Amber has been such a blessing to me and my dog Jack the last few days. She was so patient and loving toward him. She was very sensitive to his anxiety and ended up earning his trust in a very short amount of time. He was excited to see her every day. Using Fetch! I have had to travel a bit over the course of the last few months and can’t always find someone to watch my two pups. I am SO lucky I found Fetch!!! Fetch! has been a life saver for my kitties and I!!! I used to bring them to a kennel which they hated everytime, until one of them got sick and I had to think of other options while we were away. My kitty recovered and I looked into pet sitters which I had never done before. Suzie accommodated our family within the same day after learning that our original car sitter is not able to care for our two cats during our vacation. Maria took care of our babies, updated us daily through pictures of how they are doing, and we felt peace of mind. Will definitely use them again when we travel! Updates: Suzie is AMAZING! She is taking care of our fur babies while we’re on an international trip. Even our reclusive cat who never likes anyone but us allowed Suzie to pet her. Suzie is so detailed and trustworthy. Suzie and her wonderful staff took care of our 3 dogs while we were away at the holidays. They were amazing. They took the time to get to know each dog and adjust to their particular needs—my senior girl wanting gentle pets and attention, while the younger energetic ones wanted their walks and playtime. They sent us pics and updates after every visit and really put my mind at ease. I would use Fetch again without hesitation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Suzie is the best! I have used her services several times this year to watch my dog Jasper. I feel safe leaving him in her care, she provides daily updates through the app which gives me peace of mind when I’m away. She even logs their walks, feedings and bathroom trips. Every time I pick him up from her care he is in a great mood, I can tell how well he was spoiled during his time with her. The boarding costs are a bit spendy but she is by far the best dog boarding option in Santa Clarita, I will definitely be utilizing her services in the future.

We've had to travel quite a lot over the last two years, and each time we relied on Fetch to care for our cat Chester. The daily photos and journals helped ease any concerns we had about needing to go away and leave Chester. We've used the service at least a dozen times; it's always been professional, reliable, and clearly the people who work with Fetch like pets. We're extremely grateful for Fetch and highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to put their pet in a kennel.

Kennels are super nice! Dogs have access to temperature controlled indoors and outdoors at all times. There is also a large turn out area for dogs to run around. They are always clean. Joe treats your dogs like one of his own. He is attentive and loving. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

Joe is amazing. He loves dogs and REALLY understands them. My dog goes to 2nd Home twice a week for daycare, as well as staying overnight when I go out of town. She can't wait to get out of the car when we get there. She adores Joe and has a great time playing with other dogs. Joe even sends me texts, photos, and videos, so I know how she's doing. What a relief and a joy to have such a perfect place for my baby. It truly is her second home!

Joe is exceptional at taking care of our dogs. I think they get the best possible attention at a very affordable rate. My dogs are excited to go there and feel like they are going on vacation. Love this place and the care they give our dogs.

We were delighted to find Second Home Boarding. Our rescue Golden Retriever, Sam, can become quite anxious at times and a little feisty towards other big male dogs. Joe’s knowledge of dog psychology and behavior ensures that Sam is calm and relaxed during his regular visits to the boarding kennels. As well as taking great care of Sam, Joe has also provided us with good advice about how to deal with Sam when he becomes anxious at home or while we are out walking. Joe’s great service ensures that we also always relax while Sam is at the kennel, knowing that he is very well cared for throughout his time with Second Home Boarding.

We were super pleased with the great care 2nd Home Dog Boarding provided for our dogs! We rented the “Guest House” for our three large dogs, which included a good sized air conditioned shed and a large, private, shaded yard. Joe is a dog whisperer, and all three of our pups took to him immediately. Joe sent us text message updates throughout their stay which provided us with peace of mind while we were away. Our pups were happy and well when we picked them up. We will definitely use 2nd Home again!

