We Had an emergency over Easter weekend and needed a place for our pup for a few days and Lenard was so nice and understanding and he was able to get her in on short notice! Prices were fair and very reasonable. Just picked up our happy girl!

Lenard and his staff at Thunder Ridge Kennels took great care of our 2 dogs. Lenard is very experienced and cared about our animals enough to go out of his way and share some very helpful tips and recommendations. 10/10 recommend

Not sure what happened over their 4 day stay, my 9YO husky with hip dysplasia could barely walk when we picked him up. Others were fine, I don’t think his supplements were given at all!! His elbow was raw down to bare skin. Was not like this when he was dropped off. He gets around quite well with his hips, not after this stay.

Have taken my dogs here many different times and they just love it! Leonard is a very nice man and takes great care of his facility and pups! 10/10 recommend!!

Leonard and his staff have been nothing but kind to us, and they took really great care of our two dogs while we were out of town. The property is beautiful, lots of room for the dogs to run around and play safely. The facilities are what I'm used to seeing for hunting dogs so just be mentally prepared that it's more aligned with cabins at sleepaway summer camp that you went to as a kid rather than The Four Seasons hotel. The floors are heated and they provide blankets/towels so it keeps everyone comfortable. I agree with another reviewer who said that the bougie kennels are more for the pet owners comfort than anyone else, all the pups (including mine) seem perfectly happy and well taken care of. Word to the wise: they will be playing outside a bunch so you'll want to plan on a bath when they get home! What really clued me in that this was the right place for us was our skittish dog letting Leonard pet her during our first visit. He definitely has a natural ability to communicate with the pups and I guess she knew it because she was an abuse case rescue and almost never approaches anyone for affection! We will definitely be bringing our dogs back to "camp" whenever we need to leave town, they had a blast :)

We brought our 8 year old yellow lab, Hitch, to be kenneled while we went away on business. We were kind of in a bind trying to find a kennel on short notice. Thunder Ridge had great reviews and were able to take our dog even with a time crunch. Hitch had a blast, was tired out, happy and healthy when we picked him up today. Very reasonably priced and the owner was amazing. The last time he was kenneled, at a “ritzy” expensive place, he came home with burned and torn up pads on his feet. When we called, they brushed it off as “normal” for dogs that aren’t used to pool time and gravel. That was not okay. It was their job to watch our dog and keep him safe. They failed to do that. We will definitely board this dog, and any future dogs, with Thunder Ridge in the future.

I brought my Yellow Lab Rocko to Thunder Ridge in hopes that he could make a great hunting dog. Leonard doesn't disappoint! My hunting dog is becoming very responsive to commands and when I throw his decoy out he runs to it at an astonishing speed. Keep up the good work Leonard!

I couldn’t be more happy with Thunder Ridge Kennels! I recently took my 1 year old lab Luna here for obedience training and they sent her back to me an entirely different dog!! They really did an amazing job!

I don't know what happened at this kennel but when my wifes son picked up our dogs they had an overwhelming stench of urine on them. like they were left in a dirty kennel all weekend. It was very upsetting for us to find out how our dogs were treated!! And to add to this review my boxer came down with kennel cough a week after her stay. she has not been anywhere but home after her stay so it is highly unlikely she got it sowhere else. I will not be going back!

9-18-24I would like to edit this review based on what happened tonight when I picked Dune up from doggie daycare, the very nice gal at the front desk whom I apologize, I don't know your name, let me know that Mr. Marc noticed a small scab on dunes ear, I replied that I had noticed it and that he got it while we were out hiking, she was glad that I knew about it and was concerned that it had happened there, I replied it did not. As I was driving away I was so impressed that they noticed things like this and are quick to let you know, yet another reason why I absolutely trust them with my furry child. There is a lot of negativity in this world and I just wanted to take this time tonight to praise a great employee and great customer service. Kudos!!!!! Wonderful place, Dune absolutely loves going there, they take great care of him. I used them for my previous dog for kenneling for business trips and after I got over my fear of leaving him with someone else and trusting them I won't look back. They do a great job. Currently I leave Dune for daycare and he loves it. Thanks

This FAMILY run business is the BEST! We have used the Daycare program and the Overnight Boarding in the past few years and I can tell you that the level of customer service has been top notch. The owners respond asap, communicate every detail, address my concerns and are kind, caring and compassionate to our furry friends. The facility is Clean, Modern and safe. Our puppies are excited to go and that means everything to me. I am glad to see this family business is still providing excellent customer service and safe, affordable pet care in Billings, MT Give them a try, I am very impressed.

