My two boys love it here! They get so excited when the van pulls up. The Daycare is super convenient - the boys get picked up in the morning and dropped off in the arvo. There are webcams throughout the facility that allow me to watch my boys too, which is always entertaining. They come home tired and happy. Dog Royalty also offer boarding as well. We had our dogs stay at the Rossmore facility for about 3 weeks. It was a stressfree holiday for us not having to worry about them because they were constantly under supervision, whilst being entertained and kept to a nice schedule. The boys came back home from boarding looking as healthy as when they left. Would 100% recommend their service to others.

Chris and the team at Dog Royalty have been providing exceptional dog daycare and training to our two (very small, very big personality) boys, Franklin and Theodore, since 2020. Daycare: The drop off and pick up service is prompt and a huge timesaver for us, considering we both work and often would not be able to make pick up/drop off if we had to do this on our own. Our boys come home from their day exhausted but happy- and we can see why by checking in on them throughout the day using the dog royalty webcam. The team’s communication is fantastic, which was especially helpful in the transition period when both dogs started attending. The centre itself is a clean and well equiped enviroment, with plenty of activities. The team also regularly send us photo and video updates of them too, and overall, the service is very competitively priced. Training service: We also decided to enlist Doy Royalty's training services to help our youngest dog tackle some reactivity while walking on lead. Chris took the time to chat to us comprehensively about our goals and objectives, determined our current approach to training, and spent almost three hours walking us (literatally and figuratively) through a new, sensible and gentle training approach. By the end of this session we felt so much more confident in recognising and dealing with any lead reactivity and my partner and I now equipped with a consistent approach to dealing with any reactive behaviour. Chris also followed up with a comprehensive written training plan that has been easy to incorporate into our daily routine. I cannot recommend the Dog Royalty team enough when it comes to providing daycare and/or training for your fur baby. Thank you again, Chris and the Dog Royalty team!

Dog Royalty is awesome! They came highly recommended via a friend and family member, and have superseded our expectations. The staff are so great and you know they absolutely love their job. They provide the wonderful service of picking up and dropping off our fur-baby, Crumpet, which puts us at ease, particularly on the days we cannot work from home. It's a beautiful thing to know your dog is in wonderful and safe hands when he is away from us. We are chuffed and the pictures speak for themselves. Our dog loves Dog Royalty. It is his happy place. He is always super excited to be picked up by Dog Royalty’s van. The service is extraordinarily convenient - your furry friend gets picked up in the morning and dropped off in the afternoon, back home after a busy day of playing with other dogs. All staff members are super friendly, responsive and reliable. We never had any problems getting information or communicating with Dog Royalty. We highly recommend Dog Royalty. Your dog will love it!

Our dog Bobby loves attending daycare at Dog Royalty and doesn’t glance back to us when the trainers come to collect him at the start of the day. He was a tiny 2kg puppy when he first started attending but the trainers all took great care of him slowly introducing him to the other dogs. He is now a hefty 4kg and full of a confidence which belies his size. We get regular pictures of Bobby at play from the dog royalty team with pics. The team is all incredibly caring.

I am so grateful to Chris and his wonderful team at Dog Royalty. We have 2 mini groodle pups who are now 6 months old. Chris came to our home for training when the pups were just 10 weeks old, his advice, care and expertise allowed us to get off to a great start with the pups. His early visit, assessment and expertise were fundamental as it allowed us to implement training in those very early days. I would not hesitate to book another review with him if I had any concerns in the future. As soon as the pups were able to attend Dog Royalty day care the wonderful team assisted us in booking them in. The pick up and delivery service is excellent. The contact via the app and the webcam are wonderful. The pups are up each morning hoping that it is a day care day as they love it. Their attendance has allowed them to socialise with other dogs and the staff, this has translated in to them being calmer and friendly on our daily walks and day to day outings. The Dog Royalty staff are exceptional, knowledgeable, warm, friendly, professional and clearly love animals. 5 stars for every aspect of this service.

The first day our puppy left for Dog Royalty, I cried. I continued crying for the next few weeks. As a doggy parent, It’s hard putting your trust in others. But I’m so glad I found dog royalty. I kept seeing the van around my area so I thought I would look into it. I was on the waitlist for a good few months but when I got the email to say there were spots available, I immediately signed him up. My dog Thor LOVES going! When he hears the dog on the door, he goes absolutely nuts. The staff who pick him up and work there are always so friendly and reassuring and you can see how much they love dogs and him. It’s a pretty amazing service. He gets picked up and dropped off at the door. We also get a little debrief on our dog’s day. Dog royalty have a live webcam so I like to watch Thor and see what he gets up too. He comes back home sooo exhausted. Our dog is highly social and loves playing with other dogs so we know this is the right place for him. They also have a What’s App group so we can message them at any time and they are extremely prompt with their responses. It was hard letting go of him but I’m so glad I did it. He loves going. If he could go every day, he would. Don’t hesitate, just do it. Your dog will love it!

