Ines is the best Petsitter I’ve used over the years. She is very responsive, reliable and took photos and videos of my bird which made me feel at ease leaving a young bird in her care. The cage was spotless and the outside plants were watered. Ines went above and beyond to provide excellent pet care. Great service! Ines came to my house and cared for my 4 dogs. She feeds them, cleans up after them, gives meds, and plays with them. Every time she comes to the house she texts an update and sends pics! I didn’t have to worry at all about my babies!

What, oh what can I say about her pet sitting business!!! She is an absolutely lovely woman. I never, ever fear leaving my dog with Inez. Mick goes nuts when the car turns off the Main Street and heads into her neighborhood!!! I can’t control him on his leash.....he just loves Inez, her 🏡 and her other pets she takes care of!!!! I am not sure how she does it all. Mick (our Maltese) would surely rather live with her!!! She also takes care of pets in their own homes daily when their owners are at work. Really not sure how she feeds, walks, plays with all these pets. I can NOT recommend Inez high enough. I will just let my dog, Mick, give the recommendation!!!🦮🐶🦴🦴💕💕

From the day we meet Ines, both my husband & I knew she was a perfect fit to watch our Booboo kitty while we were out of town. Ines sent us messages of how kitty was doing along with pictures. I had never left my two 6 yr old cockatiels with anyone before, let alone for 12 days! They are super social and out of the cage whenever we’re home. They also experience night frights sometimes and will literally beat themselves bloody unless calmed by someone. So I was reluctant to leave them in anyone’s hands. Ines did a meet and greet with us and the birds a couple weeks before we left them. I knew from her demeanor at that meeting, my birds would be in the best possible care. And they were! Ines sent me videos and daily updates. I don’t think they wanted to leave “bird camp”! Lol 😆 Ines is remarkable snd very knowledgeable... super organized and she always puts the animals in her care first, I will never hesitate to leave my babies with her again in the future.

I board my Great Dane @Homeland Pet Hotel last month for a week, it’s our second time taking our Great Dane there and we love it. The staff are very friendly and we know they’ll take good care of our Dane. The price is good too.

Fuzzy stayed here for 3 weeks for his first stay ever! He was well taken care of, when I went to pick him up he was so clean, happy, and doing very well. I did call in to check on the little guy a few times and everything sounded great! Also afforable prices!

I began boarding my dogs at Homeland Pet Hotel last fall when I had to go out of town for a funeral. At that time, we had three dogs. One was 13, one was 4 and one was 1. I called several facilities and none wanted to board our 13 year old. Although he was not on medication or special diet, they were afraid to care for him due to his age. Al at Homeland accepted all our dogs. He asked for their vets name and the maximum we’d reimburse them in event of an emergency. We asked for a pre-boarding tour and was welcome to visit during business hours. We saw a facility with many secure chain link kennels. There is a separate exercise area. They take dogs out alone or in their family pack. The place is kept clean and no unpleasant smells were detected. There is a separate room for small dogs and another for cats. In the main section medium to large dogs are boarded in appropriate sized kennels. Overall, the service is excellent. It’s the first place we’ve boarded our dogs where they are eager to go to. So far, we’ve boarded our dogs on four separate occasions and our doggies leave happy each time.

Have boarded our single dog here probably a dozen tines in the last 2ish years, always comes home smelling nice and well-cared for. We recently adopted a second dog, and I picked them both up today after a 2-week stay. They both look excellent, were very happy and aren't too stinky, even after being there 2 weeks. The folks who work there are friendly and competent, we've never had any issues and would recommend them to anyone who needs to board their pet. Pic is on the car ride home today, she's smiling😍

The first time I ever boarded my two dogs, I was so nervous. My 14 year old had never been away before. That was 3 years ago. They have gone to Homeland Pet Hotel maybe 10 times since. They actually are excited to be there. Staff is very caring. Kennels are spotless. But the fact that Bo and Guinness are happy there means everything.

The staff took excellent care of our active dogs, ensuring they were well-exercised and happy. When I called to check in, they were friendly and provided thorough updates on how our dogs were doing. The prices are reasonable, and the resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Homeland Pet Hotel to other pet owners!

I am so grateful to have been referred to Country Ranch Dog Boarding when I unexpectedly needed a place to board my German Shorthaired Pointer. Michele and Tim are incredible, they opened their home on short notice and provided a safe and loving space for my energetic pup’s extended stay. The large play yard, daily walks around the ranch and games of fetch made for one happy dog and the daily photos and updates were very much appreciated. So grateful to have found such kind folks to care for my pup! Update: Two years and many stays later, my GSP, Tilly, still loves Country Dog Ranch! Michele and Tim always take great care of her and she has the best time. The photos and updates are always a bright spot of my day. Still grateful for their kind care for my dog.