I love this place almost as much as my dog Franklin. He stays here every time I have to go out of town and they take amazing care of him and the staff is very accommodating friendly and my dog gets to meet a lot of other dogs. He plays his heart out and comes home happy and clean. They’ve got great grooming services too.

I have utilized grooming, boarding, and daycare services for my girl through Big Sky Pet Resort and have never had any issues. She absolutely loves it and gets excited as soon as she knows where she’s going! The owners and employees are extremely kind, caring, and easy to work with. They are also great about posting daycare pictures on Facebook. Highly recommend!

Well staffed facility with big-hearted employees. My dog came home from a 4 night stay happy and clean looking. Will recommend to family and friends. I appreciated the Facebook photos to check-in on our fur baby. Also, appreciated the no budge policy on up-to-date vaccines being required as well as flea and tick checks before playing with other pups.

Once a year I have to board my pup with these guys. Always friendly and Betty seems to love it there. I really like that they do a doggy daycare service and run her around with other dogs. Prices are very fair too.

All staff was super friendly and professional. We were given a written evaluation of her performance when we arrived back to pick our dog up. She was happy and worn out!!!

When our normal place for boarding was closed we chose big sky pet resort for our first boarding with Princess Sparkles. Very affordable and the staff was fantastic!!! We will definitely be back!

We recently boarded our two dogs ages 8 and 15 with Big Sky Pet Resort. They listened to our concerns and were accommodating to the best of their ability to make our older dog as comfortable as can be. Both dogs came home happy and healthy. We couldn’t be happier with how well our girls were treated. We will definitely be using Big Sky again!

Our dogs love to stay at the Big Sky Pet Resort. Every time we drop them off, they race in the door with their tails wagging!

I use this place as my go-to because my pup just loves it here. I also love how they have the dogs playing with each other for most of the day and take pictures to show how the pups are enjoying themselves! When I come in to drop off and pick, the staff is very personable and has everything ready.

Paws and Claws is awesome, so glad we found them and have a place like this to take our dog to play and have fun during the day. He’s made a ton of friends and is excited to go back every time! Highly recommend.

My girls haven't stayed there yet. The service I received showed up with no appointment was excellent. I look forward to trusting my girls with them in the future!

Sadie Mae, my GSD, absolutely loves going to daycare to play with all of her friends. The staff are superb. They are very attentive to the needs of our four legged babies. We are also taking the advanced obedience classes with Joshua right now. He is a great trainer. He just has a way with the dogs that they want to listen to please him. I highly recommend this place for all of your boarding, grooming and obedience training needs. You won't be disappointed!

Hank and Ben have been hoing to Paws and Claws their whole lives. They are treated like royalty and get so excited when when we pull into the parking lot. Their prices are amazing, and their level of care and concern puts them ahead of any competition. I honestly dont know what I would do without them. They have let my dogs come by and play on short notice and have gotten me out of a jam many times.

Visited to check it out for future daycare for my pups. They assess all dogs before accepting them, so I feel confident my dogs will have fun AND be safe. Their indoor kennels don’t face across from other kennels, which minimizes indoor barking. They have a good air circulation system. They have multiple outdoor areas for different dog personalities and sizes. I watched for a while before I even went in and 100% of dogs arriving were VERY excited to be there, and dogs can’t fake that. There were a LOT of pups arriving and the lady at the front desk knew ALL of the dogs’ names!

