When a company does wrong by an individual, and consistently reoffends them without any type of apology, for me that truly shows the underlying heart of the company. I am truly disgusted by what you have been and continue doing. You should be ashamed of yourselves for using and abusing people, especially those who tried to help when times were difficult for you. Truly shameful.

We absolutely love Dog Resorts! The care our dog received was excellent – Honcho was always happy and well cared for. The team has always supported and helped us over the last two years, especially in the moments when we needed it most. It was a great relief to know that he was in such good hands. The time Honcho spent there was full of joy for him and we are grateful for the loving care. We will miss Dog Resorts very much, and especially Honcho will never forget her! Lia has been at the Dog Resort Bern twice a week for several months now. Dog, owner and master are totally thrilled! It's really sweet and speaks for itself - how happy the dog is when it goes towards Huta and we notice that contact with other dogs is extremely valuable and important (who can offer their dog extensive contact with other dogs every day? ..)! We perceive the team to be very competent, flexible and responsible. Thank you for existing!

I highly recommend Dog Resort! My dog receives excellent care here and his individual needs are always taken into account. It's a joy to see how happy and content he always is. A place where you can leave your dog without any worries, as the team has the necessary knowledge and experience to take the best care of the dogs. The entire team is incredibly friendly and not only fulfills the wishes of the dogs, but also those of their owners. The offer is simply outstanding - I am convinced that you cannot find a better place for your furry friend. Every dog is in the best hands there.

DANGER! Biggest rip off I had a very bad experience with this kennel. In my opinion, it's a complete rip-off - my dog didn't feel comfortable there at all, which I noticed immediately the second time I dropped it off. He refused to go in. The carer had to pull/force him inside. Unfortunately, since I had to go to work, I had no choice but to give my dog away for a second day. I then got off work as quickly as possible to pick him up. He then wanted to withdraw from the contract on the grounds that he was not feeling well. The answer to this: "I'm sorry to hear that, but according to our terms and conditions we have a notice period of 1 month at the end of each month." It's a shame that the dog's feel-good factor doesn't seem to play a role here - you just want to make money! Goodwill seems to be a foreign word in this company. My tip to avoid this rip-off when you hand over the dog: do not sign a binding contract with this company or have your dog do two trial days, because the second time you hand it over to the company you can see whether your dog feels comfortable or not not. Unfortunately, I fell into the trap and now have to pay for 2 months for something I never used (7x 59.- for the day place and 2x 19.95 for a Beauty Plus, nail trimming and grooming = CHF 452.90). All in all, I cannot recommend this dog boarding facility to anyone. So stay away!

Jacqueline has been amazing with our two elderly cats! Living in different places, we had various cat sitters over the years and Jacqueline is definitely the best we had so far. She spends time and plays with our cats and even brings toys around to keep them entertained, which they enjoy very much (and they definitely expect much more playtime now :-) ) Our cats are much more relaxed when we return - and so are we because we know Jacqueline takes good care of them. She also sends regular picture updates so we know how they are doing. I very highly recommend her!

Jackie is a great Petsitter. She was very nice to my cat and overall provided a good service.

Jacqueline lovingly looked after our cats for ten days and demonstrated her exceptional competence and professionalism. When we first met her, it was clear how expert and committed she is. Her care not only included feeding and cleaning the litter box, but also a variety of games for our cats. She implemented this in a wonderful way. Hello My name is Suki and Jacqueline feeds, plays with and does everything else I need. The care has now been extended several times... luckily for my wife and me it's not a problem for Jacqueline. Carina, our 3-year-old dog, has been going to the dog daycare once a week for more than two years. She also spent a short vacation there. We couldn't ask for a better place and shelter than with Tane and her team. They look lovingly and very kindly to Carina. In addition, it is very clean and tidy and the dog groups are carefully "put together" so that they are with dogs that also match their personality. We can highly recommend Tane and team.

Our somewhat insecure four-legged friend feels very comfortable with Tane! Be this on individual days in the day camp, but also during a longer holiday stay. Bright, friendly and clean dog rooms, a large run in a safe and familiar environment. Loving and competent care from Tane and her family. Contact with Tane is always uncomplicated and reliable. Regular stays with Tane had a very positive impact on our furry friend's socialization deficits. We can warmly recommend it :-)

I experienced the same thing with my dog as Jan Locher. I had to put my dog in a separate room to fill out the paperwork for half a day. After an hour when I was back home the woman called because the dog was barking. !! I explained to her that he would have to get used to the environment. After another hour she called again and asked me to get the dog immediately, it wasn't working, he was restless and barking. I explained to her that I was still looking after the twins and would be with them at 8 p.m. She then threatened me that she would call the veterinary office and hand the dog over there. I was so shocked by this behavior and reaction, grabbed the 2 children and took the train from Friborg to Thörishaus to pick up my dog after a 2 hour stay. I've never experienced anything like this before. My circle of friends, all of whom have dogs, were very shocked at the behavior of these people. I've had dogs for over 25 years and occasionally put them in a boarding house, but I and my friends have NEVER experienced anything like this. A very special animal boarding house.

Great dog shelter. Tane and family are always very friendly, professional and helpful. My dog loves going to Tane's after-school care center and he is always well looked after. I definitely recommend it!

Highly recommended. Although we can actually look after our dog ourselves, we regularly give him to Villa Sabberlatz. The contact with the other dogs is extremely good for him. The whole team takes such great care of our darlings. No matter what race, gender or size. With their experience they give the best for our dogs every day. They are competent and always friendly. They always find a solution if an unplanned incident occurs or respond individually to the dogs and their needs. The male dogs do not necessarily have to be castrated.
