Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

Mary was fantastic from start to finish and looked after our elderly dog with love and attention to her needs. She also looked after our home with respect and care. We couldn't have asked for a nicer sitter and would highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs.
honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.
This was the 3rd time that Jill sat for us. That says it all but please read our previous reviews. They all stand and Jill is one of the best and most reliable and loving pet sitters we’ve ever had. If you have a chance to have her in your home and caring for your pets, you will be absolutely delighted. We love her.
I had the pleasure of having Tracey and her two children as house sitters, and I can't praise them enough for the incredible job they did. From the moment they stepped into our home, it was evident that they were dedicated, caring, and attentive to every detail. First and foremost, Tracey's approach to caring for our house and our beloved pets was nothing short of excellent. She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own. Moreover, Tracey demonstrated remarkable responsibility and initiative when our AC system unexpectedly broke down. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see. Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back. I wholeheartedly recommend Tracey to any future hosts. Her reliability, compassion, and the ability to handle unexpected situations with grace are commendable. I would welcome Tracey and her children back to house sit in a heartbeat – they are exactly the kind of house sitters that one hopes for on this site! Thank you, Tracey, for everything. You and your children are welcome back anytime!
BriAnna was our first pet sitter and we loved her :). She made every step very simple for us, communication was great, Pastis and Anubis seemed to be very happy with her, and the house was very clean when we came back. We highly recommend BriAnna to take care of your pets and we would love to have her back!
5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade! Dean & Diana Smith
Kuldip exceeded all the expectations we had from a Zeewoi. She took over from another sitter when we got stuck out of country due to a family emergency. A highly energetic person yet extremely organized, she easily matched the energy level of my 2-year-old Border Collie Pavo. She not only exercised him multiple times every day, but even him bought him new doggy toys and treats (much appreciated!). She got along very well with our neighbor and with their combined help Pavo got a much needed doggy bath! With her by my dogs side we were worry-free and able to focus on our family needs. Lastly, she left a pleasant surprise when we came back home. Our home looked squeaky clean and beautifully organized. Kuldip is a gem of a pet sitter and we would love to have her back for our fur baby without any hesitation. I highly recommend her!
Mikala & Jake were great house & pet sitters for us!! Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. It eased our minds to know our animals and house were in such great care while we were away and would have them sit for us anytime!
If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. I can recommend her as a sitter without hesitation. Thank you Anna
Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat. He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care. Heath is friendly and reliable and left my home neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend him as a house/pet sitter for future assignments!

Erica and her staff are amazing. I 100% trust her to take care of my Doberman. She will send pics daily and you can rest assured your pet is getting all the love, attention, and socialization they deserve! Thank you Erica for taking care of Indy for the past 3 years. We are both so much better for all the love you've given.❤️
Erica is amazing! She welcomed my 4 dogs (on short notice) with love and attention! The dog kennels are larger than others and well maintained. She sends daily pictures with updates. All my dogs just loved her and her staff. This is the only boarding place that i will use here on the island.
To sum up Erica's service: Exceptional! She went above and beyond all we could hope for! She lovingly watched our rabbit Lucy and cat Loki for 15 days. She sent so many pictures and spoiled them like they were her own. From day one of when I contacted her, she was always super prompt and answered my questions thoroughly. I could tell right away that she loved animals and that our fur babies would be in excellent care. Not a day went by where I didn't get at least 10 pictures of them looking well taken care of. I highly recommend her service and we will definitely be repeat customers!
Nozomi, pictured, had a wonderful time . We were given constant updates and pictures of both our Samoyed and ginger cat. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
Great place to board your dog. We have used Erica to overnight our dog over the last 3 years. She is great with all the animals and has an intricate dog run where she can adjust the runs to the size of the dog. Her application is well thought out. It includes temperament of you dog, medical issues and verification of required shots and kennel medication. We have never had a problem there and our dog always comes home to rests from all the fun and running around with the other dogs. The dogs are paired up with like size and temperament and she closely watches them interact before introducing other dogs.
Best dog boarding that I have ever used. Such a wonderful person and team that take care of your dogs. They send picture updates to you so you can see them enjoying themselves while you are away.
Erica and her staff are the best and my dog is so happy there🐾🐶👍 …
Best place on the island to bring my dogs. I don't even consider other places now.
Erica and her team are wonderful. Kind and very caring!!
The service was great. The daily photos were a bonus.
I realize that there’s not enough reviews left for this place so I want to put in my 2 cents. I’ve left my GSD to stay at Tradewinds Pet Suites 3 times now and they’ve taken excellent care of him. I’m paranoid of taking him to any other dog boarding place because most places here let all the dogs out at once, like a dog park, and you never know what could happen. At Tradewinds they’ll spend one-on-one time with your pup and let them have as much fun as they can. My boy especially loves one-on-one time more than roaming with other dogs. I highly recommend them. They have military discounts too!
This is a great place to board your dogs (and horses I think). Our dog always is happy and healthy at the end of a trip, they have a good size run and they give the dogs some extra yard time every day.
Sandy is amazing. My dog has some pretty bad anxiety issues that he is on medication for, and I trusted that tradewinds would be able to handle him better than any other kennel. As feared, he did not like when I didn't come back to pick him up on day two. Sandy and Courtney went the extra mile to deal with him and give him special attention. I felt at ease while I was away, knowing he was in capable hands, and was proven right when I got back to pick him up! Mahalo nui loa Sandy!!
