They came through at last minute for Christmas, much appreciated! Professional, organized, attentive to detail. Prices reasonable for drop-in cat care. Communications app they use is easy and user friendly.

We used this service for the first time this last weekend recommended by a friend. We were very nervous leaving our furbabies alone after not leaving them in over five years. Their attention to detail, the through updates and play by play for what happened when they went to check on the animals really put us at ease. The pictures posted are some of the many pics they shared with us for the updates during our trip. We also feel this option is the most affordable way to make sure our pets were cared for while away making travel much easier and a little bit less stressful overall. They use a very sophisticated app for scheduling, communicating, and updating us which makes everything super easy, accessible, and mainstreamed. The updates made it entertaining to see what our little furbabies were up to each day.

We use The Prefurred Pack for all of our pet care needs and have for at least 2 years in a very regular basis. I also love that o can schedule everything on the app as well as pay and view all past visits and invoices. Metha Reed is the owner of this pet sitting company. She came out personally to examine our situation on how to care for our country pets, cats, dogs, and horses. While we were gone, she sent timely updates and photos. Her level of care was exemplary, especially in this age where everyone seems to do just enough to get by. Highly recommended.

We always use Animal Farm to take care of our dog while we are away. Sarah (the owner) is so friendly and caring for Ginger. We absolutely love her. Each dog has their own exercise area and if it gets cold the inside is heated. We've used Animal Farm for several years now, and we've always had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend!

She does a fantastic job with the animals, The only thing I would recommend is to bring a nice warm bed or a blanket for your animals to sleep on as all she has is a concrete floor. Aside from that, we've left our dogs with her twice now and it's been a great experience both times. She has fair pricing and she does make sure that all of the animals are fully up to date on their shots before accepting them.

They took very good care of our dog the two separate times we went on a week vacation. They would play with him, including his favorite game of Chase the water from a water hose. Each time they were very friendly and it was reasonably priced.

They did an amazing job with my dog. Made sure they knew what to do and also gave me their card in case I wanted to call and check on her.

Wonderful people that took such good care of our babies. So patient with us as we had to change our reservation three times due to hurricane Florence. It is so clean I don’t know how they do it.

They wouldn’t even see my dog because she’s a medium 7 month puppy who will eventually be a bigger dog in size. So if I could give a 0 star I would! She’s had her nails clipped before at the vet and they had no issues.

Out of town traveling with my Chi. Kitty trimmed his nails just right with lots of care and attention and even recommended an area vet to help with his car sickness. Much appreciated!

We have boarded our dog and cats for over a decade with Kitty. She is so loving and kind...our animals have always enjoyed their time with her. Our dog would eagerly jump out of the car and go to her so we knew he was well-treated. The boarding area is climate controlled for the comfort of the animals. She lives close by and checks on them often. You cannot make a better decision than to board your animals at the Silver Clipper with Kitty!

Kitty, Ralph & Lisa have always treated our dogs as if they were their own. They truly care about each dog. Kitty “retired” as a Vet Tech to open this ever growing Grooming & Boarding Kennel. We have been clients for 15 yrs now. Wouldn’t take our babies anywhere else.

We have used Miss Kitty for about 5 years. We also board our 4 legged family members when we can't take them on vacation with us. Kitty and Ralph are wonderful, animal loving people. We will continue with them as long as they are open and we have dogs.

My dogs had the best time here! They are amazing and super sweet you can tell they love animals. I know it’s hard to board your dogs but I will say this place makes it easy! They let me take my dogs stuff into their room and set it up for them. They also sent me texts and updates throughout the weekend! I have one small breed and one medium breed and they let them sleep together and play outside together! Really recommend this place if you’re unsure where to board your dog!

