Just trashy and a horrible neighbor, it should be a indicator of how your pet will be taken care of. Steven takes ZERO pride in this community by never cleaning up and maintaining his property. His latest is hauling in red clay fill dirt but not topping it with a gravel base to keep his fleet of trucks from tracking it across the public sidewalk, street and highway. Also, he constantly drives his trucks over the public sidewalk causing the concrete to crack and break away. The county has been called in several times to fix his damages. He never accepts accountability or even attempts to cleanup his own mess. He lets the taxpayers deal with it. Our neighborhood fought hard to have public sidewalks installed and this is what we get. And I am not sure what is going on with the growing homeless camp on his property. Be a BETTER neighbor, we are sick of you, Steven!

I set up a reservation for 7/31/24@5am. The office closed at 3:30pm on 7/30/24 so I figured that the employees left the truck setup for 5:00am. I wanted to get a start early and figured it would all be there for me to pickup at 6:30pm on 7/30/24. If it was left the day before for early the next morning, then you would think it would be there this evening. Nope. Show up and go through the whole self checkout process and when it comes to truck and keys, no truck and no keys. I called the sheriff’s office to report it stolen because there was a lady at the business sitting there when I showed up and I thought she stole it to drive yet still make me look like I had the truck. Which I don’t have the truck. She may have removed the keys. Sheriff’s Deputy shows up and I told him the situation. I was on hold for over an hour on the phone explaining that the app shows me driving a truck and charged my credit card $240.54 with no truck for me to drive. I did find the truck, it was a number on the side of the truck and not the license plate, but the box number and combination code did not have a key inside to drive it. Me and the deputy checked the truck for the keys, they keep them unlocked, but still no keys. The deputy drove me and my autistic son home because we took an Uber to pick it up. So I have to move out tomorrow to be in my new house on the 1st with no truck and $240.54 pending on my credit card. So when I go to rent another truck I’m less $240.54 and crunched for time and money. Horrible experience and customer service. Do not use the self service checkout if possible. I made a reservation from a different location nearby so let’s see how this goes. I made it for when the business is open so I can address the issue right away if there is a problem. No truck and it shows active. New reservation.

Friendly, fast, reliable service. I have been doing business with these folks since 2007 and they will always be my go to for all my hauling needs.

We have boarded our dog with them a few times now, great service, they are always quick with communication and helpful! We appreciate Crossbones!

DO NOT RENT UHAUL from here. They TAKE ADVANTAGE of Customers. Made UHaul reservation online. Went to pick up truck. Owner at Crossbones would not honor reservation made online. Instead, canceled that reservation and insisted on having to make a new reservation to wit he tried to charge me an additional 125.00 for mileage, 100 miles, on a 6 mile move. The total amount he tried to charge me was 180.00. This is against UHaul corporate policy. Went to location in Gulf Breeze, rented same size truck for 80.00, mileage included. Have filed complaint with UHaul corporate. Please do not fall victim to his excessive charges and fees.

Wow! Amazing customer service. Will rent from them again if I need a UHAL in the future. This was the most pleasant UHAL experience I have had. The owner was so kind helpful and took time teaching me how to drive with the trailer. He also hooked up the ball to my hitch and made sure everything worked properly. He had the most happy positive attitude that was very contagious. Highly recommend Crossbones!

I was given permission by the operator at another location down the road to return my rental here because his parking lot was apparently full, even though the uhaul website stated it was okay to drop off there and allowed me to select it as a return location. I arrived a few minutes before 8 am, his door was open but outer metal screen door locked. I knocked on the door, no one came. There was a sign stating not to drop off equipment there, but I had been given "verified" permission from Roger, the operator at another location. I unloaded the rental there and was called 10 minutes later and an extremely rude voice-mail was left on my phone from the operator here, stating that he had a sign and I left equipment there that was blocking his door. I called him back once I arrived to work within a few minutes and explained to him that Roger from the other location had called and verified that it was okay for me to drop the rental off there, which apparently turned out to be a lie from Roger. He still continued to fuss that they weren't a drop off location and he had a sign. I told him to speak to Roger about it because I was not responsible for it. Terrible communication between these two locations and a complete lack of professionalism from both sides. I use uhaul frequently, but will not be in the future because of this.

