I cannot recommend the barking lot enough! We have a rescue dog who is very high anxiety, doesn’t always get along with other dogs, and is scared of everything, including some people. But Sue is an expert and so great with her! We’ve tried other places in Jacksonville, but no where else gives our dog the same level of attention and care. You can tell how passionate Sue is about animals immediately when you meet her. It’s so great to be able to relax on vacation knowing our dog is being taken care of by someone who is so knowledgeable and caring! Sue is also very easy to reach and flexible - when we are on vacation we’re able to text Sue directly to check in on our dog and see how she’s doing! And she’s able to accommodate pretty much any time that works for us to pick up or drop off. The pricing is also very very good. We are so happy that we found the barking lot and will never go anywhere else!

Sue sits for and walks our Maltipoo Pearl. To say Sue is dog knowledgeable is an understatement! She’s honest, no nonsense and knows her craft. I highly recommend Sue as a dog sitter!

I've boarded our 70lb chocolate lab with Sue at the Barking Lot 3 times now and can say that I completely trust the Barking Lot to take good care of my pup while we are away. We adopted our dog from the shelter last year and not only did Sue take great care of our fur baby, but she recommended to us the right trainer to address his reactivity, and even taught us what to do differently to improve his coat. Whatever the Barking Lot lacks in aesthetics, it's made up by Sue's knowledge of and dedication to dogs. Make no mistake: Sue. Knows. Dogs! We will be back again whenever we need to board our dog in the future.

I’ve been coming to The Barking Lot for years with my dogs. They love going to doggy daycare everyday. They are well taking care of and very happy when I drop them off and when I pick them up. Sue is very compassionate. I won’t take my dogs anywhere else other then The Barking Lot

Sue is an absolute lifesaver. Our 40 lb Florida brown dog Marty loves coming to “Aunty Sue’s” for daycare and boarding. Sue provides complimentary baths and is very flexible with the plans, a necessary for our hectic schedule. We love The Barking Lot!

We lost our home in Irma and our 4 boxers and our doxie "The Pimp" were displaced. Susan, Brittany and Melissa went way beyond the call of duty in taking care of our babies. These people know how to take care of your fur babies. I highly recommend The Barking Lot. If you can find it in your heart please donate to this more than worthy organization.

I called Sue and asked her if she be interested in taking care of my dogs one day when I had to go in to the hospital for daytime surgery she told me she was really busy and that she would call me back later that day she never called me back I even drove down to her business she doesn't allow people inside and I just want to tell you she is just downright rude! I even left her a voicemail after she never called me back to please call me back and she never did! If this is how she treats customers she should go out of business like I said she's downright rude!

My sweet dog Elsie is blind and has special needs. The Barking Lot meets her needs and more. She is always lovingly cared for there I highly recommend the Barking Lot.

Sue and Melissa are miracle workers. Bear adores them, loves coming here and is improving in his behavior because he works with them every week. I can't recommend this place enough.

Just picked up my baby girl Daisy from a 3 day stay here. She's all smiles plus being fresh & clean from a complimentary exit bath. Miss Sue always take great care of my babies! We will definitely be using her again for any boarding needs.

My dog loved his first free half day of play and assessment! He's never been around other dogs and we were scared we waited too long. He's 9 months old, he had a blast with the other dogs. I have his stay scheduled in about a month. He's going to have a great time while we're away, we won't have to worry about him being alone for the majority of the day. This place is great! They also gave him a report card and he excelled!

10/10 would recommend! This place is honestly wonderful. They offer a variety of services I haven’t had the chance to try yet, but definitely plan to in the future. I’ve struggled with keeping my little guy groomed between visits, especially when he gets upset with me and has accidents—plus, I have a busy workload 🤦🏾‍♂️. This often leads to him having lots of knots, but the team here has never judged me for it. They’re always kind, helpful, and willing to educate me with every visit. My dog is always so happy when I pick him up, and it’s clear he enjoys his time there. I’ve had other groomers in the past who disappointed me—some didn’t even shave his paws despite advertising it. Plus, my dog was never as enthusiastic leaving those places as he is here. The staff is pleasant, and I would recommend this place to anyone, especially those who worry about leaving their little ones with the wrong professional. They truly care.

