Amber has been such a blessing to me and my dog Jack the last few days. She was so patient and loving toward him. She was very sensitive to his anxiety and ended up earning his trust in a very short amount of time. He was excited to see her every day. Using Fetch! I have had to travel a bit over the course of the last few months and can’t always find someone to watch my two pups. I am SO lucky I found Fetch!!! Fetch! has been a life saver for my kitties and I!!! I used to bring them to a kennel which they hated everytime, until one of them got sick and I had to think of other options while we were away. My kitty recovered and I looked into pet sitters which I had never done before. Suzie accommodated our family within the same day after learning that our original car sitter is not able to care for our two cats during our vacation. Maria took care of our babies, updated us daily through pictures of how they are doing, and we felt peace of mind. Will definitely use them again when we travel! Updates: Suzie is AMAZING! She is taking care of our fur babies while we’re on an international trip. Even our reclusive cat who never likes anyone but us allowed Suzie to pet her. Suzie is so detailed and trustworthy. I can’t imagine having anyone but her care for our cats. I highly recommend fetch!

Suzie and her wonderful staff took care of our 3 dogs while we were away at the holidays. They were amazing. They took the time to get to know each dog and adjust to their particular needs—my senior girl wanting gentle pets and attention, while the younger energetic ones wanted their walks and playtime. They sent us pics and updates after every visit and really put my mind at ease. I would use Fetch again without hesitation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Suzie is the best! I have used her services several times this year to watch my dog Jasper. I feel safe leaving him in her care, she provides daily updates through the app which gives me peace of mind when I’m away. She even logs their walks, feedings and bathroom trips. Every time I pick him up from her care he is in a great mood, I can tell how well he was spoiled during his time with her. The boarding costs are a bit spendy but she is by far the best dog boarding option in Santa Clarita, I will definitely be utilizing her services in the future.

We've had to travel quite a lot over the last two years, and each time we relied on Fetch to care for our cat Chester. The daily photos and journals helped ease any concerns we had about needing to go away and leave Chester. We've used the service at least a dozen times; it's always been professional, reliable, and clearly the people who work with Fetch like pets. We're extremely grateful for Fetch and highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to put their pet in a kennel.

I found BCK about 2 years ago after one of my dogs was attacked at boarding. I decided no more daycare but a facility where my dogs had some space, care and did not interact with other dogs. I did try another place and my dogs came home stressed. But after the first time boarding at BCK they were very relaxed upon return. Every time I brought them they were excited and greeted Jessica and the crew with excitement. Aug was a brutal month for me workwise and they were boarded almost the whole month. It was great knowing they were being cared for and safe. I did get an email when they noticed the dogs were not eating like normal and they wanted to know if there was something they should do. I loved that they kept me informed and I told them it was probably stress and sure enough, it passed in a day or two. Unfortunately I won't be boarding there as I moved out of state, which is part of the reason they were there so much in August. I had a whole house to pack up. I want to thank everyone at BCK for the great treatment of Toby and Max! They will miss you guys and so will I!

We have been taking our dogs here for many years when our dogs were young and now old. Our dogs LOVE this place. The staff is extremely caring. They treat our senior dogs with love, kindness, patience, and compassion. They go above and beyond what other places provide. The owner is very knowledgeable about breeds and different temperaments. She has always been able to provide quality advice when asked. We love that they are constantly evolving. They keep learning new techniques and striving for ways to be better instead of sticking to old ways. We highly recommend them for boarding needs.

My boy LOVES coming to Bouquet Canyon Kennels. If dogs could speak, mine would say this is his second family and that he likes coming here more than hanging out at home. We do day boarding and overnight boarding anytime we have a vacation planned or if I’m traveling for work, since my dog cannot be left alone yet. I have a 18 month old GSP and he is wild and requires a lot of attention. Every time we pick him up he is so tired, which means he played hard and got lots of love. I refuse to take him anywhere else, especially since he has made so many friends coming here. We are so thankful for Jessica and her staff for taking such great care of our dog child! ❤️

We’ve been taking our German Shepherd here for a while now, she’s had several stays, everyone is so happy to see our dog, but more importantly our dog is happy to see them. Wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I have complete trust in the staff in taking care of my Lab. They care about my dog like she’s their own. When I drop her off for boarding I have no worries the rest of my day. Just love the staff Gina and Sadie

