We left our baby Parker for 10 days and I knew he was in very good hands. I would get pictures of him everyday playing, napping and even getting vacuumed (he sheds a lot!) I’ve left my dog at a daycare franchise before and after 2 nights he would come back home sick and stressed from the amount of dogs they usually have; but not with Paw Pals! They always have a clean space for our pets and it seriously feels like a second home for our fur-babies. I loved how much they cared for Parker and will definitely go back on our next trip!

We have found our new pet home for our travels! Caring, communicative, clean, responsive, attentive. I think my cat was spoiled and probably can't wait to go back, but that's okay by me! My daughter LOVED that the owner would send photos whenever she wanted one, as she missed our kitty very much! I also love supporting a single-parent small-business owner.

We had a great experience with this business! We have two small YorkiePoos that we don't trust with just anyone, and yet we don't have anyone who can care for them in our home. Dia worked out perfectly! I knew the minute I met her and she showed me around her house that she is serious about caring for pets. Her house is completely pet-proofed, and she has a gorgeous and secure backyard. She is also strict about things like vaccinations, which we appreciated. We have boarded our dogs twice in the past. One loves stimulation and playing with other dogs, but the other is overwhelmed if there are too many other dogs and would always come home utterly exhausted. Not so with Dia. When they stayed with her for 10 days, they came home completely relaxed! Her daughter is a bonus - she loved on our dogs like they were her own, and they loved her. We loved the photos and updates Dia sent and the clear communication about drop off and pick up. We've already booked with her for our next trip. Highly recommend.

I took my cat, Donut, to Paw Pals and I will never go anywhere else!!! This is a home away from home for your pets. There is so much thought and care that goes into the space created for your cat to enjoy. For someone like me, I also appreciate the fact I get photos and updates on how my cat is doing. I highly recommend taking your animal to Paw Pals over a large boarding place if you want your animal to have the attention and care it deserves while it is away from their comfort. Dia at NKY Paw Pals took the best care of our dogs Charlie and Nova when she miraculously was available at the last minute after our previous dog sitter canceled. I was worried that the pups were going to be anxious or overactive since they've never been to a sitter, but they didn't have a single issue and even made some new friends during their stay! NKY Paw Pals made our travels so much more relaxing knowing that our babies were getting the attention and love they need while we were away. I can't thank Dia enough for the care she provides, and I'm looking forward to booking future trips knowing she'll be there for our dogs!

Brandon did a great job with our two cats! It was such a relief knowing they were well taken care of while we were away for a long weekend. They usually hide for most people, but even came out for some play time with him! We arrived home to happy kitties with clean litter boxes and plenty of food and water. Brandon was so nice to sweep up litter and even wash the food bowls, not to mention taking out trash and bringing the trash container back into the garage after pick up! We also really appreciated his updates with photos to know they were doing great! Brandon is a wonderful pet sitter who is great with animals and pays attention to the little details! We will definitely use him again whenever we need a sitter, and would recommend to anyone in the area!

Brandon is the best! He always goes above and beyond for my senior citizen cat and I often come home to my apartment looking more tidy than it was when I left, even though it’s not expected. He’s able to inject my lil bud with sub-q fluids to treat his kidney disease. He always sends pics and status updates. Brandon clearly loves his job and is super sweet to my lil dude. He was even able to come visit on Christmas/eve. 10/5 stars!

On Point Pet Resort is a great place to bring my cat. The staff is wonderful and take a lot of time caring for my Stella. I love seeing the good morning, play time and good night post. I board my cat for 9 nights twice a year while I am on vacation. It’s comforting to know she is well cared for❤️

Absolutely love this place! Everyone on staff is extremely friendly, and it’s always clean when I come in. My Penny girl may be shy but I’m happy she can have some interaction with other dogs and people while I’m at work. Really affordable and great place for your pets!

We have been using On Point Pet Resort since they opened and we wouldn't take our dog Nikita anywhere else, she loves it there. The staff are so friendly and they know her by name. They take such great care of our girl. It's easy to see how much they love the animals. I love the way they post pictures while she is staying there, gives us a great way to check on her everyday. It's so nice to know that Nikita is safe and taken care of when we are away.