This is my dog's second home. The owners and people there are top notch. They take very good care of my Belle. As we drove away, we saw her outside playing with the other dogs. She adjusts very well in that environment We are pleased with all the care she receives from them

The dogs outside weren't watched very well. I kept seeing 2 dogs ganging up on a slightly smaller dog. I yelled at them a few times and I yelled at the person who was supposed to be keeping order. Plus it was way too hot to have these dogs outside in my opinion

The facility is lovely and Rusty is a great individual! Staff is friendly and Rusty does great and communicating quickly via email! You can tell he loves what he does. We have only had the initial evaluation for our dog performed here in which we received valuable information. The approximate one hour evaluations are scheduled in advance and we finally got in due to a cancellation. Unfortunately, the availability has not lined up quite yet for us to be able to trial a doggy day care session or boarding visit. The month of June and July are quite busy for most places around here to be fair. Perhaps one day, we will be able to try them if we return to Billings.

We have boarded our dogs here twice and could not be more happy with Animal Pet Lodge! We've boarded for just a few nights as well as almost a week and we loved the webcams, Facebook posts and felt safe leaving both of them. We have an older lab and a high energy young pup, so we added Day Camp for him, and we are so happy we did! The staff was friendly and we would highly recommend Animal Lodge!

I’ve boarded my dog here roughly ten times over the past year, and once left her for a full week. Tillie LOVES it here. The staff are always very friendly, and we check the webcams every day and see their Facebook posts and have always been happy. We’ll keep bringing Tillie back for sure.

I have nothing but praise for Animal Lodge Pet Resort. I boarded my one year old German Shepard here for a week while I was away on vacation. My German Shepard is a great dog, but he’s attached at my hip. I was worried about how he’d react to a boarding environment. When I called Animal lodge, I was greeted by a very helpful staff member who recommend we introduce my pup to the boarding facility, slowly. We started with an afternoon and the next day he stayed overnight. He did excellent both days. He was so excited to go back the second day, I could hardly contain him. The following week he was dropped off for his long stay. Once again, his excitement took hold and I could hardly keep him from dragging me to his “daycare.” The staff told me I could check on him as often as possible, even get text and picture updates if I’d like! I asked if he could be groomed before I took him home and the staff got him scheduled. I picked him up, after not seeing him for 7 days - he was so happy, well mannered, and he looked AMAZING! I will definitely be taking him here more often! The rates are great. Staff is super accommodating and friendly, and my dog is always excited to go back! Thanks Animal Lodge Pet Resort for taking care of my furbaby!

My dogs love day camp! The people working there are always pleasant and helpful with ready smiles. They know me by name and my dog’s. It’s so handy to get them groomed while there. They can even get shots when due. They are very diligent about letting me know. I like being able to check in on their play through the video feed. I feel good about them getting exercise with play while I do my errands instead of being bored and stuck at home. Absolutely no complaints.

I have been taking my pup here for about 5 months. I used their boarding facility for the 3rd time from Nov 23 - Nov 29 and he is a 2-3 day a week day camp friend. My pup gets groomed monthly and was groomed on Nov 22 prior to him being boarded at Animal Lodge. I went in just before 3pm on Nov 29th to pick up my pup. He was soaking wet as he plays very hard with his friends. My daughter and I immediately noticed he was not himself. He seemed very timid, depressed and quiet. This behavior has never been noticed before. He is the most happy go lucky pup I have ever witnessed. I was made aware that I was late as 2 pm was pick up. I had no complaint about being charged another day. The next morning I gave my pup his morning loves and realized he had a matte in his hair. Upon further inspection he had patches where his furr was cut/trimmed down to the skin. Blotches of hair removed around his neck and in various areas down his back and legs. I took my phone out to take pictures and he got scared and hid under the truck. None of this is normal behavior for him. I called Russ, GM and he was nothing more than unprofessional. He told me that I should have noticed it before I took him home and even blamed my groomer. Not cool. Fast forward… I took him back to day camp yesterday as they have cameras for that but not for the boarding area. I showed Russ my dog and my dog showed signs of being very uncomfortable when Russ came into the room. He went and stood in the corner. Russ basically could have cared less about my dog and again blamed the groomer and myself for not noticing it when I picked him up. Every employee including the groomer knows what happened by their actions, facial expressions, no eye contact and what they said to me when I brought my dog in. This is also not normal behavior of the employees. My pup was excited to go to day camp so I left him. When I picked him up, the office staff tried to sell me a new package for day camp, tried to sell me the obedience class package and I kindly let them know we will be moving on and going elsewhere. Something happened. I can’t prove it but my dog did. I am very disappointed. Be aware people.