Owner takes no accountability for issues in their kennel. A good friends dog got his tongue sliced during grooming. Mistakes happen but the lack of professionalism this facility demonstrates is alarming. They refused to even comp the grooming or even to help with 1/2 of vet bill that resulted in the issue (he needed stitches). I’m unsure how they are still in business since numerous people have had bad experiences, specifically with a lack of proper emotional regulation & professionalism. Just be aware, if they are at fault for an injury or escape, they will not do their part in helping fix the situation. Hopefully they take it as a learning opportunity and it never happens again, for the sake of the animals

Great family owned and operated kennel. I could tell they truly took care of our dogs. After a 3 day stay, the family understood each of our 3 dogs personalities and remarked on behaviors. Most kennels aren't as aware of their visitors. Great communication too. When one dog had loose stool they emailed us immediately.

Top notch service!! We almost qualify as a Zoo, considering the amount and eclectic cast of animals we have in our family and Valley Pet Sitting handles them all incredibly! I cannot say enough good things about Valley Pet Sitting. We have used them for several years now to visit our cat, Mr. Pudds, whenever we travel and the service has been outstanding. We just returned from three weeks away, and each day we looked forward to the full report and photos we received to help us feel connected with our cat. In addition to the daily cleaning of the litter box and feeding and playing with Mr. Pudds, they brought in packages, brought up the trash cans, and watered the plants. We felt very grateful that our cat and our home was in such good hands. Many thanks!

We have been using Valley Pet Sitting for 5... maybe 6 years. They are the best. I really cannot state how comforted I am to have them take care of our cats and dog when we are away. I feel safe with them in my home as well. They are respectful, prompt, kind, easy to work with. A+ all around.

We have been using Valley Pet Sitting for the past 6 years and are very satisfied with their services. The pet sitters they send to take care of our kitties have always been cat lovers (which is essential!) and they follow our instructions to the T! We also find their prices very reasonable and their online portal easy to use. On a personal note, when my 16 1/2 year old cat died last year, I was too emotional to delete her as a pet from the online portal, and Sharon with Customer Service very kindly offered to do it for me. Those little touches mean a lot.

As a woman living alone with my young daughter, I take extreme caution with the people I allow into my home, especially in my absence. My two cats mean the world to my daughter and I, so it was no surprise that I have been apprehensive to take a getaway and leave them home alone. In researching my options, I came across VPS and talked to someone over the phone after reading through reviews on several different sites. They were so reassuring!! They completely understood how important my home and animals are to me and helped me every step of the way. I got detailed status reports after each visit and the BEST photos I have ever seen of my babies!! They are always fast to respond, even to the smallest of questions or even little comments about my visits. When I got back home, it was as if I had never left, everything was done as if I had done it, including not only my cats but by two fish tanks and several houseplants as well. Clean and tidy, no messes left behind and I'm pretty sure someone wiped down my countertops before organizing my mail in a neat pile! Very attentive to detail, and go above and beyond in their service. Unlike other companies, their office staff and pet sitters work together to make sure both you and your pet are taken care of. Other companies I looked into just send sitters alone and there is no one there to help them if there is an emergency! I highly recommend VPS to everyone with or without pets (they do home care too!) , if you are leaving on a vacation they are a must have option for assurance that everything and everyone at home is a-ok. We love VPS!

We have been really impressed and SO happy with how Vally Pet Sitting has taken care of our sweet kitty buddy when both of us are out of town. Our cat tends to have a lot of anxiety when both owners are not at home and has not done well with many sitters in the past. Vally Pet Sitting spends time with him, loving on him, caring for him and we have noticed a huge shift in out cat’s behavior when we come home from long trips. Highly recommend them! Their online booking is really easy too! Communicating and updating is seamless. We never feel out of the loop or unheard.

Reposting an old review, I still use VPS and will always use them forever! : I love this company! I've never used a pet sitting service before (I'm not trusting type and always used family/friends), but holidays and covid meant I needed to either hire someone to come to my home or board my two cats. I didn't want to board my little fur balls since that's stressful for them (one came from a shelter and has a fear of strangers/new places), so opted to hire Valley Pet Sitting for the two weeks I was out of country for Christmas/New Years. I'm so happy! They answered all my questions before signing up, they helped me figure out the app, price was reasonable, and super flexible when my plans changed (airline cancelled my flight so I had to change dates/flights). The sitters themselves were super friendly and definitely were animal lovers. I got daily pictures and a written updates (totally going to keep the cute photos of my kitties 😻). Everyday the cats got fresh food, water, clean litter boxes, and pets/cuddles. I liked how the sitters were able to gain the trust of the cats and one even jumped into their laps for cuddles. How cute! I'm definitely going to use this company again and I feel better knowing I can book them in future whenever I want to leave town for trips.