We took our dog Corn there while we lived in Jax. They took THE BEST care of him each and every time he stayed!! My favorite part was seeing the Facebook posts of our guy playing with the other dogs. I HIGHLY recommend using Ooh La La Pet Spaw for your boarding and day care needs!!

I was so nervous to take my newly adopted boy anywhere for grooming because he had such a bad cut when we got him HOWEVER The team at Ooh La La helped me to calm those fears. Angie was so professional and did such a great job. I just know my baby is in good hands whether it’s for doggy daycare or grooming. Curry gets excited when he pulls into the parking lot. I have been using the mobile grooming for several years. I absolutely love Miss Jeannie! She does amazing work with all 4 of our pups. She is always on time and always communicates with me. I would recommend Ooh La La’s mobile pet grooming service time and time again!

I’ve taken my dog there 3 times. The first time was good but the last two times they have cut her very incorrectly. I asked for a classic shih tzu cut. Just a round face and to keep her body short. They cut her face into a weird triangle. Almost taking her hair to the skin on her entire head. The third time I asked to speak to the groomer to explain I want a fluffy round face and they made her face look like an inverted bowl. Like if she was wearing a visor. On top of that they cut her tongue?! Drew blood and all, and then told me she was licking too much. In result they barely touched her chin area. I’ve owned dogs my whole life and have NEVER heard of someone cutting their tongue. Very upset and will not be returning.

We just dropped our pet off for a week with Crystal. Prices were very reasonable considering other companies in town. She made us feel at home and comfortable watching our pet for so long. She has a large property and is very professional. She has the experience and loving attitude to take care of all your furry family members. My dog loves to come here and see Auntie Crystal! The dogs are well taken care of and get to enjoy a home environment unlike typical daycare and boarding establishments with concrete kennels. Great opportunity to interact with other dogs in a stress free environment. The prices are phenomenal as well. KEEN highly recommends!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Crystal has been a lifesaver for us throughout the years, managing our dogs “particular” personalities and keeping them happy and safe while we travel. Crystal watched our older kittens for a little over two months while we stayed with family waiting for our house to finish. She did such an amazing job! She kept us informed with pictures and videos, she made our kittens feel right at home! I will definitely reach out to her again when needed and highly recommend her :)

Me and my husband stopped in to see the sites of St. Augustine and needed somewhere for our dog to go. We called Crystal and she was more than willing to take our dog in for the night.. She was amazing and very friendly. Our dog was able to run free in her home and not be caged up. We picked him up and we knew he had been taken very good care of. If you ever visit St. Augustine and need a dog sitter for the day or night give her a call.... We highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Crystal for loving our dog like your own. You r amazing!!

No surprise that Crystal was the exceptional person and the quality pet sitter that I loved to give my happy crew to! She really cares for each family and pet so well, and I felt that the best time that my pets had were when they visited her home for two weeks while I was out traveling the country! My family went on vacation and we left our family dog with Crystal at Preferred Pet Care in FL. Our dog was in her care until she cancelled on us, less than half way through our vacation. Let's back up - A few days after dropping the dog off at Preferred Pet Care, my daughter tried to connect with Crystal. After a few days went by and my daughter still hadn't heard back from her, she decided to send an email and Facebook message as well. About an hour after sending those notes, my husband and I suggested she call Crystal using a different phone number, one Crystal wasn't familiar with... This resulted in Crystal picking up and subsequently, yelling at my daughter, telling her she wouldn't watch our family dog any more. Why did she decide to stop watching the dog? When my daughter dropped the dog off at their house, Crystal told my daughter that she could text her (Crystal) to ask for dog photos. Our daughter was grateful for this and texted Crystal for pictures of our dog, no more than once a day, if that. Crystal then stopped answering my daughter's texts and wouldn't pick up the phone. However, once my daughter was able to connect with her, Crystal yelled at my daughter, saying she was the most demanding customer she's had, because she asked for photos once a day (if that). Again, Crystal said she could ask for photos... Crystal was: - Not responsive. - She was rude. - She didn't care about the wellbeing of the dogs in her care (no dog toys were ever present. - We spent a day of our vacation searching for someone to pick-up & care-for our dog. - We were concerned for the safety of our dog.