Joe is awesome! He took excellent care of our Ruby while we were away. He was very communicative and friendly. He is not just a "babysitter", he truly understands dogs and their behaviors. Ruby was well taken care of from the moment she arrived and we were worry-free on our trip. When we picked Ruby up, it was obvious that she was at ease and happily exhausted from playing and running around! We will definitely have Ruby stay at 2nd Home again and I'm sure she'll be excited to go back! Thank you, Joe!

2nd Home best place to leave our doggos! Joe is very professional, friendly and energetic. He took very good care of our 2 boxers while we were away for 6 days. Joe followed up to let us kwow our doggos were doing just fine, that gave us peace of mind. Most importantly, Odie & Pearl enjoyed getting the attention and care. I found BCK about 2 years ago after one of my dogs was attacked at boarding. I decided no more daycare but a facility where my dogs had some space, care and did not interact with other dogs. I did try another place and my dogs came home stressed. But after the first time boarding at BCK they were very relaxed upon return. Every time I brought them they were excited and greeted Jessica and the crew with excitement. Aug was a brutal month for me workwise and they were boarded almost the whole month. It was great knowing they were being cared for and safe. I did get an email when they noticed the dogs were not eating like normal and they wanted to know if there was something they should do. I loved that they kept me informed and I told them it was probably stress and sure enough, it passed in a day or two. Unfortunately I won't be boarding there as I moved out of state, which is part of the reason they were there so much in August. I had a whole house to pack up. I want to thank everyone at BCK for the great treatment of Toby and Max! They will miss you guys and so will I!

We have been taking our dogs here for many years when our dogs were young and now old. Our dogs LOVE this place. The staff is extremely caring. They treat our senior dogs with love, kindness, patience, and compassion. They go above and beyond what other places provide. The owner is very knowledgeable about breeds and different temperaments. She has always been able to provide quality advice when asked. We love that they are constantly evolving. They keep learning new techniques and striving for ways to be better instead of sticking to old ways. We highly recommend them for boarding needs.

My boy LOVES coming to Bouquet Canyon Kennels. If dogs could speak, mine would say this is his second family and that he likes coming here more than hanging out at home. We do day boarding and overnight boarding anytime we have a vacation planned or if I’m traveling for work, since my dog cannot be left alone yet. I have a 18 month old GSP and he is wild and requires a lot of attention. Every time we pick him up he is so tired, which means he played hard and got lots of love. I refuse to take him anywhere else, especially since he has made so many friends coming here. We are so thankful for Jessica and her staff for taking such great care of our dog child! ❤️

We’ve been taking our German Shepherd here for a while now, she’s had several stays, everyone is so happy to see our dog, but more importantly our dog is happy to see them. Wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Owner takes no accountability for issues in their kennel. A good friends dog got his tongue sliced during grooming. Mistakes happen but the lack of professionalism this facility demonstrates is alarming. They refused to even comp the grooming or even to help with 1/2 of vet bill that resulted in the issue (he needed stitches). I’m unsure how they are still in business since numerous people have had bad experiences, specifically with a lack of proper emotional regulation & professionalism. Just be aware, if they are at fault for an injury or escape, they will not do their part in helping fix the situation. Hopefully they take it as a learning opportunity and it never happens again, for the sake of the animals

Great family owned and operated kennel. I could tell they truly took care of our dogs. After a 3 day stay, the family understood each of our 3 dogs personalities and remarked on behaviors. Most kennels aren't as aware of their visitors. Great communication too. When one dog had loose stool they emailed us immediately.

Optimim care for your four-footed friend. They give personalized attention and keep charts on feeding schedules and care preferences of your pet. Their "dog wash" is also an exceptional operation. Your dog will be gorgeous when they are done with the bath. See below.

The best kennel in the Valley. It's expensive but probably not any more than anyone else. But the caveat to that, when I pick up my children, they don't smell like piss. Priceless.

Ken Neill Kennels is amazing! I have an unsocial Great Dane who we have never been comfortable enough to have boarded anywhere. Ken Neill is the only place I feel comfortable leaving our baby with. They are very nice, accommodating and confident when handling our dog, and are always understanding when we call to check in to see how our dane is doing! The boarding kennels and play area are very clean and large enough for our Dane to feel comfortable! KEN NEILL KENNELS IS THE BEST!!!!

