I have two female sisters who are like chalk and cheese and do not like eachother. I wasn't too worried about Lucy but Phoebe is very nervous but when I returned Lucy was 'oh hi your back, feed me ', Phoebe was nervous about coming downstairs but very quickly she came around, had her tea and then settled down next to me.... this was so, so relieving for me because the last time we went away she had a breakdown and ended up on calming medication, even though I have the calming plug in's. I believe the reason for Phoebe being calm this time is because the Cat Ladies knew exactly how to be with Phoebe. They obviously spoke kindly to her but didn't expect anything more than Phoebe was willing to give.... they just made sure she was eating and going to the loo. Thank you so much to the Cat Ladies and we will definitely be using you again, and btw considering the care they give, this service is very reasonable. Angela, Ian, Lucy and Phoebe xxxx

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Burke’s Bark were absolutely fabulous taking care of our Dachshund Otto for 11 days! He had a great time, made loads of friends, came home a happily socialized dog! He has never been away from us before, we would happily leave him with Helen and Daragh again!

Daragh and Helen are a lovely couple and take the best care of my dog Lucky. They treat her like one of their own and she settled there straight away! They always give photo updates throughout her stays and are really accommodating for my shift times. Couldn’t recommend them more!!

I left my golden retriever, Ted and black Labrador, Millie with Daragh whilst I was on holiday for a week. Daragh was fantastic at keeping me posted with videos and photos of the dogs out and about each day. I feel at ease leaving my dogs with him and will use again!

I would recommend burke's bark to friends and family. Helen and her husband had my Archie for the first time last week and we were so pleased he had settled in with them and other dogs. We will definitely be using them again as our Archie was very happy with them they sent us videos and photos every day.

Amazing service! After a last minute work schedule change Daragh was more than happy to walk our dog Buddy! Lots of updates throughout the walk to keep us in the loop with how Buddy is getting on. We have continued with Burke’s Bark and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Took such care of my dog Naomi, she had a fantastic time and even feels like this is her second home. Sent me regular updates with pictures and looked after Naomi like their own baby. They are my main pet sitters and I regularly book with them whenever I’m not able to be home I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Burkes Bark Helen and Daragh are lovely and very professional! They looked after Barbie for 7 nights I was nervous leaving her as it would have been the first time; however even before I booked to go away my mind was put at ease and new she would be well looked after! And that she was, I recieved lots of pics and videos of her getting cuddles and playing with her new furry friends, as Barbie had the best holiday.. Don't hesitate if your thinking of going away and worried about your pet/s Helen and Daragh will make sure your animal is well looked after and cared for! Since getting our Cat, Reuben we have struggled for a long term solution for when we are away on holiday. We have tried Catteries but Reuben always appeared so anxious on collection and he hates car journeys. These all turned into obstacles to the point where we stopped planning holidays. Having researched various companies I came across Pawtastic and it stood out with its amazing 5 star reviews. We were anxious to try it however thought it was the best option for Reuben going forward as he could stay in his home environment. Eduard and Andreea were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they put us at ease. Their level of communication was fantastic, and they provided photos after each visit. This really put our minds at rest and allowed us to enjoy our time away. After years of restricting our travel, we now feel 100% confident leaving Reuben in the hands of Andreea and Eduard in the future. On arrival home, he was much more comfortable than he has been in the past when left in Catteries. Would 100% recommend this company! 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolute fabulous cat-sitting service. 1st time we used them. We were away for 11 days and Andreea came in twice a day to feed and check on our furry baby. She is a lovely, warm person and Bobby (very cautious and shy) loved her. We got updates and photos every time Andreea popped in and she was very honest and told us if she hadn't seen him as he was wandering outside- which concerned her but we knew was his style. He's outdoors by night and indoors by day and Andreea coped perfectly with his routine, adapting it when necessary. We also had the benefit of Andreea picking up the post and checking the house was OK which really put our minds at rest when we were so far away. Pawtastic will be the 1st number we call now when we need a sitter. Professional, warm, caring.. perfect. X

