Great place, great people. Prices are fantastic and they really give your fur baby the attention & care they deserve. The grooming is great. I highly recommend them for both grooming, boarding and doggy daycare.

Left my baby Brody with them for 5 nights. They took great care of him and I highly recommend them for your pets needs.

My cats were boarded there six days. They were fine, clean, and acted normal when I picked them up. They were also fed well, not hungry when we got home but if course, ate anyway! It was nice to see them healthy and know they were well taken care of. I definitely recommend this boarding facility. It was clean, quiet, with no dogs barking or cats meowing. BTW, Dr. Boling recommended this facility and he was wonderful too!

Very friendly staff that are kind and sweet towards the dogs. The place was clean and they were very open to you looking around to see how things are run on a daily basis. They do grooming boarding and daycare. I would definitely recommend.

Maya is so fluffy and clean they took such good care of her! We will be back again for a regular bath and we found a new vet too!

This is the best place to board animals. The ladies that work there are amazing with them and give you updates on your babies while your away. Hands down the only place I feel 100% comfortable leaving my babies with when I have to go out of town!

Just picked up my Yorkshire terrier, asked for a puppy cut. She was shaved! Not for sure if you know this but you can not shave these dogs. Their fur protects their skin, therefore now I must worry about her getting sun burned. She looks like a Chihuahua. Very disappointed in service and very surprised as the last cut you gave her was a good one?

Wonderful place & our large lab was right at home! Very clean, friendly staff, & had zero concerns about the care & safety of our 4th child, aka the dog!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely amazing and friendly staff. I always feel comfortable boarding my dogs with them. We have 2 dogs that suffer with separation anxiety, but have no issues when they are boarded with Blue Collar Kennels. So thankful to have them in the area.

I have 4 dogs who absolutely love going to the pup lodge. They feel like they are at home and get just as much love and attention as if they were at home. The pup lodge is a fun and safe environment for my dogs to play with their amazing fenced in back yard and supervised play time with other dogs! The staff at the pup lodge are very friendly and always willing to work with clients whether it be for day care or boarding services. Every time my dogs come home from the pup lodge it takes them about a day to rest and recover from having so much fun! I feel that the pup lodge has amazing prices compared to other similar services and I feel way better leaving them in their care versus other options where they only get let out to potty. The staff at the pup lodge truly love each dog as if they are their own and offer all the attention and cuddles they possibly can. I just cannot brag on the pup lodge enough. They are such a wonderful addition to our community and we are so lucky to have their business!

We have a black goldendoodle and he's our baby. B's Lucky Pups Lodge cares for our him just as if he is in our home. I would recommend this special haven for puppies/dogs any day. Oh, and just so you know Ms B is kinda awesome too and our baby loves her. Just say her name and he perks up his ears. Give them a call if you want your pet to be pampered, because they will be. DP

My Bailey a boxer female loves this place! I take her once a week to keep her socialized and she loves it. Brittanie and Jason are great with her. I feel good when I leave my “child” there and she is so excited to recognize where she is going when we start down their road! Very happy with them and their services.

I wouldn’t leave Abbey anywhere else! It’s like being at home for her. Abbey is an only dog. She gets to play with other dogs and the interaction with her own kind was a need that B’s Lucky Pups filled. When I tell her she is going to Brittanie’s, she gets very excited, runs to the car and hops in. When we get there, she hops out of the car and runs to the door. When I leave Abbey I do not worry about her. Before B’s Lucky Pups came along I constantly worried about her, when I boarded her for vacation. Because I knew she was stuck in a 4 x 5 kennel all day and only let out for very short times, to do her business. At B’s Lucky Pups knowing she is out and about most of the day gives me a lot of comfort! She not only boards there, but she goes 1 day a week for daycare. Abbey is a much happier dog now. She has been going since the first week they opened.

These folks are the best! They have taken every detail into consideration. She love these dogs as if they are her own. Her facility is clean and well kept and the dogs are so happy. They get to play in the pool,she is constantly providing new activities for them to do and she strives to run a clean and healthy place for the pups to get their spoiling.You cannot go wrong!

I’ve been taking my new golden puppy Lucy to B’s for daycare a few weeks now and she absolutely loves it! She has a blast playing with other puppies her age and always comes home tired but ready to go back! Couldn’t recommend them more as they take such good care and truly love your pups!