Highly recommend this lovely place. They were very welcoming and gave us comfort with all the updates on how our pups were doing. They provide meet and greet to make sure it’s the right fit for you and give you ease if it’s your first time. And I booked for Fourth of July weekend and you know how that is for dogs! They kept them safe and gave them all the comfort they needed to keep their anxiety at bay. They won’t disappoint….I absolutely loved it!

Update 2023: we have now sent our Pupps with Michelle & Tim 4 times and are so happy we found them! Our dogs absolutely love their time there and we have loved the experience every single time. Upon pick up the dogs are so happy after a fun filled vacation from home. They get lots of love, exercise and comfort which just puts our minds completely at ease while we are away. We will continue using County Ranch Dog boarding for years to come! Original review - 2022 We had the best experience sending our dogs Harley and Cabo to Michelle and Tim. Our experience in the past with other boarding facilities has been unpleasant so we thought we’d try a different method. Michelle sent us regular photos of our puppies out running around and playing in the little dog cooling pool. We felt confident that our dogs were getting the love and care they needed while we were away! Also they didn’t come back sick like they had in all the other facility they’ve been to! We already are booking Michelle and Tim for our next vacation!!

We were hard pressed to find a dog sitter for our 3 kids. We met with Michele, brought the dogs to meet her too. She took fantastic care of them. Dogs had a great time. We loved receiving photos of them having fun. Highly recommend.

Janice takes great care of our fur babies . She has had them an extended amount of time because of a plumbing leak. She is also the best priced dog boarder I have come across . She provides bathing for extra cost but well below what competitors charge . She provided a safe and happy environment for the dogs with lots of open communication and pictures! I will definitely keep using Janice in the future !

I recommend Kristy 10000%!!! My pup doesn’t do well with boarding so I opted to have him stay home and have Kristy come in a few times a day for feeding, walking etc. She kept me updated with messages & photos the whole week. He doesn’t do well with strangers but he loved her. Thank you Kristy!!!

I needed a pet sitter last minuet and thankfully Kristy had an opening when I needed it. She came referred from a friend but her reviews speak for themselves. I have a 6 month old puppy and she'd never stayed anywhere else, needless to say I was nervous. We met Kristy beforehand and I saw how well she ran things, I was super content in leaving our furbaby. She had great communication, gave me updates if I needed them and the best part my puppy got the socialization she needed. I was super pleased with her care that she's already booked for another visit!!

Kristy is the best dog sitter you can find. There is no one as caring and hands-on as she is. We had her take care of our shy girl for 3 days and everything was perfect. Kristy has been my number-one dog sitter for at least 10 years. She has many years of experience, and I feel like I am leaving my pets in my own care when I have her come to stay while I go away. Judy is the sweetest lady and takes amazing care of my senior German shepherd mix and has saved me life a few times by being able to come over to my house last minute. She is the only person I trust coming into my house without my permission with my sweet baby! She will make sure your fur baby is well taken care of!

Highly recommend My House of Paws and Brigitt! My husband and I went on a mini honeymoon and needed to find some place to board our 7 month old puppy. Since she’s so young, we wanted to make sure that she would be looked after by someone who would really take care of her. Brigitt is the BEST at what she does, and Redman ranch is an amazing property! My Weimaraner is extremely particular, but comfortable, happy, and at home (away from home) when he's at My House of Paws. I travel 40 miles to board him with Brigitt because she is worth my time and peace of mind knowing my boy is in her care. He has been boarding with her several times a year (going on over 8 years now), and we have had zero problems. Brigitt sends photos and updates daily. We feel very fortunate to have found her!

We boarded our 2 dogs, a 9-year-old Puggle and 2 year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback, with Brigitt for a week while we went on vacation. Absolutely recommend! We left Nacho our 7 month old puppy with My House of Paws for an over night stay. We received pictures and updates on him, he was as happy as can be. We recently left our 2year old pup for 2 weeks while we traveled abroad. This is our first experience with boarding, after much research and tours of other facilities that we didn’t feel at all comfortable with me met Bridget. I immediately felt a connection with her, she is kind, caring and a true friend of animals. Her ranch is amazing first off and immaculate. All of my worry and concern with leaving my baby boy was lifted and we were able to feel at ease traveling. Our pup seemed to really enjoy himself and his time at “camp”. By the end of our conversation, I felt like we had known each other for years. Our visit to the facility confirmed our choice. Juliet and Dave, the Training Director / Doggy Day Supervisor, were welcoming and professional, and the facility itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and their care for our fur baby was evident. Throughout our trip, Juliet and Dave kept us updated with photos and videos of our dog, which was incredibly comforting and meant the world to us. Best handling class in So CA. Great training facility with knowledgeable accomplished dog savvy instruction. Showed trained my last pup here, debuted him and finished him in three weekends. In the summer I take my dogs here to swim and keep them in condition. My dogs love this place and the wonderful people who work here.