When it comes to taking care of my various fish tanks ranging from Fresh to Salt water, Plants, and Breeder tanks, Valley Pet Sitting Inc. is the most trusted choice. They are the only ones that can handle all the various conditions and feedings my fish need, and I know it will be done as well as if I had actually taken care of them myself! They kept me updated after every visit not only taking care of all my tanks, but also watered my plants, brought my mail and packages in, and took out the trash on trash day. I got pictures as well which were wonderful so I can see my fish!!! I highly recommend Valley Pet Sitting Inc. to everyone that needs peace of mind when they travel and I plan to go again in a few weeks and will be calling them.

I took my puppy Dottie to Paws Stay and Play for the first time being away from home. I really appreciated the cameras so I could have ease about my puppy's stay. I looked at her throughout the days. I had as much anxiety as, l think she had. Dottie was able to interact with other little puppies and seemed to enjoy herself every day we were out of town. I called daily to check on Dottie and I was given details of her day. The facility was clean and all staff are really nice and welcoming. I am glad, I now have a place for Dottie to engage with others while we are away. Thank you all for the care provided! Great job! Dottie says, hello and until next time!

We had them take care of our two frenchies, Tibby and Tabby. They had a some trouble with Tabby being snappy but they were able to get past that and took care of our dogs. I would say that they went above and beyond in taking care of our 2 precious babies. Special shout out to Roya for being patient with Tabby.

We are new to the Santa Clarita valley and just used Paws Stay and Play for the first time and they far exceeded any expectations. I was nervous because we have a big dog (90 lbs) and wanted to make sure he would get enough attention/supervision while we were away for 11 days. We paid for him to stay in a Presidential Suite and it was definitely worth the extra money. Naomie and Lars were frequently in contact with me via text and even FaceTimed me so I could see my dog while we were away (we were also able to check in on him through the cameras anytime we wanted). When our dog was in the play area with other dogs, there weren't too many packed in there (it was the perfect amount) and they were always supervised. Whenever Naomie or Lars were on their phones, it was because they were sending me photos/videos. I cannot recommend this place enough -- I haven't been able to find anything close to it in the SCV. They are attentive, professional, very clean (they request vaccination records for every dog before they can enter), and treat the dogs exceptionally well. It's a smaller doggy daycare so they always have enough people to pay attention to the dogs. If you're looking for a doggy daycare or somewhere to board your dog, I highly recommend Paws Stay and Play (trust me, I did research for weeks before we ended up choosing them as well as doing two walk throughs).

Our dog Boomer loved his boarding stay at Paws Stay and Play. We were out of town for a couple days but I could see through the cameras provided that he was being well taken care of at all times. There is also constant supervision during play time. Roya and her staff are accommodating, courteous, and professional; you can tell they love your pets just as much as you do. I will be choosing Paws Stay and Play for my dog's boarding and daycare needs from now on!

We searched so many places to leave our puppy including far out to even the Valley area and decided to finally trust and leave him for boarding at Paws Stay and Play. My wife and I were so glad and amazed at the care and love they put in for our puppy while we left for a week. The best part of this place is that you can see your dog through a mobile app 24/7! They keep the place very clean and safe and we couldn't be happier! We will definitely come back for our Saint to board if needed! Thank you!!!

Roya and her team are the best! This was mine and my family's first time here and we are VERY pleased. We left our 4 dogs while on vacation and had peace of mind knowing they were in great hands. Our girl Bailey stayed for 2 days at Paws Stay and Play for the first time and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, it was evident Bailey was in good hands. One of the features that put my mind at ease was the ability to view Bailey on cameras throughout her stay. This transparency allowed me to see firsthand how well she was doing and provided a reassuring glimpse into her day. The daily pictures and updates I received were great and they truly warmed my heart. The dedication of staff and their genuine love for animals was evident in every interaction and service provided. We are so grateful for Roya and everyone at Paws Stay and Play! They were extremely helpful in helping us figure out what vaccines he needed updated prior to his stay and also sent us videos while he was there. We have a high energy dog that needs a lot of fun and love, which is why she gets very excited when we pull into Paws Stay and Play. They take excellent care of her, we can watch the cameras when we miss her (super convenient), and she comes home with the best manners and energy depleted after a stay - you really can’t ask for more from a great boarding / day care!