I am so last minute with my bookings all the time, and Sandy and her team CONTINUE to find ways to accommodate Koa and me. I cannot speak highly enough of their facilities, their professionals, and most importantly the amount of caring they have for animals. I cannot even count how many times I have use Tradewinds and I will always go back to them for all my boarding needs. Even if you're in Hawaii Kai, the drive is worth the doggie experience. Thank you for everything that you do and everything that you are Tradewinds. TJ
Lexie and Rothko totally enjoyed themselves. I loved seeing them almost every day on Facebook. I wouldn't be able to travel if my dogs were unhappy with their accommodations! They came home totally relaxed. Tradewinds, we will be back!
Kind staff and very professional
Excellent dog boarding. Sandy Van is AWESOME!
Wonderful home away from home for you pets.
Very Good Dog boarding!
Mahalo nui for the great review. We love Lucy!
Highly recommend having your fur babies boarded here! We’ve used their services throughout my fiancé’s medical program and they’ve gone above and beyond with Aloha to make sure our dog is safe & happy! Thank you AAB!
We just went to pick up our dogs and saw that one of them has a huge and bad looking cut on her eyelid that wasn't treated at all. We had no news about this accident and nobody knows how happened, it's a mistery. Both of our dogs came super dirty, their beds/blankets had pee and dirt all over, and their food had ants. Also, the main contact person (Lynn) wasn't answering her phone for a while. And Terry said to send them the bill after the veterinarian because they didn't take our dog to one. I just wanted a place that takes care of our dogs while we were on vacation and this is not a good one!
I brought my 3 dogs there last year. Barbara was was the best. We were on a trip for 3 week's and she sent us several pictures of the dogs playing and in there kennel. I also was able to visit the place before I boarded my dog's. Barbara and the rest of the staff were very friendly. My babies were well taken care of. I plan on Boarding them there while on future trips.
I have two Belgian Malinois and when I tried to explain to the staff that this breed is different, they were already very knowledgeable on the bread. The staff was extremely Friendly and kind. They will go out of their way to make your furry friends comfortable. Very affordable and flexible. I called last minute and was able to drop my fogs of the same day. The knowledgeable staff made me feel so comfortable leaving my mals there for a week.
My wife and I went on a trip to the mainland for a week. We arranged for pick up and delivery of our dogs. Both pick up and delivery were on time, and the dogs were in great health. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We have two rescues, and like most they have some issues. The staff handled them very well. We are pleased with the care provided. It is nice to find a place that welcomes bully breeds and knows how to handle them. I would recommend them to anyone.
The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. It is certainly not a luxury pet facility, nor does it come with luxury boarding prices. but it offers the essentials, a caring staff, a room with air conditioned kennels, roaming/play time, pick up and delivery were handled in an efficient and timely manner. We have two bully breed rescues and like most have issues. The staff knew how to handle those issues without a hitch and returned the dogs to us in great condition.
My family has gone to them for every time we've needed someone to watch my dog, and they care for him as much as we do. However, this last experience really solidified how I feel. They made sure he was ready for our big move with another company's help, made sure he had enough food for the month he was there, and kept me up to date on how he was doing. With him in their care, I didn't feel the need to worry- I knew he was taken care of. Thank you all for being there every time for us, we appreciate it tremendously!
I worked with terry and lyn to pick up my two dogs from the airport before we arrived in Hawaii. They picked them up, sent us pictures that they were healthy and happy after their flight, stayed in constant communication with us, and delivered them to our hotel when we arrived five or so days later. I can’t express what a relief it was that they took such good care of my dogs. I was really worried about sending them over without us but it was great! Would recommend to any military family sending pets over unaccompanied!! Edited a year later to add I used terry and lyn to care for my pets for a 3 month duration when I needed to leave hawaii. They were beyond helpful, I am so thankful for them taking care of me and my pets.
Our dog fractured her leg in two places while boarding here for a week. She couldn't even stand when we picked her up at the end of the stay and had to bring her straight to the pet hospital. The owners offered to pay for our dog's hospital bills but when we sent them the bill, they never followed through.
If you want your pets to be in happy healthy hands while on vacation DO NOT board your pets here, the amount of money “saved” is far from worth it. We were recently going to be boarding our two dogs while on vacation for Christmas and New Years, upon arrival an elderly man/staff named Terry whom would be taking care of my two pups let us in and I was immediately taken aback when one of my dogs started barking in a very scared manner which was very unlike him..so immediately I was uneasy, the small shed like where they housed small dogs is were we were first taken and there were HUNDREDS of flies due to turf instead of grass where pups supposedly “play” but also potty. Immediately I wanted to see where my pups would be sleeping and when asked if that could be shown to us Terry quickly responded “NO!” No??? I have never not been able to see where my pets would be staying while boarding, his excuse was “They will be in the back near quarantine” I was puzzled by the term “quarantine” and when asked about it Terry stated, “That’s where the dogs are with broken legs, blind etc.” Why would you have dogs with broken limbs here???!! You are not a hospital or a clinic. What really got me was when Terry finally showed me the type of kennel they would be staying in located in the front facility in the small shed-like building. There were at least 15-20 dogs jam packed in there one of which I knew personally from a boarding facility I worked for on island..his demeanor was so off you could tell he was very stressed by the shaking and constant panting he was doing along with multiple other dogs looking and acting in the same manner. There was no space between the kennels and some of them didn’t even have enclosed tops so you couldn’t actually properly separate mediate any possible cage fighting, this was all truly made me feel like I was in a scary movie. We immediately ran for the hills. Luckily we had a back up plan because if not I’m not sure how my dogs would have been when we returned home from vacation.