I own a Remodel business partnered with a decent sized Real Estate Business in the area, we flip houses together and are always using uhaul to move certain things left but homeowner when they fail to clear the property out. I rented a uhaul for 24 hours picked it up at 12 and returned it at 1:30. I called them 2 times during operating hours to let them know, no response. I thought to myself only a little late like all the other uhaul company’s I’ve used it won’t be an issue, boy was I wrong. So I went ahead and returned it 1:30ish a gentleman was there I told him I called and said sorry it was late, he replied no problem it happens all the time. Not to mention they had about 8 trucks sitting there so it wasn’t like I was holding them up. So anyways I said alright thank you sir. I wake up to find an invoice sent to my phone saying I returned it the 3rd day at 8:45 in the morning. Really!!! I go ahead and call respectfully the guy tells me rudely that my prior experiences with other uhaul places wasn’t accurate, then tells me how to rent a car and how it works. Insulting my intelligence on top of penny pinching an extra day off me i can tell anyone reading this review that this company lost lots of future business wit me and my partner. It’s not about the money it is about respect and professionalism.

I needed to rent a UHaul truck on short notice. Even though I called ten minutes after the store closed, the owner and his wife both came back up and reopened the store. They were both super nice, extremely helpful, and never once made me feel like it was a bother for them to come in after hours. The guy even went out and washed the truck windows before I drove off, to make sure I could see out of them. It was obvious that they both cared about taking care of their customers, no matter what it took. The world needs more folks like them. If you have a choice of where to rent a UHaul, give them a call first. You won't be sorry!

The goner is very nice caring and professional. The truck was in great shape was clean and smelled good. We left our hitch on the truck by accident and the owner notified me and took it off and held it for me. He is very trustworthy and cares about his customers.

My Happy place has cared for our pets (family) since moving to FWB over a year ago. I travel slot overnight for work and do not have to worry they are taken care of. The staff and owner, Jessica cares just like I do for our fur babies. We tried a couple others before we found My Happy Place and nothing comes close to the care this place provides.

Our dogs have boarded here a few times now, both during last minute emergencies. My fiance and I were on the first day of our cruise , when Mercy's Stay and Play contacted our emergency contacts, because they couldn't "handle" one of our pups. My Happy Place took all three dogs in and we're great hosts for the remainder of our trip. Our dogs were given ample space to play and time outside, which they enjoy. During pick up, the staff gave us a great follow up on their stay. They knew exactly how to handle our German Shepherds , and we will be using them from now on for daycare and boarding. Thank you MHP, for doing a phenomenal job with our dogs, and putting our minds at ease.

First time grooming our puppy with My Happy Place and we will definitely be coming back. They were respectful of our time along with getting us in the same week we called. Great grooming services.

The entire staff at My Happy Place Doggy Daycare are the best! Whenever we come, they’re always are happy to see my dog. Our dog has been a regular in the daycare for over a month. I know they take very good care of her because she’s always excited to go inside when we arrive. I highly recommend My Happy Place for daycare, boarding and grooming.

My little corgi likes to sing the songs of her people. The staff just let her let her sing while they cut her talons. Lol they are great.

They don't do temperament tests on dogs which could be a benefit if your dog has issues with that but a warning on potential dangers to your pup. My dog loves dog daycare and after 4 trips here she did not get excited when we would pull in. Every time I'd come to pick her up they would have their remaining dogs in seperate kennels not playing and the staff would be nowhere to be seen. They seem like a viable option but between the dog not enjoying it and the pups not being able to play all day I probably won't be coming back.

This place is wonderful. They know our dogs well and take such great (individualized) care. We use this place for boarding and doggy daycare and can't say enough good about how they take care of our babies ❤️

The staff is very friendly. Our two older dogs were well taken care of and seemed as happy as they can be when being kenneled. We would definitely use My Happy Place again.

I've taken my pug here twice for grooming and I've had a great experience both times and will continue going here, they do a great job with her and I'm always happy with the results!

The staff is really dog friendly. The kennel was clean & safe! The price was reasonable & planning to use them again.

Jennifer took excellent care of my cat Rocky. I felt hiring a professional would be more reliable than a friend taking care of my cat. Jennifer was the perfect fit. We did a meet and greet so I could go over Rocky's preferences and how we do things. She took notes and communicated before and during the time I was on vacation. She even sent me a picture of my baby while I was gone. I got home and my kitty looked happy and well taken care of. Her services are excellent

Jennifer has been looking after our dogs for years. They love her. She is very reliable and trustworthy. Our dogs mean the world to us and she looks after them like they are her own family. We also trust her completely with our home. If it were not for Jennifer and All Pets we would wouldn’t be able to take trips and vacations. Did I say the dogs love her? I think they enjoy their vacations too.