Crystal is a very knowledgeable and patient person with the animals. I needed someone that could care for a young energetic pup that has not yet been been socialized. She was understanding and amazing. She got him right out there in the mix. I look forward to having her watch my little guy in the future. Im so happy to find her!

We were in St Augustine for a beach vacation and we brought our maltipoo Prince. We wanted to be able to have some free time to do things dogs are not allowed to do while we were here and Crystal offered us a great way to do that she gave us a safe and fun place to bring our puppy and let me tell you he loved it! He got to play and have fun so there was no guilt in leaving him in her hands. Thank you again Crystal for taking such good care of Prince.

I'm glad she cancelled on us 1/2 way through our dog boarding.... Even though she left us stranded and we had to scramble to find someone to pick up and watch our dog for the remainder of our two week long vacation, we at least now know he's safe, happy, and in good hands.... STAY AWAY. - They offered to send us pictures of our dog, but then claimed we asked too often (maybe once a day). - They cancelled on us, while watching our dog. - They clearly have this business solely for the money, not because they care about the dogs. - They stopped answering us and wouldn’t pick up, while they had our dog at their house. - Only one of the pictures she sent of our dog showed him happy/comfortable. He looked scared in the rest. - We were concerned for his safety.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with our dog boarding 5 days. She normally is highly stressed in traditional kennel type boarding . Hands on responsive owners truly care about your pets . From the meet and greet to the day I picked her up she was very happy and content to meet the other dog friends staying the night and was completely comfortable staying in a relaxed home atmosphere where she could cuddle other dogs/ people and never feel alone locked in a cage. Now we have no worries planning our trips out of town as we know our dog is safe secure and happy ! It was more of a fun sleepover for our dog vs a stressful time.

Tracy and her husband really helped me out when I was in a bind when I was living in Lake City. I have a disabled/ difficult dog, and they made friends with him like a charm. They were on time, communicative and even did a few last minute visits for me. I would trust them with any of my animals. Thank you both so so much! I appreciate you!

Highly recommend Wise Dogs & Paws! Tracy did a wonderful job taking care of our dog, Callie, for five days. Callie had a great time at Wise Dogs & Paws. When we picked her up, she didn't want to leave! She wanted to stay to play with the other dogs. Great job, Tracy!

Tracy is by far the best dog sitter I have ever known. We have known and used her services for almost 3 yrs and I would never trust anyone but her to take care of and love my 2 pups like they are her own. She is worthy of more than 5 stars !!!

Finding Tracy was a blessing needed in short order. Ten days prior to our retirement celebration trip we learned our pet sitter is no longer available. We needed a home away from home for Storm, our 80 lb fur baby, and the person had to be the right fit. Going on instinct and faith we began searching Google and found Tracy. After a greet and meet we were convinced Tracy was the right person to care for our Storm. Tracy's knowledge of how to handle pets showed well during our visit. Her love for them showed even greater. She has more than enough space for the dogs to get outside time in a shaded and sunny environment. When the day came to drop Storm off she met us at the truck so we did not walk him in and leave him. Then she eased our nerves daily with photos of how well he was doing. If your looking for someone who will give your furry family members a great home away from home, Tracy is the person.

Tracy was wonderful! She took care of our three babies like they were her own. They were very loved and doted on - we got pictures daily of them having a great time! There is a large area and doggie pools for them to play in and an air conditioned dog house they could escape the heat in. They were so worn out when they got home - it was great! We will be using Tracy for all our sitting needs from now on!