Fantastic place with people who truly care. My dog has a lot of separation anxiety, but had to be boarded while we were traveling for the holidays. They took excellent care of her, even hand-feeding her since she was so anxious she wouldn't eat. They kept me constantly informed on how she was doing, and all the cameras were very helpful so we could check on her any time. Highly recommend!

I really want to acknowledge Hailey and entire team at F & F downtown. Our labradoodle Jack has stayed multiple times with these folks while we are out of town. Everyone is excellent and so professional which definitely puts my mind to rest! Alex, Barry everyone just the best. Aside from boarding , Jack is groomed here by Hailey! She is WONDERFUL ! I'm so glad I came across this place! I was a little nervous at first as this was our first time ever leaving our husky for a whole week. We weren't sure how she was going to react and we were afraid she was going to think we abandoned her or something. Well I was wrong! She had the best time and made new friends and she behaved so well! They sent me a picture of her every other day and would let me know how she's doing. When we picked her up it was almost like she never missed us! She came to say hi to us and wanted to go back inside to play with her new friends. Lol!! We will definitely bring her back next time we go to Southern Cali for vacation. Thank you Fur and Feathers for taking good care of Stormy! 💕

Had a last minute weekend trip pop up on a Friday morning, and having just relocated to Bakersfield from Michigan two months ago, knowing no one here yet to watch our dog Hank, we were in a bind. I called around and this location helped me right away with getting booked! My interaction with them on the phone immediately put me at ease. We’ve never had Hank boarded anywhere and I was very nervous dropping him off but the facility and staff were so great, it really eased my worries. He’s a little guy, so I get nervous leaving him anywhere but the staff let me know how well he played with the other small dogs. They do a great job grouping the dogs together based on temperament and size. I am so glad we have a trusted place in town to take Hank now, and I’ll be scheduling an appointment to get him groomed as well.

We've been taking our dog to Hailey for the past couple of years to get groomed, and we absolutely love her. The facility is always clean & the employees are always friendly. The prices are definetely reasonable. They also offer many other things like boarding and day care. Hailey always does such a great job with our baby Bandit. A lot of people refuse to work with huskys, but Hailey is always so sweet and patient with Bandit. I have told many people about this place, and I always refer people with pets to Hailey for grooming.

Fur and Feathers are nothing but AMAZING!!!! Just yesterday I took Oreo and Buttercup (owner/surrender) fur babies to get groomed. Their fur was so matted and tangled. They looked so miserable with all the fur. I dropped them off at 9:00am and picked them up at 1:00pm, when I saw them for the first time after their hair cuts and baths they look like totally different dogs, so happy and full of life!!!! Such an AWESOME transformation!!! I highly recommend Fur and Feathers !!!!! Their prices are very reasonable as well, not to mention the friendly and loving staff, they will treat your fur baby like family!!!

I have my two dogs in day care with Fur and Feathers and they love being there. I love the care they are given and the grooming is excellent. I have one high energy and one low energy dog and they both get what they want/need and come home tired, happy and ready for more. thank you guys for caring about my pets as much as I do.

Please support this wonderful place. The people treat our Emmie with such love and patience. Emmie was abused real bad before my husband found her. Emmie cant handle change and she has separation anxiety . But she loves this place. They have helped her to come out of her shell a bit. Emmie still has problems and we are trying to help her. She has alot of fear. But Fur and Feathers has really helped her to not be so afraid. She still has along way to go. But with the help of her favorite place to go to Fur and Feathers she maybe someday maybe will forget abt all the horrible things that was done to her. Thank you so much Fur and Feathers!!!!