Heather was great. We had a last minute change of plans, we called her and she was able to get us in no problem. She was great and our two dogs loved it. She gave us little status updates as well! You can rest assured your pups will be taken well care of here. She is definitely a go to when it comes to pet sitting. Rather than checking with the boarding locations only to find out they are closed, go to her. She will work will work with you and is a life saver when you need somewhere to board your pets in short notice. I highly recommend heather. My pets came back safe and sound and you could tell they enjoyed the stay.

I can’t express my gratitude enough for Heather! We had a literal last minute emergency, visiting from out of state and she was so quick to help us. She was direct with what she needed from us in order to look after our two dogs- 2 under a year old none the less! I was relieved to see she had other dogs eager to play with mine, all with wagging tails :) She was extremely communicative to which put me at ease when leaving them for a few days. We had a last minute cancellation with our condo and was unable to find another that would allow our 5 month old Cavapoo. I found Heather on google called her because of her great ratings. I am so glad I did because she was wonderful. She was very accommodating and kind. And the best part was that our Cooper LOVED her! He enjoyed his stay and being able to play with all her other sweet pups! I cannot thank her enough for taking such good care of our little boy!

We were in a desperate last minute situation and in extreme need for our pooch to have a place to stay. I reached out to Ms Heather and she probably assured me that there was no worries that she had me. We were displaced from hurricane Helene so that made us out of towners with no contacts. Miss Heather was friendly and courteous and helping me with any of my needs. She assured me that there would be no issues and she could watch Sully with no problems. Upon arrival she called out to Sully like myself and my wife do and he instantly took a liking to her. This is the first time we've ever left our dog with anybody, he spoiled rotten and I will tell you when I was backing out of the driveway I had a sense of calm knowing that he was going to be will taken care of, and that's exactly what he got. It is small business owners like Heather that utilize their gifts of hospitality and love for animals that will always keep me coming back. I cannot say enough good about this place. I would highly recommend due to their clear communication and also their fair prices. Some people would take advantage when they know you're in a situation and charge you double and triple of what something should cost. Miss Heather was honest and willing to help me in a time of need which I respect so greatly! A+++

So thankful to have Heather's Hugs N Kisses when our family needs to travel. She treats our dog, Nacho, like one of her own and really cares for him. The dogs are allowed to free roam inside and outside instead of being locked in a crate for days and her prices are very reasonable. We have had her watch Nacho three times now and we will continue to be repeat customers.

Heather is wonderful and our dog loves staying with her. She always respects his prescription diet due to allergies. She's a great communicator. She also let us know immediately when she spotted signs of an ear infection and waited for permission to take any form of action.

I want to thank Heather on taking care of my Mazie girl! We were in Fort Walton Beach for three weeks and Heather took great care of Mazie! Mazie had a fantastic time staying with Heather and her puppies. I would recommend Heather for either day, overnight and long term stays. Nothing but excellence!!! We had an emergency where I had to leave that same night when I was notified. We found Heather on Google. She was very understanding about our situation and very considerate to allow us to leave our puppy Gus with her that same night if we had all payment and documentation needed. All of this was last minute so we were very thankful. Our puppy had a great time and looked very happy when we picked him up. The daycare has an excellent price and Heather is a very gentle person. We will definitely be leaving Gus here again if needed so he can play with his new friends and have a good time.

What a godsend! We had a last minute travel change that forced us to leave our small dog at home. Karen was responsive, caring, and SO wonderful to our pet. She’s very busy, so try to book early, but she’s absolutely amazing. I know our dog was very well taken care of and happy to see Karen every day. Thank you so much!!

I just absolutely could not be happier with Primo! I drive from Navarre to drop them off due to the friendly staff and very clean facility. The staff also notice if anything medical is going on! They saved my diabetic dog from death when they noticed his sugar was low and acting like he was super sleepy. They called me and got him to the vet to check his sugar. He was able to get the treatment he needed. Absolutely grateful they know the dogs they take care of. I live the pictures they post daily. You can peek in on them throughout the day too. They love going!!