Super friendly staff, nice kennels. Our dog was well taken care of and we really appreciate the service. Each animal has their own space, with walls and a roof. There are misters on warm days and the animals get person attention every day. Very happy with the staff, facility and service

The employees are the nicest friendly people and the owner is very helpful. Prices are too low, they should charge more nowadays. It was the best experience ever for the dog loved going there and came back without any problems. There was not a single issue with scheduling appointments. Need to upgrade prices and take other options for payment, otherwise I give them all thanks for taking excellent care of my dog. Best place for bringing your pets.

First time boarding my dog, ever! This place felt secure and comfortable. Kennel is outdoor but has a "partial indoor" shelter for cold nights. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. My dog came home happy.

I took my puppy Dottie to Paws Stay and Play for the first time being away from home. I really appreciated the cameras so I could have ease about my puppy's stay. I looked at her throughout the days. I had as much anxiety as, l think she had. Dottie was able to interact with other little puppies and seemed to enjoy herself every day we were out of town. I called daily to check on Dottie and I was given details of her day. The facility was clean and all staff are really nice and welcoming. I am glad, I now have a place for Dottie to engage with others while we are away. Thank you all for the care provided! Great job! Dottie says, hello and until next time!

We had them take care of our two frenchies, Tibby and Tabby. They had a some trouble with Tabby being snappy but they were able to get past that and took care of our dogs. I would say that they went above and beyond in taking care of our 2 precious babies. Special shout out to Roya for being patient with Tabby.

We are new to the Santa Clarita valley and just used Paws Stay and Play for the first time and they far exceeded any expectations. I was nervous because we have a big dog (90 lbs) and wanted to make sure he would get enough attention/supervision while we were away for 11 days. We paid for him to stay in a Presidential Suite and it was definitely worth the extra money. Naomie and Lars were frequently in contact with me via text and even FaceTimed me so I could see my dog while we were away (we were also able to check in on him through the cameras anytime we wanted). When our dog was in the play area with other dogs, there weren't too many packed in there (it was the perfect amount) and they were always supervised. Whenever Naomie or Lars were on their phones, it was because they were sending me photos/videos. I cannot recommend this place enough -- I haven't been able to find anything close to it in the SCV. They are attentive, professional, very clean (they request vaccination records for every dog before they can enter), and treat the dogs exceptionally well. It's a smaller doggy daycare so they always have enough people to pay attention to the dogs. If you're looking for a doggy daycare or somewhere to board your dog, I highly recommend Paws Stay and Play (trust me, I did research for weeks before we ended up choosing them as well as doing two walk throughs).

Our dog Boomer loved his boarding stay at Paws Stay and Play. We were out of town for a couple days but I could see through the cameras provided that he was being well taken care of at all times. There is also constant supervision during play time. Roya and her staff are accommodating, courteous, and professional; you can tell they love your pets just as much as you do. I will be choosing Paws Stay and Play for my dog's boarding and daycare needs from now on!

We searched so many places to leave our puppy including far out to even the Valley area and decided to finally trust and leave him for boarding at Paws Stay and Play. My wife and I were so glad and amazed at the care and love they put in for our puppy while we left for a week. The best part of this place is that you can see your dog through a mobile app 24/7! They keep the place very clean and safe and we couldn't be happier! We will definitely come back for our Saint to board if needed! Thank you!!!

Our girl Bailey stayed for 2 days at Paws Stay and Play for the first time and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, it was evident Bailey was in good hands. One of the features that put my mind at ease was the ability to view Bailey on cameras throughout her stay. This transparency allowed me to see firsthand how well she was doing and provided a reassuring glimpse into her day. The daily pictures and updates I received were great and they truly warmed my heart. The dedication of staff and their genuine love for animals was evident in every interaction and service provided. They were extremely helpful in helping us figure out what vaccines he needed updated prior to his stay and also sent us videos while he was there. We have a high energy dog that needs a lot of fun and love, which is why she gets very excited when we pull into Paws Stay and Play. They take excellent care of her, we can watch the cameras when we miss her (super convenient), and she comes home with the best manners and energy depleted after a stay - you really can’t ask for more from a great boarding / day care!