We got a puppy just a few weeks before we had to go on vacation so we were freaking out thinking “Who is going to take care of her when we are gone?” So, we did some research, read the previous reviews, called them up made an appointment for a day care visit so our puppy could try out the place before we actually made the choice to use them for boarding... we all took a leap of faith and, we made THE RIGHT CHOICE! Kona, our puppy, was received with love and was cared for so well that we decided to leave her there for the whole week we were out on our vacation. They posted pictures on their Facebook page about her having fun with her new friends, they were on top of her the whole time and they gave her the medication she was prescribed for a stomach ache she had. When we picked her up, our puppy looked like she didn’t miss us at all, our puppy made new human friends and furry friends and she was so happy. Now, we take her to day care every day so that she can see her friends and play all day while we are at work and when we pick her up she’s tired and takes a nice nap in the car... the next day she knows her routine and she’s happy to go back to day care. The staff is great, they already know her and they are all so nice to her. They keep track of her progress, let us know how she did during the day, accommodate any needs we have and just over all take care of her like we would at home. We highly recommend this place because simply dogs don’t lie, Kona comes home happy every day!

The staff were very kind and professional. They were extremely approachable and understanding of multiple calls to check in. However, I will not be going back because I do not feel like they had the knowledge to care for my bird, and I'm sure my pet had a horrible time. My first concern was upon arrival; my bird was to stay in a loud room with bigger, louder birds. Also in the room was a loud (small, yappy) dog, who's pen area was immediately adjacent to my trembling pet bird. I asked if the dog was going to be there the whole time, and they said "We can move him if you'd like?" and I said yes please! I got a well-intentioned email from the staff about halfway through the stay, with a picture of my pet and a caption to indicate that he is loving it there and is doing just fine. The picture was of my bird at the top corner of the cage, feathers puffed, trying to keep distance from the phone/camera that was taking the picture from INSIDE the cage. An experienced person would know not to intrude on his space. I came back a few days later to pick up my bird, only to find that the SAME DOG is still RIGHT next to his cage, barking incessantly! I asked if the dog had been housed right here this whole time and he said yes, and this employee was not aware of the concern about the dog I shared with the employee I had spoken to when I dropped off my bird! I immediately scooped up my bird to console him and get him to stop shaking, and I left without another word, NEVER wanting to come back. It's safe to assume my bird was so scared for several days and nights, and this suspicion was confirmed when my bird took two days to come out of his cage and start behaving normally. They are nice, well-intentioned people who clearly love all pets, but my assessment is that they need to follow through with what they promise clients, and to learn about bird behavior/etiquette. I have attached the photo they sent me. As you can probably tell, the camera is inside his cage, he is keeping his distance, his cheek feathers are puffed up, and his head is dead-on facing the 'threat' (camera) ready to bite, instead of head to the side to curiously eyeball the camera. You can also see the dog I asked them to move in the background!

Just got home from vacation, using Fun Fur U for the first time. Kim and Kendall let us know what was happening at every visit. Dogs are very happy and house looks great. Very impressed, and we'll be using them from now on. Great service at a great price. Thanks ladies !!!

Kimberly has provided our family with expert care over the last 10 years! We have used her team for both short trips and long trips and never worry when we’re away from our pets. Our dog has special needs and anxiety and Kimberly is amazing with her. She creates a meal calendar with every detail regarding our pets’ preferences. She sends texts and pictures at every visit and leaves a log with times and notes. I recommend Kimberly for anyone! But especially those with pets who have special needs, medications or anxiety.

We want to share our experience with Fun Fur U-In home Pet Care. Kimberly has been taking of our pets for many years!! We had five babies, 2 dogs and 3 cats and she watched our cats when we went on a vacations. Also our dogs when we were gone all day. She is so caring and I loved it when she would put on funny/cute hats on our pets and send pictures. I loved it!!! I’m one of those pet parents that don’t leave their pets with ANYONE!!!! I know my animals are in GREAT hands and I’m very confident they will be taken care of. Sadly we lost our 5 babies over the last 2 years and she was there to help even when they were elderly and ill. Austin is a diabetic and she administers his insulin and monitors him for symptoms. She send pictures and provides written documents for your records. Kimberly and her staff at FunFurU Petsitting are hands down the best pet sitting team within the Antelope Valley! I had a challenging work assigment which required me to travel to Oklahoma city nearly every other week for about a year and a half and I knew that even though the job sucked, my lovely fur kids Joey and Maddie were well cared for and loved while I was away. Kimberly sends daily photos when she visits where it was obvious my kitties were thouroughly enjoying the love and attention Kimberly provides, but also had the secondary effect of lifting my spirits while I was away. I cannot recommend her enough!

