She was thorough in making sure she knew exactly what each pet needed, had excellent communication, and provided me with daily updates. Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.

She was easy to communicate with before and during the sit (very responsive), and made time to do a walk through of our house/intro to Rosie prior to the sit. Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!
