Heidi is INCREDIBLE. We are very particular about who watches our two cats and I can't tell you how detailed she is. My husband and I met her while she was walking around the neighborhood with dogs she was sitting. She had on her clearly marked pet service tshirt and after seeing her around the neighborhood a few times, we finally approached her. She came over for a consultation and my cats immediately took a liking to her. She is consistent, very caring, clean, meticulous and very detailed with her photo updates and end of the shift "notes". My husband and I looked forward to her end of the pix of the cats and the small notations she'd make about each one. She even watered our tomato plants! We finally have piece of mind that our babies are in good hands when we are away. Heidi is a trustworthy professional and I highly recommend her and her business.

Aja Pet Service was absolutely incredible, and exceeded our expectations in every way. Our cat is newly diagnosed as diabetic, so we were nervous asking Heidi and Brendan to come give her shots. Totally unwarranted: they were prompt, sent wonderful notes and photos, and obviously loved on our senior kitty. It was such a relief not to have to worry! Would recommend them to anyone needing a cat sitter or dog sitter.

She is fantastic at communicating so that you know exactly when they have been walked and fed. She has an app so that you see the route they walk on, which she sends after each walk. Aja Pet Service is an amazing pet sitting service. I had no worries about my pets while I was away for a couple days. I received plenty of updates with pictures to ensure my fuzzies were happy. Aja Pet Service has made going away for a weekend or a longer trip so much easier. We don’t worry about leaving the animals or the house what so ever. Heidi has this down. We have had Alix, Teah and Ksenia take care of the house and animals. All four of these ladies have done a fantastic job. Aja Pet Service is one of a kind! What other pet sitting service brings 3 sitters to your consultation so that in case of an emergency any one of the 3 would be able to come help while you are out of town? Talk about going above and beyond! We signed up for the overnight stay for 4 nights, and my primary sitter, Bettina, was more than amazing! She would text me updates with pictures through out the day and when my babies got sick, she cooked them a home cooked meal to help their bellies! I could not have been more pleased with their service, as they made us feel like one of our friends was taking care of our fur babies and our home!

Heidi, Andrea, and Alix have been walking and watching my dog for years. I cannot speak highly enough about them. Heidi treats your pet like her pet- she’s even taken my dog to the vet when I was at work and she suddenly became ill. The best pet sitting and dog walking people out there! And I like that they have insurance!

Carolina has been a trustworthy and knowledgeable pet-sitter for my two cats multiple times this year, and I definitely plan to continue to use her services. One of my cats has a long list of health problems that require special medication, injections, and a rigid schedule, so I knew I wanted someone with veterinary experience to care for him when I was away. It is nerve-wracking to leave him because of his health issues, but Carolina helps to alleviate my stress while traveling thanks to her commitment to the animals and her know-how. She stays in touch with me and allows me to be a "crazy cat mom" with all my notes and instructions. I highly recommend her services!

Can’t say enough good things! We always get pictures of our sweet girl Charlotte on her walks or just getting some quality loving! Carolina is absolutely fantastic in her care, being someone who works in the animal industry myself I’m even more skeptical to let anyone take care of my own pets. Charlotte is always so happy; we’ll cared for and stress free when we pick her up. I can’t imagine letting anyone else take care of her, she feels so at home with Carolina. 10/10 recommendation! LOVEEEE this place! We adopted our very anxious rescue about a year ago and we were looking for boarding for the weekend while we went out of town. The staff was phenomenal and was very accommodating and helpful with the whole process! Everyone is so nice and they treated our boy so well! Our pup requires some extra TLC because he has severe anxiety and the staff were so great with him. The pricing is great and it’s a very nice facility with people who genuinely care for your pets. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

The white lady at this place is a complete racist. My husband and I came here got here early and she came to our car with an aggressive behavior. We thought she was a drug addict or had some type of mental health issues until she threatened to call the police on my husband for parking and waiting while black. I let her know to stop with her aggressive behavior. My husband and I were planning on taking a vacation and we wanted to get information and got here early . Her behavior because we were Black people waiting for them to open up was hostile and aggressive. don’t come into a black neighborhood if you do not want to serve all people. People are not the same anymore they’re unfriendly and cruel and I met One today

The place where I was bringing my Chocolate Lab, had shut down. When I Spoke to Ohana they were so Friendly and are so Accommodating. They answered all my questions and came out to help me with getting him in (as he is a bit strong and anxious.) But they made everything comfortable for me to leave him, and I could go to work knowing he was in good hands. They texted pictures during the day, and he received a report card...very nice! And they have Grooming services and training. It is definitely wort it. I would definitely recommend Ohana Pet Resort.