I found Kimberly to be a caring and professional individual when she took on the insulin injections for our "adopted" Yorkie. I needed to be out-of-state and my husband is not medically able to do these injections. Kimberly entered our home showing love and attention to all 3 of our dogs who loved having her around. She then performed the injection twice a day for 7 days and additionally spent time with my husband to give him a little attention as well. I truly appreciated her attention to detail, her commitment to quality of service and care, as well as her positive attitude. I will continue using her in the future as needed.

Kimberly has been taking care of my boys (shar peis) for years. KIMBERLY is simply the best. She goes out of her way to ensure they are well taken care of. I would recommend Fun Fur U for anyone that will not accept anything but the best for their pets. It takes stress off you and them when you have to go away. I am completely convinced that you can find no one else that will care for your pets like she does.

I don't know what I would do without Fun Fur U. I travel a lot and am always comfortable knowing they will care for my cats and dog as if they were their own. The short report and cute photo that comes with each visit makes me feel closer to home. We have been taking Cooper to Green Doggie Boarding for years. This is his home away from home and he loves going here. Denise is the best! She treats every dog like her own personal pet. Her dad Alan will take your dog on a hike if you like and your dog can swim in the pool. Also plenty of treat-o's for the pups. We never have to worry when we are on vacation that Cooper is getting the best care!

Denise is amazing, flexible, communicative, caring, attentive, professional, responsive and easy. We booked last minute and although she was already full she made room for our American Bully. We have just switched from our old kennel to Green Doggie. Our first experience from a three day weekend was great! Our Golden Sandy came back clean, happy and full of energy! This is something that we have never seen before! Denise and Alan at Green Doggie took Sandy in to their home and treated him like a member of their family. With regular walks, swimming and lots of attention Sandy came home a truly happy camper! We plan to use Green Doggie from now on.

This was the first time leaving our 15 month old lab while we went away. We are new to the area and had always left her with family before. Our lab Dixie had such a WONDERFUL time, I don't think she wanted to come home with us. We love that at Green Doggie Home Boarding, the dogs feel like they are at home. What a fabulous alternative to traditional dog boarding places. My dogs were treated like part of the family and made many "doggie" friends while they were there. I loved it that I could see photos of them posted almost daily on the website. This really helps to minimize any anxiety I might have about leaving my dogs with a stranger. Thank you to Denise and her family for making my dogs welcome at their house. And it was particularly wonderful that I could pick up my dogs the evening I got home - even though it was late. You cannot do that with other places !

I recently had a trip to Sacramento for the weekend. I called and checked different Boarding facilities in the San Fernando Valley area. Most of the boarding house keep your dog in cages or kennels. I have a 1year old,Titan German Shepherd and large size. When I called Green Doggie Home, Denise answer and gave info about her place. She gave me a tour of her house and sleeping rooms for the dogs, IHIGHLY RECOMMEND it.she has a big yard house. Denise and her father take the dogs out to the park and local hiking Trails. Our German Shepherd, Varda is an entergetic 15 month old. After her first day at Green Doggies, I could tell we had made the right decision. When I picked Varda up after her first day of play and hiking at Green Doggies, she was tired and clearly very happy. One her second day, she was already barking excitedly when she recognized the neighborhood. Denise asked all of the right questions about Varda when we dropped her off. Her facility is super clean and safe. When we are visiting in LA, Varda will be at Green doggies when she is not with us.

Sara with Paws and Co is the only company and sitter that we trust with our pups. The communication is constant, we get pictures often; we trust her unequivocally. No better place to trust your beloved pups than Paws and Co, Sara is the best!!!!

Sara has truly been a life saver for me and my girls. She sends me pictures while I'm away, of my girls having fun and getting some cuddles. My mind is at piece when I'm at work and I know Sara will be coming by to walk, feed, and cuddle them. Would recommend 100%

Sarah was absolutely awesome. I had left my kitten at home for a small vacation to visit a location of totality during the 2017 eclipse this past week and needless to say I was worried sick the day I left. I bought a Nanny cam that brought me footage from where I was at but the signal was bad. Sarah made sure to give me daily updates so that I could know Nova was safe. One day in particular, my cat had knocked over a large framed picture off of my fireplace that I had totally forgotten to put aside in another room while cat-proofing my house before the trip. Glass got everywhere! When I told Sarah she came to the rescue, cleaned up the glass, placed the artwork back on the mantle, and checked my kitten's feet for any glass! I definitely recommend PawsNCompany!

