Tito always loves visiting pet paradise. The staff of always very attentive. Recently we had a death in the family and Tito was experiencing a lot of grief and not eating properly when I am not around. The staff follow my exact instruction and made sure he was eating. Showing him extra attention and giving him the comfort of what he needs. When I picked him up, he seemed to be very well taken care of and explained his full eating schedule of when he passed up a meal and they made sure to give him a re-feed later in the day to assure that he got all his meals and nutrition in.

My German shepherd had the best time! The only complaint I had is that he came home limping. After bathing and looking at his back paws I noticed both rear paw pads appeared to be burned or cut to raw skin. NOT knowing about astro turf, this should have been communicated when making the appt. Had I known that this would happen, I would have only let him stay a few hours. Now my very active dog can bearly walk until his paws heal. Upon calling the next morning Gee Gee explained that astro turf can be rough and that they usually put Mushers on the paws.. but that wasn't the case with Koda.. A sign at the reception area would have been helpful!

Dropped off two happy and healthy dogs and picked up two happy and healthy dogs. Couldn’t ask for more than that! The staff was excellent and we loved being able to check out the cams to see how the pups were doing. It’s a huge relief to know that we have somewhere safe that we can trust to take care of our dogs while we’re away.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE if you have an anxious baby. I have a German shepherd that loves to play with other dogs but is very vocal. I take him to the park and he plays with my mom’s 5 lbs puppy and other big dogs on the regular. He is quite literally a gentle giant. But because of the way these people “introduce” dogs to others he’s been deemed unfit for Group play. Might I add he’s been to 3 other daycare/boarding facilities that he is able to play freely in groups with zero problems. He has even been used in a trial with another dog that was new coming in. We even showed them multiple videos of him playing at parks and in another boarding facility with 10+ dogs. After telling them that he won’t react well with how they introduced him the first time, they proceed to do the standard “introduction” (if that’s what you want to call this) and put him on a leash behind a fence with a group of loud dogs on the other side of the fence…… huh??? How would your dog react to that if they are vocal and feel threatened?? Unprofessional and very disappointing. The fact that large dogs get discriminated against when they are vocal is really sad. My dog is literally the biggest lover.

Great place , fully staffed.finally found a place where my baby is well taken care of and gets to play with other dogs , he falls asleep right away when I pick him up after work, so I know he’s a happy pup. Excellent staff! Great communication with their customers

Buyer beware! If I can give this place negative stars I would. This place has obviously gone downhill. I usually don’t comment on these forums but this struck a nerve. It has been three weeks since our dog has been with PetParadise and just now we are getting her back to normal. She went in healthy and came out with two massive ear infections and bacterial skin infection. So, after $1500 of vet bills and care we have decided to never take her back to this establishment. You’ve been warned.

I’m new to the area and wanted to be familiar with good boarding. Because my dog is a very healthy and playful 15, he was basically not welcome because of his age. Even though this place is quite expensive we were willing to give it a chance. The vet on duty made it clear they were not an animal hospital. Not very professional.

I just love Pet Paradise and the staff is so very friendly. They treat the pets so very special and it’s the perfect name because Paradise it is I love the feeling when I walk in actually I love the feeling when I’m first driving up and I see the place I love it When take my dog any other place I don’t live close. I found this place about three months ago and I don’t mind traveling to take my dog there. It’s an awesome place. I recommended highly very clean. Staff is professional awesome and I love my dog she’s terrific. Blessings to them all . 💯👍🏽🙏🏽😍

Enzo loves his friends at Pet Paradise. We know he is always in good care while he is there for day camp! He gets so excited when we arrive. We trust everyone at Pet Paradise with our Enzo!

I’ve taken our Finley to Around the Ranch for daycare and for boarding. What a great experience we have there! This place is amazing. Chris the owner plays with and takes great care of the dogs on their beautiful property. The pond is a favorite for my pup! He’s exhausted when his day is done but what a great time he had! Chris sends pics and updates on how his day is going. Such piece of mind when he’s there. Thanks Chris for loving our Finn. It’s obvious you really care.