I would not recommend this boarding facility to anyone who cares about their animal. I understand some have views that a dog is a dog and I completely respect that and this place may work for you. BUT, I do care about my lab deeply and I was very unhappy with my boarding experience. I do admit that some of it was my fault for not asking all the questions before I boarded him so I wanted this review to help anyone looking for the answers. They leave at 6pm and do not return until 6:30am, that is 12.5 hours that your pet is completely alone without ANY supervision. If they get sick or need to go potty, they will have to go in their tiny kennel to be cleaned up in the morning. If you get back from vacation on Sunday, you have to pay for Sunday because they say pay for anyone pickup past 2pm, they don’t open until 2pm on Sunday... They typed into their schedule wrong my request to have my dog let out eat day for play time so he ended up being boarded in his kennel without play for 2 days strait, usually he roams the yard all day. The front desk is very unprofessional and gets flustered and stressed when you simply ask for a pen, it was a nightmare dealing with them. The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because I called and talked with Debbie everyday, she was so pleasant and I could tell really cared about the dogs and was getting to know them. There is not many options in Billings so I feel your pain as you look for a place but just do a quick visit here and ask to see the kennels and ask about unsupervised hours, I think you’ll be able to find something else, I hope.

I just boarded my dog there, now he has the worst kennel cough. Was hacking all night. He seemed very stressed when picked up. Also had to wait 40 min to pickup my dog because there was only one person at the front desk checking in a dog and checking out. My dog loves days camp it’s unfortunate that’s boarding is so stressful on him on top of cough he has now.

I will NEVER board my dogs here again. Both my daughter and I were lied to when we set up the boarding arrangements. They told both of us during our individual phone call to set it up, since we were dropping them off Saturday morning and picking them up Sunday afternoon, we would need to pre-pay for two days but we’d get half of it back if the dogs were picked up Sunday. When we went to pick them up we were informed that we “misunderstood” what we were told and they could not refund for Sunday. Their “cut off” time for the second day was at 2 p.m. but oddly enough, they don’t open on Sundays until 2:30 and we would be charged for that second day. And the manager was kind enough to inform me that if I didn’t like it I could take my dogs somewhere else next time I need them boarded. I fully intend on doing just that.

The Animal Lodge is the best. The staff obviously loves animals, so I felt confident leaving our cats and dog there for a few days. Sure enough, when we got back, our pets were in good spirits and healthy. Thanks Animal Lodge.

I haven't gone back to this place for years on the vet side for the same reasons. I thought by now they might have improved. Wrong. The most cold hearted uncaring staff member I have ever experienced. We had to end up going to Billings because they were too busy to help with my dying dog but waited 20 minutes to tell me. My dog died.

We love molly and friends! Poppie and Atlas always stay with them when we have to be out of town. Recently our shy dog Daisy stayed with them and I was so happy she got out of her shell! This place is amazingly priced and compared to other boarding in the area, really the best choice. Everything is included in the price of boarding and I never have to worry that they're going to get enough attention or play time. They send home a little report too with what the doggos did which I really appreciate. You can always reach out and ask personally how your dogs are doing and they respond quickly. They also post on their stories on Facebook and Instagram so you can keep track of what your babies are up to while away.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review on this amazing place for a while now.. I am so grateful for all of the ladies here, they take the absolute best care of our boys! I have no worries whatsoever whenever I drop my dogs off, I know they are in the best of hands!! I love the cute little report cards they have on the dogs at the end of the day!