I've used Tracy and Gene several times now because I know they take amazingly good care of my fur boy. All the animals in their care are treated as their own. I really liked getting a report card for my dog's stay when I picked him up.

Tracy is awesome! She takes such good care of our Hank and Maggie! She is so easy to work with and even when I call her last minute she is always available. I could not ask for more and highly recommend her to anyone!

The minute Tracy met my puppy I knew I could trust her to watch him ! Trooper loved her and she connected with him ! She is an animal lover ! She works with them while they are there ! She sent me pictures everyday of him having fun running around ! She even gave him a bath before he was picked up ! Thank you Tracy we will see you very soon !

We have used Bed bath and biscuit grooming and boarding a few times for boarding and other services over the last couple years. I always felt comfortable leaving my dogs with them. Jack is insulin dependent twice a day, 14yrs old, and on a special diet.They have always taken care of him. Today when I picked up my babies from an 2 day overnight stay, my wife noticed thay the food and treats we provided wasn't used, and they returned the UNUSED syringes of insulin provided for the 2day stay. We also requested bath and nail trimmed on both dogs which was not done on either dog. Upon getting home Jack drank so much water due to not having his insulin for two days. If i could give a negative star i would. I plan on talking to the owner tomorrow when they are open again. I will NEVER use or recommend them ever again!

Excellent experience! They did a wonderful job grooming my cocker spaniel! They were gentle and listened to my concerns (he's an old, lumpy boy)...highly recommend!

When we first started taking our animals to this place, we had absolutely no problems. They were amazing. The last time I took my animals into them my one dog came home scared as hell would not come out from under the bed, and the other one had been gouged with the clippers. Unfortunately, I could not take another chance for them to traumatize my dogs so I took them somewhere else, and so far so good.

This place is amazing! My baby use to get mad at me for leaving him on weekends but he actually likes it here. They take good care of him and he always smells good when I pick him up. They are friendly and professional.

They did a great job on my old guy Ziggy. He went in for a bath cut and nail trim and he looks amazing. They took time to listen as I described his quirks and what I wanted his cut to look like. Staff was really friendly and went above and beyond in dealing with my many questions.

When it comes to groomers there's not too many around like this one this is a five-star groomer I guarantee she definitely knows what she's doing all you got to do is give her a shot at it and you'll see what I'm talking about on this review even the pets love her what more can I say I definitely recommend

They're excellent with our dog Luca. He loves the people there and seems to really enjoy a few days with the staff and other dogs there!

They are so good to our Victoria. They treat her really special and we love taking her there. We know our fur baby is in good hands. We own Pepe's Italian Pizzeria food truck and when we can't get away Charlie goes the extra mile, (literally), to bring her to us in macclenney.

They did such a great job with my dog. He is a very hairy Border Aussie and he sheds like crazy. He got a shedding treatment and a great trim. He is happy now, and so am I. We will definitely be back

Did an excellent job. Kept my Jack Russell terrier mix for 6 nights. He was happy there. Meant a lot to me. Never used a boateder before. Will use them again,no doubt. VERY PLEASED

When we got our guy here he was scared of EVERYTHING to include his own bark! He has done so wonderfully with the training he’s gotten. I can’t say absolutely wonderful these ladies are 🥰🥰🥰 if you are looking for people who really care you’ve found the right place. …

My dog got back home all beat up and I am not satisfied with the excuse that was given. They said it just happened before we picked him up and it was because he brushed his nose against the kennel. My dog is a peaceful dog and is not aggressive at all. He was only in their care for a week. I am not happy at all and he will not be going back.

We loved the Customer Service we received. Everyone was very sweet and accommodating. Boudreaux our Boston Terrier was all smiles When we picked him up. We will definitely use them for our boarding needs again

Absolutely love this place. The ladies are very nice. Before I signed up for training we had a consultation were they met Milo. We discussed any issues and what goals I had. They set me up with the best trainer. Alison goes above and beyond. She explains what she wants and why your doing it. We have been training with her for 3 months and my dog has made huge progress in a very short time. Alison knows not ever dog is the same and she sees when something in training needs to be adjusted based off your dog. Working with Alison has made me a more confident dog owner and has shown me what Milo is capable of doing. She has made this experience so much better than what I ever expected.