Talk about a blessing!! We can't say enough good things about Around the Ranch Pet Club. The facility is spotless and the fenced yard gives the pups plenty of room to run and play. They even have a pond (behind the fence, so no worries about gators) that allows for cooling down water play! We would not trust our dog Loki with ANYONE else. Getting daily updates during overnight stays keeps our minds at ease and brightens our day when we receive them. Already reserved a few upcoming stays and I am completely at ease knowing he will be taken care of while we are away.

We used Natalie to watch our two babies for overnight and daily sitting for two weeks and could not have found a better or reliable sitter anywhere. Some of our neighbors are spreading the news about how great she was with the kids (pups). They also have asked for phone number to Around the Ranch Pet Club for future use. This has to be the most professional pet service anywhere, you can put all of your worries or concerns behind you. With the daily updates and pictures we received we knew our boys were in excellent hands. We will definitely use you again!

I would definitely recommend Around the Ranch Pet Club. Chris did a wonderful job of taking care of my two cats. She sent me updates with photos every day. There were no problems when I came home. I plan to use her again when I go away.

Christine is AMAZING. We have a high energy puppy, that is just over a year old when she first kept him for us. She took him on walks and he played with other dogs and had a blast. She sent updates daily and is super fast to respond when I would send a message. Made it so nice to NOT worry at all about our pet while away.

Around the Ranch Pet Club has been doing a fantastic job of taking care of our pets! If only they had been the first pet care company we tried! Even when our 20 year old cat needed emergency veterinary care and we were eight hours away, the sitter took care of getting her to the vet while we drove immediately home. We highly recommend them!

I am lucky enough to be able to give my Service Dog Riley days off, to be "just a dog". To know and trust that he is in a safe environment, with a very large, grassy, outside fenced in area, with a with a built-in water feature, where the dogs can play and run, while under the caring, competent, professional, and consistent watch of Christine, the owner of Around the Ranch, is such a gift. The large indoor area where the dogs can rest when needed (or play when the weather outside isn't playing very nicely), is very clean. I feel so lucky to have found such a special place, and such a special person, to watch my very special dog. I promise you will, too!

Dana has been our pet sitter for the past two years. We love her!! She takes care of our girls as if they were her own. Cats can be particular about who they trust , our Raya and Savannah love when Dana cat sits . Dana spends time playing, petting , and handing out treats . She sends us photos so we know our girls are adjusting fine when we are away. We are so thankful for Dana’s professional care. She has allowed us to have peace of mind while we are traveling!

Dana was a godsend to us when we recently moved to Bradenton! We were looking for someone to train our rescue dog, Charlie, who has some unique issues with resource guarding and getting along with other dogs to name a few. Dana has done an amazing job and has gone out of her way to personalize a training plan for Charlie that is working! She is a wealth of knowledge, has a passion for animals, is reliable and dependable, and Charlie loves her! So do our 3 cats! We plan to have her do pet setting for us, she even does overnights! I highly recommend!

Dana was awesome helping us train our rescue dog, Nola. Dana was kind, patient, gave us lots of tips and was constantly sending us videos and articles to assist with the training at home. I highly recommend Dana if you need someone for training your dog. She's the best and extremely affordable. She even comes to your house which really helped to have Nola in her own comfortable environment.

so, I met Dana when we got our new puppy who was only nine weeks old and has been with us every week since and he is now seven months old! She is fantastic with him, and I know Juno just loves her. She has helped us out so much with Juno‘s training and helps to break up the days that my husband and I are at work. What a great service to offer, these drop ins! I trust her immensely and she is just a genuinely a great person ❤️🐶