We boarded our cat, Teddy, here while we were out of town for almost 2 weeks. We were concerned about leaving him because he wants all the attention, and he has a heart condition that requires him to get medication twice a day. They are amazing! I loved receiving the daily report cards letting me know how Teddy was doing. I can tell that he received lots of attention and was well taken care of while we were gone. We plan to use Ohana for all of our boarding needs in the future!

I will never bring my dog here again. She had been in daycare and stayed at the old Ohana twice before, each time for over a week. This last time - August to September of 2024 she stayed for 16 days. She was in the old Ohana. When I picked her up - she was filthy. When I called to ask why she wasn't given a bath they said she had one the night before but there was a lot of rain and she got dirty during the evening play time. Humm. Once I got her home, I gave her a good bath and not only was she filthy, but she had A LOT of scratches and teeth marks. On top of that, my once confident baby was suddenly spooked by loud noises, the toaster popping up toast, the clatter of food bowls - all sorts of strange and weird stuff. I called to complain. What the heck had happened? Were they so busy with opening the new place that they forgot about the old and the pets that were there? I was told that Grace played rough and that's how she got all her scratches and bite marks. What? Who allows that? She never plays rough like that. I was told that they talked to the staff and no one did anything to harm her or cause distress. She was super wary of everyone again. I had adopted her when she was 3. She is starting to get over her fears, but it's been two months now. I didn't appreciate that the fact that I was made to feel like I was totally overreacting. I will NEVER send Grace to that place again.

We’ve been taking our Great Dane here for 4 months. Excellent dog day care, they take great care of the dogs. Staff is great. Price reasonable. Send us pictures every day of the dog. Drop off and pick up when ever we want. We really like Ohana Pet Resort.

Beautiful new place. Very clean. My fur baby was happy and well taken care of. The staff seemed to really love their jobs. I only wish they had cameras to view our pets from the website. Will be a frequent visitor.

I want to thank you so much. Your service and communication were outstanding. It really made us feel at ease and comfortable and I honestly felt I was leaving our Rue in good hands. My husband says your communication was above and beyond. All staff (we met/spoke with 3 different people) were super kind and it really felt like they cared a lot about our dog. We were able to see Rue through a live cam in different areas of the kennel, including her personal kennel at night while she slept. We are beyond grateful we found this place. ♥️

We are so grateful to have found Loving Paws! We came from out of town to visit family and was nervous about our puppy getting bored since he is high energy. Meeting the staff and seeing the facility put us at ease with dropping off our pup for daycare. The facility is clean, the staff is incredibly sweet and seem to really care about the dogs. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a safe, fun place for your dog. We will definitely be back next time we come to visit.

Okay, halfway through our trip my instant thought was- “these people are now family!” I’m so happy I came across Loving Paws. It’s family owned and they are all wonderful! We went for a tour of the facility and were extremely happy with how clean & well maintained it is! One of the dogs usually come home sick after boarding elsewhere so I was thrilled to try them out! They have live cams which gives you the peace of mind to check in on them whenever you’d like. I was so happy to see them doing well and having a great time… and SLEEPING- which is a great indicator that they are comfortable in their surroundings! They offer cageless stays which is really nice so they won’t have to be cooped up in a cage all day- although their “cage” setting is still very spacious, with a bed, TV & “calming music”! Our weekend wasn’t so busy for them- so my girls got a lot of one on one attention & playtime with some of the daycare visitors 🐾 I have to give a MAJOR shout out to Nathaly who went above and beyond to accommodate my mom’s chow chow- who can be very selective and anxious in new settings. Knowing this, she gave him a chance while also giving my mom the opportunity to go on our trip! She treated him like her own and sent us updates on all of them throughout the days via text. We all agreed that boarding them at loving paws was more like dropping them off at a family member’s house than at a typical boarding facility. I’m so appreciative for each and every one of them! We’ve found our spot!🐾🖤

