The Clock for 8 nights. As it was the first time leaving them we were worried, however there was absolutely no need! We were sent loads of messages, videos and photos of the pups as well as being able to see their adventures with the gang on the Facebook page. We will definitely be booking the dogs in again in the future, it is home from home boarding at its best!

Barking Mad has always been fantastic with both us and our dog. Always picked up and dropped off exactly on time, and it a testament to them that he is always thrilled to go. They are super organised with the list of items to bring, and vaccination documentation. The families our dog has boarded with have always been great, and given is lovely feedback on the stay. Claire has been very helpful to us especially recently. We had to attend a family funeral at short notice and I contacted Claire as we needed our dog Milo to be looked after. Claire sorted it all out and as Milo's usual "host" was unavailable for the dates needed she organised another host. We were a bit unsure as he's only been with the same host family on a few occasions now. However the new hosts were great and Milo was well looked after and judging by the photos he was very happy there too...😃

The absolute best. Everything was organized in a very professional manner from the original in-take meeting, to the file notes, to booking, pick-up, follow on notes and photos taken by the host, and return home of our very happy and calm dog. We need to look no further for first class care for our dog.

Our dogs are just home from their first stay with a Barking Mad host family and I have been absolutely thrilled with the service. From first getting in touch with Barking Mad Newcastle, Carrie has been great. We had a very thorough doggy induction meeting which did a deep dive into our dog's wants and needs and they were then matched to the right host family. I received plenty of photos and video during their stay so knew they were settling in well. Carrie is professional and responsive and I feel very confident handing over the care of my dogs to Barking Mad and their carefully chosen host families while we're away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barking Mad Newcastle.

I have used Barking Mad Newcastle and Tyne Valley for several years. They take a weight off my mind each time I go away. I have used boarding kennels and dog-sitting apps, but those don't come close to the level of service (and comfort to my dogs) offered by Barking Mad. To have my dogs looked after safely in a home setting, following my instruction on how my dogs should be cared for, not blinking when there is a medication regime to be followed, and making allowances made for all the lovely quirks of my furry family, is reassuring when I am heading away from home myself. The hosts the dogs are matched to are not trying to make money, they just want to spend time with some dogs and give them love and care, and Carrie and her team do the organisation and make sure everyone is up to speed and that it works seamlessly - that is where the fee is spent. Carrie and team take it very seriously and their standards are high. So you can relax. And the true test of success is that my dogs love it when Barking Mad arrive to take them to their hosts!!

We have two ten year old rescue dogs that had never been left before. We were going to a family wedding on the south coast and had to find somewhere to board them. Fortunately we found Barking Mad. They are really thorough, After our initial telephone conversation Carrie came across for an hour to meet Babs and Maisie to find out all about them. As we were going to be so far away for our first trip, Carrie recommended a trial stay whilst we were still local. They were collected to be looked after by Sam who supplied photos and updates. They were delivered back very happy, so we went ahead with our trip. All was arranged beautifully and we came back to happy dogs again. Highly recommended.

Barking Mad provided an excellent service. We had a fabulous relaxing holiday abroad in the knowledge that our were safe and very happy. We were sent pictures of them meeting their host and it was very clear from the photos they settled in immediately. One of our dogs suffered a back injury the week before we went away. I thought we would have to cancel our trip but on mentioning the problem to Carrie we were reassured that this was not a problem in the least. Hugo got all the rest and special care he needed from his lovely host and when we returned from holiday and his back was so much better. Could not fault Carrie and her team.

Excellent service! We used Barking Mad in the Tyne Valley for the first time this summer. Everything is very well organised, communication great and the drop off and pick up by Ian is excellent. When you use a dog sitter for the first time naturally you are cautious, but our dog Phoebe trots off very happily and we have peace of mind knowing that she is being well looked after. Tyne pets have been looking after our cats for 7 years and we are sincerely pleased with every aspect of their service. The care they provide is first rate and professional, even down to giving medication which can be difficult. Tony suggested different methods and tricks and actually found one that works! Makes our life much easier not having to struggle with the tablets.