Dana is...absolutely one of a kind. There aren't enough words to express how wonderful she is. If you're looking for someone who doesn't JUST walk your dog(s) but connects with them, builds their confidence, and loves them wholly then you've met your match. My husband and I desperately needed a dog walker who could handle our 3 rowdy pups of all different breeds, walk styles, and temperaments (and who are on the stranger danger side!). Dana was more than happy to do a meet and greet with them. They're bit challenging but Dana reassured us she loves a good challenge and all three seem to adore her so much. She responsive, is always willing to answer your questions, and sends so many updates of their walks! Really couldn't ask for a more perfect match. She does have a busy and jam packed schedule so if you want her, gotta reach out to her asap!!

Dana is exceptionally responsible and communicative. While Dana is with our dog Coco, she sends updates and photos so we know all about the day’s fun. Coco is in the safest of care with Dana and absolutely adores her. We are really lucky to have found Dana.

Dana is the most hardworking, caring, and thoughtful person I have met. She has done outstanding work with our two dogs and our cat. The training she has done with them has helped us out so much, she was even able to teach me, my mom, and our 12 year old dog some new tricks and brings his puppy energy back out every-time he sees her. She cares about our pets like they are her own. I do not know what we would do without her.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with April (Sweet Paws & Pads) watching Peaches this Labor Day Weekend. She welcomed Peaches into her home for Private PUPPY Boarding with Peaches immediately making a new friend, 'Maui'. Peaches looked so happy every time we received photos and updates from April. From 'Luxury' Boarding (our definition of her experience) Peaches received to our peace of mind, we highly recommend Sweet Paws & Pads if you need someone to watch your pet!!

Sweet Paws and Pads stayed with my little zoo for a weekend. They showed up on time, sent lots of pictures, my dogs and cats seemed very happy to have them there. I just started using SPP's dog walking services! They are awesome! They did a great job communicating with me before, during and after the services. I love the detailed report with stats, summary and photos. Their team did a great job taking care of my goldendoodle! I'd strongly recommend them!

We love Shagri-La Pet Resort! My dogs, Patrick and Magnolia actually run out of the car and into the building just to see everyone. They LOVE the girls!!! When we pick them up they smell amazing from their baths and they are very happy! When Hurricane Milton happened, we didn’t have power and we had to leave our home. We didn’t have any other option. Their team took in our dogs and made sure they were safe, even though they were also going through their own issues during the storm. We are so grateful for their service and the amount of care they put into their business. My mom also brings her dogs there and loves them! Highly highly recommend!

My puppy stayed at this resort for a week when I dropped her off she was so nervous but when I picked her up she was so happy you can just tell she had an amazing time and she loved everyone, she was very happy going up to the staff for pets, we will be back for any future boarding. Thank you for being so awesome!!

We have left our 2 German shepherds with Shangri-La a bunch of times, and every time, the pups are happy! The girls working there are amazing, sweet, and you can tell they love the pets they care for. Best place around for sure! Kona, Kratos and family thank you for your kindness, and recommend them to everyone!

Our pups boarded for a few nights with Shagri-La and came home very happy. I wish that I could leave them a 5 star review however, the owner took it upon himself/his staff to not stick to the one thing we asked them not to do during our pets stay. Our Dalmatian has been VERY food aggressive with our smaller dog in the past. We asked upon making the reservation if he could be separated for meals and were told it was no problem. When we dropped them off, the owner seemed to be slightly annoyed that we were asking for him to be separated at meal time but said he would give him 15 minutes to eat then take the food up. When we picked them up I asked how their time there had been. The owner stated it was good and said “the Dalmatian isn’t as food aggressive as you might think. We left the food out for them and they did great.” I am extremely thankful that nothing happened but am very upset that they took this risk without so much as a phone call to us. We have had our Dalmatian since he was 8 weeks old and know our dogs well. This was not a decision that should have been made by a boarder and because of this we will never use Shagri-La again.