We love On Point for boarding our dog when we are out of town. They truly care about the dogs and it’s nice how many times they let them outside. We enjoy seeing the pictures they post online everyday too!

These folks are the best. I use them for boarding, grooming and doggy day care. Prices are very reasonable, the staff is amazing with the dogs, and it is clean and safe environment. Love that they post pics of our Brody on Facebook while we are away! Brody loves running with the pack in doggy day care. Drax, Loki, and Chase are his usual crew he hangs with. He used to be non-aggressive dog shy, and the day care has tapped into his instincts, and he now has a pack! Love this place. Recommend to anyone for all your pet needs!

I would highly recommend On Point to any pet parent! We boarded our dogs there and they received the best care. Staff was helpful and ready to answer any question I had about the boarding process. They also post pictures of your animals so you can “check in” on them while you’re away. Affordable and you can tell they love on your babies!

Another great experience here. I hate to board my puppy because she seems to get so traumatized every time we have to. This was a last-minute situation where a friend had to cancel. What a GREAT place!! From getting registered to pick up, everyone was very friendly. Most importantly, my puppy is fine this morning. Amazing job!

I have 3 dogs that love going to on point! The first day the went they were just a little nervous but that staff was extremely friendly. The second time we took them they took off to the play room and didn’t look back! That’s when I knew we were at the right place. They also do cute holiday parties and the crafts they bring home are adorable! We love OPPR🐾

This was first time boarding our new dog and I’m so glad we happened to choose PetSuites! The staff were so kind and professional, the facility was spotless, and the care was above and beyond. We plan to use the daycare option in the future as our girl had an absolute blast during playtime. She’s still pooped from having the best time!

Dakota loves spending time at Petsuites. She's always super excited the closer we get to the building, runs straight to the door to go inside and loves all of the staff that greet her. She plays so hard while at day play that when I pick her up, she falls asleep on her ride home and then lays down for a nap when we get inside. I love knowing that my baby is well cared for at Petsuites.

I 100% recommend and trust PetSuites with my dog. Their staff and facility are top-notch. Recently, while I was on vacation, my dog had to go to urgent care while being boarded (due to something unrelated to his stay at PetSuites). Sarah from PetSuites immediately notified me of the situation and, after getting my approval, rushed him to the urgent care center. She kept me updated with photos, texts, and calls, and was incredibly supportive and kind throughout the entire ordeal, for which I was very appreciative. I can’t thank Sarah and the entire PetSuites Erlanger team enough for the exceptional care they provided my dog during that time and every time I’ve boarded him there. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This location is great. I only use them occasionally, but the caregivers are very friendly and answer all my questions. My boy dog is a "people dog." I love that they offer the option to have individual play time with him so he's not stuck in a kennel ALL day. My girl dog is afraid of strangers, but she seems to warm up to them after a while. The kennels are bigger than most of the places I saw when searching other daycare/boarding facilities. I was going somewhere else and my dogs were showing signs of being afraid to go in. I don't know why, but I didn't like it. So I switched to this facility and they no longer show fear of going inside. Always trust your dog!!

This place is top notch! They love your dog like their own. Everyone from dog training to day play does a great job! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! Chessie always comes home happy and well exercised! She is always going on and on about how much fun she had at day play with all of her doggie friends! She is always telling her BIG brother Liam about all the fun that she had!!!

Gemma has been going to Petsuites in Erlanger for over 10 years. She not only loves playtime with the other dogs, she also loves the people that work there. It’s a good feeling when I leave her there that she is in great hands.

My dog was healthy before I sent her here. After 7 days, she came back with some kind of eye virus. I immediately took her to the vet, and the vet said it was serious and could cause implication had I waited longer. Compared to Doggie Paddles in Florence, this PetSuites charges more per night yet has smaller playgrounds. It also asks for more kind of vaccination proofs yet fails to keep viruses from going rampant. Why did no one at the facility notice a dog with an unusual red eye??! We noticed the eye immediately when picking her up. Yet, they still had the audacity to ask us for tip!!