Tynepets are fantastic. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I have known Toni and John for over 12 years. During that time they have helped me care for my much loved house rabbits; young and old, big french lop pairs and singles and even a very elderly velvet-coated senior rex rabbit. Over the years many of my bunnies boarded at Tynepets in South Gosforth and were extremely happy. I now have twice daily house visits for my big bunnies and I enjoy the reassurance that my rabbits are well looked after at home whilst I am away. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Tynepets and they have made sure my rabbits receive not just the basics but also love, attention, regular medication when required. Toni is very experienced and has been a fantastic source of advice on rabbit husbandry particularly when my senior rabbit needed extra care and when I rehomed a rabbit with challenging behaviour. I will always be grateful that Toni even helped my husband arrange a surprise photograph on my wedding day with my beloved rabbit at the time. Thank you Toni and John.

Brilliant team.

We were initially worried to leave our cat at home given that he's 15 and has both kidney disease and regular bouts of pancreatitis. Darrin was brilliant though and made us feel really confident that our cat would be well looked after in his care. When we arrived home it was clear that Whiskers had been absolutely fine all week and his food/litter needs had all been catered for perfectly. The regular emails and photos are also really great and gave us a worry free holiday! We will definitely use Happy Paws again!

What a brilliant service we recieved from Julie at Happy Paws! Julie looked after our elderly and poorly cat for the two weeks we were on holiday providing two visits a day and keeping us updated with photographs and comments on a regular basis. This helped us to feel reasured that Frank the cat was doing ok. Julie took such great care of Frank which included giving him various medication and even collecting more from our vet when it ran low. Julie did everything we asked for and more, the service provided was worth every penny and excellent value compared to a cattery and we came home to a much happier and relaxed pet! Julie and Darrin have looked after our labrador since she was a puppy. I couldn't recommend them more. They have been life savers during my maternity leave and Rosie waits at the window for them. She is more sociable, relaxed and happier dog as a result of their care.

Julie and Darrin did a fantastic job taking care of my two young cats twice a day for a week this summer. I received lots of picture updates and reassuring messages to let me know they were fine and I will definitely be using the service again!

We've been using Nic's services for a couple of years now. We are really happy with the service she provides, our dogs are always pleased to see her! They love going for their walks and their visits to day care. We would highly recommend, as we know our dogs are in good hands. She will let you know if there is any problems and will update you with regular photos and videos of them having a great time!

Would recommend Nic to anyone looking for a dog home boarding service. Our dog Timmy is a nervous little character and over time he has really come out of his shell with Nic and warmed to her due to her patience with him. He loves staying over and we feel like he’s in super safe hands when we go away. She also sends updates with photos and videos which is great when we’re missing him!

My dog, Poppy, absolutely loves staying at Nic’s it is like her second home. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that she is being so well looked after and happy. Nic loves her. She gets lovely long walks and Nic keeps us well up to date with what she has been up too.

Would highly recommend Nicole, I trusted her to visit my litter of puppies on a daily basis before Christmas as I returned to work, the love and kindness she showed them was second to none, she treated my home with respect and my animals as if they were her own. I then made contact with her recently to home board my cavapoo for 2 nights at her own home. I had regular updates and photographs and returned home to a happy dog, who had clearly been extremely well looked after. Nothing is too much for Nicole. She can be 110% trusted, I would highly recommend.

First time leaving my dog away from family as we went on holiday and didn't want him at a Kennels . The daily pictures and videos and you could clearly see he was being treat very well .when we picked him up his coat still look good ,didn't have his tail down, he was full of life and he seemed really happy and still kept his weight so was eating well when staying with Nic for a week . When we picked him up he was still running to Nick to give hugs on the way out which is a good sign . I had real nervous issues about leaving my dog anywhere as we look at him as our baby .he clearly loved it and got treat extremely well with Nic .next time we go away we will 100% be leaving our dog with her without feeling worried and knowing he is basically getting treated like part of the family with Nic as well . I would 10000% recommended any service Nic has to offer for your animals with confidence in saying they will be treat extremely well.