First picture is what he looked like after grooming, and second picture is the reference for how I wanted him done. Tried this place for the first time to get my goldendoodle groomed. We have gotten him groomed at many different places over the last two years and have never had an experience like this one. My husband picked him up and when I saw him I was so upset. We are truly not picky about his grooming, because we know hair grows back, but this haircut was just awful! I showed them a reference photo of a previous haircut to show what I liked. The photos really speak for themselves. What made me extremely upset is that he came home with poop still in his fur around his butt. My dog has extremely tight curls which many goldendoodle owners can understand. So sometimes poop can get stuck in the hair under his tail. It is super hard to see especially when his hair is grown out. They shaved him to his skin so there is no way they missed it while grooming. Never has he ever come home from a full groom with poop in his hair!! It wasn’t even mentioned to my husband when picking him up. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone

My 14 year old black lab stayed here several times and we were happy. Then May of this year she was dropped off at 8:30 AM. She was left in the play area unsupervised with two 1st time dogs. By 9:30 AM she had been mauled by the other dogs so badly that she died that evening. We were not contacted by staff until 1:30 PM in the afternoon, so she spent 3-4 hours severely injured in her kennel. We told them to take her to vet across the hall. They did and the vet did everything they could to save her but were unsuccessful. Poor supervision and inadequate staffing cost my best friend her life. Feel so bad every time I think how our Bailey's last hours of life were spent. Alone and injured with strangers.

I not only manage Park Your Paws I use it as my boarding and grooming facility as well as blue ridge veterinary hospital as my vet. We pride ourselves on the care of the animals that use our facility . We will protect and love them to the best of our ability and make sure we make there experience with us great . My dog is a husky and he’s very temperamental pretty much doesn’t like anyone and Josh Mandy Caylee Caleb Hannah and Haylee take there time and treat him as if he is there own when I’m not there. He’s definitely a hand full and I’m grateful I have my team for the help I need with him. The care they show the animals is heart warming. I’m sure I don’t tell them thank you enough .

We have been boarding our cat Mooshi with Park Your Paws for about a year now. Whenever we go on vacation, weekend getaways, etc we can trust our fur baby with them. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the level of care they show your pet. The staff is very friendly and communicate so well if anything comes up or even just to check in. Our cat doesn’t show any stress when we go to drop off or pick up. She actually comes back happy, clean, smelling good, all the things. I think she loves her visits! Scheduling is so easy. I’ve had to change a few dates sometimes.. they were super nice about it and helpful. Highly recommend!

Izzy was a shelter cat and I adopted her in October. Because of this I was a little worried how she would react to being left for a week. When I picked her up, she acted like I'd been gone for an hour instead of a week. The staff said she was very sweet, and I can tell they love these pets. This will be her home when I travel!

Wasn't sure how well things would go with my anxious pup for the week especially when separated from my other social butterfly during a family road trip however he's done great and everyone is so kind and loving with the dogs. This was my first time, and I was very pleased with the results. They seem to really care about animals, did exactly what I asked for when grooming Bella, and didn’t keep her for hours and hours. The groomer was very friendly and seemed to really care about the job that she had done. I will definitely be returning and can recommend this grooming parlor.

I have a brand new fur baby but Prince had the wildest hair I have ever seen. Don’t ask me why I even bought him. Well, when he turned 5 months old, I took him to Josh. Oh my….now he really looks like a Prince. Truly, I can’t describe the overwhelming difference. I am now so proud of how good looking Josh made him. Thank you Josh.

We are relatively new to the Johnson City area and own multiple pets and were in need of pet care while we were out-of-town. I reviewed several services and kennels and chose Ellen to care for our precious four-legged family members. She was no less than awesome! She met with us and our pets prior to our departure and got to know the pets and their unique needs. We had a relaxing trip and returned home to happy and well cared for pets. Will definitely get Ellen for all our pet sitting needs.

Shes the only pet sitter we've used in Johnson City. We've had emergency trips pop up out of nowhere and Ellen has always been there for our dog when we are in a blind. Our dog is always happy to return so that tells me that he likes her! Prices are decent so I have no complaints

I’ll definitely be boarding my dog here moving forward. I love how all the dogs are separated and still have access to go outside whenever they’d like. My dog has awful separation anxiety and is super timid, but I can tell she enjoyed herself more here compared to boarding with her vet. It also gives me peace of mind that they have a fenced in area to run around and go potty as needed instead of someone walking her on a leash(she’s an escape artist) the owners are also super nice and gave me reassurance when dropping her off❤️

We have left our rescue love in their hands a few times and could not be happier. They are so kind and considerate. Our rescue is dog aggressive and must be kept separate and they did not look down on her or on us. She requires daily medication and they were so incredibly accommodating. They gave her extra loves and people time. We know she's safe there and cared for when we cannot take her with us.