As I drive back from NYC I couldn’t help but think how thankful I am that I have a place like Primo Dog FWB to keep my dogs safe and happy. Mia, one of the staff member is soooo sweet and accommodating and she sure cares about each puppy individually. This place has been there for us every time we needed to travel and it’s so refreshing to see how excited our two doggies get every time we bring them. The girls at Primo dog are great and my fur baby just loves to see them every time she goes! They treat her like she is one of theirs and always looks so cute after I have her groomed.

I’ve been bringing my dog Kane for almost a year now and it seems he has made primo his 2nd home ! The staff are amazing and are very flexible with the dates I need to bring him . I highly recommend this boarding facility if you need a safe place for your dog to feel comfortable and loved while you’re out of town !

I just love school for my dogs ! it’s a great feeling to know that my dogs come to a place that welcomes them with loving arms every day and showers them with so much affection. I just cant get over them not wanting to come home (they tend to try and run back to their play group every time i pick up). I did also want to thank destiny for her fun and outgoing personality !! Brooklynn and team were really friendly. During my walk-through, I noticed that the facility appeared very clean. The outside workers were engaging and paying attention to the dogs, which made me feel better about my dog's upcoming stay.

I could not be more blessed and greatful to have found Primo dog bed and biscuit in Fort Walton Beach FL. My dog Kendall turned two years old and I was feeling bad that she was at home all day ling by herself while I was at work. I was looking for a day care for her and was told to check out Primo in Fort Walton. The staff there welcomed her with open arms and pets even though Kendall was very timid at first. Kendall has opened up as a dog ever since she started to attend day care. It is hard to believe how much I have seen her grow and developed. Now when I say let's go to day care she walks right through their doors and has a blast until I pick her up. THANK YOU so much for everything!

My dog Willow is very shy! Has always been nervous around new people and dogs. Since going to Primo she’s slowly been opening up, and I love seeing her interact with the staff! The staff were very friendly and open to answering any questions I had!

Where do I begin? I called Primo on November 4 to schedule a bath and a D shedding for my dog. I dropped her off on November 5 at approximately 6:30 in the morning. To allow her to play and have fun with other dogs. Before I picked her up the next day, I got a phone call from Primo saying that my dog was in an accident at 2 PM, which is when the accident happened, but I got the phone call at 4 PM. Destiny, the employee, happened to call me and tell me that my dog was in an accident and that another dog attacked her and tore her ear off at that moment in time. I was confused about why I had to wait two hours for a phone call when you’re supposed to call the Owner immediately, but that wasn’t the case. When I got there to pick up my dog, I noticed two girls were on their phones on a personal phone call, and I had to wait 10 minutes to see my dog. I could not understand why when I got to see my dog, she was in a cage, locked up with the headband. Blood was dripping from her ear at that point. I was furious inside and couldn’t understand, but Destiney had told me and reassured me that they would pay for the Vet. There was no communication from Sydney or the staff for four days. It was mind-blowing, and I was so angry inside, and I could not understand why, finally, the third day. I called up there on the third day, and I told Primo that if the owner or Sydney did not call me back, I would contact an attorney. That’s when the ball started rolling. The Owner finally called and was a little confused on the third day. The poor gentleman Kyle, the owner, had just taken over Primo on September 30.

I was worried sick about dropping off my rescue dog for a whole week for the first time during our vacation. But I quickly felt great about it! They give updates and pictures every day. Much nicer and cleaner than other places around here. I will definitely be sending my dogs here for future stays!!

Lucas had an amazing experience at Central Bark Fort Walton! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure he felt right at home. The facility is clean, safe, and full of fun activities that kept Lucas entertained and happy all day. I could tell he was well cared for, and I’m thrilled to have found such a great place for him. Highly recommend Central Bark for anyone looking for a top-notch dog daycare!

Took my little man Jax to get a long over due haircut and I couldn’t be happier not only does he look amazing but he was so happy coming back from his haircut! The staff was absolutely incredible!

Very welcome addition to the neighborhood as this part of 98 through Destin and beyond isn’t well served by doggy daycare or boarding. Probably the most polished, professional daycare in the area. They provide excellent services that other places don’t, such as complementary training and treats throughout the day. The subscription based pricing is unusual but likely works well for people who need regular daycare. They also offer one-off pricing too so should work for most people.

We took our two Boston Terriers to Central Bark while we were out of town and it was the first time they’ve come home with no anxiety or changed temperament like we have experienced at other places in the past! I highly recommend their customer service and you won’t find a nicer facility.