We attended the Halloween glow walk. It was an enjoyable event. Friendly folks, lots of dogs to meet and treat.

I absolutely love this place. Whether you want to board your pup for a few days, schedule training, or even foster/adopt a pup, there is no better place than here. They continue to help and check in during foster, and after adoption. They treat us like family, because we earned each other as family. These are the babies we've adopted in the attached photo. First car ride together on the first full day together, and they get along beautifully. Thank you Homemade Hounds! We'll be keeping in touch and coming back to visit!

The best experience I could have imagined! Our furbaby was a rescue from animal control 3 years ago. We were nervous about dropping her off for a week- so we did a single night test run. She seemed to do great- so we booked the week and she was excited when we pulled up. The care and compassion Alison showed was so heartwarming. I will not hesitate to let her have another slumber party with new friends :)

If I could give 10 stars I would! These guys are amazing! We had a last minute family emergency recently and they took our pups in on super short notice. They were our first call when we realized we would need to board them because they have always taken such good care of our furry family. Our old man pup was even dubbed the coffee buddy! Stuff like that makes us feel like Homemade Hounds really cares for the animals as if they were their own family.!

I can’t say enough about this amazing facility. My dog is having to stay for an extended stay and I was very nervous about having her stay at a new place. After visiting her, I know I have nothing to worry about while she’s at Homemade Hounds. I can tell she absolutely loves the staff and she just radiates happiness! The entire staff have been incredible from the first time I called. Setting up a stay and checking in were smooth and they answered all of my questions. I’m even able to get updates by messaging them. I’m so grateful for the staff for taking such amazing care of all of the dogs in their facility. I highly recommend Homemade Hounds!! You can tell they love what they do!

The staff are the best. Whenever I bring my two dogs for boarding we are greeted at the porch, and they greet my boys by name. One of my dogs is on a daily medication and I can tell by his behavior that he always gets it. I know Taz and her team love and care for my dogs as much as I do. They even send me pictures of the boys while I am gone. The boys are also very excited and jumping around when we pull up to the gate.

Carolyn is the BEST! Both she and her mom, who both worked with my dogs, did everything possible to make things work for us. My dogs are not used to other people, but Carolyn kept at it until they both accepted her completely, no small task with my guys! Daily emails with lots of pictures let me know they were being loved and well cared for. Carolyn even took the time to wash their blankets! Best vacation ever for me, knowing my dogs were in their own environment with someone who loved them...definitely plan to call Carolyn anytime I need a sitter!

Carolyn goes above and beyond. She loves your kitties as well as you do while you are gone. My very skittish kitty who usually only loves his Momma and Daddy was out the first visit, eating from her hand the second and wondering why we bothered to come home after her third and our outgoing guy didn’t miss any loving either. Carolyn sent pictures so we wouldn’t miss our Boyz so much and we came home to very clean litter box and feeding station. The mail was in and we felt so safe to leave them again. We would recommend Carolyn highly!! She leaves no detail un handled.

I travel fairly frequently for work but my wife has always been home to take care of Bartle Doo, our cat and also the master of the universe. I've always been hesitant for both of us to leave, even for just a few days. Boarding stresses your pet, and your pet would rather be home anyway. But too many things can go wrong in the home without care, and relying on the kid who lives across the street is also a bad bet. I've been using Reigning Cats and Dogs of Jax since 2013, and now I can travel with my wife without worrying about cat care. Carolyn provides reliable and affordable service! It sure makes life easier. I especially appreciate the text messages and pictures from her visits. Besides feeding, playing with, and caring for your pet, Carolyn will also pick up your mail and water your plants if need be. Five stars!

