Rodney has been going to Anna for a few years now and he adores her, especially her dog Lola! We can’t even mention Lola in the house without him getting all excited! Anna is amazing and provides advice and support whenever we need it, we trust her 100% and couldn’t ask for more from her and her family ❤️

Petpals have been amazing with our two cats. They are so caring and send regular updates when we are away. The service they provide is brilliant and they are so accommodating, fitting us in at short notice more than once. My cats always seem happy and the daily diary left for us is great to read. The prices are fair and clear, and they even work Christmas Day! I would recommend them to anyone needing pet visit services!

Couldn't be happier with the service Sharren and the team provide. They're always really responsive and reliable, took the time to familiiarise themselves with the cats and our steup, and and cater perfectly to the cats' needs. They take such good care of our cats (who have got really friendly with them too), and send us little updates whilst we're away. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a pet-sitter.

We have just come back off holiday having used Petpals for the first time and I was extremely pleased with the family my dog was with. She can be quite timid but even the first day she was settled with them. I definitely know she was well looked after. First rate service from Petpals Sefton. Thanks to Sharren and Sam and family.

Petpals have been brilliant for our Old English Sheepdog, Ambrose. They give a real piece of mind and have been so responsive. They are clearly dog people and get the needs and whims of an old dog. We have recommended them to friends who have been equally delighted with their services for puppys.

Sharren has been looking after my 2 boys for a few years now when we go on holiday. I feel completely at ease knowing they are being looked after so well and the boys have really taken a shine to her and don't seem to miss us at all when we are gone (traitors!!!) I feel the drop ins for cats is so much better than a cattery. they are in their own surroundings with their own comforts. Sharren has had to give medication aswell while we have been away and this has never been an issue and because the boys are used to her, he let's her do it. it's also good knowing ur home is secured and checked up on so it doesn't look like the house is empty. we will continue using sharren and have no hesitation at all in recommending her and the team.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for our moggy care. Feel she's in safe hands when we go away. Regular pictures and her daily diary all help to show that petpals love the pets they look after as much as they would their own

Sharren takes care of our two troublesome cats and they took to her immediately. We love the updates when away and Sharren is always quick to respond. Highly recommend!

The team have looked after Jimmy our cat on a number of occasions. We can't fault the service, Sharren and team are attentive and have always responded to our requests quickly. Recommended

Great service. Had Luna since a puppy doing visits then onto walks . When Luna broke her leg they were brilliant doing visits. Always willing to help. Luna is so excited to go on the group walks. Would recommend to anyone

Ella has been walking our Labrador Vinnie for over 2 years and he absolutely adores her! He is a boisterous dog anyway but his level of excitement when Ella arrives is on another level 😂 Ella is just wonderful when it comes to looking after yourself pets. I have no doubt that she treats all her looked after pets as well as her own. Vinnie also goes to stay with Ella when we are on holiday (ones that he can’t come on too!) …. It gives me great peace of mind that he is looked after, happy , and getting all the love and attention that would normally get at home. She will often send us pics of how he is getting on which is lovely 🥰 I would not hesitate to recommend Ella for looking after any of your pets 🩷

Our two dogs Reggie and Dolly have boarded with Ella several times now. When we get to Ella’s home they both get so excited and run to see her which says it all about how much they enjoy being with her and her partner. Ella also sends photos to us of our dogs everyday, which is a lovely touch too. Thank you Ella, and Reg and Doll look forward to seeing you again soon in a few weeks. 🥰

I am so happy I have found Ella, I feel totally at ease when she has my dog. Ella keeps you updated and my dog Ollie absolutely adores her which means I can relax and enjoy my time away. I couldn't recommend her enough.

Our dog Luna has done several stays/boarded with Ella. I highly recommend her! Our dog, Luna, can be anxious around new people however she immediately bonded with Ella; Ella was very professional organising a meet beforehand and talking us through the process. We were hesitate, as Luna was rehomed with us and can be anxious around new people/in new places, so we worked up the length of time she stayed with Ella. Ella always puts our minds at ease, sending us pictures and updates. I can see how much love and attention Luna gets each time she stays and it's like she is staying at a family's house and this is exactly what we wanted! It has really benefitted Luna and given us peace of mind she is well taken care of, as opposed to the traditional kennels (cold and isolated!). As Luna is young and a bigger breed (GSD), so we were apprehensive she may be a handful for others, and we had several places turn us away, for overnight stays and day-care style due to her being a larger breed! But thankfully nothing phases Ella, she is really inclusive and supports the individual needs of each dog and has wealth of experience and knowledge which is amazing!