Wow! What a wonderful new company! I stopped by Central Bark to see if it was the place to bring my girl, Raven, and I couldn’t have been more happy. The space is beautifully done and the owners were so friendly! You go to some groomers/pet care centers and you can tell the staff just view it as a job, but you can tell that the people here are truly passionate in their love of dogs! Raven loved them, too. Of course she also loved the raw bar.. understandable haha. Looking forward to bringing her back for training soon! Thank you Jossalyn and Daniel! Thrilled to have a loving place to bring my fur baby!

The owners at Central Bark Fort Walton really know their stuff! They care so much about the doggos, and the trainers and staff are super friendly and enthusiastic. It’s a great place to keep your fur baby, they won’t even notice you’re gone!

Veronica is hands down THE BEST pet sitter I've ever had. She is professional, trustworthy, and committed to excellence when it comes to her business and the care that she provides. It's difficult for me to leave my animals for trips and not worry about them while I'm gone. Whether it's a quick weekend away or several weeks I have absolutely NO worry or doubt in my mind when my fur babies are in the care of Veronica. I know they will get two visits per day, get cared for properly, and will be shown the love and attention that they deserve. As if you don't already know your pets are in great hands, she also sends daily updates with photos and/or videos, which I LOVE. You can tell that she pays great attention to detail and has even commented on how Diablos (my pup) coat felt different, or how he sometimes has allergies, and also mentioned things like funny noises he makes...Diablo is always just REALLY happy to see her. I recommend her to literally everyone I know and I'm so grateful for the love that she has shown to Diablo and Cuddles over the years. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you for loving my fur babies as your own!

Highly recommend Sit and Stay Petsitting! Have been looking for a permanent pet sitter for our sulcata tortoise. He requires special care and Veronica did a fabulous job with our big boy! His inside enclosure was spotless when we returned from our trip and very neat and organized! We received updates and pictures daily and knew our Mr. George was well cared for. I will definitely be using Sit and Stay Petsitting again! Veronica has a gift working with animals!

If you want your pets well taken care of, I would call Veronica! She sent us pictures of our pets throughout the time she cared for them. She's attentive and caring. She is welcome to watch our pets anytime.

Veronica was extremely easy to work with, efficient, and most importantly genuinely cared for our animals during a 5 day trip. She was detail oriented, and she sent plenty of cute photo updates (see attached photo she took!). My dogs and pig were in a great mood, and they were extremely comfortable with her. I don’t know how to even put into words how amazing Veronica was when she watched and stayed at my home with my two dogs. They are everything to me and not only did they love her but I will recommend her to everyone I know. I felt so at ease on my trip that they were in the best of care and she exceeded my expectations. I got lots of videos and pictures and they loved being home and not in a kennel like I had in the past. She slept with them and gave them all the love and hugs. Kelly has been absolutely wonderful! We hired her about a year and a half ago for weekly scoops. Her communication was always great and kind - texts providing her ETA each week as well as expressing well-wishes for the weekend. Kelly has watched my dogs several times and she does a great job! I have four dogs that can be kind of crazy but she manages them well. I love having the peace of mind knowing that the dogs are much more comfortable at home than they would be at a boarding facility. I highly recommend Kelly with Panhandle Pet Care & Waste Removal. She’s stayed with our two dogs on two different occasions. We don’t feel comfortable boarding our dogs when we go out of town and we need someone to stay at our home with them because one of our dogs doesn’t always do well with other dogs. We had used another sitter previously, but we just weren’t that pleased with her because we felt she would leave the dogs by themselves for too long, especially during the evening hours. Each night that Kelly is scheduled to spend the night with our dogs, she gets to our home around 6:00 or 6:30 and is there all evening with them. In addition to her letting them out in the evenings and in the mornings, we also have her do a drop-in visit around noon each day. Kelly goes above and beyond in providing her services. She strips and washes the sheets that she slept on in the guest room and also allows our dogs to sleep in the bed with her, which are two things we’ve never expected or required our dog sitter to do. For context, we’ve never expected a sitter to allow our dogs to sleep in the same bed as her because our Rhodesian Ridgeback mix is a bit of a bed hog and can be difficult to get to move over, but Kelly has no issues with him sleeping right next to her in the Queen sized bed in our guest room. While we’re away, she sends text messages with pictures and updates after each visit to let us know how they’re doing. There is also a portal she uses where she provides details for each dog from each visit, including how many times each one peed and pooped, as well as other things such as whether she washed and refilled their water bowl and brought in any received packages. Kelly has far exceeded our expectations as a dog sitter and we won’t use anyone else from now on. I can’t say enough good things about Kelly and the services she provides.