Pet Suites was very accommodating and friendly. Our fur baby enjoyed herself, she hasn't stopped talking about her week ( we all know our pets talk to us). Thank you for making us feel comfortable leaving her. She'll be back.

We used Pet Suites in Erlanger for our two puppers and it was wonderful! Our dogs have not been boarded before so I was a little nervous for them and myself ( as a somewhat helicopter dog mom). They did wonderful. Not only did they enjoy the stay( albeit a little fearful because it was a busy weekend for the facility), but I received updates on their wellbeing/ behavior 1-2 times a day. It was very comforting and very appreciative. I definitely recommend!!

The owner has gone above and beyond for our family and our furry friends. We have been clients for two years and have always experienced quality care for our dogs. In fact, my dogs get just as excited going to his building as when going to the park. This week, after having behavioral issues with one of our dogs that is a difficult breed, he cared for us and our pet like family while also providing expert advice and guidance. We highly recommend South Paws.

We are first time dog owners and were in search for a dog groomer. Jeff is excellent! Very down to earth and treated our pup very well! We highly recommend South Paws K-9!

I brought my dog in for a bath and nail trim. While he was there I received a call saying that there was an accident. My dog got a pretty bad cut on the back of his neck. I understand accidents happen but when I got him home I noticed his ear looked bruised and his eye was bloodshot. I never received a call from the groomer checking on my dog. The cut was pretty bad that I thought I was going to have to bring him to the Vet for stitches. I paid $25 for the service and because of all the blood my dog needs another bath. I will never go back to that groomer! I do have pictures just couldn't figure out how to post them.

I've been taking our dogs to South Paws K-9 for a good 15 years. Great prices, great work, great guy, and always on time!! Jeff, I'll be calling next week to get service pup Sunny back in to see ya!

Boarding? Beware! The owner seemed nice and accomadating but upon arrival, he was not there and the staff did not ask for anything and just took the dogs back and I had never been there before and had to repeatedly ask what information they needed from me until she finally took my name and number on a whiteboard.. which wasn't still on there at pickup. At drop off they took all their things back to the back room but at pickup they couldn't find their belongings, food, bowl, blanket, leashes, etc so I had to walk back there and find them not with my dogs or near them but in randomly scattered places and even under things in an UNconditioned facility where the dogs are kept in chain link stalls. The front had ac so I had no idea they did not have it where the dogs were and they did not disclose that and with outside temperatures over 90 degrees! I had also requested they stay together as the younger dog has separation anxiety and is comforted by the other dog and they were separated when I got there and the staff did not know which dogs were mine not even by their name. My dog also has swollen open blisters around his mouth that were not there and is entirely hoarse probably from the anxiety of them being separated. I noticed their urine was very dark at pickup and I had to give them over a gallon of water which is not normal for them and they drank it so fast like they hadn't had it in their lifetime.To make matters worse, both dogs had orange diarrhea and smelled like they had been laying in urine for days. Without a call to see if I was okay with a bath if they had an accident for being left too long for a potty break. And it gets worse-One had blood dripping out of his butt immediately after pickup both in the stool and just walking- like he was leaking blood. I called the owner and he seemed to have no idea but the dogs were in healthy shape all around when I dropped them off days before so I had to take them straight to a pet hospital and spend a few hundred dollars for diagnosis and medicines that they have to be on for the next week and a half to help get rid of whatever upset their stomachs at the facility and if it doesn't clear up with the treatments then I have to get x-rays done to see if they ate toys or any objects while being boarded and explore surgery which is the last thing a pet owner wants to hear especially thinking boarding would be safe and caring option. While getting care for my dogs, I get a voicemail from the owner saying maybe my dog has diabetes... like I'm not emotionally distressed from this experience already I'm getting a voicemail from him suggesting that my dog has a disease!?!..my dog receives routine care and blood work like clockwork and has had no issues and definitely no diseases or questionable fitness until left in their care for days. It's one big nightmare.

Jeff is great with my dogs . I was worried about Toby at first ,because he doesn't like new people at all . He took to Jeff and loves going to get a bath and haircut . I am getting ready to take the new addition to southpaws with Toby soon. Keep up the great work.