Jeff and his team are the BEST!! My pup has been going there for 5 years and when we turn down the bumpy road, he gets super excited. I hate leaving my pup, but I’m so thankful to have such a great place to care for him when I’m gone.

Excellent place! This is going to be the only kennel I bring my GSD moving forward! She came home very happy! I paid extra for a couple of swims, which she loved, and I was also impressed by the bath she was given. Very large kennels, very clean, and friendly staff.

First boarding experience anywhere with our career changed guide-dog pup so I was a bit nervous. All in all, he came home safe and happy as a clam. The rates are reasonable, the building looked super clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. What more could you ask for?

This place is nice. I felt very comfortable leaving my one year-old rat terrier here I dealt with Jeff he was very nice and accommodating explained everything what I loved about the place is my dog was in her own safe space always I didn’t have to worry about her getting attacked. by any other dogs when they let them out individually, they can run and play and still see the other dogs in their own space I highly recommend this place.

Even though there was a mix up with the reservation, they were gracious enough to board my Auggie. He also got a nice bath before coming home at a very reasonable price. I will recommend.

my dog absolutely loves coming in for daycare! i’ve been bringing her for 2 years and the staff always greets her when she comes in! she has so many friends and the staff is more than willing to send updates and pictures!

Fin loved his time there! I was nervous to take him anywhere but those fears were gone the minute I got there. A bit of backstory- Fin is a 13 year old Schnauzer. Until a few months ago, Fin spent every moment of his life with his blood brother Henry. They were born together, came home together and were always side by side. Fin has always been the protective one, the louder one when strangers or other dogs were around and Henry was the sweeter, friendlier one. Sadly, after a few medical issues, Henry recently passed. And it was tough on all of us, including Fin. So when I made plans to go out of town for the weekend, I was a bit hesitant. He’d never done anything like this before and I was nervous how he’d be with people or dogs he’d never met. I’ve been told from the vet and groomer that when he’s alone and around other dogs he’s a very nice gentleman. So I hoped he would be there as well. And they told me he was! They told me he did very good and I credit them for doing so! He had a wonderful time and everyone did a wonderful job. He came home clean and then sent me photos of him nightly which put our minds at ease. I would receive to anyone looking to board their loved pups!

This was my new puppy, Bennie’s, first visit at Woofdorf which came highly recommended he LOVED it. And came home with an adorable paw print craft too. Kelsie and Payton were amazing at the front desk and treated Bennie so lovingly. Can’t wait for him to go back to Woofdorf Astoria! What a lovely facility and staff.

My dog loves coming here for day care . I know this , since I can watch her on the cameras . It's a good group of dogs and there's always a person or two watching over them . The staff are friendly and put up with my dogs bad manners. Id recommend them for boarding or day care . They also do some grooming while you pet is there if needed. Nice !

Picked up my dogs after staying for 2 nights and was disgusted to find them both wreaking of urine and their beds completely saturated with urine. Our dogs have never made a mess in the house. This is completely out of character for our dogs. I asked when they were taken out to use the ‘potty’, I was told, “they were supposed to be taken out an hour ago.” When the employee handed them over to me for the first time, they both were clawing at the door. . I took em outside and they each ran to the grass at the property (Woofdorf) to poop and pee. It is clear to me they were not walked every 4 hours as we were told. Our dogs are used to being inside for several hours (while we are at work) for over a decade and have never had an issue like this. It is obvious they have been neglected and we are truly disappointed. After a long day of traveling— our dogs have no beds, had to bathe them twice to get the smell of urine out, clean my car and home. I would recommend avoiding this place.

We went out of town and my mother was watching our dog Nelson - which was a tremendous feat for her since he weighs about 75 pounds and she barely weighs more than that. She took him to the Woofdorf Astoria for play days while we were gone and it was terrific. They took such good care of him and he seemed to have a great time. It made it so much easier for her and she felt like they really cared about Nelson. We will definitely be using their services in the future!