Lucky Pups! We couldn’t have been any happier with B’s Lucky Pup Lodge. Our dog came home clean, happy, and wore out from a week stay at the Lodge. Great value for amazing care and facilities. We’ve already booked another stay for our furry friend.

We have a new adult dog that we haven’t had very long as she was a rescue at one time and had been in a home with several other pets. She is very timid and shy and hasn’t been very interactive with other digs in our immediate family when they visit. B”a puppy lodge was very patient with her and they fell in love with each other. She became friendly and very active when we left her while on a week long trip.

Best dog boarder in the area. Kindest staff. Comparable prices. Owner is so nice and so is the assistant Manager. They saved my trip when my Rover backed out. They have a customer for life. They love dogs.

This place is great! They took great care of our dogs! The yard is huge, and our two dogs went out to play together without other dogs in the yard. The rooms are super clean, and they have great hours.

Lisa was AMAZING with my baby girl Pearl. I have never felt better about leaving her somewhere for an extended time. I'm not sure who was more upset when I picked her up to leave Lisa or Pearl. Lol we will definitely be going back to board at Happy Pawz. Pearl gives her 5 stars!

Lisa took amazing care of our dog while we went to the beach, and she made sure to send videos and updates as well. If we need to board him again, we'll definitely be bringing him back.

I recently boarded my 90 lbs Bernadoodle at this facility for 5 days, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. I received updates on her stay, which brought smiles to our faces, knowing she was having a great time at the dog resort. The staff took excellent care of her, and we are definitely planning to use their services again in the future. Highly recommended for pet owners seeking a caring and enjoyable environment for their furry friends.

Alyssa was AMAZING with our gsp!!! Our dog was under such great care by her. We have a very high anxiety and energetic dog and she made us feel so at ease with our fur baby under her care! She took him on daily walks and took him in as part of her family while he stayed. So thankful!

We found out last minute that we needed a place for our dogs to stay because the owners of the place we are staying at had just let us know that the dogs weren’t allowed due to the owner’s severe pet allergy! We were back and forth the whole time because she is located kind of far away from us, and out of the way of where we are heading for our vacation, but we didn’t have many options since it was just the day before, and she was understanding the entire time! We ended up putting a deposit down, but someone closer to us became available with spots, and it was going to be so much easier on us so she gave us a full refund which she didn’t have to do!! We appreciate how kind and understanding she was when she didn’t have to be! I would highly recommend booking with her because she is super sweet and I’m sure our dogs would’ve loved staying with her!!

I'd 100% recommend Alyssa to anyone who needs boarding she was amazing she kept me updated with my fur babies communication was great i boarded my 9 yr old shihtzu and my gsd who is 2 Amaya has never been boarded and she is very unsure of knew humans at first. Alyssa took her time an let Amaya come to her. We had a unexpected event happen on our way home an she was very understanding an worked with us being a day late to pick up when I came to pick up both my girls was happy an Amaya didn't even bark like she normally does she was like look mom meet my new human friends 😊.

This is the best groomer and dog care giver and dog boarder in the greater western TN area. We love Alyssa because she truly loves our dogs.

It was my first time. My daughter is used her plenty of times for boarding and grooming. And the experience was fantastic.

After seeing some positive reviews and being new to area I was excited to give then a try. However, I was disappointed when I recieved a phone call 2 hours later stating they could not groom my German Sheppard. After spending 2 hours in a cage too small for him I would be leary too. Was told he was biting . Now never ever seen any aggressive behavior from him ever. After a recent ear infection and trip to vet for that he is very suspicious of what may or may not happen.However. still no aggression. He is very trained and obey all commands. I feel as if they were to groom him right away versus in cage for such a long time we may have had success. Of course i would never want anyone to get hurt or take a risk. I was not there to see this behavior this just my experience i wanted to share. So Maybe check make sure how long your pet may be kenneled and also make sure the kennel is of appropriate size.Esp if they are not use to being in kennel. He is a large German Sheppard Wish things had gone better. The search continues or I guess I will making 2 hour trips back to our normal groomer. Wish me luck.