Reigning Cats and Dogs provides exemplary pet-sitting service. During the initial meet & greet, she professionally and sincerely took time to understand my cat's and my needs and preferences. She knew all the right questions to ask! I felt at ease immediately, and Romeo immediately responded to her gentle petting and scratching. During her visits, she conscientiously texted me with adorable pictures and updates to let me know all was well. I felt relieved that a caring and professional person was not only feeding and providing fresh water, but also cuddling, grooming, and playing with my cat. She also cleaned the litter box regularly. I had a couple schedule changes, and she graciously rearranged her schedule to accommodate last minute changes. I was so thankful, because with her quality of service she must be very busy. It demonstrated that she truly cares about the pets she takes care of. She spends 30 minutes during each visit, and her rates are reasonable and competitive. I recommend the compassionate care by Reigning Cats and Dogs of Jacksonville unreservedly and enthusiastically.

Carolyn gave loving care to my cat Poe while I was out of town for a week. As requested, she communicated daily through text and pictures. She was responsive when he needed more cuddle time.

The hosts were great and very gracious during our meet and greet! Yet I didn't use them; it wasn't the best choice for me. Ultimately I just decided to go a different route that was more suitable specifically for my pet who is accustomed to a quiet environment with only few people.

I've used Carolyn about 6 times to watch my young cat and am thrilled with the way she interacts with Joy each and every time. Carolyn is prompt in all her communications with me, and spends a great deal of time with Joy, not just rushing in and out to refresh her food and water. I can highly recommend Carolyn.

Carolyn is amazing! I have used her twice now and will continue to use her when I have out of town travels. She has taken such good care of my Jesse and spends quality time with him. Always communicates promptly and sends pics of how you pet is doing. She will even do overnight stays so your precious dog (or cat) does not feel alone for too long. I HIGHLY recommend using her for all of your pet sitter needs.

Carolyn has never let me down. She takes incredible care of my babies and sends me text and picture updates when I'm away. She has taken the time to get to know me and my pets. She's even cleaned and tidied up without being asked. I would recommend Carolyn and Reigning Cats and Dogs to anyone in need of a sitter for their furry friends.

Spinner used to board here often, but never again! I packed 6 days of food and nighttime dental treats, LABELED with instructions, and they only fed him 3 days of food…NO dental treats…I called and they said if he just grazed his food they didn’t refill it. Why would he eat if he sees you don’t refill it? I am HORRIFIED that my poor boy was left hungry. “He was happy” they said…Really? You know my dog’s body language when he’s hungry? Clearly not. I will not entrust my furkids here any more.

Our 3 dogs were well cared for and appeared to be happy. Got them bathed before pick up, and they looked and smelled great. Will use them again.

We have used Pacetti Boarding prior to becoming Forever Vets. I think the staff has changed and do not seem as cat friendly. Last time we dropped our two cats for the day. When we picked our cats, they were not happy. Tommy is very gentle, but was hissing at her. Also, I went into the room to help and the room smelled like urine and was very messy. There has been a change.

Can't recommend Katie the A+ groomer enough! I have a Rough Collie ("Lassie Dog") and he had his first grooming ever with Katie. He was already 2 years old, so I was unsure how we would do. He came out happy and beautiful! Katie listened when we told her how we wanted him groomed - not too much fur removed, but more of a "working trim" since he is my service dog. I've had Collies my whole life and had them groomed before, but they never came out right. Katie is patient with the dogs she grooms and makes sure they have a comfortable experience. We drive all the way from Jacksonville to St Augustine just to have Katie groom our dogs. Go see her - she's great!

The staff have always been very good with Oliver, he is 8 months old, loves all of his baths and extra attention he gets during his "SPA DAY". Problem, 2 days after his bath Oliver started coughing up clear/frothy secretions. Took him to the vet, Forever VETS, and he was diagnosed with kennel cough. He caught it at the "spa", and it cost me $150 to have him examined and treated for the kennel cough. Yes, his shots were up to date, but he caught it anyway. Just be careful.