I can not express how happy I am that I found this company! I work unpredictable hours and travel often. It was hard because I was forced to board my English Bulldog, and sometimes wouldn't get to see him when I arrive late at night because of the boarding hours. Not anymore...I fully trust Valarie, The first couple of days I watched her closely on the Nanny cams, who wouldn't right, but now, she has a spare key and her own alarm code to take care of my Dog WHENEVER I need it! I can call her last minute and she never fails me! She really goes the extra mile, she not only feeds and walks, but she will give him his vitamins, wipe out his kennel, check the home temp so he doesn't overheat and set up fans if needed, and even towel bathe him so he doesn't get itchy skin!! I highly recommend these ladies, such a wonderful and caring team. I hope they never ever go away!

I am so glad that I found this company. Valerie took excellent care of my cats. It is hard for me to leave them with just anyone. She went above and beyond and made sure that they were well taken care of.

I had brought my dog here while I had to travel for work for 4 days. Got back and picked him up and nobody mentioned anything about my dog being injured. The second I got home I realized my dog had a huge cut where the skin was actually hanging off of his nose that was packed with dirt. To me personally it looked like a dog bite due to the size and it being a half circle. I called and was told they had put him in a kennel that another dog had chewed up so there were sharp areas and they noticed him multiple times sticking his nose through where it had been chewed. then why didn't you move him to a different kennel??? Or cover that spot????? There is also no way they didn't hear him crying with how badly he was injured. It has now been over 2 weeks since we picked him up and the huge skin flap finally fell off and now my young dog is going to have a ginormous scar across his face because of the negligence of this business. If you love your animal, do not bring them here! Pictures start with the day we picked him up to yesterday when the skin fell off. The scar is going to be huge and is cover a lot of his face.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!! Minus Zero stars! This place should not be in business and should be investigated!! My dogs contracted Kennel Cough on their first and LAST stay. Unfortunately our only boarding place Fur and Feather Mill Creek pet resort had no availability and had to take them here but it’s a mistake I will NEVER do again. Employees and manager Tracy do not care! They have washed their hands with the waver that is signed upon drop off. My pets are my family and I cannot believe this business has the audacity to say they have never had a kennel cough case within all their years of business. They have no protocol in place for situations like this. I also plan on taking further action on this matter.

ZERO STARS! Do not take your pet here under any condition! We boarded our dog here because our favorite kennel, Fur & Feathers, had no availability. Our dog was here for 1 week and he was very healthy when we brought him here. We informed them that he does have a collapsed trachea and occasionally coughs when he gets excited, which is not a sickness. Upon picking him up, he came home with bloody diarrhea and SEVERE kennel cough. He was having trouble breathing when we picked him up and we immediately took him to Animal Emergency that evening. He was diagnosed with SEVERE KENNEL COUGH and bloody stool. He was given a shot, prescribed an antibiotic, and was given Panacur and Fortiflora for his stomach. He is also on cough tabs and canine aspirin. It has been 36 hours and he is not better at all. The OWNER is rarely at the kennel, according to the staff of 2 college aged girls. I made 3 phone call attempts, but the owner was never available. Finally, I made a trip back down to the kennel. The girl upfront called the owner for me to speak with. I spoke with the owner over the phone today. I was hoping she would be sympathetic to our situation, but that was the opposite of what happened. She was demeaning, accusing, arrogant, and wouldn’t hardly let me talk. I guarantee she will comment on this with an arrogant and disrespectful response, with 100 reasons why she is right and I am wrong. I am sickened by this whole experience. Please do not use this business, unless you also want a $357 vet bill, a very sick pet, and terrible customer service from the owner. Paws & Claws please remember the value of your customers feelings and concerns. You completely shut me down and tried to overpower my voice. It’s sickening… we of course will never return. Save yourself a massive headache and go somewhere else.

I love this place they help me and my dog when he was very very ill a few years ago and they have several payment options as far as the bill is concerned.

Best resort for my fur baby! The staffs are so sweet and always welcome my dog with big smiles. Another best thing is that they upload pictures of dogs and show how much fun they have there.

I’ve boarded my basset hound Kingston at Paws & Claws Pet Resort a few times & it’s a great place to take your pets, very clean & updated facility. I boarded him for a week & was worried about the longer stay, but the staff was great about giving updates when asked & I love the Paw Partner photo updates where you can actually see your pets play time & that they aren’t just stuck in a crate, they actually get attention, exercise, & play time. I will continue to be using Paws & Claws Pet Resort for my future boarding & day care needs!