Nicole is fantastic and would not recommend anyone else to look after your pet. We recently moved house and called Nicole for help to look after our pet cat, Suki, and she went and above and beyond what I could have hoped for. She was brilliant with Suki making sure she spent time with her and sent regular photos so we could see she was OK.

Nic stepped in very last minute to board our 2 young dogs, great service from start to finish, lots of photos through stay showing very happy dogs! Will be using again in the future! Thanks Nic x

I’ve used Paws Up boarding services many times now and will continue to do so whenever I’m travelling. My pup is extremely energetic and can be a bit of a handful - in the nicest possible way! - but I’m always comfortable leaving him with Nic as I know that he will be well looked after, exercised, watched over… and that he’ll have a great time while I’m away on holiday. Receiving regular photo and text updates puts my mind at ease and means I can relax knowing that he’s in safe hands.

What an amazing person Nicole is! She has been our behaviourist for a few months now for our two puppies. She has answered a million questions, has given great advice and has helped our girls so much. I don't know how we would have managed without all of her help and expertise. If you're in need of a behaviourist for your dog look no further! She has helped our nervous dog tremendously and helped us put good behaviours in place. I can't recommend her or her business enough!

After leaving it quite late and many places being full up, Petstay were able to find us a carer for our dog Rocco. We met with the carer and discussed needs etc and everything went smoothly meaning we could enjoy our holiday without worrying! Thank you for all your help!

I give 5 stars based more so on the fact my dog carers Lynne and Dave are genuinely lovely people who you can tell, just adore dogs. They sent me photos and messages every day to keep me informed of how Buddy’s holiday with them was going and I could see that not only was Buddy having a great time, they were too! I honestly could not have asked for a better holiday home for my little guy.

My dog Samson stayed with Claire and her daughter Alysha while we were away for a couple of days. Samson suffers from epilepsy so I was very apprehensive about leaving him, but I didn’t need to worry. Samson had a lovely time with Claire she sent me regular text messages and photos while we were away and you could see from the photos Samson was having a lovely time. Thank you so much to Claire and Alysha for the taking such good care of Samson while we were away. We’ve already booked Claire again for later in the year and don’t need to worry anymore as I know Samson will be well looked after and will have a lovely time while we are away. Copied from my website: First of all sorry this is late I went straight back into work form holidays and haven’t had a chance untill now! What can I say the whole experience was amazing Linda went out of her way to find the right family to look after my boys we visited two couples and the second were perfect. The dogs fitted right in with her huge garden and lovely friendly atmosphere I knew our worries of leaving them for the first time with non family members had gone! The process was easy and relaxed in the lead up to our holiday which is always very stressful especially when owning your own business time just isn’t sonething I have a lot of! I was I totally worried as oscar is a very nervous dog and is scared of other dogs on the lead so was concerned he would be scared of new surroundings and that when he was out he would panic. However he had an amazing no worries at all! Ollie (west highland terrier) and oscar(jack Russel/Westie mix) both had so much fun we had daily updates from Julie of what they had been upto that day with pictures! Which my partner was overjoyed with…they are his first pets so he worries a lot! When we got back from holiday Julie had gone beyond what she had needed to buying another harness as the one we had didn’t work which was great to hear. The dogs were so happy and clean when we got them back and I think a little down for days after that they were home they had so much fun on their holiday! Please please if you are nervous about it which I was as they are strangers after all book with Julie her and her husband have spoiled our boys and now whenever we go away we will be booking with her. Highly recommend petstay lovely people who take care of your pet while you are away. Milo my akita loved the home and people he stayed with who sent regular updates as to how he was keeping very glad to have found this service.