Kelly is phenomenal! As a pet owner, I want to be sure that my animals will be well taken care of when I'm traveling. Kelly is able to stay at my home with my animals, which immediately makes them less stressed. She's also fantastic with my dogs AND my tortoises. She's trustworthy, reliable, and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting great quality pet care.

Kelly has been keeping my deck and my yard clean for 2+ years. She is dependable and very thorough. I own a pet sitting business and both of those qualities are a must for me! She gets along well with all dogs and owns two of her own. Her yard is immaculate. I would recommend Kelly hands down to take care of cleaning up after your pup(s).

She did a wonderful job! Our dog was a stray and in the shelter as of just recently, so he is very anxious and wary of new things but she did such a great job. His cut came out great, and he smells amazing. His wire coat is also very soft, highly recommend!

Mercy's is our go-to when we need to board our two Brussels Griffons. While they board they are able to see their friends at doggy daycare and they have such a great time. The staff is very attentive and organized and Josh makes sure to give us updates on our pups along with pictures. We have complete peace of mind while our dogs are at Mercy's. Highly recommend!

Mercy's has been absolutely incredible for our pup! I'm not sure what we would do without them! The staff is always loving on him while teaching him new tricks. Every morning he runs and picks up his leash, ready to go to daycare. Mercy's is a fantastic place & I highly recommend them to all dog owners!

We mostly send our pup to Mercy’s for boarding and he does great there! Even though we aren’t there often the staff always remembers him. I love getting updates with photos to see how he’s doing. Everything seems organized and I do like how the dogs have to go through an “interview” to understand each dog’s temperament. I also like knowing that there are trainers that are part of the staff. They also have grooming options which is great if you want to pick up a clean dog after a long stay.

Christa is the best groomer ever!!!!!!!!!! Our Cavachon puppy looks fabulous n smells sweet too. Christa is the very best!!!!!!

The team at Mercy’s is absolutely amazing! Our Loki boy goes there for boarding and has a great stay every time. The team truly cares for the dogs at the facility, and they all maintain great communication with us throughout boarding.

There are so many things I can say praising mercy’s. My dog, Odie, has been going to them for a year for doggy daycare and he loves it. When he first went for the meet and greet I had expressed how nervous I was bringing him because so many people just react to the fact he’s a Rottweiler and don’t get to know him. Suzette assured me that they love all dogs here and then told me about all the other dogs they had that play there who were on the “aggressive breeds list.” He’s been going ever since. Everyone there loves him and they take great care of him while he’s there. The people who work there absolutely love animals and I feel great leaving odie with them. Also, I boarded my dog for the first time last year. Honestly it was the first time he’s been away from me since I got him at 5 weeks old and he did great. I’m sure if he was upset cause I was away or anything like that they would have come up with something to make him feel better. I added photos of him after doggy daycare days. He just comes home and sleeps!! It’s great! If you are wondering what a good place is to take your pup for doggy daycare or to board them I HIGHLY recommend Mercy’s. They’re honestly one of the reasons why I refuse to move out of fort Walton. I don’t want to take my dog to another daycare.

Josh has been absolutely fantastic from day one. I actually brought my dog here before when it was under different ownership, and it was night/day difference. Josh has completely overhauled the business and it has been nothing but perfect stays every time since he has taken over. My dog Coco loves it here and was known by name by every staff member, because they truly care about each and every pup and get to know them personally. Love this place and would highly recommend to anyone wanting their dog in the best hands possible.

Mercy’s Play and Stay is amazing! We rescued a yorkie 7 weeks ago and leaving Ruby alone for long periods of time was not an option as she is still acclimating to her new home. EVERYONE at Mercy’s has been phenomenal. A special shout out to Kalie who groomed our sweet girl to perfection! I almost cried when I saw her afterward. Even Ruby knew she looked good 😍

Our Giant Schnauzer, Sasha, LOVES going to daycare at Mercy’s. She literally pulls us into the building every morning and runs in without looking back haha. It makes us so happy to know she’s having fun and is cared for while we work. We fully trust the staff and are so impressed with the facility. Josh, the owner, is very helpful and responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend Mercy’s to anyone who is looking for daycare!