WOW what can I say except a big Thank You to Ella, she is just wonderful with my two dogs. Only wish I had found her sooner as my boys absolutely love her. My two can be a bit of a challenge when out on a walk but Ella is so good with them. Ella is very professional always arrives on time to collect them and my boys love having walks with her. I highly recommend Ella's services she's the best Thank You Ella x

Ella’s pet services was a gem of a find. I’ve not used a professional dog sitter before but I would use Ella every time I go away now. She looked after my dog brilliantly. Louie is normally a real scary dog but took to Ella very quickly. I was away for a week. In that time Ella sent numerous pictures of Louie as well as a video! Very happy with the dedicated service and would highly recommend her to anyone with pets.

Our Cooper looks forward to his weekly walk with Ella so much… he goes crazy when we tell him Ella’s on her way!🤪 Ella has also looked after him for several days at a time whilst we holiday and we are absolutely confident in her care and attention to him, despite his fussy diet, spiky health issues and demanding personality! We highly recommend Ella’s Pet Services!

Ella came over to house sit for us while away for a long weekend and I've never felt so at ease with leaving my cats alone for a long period of time. Would recommend for anyone who is nervous leaving their cats behind for a weekend. Amazing service!!

Nothing but great service and our dog Willow immediately got on with Ella, and seems so happy on days she has been on a walk with her. Very professional and came to meet her at home before the first walk. Easy to get in touch and quick replies. Highly recommend! ❤️

Ella looks after our dogs Ollie and Fred. She provides a great service - dog sitting, walking and overnight stays. Ella is a real animal lover and the boys come home happy after spending time with her. Nothing is too much trouble for Ella and we would highly recommend her

Have just come back after leaving Hope (boxer dog) with Courtney .. she has had an absolutely brilliant time. Courtney followed Hopes feed times and sent daily photos /videos having so much fun. Will not hesitate to leave Hope again on my next trip! Thank you again Courtney for taking such good care 😊

Courtney looked after my Weimarner Woody for the weekend and I can tell he was very happy. It's really important to me that he is properly cared for when I'm away, and leaving him with Courtney has meant he has a home for home experience with lots of exercise and affection. My experience of having Weimariners is that they don't do well in kennels. I received daily updates and photos which was also reassuring .There's only a few people who I trust to leave Woody with and Courtney is one of them. So a big thumbs up from Woody and me.

My dog Baylee absolutely loves her time there. Courtney always keeps me updated with videos and photos. Baylee is always well exercised and gets so excited the moment we arrive at Courtney’s house. One of the things that i appreciate the most is the extra level of care that Courtney provides when Baylee is boarding for a long stay, she uses an AirTag on Baylee and gives me access to it, so I can have peace of mind throughout her stay. Courtney has put in a lot of time and patience into training such as obedience, public transport, socialisation and most importantly her off lead recall which has been a game changer for us. I would highly recommend Courtney to anyone looking for a reliable and loving caregiver for their dog!

Courtney looked after our little Shih Tzu/mini poodle mix Pepe for five days while we were at a family wedding abroad. We were so worried about leaving him but Courtney was fantastic with him. She was really professional and we met beforehand with another dog that was boarding at the same time as Courtney wanted to make sure they would be a good fit for each other. We got lots of updates and photos of his adventures while we were away which put our mind at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to use Courtney's services again as she really cares about the animals in her care and Pepe had a great time staying with her!

Ralph had a delightful two-week stay at Crosby Cozy Paws while we were on our own vacation. It's reassuring to know your dog is well cared for in a home setting. From our initial meet and greet, Courtney's communication has been excellent, consistently updating us with pictures and videos of Ralph. Milo is a fantastic dog, well-socialized and trained. I will certainly use Courtney's services again and highly recommend her for anyone in need of boarding or daycare.

From our first meet and greet with Courtney and her gorgeous dog Milo she has been very communicative and always provides updates and pictures when she is minding our boy Lenny. Lenny loves going to see Courtney and Milo, he is always super excited and happy to see them. Whether it’s a day visit or boarding Lenny is always well exercised and wiped out when he comes home, extra bonus! If you’re looking for someone to look after your fury family member, give Courtney a call. You won’t regret it.

Excellent service throughout ! My parents 2 cockapoos boarded with Courtney for 10nights and we couldn’t be more impressed ! First time both dogs had been away from home but are minds were quickly put to rest when we received pictures and videos off them both looking so happy!We asked if preparing fresh meat daily would be something Courtney would consider doing ,to our delight this was not a problem at all, Very professional service , and would highly recommend! 👍

Met Courtney first with other dogs they all got on great house is spotless and she doesn’t like keeping dogs in cages which is a big hands up for me would defo use her again professionally at all aspects of care highly recommend

What a lovely couple and place. Took my dog to stay a few days but got stranded for a couple of hours as my car broke down in the car park on the way to my daughter's wedding. We were looked after with drinks and toilet facilities until we got a tow by the AA. Will definately be using Brookhouse Farmhouse again in the future. Thank you.