New to area and have had difficulty finding a groomer - until now. The quality, professionalism and caring attitude were all Gold Standard. Chelsea treated our corgi, Max, with exceptional care and groomed him perfectly. We've found our "go to" grooming center and highly recommend them.

The grooming is awesome! Love taking my dogs there. My 2 dogs always enjoy their spa day. Thank you to the groomers for always taking care of my babies.

Staff was so amazing. Groomer dida phenomenal job on my 2 goldens and my pyrenees/wheaton mix, I highly recommend ❤️

They are fantastic! My 2 dogs, Apollo & Daisy are well cared for there. For our most recent boarding, we ended up coming home a little early. Not only did they give my fluffy one a bath early for us, they also bathed the other at no charge to make them more comfy. We also do the daycare occasionally. The doggies come home happy & tired out!

This was our first visit to the Pet Resort. We've already been to the other Forever Vets in the area. My dog was trying to fend off a nasty yeast infection in her ears. As a result, I hadn't been able to get her groomed in a couple of months and she needed it! Dropped her off at 8AM and didn't have her up-to-date vaccination record. I contacted one of the Forever Vets to have her shot record sent over. The groomer took notes on how I wanted her trimmed AND called me to discuss it. I sent a picture of my dog so she could see how she was trimmed by her previous groomer. I returned to pick up a happy dog that looked exactly as I had asked. Their prices are very reasonable. Looks like we found a new groomer on our first try!

First I'll start by saying this, I never writer reviews, but the experience I had with Kim at Park Your Paws was so horrible, I had to warn others. This dog groomer was rude and unprofessional. My fiance brought our 6 month old puppy here for the second time. The first time was at 4 months, 1/27/24 , I brought her in and there was no problem. The second time was at 6 months, 4/ 6/24. My fiance brought her in, and I was on the phone with him. Upon arrival, she told my fiance, this dog is a "mess". She continued talking in an aggressive tone making it seem like we abuse our puppy. She stated " I don't want to hurt her, she's matted all over". (pic attached, photo taken 4/6/24 - she was not matted all over)Immediately, I asked my fiance to leave. My fiance was very apologetic ( trying to diffuse her aggression), telling her we will feel more comfortable going somewhere else, She continued verbally harassing my fiance as he was walking out the door saying, "if you take her anywhere else, they will say the same thing". We took our puppy to pet paradise two days later, and they were amazing. Regardless of the few matted areas on chest and under arms, they stated our puppy was no problem at all. They even gave tips on a specific comb to use that will help avoid matting, and recommended bringing her get groomed every month instead of every 2 months ( which we are happy to do so) . They also educated us that our puppy is growing into her adult coat , and showed how to get her more comfortable with brushing / combing difficult areas. The negativity from Park your paws was so uncalled for. As a "professional" you should be prepared to educate and advise, not ridicule and humiliate. the worst part about it is dogs can pick up on those bad vibes. I cant imagine how she would have handled my dog with the rude things coming out of her mouth. It's a shame because regardless of her price being more than the larger companies, We were willing to give her small business a chance. I'll never take my dog back their again, or recommend anyone else to either.

We took Spyder for a full grooming and they were amazing! He now looks like the gorgeous dog he is supposed to be!

I bring my Cane Corso Diesel for boarding and to be groomed and they do a great job with him! He actually looks forward to going. Highly recommend!

Took Germain Shepard (Sable) to vet approx. a month after her last visit to Park Ur Paws. Unsolicited comments from vet were very complementary on how good her teeth looked and clean her ears were as the vet ran fingers through Sables coat also commenting on coat. Vet then asked if professionally done. Park Ur Paws is definitely top notch professional.

We have been using Park Ur Paws for many years. Kim does such a great job on our Bichon and Morkiepoo. Not all groomers know how to groom a Bichon but Kim does. I have tried other groomers and no one grooms like Kim. She is patient and listens to what you want…. I love knowing I am getting a good groom everytime.