My puppy loves this place, so I love it too. I've boarded her and also dropped her off for daycare. She's definitely opened up more and socializing with other dogs. Each time I drop her off she can't wait to get back there to play. Whatever toys or items I drop her off with, always make it back home. Staff post pics in their portal and respond to messages, they make check in and pick up a breeze. Highly recommend.

My two pups had their first ever boarding experience here. They seemed very happy when we came to pick them up after being away for 2 nights. I will definitely use them again for boarding… only bummer I would say is I sent them with 2 benebones to keep busy in the kennel and they came home without them. I always see posts of dogs during their stay and was hoping to see some of mine or emailed pictures but I didn’t receive anything. Other than that, I’m happy with the service. Thanks ladies!

Paws and Claws Pet Resort is the absolute BEST! I love their care for our paw babies & you can watch for photos on their site while you are gone - I also love seeing all of the dogs playing and smiling on their videos! Thank you for opening in this town - so needed :) 10 star Resort!!

Edit 12/7/22: We've taken our dog back a few times, and I think Charlie (different Charlie than the other review) is more excited to be dropped off than to be picked up. Very happy to have found this place! I'm not sure if my Yelp review will show up here, but the short version is that the people are great, the facility is still being finished but is already very good, and they clearly care about the dogs and their dogs' families. We may take our dog back for a day or half day just to hang out, he seemed to like it there so much!

We highly recommended this kennel. They treat our dogs very well here. Our dogs seem very relaxed and happy when we pick them up. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you all for taking such good care of our babies.

We needed a place for our dog, Chibs, to stay for a few months and Sczyr's Kennel & Cattery did an amazing job. Not only did they care for my dog, but they opened up their hearts to him and really went above and beyond to provide a service not only for myself, but for Chibs, as well. The dogs at Sczyr's Kennel & Cattery have plenty of room to move around; inside runs are provided(with heating) and these are connected, via a small door, to an outside run, where your dogs can lounge about and even socialize with their canine neighbors. Exercise is provided for an additional, but reasonable fee; there's a huge yard where your dog can run about the grass, in the sun. Most importantly, the people working here clearly care about you and your dog's needs and really take the extra step to ensure your peace of mind and your dog's comfort. Overall, amazing staff, top notch facility and extraordinary service is the mark of Sczyr's Kennel & Cattery. And I'm not just saying that. I will definitely be back, should the need arise. Thanks again for everything, guys!

I showed up, unannounced, to drop off shot records for my dog, and was able to see the place. The dogs were in huge runs and the place was clean. None of the dogs seemed in distress. The staff was nice and welcoming. I left my dog during fourth of July and I asked how they were going to manage the anxiety. They said they have the dogs inside, and play music for them. When I picked up my dog they gave me updates on how she did and all staff came to say goodbye to her. It made me feel like they took time to care for my dog. My dog was happy and healthy.

We've been using Sczyr's for 1.5 years now for our dog and she loves it. They take good care of her and are inexpensive!

As they have for many years, they once again went above and beyond in the service that they provided in getting my poor neglected dog back in easy on the eyes shape and have given her some much needed comfort.

I had boarded my dog here before but when I picked him up today. His eyes were all funky and he’s weak. He’s walking wobbly. I’m praying he bounces back but not sure at this point

Excellent experience all three visits to the kennel. The first visit was a week long. The other two times, we put the dogs in the kennel overnight when we stay with family as we travel to and from Arizona. We have peace of mind knowing that the dogs are safe and well cared for.

The employees here are so good to our pets when we go away and cannot take them with us. Our dogs are happy to see them and never act strange when they get home which assures us that they are very well taken care of. Our doggies home away from home!

I had mt little snouzer pup here in Sept of 2009, told me that she would have plenty of space to sun, and taken for walks three times a day. When I returned to pick her up (unexpectedly) I found her to be in a small carrying kennel. When I asked the owner about she said the weather was bad and it was for security, it was overcast but not dangerous. I was pretty ticked, $20.00 a day and put in that small kennel.

Fabulous Owners and place They take such great care of my Australian Cattle dogs everytime they stay. I have used them for more than 10 years now. They have done all the training of my babies as well.

Good convenient service and the people are very caring understanding knowledgeable people and my dog Love's them he gets excited when they come to pick him up or when we get there to drop him off and my dog does not like most people