Absolutely first class. We have used Brookhouse Farmhouse for several years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Drop a happy dog off and get a happy dog back. Kerry and team are fantastic.

We booked our cockapoo into the kennels - paid deposit etc. The website says customersr can view accommodation- this was not tge case. To say Kerry is aloof is an understatement- she does not answer the phone and I was told to leave a text messages. Trying to arrange anything with her is a nightmare - my dog is a female puppy (around 5 months when booking. I explained it would be her 1st time in kennels and I obviously wanted to s the place- Kerry said they had a field we could bring her, and meet - which we did. Tring to sort date was a fiasco as Kerry just does not return calls, in the end we took her, and were less than with impressed - the field had a massive pothole and either a dog or person could have been injured. I asked to use the toilet which I was initially denied, even when I explained I had a medical condition, eventually Kerry " "allowed" me to use farmhouse toilet a dingy offering (really use of a toilet is not an unreasoable request. We still were not allowed to look at the kennels further. At this point I was regretting booking, but the extortionate 40.00 deposit is non refundable. I explained our puppy had not as yet had her 1st season - Kerry said they would not take her if she came on her season as another dog could get to her - moments previous she had confirmed all animals could be kept separate if tge owner was not comfortable with "mixing- - Everything seemed a contradiction - I was not impressed on any level with any semblance of professionalism. It all become a "moot" point anyway as I ended up in hospital last week and we could not go on holiday (booked for this week). Obviously not Kerries fault but when my husband called to explain we had to cancel, apparently there was little empathy or compassion - I would not trust a beloved pet with this kennels for a gold clock - I will be giving it a swerve in the future, and intend to relay my opinion to the appropriate council department - One star for the minimal customer service provided is generous.

We would highly recommend Brookhouse boarding kennels. 5 star service with 5 star facilities. Our 2 year old Alaskan Malamute stayed here for the first time, we were obviously apprehensive but the staff were so good with our boy and took great care of him. Once again thank you to all the staff and family for looking after our little boy, he enjoyed his stay with you. I would not hesitate to board him here again and will be booking him here again in October.

2nd time our 1 year old dog has stayed here with Kerry and it is always a peace of mind for us knowing he is playing with other dogs and enjoying himself! Will always use Brookhouse Farm for our dog boarding. Can't thank Kerry and the team enough for looking after him!

Amazing kennels, our cockapoo has been coming here for over a year now and he absolutely loves it. We had worries when Milo was younger as he was still nervous around other dogs but kerry was amazing and took him everywhere with her to reassure him and introduced him to the other dogs, helping him settle in. Milo is so well looked after and even when we pick him up he doesn’t want to leave. Also when we drop him off he knows where he is and is very excited to be there. You get a ‘debrief’ when you pick your dog up so you know how they have been behaving/eating etc, which is amazing. We also know we can reach out to kerry when we’re away to ‘check in’ on Milo and she will always reply. The kennels and green spaces are very secure and clean. Everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly too. We can’t recommend kerry and the team at Brookhouse farm kennels highly enough!

Absolutely amazing place and staff members. They let me use their bathroom while I was lost on the motorway. Lovely people, and thank you so much.

Best Dog Boarding Kennels We’ve been using Brooke House Farm for over 5 years with our frenchie Monty, we also used them for over 8 years with our late Zena. We highly recommend Kerry and the team, Zena and Monty both come away happy healthy dogs after spending time there, I don’t have any hesitation recommending BHF kennels, we’ve already booked in for later stays in the year as it seems other clients book well in advance. Really happy on how they toke care of our doggy while we where away during summer. They even brushed her hair due to her type of hair.

Took the dog here while we went away. Was a bit nervous doing it. From the moment we stepped out the dog was in his element. Staff very friendly, and welcoming, loads of space to run round. Our dog was able to build up a relationship with the owner which shows they interact loads with the dogs. Highly recommended

would highly recommend Georgia, she’s so lovely and great with communication from start to finish. Before Georgia had my Ludo, she came around to meet us. She got to know Ludo’s routine, likes and dislikes. She even helped with his training while I was away. When I’m away I never worry about Ludo because I know he’s in good hands and adores Georgia. 5 Star Service always.⭐️