Loving paws is such a great dog day care. I was greeted by one of the owners upon arrival and shown around the facility which is spotless and perfect for daycare and boarding. My dog did a full day of daycare and was exhausted as soon as we got home. Every pet parent’s dream when you have a high energy dog. They have cameras so you can check on your pet throughout the day. 10/10 experience would highly recommend for any pet parent in the Juno, npb, palm beach gardens area!

You guys were amazing! The videos, pictures and report cards of how my dogs were doing was exactly what I needed to be able to enjoy my vacation. After a not so good experience with a boarding place, we found Loving Paws and we could not be happier with our decision. They go above and beyond to ensure that your pet’s well being and comfort is their number one priority! As a first time dog mom, I was anxious leaving my baby but I am so comfortable and confident leaving my baby with Loving Paws. Their communication, dedication, and lovingness towards my dog keep my mind at ease. We love Loving Paws and so does Archie!

We boarded our Australian Shepherd, Berlioz, with Loving Paws for a week while we went out of town and he absolutely loved it!! Everyone there was so kind and helpful making sure Berli felt at home and happy during his stay! If your dog’s a people person or a dog person, the teams got it covered!! They have a great facility with multiple sleeping quarters and a great yard for any size dog. If you are looking for a place for your pup to stay while you’re away, this is it!!

My small Pomeranian loves doggie daycare here. She’s excited once she realizes where we are. I love that they have cameras that you can check in. Also there’s always somebody in the room with them that is making sure they are all safe and also plays/pets them. I look forward to boarding her next time I travel. They even have a camera inside her Suite for overnights. Highly recommend!

Loving Paws is a 4 star hotel for dogs!!! The first time I walked through the door, the owner Danny, gave me a tour of the facility and I was so happy I came to check it out! It is beautiful, clean, everything is up to date, has an outdoor area, cameras, roomy boarding area and play room, offers cageless boarding as an option and staff stays overnight. I have a shepherd mix and she thrives with the cageless option. We get an emailed report card for each visit and it details how she is doing and mentions friends that she has made along with pictures. And if I am missing my dog, I can look at their Instagram page. Nathaly does a wonderful job posting new pictures and videos everyday which are adorable! My husband always catches me looking at their Instagram or live camera feeds while we are out of town, so I can check up on her. She always gets a lot of attention and love. I never worry because she is so happy when I pick her up. On holiday stays, they take pictures of your dog so you know they are also having fun and are being spoiled. This is a family run business that treats your dog like family (and my dog thinks they are her family).

I’m so very, very happy my husband and I have found a dog daycare/boarding facility for our 28 pound Pomsky. He loves it! No exaggeration! We watch him during play time and the staff are always so friendly. My best friend referred me and now we don’t have to worry about vacations without Sparky. He’s in good hands.

This place truly cares about your animals. We've brought our dogs here for some time and after an unfortunate accident when one of our dogs injured his leg, they fully stood behind the situation, covered vet bills and offered to pay for the surgery, but luckily it didn't come to that. We've brought them back several times since then, and the staff understands what happened previously and is very attuned to helping make sure it doesn't happen again. I feel like anyone considering pet paradise for their dog or cat should go no further and know that you're in good hands with this company, their staff, and the facility. They even take cute pictures of your dogs while they're staying there!

I wanted my cat and dogs to have a family feel while away from me. Pet Paradise fits my needs. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It is obvious that the staff has a passion for our furry friends. My overweight dog and cat has loss weight with the exercise. They love going to Pet Paradise and are happy to see their furry friends and the staff. Additions: always a great place to leave my dogs. I love the staff and my dogs are excited to see them.