Briarcliff Pet Resort is by far the best boarding option in all of the Inland Empire. I have brought my dogs here for many years now and have nothing but good things to say about this incredible pet resort (it really is a pet resort). One thing that stands out is how clean their facility is. The manager there Juliet, one of the kindest people you'll ever meet, maintains high standards for keeping the resort clean, safe and orderly. Dave who does the training there is also a true professional at his craft. I did his training program with my super high-energy GSD and he taught me control and training techniques that were an absolute game changer. If you're looking for a top-notch, quality boarding and training pet resort, this is your place.

I took My dog to Briarcliff About 3years ago for the first time . He had a great time I was very happy with their services everybody there said they loved my dog. A year after that I took them again and same experience . I am a Disabled Proud Marine And my dog is a Marine Corps dog and has been a godsend to me. Nobody told me anything different. Now I call up and make a reservation and I get a call back from the manager Juliet and she tells me that the last time I brought my dog about 2 years ago she said that my dog was growling at certain attendants and not being cooperative. I never heard anything about this when I took my dog 2 years ago .Nobody said anything. What this lets me know is that they don't have the right people working there and I am glad that Juliet called me and let me know because I do not want to take my dog somewhere that they do not know how to handle dogs . My dog would not hurt a fly and I have had him for 4 years and he has never growled at anybody or anything. Anyway This Proud Marine definitely would not refer Briarcliff to anybody anymore because I obviously have no confidence in their services and I appreciate them Letting me know.

My dogs have always enjoyed their stays at Briarcliff Pet Resort. I found their updated booking system easy to use and appreciate the prompt response whenever I need to reach out for information. The dogs have always returned home in really good conditions and the photos I receive while they’re there are an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this facility to those looking to board their dogs in the Menifee area.

I’ve had my fair share of positive moments here, but unfortunately, the establishment has undergone significant changes. I began bringing my pet here around five years ago. It wasn’t my top choice, but its proximity to my home and reasonable pricing made it a convenient option. However, over time, it seemed as though they were actively trying to deter business. There are obvious staff shortages here, which seem to be confirmed by their, inconvenient operating hours and odd closure days. Could this be why they’ve implemented policies that appear to be designed to discourage customers? For example, many places allow pet owners to administer their own vaccines. I’ve been giving my pet the Bordetella vaccine for years, even documenting it with photos of the labels and bottles. Yet, they insisted that I couldn’t board there if I was handling my own vaccinations. Once things started to normalize post-COVID, I decided to have the vet give the bordetella vaccine. I attempted to schedule boarding for an upcoming vacation, only to be told I was calling too early and couldn’t book outside of a 60-day window. This was incredibly frustrating, as kennels in our area fill up quickly. After planning an expensive international trip, I really wanted the peace of mind of knowing my dog had a place to board. I marked my calendar to call back within the specified time frame. However, months later, when I finally made the call, I was informed that the owner no longer accepts Italian mastiffs at the kennel. I can’t say I was surprised, considering I hadn’t been able to get my dog in for the past few years. Sadly, this often happens when businesses have an abundance of customers… they no longer feel the need to provide real value. It’s disheartening that we were treated this way and then simply discarded. A more sensible management decision might have been to stop accepting NEW Italian mastiffs. Considering the breed’s average lifespan is only about eight years, and they’ve already been accommodating us for five, we could have continued for the next three before being turned away. Now, I will never support this business again, even when I get a different breed.

We boarded our two dogs with Briarcliff this last weekend and they were absolutely wonderful! Very professional and very caring! They took very excellent care of our fur babies! It was our first trip away from them in years and they made us feel very comfortable about the care they received while we were gone. We highly recommend them. The staff member who greeted us when we dropped off and picked up was phenomenal. So glad we found a place like Briarcliff to care for our fur babies when we are in need of a place to board. I can't say enough positive things about our experience.

I have been bringing my dog here for several months we go a few times a week and Rari absolutely loves it!! She gets so excited as soon as we pull into the long driveway that she does her little happy dance tail wag excited barks all the way to the door. She gets excited when she sees Brittany or Dave never sad when she is dropped off just excited to play with friends. We also took Dave's beginner class completed that then took the advanced/intermediate class. We both learned so much. Very happy with staff here.

Rebecca was recommended to me through local FB groups by multiple people, and I am so happy that I went with her to take care of my fur baby. I have a pitbull puppy, and she is so great with him. He LOVES going to Rebecca's. He gets so excited when we pull up, he knows he's going to get to see his buddies and run around and play. Rebecca is so attentive as well, she always reaches out in case of any concern just to check in with you. She also sends pictures and videos of your pups playing and it makes you feel so much better know they are just having a blast. Rebecca is super flexible and hasn't told me she booked up once, even though she always has a good amount of dogs staying with her when I bring my boy. I love that. I love that my baby gets to socialize and run and play. Rebecca's prices are also super reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a new pup nanny.

My pup and I absolutely LOVE this place. I have been taking him there for over 2 years now and I couldn't ask for a better sitter. I love the updates, pics, and videos of my baby boy playing with his pals. He gets so excited when he knows we are coming.
