Lucy has been looking after our pets for a few years now and it’s always been great! She is all the things you want when you entrust your precious critters to someone - diligent, responsible, sensitive and a natural with animals. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Little Critter Care is a wonderful organisation - giving complete service to the little pets left in their charge. My indoor cat was very happy to be visited and Lucy took time to feed, play and groom him - to say nothing of regular picture updates of his antics ! It meant I was able to fully relax during my weekend away which was very special and much appreciated. Highly recommended if you are going away this summer !

We have a border terrier named Lily. When I say we have, she is really like another member of the family! She is now 15 but still going strong and can go for long walks, however she cannot hear and cannot see very well anymore......so when we have to go away for a few days we want her to be in good hands! Lucy has always been the perfect person for looking after her. Lucy loves animals, and when she comes around Lily is so happy and excited. Plus, Lucy knows every pet is different, and she has a lot of experience and common sense. I would highly recommend Lucy to everyone who needs a pet sitter.

Lucy is the most incredible pet sitter ever. Our guinea pigs live when she comes to look after them. Additionally she’s been taking the most onerous part of owning pets off my hands by cleaning them out weekly. The hutch is always immaculate afterwards. She’s incredibly trustworthy and great with communication. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. We’re all gutted she’s moved from the area!

Lucy is absolutely brilliant, so reliable and cares for pets as if they were her own! I knew we'd found somebody special when she came to meet our pet rats beforehand and was super thorough with their needs and any additional information we needed to provide, making really detailed notes. She provided daily photos and videos for us which was really lovely :) Highly recommended to look after any much loved pets! Thank you Lucy :)

Lucy has been trimming our rabbits nails regularly. One of our rabbits is very nervous but Lucy is very good and calm with them. She is reliable and really helpful, gives us suggestions and helps with our general questions about rabbits! We would definitely recommend her.

Lucy has been walking our two dogs for several years and she also dog sits when we are away. She looks after them so well, clearly loves animals, and is always 100% reliable.

Since I found Libby my worries have all dissolved. My 6 month old cocker loves his walks with her - he has so much energy and comes back ready for a sleep 😀. Febe is a lovely person. She is enthusiastic and always strives to make our dogs feel wanted and relaxed, particularly when she stays with them overnight. They are always excited to see her. I would definitely recommend Febe.

Febe is amazing! She’s so calm and kind and was super patient with our dogs. She fitted us in straight away and we made her our regular walker. She keeps me updated regularly with arrival times and photos and I can tell she loves our boys as much as us! I can’t fault her she’s lovely 💖 …

We needed a dog sitter for our puppy of 20 weeks for the weekend and luckily we found Febe. She was fantastic with him. She listened to everything we asked, she came to meet him twice before she had him to put our minds at rest and while she had him she updated us everyday with their activities and shared videos and photos with us. Ernie (our puppy) was extremely happy and staying with Febe was like his own little holiday! I would not hesitate to recommend and also use Febe again

Febe is very flexible in what she can offer and was amazing with my two cats when I went away. They are extremely nervous but from meeting her beforehand, to photo updates whilst I was away, I was confident they were safe and well looked after. I will definitely use Febe in the future!

Febe is wonderful with our two Cockapoos! She is always easy to coordinate and communicate with. We will continue to use Febe’s pawsome pet care regularly.

Febe has been amazing with our handful Weimanarer Luca, she responds quickly, always tries to help and is fantastic with Luca. He loves to spend time with her.

Kiera & Ayden are absolutely brilliant! They looked after my 2 pet Degus while I was away for a week and I couldn’t have been happier. They are lovely people, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The love and care they show for animals is amazing. I couldn’t recommend them enough and I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

The most genuine, caring, animal-mad people you could ever wish to meet. We instantly knew we could trust Kiera & Ayden, and they made us feel like they adored our elderly cat as much as we do. Even though we just booked a single check-in they sent an text and photos to keep up updated and put us at ease. We would use The Micro Zoo in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Thank you Kiera & Ayden.

We are so happy to have Kiara and Ayden look after our little puppy! We instantly felt how honest and trustworthy they both our, and easily showed their love for animals! I highly recommend the micro zoo to everyone!

Kiera and Ayden have just checked in on our rescue cat Alfie whilst we got away for a long weekend. They did an excellent job, are such lovely people, real animal lovers and very professional. I can’t recommend them enough

Kiera and Ayden took in our Bearded Dragon at short notice and we would highly recommend them. The care, knowledge and their love for animal's is outstanding. We felt bad taking our lizard home as I'm sure he had a much better time here. We have already booked him in for our next holiday. Marley also had his nails trimmed and we was kept updated as regularly as we had asked for. Thank you so much Kiera and Ayden, Marley is looking forward to his next holiday.