Fantastic place with people who truly care. My dog has a lot of separation anxiety, but had to be boarded while we were traveling for the holidays. They took excellent care of her, even hand-feeding her since she was so anxious she wouldn't eat. They kept me constantly informed on how she was doing, and all the cameras were very helpful so we could check on her any time. Highly recommend!

They were great and a blessing.They took my dog at the very last minute.When no one else could or was available they made it possible I was very grateful I'm still grateful for them. Also they have Great options for where you want your dog in or out big or small space. I am so grateful. Do not bring your dogs here. I hate to say it, because the owners seem nice, but this place is not well taken care of. The smell of urine is prominent upon entering and especially in the “office” which is more like a storage closet. What was most disturbing is that most of their kennels do not have an indoor section for the animals. They say there are “shade” trees, but our poor dog came back with burnt paws after only 1 day there. We had to apply aquaphor on her paw pads. They were so red and burned. Also, we arrived a day early to pick her up only to find that they did not place the blankets we brought for her in her kennel yet! She had been there for over 24 hours and they didn’t take a second to put her blankets in the kennel, nor did they give her any of the bully sticks we brought for her, which should have been 1 per day. Our dog was exhausted and did not have a positive demeanor like she usually does when we bring her back from a kennel stay. She also STUNK of urine and dirt. We had to bathe her immediately upon returning home. We only came here because our other kennel was all booked up. I was very disappointed from my experience with Smith Kennels and will not be bringing my animals back here.

I have used Smith Kennels several times since 2009. The owners live onsite. On a trip in early July we boarded are 3 dogs and a cat. We were worried about the heat and the dogs because of the 110 degree heat which lasted for several days. The dogs were comfortable and had the option of staying inside in the cool portion of the run or going outside. (There are different sized runs for different sized dogs and the kennels are in a tree covered area which provides ample shade.) We knew the cat was on his last leg and his conditioning was worsening and let the owners know that. Smith Kennels called us the day we were headed home and let us know he was not eating and did not want to get up. They stayed open late so we could pick him up and take him home when we arrived back in the area. There rates are very reasonable and they provide great services. I get the feeling this is not so much a business for them, it is their life.

Very nice, polite and professional people. They always make sure customers are happy. We recently dropped off an application to adopt a Miniature Schnauzer and are currently waiting to hear back.

Had to go into the hospital for a knee replacement and needed to kennel my new pup; I was a bit concerned because my pup has only been with me for about 10 months and has a bit of separation anxiety from being abandoned running loose in the desert. The Smiths took great care of my furball, she seemed to be just fine. My expected 4 day stay turned into over 2 weeks as the hospital sent me to a rehab hospital to get my new knee working some before sending me home. I highly recommend Smith Kennels if you need them

THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATH OF MY DOG. They put a 5lb maltese who had just been neutered in a concrete run with no blankets, no food no water and access to the outside portion of the run with chain link fencing with huge gaps. My poor dog vanished within a couple of hours and they were so disorganized with their paperwork I was not even notified until the next day when we went to pick up! For all I know they gave the dog to someone or it was killed on their property and they're covering it up. Either way my sweet little guy is dead I'm sure and their negligence caused it. DO NOT USE THEM!

It's a very nice place. It's been here for many years. The owners are nice they're in their 90s. It seems like they're always full so that is excellent they must be doing something right

Kimberly has provided our family with expert care over the last 10 years! We have used her team for both short trips and long trips and never worry when we’re away from our pets. Our dog has special needs and anxiety and Kimberly is amazing with her. She creates a meal calendar with every detail regarding our pets’ preferences. She sends texts and pictures at every visit and leaves a log with times and notes. I recommend Kimberly for anyone! But especially those with pets who have special needs, medications or anxiety.