My pet PIA absolutely LOVES going to Woofdorf Astoria. Last year was a bad year of illnesses and other issues for her off and on and she’s had no desire to want to do anything. I started to see her light shine again a “little” before the holidays approached and thought she was getting better. Here we are now in the new year of 2024 and she’s in a bit of a funk after a recent dog attack and wouldn’t snap out of it emotionally. It’s so upsetting to see your pet depressed and not wanting to play with their toys, interact in any way or to even take a walk. I decided to bring her back to WA yesterday to see if not only the staff would pick up her spirits but her doggie pals as well. WHAT A GAME CHANGER!! I received pics from the staff with her playing with her friends and having a great time and I too kept an eye on her on my cell thru their web cam. She was doing better than I anticipated. Her light shines “bright” again after just one visit, she is smiling a lot more and I have a very grateful heart. Thank you Woofdorf Astoria and your friendly, dedicated and loving staff for taking such good care of my little girl. If I could, I would give you 10 stars! GOD bless you all!! AR

We moved here 3 years ago and started taking Holly and Luna to Woofdorf as it was close to our home. Luckily, they are amazing! Our dogs love it there. Our oldest Holly passed away a few months ago and the staff put a picture of her in the office and sent a lovely sympathy card with everyone saying such kind things. It meant a lot. Luna was a little apprehensive at first going by herself, but the folks there made her comfortable. Thanks for all you do for our dogs! Your care is much appreciated.

I so highly recommend this boarding and daycare facility! Thank you to everyone at Woofdorf Astoria of LR. Our Gracie has never done well with Boarding. She always came home stressed and often with digestion problems. She has boarded now 4 times with them and done great! She is tired when she gets home but otherwise fine. I attribute that to the great care of the caregivers and 24 hour people in attendance. Really great place to keep your dog safe! ❤️

We are so happy to have found AAA Pet Resort for our sweet Finley! Natalya and the entire staff are caring and wonderful. Finley can run and play with other dogs in an open space and loves it there, thank you!!

Missy the Husky mix loves the resort! She is very social, and wanted a facility where she is free to mix with other dogs, and give her the exercise she requires a one year old! The staff is very nice and Missy has done very well there. Highly recommended!

The individual board and train program is outstanding! We brought our 5-year old Mini Schnauzer that was very aggressive towards anything that moved. The training was excellent and I am very happy with the results. She is now very calm and is a very different dog. Everyone at AAA Pet Resort has a passion for caring for dogs and love the way they use positive training methods that reinforce what they learn. Definitively recommend them 100%!!

We have two beautiful fur babies. Honey and Izzy needed Jorge and Brian at AAA Pet Resort! They took in our two fur babies for two week training. Plus Jorge had already been to our house for follow up training! They are amazing! Everyone at AAA Pet Resort was kind, thoughtful and professional!!! My dog Charlie Brown has been going for years to AAA Pet Resort with a recent short break in his visits due to personal reasons. I have to talk about his excitement last week while dropping him off for boarding, when he realized he was getting closer to this very special place for him, he couldn’t contain himself and it was very easy to tell his bark was just pure excitement wanting to get out of my truck to say hello to Natalya and her team. It filled my heart to see him this happy!!

Have taken my dogs there for day care and now using them for training. Jorge has been fantastic with my dogs. They have learned to walk easily for me without pulling which given the two of them weigh about 2/3 of my weight has been a life saver. They listen to me now and behave even around strangers. They love coming here and adore Jorge. He is so good with the dogs and really loves all dogs. He also worked with me as to how to train them at home and what not to do. Worth every penny for the training. I recommend the training to anyone. It is such a relief to have well trained dogs who listen. I also like the day care and so do my dogs.

I can't say enough good things about AAA pet resort!!! After touring the facility and meeting staff members I felt extremely comfortable leaving our 4 month old frenchie with them for doggy daycare. Our puppy loves it there and is excited as soon as we pull into the driveway! He's always happy and well cared for. We've used them for an overnight stay and felt completely comfortable leaving him in their care. They are very personalbe and truly love the animals.