We board my 2 dogs here at least once a year sometimes a little bit more but even though they don’t come often and get a little nervous they always come home happy and healthy. We recently also had both dogs groomed here last week and they both look amazing! They are so soft and have slowed down on their shedding a ton which for a GSD and a Husky seemed impossible! Super pleased with the grooming. I will continue to use Allies walkabout and recommend them to anyone!

Two of my dogs go to Allies once a week. The staff are fantastic with my dogs. When we come in they call them by name. My dogs always come home tired from playing all day. A big bonus is when my dogs need groomed, they can get it done on their doggie daycare care because there is groomers on site. We also do the dog training at Allies with Jim from For Paws. The staff are so energetic and friendly.

My baby Lucy had her evaluation for boarding Tuesday night and I picked her up this morning. I was able to call or text Allie's to check on her. I'm very impressed! She will be staying there when I have surgery. The staff is wonderful! The handlers gave her all the loving she needed! I highly recommend your baby to stay there! Thank you Allie's Walkabout!

My dog Banjo has been getting groomed at Allies for a few years now. His most recent groomer (1or 2 years now) Allison has been great. She is always so excited to see him which makes me feel good knowing she will take good care of him. She also always does such a great job with making him look all clean and handsome. Today we decided to have some fun and do a blue Mohawk and he is the coolest Dood in the neighborhood now. 😎Thanks Allison for always taking such good care of our boy. I would like to commence this review on a positive note by acknowledging the commendable skills and friendliness of the groomers at this establishment. They do an exceptional job managing my pups fluff. However, I encountered a concerning experience with their daycare service. Despite my effort to provide my dog with socialization opportunities, I received a call requesting her early pickup, accompanied by remarks from the owner insinuating that I should improve as a pet owner and that my dog is miserable. This encounter left me disheartened, and questioning the professionalism of the establishment. For these reasons I will not continue to frequent this business.

Great place for your dog. The staff gets to know you and your dog which makes the experience even better. The facility is exceptionally clean and you really cannot beat the impeccable customer service. I have had my dog boarded and groomed here so they provide full service. My dog comes home looking like the picture attached. Need I say more.

Allie’s Walkabout is top notch!! They know each dog by name and care for everyone of them. Our pup gets excited every-time when we drop him off.

Allie's Walkabout is the best dog grooming service I have ever been too! I have a golden doodle named Harper and she is very energetic and her fur often mats because we don't do the best job at keeping up with it. I have been to a couple of different places to have her cut and every time she comes back too short. But Allie's did a great job! Harper was cut just the way I asked them to cut her and she looked great! She was also able to have fun and play with other dogs before her cut so she was nice and tired when she came home. Would highly recommend! Will definitely be back soon!

We lived in Erlanger for 4 years and our two pups stayed at Erlanger Pet Resort/Day Spa a variety of times. The staff have always been professional and helpful. We really appreciated that they would send pics while we were away. Not always, but occasionally. We also liked that the vet clinic was right next door. Particularly because our dogs both had knee surgeries. As they got older, they had a much harder time navigating the slippery floor in the lobby and to the kennels so we boarded them less frequently. I'll never understand why these facilities do not place gripper mats on the floor. The groomers always did a nice job and having been a groomer, I can understand the time and effort it takes to groom larger dogs. That said, the prices felt a bit steep and so we cut back on this as well.

We adopted Layla a few months ago and it was time for a beauty treatment (grooming). I was very happy with the finished product. Christine followed my requests for scissoring vs clippers. I saw nothing that I was unhappy with. My only concern is how loud it was when entering the facility. It was apparent that Layla was stressing. She really doesn’t care for other dogs. Not sure if this issue can be addressed other than using a stand alone groomer shop next time.

Best treatment of animals hands down! Staff is amazing and our dogs love to have a spa day!

Once again our dog seemed happy to see us. She also ate almost all the food we left for her. This is a very good sign she liked where she was!

This place and the Employees absolutely love animals and it shows!! My Snoopy comes here to get groomed by Christina and she’s wonderful. I was waiting in the parking lot and the doggy daycare team was outside with the dogs. A large dog jumped stood up on its back legs to hug the worker and she lovingly holds on and loves this dog back. It warmed my heart to see!!! See the pic I took.