The most amazing groomers and people around. When I first moved here Darrell told me about Tresa and Wagging Tails. I took Sassy for the first time and I was hooked. They are amazing with her and now Bandit and Morgan. I will never take my babies anywhere else but there.

They did a wonderful job on our two dogs! Our Great Pyrenees mixes have never been to the groomers before and they are fluffy and no more mats! We will definitely be going back

Got my dog in quick, but their clippers burned places on my dog's skin in more than one place, that shouldn't be happening. Either you were rushing and/or using dull clippers. His burned areas looked awful for several days! Did not go back.

This place had an awesome vibe and awesome ladies taking care of business. After having called around to several places, who informed me that they didn't groom cats, I finally found this place and was able to get an appointment the same week. When I went, they had a slew of friendly animals which tells you all you need to know about them. Good people and good service. Choose this place to pamper your pet.

I needed my dog's nails clipped. I had called a couple of weeks ago and left a message, but did not receive a callback. Thinking perhaps they didn't receive the message I dropped by. After explaining what I needed to whom I assumed was the owner, she said I didn't need an appointment for a nail clipping and to just drop by after 8AM. So the next morning I brought my faithful canine companion Rufus with me. He was seen right away. We were in and out in what felt like 10 minutes. The price was very affordable. The staff was friendly. Looking over their services I gotta say just about all of them were affordably priced. So if your like me and your just looking for basic grooming services at an affordable price you can't go wrong with Wagging Tails Grooming. Even if you have to call a couple of times, it's worth it.

Took my Australian Shepherd to get groomed here and when I got there I immediately was bombarded with cats. Thank goodness my dog is not cat aggressive because they were in his face. The lady at the front desk asked if he was cat aggressive (a little late for that considering the cat was IN his face) but didn’t even move from behind the desk, I would’ve been in real trouble if he was. I understand it’s a groomer and not everything can be perfect, but my goodness you would assume it would at-least be clean and communication would be clear. I was told my wait would be 5 hours, which nobody made me aware upon scheduling, considering I already drove 35 minutes I was definitely blind sided. Now that I have spoken to others I realize this is the norm for this facility, I just don’t understand how there aren’t more negative reviews, everyone I have spoken to has said they had an experience of similar sorts. I didn’t make it out of the parking lot before returning for my fur baby.

I was able to get my newly adopted dog in quickly for a grooming appointment. Brittney did a great job with her and pointed a one potential health issue she noted which I will address with her vet. Thank you so much for loving and treating our doggy so well! ❤️. She smells so much better too!

Want your dogs to miss you while your gone, avoid that muddy mutt at all costs…if however you want your dogs to have as good a vacation as you plan to have, that muddy mutts and brittany is the place to go. When we pulled up to that muddy mutts their second stay, I realized first hand how much they loved it. Like two adolescent kids, they hopped out of my car without looking back and for only the first time were not worried about how I could leave them. As their dad, it makes me happy to return to pick them up and see them well fed, happy, and content.

We're so happy with how The Muddy Mutt serviced our Kilo. He's 90 pounds and all shampooed, nails, teeth and ears all done and we'll surely be back more often!! *oh and priced very nice!

Used The Muddy Mutt twice for boarding. Very good service. An organization who really cares about your furbabies. Feels so good to know when you have to leave them, they're so well taken care of.

All of my puppers just love coming here! It is like their very own social stay-cation! The owner is certainly on top of it with her level of care and expertise and I never have to worry about a thing! The bathing and grooming is an incredible bonus and I’m starting to think my dogs roll in all the things just so they can go back for their spa days.

Got my old, anxious, matted dog groomed this weekend and was so happy with how everything went. He was immediately comfortable with Brittany and she did a great job getting him cleaned up and manageable again. (border collie/shepherd mix w /long hair)

Absolutely the best, and most trustworthy pet services I’ve ever experienced! I had to leave town unexpectedly, and they were so welcoming to my girl Freyja! I got multiple updates, and pictures of how well she was doing. They really do treat our babies like their own! When I picked her up she had a bath and nails trimmed! She was so happy! Freyja loves going for daycare, so much that I have a hard time getting her to leave at the end of the day! She has become such good friends with all the other daycare pups. Seriously these ladies are the best of the best!