They have an awesome setup for dogs. Your dog can be separated from other dogs if needed and still walk inside or outside through a doggy door. Each kennel slot has a lot of room. Very cool place

New to the area. Tried very hard through Rover to get a house sitter for our dogs, but they were insane with their prices and we had to go away. The reviews were high and now I get it. Sam and Regina have a kennel right on their property in the middle of the country. Our dogs had been through a lot mentally as my husband was involved in a very tragic accident and couldn't come home for 2 years so I was nervous. They were put in the same kennel which was wonderful. When I went to pick them up...not one dog barking. Not mine, nor the other ten in there. Happy doggies. I will not go anywhere else and highly recommend!

Always have an amazing experience and my dogs love it just as much as I do. Always very convenient and go out of their way to need my needs. Also love the personal touch they treat my dogs just like their own so I don't worry when I leave them because I know they are being pampered with love and affection. Wouldn't dream of taking my pups anywhere else.

We have boarded our Blue Heeler here for the last 8 years. More recently we boarded our Boston Terrier also. In all that time our dogs have received excellent, personalized care. When we pull up to the kennel the blu3 heeler gets very excited and can’t wait to get out and see the owners, Regina & Sam. Very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. We’re very happy with the Stewarts Country Club Kennel & highly recommend it.

My 3 German shepherds stayed here during Christmas. My first time ever leaving my babies. I was a wreck and so tore up. Regina and Stan took such good care of them for me. To comfort me about leaving them for a week they even texted me photos and videos which helped me worry a bit less. Their prices are fair and well worth every penny. We have kenneled our 5 dogs there twice. Great place. They are well cared for. The owners are very nice. They have great size kennels and even suites if you want to put your dogs together. Highly recommend

Can't believe this place has never been on my radar until just a few weeks ago! We are originally from Elizabethton, TN and had to make an emergency trip to visit an ailing family member. They were able to quickly reserve a spot for us on short notice and i emailed our vet records over. They accommodated a late drop off (7.30pm) upon our arrival and immediately made us feel welcomed and was very patient and kind to my jumpy, 85 lb (almost) 2 yr old GSD. Over the course of his four day stay, i texted ea day to ck in and received timely responses and when i asked for pics they sent me a few snap shots. He was in the same healthy shape when we picked him up as when we left off and i cld tell he honestly enjoyed the company of the gentleman who runs the place. I am a VERY picky dog owner, who treats her babies like children, so this is saying a lot. No, the place is not bougie but it is homey and safe, which is what i care about. Also the value is unbeatable. We paid $18 a day vs Jax, FL (where we currently live) and pay bare min of $46 a night at our boarding facility. We'll be back every single time we visit the area 😊

No one who cares for a pet should trust this kennel. We were in an unexpected pinch and were taken in by a few reviews. When we arrived, the place was an absolute mess. The pics shown must be very old. The man asked that we give him a call, and he would meet us at the kennel. Upon our arrival, he was sweeping the floor around the front door. Again, everything was filthy. He said that the good news was that he had no other boarders, and our golden retriever could have the yard--overgrown and full of apples fallen from a tree in various states of rotting. When we arrived, after making another call to the owner, he met us with Rocky. He returned the food we brought saying that he had not fed him yet. Upon our return home, Rocky went straight to his water, and drank and drank. We fed him, and he returned to drinking. Our belief was that the owner put Rocky in the yard without any type of caring on a hot day, and returned at the end of the day to meet us with Rocky. DON'T LEAVE YOUR PET HERE.

Kountry Kennels is THE BEST!!! Kim is a wonderful pet host and her facilities are outstanding!! The kennel is a clean, well maintained barn that's climate controlled year round for the pet's comfort. She also takes care of medication requirements as requested and will even dip into her personal stash of peanut butter if the puppers are being stubborn! The runs are kept nice a clean and she works with the animals to make sure their needs are met. Our finicky puppers refuse to 'do their business' on the easily cleanable concrete so she manually takes them to the grassy run as needed. We've used Kountry Kennels twice and will gladly return every time we need our puppers boarded!! Bring your pet's bedding and toys so they have their 'creature comforts' with them during their stay and they'll be just fine! Thank you Kim!! Winston and Skyla

Our little Margaret LOVES Camp Ruff-N-More! She is always so excited when we drop her off, and completely tuckered out when we pick her up. She must play her little heart out all day with the other pups. We recently boarded her for a four night trip away, and it was so nice for us to know she was in good hands. The staff is super friendly and accommodating too! I’m so glad Margaret is a camper here!