Gaston loves Dog Royalty, he waits to hear the sound of the van pull up & he loves his days there as he gets to play all day. He has come back calm and tired but also the added training he gets has helped mellow him out. He’s a big boy and full of beans so it’s been such a fantastic experience and the team all lovely with him & he is such a happy pup. Couldn’t recommend enough to try them out.I also love that I can check in on him whenever I want by logging in.

We LOVE Dog Royalty! My 1 year old English Staffy "Joy" has been attending Dog Royalty for over 4 months now and she always has the best time with her doggy pals and comes home utterly exhausted (and happy)! It's been so great for her socialisation skills and I love that they have a big outdoor play area (where Joy can enjoy her sunny bakes). Their pick up and drop off service is so convenient for full time workers (like myself). Chris and the team are always super friendly, helpful and they will treat your pooch like their very own (literally like Royalty). I also love the regular updates and photos they provide and the fact that you can watch your dog having the best time via their live camera's is the absolute best! and also gives you that peace of mind. Our little Pepper has been visiting the Inn for many many years now and absolutely loves his stay. Jack and John are wonderful carers and so attentive to the Furbabies.

We needed to board our dog Abby and I didn’t want her staying in a cage the whole time (which appeared to be the case for other dog boarding houses). I was very happy when I discovered The Paws Inn. They only take a small number of dogs and do not cage them. The dogs are treated like their own, they sleep inside and are free to roam inside and out. It’s like leaving your dog with a friend or neighbour. Awesome service!

Jackie and John looked after Coco so well. They kept me updated daily on how she was going. I'm sure I fretted more for her than she did for me as she had a ball.

Gizmo and Bowie had their first daycare with Happy Little Howlers today and they both had the best time. Needless to say they are currently fast asleep! The communication was great with the staff during the day and I felt so comfortable leaving them both to be entertained and cared for during the day. Both dogs painted an adorable flower picture for Mothers Day for me to bring home. I highly recommend Happy Little Howlers. My next step is to book a holiday as they are located super close to the airport for a drop and fly! Thanks so much for taking care of my fur babies.

We dropped off our dogs Happy and Richie a couple of times now at Happy Little Howlers and we were pleased with the service. Our dogs get lots of socialising and play time, and can see daily updates on instagram so we know the dogs aren't bored whilst we're away. Lisa (the owner) is also very responsive.

My little pup stayed here for a month just before they started opening for business and he enjoyed every single day he stayed at Happy Little Howlers. Lisa and the Happy Little Howlers team is absolutely amazing! Max, my pug had a lovely 15 days stay with them and I was getting lots of updates through Instagram videos and sometimes chat. We were unsure of which pet boarding business to use however due to Happy Little Howlers location and all the great reviews we decided to use them to look after our puppy 'Queen Bee' while we went away for a few days. Dealing with Lisa during the booking process was a pleasure as she answered all my many questions and even during the stay we were able to extend Queen Bee's stay by a night with short notice and nothing was a problem at all. Happy Little Howlers is extremely clean and looked very well organised and the dogs we saw on arrival appeared eager to get in for their day care. Our drop off and pick up was a breeze and when we arrived to pick up our puppy all the dogs sounded like they were all very happy and there was a lot of playing. Thanks Lisa and your team for looking after Queen Bee and we will definitely be using Happy Little Howlers again and will highly recommend it to all our friends and family. The staff at Happy Little Howlers are amazing! My two little Dachshunds have both been here a couple times now and they have just come home from a whole week and seem super happy after their stay. I was a bit anxious with my puppy only being 5 months old but he has gained so much confidence and is a very social puppy from his experience. Maddy is a natural dog lover and they love her too. She is responsible and caring and I trust her implicitly with my doggy. Maddy has been walking my dog Pepper for a few years now and often has her for extended sleepovers when I'm away. Pepper is made to feel at home and is always thrilled to Maddy. Kristie is amazing, we love her for what she does for us. Working full time makes having a dog hard but with Kristie taking our beautiful dog Bella everyday for her walks makes life less hectic. What a fantastic pet sitter we have found in Kelly. We were so fortunate to have Kelly look after two elderly cats whilst we went away on a family holiday for a week. It took away the stress of leaving them for an extended period, especially as they are such shy and nervous girls. Kelly gave detailed regular updates twice a day, photos, was reliable and treated our animals like her own. I would highly recommend booking in Kelly if you need a caring and reliable petsitter.