They are hands down the absolute best around. Our dog, Eden is our fur kid and she means the world to our family. We only want the absolute best for her because she deserves it. When I had the opportunity to go full time for work we didn't feel comfortable just leaving her alone all the time over 50 hours a week. She was used to having someone there and only being home alone for a few hours. Molly & Friends had amazing reviews so I called. We asked all the questions pet owners have and some that were just my own anxiety of leaving my dog with people I didnt know. We got a temperament test set up to make sure Eden was a good fit and they were a fit for her. She absolutely loves daycare. She knows she's gonna have the absolute best time and care. They truly do love all of them like thier own. The team is incredible, kind and best of all... full of energy to play all day! The pack is Eden's other family. She adores them and we adore the staff!

What a friendly and inviting place to bring your dogs! Fantastic staff that takes great care of your pets! They also have fun products that are perfect! We got a customized color made and it was great quality and fast turn around!

I don't know what I would do without Molly & Friends! Jodi, Paige and their team are absolutely wonderful! I use them regularly for daycare for my pup, Seamus, and have also used them to board. They truly go the extra mile! I highly recommend them!!

I cannot say enough or rate Molly and Friends high enough to truly illustrate the magnificence of this facility. I have never seen a doggy daycare with such loving, caring, attentive, and professional staff. My Golden Retriever used to be pretty clingy because he had a difficult start in life. But he absolutely CHARGES into this facility when we arrive and never looks back at me. I have TOTAL trust and comfort leaving him here. Unlike other daycares I have been to, I know my dog actually THRIVES under their care as opposed to my feeling like he merely survived in others. Hands down best doggy daycare I have ever seen or could ever hope for.

If I could give 100 stars that would still not be enough!! On May 5th I had 2 old dogs brought to me from a high kill shelter in Utah. I had them temperament tested and they passed. We had some family business that needed to be taken care of in MN. Roxy, is an escape artist, with their kindness and knowledge they broke her of it. Thank you Molly and friends!!!

Molly and Friends has been incredible! The staff care so much and it really shows. Our dog is our child and I was really anxious the first time leaving her there but it was so apparent that she absolutely loved it that she goes weekly now, it's such an awesome way for her to get some socializing in and a ton of energy out. I'd give them more stars if I could!

We were having trouble finding a suitable place for our elderly GSP Miller. He was no longer able to handle the rough and tumble of his usual boarding kennel and after checking around it seemed we wouldn't find anyone that could be trusted to watch him. I spoke with the staff at Molly & Friends and explained that Miller still had get up and go but had some issues that required medication and supervision in case he fell. We did the requested temperament test and Miller was accepted. Our initial trip was for only a few days but with a sudden death in the family we had to very quickly change plans. Molly & Friends were very accommodating. Miller was in great shape when we picked him up and had made a lot of friends. I could see he was in much better shape than the last time we had boarded him and from the notes the staff kept he had a very good time. If we have to board Miller again I will definitely be checking here first! Thank you so much to the staff for taking such good care of Miller.

It is not very often that I take time to write a review, but my experience here totally warrants one. Owning a prosperous food business in the service industry, I can say that I have exceptional knowledge and expectations when it comes to serving others. The staff, their caring and kind demeanor, their devout attention to details and their apparent love for dogs, far surpass any expectations I could have possibly had! And I have absolutely no hesitation in the slightest leaving my golden girl with them, even after having a horrible, traumatizing experience at another facility. Huge kudos to you all!! The Tyres are great people with vast knowledge in loving canine care. The prices can't be beat and these people really love animals. We had a great experience here and trust them with our furbaby 100%. They also groomed Arwen and gave us great advice on how to care for our dog like a pro! We think they're Great! 🤍 …

I am a college student and therefore am money-conscious. I looked into boarding my dog here because I heard it was the cheapest place in town. This is accurate, but I was ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED upon seeing the note on their boarding page "no chows or pits". My dog is a red heeler, so admittedly it doesn't affect me directly, but I absolutely refuse to support any place that would promote any sort of breed discrimination. This is disgusting. Any person who claims to know anything about dogs or even just to be a dog person should know better than to fall into harmful stereotypes that are based on inaccurate information, even according to the leaders in dog bite statistics, the CDC! I would never trust my pet, no matter their breed, with anyone who is not an educated, equal opportunity dog lover, and neither should the rest of you. Shame on this company. They are missing out on meeting wonderful pets AND business opportunities. - Sincerely, a concerned pet owner and veterinary technician

Horrible experience!! I can’t believe my dogs came home with KENNEL COUGH and I wasn’t informed. On the ride home my dog sounded like it dying. I made it home and all my dogs eventually starting coughing and gagging. It’s terrible. I thought my business over the years would have fostered a better report, Obviously not!! So disappointed!!