We’ve used Pawtastic twice now and they’ve been brilliant for looking after our cat whilst we’ve been away. We were initially very anxious about leaving him, but he gets on so well with Andreea, I’m sure he’s not even that bothered we’re gone. They play with our cat, and send photos to show how he’s doing and are readily available to contact if you have any concerns. It can be very scary trying to find the right people to take care of your little furry family member while you're not around but rest assured that Pawtastic will take the best care of your pet! They went above and beyond in caring for our cat, Luna. They gave us updates each time they visited and sent us lots of lovely photos, which we looked forward to each day! We have been absolutely delighted with the cat sitting service provided by Ed and Andreea. They are incredibly professional and have taken great care of our three cats whilst we've been away on holiday. Communication has been excellent throughout - we received daily updates and photos, and they went above and beyond by putting our bins out and cleaning our sofas of cat hair for our return. The house was spotless when we got home! Pawtastic has exceeded our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others 💕 Ted, Milo and Roger also highly recommended them too 🐾😻

Eduard was an amazing cat sitter for my two fur babies. He was very attentive and caring to them, and very communicative the whole time. He kept me updated with pictures everyday of their food and litter box and he even took care of my parcels for me while I was away. I will definitely be using Eduard again next time I go away, he was very professional and I recommend his service 100%!!!

Absolutely brilliant service! We were very anxious about leaving our cat Phil whilst we were on holiday, and he’s too anxious for a cattery. Andreea put our minds at ease. Andreea was fantastic from start to finish. Returned my phone calls and messages promptly and arrived at our hotel exactly as arranged then proceeded to show how wonderful she is with dogs and we left her our dog with complete confidence. She sat with her from 2.30 to 22.30 and gave me regular updates and photos throughout the night. On our return Nala was completely relaxed and well looked after. First time using a dog sitting service and when we travel up to Newcastle again l wouldn’t hesitate in using this brilliant company. Thank you so much !

We have used Sarah many times to look after our two fussy Birman cats and numerous canaries. No easy task! The service she provides is absolutely fantastic, always going that extra mile to make sure all our pets are well looked after. She is in contact with us every day by text, sending photographs to put our minds at rest that all is well and she even waters my many plants. I cannot praise Sarah highly enough and would be lost without her as we are able to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing all our animals are in safe hands. Super reliable and completely trustworthy. The team have always taken great care of our cat. I’d say the best thing about the service is the communication. We always receive updates and photos on how our cat is doing while we’re away. Please ignore the 1 star reviews. They are clearly from trolls who have never used their service.

Sarah has looked after our two cats several times now. She is professional, provides a quality service and is very reliable. One of our cats requires meds and can sometimes be a little ‘challenging’ in taking them!! Sarah handled this no problem. She kept us updated with how they were both doing and sent regular photo updates. We returned home to two relaxed, happy boys. Sarah has looked after my cats on numerous occasions over the last few years. I can't recommend her enough. She is very professional and caring. We have had a few cat sitters over the years but no one has been quite like Sarah. My cat is very anti social when it comes to meeting new people but has clearly adored (Aunty) Sarah from day 1. She is kind, caring and always updates us with pictures of our cat while we are away. We wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend her.

I’d never used a home pet service before so I was apprehensive. I needn’t have worried Sarah provided a professional yet friendly 1st class service and my 3 cats made an instant friend. I was kept updated daily when I was away , my children were over the moon with pictures videos and messages which allowed us to enjoy our holiday knowing our kitties were happy and settled. Sarah is super knowledgeable and she has a natural ability to connect with your pet. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again and still keep in touch with Sarah . Sarah looked after our guinea pigs and chickens whilst we were away and provided an excellent service. All our pets were well cared for. She even put our bins out, watered our plants and sorted our mail whilst we were away. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent pet service, couldn't ask for more. I have 2 cats and 4 rabbits and were quite nervous and dubious about leaving them for a short break as one of our cats is very shy and gets stressed with strangers. Washington pet services quickly put my mind at rest with pictures and regular updates of how my pets were doing and within a few days the cats were settled and relaxed knowing they were being cared for. Absolutely amazing service!! As a first time dog mom I was anxious about leaving my pup with a stranger couldn't have felt more at ease when I met Sarah. She made a visit to our home to meet my dog before walks started. She really got to know me and my dog and helped her to make friends with other dogs something I was nervous to do having no experience with dogs before. My dog now has multiple dog friends and I feel much more confident introducing her to new dogs on my own. She has a great time on her walks with her Aunty Sarah and her dog friends that she walks with her, which I get to see in the photos uploaded to the fb page. Nothing ever seems like a bother and she has kindly shared some her knowledge with me when I've had dog questions or troubles. Feel so lucky to have found such a lovely person who I can trust to take care of my fur baby.