The entire staff is awesome! They love the dogs and take extra great care of them. My puppy is never excited to get in and out of the car unless we tell him we are taking him to daycare. When we arrive he pulls me to the door he is so excited!

I have been bringing my mini Schnauzer to this resort for grooming for about 4 years now. I've tried three other groomers and this one is the best, by far! Miniature schnauzers are known to matte pretty easily and must be brushed all the time. I can tell this groomer takes her time to cut his fur. Cleans his face, eyes, ears, tail, and rear. He always smells great when he comes home. They even let me drop off before work and pick him back up after if needed. (Although if you pet is not vetted for the daycare, they would be in a crate until you pick them up.) Love this place! We even moved 45 minutes away and I still take the time to bring him here.

Paid $60 for a bath. Staff was super friendly but the whole reason I went here specifically was because my vet recommended it because my dog can be difficult. He was muzzled and according to the groomer when she updated me 5 min in he wasn’t really growling or giving her a hard time so I had hope. But about $15 minutes later I was brought back my dog (All done!?) I questioned whether she brushed him at all since I can spend a good half hour with a furminator myself and still have work to do and she said she did go over him with one. In the car I could see loose hair sitting on him and knew immediately I would have to groom him myself anyway which sucks because now I’m not sure why I wasted time and money going. This is a pic next day before I go at it myself of him already dandruffed up and covered in loose hair, definitely won’t be going back.

We had our Millie there for day boarding this week. She loved it, and the staff took really good care of her. Thanks especially to Trinity for doing such a great sales job over the phone, and to Jasmine for treating her so well while she was there. There were others also, I just didn't get their names. If we're ever up that way again, Millie will drop by to see you!!

I did not get sent pictures while i was on vacation. the night that I came to pick up my dog it seemed like there was only one person in the building? not a good sign to me that they have god knows how many dogs inside and only one person to care for them all. I'm taking my dog to PetSuites Erlanger next time. I'm pretty sure they keep someone with the pets over night too. this place does not.

Kristina and her team were a huge help to me when I had to travel for work. They visited my two senior cats daily and administered medicine, and kept me updated on how the two of them were doing. I really felt like my cats were in good hands with the Fetch team.

This was our first boarding experience with FETCH. The pet sitter we always use was booked. Luckily, Kristina had a last minute cancellation for the 4th of July weekend and graciously accepted our three dogs-two Cardigan Welsh Corgis and a senior pocket Beagle. My dogs are not the easiest. Two take meds and all three take supplements. Our meet & greet made me feel so comfortable with Kristina & Lee. The dogs got along great the first time they met. Kristina’s golden retrievers were so protective of my little Beagle. Kristina sent me frequent photos and at least one, but usually two updates per day. When we picked our dogs up, they were tired, which is a sign that they got lots of activity. Kristina’s daughters gave our pups even more TLC. I would highly recommend FETCH for boarding your pets.

Kristina went above and beyond any expectation I could’ve had regarding her taking care of our oldest dog, Maggie. Maggie has several medications as well as my having to give her a daily infusion of lactated ringer‘s infusion (450 Ml daily). She came over to familiarize herself with my dogs and I taught her how to do the infusion. We were out of the country and she came every day at the same time and even sent pictures and videos of our for babies so we could really enjoy our vacation and not worry about the care that they were receiving. She is a wonderful woman personally as well. Thank you so much, Kristina. Your love for our babies can’t be faked. Lastly, if you meet Kristina and you’re do not find her to be absolutely sincere, genuine, energetic, peppy and truly invested and your pets, I will be absolutely shocked.

Owner is a knowledgeable and caring vet tech with many years of experience. She has handled pets with all sorts of temperaments, even ones that may need special care. Very professional, yet easy to talk to. I've heard great things from her clients, some of which are willing to travel quite a distance to bring their pets to her, because of her excellent service. She gives extra attention to ensure safety of pets.