They are friendly people but not quite sure I likes that the dogs were outside most of the time they were there. The weather was cold 2 of the days they were there. The dogs were taken care of though

Kalyn is a dear friend. The kennels and buildings are basic but the dogs get great care. She is very knowledgeable about animals and does show her corgis. Many obedience corgis and Shelties have come from her Eaglerock Kennel.

I trust them with my older dog anytime we go somewhere and they have the best prices around!

Just recently found petlantis and I’m so happy we did! My fluffy long haired pup comes back so soft and so well brushed out. I never have to worry about him matting. On top of the amazing grooming I love they have a doggy day care option. My pup can be groomed then have plenty of time to play with other dogs and come home worn out! Highly recommend them!

Have to be honest because I think all pet owners should know. My 2 year old dog had two bones in his foot broken and his ACL sprained while in for a grooming. He fell off a grooming table and the table fell on top of him because the groomers had him on the table and stepped away while another dog came in and bumped into his table. Accidents do happen, but not only did this event take place due to inexcusable negligence, but I was lied to multiple times about what happened to him until I asked to see video footage and the owner called me and fessed up. This injury took over 10 weeks and countless vet appointments to heal properly and at his last vet appointment he still continued to have evidence of the break on xrays, limped after he ran, and had to take pain meds. Luckily my dog is 2 and has since recovered. The owner was professional and paid his bills, but this injury cost me a ton in gas money to/from vet appointments, missed work for the appointments, having to pay for daycare. And she continued to employ the individuals responsible for the injury and lying about it to me. After the accident occurred and my dog was limping, the employees lied directly to my face and then charged me for the grooming. I had to specifically request reimbursement for their negligence. I will absolutely never return or support this business because my dogs health and safety was not prioritized over the self preservation of the employee.

Every team member is incredibly friendly! They all greet my pup as if they know her. They are fast and efficient at their jobs, and they always have an appointment available to fit my schedule! My pup HATES being groomed at home, but loves coming here. It’s such a relief knowing I can trust this team with my girl! Great team, great business! Highly recommend!

I took my pup timber in for a full spa day and the gals took such good care of him. I had a meeting to go to that took a little longer than expected and they made sure he was enjoying his time there. Great service. Reasonable prices and my pup loves it ❤️

Finally found a great grooming place that knows how to groom English Springer Spaniels. The groomers listen to what the dog owners want accomplished. My dogs even seemed to enjoy it because they didn’t come home agitated. Thank you again for listening to my requests and hearing my concerns with previous groomers at other places.

I wish I could give 50 stars instead of 5! When my dog and I moved back to Montana from LA, I just assumed I'd take her to Petsmart or something since I missed our little boutique in California. However, Kodi and I are avid adventurers and we often find ourselves on last minute hikes or other outdoor activities and my mutt loves to get dirty and find ALLL the stinky water. I stumbled upon this place because it was 2 blocks away and she could get my filthy dog in right away. Kodi came back looking and smelling even better than her days at the pup boutique! The owner truly TRULY cares about these dogs, and can almost always get my pup in for a last minute wash after she's pranced through cow poo or a duck pond. I have had Kodi boarded there as well and I know she's getting out and socializing/exercising with other dogs and the owner goes above and beyond to show how much she cares (the suede personalized bandana in the pictures is handmade from her!) . I love this woman and her passion so much and I know Kodi does too. We are so blessed to have this woman in our lives, even if we constantly bicker about the price (She should be charging A LOT more!) I don't know how I haven't gotten around to writing a review sooner. She is the best of the best and we love her! ❤️❤️