We want to share our experience with Fun Fur U-In home Pet Care. Kimberly has been taking of our pets for many years!! We had five babies, 2 dogs and 3 cats and she watched our cats when we went on a vacations. Also our dogs when we were gone all day. She is so caring and I loved it when she would put on funny/cute hats on our pets and send pictures. I loved it!!! I’m one of those pet parents that don’t leave their pets with ANYONE!!!! I know my animals are in GREAT hands and I’m very confident they will be taken care of. Sadly we lost our 5 babies over the last 2 years and she was there to help even when they were elderly and ill. Kimberly and her staff at FunFurU Petsitting are hands down the best pet sitting team within the Antelope Valley! I had a challenging work assigment which required me to travel to Oklahoma city nearly every other week for about a year and a half and I knew that even though the job sucked, my lovely fur kids Joey and Maddie were well cared for and loved while I was away. Kimberly sends daily photos when she visits where it was obvious my kitties were thouroughly enjoying the love and attention Kimberly provides, but also had the secondary effect of lifting my spirits while I was away. I cannot recommend her enough!

I found Kimberly to be a caring and professional individual when she took on the insulin injections for our "adopted" Yorkie. I needed to be out-of-state and my husband is not medically able to do these injections. Kimberly entered our home showing love and attention to all 3 of our dogs who loved having her around. She then performed the injection twice a day for 7 days and additionally spent time with my husband to give him a little attention as well. I truly appreciated her attention to detail, her commitment to quality of service and care, as well as her positive attitude. I will continue using her in the future as needed.

Kimberly has been taking care of my boys (shar peis) for years. KIMBERLY is simply the best. She goes out of her way to ensure they are well taken care of. I would recommend Fun Fur U for anyone that will not accept anything but the best for their pets. It takes stress off you and them when you have to go away. I am completely convinced that you can find no one else that will care for your pets like she does.

I don't know what I would do without Fun Fur U. I travel a lot and am always comfortable knowing they will care for my cats and dog as if they were their own. The short report and cute photo that comes with each visit makes me feel closer to home. Susan was absolutely amazing in taking care of our kitten Miza. She spent there half a month when we were on a long trip overseas. She was updating us everyday with pictures and videos. She looked very joyful in her cat's paradise) Very good ratio of price and value. We were very happy with their services and definitely will make this our permanent place for Miza to stay when we are away!)

Susanne was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and took great care of my cat. I had to increase the boarding dates last minute a few times due to my flight being moved around and she was more than willing to accommodate the extra days. She sent pictures, videos, and updates on my cat every day and was quick to respond to my texts and calls. I highly recommend her and would have her watch my cat again should the need ever arise. The room she set up for the cats has a few cat beds, a cat tower, toys, pillows, and a tv playing nature videos on it. My cat was nervous at first being in a new area away from home, but he quickly settled in and started enjoying the environment. Thanks again, Susanne!

Suzanne was the best sitter for my cat tuna. She provided images and videos everyday and took time to make sure tuna was comfortable and in the best care. When tuna was angry and hissing, she was patient and took time for tuna to become comfortable. In the end tuna loved her so much! Can’t wait to take her back to him when I’m traveling again. It is great we can leave our three cats in a home with a dedicated and passionate caregiver. Susanne provided a great space, excellent care. She kept us informed and sent pictures and videos. She was also flexible for pick up and drop off. Highly recommended!

Susanne has been an angel in taking care of my kitty. I have used her services twice and been very happy with the daily photos, videos, and overall love she has shown towards Miyuki. As all cats are, Miyuki was shy the first trip. The second trip, Miyuki is now a best friend. I will use Susanne and her services every time when needed in the future and 100% recommend.

Best boarding that we have found, our dog Mickey loves to stay there and of course play in Susan's house pool when is hot, she really cares for him, ours is a Golden Retriever and he is very active, we never felt disappointed with Susan care, she really cares for our pets.

My pup has been going there for awhile now. They always give him lots of love and attention and they have a backyard which is great for even more exercise and playtime. He is always safe, happy, and healthy there and they love him like a dear family member.