A year on from my original review I stand by every point I make after having Kelly look after my cat over 10 times. Kelly is such a trustworthy and lovely catsitter, and my cat continues to love her visits when I'm away. She ensures the place is tidy, pops out any rubbish from when I've been away and happily brings in any mail. --- Kelly is the best - from the moment I met her at our intake/meet + greet she was so thorough with her notes on what my cat likes/dislikes and information in case of any emergency. She has been so understanding with my rescue cat who has some special needs (he’s got one eye and FIV) who I wanted to have comfy at home in his own environment while I was away. You can tell how Kelly loves on your cat as though they are her own - in all of her photo + videos my cat Major Tom is super relaxed, playful, purry, snuggly and content to be with her. Her thorough daily updates give the best peace of mind while you are away plus she takes stunning pet photos! Kelly will be my go to catsitter everytime I head away. Wow this the the best cat sitting experience we have ever had! We have 2 loved and playful bengals, leaving them at home was a worry for us. I am so happy with how well Kelly looked after my fur babies when I was away. I received lots of updates and photos and it’s very obvious Kelly genuinely cares deeply for animals. I am BEYOND grateful to have stumbled upon Kelly’s instagram one day because to have her look after my 3 babies for a weekend was an absolute BLESSING! Naiyo was really enjoy her vacation with Hanrob Pet Hotel; because there is only her at home, she doesn't have any fur or human siblings, only Mom and Dad at home, she sometime feels lonely; staying at Hanrob, she could play with lots of fur friends; and she tried to get lot of human staffs' attention as possible, she loves to get close with everyone and every fur friends. During her staying, she seemed only interested in play and social time, not so interested in her own food which I brought to her; thanks for the girls in kennel always trying to different kinds of combination feed her; I am really appreciated it ;) I am fully aware that my fur baby is very fussy about the food. Even when she is at home, her mommy also need to try the combination feeding her ;( However, I still try to spoil her as I could. All the Hanrob Staff, thanks ;)

I was hesitant to board our cavoodle dog to begin with, but the staff were so kind, helpful and assuring he would be well looked after, and he definitely was. Usually quite timid he came home smiling and super happy. It’s affordable and the extra play dates and cuddles are def recommended. Every time I spoke to the staff they were super friendly and I knew he would be in good hands. Thanks Hanrob for looking after our Humphrey!

This was the 1st time we left our dog for a few days. As any pet parent would be nervous but our dog LOVED his stay at Hanrob Pet Hotel. If I could give zero stars, I would. My pup stayed here for a few days earlier in the year whilst I was away. When I went to pick him up, he was in distress and shaking. Initially, I thought it was excitement to see me but by the time we got home, his anxiety increased, and he was physically trembling. When I looked at his mouth I noticed he had cuts in his lips where they had obviously muzzled him. He has never bitten at anyone and has a calm nature. I had to get him ointment to heal his wounds. On top of that, the report I received had said he was well behaved but referred to him as her, so they clearly hadn't taken any notice that he is a boy and wrote the reports with no knowledge of his stay. I was thoroughly disappointed that they never mentioned about the muzzle and left my poor pup in such a terrified state. I will never leave him in that place again.

Bandit spent three days at Hanrob Sydney Airport and had a fantastic time. Lots of cuddles from the attentive staff and lots of play with another crazy oodle. He has returned for daycare since.

My Boxer mix loves Hanrob daycare. Great outdoor space. Staff are lovely. Convenient location for me plus close to airport should I want to board him if I need to travel. He loves seeing his friends and making new friends.

I using Jetpets to fly my two dogs from Australia to LA and they had a two day stay at Hanrob. I spoke to Stacy repeatedly and she was absolutely lovely. She encouraged me to call as often as I wanted, and every time I called, she put me on hold to personally go lay eyes on the dogs. She got updates from the carers and passed along info about their eating and sleeping and outside time. She made an uncomfortable situation less uncomfortable. Thank you so much Stacy for being so kind to me and my monsters.

The staff here did an above-and-beyond job of looking after my poodle "Ninja". They helped nurse him back to health from a skin condition I discovered only 2 hours before needing to drop him off and go overseas. It was extremely stressful to leave him there a bit sick, but they took care of him 100%. He came back totally recovered. They also adjusted his washing, stay options and playtimes to make his stay as good as can be - as a first time boarding user I didn't quite get the options right, but Hanrob provided him what he needed despite what I picked. Truly an exceptional place in my opinion. One downside is that walking was not available here, but they seemed to adjust for that too, with extra outside time, etc. The take away is that their focus is on looking after the dog as best they possibly can and I am very appreciative of that. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hanrob Airport Kennel.