Moose had his trial day today. The staff were so kind and patient with him. When I picked him up they let me see him on the cameras socializing with all his new furry friends. He had a great time and passed out on the way home. Can’t wait to go back! 🐶 …

Has our first day today with my rescue. The staff was very welcoming and took great care of my dog, I even got a pic sent to me with a report card of how he was doing, which was fantastic bc i was anxious about leaving him for the first time. We will be using this facility for boarding while traveling in the near future and this first day has already eased my anxiety loads!

Camp Ruff-N-More is a great place for dogs to socialize while under supervision all while having loads of fun. Wonderful staff that have gotten to know my dog. When I get his leash he gets beyond excited because he knows that he is not only going on a car ride but going to play time. He LOVES Camp Ruff.

My dog, Rocky, had never been away from my wife and I at the same time in 5 years. We were concerned that we'd never get to go on vacation together. He had a trial day at the JC location. Initially he was anxious, but the staff kept him until he calmed down, then reintroduced him to some other dogs. He did well and the next day, dragged me to the door. They were booked for the days that we were going out of town, so we had to take him to their Kingsport location. The same thing happened. The staff there worked with him in the new location and he ended up having a few days there as well. We boarded him Memorial Day weekend for 5 days successfully. The staff at both locations are fantastic and I will be taking him back for periodic play days without a worry. Thank you Camp Ruff-N-More!

Rascal, my 5 lbs, Yorkie, had a trial morning. Was very calm when the staff brought him to me. Areas are very clean. Was not anxious like when we go to grooming. I watched him on the camera in the play area. Very impressed. Staff was in each area with dogs. He had plenty of play room with other dogs. Will definitely use their services when I need them.

I left my small dog, Lulu there for her first overnight time while having surgery. She did well and loved it. They sent a “report “ card on email the 3rd day. Very happy with our visit ;)

I love this place! But, even better, my dog LOVES to be there. I mean, he jumps out of the car and paws at the door because he wants in immediately! They give regular report cards and pictures, and I have absolute confidence in their ability to take care of my puppy when we need them. Thank you so much!

Yogi loves Camp Ruff n More. He goes into the back with staff eagerly and seems happy upon pick-up. All of the staff are very nice and good with him.

I dropped my Dog off today for a Meet and Greet. I was told he did really well but seemed very nervous and anxious. He is an only pet, but I was told he will more than likely calm down after a few times of being here. He goes for his 1st daycare Friday, so hopefully he will do better. Very upset. Every time my sweet dog has boarded, he has been injured or hurt. Staff seems to be sweet and loves my dog when I drop him off and supposedly they have cameras watching everything but every time I pick him up he is injured....To the point that I have to take him to the vet. Please, do not let your dog board here.

Trial visit went very well…..my Doberman was happy and well taken care of during his visit. We will definitely be using Camp Ruff and More for daycare.

I was a little nervous that both of my dogs would not do well in a different environment, especially my senior dog . However they loved it. When we picked them up they were extremely happy and were very well taken care of. They will be going back. We plan to use camp ruff to board them while we are on vacation. We know they will love every second.

We were very pleased with the care given to Callie Jane our chocolate lab. The staff were very nice and friendly. This was our first time boarding, but we had such a good experience we will do it again.

Patty is wonderful with our cats! We have pretty complex routines with them. She went around with us, seeing how we do things, and took detailed notes. She takes personal interest in each of them. She does a terrific job taking care of them, and stays overnight house sitting and hanging out with the pets. Her rates are very reasonable for all she does! We recommend her highly!

I would recommend Patty to anyone. I have been using Patty 6 years now as a dog sitter and she has never let me down. She is easy to contact and keeps me updated about my pets when I am not home. She sends me pictures of what they are doing and never forgets to check on them at the agreed upon times. Patty will care for you animals like her own.

Patty is so nice and was great with our cat, Zeke. This was our first time ever leaving him alone so we were very worried to leave him by himself. However, Patty sent pictures and updated us on her visits with Zeke. We will definitely call her again to sit with Zeke in the future and will recommend her to anyone.