Super organized and clean. I loved that the puppies were well looked after and allowed lots of play time in the playground. Very friendly staff. The daily report cards and camera access are a great way to feel informed. Will be returning soon and will recommend to everyone I know.

I cannot say enough great things about Pet Paradise - we have two bullies who need solo care, we were so worried about boarding them, especially over the 4th. Des and the PPPB team took SUCH good care of them, she is truly a rockstar. I was being a helicopter mom and she never made me feel silly for checking on them. We will absolutely be using them for all our pet needs moving forward !

Just had my two pomskies groomed here today. The staff is so sweet and incredible. They’re so welcoming to the dogs every time they come in. The groomer did an amazing job. Our dogs undercoat was a little overdue, and she took care of them! Highly recommend!

The dog real enjoyed. The site has a live feature where you can watch your dog 24hrs and it looked like she is having fun. At the end of everyday the office send review it was highly impressed .

I am absolutely in LOVE with Pet Paradise Palm Beach. My Husky just spent the weekend with them and didn’t want to leave! Everything was perfect. The staff was so welcoming when we first arrived and they even send report cards throughout the day so you can see how your pup is doing (on top of the live camera they have in all the play yards)! Not to mention, even with the “peak rate” for the holiday it was more than reasonable. I cannot thank pet paradise enough and I’m certain Enzo can’t wait to see you again soon!

We were looking for a day care relatively closer to our home on Military Trail. My wife found this establishment a mile or so up the rd . From the outside I was really impressed, However after entering the place it was very pleasant. Beautiful dog portraits on the wall. And a classy feeling. We were very pleasantly welcomed and we felt very comfortable right from the start. The staff were very informative and we loved the web cam as my wife was constantly checking it to see how Cassie was doing. From what I saw and experienced I would highly recommend them, And look forward to using their services in the future.

My puppy loves coming to visit, everyone takes really good care of her. She’s happy when she comes in the door, everyone there is happy to see her! Dalton takes really good care of her, He has trained her and threw his skills, helped relieve and correct a lot of her anxiety issues. The love that they provide to my puppy makes it easy for me to bring her there as a regular.

For someone who recently moved to West Palm Beach from NYC, I can happily say that meeting Hana and entrusting her to watch my baby overnight when I needed to travel was the best thing I have discovered so far. I’ve been hesitant to entrust my baby boy (and access to my home) to anyone, but Hana helped me out in a pinch and was so responsible, she totally put my mind at ease! Everything was online and over text, and she even sent me beautiful pictures and a status update when my pup was home safely. We are so grateful!

Typically, my baby boy and I are together, but should I need a tag-in partner, then I know I've got Hana and co. Baby boy is always "good", but during storm season I especially love the drop-in service they offer. He may not be particularly anxious or in need, but I feel better knowing Hana and the team can pop-by for a quick cuddle session, so he knows he's covered. It just lands differently from any remote camera and microphone! Plus, those treats have to be delivered, akin to typical momma-baby snack rituals. A dispenser just doesn't do it. I love a small business that delivers, especially one that my baby boy adores to the moon and back. Make great decisions and call them! You'll be so grateful.

House and Hound has the best dog care services ever! Our 18 month old Westie loves to spend extended time with them. We never boarded our babies, or had a dog sitter away from our home. I was very nervous since they are JRT's and of course our babies. After researching I decided to contact House and Hounds. With in minutes they responded. Set me up with a sitter close by. Met the pet sitter and felt very comfortable and so did our babies. When we were on our trip the pet sitter was in communication along with updated photos. I would highly recommend House and Hounds and for us we will definitely use them as needed.

Bridget has been watching my dogs since 2003. She takes them to the beach they have a lot of fun together. She sends me pictures and videos. I know my dog is well cared for and loved. When one of my dogs got old are a very long detailed list of medications, and directions. She did a great job, and I think my old lady perked up being around a bunch of other dogs having fun. You can also tell Bridget loves what she does!