I am so thankful for this service. I could tell from the "meet and greet" that Dawn and her family were going to be wonderful with Dolly and give her lots of attention. We had left her at a kennel one time and she came home depressed for a few days. When we picked Dolly up from Dawn, she was her normal, happy self. I could tell that she was comfortable staying there and I am sure they took great care of her. We will definitely use this service again.

Beware! I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. this place is extremely filthy, barely any AC for the dogs and cats. This is not a resort. I believe these people are ripping people off, and not promising what you're paying for. They can be passive aggressive and extremely rude if your point out anything health hazardous to the well being of the animals. Also witnessed the owners (husband and wife) being passive aggressive and verbally abusive towards the two female employees. if they do that to their employees than i wonder how they "actually treat" your pets. I had made a post before, "somehow" they took it down. Will keep reporting this place till something is done or they are "retired "

We board our dog and two cats at Just 4 Paws for every vacation we take. The staff and owners are extremely reliable, always available, and very pleasant people. Great value and many add on options for dogs! We had extra walks and a bath for ours - she came back smelling great and looking super happy. Our cats love to look out the windows from the tops of the cat trees and hardly want to leave. Highly recommend!

We had our two cats boarded for an exceptionally long time because of our move and we couldn't have been happier with our experience with Just 4 Paws. They clearly loved and cared for our cats like they were their own. We visited often, and each time we came we were met with welcoming smiles. Our cats had an actual room of their own with toys and cat trees looking over a beautiful lake. The room was always super clean and you could tell the cats loved them too because every time they saw their faces the cats lit up knowing they were going to get cuddles and let out to run around. Just 4 Paws is the best! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They have great air conditioned garden rooms with grassy play and potty areas. We have used this pet resort many times and our dogs Lucy and Greta always enjoy going here. We also know our fur babies will be well taken care of here... We actually have them booked for an upcoming getaway! Greta our dachshund even has a pack of doxies to play with when she visits.

Our two dogs have been guests at Just 4 Paws several times over the past 2.5 yrs. When we pull up the lane, Ringo and Pixie just start going crazy with anticipation. How many times do dogs actually love to go to the kennel? Ours do. They are able to have a spa room together where it is climate controlled and they have their own yard. we have also used the junior suites for them which they loved equally. Maya and Marcus treat our babies like two of their own. We have boarded them for long weekends as well as several weeks duration. Each time the kids have come home happy and healthy. We have peace of mind while we are travelling knowing the kids are well cared for.

The folks that own and run this boarding place are really nice, and it is obvious that they care very much about the animals housed there. As well, you can pay a little extra for your animal to have additional one on one play time, which is a nice touch. The only drawbacks were their cash only policy, and the cat enclosure room smelt extremely strongly of cat spray. . . But perhaps that's normal. Plus their cat enclosure area is lots of soft furnishing items and my cat didn't seem to mind the smell.

I love this pet resort!! We bring our dog rocky here and the owners take such good care of him. They take him for walks, make sure he is fed and play with him. When rocky comes home he is so tired from a fun filled day. The owners are such good caring people, at the drop of a dime they are willing to take rocky. My work schedule can be tough sometimes so it's good to know that Just 4 Paws is always there for us. Thank you for the impeccable care of our pet!!!

My dog went to this place during Thanksgiving holidays and I felt very cheated. He spent 4 nights and they charged me like it was 5 nights which is very annoying and not fair. Also they are telling in the website that is a luxury pet resort and it is very very dirty. My dog came back home so dirty and his bed was disgusting, smelling really bad. I had to pay $265 per 4 nights that is $66 per day, when most of the other places that look so much better and are much cleaner are charging between $43 and $46 per day. I don’t trust all the other reviews. I think that they are not real. This is my experience and I hope can help others to choose better the place for their dogs.