I don't know what I'd do without Sarah and Jade. My dogs absolutely love their walks, the kindness and the patience. They are brilliant at making sure my three greyhounds (who often have ailments or special requirements) are sorted. Brilliant service in every way.

Colleen has taken my dog for walks 5 days per week since he was very young. She has socialised him and he now interacts really well with other dogs. He walks beautifully on the lead and his recall is great. Thank you Colleen for all you have done for Bear!

We needed a dog walker when our work patterns changed a couple of years ago- Colleen walks Max every day and we can't praise her enough-she's enthusiastic and very knowledgeable but above all trustworthy. Max loves going out with his doggy 'friends' and it's huge peace of mind for us that he is safe whilst socialising and exercising. She is very flexible and swaps or changes for us if needed. We can highly recommend.

Colleen from walk the line was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so pleased I have found her. She is very professional and helpful. She came out to meet our cat Tilly before we went away. This really helped as it gave me the confidence that Tilly would recognise her when she popped in to feed her. She updated me over the weekend with photos and videos, which put me at ease. When we came home, Tilly was very settled. Within a day, we had already booked Colleen for our next trip away 😁

We're over the moon that we discovered Colleen at Walk the Line! Our little fur baby loves seeing Colleen and going on walkies with her. Absolutely brilliant dog walker. My little pug absolutely adores Colleen and gets sooo excited when she picks him up. So much so he waits for her van to pull up and seems to know when she's here. My pug can be a little worky ticket sometimes however working with Colleen he is so much more confident with other dogs and I trust her so much with him and you can tell she loves the dogs so much and bonus I get regular videos and pictures of him on his walks! Since walking with Colleen my pugs behaviour has massively improved too. Will always use walk the line and really really good prices!

Colleen walked our dog Rosa for nearly a year (only stopped because we moved away) and she was absolutely fantastic. Our dog can be quite nervous, but Colleen took really good care of her and Rosa always came back tired and happy! We wouldn't use anywhere else now for our 2 Cocker Spaniels - both of them love coming here. We use Mypetstop frequently for boarding and we know our boys are in good hands whilst we're away. We also use the grooming facilities here too and both our dogs get cut by Joanna. Fantastic cut at a fantastic price, both our dogs love getting groomed.

Was nervous about leaving my rabbit for the first time after so many reviews about dogs and cats, but given the facilities and private rooms for small animals this was the best choice I found. I honestly couldn't fault the care and attention given to my rabbit. The daily updates and photos made the whole holiday less worrisome. Would definitely use them again!

I've used mypetstop a few times, I took my 7year old dog when she was a puppy for the socialisation classes and also the puppy training which were really good. We have also just taken my 7year old and my 5month old for fun swim, the staff were great and the dogs had loads of fun. I think this is a really great business and provides many of the extras our little fluff balls enjoy.

First visit for Chester to Mypetstop. He was happy to be lead to his kennel and seemed to have had a good stay. Will definitely use again.

Due to a family emergency in Scotland I boarded my 7 month old cockteil same day, from booking to dropping off it was so simple easy and quick getting him home was another matter he settled he wanted to stay haha, great experience cage and accessories were fantastic, would definitely use again

Take my puppy here for training and he's coming on great, staff are Incredible. Has a lovely grass/woodland area to take your dog for a little walk, they also doing boring but haven't tried that just yet. But prices are really cheap, would highly recommend.

Just picked our two dogs up our first time boarding our young dogs and first time with Mypetstop and would highly recommend, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and dogs seem to have been completely happy and unfazed with their weeks stay , dogs and bedding clean and both looking very healthy and happy , will be using again .

I've used MPS on and off for about 12 years (my lovely mother in law used to work here) but we've become more regular customers since getting our pup Obi. We've been to a few training sessions, had an overnight stay and book him in for grooms with the lovely Brooke. Their online booking system is great and so easy to use - you can make amendments/additional payments etc. All the staff are friendly and great, we have no hesitation in using MPS and recommending to friends.