We boarded our 3 dogs. They all have their own quirky issues but staff listened and took care of the dogs needs. My dogs seemed to take too staff fine which made my wife more relaxed about leaving them. Fair price.

Kim always make Teddy look cute and smelling so good for a week

Very kind couple of people working this facility. My dog has some anxiety issues and has had past groomers mistakenly ruin her coat. This group takes the time, loves the animals, and gives great service and pricing. Would recommend this group.

Debbie is awesome with my poodle mix, not only does she groom her but when I have to board her Lacy loves staying there. Best part of alls Debbie's work with animal rescue.

The lady really knows what she's doing and her prices are great. Best groomer I've been too.

I've used Woodlawn Boarding 3 times for my three dogs and I totally recommend this place. Miss Debbie knows her stuff when it comes to dogs and cats. Thank you Miss Debbie for taking care of my babies while I was gone.

Very rude receptionist. I have an 8 year old toy Aussie who isn’t neutered… which has never been a problem at any other place we’ve boarded. The girl didn’t state her name and didn’t even say goodbye whenever she hung up after I told her we would just board him somewhere else since that’s a problem for them. Wanted to give this place a try but absolutely will not.

I took my Goldendoodle to her twice. My fist visit was ok but I didn’t get a great first impression. She did an ok job and I thought maybe it was just an off day so I tried her a second time. I will NEVER use or RECOMMEND her again. When we picked up our baby she did not even inform us that he was badly clipped/cut in three places. My heart heart hurts for him.

Roxie loves this place as she can run around and Ms. Debbie is very great at grooming her as well.

Great place 2 board your dog I have a year and half old black mouth cur boarded her there when I picked her up I could see her without her seeing me she was very happy wagging her tail nonstop I knew then I had picked the right place plenty of room to run when she was out I will use them again for sure

I had to stop taking my Bichons to Woodlawn after a prior customer whom I met in the Macclenny Walmart told me she had witnessed the proprietor of Woodlawn Kennels abusing animals when after she was told her pet had been abused when she noticed changes in the pets reactions when she groomed it herself! I noticed the same in both of mine but thought it was bc they always imitated the same things but when I took them to the kennel they both wailed when I was leaving which they NEVER did & it started when they recognized the neighborhood always in my lap looking out the window as we drove! I stopped taking them there & took them to Jacksonville to my prior groomer which they were comfortable & didn't wail any more when I left!!! I would NOT recommend anyone else to take their babies there if they loved them like I do mine!

Awesome as always!! The service provided here is unmatched!! I drive an hour out of my way to board my babies here and I have a local place about 7 mins away from me, but I trust my babies with woodlawn over any other place

Only place I trust our dog to go to for boarding. Each dog gets a kennel that has a fenced in yard. Pics are posted daily. All staff are exceptional. And Sherri use to be a vet tech so she let's us know if anything comes up that we need to follow-up with a vet. Our dog is excited to go there every time.

All Paws did a wonderful job caring for my young poodle! She was happy and loved the free time in the spacious yard, and I loved seeing the daily pics posted of her playing. The staff was friendly and super helpful. I will use All Paws again and recommend them!🐾❤️ …

Our hounds and cat have always stayed here during our family vacations. We have always brought them with us, but realized our fun times on these trips were not necessarily fun for them. We drop them off knowing that they are being well cared for. The staff is attentive to the needs of our babies. The kennels are large, air conditioned, and also have an accessible outdoor area for them to enjoy. I love how their Facebook page always posts pics of everyone’s babies during their stay. Even though my little gang barks a different language, I know they love their stay and accommodations. 🐕🐈

Great place to take your pets. We have used multiple kennels in the area and All Paws has become our go to place. Our dogs instantly recognize the staff and the staff knows our dogs by sight. They get playtime and are well taken care of. The owner will let you know when she sees any hints of health problems so we can have our vet check things out. When our next vacation comes around, All Paws will be the place we call.

Loved the pics posted. My dog's first time being boarded. She did great they said. They are so nice, lots of smiles. She got to go outside and play. I would definitely use them again.