AVOID!! If I could give zero stars I would ! My dog stayed at Hanrob Sydney airport for 10 days before his flight to Hong Kong. He arrived with a scratched nose and horrible sores on his elbows which I blamed the long trip in the crate for, where he couldn't really lay on his side. Today he had surgery because the sores where so big he was risking and infection!! Just to be sure I went back to check the photos I received as "update" and zooming in I realized the sores on the elbows where already present at that time during his stay! No one mentioned them though, everything was kept silent! God knows where he has been kept all those days to get such wounds. The last thing my dog needed after such a trip was being put asleep to fix this, not to mention the stress it causedhim and the vet bill. Shame on them! AVOID AT ALL COST

Thank you to all for taking care of our biggest baby Kane . We are first timers so I wasn’t sure about leaving him with anyone . However with the help of your customer service team Morgan Garlinge she put my mind at ease that he was in great hands . Kane was happy, and really excited to be home and we couldn’t be happier with the service and how much he was loved while he was with you . I’ll definitely keep you in mind for our next big holiday . Paulette is the only person I would trust outside of my family to look after my fur baby. My little toy poodle (9yrs old) absolutely LOVES her and the other little dogs she looks after! He loves her so much that we ran into her on the street the other day and when it came to saying goodbye, my dog wanted to stay with her instead of coming with me hahaha! He stayed with Paulette for a couple of weeks when we went o/seas last year and he was soooooo well looked after! He also does daytime doggy daycare visits which he loves...he drags me toward her house when he realises where we are...definitely a good sign! If you have a small dog I would highly recommend Paulette...she’s such a sweet person and gives nothing but love to the doggies in her care!

I am really happy to have found Paulette and her doggy day care. She is so attentive to Howie, who was a shy puppy when we first took him. We get regular updates when he's there and his socialization has improved immensely! I think we will going for many years to come.

I had a 'high needs' older dog, Simba, who I had brought home from Europe at 13 years. Paulette was Simba's [and my] guardian angel. I do not know how I would have managed a busy, demanding job and cater for Simba's needs. Paulette was loving and attentive, and trust worthy. Simba loved going to her place and I could go away and know he was loved and cared for and safe. I cannot recommend her enough.

My cats were so well looked after Paulette! They are normally so fussy but when I got back after a week they were all over her. I would trust her again to look after my cats anytime. :)

We recently had an unfortunate experience with Adrian, who we found through MadPaws. Our 6-year-old Golden Retriever, Benji, stayed with him last week, and while the sitter had great reviews and the meet-and-greet with his Maremmano dog went smoothly, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. When we picked Benji up, we noticed a lot of blood on his thigh. At first, we thought it might be a scratch, but once we got home, we discovered five puncture wounds, which were clearly bite marks. We were devastated and rushed Benji to the emergency vet twice that night to ensure he received the care he needed. We messaged the sitter to let him know what had happened and shared photos of the wounds. Initially, he denied that his dog could have bitten Benji, claiming he always monitors the dogs. While we weren’t accusing him, we simply wanted to share our experience so he could take extra precautions in the future. Unfortunately, he did not respond to our concerns at first. After following up to express how upsetting the situation was and mentioning we would leave feedback on MadPaws to inform other pet owners, he finally apologized. However, we felt that the response lacked genuine empathy or acknowledgment of the seriousness of what happened. We are sharing this feedback not to defame the sitter but to inform other pet owners. If you are considering this sitter, please be aware of his dog’s behavior and ensure your pet’s safety. We don’t want any other pets to go through what Benji endured. Benji is recovering now, but this experience has left us deeply shaken. As pet owners, we understand how important it is to ensure our furry friends are safe and well-cared for when we’re away, and we hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.

Tiago and his partner were absolutely wonderful with having our puppy sleep over for a night. They were lovely to deal with and treated our little man with such care and kindness. We highly recommend Mad Paws. What an awesome and easy service to use. 🐾

Dont use these services, just google pet sitters and walkers and have a chat with one of them about options, all pet sitters are different and you will be able to find someone who suits your needs without letting Mad Paws take a cut for no reason at all, they provide nothing.

Terrible company, after contacting about 50 sitters who are either overpriced or keep declining I’m still yet to find someone who can look after my pets. The app is horrid and keeps crushing and the fee they want to take makes the whole sitting unaffordable. Would not recommend

I found Mad Paws by accident and was very impressed with this service. The booking process is quick, easy and support is always available if required. The prices are very reasonable in my opinion. My dog had a great time as the sitter owns two dogs so he had a lot of bonding with his new mates. I'll definite use Mad Paws from now on as it was a very positive experience for me and my dog and totally opposite to the kennel which I found impersonal, expensive and jail-like.