Our dog Henry loved his stay and just 4 paws! Very accommodating and caring owners who live onsite overseeing our dogs every need, will definitely be using here again! So nice to have finally found somewhere we can trust for our dog. Thank you both so much.

I needed a place to kennel my dogs at the last minute, and had a difficult time finding a place that would keep my small family group (3 dogs) together and not try to have them "socialize" with other dogs. (My pack doesn't do dog parks or daycare.) As I began to despair, Jovonnie called me back and said she had room and would be glad to keep my pups out of the daycare group- in fact, she had a fenced yard especially separate for little packs/solo dogs like mine! When you drive up to Stay and Play, don't use your human eyes to assess it. Use your dog eyes (or really, nose). It's a house the dogs are walking up to, just like they're used to! There's a sofa and small beds in the rooms! There are windows and if you want a TV running, you got it! The yard is a huge, safe, fenced wonderland (I could hear my terrier thinking, "I see horses! Are those cows?") and has wading pools and tons of fresh water available. If your dog is destructive, they can stay in a crate- which is okay because they'll get so much exercise, they'll only use it to sleep in! Mike is the right man in the right job, because he loves his boarders. He has a calm, balanced demeanor and his charges obviously love him back. I was at ease leaving my babies with him the morning I dropped them off. Back in Virginia when I would travel, my dogs would go to a fairly spartan kennel where they would get more love and walks than should be legal from the humans who worked there! My friends who send their pets to play dates and spa-like boarding facilities thought I was cheap, or worse- blase about my animals. The bottom line for me is safety and security, and then love. All three exist in spades in this off-the-beaten-path boarding facility in Parrish. I'll use Stay and Play in the future- and that's my highest recommendation.

Our dogs Koda & Scooby spent almost 5 days there recently and it was a great experience for the dogs and piece of mind for us. Our dogs will be going here from now on. No small cages, plenty of space to play, toddler beds for the dogs and a great Kennel manager. A+++

This was a disaster from the start. We we’re visiting from GA & our dog sitter got sick. Of course it was a Saturday & most places closed at noon. After locating this facility which showed hours until 6:00 PM. I made numerous calls to them. There was no answer & voicemail was full. Finally after several tries, Jovonnie answered. I explained my situation & she said there wouldn’t be any one there until between 4:00 & 6:00 & could we come then. Of course we agreed. We arrived around 4:30 to find an old house with a fenced in piece of property. There was NO ONE in sight. We tried again several times to call her back but with no response. The house was left open so I was able to walk through. The place was a dump. This is a poorly run business & not somewhere I could/would ever recommend.