Best place to go for grooming! You can absolutely tell the owner truly cares about their craft and profession! Amazing prices as well, if it ever is a little messy it's just because of how many dogs she takes care of, she is amazing 👏! 10/10 would bring every dog of mine to this place …

This groomer is heaven sent for my family of giant dogs. We have 4 Saint Bernard/Saint Berdoodles and Tonya is the only person I trust to drop them all off to! I know they will be loved and cared for, not stuck in a kennel while they are there, her availability makes it so much easier when we need an 'emergency bath'. I have a senior dog and she makes accommodations for him during the grooming process so that he does not have to stand the entire time, or be uncomfortable. My dogs are excited to be dropped off in Tonya's Yard. 15/10 stars everytime !

We have had our dogs groomed and boarded by Mongrel Makeover numerous times and everytime we have been extremely satisfied everytime. They go above and beyond when our dogs are in their care. She truly cares. She even through a brithday party for our dog! He came home with a bag full of toys and a birthday shirt!!!

Wouldn’t recommend. I can’t say how well the actual grooming service. I called on Wednesday and the gal told me she could get me in on Thursday. Amazing great I’ll take it as my pup really could use it. Then I asked for a text or email for confirmation she said yes I will text you it. Again great sweet. nothing ever came through. Thursday came I called several times couldn’t get a hold of anybody. Finally just showed up at my appointment time as I didn’t want to be a no show. and a shirtless man came to the door and answered and said he had no idea where the groomer was. So I left and did not drop my Pup off as it just seemed like red flags all the way around. I texted the number that I had been trying to call stating I’d have to cancel as I didn’t feel comfortable dropping him off and I couldn’t get a hold of her or even a call back. I found them off google and reviews seemed great. Maybe they are really good and this was just a bad day or something like I said I didn’t leave my pup there, however just seemed off in my opinion.

Amazing service and price all around! We have tried many places and paid almost 4x the price. She always does the best job and our dog Noah is so happy. She truly is a professional and her services are exceptional! We have been a loyal customer and will continue as so long as we live here! Our dog Frosty was able to get in the next day for grooming. Our dog is a very anxious dog especially when going to the groomer. This groomer operates from her home. Our dog seemed more comfortable that it was a home. The grooming was very professional and the price was exceptional. I highly recommend it. update: July 8, 2021 This was our second time going to this groomer. The price is exceptional and the quality it’s good. I recommend this groomer. Absolutely loved each experience I have had!! She has done an amazing job on my Brussels Griffon mix and made it so easy each time for both myself and my dog. I am so picky about groomers, I hadn't found one in the 5 years I have lived in Billings. Until now! I will continue to use them and recommend to anyone in need of a professional, kind, and knowledgeable groomer!

During a visit to Mongrel Makeover, my 17 lb dog was attacked by a large dog that was in the care of this groomer. My dog had to have an emergency vet visit where he received stitches and a drain. At first, the owner of Mongrel Makeover was extremely kind and helpful, following me to the vet and assuring me that all costs would be covered. However, I am now at my dog's follow up appointment and I have learned from the vet that they did not receive payment in full from the groomer. I have now had to pay the majority of the costs for my dog's treatment. I fully understand that accidents happen. I hate that the accident had to happen to my dog, but I understand that they happen. I would even understand if she would be unable to cover the cost of my dog's medical bills. However what I can't tolerate is being lied to. This groomer went out of her way to ensure me that my dog's medical expenses would be taken care of but has failed to follow through with zero communication on why she hasn't followed through. And she has even gone so far as to tell me that she paid the vet, though the vet has not received payment. I'm totally disgusted.

I highly recommend WAGS Pet Sitting. Lynn was so easy to work with. I trusted her completely leaving my older dog with her over the weekend. She does pick up and drop off services and even keeps you updated with pics and videos of your pup. She is my go-to dog sitter from now on!

I have been so blessed to fine wags pets my little pug/mix loves going, there is a heart and secure back yard, and Mattie my dog loves seeing the other dogs that are there. A great comfort.
