We have been with All Under One Woof now for 19 years (since it opened) and have never regretted a day!! Our first 2 Labs went together for almost 14 years and our newest has just celebrated 4 years. I can honestly say that all 3 of them certainly preferred their daycare days over any other and would have their bags packed the night before when they knew they were spending a few nights at The Woof. You won't find anyone better than Susan that knows dogs and treats them like family, just like she does the dog owners. If you are looking for a trusting and loving place to take your dog to play or stay, you could not find a better place. Thanks for all you and your staff do for our pets and we look forward to many more years (as does Fran)!
My four year old Australian Shepherd has been going to All Under One Woof for three and a half years and we absolutely LOVE IT. She is a fantastic dog because of Susan and her staff!!!! Susan is a dog whisperer, she interviews all new dos so you know your dog will be safe. Annie just loves Page, Sami and Susan so much all three are so loving and caring to all the dogs. Every morning when I drop off Annie she can't wait to get there and she always gets greeting is hugs a love. I always know that she is going to have a fun and safe day. Susan, Page and Sami are like family!! We love them.
Susan and her staff are always going above and beyond for our dog. The place is always clean, smells clean and is always so welcoming. Our dog loves AUOW! We also love the nail cutting service so much so that we dont get our dogs nails cut at his groomer. See ya tomorrow ! Thank you for all that you do each and everyday!
Apparently one of our sons went to pick up our pup and did not put him on a leash -- which was a failure on our son's part. Instead of the owner, Susan, recognizing that it was a child who probably forgot she decided to get angry tell me that it was intentional and that I should quote "be a man". So if you enjoy working with a business that verbally assaults its customers I highly recommend!
We absolutely love All Under One Woof. It’s the best daycare I’ve found anywhere but especially in Oakland County.
Our labradoodle Henry loves AUOW and we do too! Dog loving staff and all day play for the pups. He's usually conked out for the rest of the night after spending the day there.
Our pups are part of our family, and we are so glad that we found All Under One Woof to take care of them. We have frequently used the Doggy Day Care for our pups with socializing and exercise (and to give us a break). We also have used their overnight services leaving our pups in their care while we were out of town. They do an awesome job here!
Our family loves All Under One Woof! Our dog loves to kennel there and go to daycare (as evidenced by his wagging tail which propels him thorough their door every time!) It is clean, upbeat and very evident that everyone that works there is knowledgeable, friendly and loves working with dogs. The owner is passionate about her canine crew and goes above and beyond to keep their tails wagging!
Never even stepped foot in the door. I scheduled an evaluation for my dog to attend daycare here - they cancelled last minute while I was on vacation and after I had already made arrangements with work. They cancelled via voicemail informing me they absolutely will not do an evaluation on a Friday - only Tuesday or Thursday between 11-1, this appointment had been scheduled two weeks prior at the time of cancelation. I can't speak for everyone, but if I could attend an evaluation appointment on a Tuesday or a Thursday during those hours, I most likely would not be seeking daycare for my dog throughout the week. Additionally, I was informed, also via voicemail, that my 5 month old Golden retriever was not allowed to attend daycare because she is too close to the 7 month cut off of which they require animals to be spayed or neutered. I find this absolutely ridiculous considering I told the first person I spoke with when I scheduled the evaluation, I would be more than happy to have her spayed before she turned 7 months old and that I already planned to do so. Maybe you'll take your dog here and it will be great - or maybe they'll notify you of an issue by leaving you a long winded voicemail. Either way their customer service sucks and I wouldn't bother.
My pup come home exhausted after a day at daycare. I love how they know each dog and let us know who she played with when we pick her up. Highly recommend!