They are a little pricey, but very worth it! One of my furbaby's has special needs, and they are very accommodating with her medication. Update 1+ years later: I'm still very satisfied with this facility. They take great care of my special needs dog and my spicy dachshund. For me they are worth the cost. Highly recommend!

I have two puppies and they have a lot of energy. I had brought them to kennels in the area and when we picked them up, they seemed sad and also had A TON of pent up energy. They’d go wild for days afterwards. So I did some research and decided to try the Pampered Pooch. They do require a lot of paperwork from your vet but it’s a good thing to make sure the pups are safe. They also take your dog for a 4 hour temperament test to see if they’re a good fit for the place. (Also a good thing). Seems like a lot of work, however, it’s well worth it. This is the second time I’ve brought them while we are on vacation and they come home exhausted and happy. They get to play with the other dogs for hours everyday so they’re not pent up. The staff is friendly. It’s the best place to bring your pets around the Lancaster/Palmdale area. Thank you Pampered Pooch!

I wish the staff were friendlier. Some times when I call to book an appointment I feel like I’m bothering them and they’re rushing me. It makes me feel off about booking with them. I know my dogs typically leave there happy, so that’s a positive. I just feel anxious ever trying to speak to staff. EDIT: I’ve lowered this review another star because I’m very disappointed in the bathing of my dogs. They charged $68 per dog to literally just bath my dog. No brushing, no nails done, no ear cleaning. I know this as I’m a retired dog groomer and I know my dogs coat and what a fresh bath looks like. For that price that all should definitely be included in the service. It’s also a mandatory service when leaving your dog for more than 3 nights which I understand… but the service itself is the very bare minimum. My dogs also drink a LOT of water when they return home, as if they haven’t drank all day. It’s all odd to me and doesn’t seem right.

Our puppy Laika LOVES it here. Today when I picked her up from daycare, she didn’t want to leave. This girl wants all play all day, and Pampered Pooch delivers! We love the text/picture updates when traveling, and trust that she’s always in good hands. Can’t recommend enough.

A friend recommended and what a clean friendly place it is. Had the dogs(2) nails trimmed. It went quick, quietly-the dogs didn't fuss- and the price was reseasonable. There were people coming in to drop off their dog for an over night stay including instructions for their fur-baby. I asked her about her opinion of this place and WOW was she full of opinions, lol. But, they were ALL great opinions. That made me feel much better about this place.

TL;DR: Negligent to dogs' needs resulting in a potentially dangerous environment combined with poor staff attitudes. I saw the great reviews and had hopes for this place. I set up an evaluation for my dog for daycare and they told me to have all the vaccine records ready for when I arrive. I think the $18 they charge for that is a cash grab, but that's ok. I called ahead of time before I pulled up and asked what the procedure was for me to bring in my dog as he has some leash aggression and I wanted to avoid a full waiting room. The lady that was there didn't answer the question and instead said rather curtly I needed to provide all the records. I explained I was told to email them when I arrived so they could print them then and have them. She said fine and just told me to ring the doorbell. When I arrived, there was a dog in one of the front windows right beside the door that was going nuts, causing my dog to get very agitated. The lady did not address this dog that's freaking out and instead opened the door to let me in. There was yet another dog in a kennel in the lobby who started barking and again started riling up my dog. Again this lady did not seem to care about all this chaos and instead handed me a clipboard and told me in a snarky manner that the email address is written down and I need to fill out all the forms front and back. Since there was no place to go inside to fill these out where my dog would not be reactive, and I couldn't go back outside to the car because the other dog is going nuts in the window, I just said it wouldn't work out and left. My issue is if they care this little about 1) my dog's anxiety during this process and 2) the other dogs that are clearly stressed and freaking out, why would I trust them with my little guy? The bad attitude of the lady that was there was just the cherry on top. First impressions are important, and this place was very disappointing, and potentially dangerous for dogs that need some extra attention.