Asha provided very Friendly service, and showed it was easy to handle and deal with. Extremely caring to the pets! MANY different services to offer... Asha is a VET-TECH who works on this site who also works at a vet hospital and is assistant to the main surgeon during neccessary surgeries. CLEAN kennels that are cleaned daily, inside and outside kennels for dogs who prefer different climates or conditions, multiple foods for picky eaters! AMAZINGLY REFRESHING to see animals happy like this! Take in a matted haired and dirty dog and come out with a fresh smelling and tidy dog ready to win 1st place at the dog show! Very pleased :)

Asha provides the best care for my pets! She grooms my dog for me and occasionally boards them and she does an amazing job with them and they always come back looking great.

Our Dog does wonderful here and she always goes above and beyond to accommodate him! Highly recommend.

They never called or showed up!

My 11 month old bully mix started daycare here today and she absolutely loved it! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot she went absolutely nuts. The staff were outstanding and their communication was amazing. Their facility was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. It was only our first day and I could see how much they enjoyed, loved and cared for my furbaby! 💜 She can’t even keep her eyes open 😆 So glad we found happy paws!

We send our German Shepherd pup to Happy Paws. She absolutely loves it. She was a little hesitant the first of couple times we took her. Now, I can't get her leash off fast enough. The employees are great with her and very welcoming. I'm glad we made the decision to take her there.

This was our first time boarding our 1 year old golden retriever. Admittedly, he’s been acting pretty anxious lately when I have to take him to the vet, groomers, etc, so I was a bit nervous about how he was going to do. My vet prescribed him some anti anxiety meds just in case, which I gave to the staff. When I picked him up after a 3 night stay, I was told he was a good boy, except he kept having accidents in his kennel, which they chalked up to his nervousness. However, when I got him, he reeked of urine, and the hind side of his back legs were stained yellow from apparently sitting in it. The stench was awful. As soon as I got him home I had to bathe him. I felt so bad for him, wondering how long he was sitting in his own urine? Not a good first experience at all. I’m so disappointed. It shocked me too because the staff were so friendly and professional. Wouldn’t have expected this outcome.

My yellow lab, Blue, has such a great time here! Blue has been coming to Happy Paws at least twice a week for the past year. The staff is amazing and sweet; they care and love for my Bluey like their own. The pricing for boarding, daycare and grooming is very reasonable. I do recommend this place to all of my west-side dog-owner friends!

Our golden, Mayzie, loves Happy Paws. She has been coming here for over a year and gets so excited even if we drive past on our way somewhere else. The staff is great from the front desk to the ones that work in back with the dogs.

Love having this place only minutes from home. I take my very active French Bulldog there a couple times a week when I have busy days with conference calls and meetings working from home. She loves going and when I pick her up she's always ready for a nap after a busy day of activity. (see photo below) The staff are all friendly and it's easy to tell they are all dog lovers.

I've taken my dog here 2 sessions in a row for grooming, and my dog has developed a horrible rash all over his back from the experience both times. I even had the staff switch to oatmeal shampoo and it still did not prevent infection. Unfortunately I've had to put my dog on medication thanks to this experience. I do not recommend any pet owners go to this business for grooming or boarding due to unsanitary conditions, as the place may cause terrible infection & pain to your loved ones.

My Dog Cooper K has gone to Happy Paws for almost 6 years. To this day all I have to say is let's go to school(my grandkids have always called it school) And he is up and at the door with his tail wagging and looking at me like Let's Go. They have been very good to Cooper. The help there is amazing to just name a few Rebecca (Keeps things flowing which is a big job), Makayla ( amazing Cooper loves you) and Brittany (a Treasure) and all the people who bring Cooper to me to take home are great. I highly recommend this place. My only request would be to install camera's especially for boarding. Clients love to check in on their pets especially when they are on vacation. People are often anxious leaving their pet, the camera's would help them see their pet is okay and having a great time. More places are doing it and seems to be working out. Just a thought. Thank you all for the love and time you give to Cooper it is so very appreciated

When we needed a new place to board our dogs near Bridgetown, we were lucky to find Happy Paws. They took great care of Mack and Eesa. They had a great time playing in daycare while boarding, too. Only downside is they don’t have cameras to watch the dogs in daycare, or send you a photo by text while they are there. Despite that it’s a great choice.🐾

My dog loves going here and is always in a great mood when we pick her up. She needs much more time with other dogs than our previous dog, and Happy Paws is a great fit for her! Every time we pull into the parking lot she starts excitedly squeaking and tail wagging happily. The staff are really nice and helpful.