A staff member of mine contacted owner of Stay & Play Pet Resort located at 3155 N Rye Road in Parrish FL 34219 and made it clear I needed a foster home for three months while I was in and out of the hospital. My dog is an expensive white English Retriever but had already been boarded too much. Bait and switch artist Owner Jovonnie Androy said "look no further" and professed to find a good foster home who is a friend of hers who signed an agreement w me NO BOARDING FEES. She was present when the foster friend signed the contract. Conveniently, when I am admitted into the hospital I get a call from Jovonnie Androy (who knew my admission date) claiming she had custody of my dog at Stay & Play Pet Resort Parrish FL and "she gets $40 a day." I told her that was $1,200 a month!! This did not even include walking my dog, or as I found out later, food. Dialogue remained pretty outrageous even after I agreed to a reduced price ($30 a day - little choice) and many times I had to swallow my ego. Even trying to go pick him up was a nightmare. After I paid her $1,000 initially - she then texted me for my credit card data because food was not part of deal. I pointed out I had no contract with her and NO WAY was I going to give my Visa cart blanche to her. She claimed food was not included in her "reduced fee" and kept trying to do add ons. She is a great at acting incredulous while trying to bilk me and then saying "Why are you so upset?" When clear to me she has been down this road MANY times before because she babbles endlessly about how smart she is. She never got my credit card data. The actual housing a tad better than a trailer and her "palace" of a home is a few acres over at GoldenGael Farms. Getting my dog - she demanded cash only and upped the balance, as I figured. He had lost a lot of weight, 16 pounds (he was 80 pounds) and she claimed he gained muscle (muscle weighs more than fat) and she ALWAYS has ALL the answers. She owns GoldenGael Farms in Parrish FL next door and my dog WAS taken back and forth--to swim. He needed a life vest and apparently almost drowned because she forgot he needed one. I would NEVER get involved with her again or her properties unless I am into self harm. I had to really pay $1,570 at the end of this story when she had proclaimed he would be in foster care with her "friend" prior to my going in the hospital. But the dialogue was very disturbing most of the time and I felt I was powerless. You should just wonder how someone can do so much professed "business" at Stay and Play Pet Resort Dog Boarding in Parrish FL but have ZERO reviews on Google. It is quite apparent not one customer wanted to leave any review. You can bet there will be some fake postings after I post this on how great her businesses are after I post this. Ohh My Dog went above and beyond for my 10 year old French Bulldog. For 24 days, they made sure he was well cared while I was out of town. I got multiple updates and pictures each day. His meds were given on time and they even took him for car rides. I highly recommend Caroline and her team. The best!!!

This Dogsitting company is the BEST! The owner is such a passionate and knowledgeable dog lover with a heart to enrich the lives of every pup she cares for. She also employs excellently qualified pet sitters (I was one of them, and I LOVED working for Ohh My Dog!) There was thorough ease of communication between clients and the service team. The owner of Ohh My Dog and the pet parents made sure I was comfortable with every dog in my care, and we were so lucky to have such excellent clients! Some of the best benefits for me to work there was to have the flexibility of scheduling, building rapport with the doggies, and maintaining a good work/life balance. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I truly cannot speak enough good about the competence and efficiency of their services!

I’m so happy to have found Oh My dog. I travel for work a lot and the owner is amazing and really knows how to take care of my dog while out of town. She plays, walks and takes very good care of him. We had such a nice weekend out of town, and it was so nice knowing our boys were safe and happy! They had the best weekend with Caroline - walks, spending time outside and lazy-day cuddles. We have never left them with someone we didn’t know or who wasn’t family but we have finally found someone we trust! Caroline was very communicative, shared photos and videos the whole time, and our boys got tons of love! Can’t recommend OHH MY DOG enough!💙

Ohh My Dog has been a life changing option for us. We have 2 new puppies, now 7 months old and our life was overtaken by them. Hiring Ohh My Dog and having Bri Depken as our dog sitter has been glorious. She is wonderful with the puppies. She is very engaged with them and I never worry when she is at the house taking care of them. I know they are in good hands. We are very thankful for her and we highly recommend Ohh My Dog if you are in need of a pet sitter!!!!

Caroline just sat for the first time over Thanksgiving week for our 2 dogs! We are so grateful to have found her! She is super attentive and caring! You’ll get lots of pics and updates! She’s very professional and will leave your home so nice and clean! Highly recommend Caroline!

Caroline is amazing! She cared for our blind, diabetic, anxiety ridden pup Bauer this week. She sent us pictures, videos and updated us on Bauer. When we arrived home there was a detailed card explaining her visit to feed him, give him is insulin and meds and walk.she even sat with him for a while. Caroline went above and beyond to care for our special little guy. It is hard to find the right person to manage a pup with his ailments as he does put his guard up at times. Caroline was kind and gentle with Bauer. She left a cute little treat bag for him to dive into when we arrived home. I 100% recommend Caroline.

Caroline is an excellent dog sitter! She not only took great care of our pups, she also left the house nice and clean. She sent photos and videos frequently so we always knew the dogs were happy and busy. Will definitely use her services again in the future.