My challenged rescue dog did very well here. She isn't very well with other little ones but felt comfortable with so many around. The Staff was above and beyond great! Not only did they take care of my Wild girl, but also made the experience smooth with ME. They truly Love what they do and respect every pets human..... They are my only pet boarding in the AV

BRING YOUR PUPS HERE FOR A STAY! Wonderful caring staff. Clean, professional, VERY thorough on care (foods, meds, toys, beds, blankets, treats, playtime and type of...). Dedicated. Was visiting friends and wanted to make sure pups away from firework on New Years. The only sort of negative was had to pay for two full days due to holiday. Outside of that? GREAT!

Very pleased with the care and monitoring of my pet! The staff are friendly and ready to answer any fur baby questions. The camera link availability and temperature control was very important to me. I would recommend The Pampered Pooch Hotel for day & overnight stays!

Fay is an absolute Angel! I can’t say enough positive things about the entire experience of leaving my 2 girls with her. I have a geriatric 14.5 year old who is now going senile so she’s special needs. I really need someone I trust to be patient and kind to her. Fay is wonderful. I got updates and didn’t worry one bit. This review is long overdue! We have used Fay at least 5 separate occasions and she is seriously the best!! We have a very sensitive doodle and tried a couple other places before moving to Woodland Hills and he was always mad at us. He loves being at Fay’s and I fully trust he is in good hands with her. She sends so many updates everyday which gives me peace of mind. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great experience with Fay. We boarded our kitten for a long weekend. I was impressed with her set-up -- our kitten had a lot of space and the environment felt very safe. My young daughter was upset at the thought of leaving him, and Fay was very sweet with her, going above and beyond to reassure and comfort her, and by the time we left my daughter felt much better. Fay sent us photos and updates regularly during our trip. When we picked up a few days later and got home, I was surprised by how relaxed our kitten seemed. I've boarded cats with others in the past and they always came home stressed out. But not this time -- it hardly seemed like we'd gone away at all. I will be back.

I was incredibly anxious as this was our first time leaving our pet Olive alone! Fay was super patient with me and talking with me for many weeks prior to Olive's boarding, answering all of my questions and reassuring me. When I first stepped into the home and met Fay in person, I just felt all of my anxiety melt away. The feeling is not something one can explain. Fay truly has a gift with both people and animals. Olive had her own room, her own bathroom, lots of different toys, even a TV for stimulation! :) What was interesting is during the trip, I'd be thinking about Olive and there was Fay sending me pictures updating on her! It's like she reads my mind! Olive was incredibly happy and she was so sad to leave Auntie Fay! Now that we got our first travel trip over with - we are already planning a few more trips in the next year and plan to drop Olive again to Fay!

Fay is the absolute best pet sitter in the San Fernando Valley!!! Its no contest. She has SO much love for animals - you will see what I mean when you meet her in person. We brought our princess tortie (olive) to her while we were away for a few days and it was a true 5-star hotel experience for our cat. In fact, I think our cat is sad she had to leave after being pampered by Fay with ton of toys, cat condos to climb, a private master room , windows to watch outside etc. Im pretty certain our cat misses Fay now because it was that great of an exp for her. Fay will be easily be our go to pet sitter whenever we need the help. Thank you to Fay and her Husband for taking care of Olive 🙂

Faye is amazing. She is our go to person whenever we leave town and need our dog Alfie cared for. Alfie always comes home looking happy and unchanged ( not sad or aggressive or anything). Faye makes all the fogs comfortable, she spends time with them, gets to know your dog personally, and sends photos regularly. We couldn’t be more satisfied and feel reassured to know that we have Faye’s service whenever we need to board Alfie. Alfie even met his best friend , they’d cuddle during the day and watch out for each other - this other dog was a blind, gentle pit bull mix- knowing that Faye can even cater to special needs pets is reassuring.

This was the first time we used Fay's Loving Pets Boarding and we were super pleased. Faye far exceeded our expectations and took such great care of our fur babies. Her nurturing love of dogs and all animals really stood out when we first met and we knew they would be in great hands! Highly recommend and will definitely be using her services again. So glad to have found her!