Bridget treats my dogs like I do! Spoiled and cared for, like they deserve. The best part of being on vacation is knowing I don't have to worry about my boys. For 13 years since 2009, to the present time, Bridget has gone above and beyond taking care of our daughter's elderly lab, Layla, followed by our new pup Timber in 2012, now an elder pup. Bridget always follows directions for meds and meals. She is 100% with promptly communicating with us if we have questions. We love getting photos of our Timber while we're away! I have one dog who is blind and needs medication and another who is a handful, not only do I trust Friends of Fur Pet Care with both of them, its like they're at home. My guy who is a handful is very anxious and has separation anxiety to say the least and FOFPC was able to keep him at bay and provide me amazing feedback to ease my anxiety as well! Love House and Hound pet sitting service in Palm Beach Gardens!!! They treat my 5 dogs and 2 cats with love and respect!!! They don't charge per animal but per visit. Priceless! Monika, the owner is professional, reasonable and cares about animals. She covered the cost of an emergency visit when one of our dogs needed medical care until our returned. The ladies that work for her show up when scheduled, will wash my reusable dog pads (I have a cavie that is deaf, partially blind, terminal plus on medication for her heart so she can't hold it.), quick vacuum when needed for all the pet hair, clean messes up, actually spend time with our pets, bring in mail, etc at NO EXTRA CHARGE. I've used other services and individual sitters that only did half of what they do or sometimes they wouldn't show up at all, skip visits or they would send their kid or a friend, charge per pet or activity, etc. No one wants to pay for lousy service or worry when on vacation if your fur family is being taken care of. Even with cameras other services said they were there but cameras don't lie! House and Hound of PBG is the BEST!!! I'm very particular about my fur crew and they love these sitters, too. We can tell with the photos they send each visit and upon our return. I've been using for the day sitter, Ilene, for over a year now and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with our fur babies!!! Love her ❤️. Recently, we also started using a few overnights sitters due to our large rescue puppy. Cathy was great, too, and loved our pets. Overnight sitters can change depending on schedule/ availability. Always a smooth, easy, good experience. I used Niki a few times when I’ve had to be away from my foster kittens for a while. I’ve also used their in-home boarding when my dogs were still with us. Highly recommended. Super easy on the app to check in, see things, request things, etc. Last-minute trips are never a problem.

Jackie is awesome with our three dogs. She sends pictures when she takes care of them and updates on their daily activities. The app is so easy to use for setting up appointments and any special instructions. You get a meet and greet with the person that will be taking care of your pet(s) to ensure you and your pets are a good fit. Much better than boarding option because my pets are less stressed in their own environment. Pricing is very reasonable with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend!

Barry & Becky are the best. Before we had Barry & Becky our pets would really shun us when we got home. With B&B when we come in after a trip out cats are like "hey hello". They are happy,. B & B always leave the sink shining like I left it & he takes excellent care of our cats. Everything is always perfect. My husband's work has taken us all over the USA so we have had many many pet sitters. Hands down with out a doubt they are the best. Trustworthy & caring. You can't go wrong with Barry & Becky!

Four Paws of Palm Beach is the best dog walking service around! They are prompt and responsive. Before Barry, our rescue dog would not allow anyone to leash and walk her. She took to him the very first time. Both of our dogs have had surgeries and Barry used extra care when they were recovering. I highly recommend Four Paws to anyone!

Four Paws has been caring for our pets since 2007. Barry and Becky helped me with my yellow labrador Lexxi until 2016. He never missed a visit and transitioned his care for her as she aged. Today, Barry cares for our two cats which gives us the abitilty to travel. Don't know what we would do without their great service and personal care.

This was the first time I had to take an international flight since I have my two cats. Barry and Becky were complete gems and took care of my babies while I was away. They were very accommodating and through with the care and communication for both Crash and Luna. I would definitely book their service again due to the level of professionalism and compassion they bring to the table.

Four Paws is amazingly professional and available at the drop of the hat. Many times I've contacted them with little notice to take care of our cats and they are ALWAYS there. When they are looking after your furries, they send (without fail!) a daily email to let you know that everything is ok at home. Sometimes (depending on how shy your pet is) you'll also get a quick picture! They are downright awesome.