I am so happy we found Professional Pet Nanny/Kyle! The best pet care we have experienced. I felt extremely comfortable leaving our two cats and not having to worry about them. We got updates on play, medicine, food, water-you name it. Amazing care and service. We are so happy to have reliable pet care we can trust now!

This is our first time having a pet nanny and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kyle from day one was accommodating and helped with every step. We were still nervous leaving our 4 kitties, but by day 2 didn’t worry at all. We were updated at every visit with email and pictures. She managed to get the big girls to play too! Kyle even cleaned, dishes, vacuumed, watered the plants, left lights on at night etc. And unless it’s my imagination the bigs and littles like each other a little more than when we left! The only problem is I think our cats now think we are boring and are waiting to play with Kyle again!! This will not be the last time we have Kyle and Tyler watch over our furry kiddos!!

I have had nothing but great service from Kyle and/or her team for my two cats Watson and Holmes on multiple occasions. I would recommend their services to any pet parent in the area!! Her level of service is way beyond what you pay for. For example, she changes the water fountain water each day, waters plants, and even tidies up my kitchen! I have SO much comfort in receiving the daily pictures and updates in the app after each visit while I'm away. It always makes me feel so much better seeing my cats thriving when I'm not home. And the level of playtime is EPIC! Every time Kyle plays with my cats, they have SO much fun, I buy new toys when I get home so they continue to like me as much as they like Kyle! 😹 I am so thankful to have someone trustworthy and knowledgeable care for and love my boys when I'm out of town!

I chose to switch my pet sitting needs to Professional Pet Nanny after being disappointed with reliability of Rover. I have been so pleased with the care Kyle provides for my kitties, especially the amount of time she spends getting to know them and their style of play. I receive pictures from each visit that show them playing and enjoying meals, putting my mind at ease. When I come back home, everything is just as it should be. I know my cats are more comfortable staying at home while I travel, and the app is super convenient for booking and staying in touch with updates during my travel. Would recommend to anyone who wants peace of mind knowing their pets are in professional hands!

Our cat has separation anxiety and doesn't like when we go out of town. So when they did the home visit, we were surprised how well our fur baby responded! She was playing and having a great time! We'll be booking again in the future!

As always, Professional Pet Nanny took excellent care of our kitties, Minnie, Cecil and Samuel, including playing with them each time they visited, which was twice a day! They also took care of the mail and our plants, which were so happy. Most of all, we have peace of mind knowing everything will be perfect when we’re back home.

I had a wonderful experience with Professional Pet Nanny. My sitter, Kyle made my cat feel comfortable and allowed for me to not worry during my trip. The one hour of play time along with feeding worked out perfect for my high energy cat. I received photos and messages of my cat during and after the play sessions that gave me peace of mind. Professional Pet nanny is the best option in town for pet sitting!

We hired Professional Pet Nanny a few years ago since all of our family was going with us on a trip - we needed a pet sitter. We had never had anyone but family do this. We had special needs and she had to visit several times per day. We loved our experience! Nanny Kyle met our pets prior to our departure and reviewed everything with us. During our trip we received daily photos and updates. We returned to find a clean home, happy pets and a detailed visit log. Kyle even brought a new toy and catnip for the babies. There was also classical music playing for them. One of my cats was a bit chubbier than I left him but that was probably stress eating on his part! I'm just glad he was comfortable enough to be eating! She also got the mail and took the trash out. We will be taking another family trip soon - we will need a sitter - and we plan on calling Nanny Kyle!!

Kyle did a wonderful job watching our 10 year old golden doodle for overnights and day walks! Kyle is very details and wants to know everything about your house and dog to make sure nothing could go wrong! Our dog has cancer and Kyle made sure to meet all of his needs! 100 percent would recommend! She does a fantastic job and even updates you every few hours!