Had the most amazing experience with Fay’s loving Pet Care. My Julie is an older pit I’ll mix who requires a lot more accommodations and Fay had no problem doing so! She gave her a private room, fed her the special meals I gave her, and sent me photos and texts to keep me posted every day that I was gone! I can’t imagine leaving Julie with anyone else! Fay has become like extended family, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She opens up her home and takes care of your fur-children like her own. Thank you Fay and David!!!

Where do I begin! I have never used a boarding service for my cats. I asked around and people offered to board my 1 yr old cat, but I just did not feel comfortable taking my cat to just anyone. I went to Yelp and after looking at a few businesses, I came across Fay’s Pet’s Boarding. I am soooooo glad I found her!!!! All the reviews and pictures, and just talking to Fay made me feel comfortable. She truly cares for all animals. I loved the fact that pets were not kept in carriers. They had rooms to roam around! The initial plan was to board my cat for 5-6 days, we’ll that turned into almost two weeks! Throughout my cat’s stay, Fay sent me updates and daily pictures of what my cat was doing 🥰 My husband and I were happy and relieved that we knew our cat was in great loving hands. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for this type of service. We will definitely be using her again!

I cant be more grateful that I found this place. Their prices are affordable and my pets accommodations were more than adequate. I left my 2 dogs for a week and came back to find them doing well and looking happy. All my feeding instructions were followed and they allowed me to bring my own dogs bed for them to use. They have a refrigerator on site that is used for any fresh dog food that you bring. The rooms are temperature controlled and each room has outdoor access to a private outdoor kennel.

In search of the perfect place within a reasonable budget to board my dogs, I was thrilled to find Tina's Dog Town. Tina, her husband Guy, and caretaker Suzanne, are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Tina's property has a multitude of boarding options to accommodate any dog's size and needs. The facilities are notably clean and free of excrement. All units have air conditioning & heating, and have an individual outdoor area. Most have a large outdoor play area! There's also a common yard for those social dogs who prefer to be in a pack. I felt comfortable leaving my precious pups in their care. My dogs had a blast, and came home exhausted & a bit dirty from the play yard (that's to be expected). I highly recommend Tina's Dog Town to anyone looking to board their canine family.

i tried this kennel for the first time for my german shepherd mixed lab. my dog is not really the most huggable dog but he good with all kind of dogs and my dog is not the type of dog that will easy to pet. in one word you need to earn his trust. i thought they are well experienced kennel seems like they are not. they don’t know how to read the dog behavior. because when i’m trying to make another appointment they didn’t want to accep my dog. i’m trying to introduce to my dog this kind of environment again. and they judged my dog right away for the first time.

Our 4 dogs loved their stay with Tina! I would recommend Tina's to everyone. Will be be taking ours back every time we go away from now on! The 4 got to stay together with air conditioning, and were even given their daily pills as well. Thank you and we will see you again soon!

Best experience we've ever had! Our fur babies love it here....they get to have their own vacation while we are away...outside dog hammocks for each one! They can go inside or outside whenever they want. Tina and Guy are amazing..very caring people...it gives us wonderful peace knowing that our dogs are being taken care of so well.

My husband and I love Tina’s Dogtown! We’ve had a hard time finding a place we like and feel comfortable leaving our pups. But they always seem to do so well at Tina’s! They come back happy and clean. It’s easy to see they receive great care!! Highly recommend!

We love Tina and her crew. We are new to the area and have been very picky with whom we choose to watch our babies, our 2 loved them, especially Stephanie, and the environment is wonderful, they have a huge yard for each dog and a great indoor facility for them as well. Left my three dogs there for 5 days. They have beautiful, clean kennels and runs. Separate family yards so my dogs were all able to stay together. They were very kind and professional. Very good prices! Most importantly my dogs were kept safe and healthy while I was away. I was very worried about leaving my boys anywhere. Would recommend them to anyone.

We love this place so much! We have a large German Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees, and both the dogs get to stay together in their own yard with and indoor climate controlled kennel, which rocks. Everyone is super friendly and great. Plus the price is excellent! This is the only kennel we will ever use.
